What you are seeing there is Main Stream Media News Personalities actually trying to catch up to the Birther Movement rather than staying ahead of it being told by the 2016 Poll Leading Republican Candidate that he doesn't know if Obama's birth certificate is 'Real' and he doesn't know if U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz is qualified because of the "one extra hurdle" of not being born here in America and Mr. Trump's Poll Numbers haven't gone down because of it, they have gone up! You hear Mr. Trump assert "McCain was a Birther!"

You would think Republicans Bush, Walker, Paul, Cruz, Rubio, Christie, Fiorina, Carson, Perry, Huckabee and the rest of them would get a CLUE that BEING A BIRTHER is actually COOL? It strikes at the heart of the Constitution and there is no position more influential in our Government or representing our Government in the World. So, why wouldn't you say the Qualifications for that Office are a big deal when it comes to defending our National Security?

Well Trump is if nothing else that we can all agree on a very successful world class businessman. He gets it! These other folks just don't get it and the America People see right through it. As the video detailed in Mr. Trumps own words as a Republican Candidate he expected Mr. Obama to be held to the same accountability as all the other Candidates for President under the law which requires at least he be born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Willing to keep his own Parties Candidates towing the line, he asserts with Megyn Kelly that U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz has 'one extra hurdle' to get over because he wasn't 'born in the U.S.', referring in general to his knowledge that the 'other hurdle' is your parents have to be U.S. Citizens. 

DEMOCRATIC PARTY

On the Democratic Party- Birther side you'd  have to be a cat living in the barn way out in the field not to know Cody Robert Judy whose legal stand in the Civil Court Arena is world renowned and has been read by literally ten's of thousands of Politicians, Lawyers, and University Professor Legal Teaching Professional. He's the only Candidate in the Democratic Party who actually has a Federal Court Record against U.S. Sen. John McCain who was not born in America, but was born in the Panama Hospital and has had not one but two Congressional Acts the first making him a Citizen of the U.S. after he was 11 months old which would constitute a 'naturalization process', the second a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution declaring him by a naturalization process again to be a 'naturalized natural born Citizen' able to run for President because he was born of two American Parents and disregarding the birth place all together.

Although Cody Robert Judy ran as a write-in for President in 2008, he wasted no time including Obama in his law suit after Obama was made the Democratic Nominee with the hard fought battle he and Hillary Clinton waged into the late Summer in 2008. Cody continued in 2012 jumping right into the Democratic Party again, which he had more of a reputation with as a Candidate in his 2002 Congressional and 2004 U.S. Senate races in the State of Utah. He sued Obama on State Ballot Challenges as ineligible for the Office of the President in the priming Primary State of New Hampshire clear to that States Supreme Court, continued the same course in Georgia to its State Supreme Court and ended in the U.S. Supreme Court with Case Judy v. Obama No. 12-5276. 

In the video you hear Mr. Trump assert that Democratic Party Poll Leading Hillary Clinton was the first Birther. So it seems like everyone really is a Birther, so why is it so hard to figure out that its' at least popular as a Root or Core issue to defend the qualifications of the Office of the President?

Indeed you see the Main Stream News Media personalities of Chuck Todd from the very popular political caveat show Meet The Press hosted by NBC, Megyn Kelly with her fierce fighting The Kelly File on Fox News, and Anderson Cooper hitting hard on 360 with CNN all asking the leading Republican Candidate about the BIRTHER PRINCIPLE as it relates to his Campaign for President in 2016.

These are far-reaching and very deeply entrenched News Personalities that have literally billions of dollars tied up in influencing the American Psyche. Should Mr. Trump duck and dodge the question like Mrs. Clinton has about her 'emails' for so long, pre-selecting audiences and questions to surround her couch, or does he answer them honestly? 

Of course the answer is Mr. Trump hits it head-on come what may, and he has been rewarded for it rising in the Polls faster than any other Republican Candidate and the press is looking at him with disbelief and bewilderment because to them THE BIRTHER PRINCIPLE was 'kook' and 'fringe' as they were trained to understand using the Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov reward reinforcement method. They were rewarded with access if they played nice.

Taking it one step further the pay-to-play system requires actual contributions to Foundations to gain access to the Party and negative reinforcement has been used with removing Reporters from access who were not so nice with their perceptions, opinions, and writing skills. Anita Dunn - Barack Obama's campaign adviser detailed how they created the Obama Cult of Personality which eventually landed him in the White House. 

