It's a fairly repeated term for Democratic Party Nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton in an accusation used against Republican Party Nominee Donald J Trump in the order of implying 'racism' against 'our first black president' in her own words heard in the first 42 seconds of the video below in the second Presidential Debate. So how is it that an ABC News Report written November 1st, 2016 by Tom Liddy entitled [HOW TRUMP'S REMARKS ABOUT CLINTON EMAIL PROBE MIRROR BIRTHERISM] is an attempt to attach a knock out election blow to Trump while excusing Hillary Clinton's essential deliberate usurpation of the Secretary of State's office with an obfuscation of FOIA responsibility and accountability?

Did they not miss or simply dismiss the Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Cold Case Possee findings, or did they dismiss them after Congress held a hearing to investigate those findings? Did Mr. Liddy question why Barack Obama would spend nearly three years of his first term avoiding accountability and responsibility to the American People that the Office of the President only be confirmed upon a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution? And did Mr. Liddy affirm Barack Obama's lie  told in the first 37 seconds of the CBS Interview to the American People that he only learned of Hillary Clinton's Private Server when the story broke after which it was discovered by the FBI Obama was communicating with Hillary all along using a pseudonym?

WikiLeaks Reveals a trove of Democratic Party strategy to use the pejorative 'Birthers' against Patriots who simply knew that the Office of the President was reserved for an American Citizen without dual loyalties inherited from Parents or Place defined as 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' and confirmed by precedent case in the U.S. Supreme Court that left no doubt for the description as Congress was only given powers to naturalize citizens included in varying descriptions in Title 8 ss 1401 Nationals and Citizens at Birth. Certainly the title for the naturalization act did not include 'natural born Citizens at birth'.

Congress made the mistake once already but reversed it's mistake in the understanding of 1790 Naturalization ACT and the 1795 Naturalization ACT. The rule of Construction upon the Constitution was enumerated in Amendment 9 -

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Thus you just can't go around saying the 14th Amendment or any other Naturalization Act replaced the Qualifications of the President found in Art. 2, Section 1, Clause 5, but that's exactly what has happened as we see "Citizen at Birth" has been used illegally to justify non-natural born Citizens from running for President ie. McCain, Obama, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal etc., and in Obama's case sitting in the Office of the President. Yes, ,they may have been 'Citizens', but that was not the qualification for the Office of the President accept at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution. Thereafter it was reserved for [natural born Citizens] which in elementary terms confirmed sole American Allegiance in the time frame of two generations. This served as a very big wall from what we are seeing now in Identitarian Politics discussed on this Blogs last Post.

Some have speculated that no one cares about Birthers anymore, but as an entree of Hillary Rodham Clinton's stump speech, Democrats who have relied more on borrowed light from the anti-Civil Rights leaders, anti-Birthers, and Globalism as the vehicle to dismantle the U.S. Constitution and thus the United States of America through compromise, Birthers are mainstream as new niggers ( usage became unambiguously pejorative, a racist insult) for the Democrats, and here's why?

He tried to de-legitimize the first black President

Since HRC is the Democratic Party Nominee for the 2016 Election and she repeats and repeats and repeats this it would appear at least to the common man’s eye that everyone cares about the Birthers.

If Democrats believe the Birther Movement is Racist, and Donald Trump is portrayed as the Leader of it by her repeated assertions, and America is mobilized against Trump based on this, Democrats will care a great deal for Birthers as the Birther Movement delivered the White House to HRC.

On the other hand, if Trump wins the Election and was branded by HRC as the Leader of the Birther Movement, then it was the Birther Movement that America loved, and it propelled the Leader of it to the Oval Office.

Either way, your statement Bob is one of near total denial of reality. It doesn’t make a bit of sense given HRC , (who I guess you are voting for) stump speeches going on now 5 days before the election.

Now I don't know if Black People would be voting for Hillary Rodham Clinton if every time she stood up at a stump speech she addressed all Black People as 'niggers', but that is exactly what she's doing to 'Birthers' as we see a confirmation that it is a pejorative term used as an insult to Americans who insist that the loyalty of the Office of the President be 'all American' in Place and Parents.

