The Main Stream Media might not have ever guessed that the Birther Reputation would back fire and Republicans would have a Candidate for President leading in virtually all the Fields and in all the Polls who was also a Birther, but that's exactly what's happened! With Obama sitting in the White House as a lame duck turning what he calls the's 4th Quarter and what Birther's call his usurpation, why in the world do BIRTHERS matter in the coming 2016 Election?

What you are seeing there is Main Stream Media News Personalities actually trying to catch up to the Birther Movement rather than staying ahead of it being told by the 2016 Poll Leading Republican Candidate that he doesn't know if Obama's birth certificate is 'Real' and he doesn't know if U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz is qualified because of the "one extra hurdle" of not being born here in America and Mr. Trump's Poll Numbers haven't gone down because of it, they have gone up! You hear Mr. Trump assert "McCain was a Birther!"

You would think Republicans Bush, Walker, Paul, Cruz, Rubio, Christie, Fiorina, Carson, Perry, Huckabee and the rest of them would get a CLUE that BEING A BIRTHER is actually COOL? It strikes at the heart of the Constitution and there is no position more influential in our Government or representing our Government in the World. So, why wouldn't you say the Qualifications for that Office are a big deal when it comes to defending our National Security?

Well Trump is if nothing else that we can all agree on a very successful world class businessman. He gets it! These other folks just don't get it and the America People see right through it. As the video detailed in Mr. Trumps own words as a Republican Candidate he expected Mr. Obama to be held to the same accountability as all the other Candidates for President under the law which requires at least he be born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Willing to keep his own Parties Candidates towing the line, he asserts with Megyn Kelly that U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz has 'one extra hurdle' to get over because he wasn't 'born in the U.S.', referring in general to his knowledge that the 'other hurdle' is your parents have to be U.S. Citizens. 

DEMOCRATIC PARTY

On the Democratic Party- Birther side you'd  have to be a cat living in the barn way out in the field not to know Cody Robert Judy whose legal stand in the Civil Court Arena is world renowned and has been read by literally ten's of thousands of Politicians, Lawyers, and University Professor Legal Teaching Professional. He's the only Candidate in the Democratic Party who actually has a Federal Court Record against U.S. Sen. John McCain who was not born in America, but was born in the Panama Hospital and has had not one but two Congressional Acts the first making him a Citizen of the U.S. after he was 11 months old which would constitute a 'naturalization process', the second a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution declaring him by a naturalization process again to be a 'naturalized natural born Citizen' able to run for President because he was born of two American Parents and disregarding the birth place all together.

Although Cody Robert Judy ran as a write-in for President in 2008, he wasted no time including Obama in his law suit after Obama was made the Democratic Nominee with the hard fought battle he and Hillary Clinton waged into the late Summer in 2008. Cody continued in 2012 jumping right into the Democratic Party again, which he had more of a reputation with as a Candidate in his 2002 Congressional and 2004 U.S. Senate races in the State of Utah. He sued Obama on State Ballot Challenges as ineligible for the Office of the President in the priming Primary State of New Hampshire clear to that States Supreme Court, continued the same course in Georgia to its State Supreme Court and ended in the U.S. Supreme Court with Case Judy v. Obama No. 12-5276. 

In the video you hear Mr. Trump assert that Democratic Party Poll Leading Hillary Clinton was the first Birther. So it seems like everyone really is a Birther, so why is it so hard to figure out that its' at least popular as a Root or Core issue to defend the qualifications of the Office of the President?

Indeed you see the Main Stream News Media personalities of Chuck Todd from the very popular political caveat show Meet The Press hosted by NBC, Megyn Kelly with her fierce fighting The Kelly File on Fox News, and Anderson Cooper hitting hard on 360 with CNN all asking the leading Republican Candidate about the BIRTHER PRINCIPLE as it relates to his Campaign for President in 2016.