THE 2016 ELECTION

Where so much time, money, and talent is placed you'll find people willing to do just about anything. The problem in politics is when that becomes set against the Supreme Law of our Constitution. I think our Constitution is the safest "cult", if you want to have one to make popular because it ensures equality under its precepts afforded to everyone regardless of race, color, prior servitude as well as gender", Cody Robert Judy said.

 "Our Constitution is much deeper rooted than any particular personality like Obama's for instance. That's why I have no problem representing it through the qualifications for the Office of the President through rain, sleet, hail, snow, or sunshine, it will be there tomorrow and Obama won't be.. he's already a lame duck and he certainly doesn't "own" the United States Supreme Court Justices anymore than Donald Trump owns all the other Republican Candidates right now who aren't Birthers. They are still fighting it, but they will come around."

Cody Robert Judy's the only Presidential Candidate Democrat or Republican right now in the United States Supreme Court fighting for the qualifications for the Office of the President as it pertains to the 2008, 2012, and also the coming 2016 Election. Being a Birther still Matters and the witness of that may be the fact Mr. Trump leads in all the Republican Polls, and though Mr. Judy hasn't made the Main Stream Media yet he has done his home-work and a positive decision in the U.S. Supreme Court could land him there very quickly even as Mrs. Clinton's polling numbers are falling over scandals ranging from the Emailgate she's fielding questions about now under an FBI Investigation to the Pay-to-Play Gate scandal of the Clinton Foundation that may yet be conflicted with a U.S. Presidential Race.

Besides the "Right and Wrong", "Equality v. Inequality", and "Justice v. Injustice" side of the Birther Principle that we all recognize but few actualize, we certainly do not want 'Fraud', "Forgery", and "Criminal Wrongdoing" to permeate uncontrollably in U.S. Elections. That is just the simple facts of the issue continual raising its head.  The 2016 Election discussion the Main Stream Media is not willing to let die is why it also matters. Perhaps in their own conscience that is the reason they are the ones keeping it alive?

Everyone, including Trump now, seems to think the 'Birther/Eligibility' Question is off the table. When asked by a reporter directly Trump referred to it an 'old subject' after NBC's Katy Turr asked why people should believe his numbers on illegal immigration when he 'led' the birther movement and sent investigators out to Hawaii to investigate whether Obama was was born there, [Read more at http://www.birtherreport.com/2015/07/nbc-news-trump-resurrects-birther-issue.html#Ktebl90di3mIvrcj.99. ]
 but we are reminded everyday it is a very important part of the Constitution of the United States and often the Main Stream Media highlights it reminding us they understand it quite well.

TRUMP TO NBC : Alot of People don't believe the Birth Certificate is Real

Ted Cruz and Donald Trump meet Wednesday in New York

On the heels of that interview, it is reported this morning in the Washington Post U.S. Senator Ted Cruz and Mr. Trump also a Presidential Candidate contender may be making an informal compromise on the Constitution's demand for a natural born Citizen based  on Cruz's defense for Trumps stand on 'illegal immigration'. Cruz fails the standard of natural born Citizen just as Obama both having 'foreign' fathers. Cruz's father is noted as a Cuban while Obama's is listed as Kenyan.

The only citizenship status definition for naturalization purposes most notably missing in Congress's definition  found in the "Aliens and Nationals Title 8 Act" is 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. This is presumably because it has never been doubted that 'Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' was indeed a respect for man's recognition of 'nature's definition' being indisputable.

Those apposed to the clear definition have seized on the fact that 'natural born Citizen' was not defined in the Constitution, leaving out the fact that neither was 'Citizen', the standard for U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives along with 'pirating' also found in the Constitution.  According to the Aliens and Nationals Title 8 §1401 Code there are no less than ten (10) different circumstances of Citizenship considered that the Constitution failed to identify or outline understood in a-h.

 'Being Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' is the requirement that you will not find in the Title 8 Actions of naturalization , and thus was reserved for the Vice President and President as a requirement. U.S. Senator Ted Cruz's naturalization is described by Congress in(d):

 [a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the birth of such person, and the other of whom is a national, but not a citizen of the United States;] , [i]f of course Cruz's mother did not also become a Canadian Citizen at the same time as her husband did immigrating from Cuba. 

If Cruz's mother and father were registered current Canadian Citizens at the time of  Cruz birth in Canada his 'American Citizenship' is as questionable in documentation as Arnold Schwarzenegger  born to foreign parents in Austria. The interesting claim Sen. Cruz makes is that regardless of his mother's devotion to her husbands' citizenship in Canada, and whether she acclimated to Canada as he did with his citizenship from Cuba, is that regardless of that perhaps being a fact she was "born" in the U.S. and maintained the native citizenship regardless of any foreign paperwork regarding official status. This claim would not bode well for Sen. John McCain who was born in the foreign country of Panama  as I maintained in my action barring him from the Office of the President due to an unfaltering statement of nature that Panama would always be where it began for him instead of the United States. He will always be a Panama son, and certainly one of their more famous.

