If you’re a member of the Democratic Party based upon some of the good ole Democratic party values of inclusion, value of the individual to stand up against corporations, intrusive and overbearing Government in civil rights, and the semblance at least some fairness, you have got to be watching Obama in a nightmare, or worse, a sci-fi horror movie starring Stallone in Demolition Man, in the demolition and destruction of the Democratic Party.

From the UK comes a story that the entire Verizon Wireless Network that has been either enlisted or co-opted by the NSA under Executive Branch head Obama to collect all the phone calls all the email addresses in an all out spying effort on Americans under the nightmare of the Patriot Act over the last 7 years.

While the Judicial Branch has problems in the political doctrine theory they have used to give Obama cover for his forged and fraudulent long form birth certificate, apparently the Judicial Branch has no problem signing secret spying orders on all Americans using Verizon Wireless under the guise of national security. As a Verizon wireless subscriber I’m furious about being targeted as a terrorist as I’m sure all other innocent people are.

From the implant of Obamacare into the supposedly politically neutral hands of the IRS comes the story that Obama’s own “campaign manager” is attending meetings to officiate the code of conduct for the apologizing-Tea Party/Conservative-voter-targeting-arm of the Obama Government to manage the health care of all Americans where to quote officials, “Some will live and some will die” according to the IRS’s neutrally political directives.

From Glenn Beck comes the Democratic Party sci-fi horror statement that is not only compelling but downright disturbing that The Tea Party be the new Civil Rights Party? How could it have come to this? How could the Democratic Party have lost that mantle? Well it’s pretty easy when the guy in the White House is employing tactics of the Red Scare.

Why would we hear about this from foreign reporters? Well, we also know that Obama is making investigative reporting and those that do it here in America an espionage criminal act prosecuting more reporters than any other administration in our history and we have the A.P. Reporter tracking list of conversations and emails to back up the tip of the ice-berg of the nixonian watergate type tactics employed by Obama.

Isn't it enough that reporters for the most part have completely ignored the eligibility argument taken to Court in Judy v. McCain in favor of preserving a ‘race’ card for Obama to play for every eligibility case in Obama-usurping history, accept for mine, in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the U.S. Supreme Court?

We are not threatened by intelligence or knowledge, we are threaten by ignorance or lack of knowledge and Obama’s greatest cover-up lies in his own identity fraud made so only by championing ignorance rather than championing the pursuit of happiness which is knowledge.

Yesterday on the Blaze, the lack of intelligence on Obama’s years at Columbia University rose quickly to a high ranking story. In the on-air report Obama’s supposed and miraculous transfer from Occidental College as a C student defied not only the odds of reason but the odds of everyone ever remembering him at Columbia including Wayne Allan Root former V.P. Candidate for the Libertarian Party and George Stephanopoulos of ABC.

Along the same story over 400 political science students attending around the same years as Obama questioned about it in an Fox news report also had never seen Obama or could remember Obama attending, which was also noted in the comments of a political science professor there who stated in a public speaking engagement, “he had his doubts” Obama ever attended, to the gasps of the audience.

This report was featured in the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA SEDITION AND TREASON TRIAL held in New York with Dr. Pastor James David Manning where Obama, by a jury panel of American Citizens from all over the United States was found to be guilty of many counts of fraud and sedition along with the findings Obama was not eligible or qualified as a natural born citizen to even be seated in the Office of the President under the United States Constitution.

I testified as a presidential candidate for the first time in United States history at that 2010 Tenth Amendment trial against another candidate for President in Obama, beginning on page 49 of the Trial Transcript link, and brought to the attention of the world the fact that McCain’s “natural born citizen” exclusive grant by Congress defied nature as an action of man and was co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on a quid pro quo good ole boys agreement.

Speaking of gasps from the audience, it is interesting to see story after story emerging as the one has of a conference of sheriffs and law enforcement personal brought up to speed on the document forgeries of Obama’s long form birth certificate and selective service registration by a Cold Case Posse with over 2500 hours on the documents.

Mike Zullos’ investigation sanctioned by Sheriff Joe Arpaio was submitted by myself for the first time and originated in the State District Court of Georgia the day after its release to the public and worked its way thought the Georgia State Supreme Court and up to the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in January of 2013.

Since that time cover up after cover up after cover up has haunted America from Benghazi gun running into Syria to gun-running into Mexico that actually was arming gangs, the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as Al Qaeda.

As Americans don’t you think we have got to start wondering about the sanity, fear, or manipulative tactics of those pointing fingers at the Birthers calling them crazy?

As a proud Article II Patriot and Birther I say from the trail-blazing work myself and many others have done at our own peril as sacrifices for the Constitution of the United States that includes our Civil Rights visible through the rear view mirror of our vehicle, that the rest of Conservative Republican and Democratic Party people sitting in disbelief,as these events unfold, are only now beginning to catch up to what we have known and been sounding an alarm for.