These are far-reaching and very deeply entrenched News Personalities that have literally billions of dollars tied up in influencing the American Psyche. Should Mr. Trump duck and dodge the question like Mrs. Clinton has about her 'emails' for so long, pre-selecting audiences and questions to surround her couch, or does he answer them honestly? 

Of course the answer is Mr. Trump hits it head-on come what may, and he has been rewarded for it rising in the Polls faster than any other Republican Candidate and the press is looking at him with disbelief and bewilderment because to them THE BIRTHER PRINCIPLE was 'kook' and 'fringe' as they were trained to understand using the Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov reward reinforcement method. They were rewarded with access if they played nice.

Taking it one step further the pay-to-play system requires actual contributions to Foundations to gain access to the Party and negative reinforcement has been used with removing Reporters from access who were not so nice with their perceptions, opinions, and writing skills. Anita Dunn - Barack Obama's campaign adviser detailed how they created the Obama Cult of Personality which eventually landed him in the White House. 

THE 2016 ELECTION

Where so much time, money, and talent is placed you'll find people willing to do just about anything. The problem in politics is when that becomes set against the Supreme Law of our Constitution. I think our Constitution is the safest "cult", if you want to have one to make popular because it ensures equality under its precepts afforded to everyone regardless of race, color, prior servitude as well as gender", Cody Robert Judy said.

 "Our Constitution is much deeper rooted than any particular personality like Obama's for instance. That's why I have no problem representing it through the qualifications for the Office of the President through rain, sleet, hail, snow, or sunshine, it will be there tomorrow and Obama won't be.. he's already a lame duck and he certainly doesn't "own" the United States Supreme Court Justices anymore than Donald Trump owns all the other Republican Candidates right now who aren't Birthers. They are still fighting it, but they will come around."

Cody Robert Judy's the only Presidential Candidate Democrat or Republican right now in the United States Supreme Court fighting for the qualifications for the Office of the President as it pertains to the 2008, 2012, and also the coming 2016 Election. Being a Birther still Matters and the witness of that may be the fact Mr. Trump leads in all the Republican Polls, and though Mr. Judy hasn't made the Main Stream Media yet he has done his home-work and a positive decision in the U.S. Supreme Court could land him there very quickly even as Mrs. Clinton's polling numbers are falling over scandals ranging from the Emailgate she's fielding questions about now under an FBI Investigation to the Pay-to-Play Gate scandal of the Clinton Foundation that may yet be conflicted with a U.S. Presidential Race.

Besides the "Right and Wrong", "Equality v. Inequality", and "Justice v. Injustice" side of the Birther Principle that we all recognize but few actualize, we certainly do not want 'Fraud', "Forgery", and "Criminal Wrongdoing" to permeate uncontrollably in U.S. Elections. That is just the simple facts of the issue continual raising its head.  The 2016 Election discussion the Main Stream Media is not willing to let die is why it also matters. Perhaps in their own conscience that is the reason they are the ones keeping it alive?

Oh my gosh we roared! Certainly could not hold Cody back from a Twitter to her about it either we are sharing with you now all in good fun.

The Haunting Eligibility Platform Looming for 2016 Presidential Candidates

For six years they dug the grave hoping to bury the remains of the living breathing testament. Why none of them turned away from the proposition of inhumanity remains their own story, but as participants of the action accountability rose up to be their keeper. Atop their bully pulpits was a teleprompter with a script they adhered to as if that script contained the fountain of living water which would never run dry from God himself. There was only one problem? The script was a horrible lie entering the reality of their political lives and futures.

They would be held accountable for choosing to read the script on the teleprompter; the lie and fraud and forgery would become their own biographical identity engrained in their DNA they had fought years to protect at all cost. Where they could have taken a stand there was left only shovels of sand they had heaped up upon themselves. In an attempt to bury the living they themselves were found digging their own pit they would eventually fall into.

Actually being buried by these Presidential Candidates and aspiring politicians has been my living nightmare. To actually be buried by the media and these politicians as aspiring leaders of the United States of America whilst I’d spent fifty percent of my life exposing the lie and the other fifty percent just trying to stay alive has been a very bitter experience.