Reference and Respect for both of one's parents and place has been forgotten to cheat in the race for President of the United States. At this point in the race, Mr. Trump ought to be suing Mr. Cruz in Federal Court for being in the race illegally and collecting campaign contributions for an Office he is not qualified for.

While the Main Stream Media will not let Mr. Trump forget he led the Birther Movement, although not a single case in Court bears Mr. Trumps name and it has been myself who has born the Standard on a bi-partisan level, the highlights of Mr. Cruz's 'citizenship status' in the Washington Post relays the message that Mr. Trump is not true to that standard that he placed upon Mr. Obama in objecting to his eligibility in Office.

Of course the Trump's Campaign is new, but the fact he complained about Obama's Qualification is seasoned back to 2012. It is therefore a poor excuse for him to not public excoriate Mr. Cruz for his ineligibility. The failure to do so, certainly does not bode well for him in conservative circles or the Main Stream Media's 'standard policy' of asking politicians about the double standard.

The question remains how long will the Main Stream Media allow Mr. Trump's money to affect the political tides before putting the ax to the tree and watching Mr. Trump fall from number one in the Polls to out of the running completely. Doesn't it seem odd to you to see the Democratic Party *welcome Mr. Trump into the Republican Presidential Race with a hearty recommendations, and yet still see that it's Mr. Bush that Mrs. Clinton's **campaign is worried about with the Main Stream Media lauded by Podesta Hillary's Campaign Chairman,  as in the palm of her hand?

What a cozy relationship for them.  Can you think of a greater accolade the Main Stream Media craves as being a puppet for Hillary?

CHRISTIANS WITHHOLDING SUPPORT RECEIVE WARNING!

While it may be a very controversial subject, I feel it is very important subject to bring up and one that is also much more difficult than bringing up the qualifications for the Office of the President, if you can imagine one in our current circumstances. There are many 'religious prophesies, predictions, revelations' floating about in the political arena of the United States. Of course religious sentiment is protected free speech and should be.

The subject of such I wish to contend are those advocating that there will be no 2016 Election. That war, famine, and natural catastrophic events will engulf the United States due to subjects separating  the Republican and Democratic Parties such as 'pro-life or pro-choice', same-sex or equal citizenship marriage protections stances among all. I have to say to you these claims are false and those feeling their strategy of standing on one side or the other on these issues merits some 'protection' from what they feel are God's Judgments that are coming are indeed fooled by the spirits.

It would no more seem rational for the good Lord to bring such disasters upon us now for such then it would have 20 or even 40 years ago as the issues were contended back then. What is undeniably has far as change is concerned is 'both' the Republicans and Democrats near universal support of the very simple line drawn on 'natural born Citizen' as 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents as the subject nearly all know about but truly only a handful have actually supported as an imperative of our national security.

As the spirit directs me strongly, to the language of our first President George Washington's statement 1792 concerning this:
" I am sure there never was a people, who had more reason to acknowledge a divine interposition in their affairs, than those of the United States; and I should be pained to believe, that they have forgotten that agency, which was so often manifested during our revolution, or that they failed to consider the omnipotence of that God, who is alone able to protect them." (The Writings of George Washington, by John C. Fitzpatrick, GPO, 1931-44. Vol. 32:2.)

Consider for yourselves every person who has contributed to the only Presidential Campaign offering support in the defense of our national security, regardless of Republican or Democratic Parties, for there is only one Campaign over the last 6 years in the Nation who stands supreme upon the principle of the defense spoken of very clearly here.

It is a very foolish spirit that directs as unsound the seriousness of the national security problem we now face or the whimsical loftiness the much greater unity of both the republican, democratic, as well as independent political affiliations together have nearly bonded against and tendered this simple phrase almost in a non-nonsensical manner.

It therefore comes upon me to assure its importance above any and all other considerations. As the nucleus of our Constitution, there is little doubt among scholars of its vital importance. Posed as the foundation of our freedom's our Constitution is the umbrella of countless rights and privileges, and at the heart the President's powers and the principle candidly sacrificed.

Will not be God's punishment, but the umbrella you have refused, in the storm that gets you. President Washington's words are as true today as they were when penned. Tis only God that alone can protect you and upon that we have survived thus far under the Constitution as the Title of Liberty and Standard of Freedom.