Welcome to our world as you’ve been spied on, treated as terrorist, punked as stupid, told to shut-up, sit down, and that if you weren’t doing anything wrong you should not mind being treated as a prisoner in America.

It is every and increasingly apparent to you, shown to you as clearly by God as anyone could be shown, that if you do not choose politicians who believe in the Constitution, and when I say the Constitution I very strongly imply the eligibility requirement demanded of the Office of the President that Obama has from day one demolished, that you will indeed have every right taken from you the Constitution frames as inalienable.

The very first thing you should ask yourself in choosing a Representative or a U.S. Senator is are you an Article II Patriot, are you a Birther because if you’re not, you certainly are not getting my vote or my money contributed to your campaign.

My name is Cody Robert Judy and I can proudly say if you consider my campaign for your hard earned dollars at the very least you can consider your Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen upheld and respected without the fear of being called a racist as I have upheld equally the eligibility argument with McCain and Obama. There just are not many politicians who can say that in the entire United States.

Of course if you as Americans’ would like more politicians to sprout up championing your rights, and you’d like your Representatives and U.S. Senators to take a stand, then you have got to show them that there is a direct correlation between their taking a stand for the Constitution on this national security directive and breach and your campaign dollars. A good way to do that is contributing to my campaign that in 2008 and 2012 didn’t even collect the minimum amount of over $5,000 to report to the FEC.

Can Dual Citizens Run For President - Let's Take A Look

There is a "Responsibility" to be a defensive driver, but not a "right" for a 13 year old to drive or run for President.

If you have a choice of dual citizenship at birth, you don't have a 'right' to run for President.

The very subtle argument to place "responsibility" of the voters in charge of who to elect is used in the following comment and its worth looking at because we all must know that we are a nation of laws and the Constitution is the Supreme Law.

Now of course we must consider the right of the people to know and understand the Candidate's past. That past has come to be shaped by the Media. We all know Barack Obama's past was never remotely delved into by the mainstream media, and we also know that Obama himself didn't write his own auto- Dreams of my Fathers.

A clear manipulation of the voters information comes clear from who owns and runs the media. Obama's forged long form birth certificate and draft registration by law enforcement investigators (ie Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse) didn't take place until 2011. This was a full 3 years into the 1st term.

The Constitution contains the term "natural born" for a US president. This term was used to prevent anyone with the possibility of having a foreign allegiance from becoming commander-in-chief of US forces, for obvious reasons (super fifth column, anyone?) A person with dual citizenship owes allegiance to both the US and the foreign government. They are required to obey the laws of both countries, which of course for a sitting US President would be disastrous to the US nation.

The term "natural born" is used to mean a singular allegiance to one and only one nation. Dual citizenship contradicts this.

(Note that it is unique that the US president is also the commander-in-chief, which entrusts the office of president with great power, so a concern of allegiance was on the minds of the framers of the Constitution. Senators and Representatives can be naturalized; the President cannot, because of the Commander-In-Chief power.)

All NATURALIZED citizens have to take an oath of ALLEGIANCE, to confirm they only have allegiance to the US and no other country. But this is not enough to fully repudiate possible allegiances to other countries.

So "allegiance" is the key here -- at the time of the writing of the US Constitution, "natural born" was a term carefully chosen to define that allegiance - it means having a singular allegiance that derives from one's having been born of the soil of the nation - in this case, the US nation. This results in a kind of "super-allegiance".
That is what the framers meant, and Constitutional lawyers have always recognized this to be the meaning.

So according to the Constitution, which explicitly and unambiguously uses with the term "natural born" when referring to qualifications for someone to be the US president, no, a US president cannot have dual citizenship. They must have that singular allegiance that can only be derived from having been born of US soil - "born here" to Citizen parents, simply because one can take the foreign parents citizenship at birth, that right always exist.

Loyalty to first generations citizens does not abdicate the "responsibility" to follow the Constitution, as we are a Nation of laws.

Again the Article II,Sect I, Clause 5 itself is the law and abrogates a "Citizen" can run if they were such at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, thus the "natural born citizenship" was given an exemption.

"Citizens" of the 14th Amendment source, dual citizens, and or 'native' citizens - anchor babies were not given that exemption.

This is the Supreme Law of the Land, and there is a method of changing it, but it doesn't exist through the Judicial Branch. It remains in the Legislative Branch.

Well its make or break day tomorrow in the United States Supreme Court. I'm flooded with patriotic memories of the enormous amount of work that it even takes to get there.

Today my mind has constantly drifted towards those who have given some, and more especially to some who gave all, that our Constitution might stand.

If the United States Supreme Court refuses to hear my case, they are essentially declaring all prisoners that are ward of the States and Federal Government on 'fraud' or 'forgery' charges/sentences free as they let Obama go, they must also let the prisoners go in the order of Justice for all.