When you consider half of your life over the last 6 years what comes to mind? Half of your income, half of you talents, half of everything buried alive as you fought to keep the dirt from piling up on you to the point you couldn’t breathe. I have to confess that is what my experience has been like fighting both the Republicans and the Democrats in defense of the article two patriotic stand as a Candidate for President I have taken in 2008 with McCain and Obama and continuing in 2012 with Obama till present Judy v. Obama 14-4136 Appeal in Denver’s 10th Circuit.

The Constitution’s demand a ‘natural born Citizen’ (Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) for the Office of the President be upheld rather then buried is not a lot to ask for, and recognizing its unique from the Representative and Senator’s qualification of “Citizen” doesn’t take being a scholar.

It seemed the clearest directive to me to grasp in understanding that no foreign citizenship of any kind be allowed in the Office of the President either by parent, or by soil as a two generational protection of our national security. That includes the nature and nurturing citizenship possibilities for any child who would grow up to be a President of the United States. “Citizen” was used for the Office of the President, but it was an exemption for those who had foreign citizenship either by birth or by a parent at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. That is crystal clear.

The inspiration to take a stand for this seems at first glance quite a mistaken place for loyalty to the Supreme Law of the Land when you take yourself back to 2008 and center your attention on Sen. John McCain who has forever a foreign born soil citizenship from Panama which is not part of the United States of America, no matter how hard you try to make it a state of the union. Defenders of McCain are left with that deer-in-the-headlight-look when they are asked, “If Sen. John McCain was a certain ‘natural born Citizen’ why has two acts of Congress been approved on his behalf in a certain naturalization process much like a amnesty would act upon those Obama is providing for now by dictated authorization? Do not the laws of nature actually testify against ‘foreign naturalization or adoption”?

If Sen. John McCain was such a true ‘natural born Citizen’ why was U.S. Sen. Res. 511 with co-sponsors Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama necessary? Did it clarify something half of Congress didn’t know without the other half having a say in the matter of Constitutional Construction? Have you ever had a drink of anything that went down pretty nice until the last swallow was entering your mouth and your eyes spotted the two day old milk that had rotted itself at the bottom of the glass and was peeling off with the liquid now entering your mouth?

Yeah, it kind of makes you sick doesn’t it? Now just for a minute imagine spending literally half your time since 2008 until now trying to explain to folks what they were actually drinking? If that doesn’t get you, imagine in 2011 that an actual law enforcement investigation is launched and tells everyone that they don’t care if Obama is a natural born Citizen or not, their only job was examining two pieces of paper used as identification for Obama, his long form birth certificate which he himself handed out to the Press at the White House 3 years later then it should have been, and his draft registration card, which they declare are fabrications..Forgeries!

Now you would think this illustrious group of elite exemplifying and courageous leaders in America contemplating leadership in the Office of the President in running for office would on March 1st,2011 following Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s news conference immediately announce their support for the legal findings of the Cold Case Posse, like I did in the Georgia State Court, and stop throwing dirt in the grave upon me, the United States Constitution, and Birthers in general.

Astoundingly, they don’t! Not-a-one-of-them stops shoveling dirt on me and the principles I have stood up for that not only represent the Supreme law of the land, but allow Obama to circumvent everything including Obamacare and Obama-Amnesty as well as over 25 serious scandals rearing their head up many in 2013. Are these the leaders you are seriously giving consideration to?

For those so considering I ask, “When a house gets torn down does it require more effort to restore it then it took to tear it down?” To answer the rhetorical question, tearing it down is the easy part and that’s why Obama’s had so much success in such a short period of time in the Office of the President. Six years is a very short period of time to act as a wrecking ball in comparison to the two hundred and twenty seven years covering the United States of America’s history of Congress’s since the simple established qualifications of the Office of the President were agreed upon as part of the United States Constitution in 1787.