When the heart of it is sacrificed by the greatest majority unanimously, a supercilious manner accredited upon myself as seriously defending it in a historic bi-partisan manner, by that you shall know why the Judgments you have spoken of shall fall justly upon you and not by any other stand you have made in a pretended righteousness that shall exempt you. To those very few who have contributed, with monetary support or even passing it in social media, you have more of promise from God than any act understood to lay claim upon such as Pres. Washington refers,  because it is the greatest act in defense for freedom and liberty upon the most.

Today on The Sean Hannity Show in a conversation Sean was having with his inside Washington DC correspondent Jamie Dupree, Sean stated that he was starting to think like Donald Trump, that perhaps it was a good idea if we insist Obama's College Transcripts be unsealed and opened. This of course was a swipe at Obama's Ineligibility which is now being entertained by The United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. The Court comes back from a break June 15th with a couple of key opinions to be released on Marriage and Obamacare, and will also decide whether to ask for further argument on the case that squarely places Obama,Cruz,Rubio, and Jindal's responsibility to the U.S. Constitution's qualification for a 'natural born Citizen' in its sites.

There is a big disagreement, and when referencing 'big' think of the division in the Grand Canyon type of Big, among the supporters of the Presidential Candidates as to whether the Supreme Law of the Land's demand for a 'natural born Citizen' for the Office of the President means much more than the qualifications of 'Citizen' for U.S Senators, U.S. Representatives. While "Citizen" is used in the paragraph of the Office of the President's Qualifications in a time determined way in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, referring to that qualification upon those 'born at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution', the paragraph goes on for those born after that time and states they must be 'natural born Citizens'.

The United States Supreme Court is being asked to define the term or what might be better stated as adhere to the term "natural born Citizen" with the litmus test of "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents by Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy in a contest of ineligibility directed at Obama for his Campaigns for President in 2008 and 2012. Cody has never conceded those races to Obama and is the only Candidate to have his objections now before Highest Court. Cody says to those continually discouraging him with "Its about time", that "Hey, getting to the U.S. Supreme Court isn't the same as making instant oatmeal. Instant Justice rarely exist and like a good wine, often cases require what's termed in the Court as a 'ripening'."


WHAT is DIFFERENT ABOUT CODY'S CASE FROM ALL THE OTHER ELIGIBILITY COMPLAINTS?

Cody rattles off many things that sets his Case apart from all the other cases that have also made their way to the U.S. Supreme Court but were not heard by the Court chief among them 'Standing','Party','Jurisdiction','Criminal Complaint','The Political Doctrine Question', 'Bi-Partisanship', Exhaustion of State Remedies', and 'Racism'. When you start going down that list it is much easier to comprehend why Cody's Case has cleared all of these hurdles and very well could be THE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN HISTORICAL CASE OF OUR TIME in the name of Justice that doesn't get 'dead-listed'. "This has been a very long journey", Cody said, "and its hard for people who have followed this rather spottily to grasp what is happening and how and why Obama could very easily not make it to the end of his second term before being asked to resign, or impeached for his disability of authority to administer the duties of the Office of the President based upon the People's Qualifications written in the U.S. Constitution that limit with strictness those able to wield the power of the sword and the pen in that office."

Nixon resigned the office of the President because he saw that if he didn't he was going to be indicted in a U.S. Senate Trial for what would amount to high crimes and misdemeanors charges. This was back in the day that Republicans controlled the White House but Democrat's controlled the U.S. Senate where trials of such nature take place. Cody's case however, does not ask the Court to remove Obama per se or intrinsically, but asks the Court to only consider that Cody in the Race both 2008, and 2012 against Obama be treated in fairness and equality to all under the same Standard. If Obama was allowed to run unfairly according to the rules, Cody is due a just compensations for the damages Obama caused.

Many cases brought to the Court did not even include Obama's name and instead cited the Secretaries of the differing individual States as the "Gate Keepers" of ineligible candidates as if they shouldered the responsibility. While running in the Democratic Party after the Primaries were over for instance and Cody was not chosen to represent that party, Cody would go right to those same Secretaries of State in the Elections Office and they would administer an oath to him which clarifies and certifies that a Candidate for Office should he/she be elected be able to qualify for that office. This puts the burden squarely on the Candidate for Office.