Of course Mrs. Obama knows all about that as she advocated it was proper for all of us to follow the same rules. I don't know how many prisoners that covers but they basically should have their sentences computed based on this part of my petitioner:

So, everyone should pass this around, and especially get to friends and family who are under such sentences and their attorneys, for we wouldn't want "justice" for all not to prevail in the United States of America, now would we?

Dear Sheriff Joe Arpaio and The Cold Case Posse:

I am inquiring to you about doing a joint press party or a picnic venue to eliminate cost on Sept 22,2012 , and create some media before the SCOTUS Case on Obama's Eligibility is heard Sept 24th,2012 set for conference 12-5276 Judy v. Obama and Weldon v. Obama.

The cause is just in coming together in a bi-partisan effort for the Constitution. I am a Democratic Candidate for President, but I am also the only one who has submitted the information from the Cold Case Posse in the Court. Your Cold Case Posse investigation was inserted into my case March 2nd which was the due date of my response to Obama's Motion to Dismiss, thus has found its way also up every level of Appeal until now its reached the United States Supreme Court.

Perhaps you don't think that's a very big deal, however I did notice in your last press conference you were a little bit confused on where to take the investigation next. Well, I propose the United States Supreme Court is a pretty good place and I've done just that. Now of course you understand that publicity is one of the biggest and most crucial things in the Court accepting and hearing cases that affect as many Americans.

If no one is concerned out there as Citizens about hearing this case, of course it makes it easier to sweep under the rug, and I also think that if it slips past the United States Supreme Court it will find no more collateral then the waste bins of America. Republicans failed - Cody Robert Judy, (I am), the only Democratic Party Presidential Candidate to take Obama's Eligibility to the U.S. Supreme Court and showcase Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse result.

I have placed Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse results into the very first Judicial Court- The Superior Court of Georgia March 2nd,2012. This was appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court and now the U.S. Supreme Court.

Why? Well it wasn't because Sheriff Joe is my good friend because I've never met him. It was because Sheriff Joe decided by the order of his constituency to investigate for truth. I credit the people who surround Sheriff Joe who have hired and elected him as truth loving people. God bless them all.

That truth is what I've represented since suing McCain and Obama in 2008; the same truth that was used when I testified at the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA SEDITION AND TREASON TRIAL in Harlem New York and he was found "Guilty" by a Jury of American Citizens who I had never met before and who came from every corner of the Nation.

The truth is a hard thing for those who make a lie. Obama can't say anything against the truth and not be seen as a Circus act and a Carnival Barker. The devil gets very angry at the truth because its the lie that gives him his power, and its the truth for Gods sake, that takes it away!

Boy I'll tell you the list of Judges and Courts and Public Figures that have chosen to align themselves with Obama's malignant fraud and massive forgery will have something of a ding on their resume for a long time won't they?

When a politician tells a lie and the people support it, the cup is filled with a lie and its just a matter of time before it spills and the resulting action stains what its spilled on.

How many people really believe a lie can be covered up for long; or is a good thing when it hurts the very fabric of our election process; when it undermines the credibility of the United States to the core; When it makes the beacon on the hill of freedom and light seem more like a joke then a light?

Who of the media will be able to hold their heads high and not look like a Obama's fool?

Who has had him on their show and called him "President" rather then the usurping idiot with nothing to hide his nakedness, but his own dis-dain for our Constitution?

Obama own words have dug a hole for him. He has trumped that "Responsibility, Accountability, Transparency, and Law" are the hallmarks for Businesses whose practices he has called into question because of their gambling on the stock market with so much that if they lost they would need a public bail out AGAIN.

What example is Obama to "good practices"? What shall those businesses say to him, "Well, your the one whose setting the example for us?"

Obama understands that when these checks and balances or values leave the market, the market is doomed to fail, yet he doesn't have the respect for the White House, for the U.S. Constitution, for "We The People" to employ those values to himself?

What exactly do you call someone who applies great laws and goodness to businesses and everyone else, but won't employ them to himself in the Office of the President requiring a 'natural born citizen?

FRAUD-IN-CHIEF?

What should we call him?

The 'devil' come down to us?

The truth shall set you free from the lie Mr. Obama. The truth shall set you free from Mr. Obama Democratic Party.

Make the choice, and free yourself from Obama's malignant narcissistic personality disorder join The Birther Movement and become an Article II Patriot who supports Politicians who support, defend,protect, and preserve the Constitution in truth and real power.

Here is one very good reason that America really really needs a President who believes and stands up for the Constitution. Mind you, this is a Repub. Congressmen from AZ. who says basically the Constitution should be removed from the oath of office by stating you can't stand up for the Constitution because 50% of America doesn't believe in it.