Of course there have been ‘egos’ that wanted to change that, McCain included in 2000, but it failed for very good reasons the likes of which are beginning to be felt heartily throughout America, but are also noticed in Judiciary Committee Records. Is it safe to say a ‘grave mistake’ has taken place that is going to haunt us for a very long time? Is it safe to say, not one of the politicians even yet considering running for President has remotely come close to admitting a mistake was made?

Mistakes are not something politicians really want to take ownership of and burying the Constitution is something they would rather do in private because saying they stand for it is part of the presumption of applying for a job that actually requires an oath to the Constitution, which I would remind everyone once again, is the will of the people. The Constitution can indeed be changed if the ‘WILL OF THE PEOPLE’ desires it to be. The Constitution of the United States is a flexible document, but you can’t ignore what is in place now. If you do, you’re in violation of the Constitution and construction laws prohibiting unlawful construction upon it. That is also in the realms of common sense.

I hear all these obots with their chatter, ‘the will of the people’, ‘the will of the people’, like it’s some kind of song that hasn’t been sung before by Marilyn Manson- Oh wait, that was ‘The Beautiful People”? The point being the U.S. Constitution is now the will of the people. It existed before Obama was in diapers, before he was a teenager looking at the women/men in the Sears catalogue, and certainly existed before he lied on his candidate’s oath stating that if he was elected he met the qualifications for the Office in which he sought. I’ve taken that oath several times, I know it.
There is only one problem with burying someone and that really is if they are still alive, it’s wrong? They are actually alive and your burying them for God’s sake! I am actually alive, and can you imagine my feelings at their tossing dirt upon me in the burying process? How would you feel? The better question is how do you feel, because it’s happening right now?

The heart of justice would advice that when burying someone you had better make sure they are dead before you bury them because if they are not dead what you have coming out of the grave is not going to be all that kind upon your respect. The damages upon which their silence is responsibly reprehensible is not merely their winning or losing of an election or particular office, but rather is factored in a toll upon whole generations of our future.

To say their apology was necessary on the ground in the dust with no air between their fronts and the ground, meaning they don’t need to get on their knees to ask forgiveness where there is a little air between the ground and their face, they need to get on their bellies and crawl away into the swamps where their tongues never again pronounce any words. Let them live there for 6 years and come out and let’s see how many of them then take a stand for the Constitution and specifically the qualifications for the Office of the President.

Americans, I have taken this stand for you, my children, as well as myself because of the inspiration from God I have received, as well the appreciation and gratitude I have for my freedom and liberty. I just… I just don’t feel it from any of the candidates running for President or presuming to run for President if they have missed or failed to speak out using their pulpits on the fraud and forgery of Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro which has insulted every voting American in our Republic. How can anybody say running for Office that the qualifications for the Office of the President are something that they give their permission to fabricate and forge without it being an insult upon the voting rights of every American as well as the U.S. Federal criminal code?

How can we presume anyone of them carrying the mantle of the President would fight for it, preserve it, and protect it with all of their might if they cannot take a stand for it now before their election? If they are unwilling to happily announce they feel Obama’s fraud and forged documentation ought to be considered in Congress seriously as well the fact he is not qualified for the Office according to the Constitution as a natural born Citizen, how much more illegal construction are they saying they are willing to undertake?

My hope is they will change and see themselves as we are seeing them.

UPDATED THOUGHTS AND NOTES Nov. 30th: Obama Eligibility March & Masquerade Balls


Well I've been thinking about this and wondering how to get the Republican base off and out of their chair. Its hard because of the bitter pill in losing the election to inspire them that the SCOTUS could hear my case and if they did Obama's toast, but it could happen.

You never know what the Conservative Justices are thinking now and after the election fact of Romney's loss. True to form, they have on their plate the facts that my action begin long before the result of the election, so there is cover for them. We also know they haven't had a Pres Candidate toss this in front of them, and I truly believe Weldon v. Obama was a cover placed on top of my case, but that won't be the case this time.