In Obama's case there is a document trail of his being bound to that oath, but there is also a document trail that brings into the equation Obama's enablers from the Democratic Party Leadership bench like Rep. Nancy Pelosi who signed in front of a Notary of Public [t]wo separate 'certification of qualification forms' in 2008. One for Hawaii that demanded that those so certified by a major party also be certified with an oath that they were qualified for the Office under the Constitution of the United States for that particular office. The other for the remaining 49 had no such language to adhere to and its quite a credit to Hawaii. So, what is a Secretary of State in an Election's office supposed to do with one person who lies and another person who backs the lie up? These secretaries of states are not independent Candidate investigation people. They mostly 'trust' that what they are being told is the truth, but in the Politics of Obama 'honor and trust' have been violated and Cody's Case brings all of this to light for the Court.

We know Obama was not acting alone, He had accomplices to his election identity fraud. As a Candidate for President Cody at first simply took Obama at his word when it came to Obama releasing his long form birth certificate at the end of April 2011 which he himself handed out to the White House Press Core in his famous announcement calling birthers 'side shows and carnival barkers'. Taking Obama at his word in his own press release, the document states Obama's father was never a U.S. Citizen, making it impossible for Obama to be a natural born Citizen- Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents for the office of the president. Obama's father introduces a foreign influence in Obama's history which was prohibited by the term 'natural born Citizen' in the Office of the President. Over time, it has proven that what was happening is that Obama was conducting a 'side show and was the biggest carnival barker' of all.

Another aspect of Cody's case to the U.S. Supreme Court is unique in that Cody's case introduces to the Court under the authority of a little used term in a Congressional ACT the ability for someone other than an Attorney General to bring to the Court an allegation of crime. This Congressional Act is known as The Clayton Act which came out of The Sherman Act. These focus clearly on Corporations forming illegal alliances as Cartels in illegally determinations of precious resources, commodities, and services. Especially in Election Years, 'votes' are a highly valuable commodity and service to the Country. Candidates these days form Corporations to shield their private fortunes from liability. The two items form exactly the ingredient for an illegal cartel.

While nearly a dozen high profile stories have been written many highlighted on The Drudge Report about Sheriff Joe Arpaio's case in Arizona that revolves around the investigation of Judge Snow's Family allegations they had it out for seeing to it he was never elected again, and had the Sheriff himself on the witness stand, none cover the Cold Case Posse Report in front of the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. What has not been reported, even by WND a stout encyclopedia of stories on Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse, their Report and findings that Obama's long form birth certificate was a fabrication and could not have possible come from an original copy of the Hawaii Health Records Department is that Cody's Case in the U.S. Supreme Court now highlights all of this. Indeed the tie between that Health Department and the Obama Administration coming in Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy has sadly and tragically ended with the loss of her life in a very suspicious death and that connection seems lost to the Media.

The Report of the Cold Case Posse originated by Sheriff Joe's assignment to investigate the identification fabrication, has been brought to the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396, by the authority vested by Congressional Acts to do just that. Obama's Selective Service Registration was also released by FOIA request and was a second witness that identification fabrication was in play as anomalies unfolded in that Report. These are just witnesses that Obama's whole story has been concocted and wasn't true to form. There were slips and mis-steps associated with the lie, and his selective service registration was just one other I.D. that had to be retraced or redacted because Obama as an Indonesian Citizen traveling to Pakistan on a visa at the time forbidden to Americans, was not required to sign up for the draft. The time of this redaction also ended badly for the witness Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who was assassinated in his car.

Obama had no other reason to oversee or fabricate a long form birth certificate other than to do a disservice to the place of his birth as a Candidate running because of the focus on "born" in natural born Citizen, even though anchor babies are not considered eligible for the Office of the President. This would easily avail the Office of the President open to foreign take over if all that was required was a birth in the United States. Of course the theory represents conspiracy in itself, but it is rather naive to think plans are not drawn up for the imaginations of the enemy or to just as naively think the enemy would not delight in being sworn into the Office of the President of the United States.

With the Cold Case Posse's investigation and REPORT in the U.S. Supreme Court now and Obama's very identity challenged as fraudulent, it seems quite relevant that the Obama Administration would go after Sheriff Joe's 'computer server'. That seems strange only in the light they don't seem to want Hillary Clinton's server while she was Secretary of State emailing what now have been detailed as classified by the FBI and redacted in parts for the Press as well as destroying what she decided to destroy while on duty as the Secretary of State for us.

Cody's Case in the U.S. Supreme Court details why the Court would not necessarily find a particular Candidate like Hillary Clinton interested in bringing a case to the court against Obama for his ineligibility, even though former President Bill Clinton is on 3-16-12 record from credible witness and filming documentary producer Vivian Bettino as stating they would do so at the proper time. This is also in front the U.S. Supreme Court in Cody Robert Judy's Case Judy v. Obama. 14-9396. The alliance between McCain, Obama, and H. Clinton was made in non-binding U.S. Senate Res. 511 which the U.S. Supreme Court is not bound to. 511 was not a Constitutional alteration of the 'natural born Citizen' clause for the qualifications of the Office of the President, although it does detail a source of the litmus test regarding 'parents' which case constitutes Cody's first compelling evidence that it doesn't matter where Obama was born if both his parents are not at the very least "Citizens". This highlights the compelling case Obama used the fabrications as distractions away from his ineligibility by his father's Kenyan Citizenship represented on his first released certification.

The two generation contract America has given to the Office of the President prohibited foreign influence by two generations this way. Congress's own investigations and hearings on the matter in 2002 bear out much of the same affect also noted in the case before the U.S. Supreme Court. It was Cody Robert Judy's law suit against Sen. John McCain in 2008 that included the Republican National Committee served just days before McCain was made the Republican Nominee at the Republican Headquarters of the Campaign and Party in Las Vegas, Nevada. This was precisely the same way in which Obama and the Democrats were served this Complaint almost a year ago now July 7th, 2014. Of course with an alliance of Candidates of those two parties no complaint is going to be made, however an alliance between parties that excludes the rest of the population of America is unconstitutional and troublesome especially given 43 % of Americans now are registered Independents according to a Gallup Poll conducted this year also noted to the U.S. Supreme Court in the case. With both Republicans and Democrats represented by U.S. Senate Resolution 511 that left for certain Independents out in the cold which now registers a majority of voters. That in and of itself should be a real red flag for the Court's Consideration as to the damages this type of behavior by career politicians is causing and gives prudent reason to set the case at the very least for oral argument. Cody Robert Judy was the only Presidential Candidate in America over the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Elections to call both Parties out on the carpet which as best as can be displayed is not racial or partisan, but is ruled more by Principle over Party. As you can see the Case before the U.S. Supreme Court is much more complicated than just stating Obama was not born here as the detractors like to label 'birthers'. Without laws that apply to all, justice for all is an impossibility, and certainly illegal discrimination's begin taking a foot hold.

What exactly is The DRUDGE REPORT trying to say in favoring no less than four of our latest half dozen tweets at the Cody Robert Judy for President 2016 Twitter account? Of course Matt Drudge has been named one of the most powerful and influential characters in the Political Arena today. On May 7th the political powerhouse The Hill run a story with the headlines, "Is Matt Drudge the second most influential man in America?" calling him the single most influential man in America Media and posting the question is Drudge the second most powerful man in America?

The power of The Drudge Report has been in the simplicity of the political and eye-catching headlines in a world being drowned out or inundated with headlines. Reliability and trustworthiness have been noticeable hall marks attributing to the Drudge Reports success over its tenure. They would have to be or the credentials of news would be lost in a hurry. Consistently you can scan The Drudge Report and find the general speed of the Nation and World Reports. Does that make The Drudge Report a good Reporter writing detailed reports of everything going on? Absolutely not, that makes The Drudge Report a very good collector of headlines in the news.

So what does it tell you when The Drudge Report favorites four Tweets of the Cody Robert Judy for President 2016 Campaign? Well, you can decipher it yourself, but what that tells us is even Matt Drudge cannot believe there are no headline stories being written about the little known Democratic Party Candidate whose run for President in 2008, 2012, and now 2016 with not a single National Story Report written in the face of Herculean Deeds for the Republic that constitute a politician whose doing much more than spouting off words to capture headlines and is much more about deeds that actually go to the root problem we face in America of our whole Republic being saturated with fraud.

Where does the story rank in anyone's mind of the very real possibility that Mr. Obama is escorted out of the White House in handcuffs for fraud upon the Republic, fraud upon all of the contributors to his Campaigns for President,fraud upon the last two elections of the United States of America, and fraud upon Cody Robert Judy's Campaigns? Maybe the much simpler question is what is bigger than that in anyone's mind when it comes to a National Stories?

Is ISIS bigger? Is Iran Proliferation Bigger? Is the Floods in Texas Bigger? Is former Governor Martin O'Malley's entry into the political arena or Hillary's Campaign or anyone of the twenty Republicans in the field for President now bigger? Is any national world story of any other foreign Country bigger? We think Matt Drudge at The Drudge Report grasp a sense that nothing is bigger or affects more American's and he just can not believe not a single national reporter for a single open news organization has grasps it, or the power in it.