If the Clerks were responsible they may feed it to the Justices as is, hoping that the Justices wouldn't pursue it after election; they might bank on it and then be surprised what happens.

I know we have a hard time with getting media to report it before the SCOTUS Rules on wither to hear it or not. Advertisement can play a key role in " publicity and a popular cause" in how much weight it has with the Court.

Rallies of course have not been well attended and the burn out is also reflected as a failure to the Justices. By concentrating on 1 or 2 rallies, we do pit ourselves up against a few negatives. People have to travel farther to get involved. 1 in Vegas and 1 in Washington DC sets the focus on those two places, and also sets up failure with travel time in the holiday season.

This is the reasons I thought 50 rallies and a 50 balls is good. It spreads the possibilities of attendance. I thought about announcing the fact that every Governor would be declared an "Honorary Chair" of the Balls. Republican Governors do out number Democratic Governors so we have an advantage there.

After Christmas and the first Week-end gives us days off work, and I'd be for also making rallies in mid-level Cities, for example like Las Vegas so people wouldn't have to travel up to Reno, or L.A as a So. Cal destination so people didn't have to travel to Sacramento, but the bottom line is 50 people at any location can gain local media coverage, just like Sheriff Joe did in AZ., but 1 million protesting in Washington DC barely made news coverage one day. What's better? 50 stories of local rallies, or 1 big one that gets 30 seconds?

George talked about expense at the balls, but if we have 1 rally think of the expense for people to travel, and the inconvenience around the Holiday. I mentioned the Balls and Rallies because believe it or not, women like to go to balls. Women love to talk, and gossip is the BEST advertisement we have right now. Its free, but there has to be something to gossip about. The Balls captures women's imaginations, even if the guys think its disastrous, and women make up the biggest voting block in the entire country.

Having a closer and accessible event gives Local Talk more of a reason to talk then 1 national event, a lot of people won't be able to make a journey for. I also love the fact that most alternative lifestyle groups love masquerade. Can you imagine for instance the Gay and Lesbian group bad talking a Masquerade? Its almost inconceivable, so they are going to talk about it, but it would be in the sense of " Gosh, we'd like to be going.. " and the wrestling with the idea of why they can't.

With all of this in mind, we really just need to establish 50 people to coordinate events in their State, and if enough support pops up in a major City, let it loose. Of course we might have more success in some States then others. Texas might be better then Hawaii, but if we have 50 our chances go up rather then down.

Perhaps if we were lucky, Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh would see it and give a plug, or we could run 1 national radio add to emphasize that.

So there's these things to consider in your thinking and suggestions

TRAVEL - 50 States makes it closer to everyone

TIME - 100 Events 50 Rallies/50 Balls makes it easier for everyone to attend 1 event, and cuts time down in traveling

COST - State Capital Rally permits run about $10-$25 and if Governors get involved, we might secure a room to have the balls in within the Capital Building themselves...which is really cool!

MEDIA COVERAGE - 50 local stores beats 1 NATIONAL story- all politics is local. Gossip is free and word of mouth about something happening in YOUR STATE is bigger then Washington DC.

Tea Parties and local chapters of such could really gain some ground in pushing this simple idea, and its a Constitutional cause

Now, let me hear your arguments against these factors if you have any other idea's or comments.

Bottom line is we have to do something.. you know this Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh idea of "WALK AWAY" is flat bullshit and is just ineptitude because what they did failed. For Gods sake they abandoned the Constitution, what reward did they expect?

The Obama Ballot Challenge could be very instrumental in coordinating this because you have the contacts of people who are and have already taken a stand for this in near every State.

How easy is it to email them and say "Listen, we're pushing hard at the Supreme court on this case and want you to coordinate a rally..would you?

SCOTUS doesn't come around every day, and I mean we really have to dig in before the inauguration or we pretty much know what's going to happen. So is there any pressing reason not to break out and have a BIG PARTY in every State that can actually highlight a SCOTUS CASE? ;)