Just looking at the details of the Presidential Candidate with a case in the United States Supreme Court against Obama is pretty big..win.. lose or draw; not a single other Candidate for President in the fields on the Democratic or Republican side has anything remotely considered as a Primary Candidates consideration for actually taking a Recorded Action to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. We remind everyone that is actually in the oath of the Office of the President.

The other thing that we think Matt Drudge of The Drudge Report realizes in the detailed duty of his organization is the very real tear occurring in America that signals a greater problem than we have ever faced in racial divide. And that Cody Robert Judy in his actions over the last 6 years breaches that divide with character and the principles that The United States Constitution reflects upon the Nation, building a bridge for the racial barometer Obama seems bent on exasperating.

The Media has constantly picked upon The Birther Issue as racial, but what do they say to the law suit Cody Robert Judy filed first as a Candidate for President in 2008 that if Sen. McCain had won very well could have tail spun the Nation into another election with the circumstances of an elected Candidate, who still didn't qualify for the Office as is spelled out in circumstances of happening in Amendment XX, SECT.3? Indeed in Judy v. McCain the District Court Judge delayed, and delayed, and delayed again his ruling until after the election and than used the election results to determine the case was "moot".

While that doesn't reflect upon Obama it does reflect on the conditions of the 2011 release of Obama's long form birth certificate, proven to be a fabrication that could not have possibly been a copy of an original document, and that has been submitted as evidence within the U.S. Supreme Court writ of Certiorari in Judy v. Obama 14-9396, along with other evidence that details fraud upon Obama's Selective Service and Social Security identification. Indeed the whole identity of Barack Obama/ aka Barry Soetoro is indeed now questioned in the strict criteria of A) Who exactly was elected and B)Is that person even qualified under the standards of the expectations "We The People" have decided are the qualifications for the Office of the President?

We have a barrage of both Media Reports, populations assumptions, and scholarly opinions that now are saying the qualifications for the U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives as "Citizen" is the exact same qualifications for the Office of the President's qualification of "natural born Citizen"; lending the question of why exactly would the founders have gone to any effort to make any of the Office qualifications different in the first place? That is in fact what the representations of U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio and U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz as well as Florida Gov. Bobby Jindal's campaigns for President are resting on, and its not a sure foundation at all.

The KEY to their success actually rest upon Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Hussein Obama/aka Barry Soetoro et.al Case No. 14-9396, being dismissed and swept away like some car in a Texas Flood never to be seen again. Believe the fact that there is a great deal of political force being waged now on the behalf of Mr. Obama's legacy by Republicans and Democrats, but we must ask ourselves at what expense to the Republic and those who do not affiliate themselves from any party on the conscripts of fraud?

Does anyone personally staked out to become the victim of Fraud really attribute that as something they hope and aspire to elect and find in a Presidential Candidate? Why not look for the Candidates in Prison who have robbed banks, forged checks, and cranked out false identities with the goal of taking the life savings of your grandparents, parents, and children or those people you call family, and using the proceeds for themselves without asking?

Who is famous among you that will stand up and state "I desire to be the victim of fraud?", George Clooney, You? Oprah Winfrey you? Tom Cruise, You? Brad Pitt, You? How about Angelina? Does she put up with Fraud Brad? You ask those people if they would like to have their life savings taken away with the use of Fraud, and see what they will say? We really don't even think drug dealers like to be taken in fraud. In the prison systems fraud will get you killed so you actually might be dealing with someone with some integrity if you did elect someone from prison.

We know Hillary Clinton doesn't like fraud, or does she? She has personally been invited to file an Amicus Curiae in taking a stand for the Qualifications for the Office of the President twice on Twitter from CRJ2016's Camp, but we have not seen anything from her attorneys yet. So, we have to assume the answer is, "Yes, and she loves and admires those who commit fraud upon the American Public".

There hasn't been a story written with those headlines for the Drudge Report to post. That actually might be a time sensitive story Hillary Clinton could not avoid or control, because of the natural time procedures of the Case in the U.S. Supreme Court reflecting upon her actions of being a champion of character for the people that she says she wants to be.

Do you want a Champion who turns her back while fraud is committed and gives Barack Obama a big hug and says how much she really appreciates him and the outstanding job of fraud he has committed himself to? The real story is that these words are not fringe or harsh at all in the reflections of the Standard placed in front of the Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. These words are very civil in nature.

The Drudge Report doesn't write stories, they post them, but if there are no stories written, what possible headline could Drudge Post on the Drudge Report? If he posted a headline directly from the communications of this Campaign it would most certainly be seen as a bias because he doesn't do that for other Candidates. The Drudge Report makes clear notices or favoring Tweets is not considered an endorsement of any Candidate. So, the public, the Drudge Report, and this Campaign are stuck at an impasse of reporters willing to write a story and that seems to be a bridge we all find ourselves on. This brings us to another topic.. Twitter.

THE MANIPULATION OF POLITICAL TWEETS CORRALLED BY TWITTER

Two days ago, my campaign was indeed able to communicate this story to a list of regular top notch writing reporters. That's normally how you get a story out to a reporter fast and easy. Hey, here's a Pulitzer Prize for you that involves some 5 Presidential Candidates pretty directly, and the rest very easily indirectly as they all must indeed realize the Constitution of the United States provides a list of qualifications for the Office of the President they are running for. That ought to be a very ground floor basic consideration for them before the foreign policy is asked about.

The next question would be how many of them would like their Campaign's sabotaged with fraud based upon their meeting those criteria, but someone else not measuring up to those qualifications and winning an election and calling them poor sports? Does that sound like someone else we know? Lance Armstrong was found out but not before winning how many world cup races and destroying the lives of those other racers who might have won? He was stripped of his titles from years back for cheating in the races and enhancing his performance with un-natural and illegal means. The same can be said for Barack Obama who in know way would have been elected if he came out and said, "Listen, these are my fake identifications. Here's my long form fabrications, my selective service fabrications, and you guys already have seen that my social security card could not pass and that I couldn't register for Obamacare. Now based on those qualifications and a couple of great speeches in 2002 please elect me because there's not likely to be a Candidate for President who has standing and makes a Case to the U.S. Supreme Court? So basically, I can get away with it for years!"

There is no way that happens! So why should Obama be allowed to finish his 1.5 years in office with a record of damages another 'racer' is and has brought to the U.S. Supreme Court for Justice? Cody made the point very clear when the question came in?

Why not just let Obama finish his term of 1.5 years? Well, it takes a lot of time to exhaust state remedies and Cody's got some 15 Cases that have cost him quite a bit. Additionally, look we have many Senators and people in Offices now pushing and bullying the Qualifications in the Republican field and the action is dangerous to our National Security.

How would anyone of us like half our incomes suddenly confiscated or our cars taken? This easily attributes the pain and damages motivating Cody's pursuit of Justice. He genuinely has suffered a lot of damages, and has not given that up. Now just because other Candidates did give up, doesn't make Obama's actions right, and it doesn't make Cody's legal actions any less significant either as fraud against anyone is a negative action. In fact, by giving up those other Candidates conceded the elections, Cody has never done that and the U.S. Supreme Court has his argument and his record in front of them.

Recently, Cody sent the headlines of this story to Twitter to a group of Reporters who may just not have known about what was happening. There "Handles" on Twitter he includes here for the public consideration. These are reporters who have written major political stories of some kind very recently and had those published many featured on The Drudge Report. They include:

Additionally, Cody has released his stories to at least 4 to 5 Reporters in 2 to 4 major newspapers in every State of the Union and many Nationally Radio and Televised Programs on all the Major Networks consistently with a dozen articles written on this Blog just since the U.S. Supreme Court Case was Docketed. As far as being a great communicator it is very difficult not to see the over 500 Post on this Blog as a Book Report to the Media of every step politically that has transpired that would be called a transparency unparalleled with most of the Candidates self written work and action. The silence by the Media can only be described as a capitulation of Obama's Fraud due to not reporting the complaint to the public.

Today, Cody tried to send out a Tweet on the CRJ2016 Twitter account @CodyRobertJudy2016 and received a message that he could not include Twitter addresses in his Tweets of people that did not follow him, even though the list above went out two days ago with no problem and none of those reporters followed him. What this does is make it very difficult to communicate a story to a Reporter on Twitter if they don't follow you. Cody did not abuse Tweeting to them numerous times, it was a single Tweet made to four or five of the reporters at a time due to the 120 character restraints placed on Tweets, but at least we do have that on his Twitter Record and the Public knows now.

If these reporters are being threatened in anyway, they can certainly report that on their own account and social networks. They could even Tweet, "Hey, I can't write a story about CRJ2016 Judy v. Obama 14-9396, Boss said "No"", and I'm sure the public would understand.

We here at the Campaign would certainly wish to extend a GENUINE HAT-TIP to The Drudge Report for saying in so many words with 4 Favorites of CRJ2016 Tweets "I don't have a HEADLINE to put on The Drudge Report about this!". We were quite excited Drudge shared that pain with us.