It is no more a stretch than ABC's writing reporter Mr. Liddy's assertions in his article as he wrote:
'Birtherism was strongly linked to the theory that Obama is a secret Muslim and wants to hide his religion from the American people.", which I found very offensive and misleading. There is no religious test for the Office of the President- period!

Suggesting that there is with nothing but speculation as to why Obama had not divulged his long form birth certificate for three years, let decorated enlisted military objectors go to prison over a $10 dollar document, and indeed had spent millions of dollars in defense of not producing it, as an accountability and responsibility to the question mirrors Hillary Clinton's usurpation of the Secretary of State's office in avoiding the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) accountability of the Office to the People.

Collaborative Evidence not only suggests but mirror Obama and Hillary want top jobs in the American Nation but do not want anything to do with the qualifying, accountability, and responsibility of Law, that come with the jobs, to the People as their Employer or Boss. The search on WikiLeaks reveals 87 results of the pejorative "Birthers'. Top of the list is the DNC  Email Archive numbering 38- Global Intelligence Files 26, Podesta Emails 22,Clinton Emails 5, Syria Files 1, and non collection files 1.

This in fact notices clearly that the DNC, just like Debbie Wasserman Schultz was pegged for 'religion attack strategies' against Bernie Sanders is clearly in the business of slander and libel to win elections.

Donald J. Trump hasn't even filed a single legal document against anyone in his own Party who surfaced as unqualified either by a foreign parent or being born in or under a foreign jurisdiction of law from a State in the United States.

In fact I as a Democratic Party Candidate for President have been the one who actually has the only bi-partisan federal court Record objecting to McCain and Obama from 2008 to 2016 in some 15 Cases none of which were heard on the merits of the Standing I possessed, and the evidence and U.S. Supreme Court precedent case Law I presented in Minor v. Happersett that the Congressional Research Service tried to cover up in ambiguity to the Congress. Notice 1 & Notice 2 

Interestingly enough the movie Hillary's America directed by Dinesh D'souza illustrates the Democratic Party in the U.S. History Record indeed fought for slavery, ownership of people as a commodity, and the idea that it was all about stealing, shutting people up, and collaboration to involve in the order of indemnity,security against or exemption from legal responsibility for one's actions, at the highest levels of Government. This describes Obama and Hillary's actions exactly.

We are left repulsed that the Democratic Party lead by women- Hillary Clinton, Debbie Wasserman Schultz and now as we see Donna Brazille's WikiLeaks Forced resignation from CNN based on her feeding Clinton Debate Questions in assertions the whole Political Pundit System is broken, the whole Democratic Party Primary is on Record as Corrupt and Crooked, and it's set the same conclusion for the whole national election.

Democrats are gaining nothing but a demoralizing reputation by the actions of these so called leaders and it's time to STOP! I am ashamed of my Party, but I am not ashamed of my Actions fighting for the Constitution and the qualifications of the Office of the President. Yes, I am a Birther ignored and castigated but by the looks of it, the Democratic Party has me to thank for Taking A Stand for the Constitution and showing that there is at least some integrity in the Party America can be proud of.

The tragedy of Civil Rights under Obama, like the lost origins of the Greek tragedy play, has yet to be impressed upon the Republic. The “Prologue” was indeed the sophisticated story of Obama presented to the public as Obama’s history. Strung out like a hopeless investigation of Congress that will take years, Obama released a fabrication of his long form birth certificate at the end of April 2011. That was odd after 4 years but did little to raise the eyebrows of Congress. However we are left wondering with a picture of Obama’s finger on the red button wither he just gained control of the nuclear weapons in time to help Congress make their decision, or if that had already happened?

Justice often does seem served up on a plate with the one who has power to administer it with force. Ask any who have received a delay, reprieve, or subsidy on Obamacare without Congressional approval. Sometimes the American People are slow, but we are learning very quickly now- take for example Crimea.

Much has been said about Putin manipulating a referendum of the public with propaganda towards a vote that would allow Russia to Annex Crimea. Those opposed, many in the U.S. and E.U. Governments, do so under the historical tragedy of the world sitting back watching Hitler take over country after country before engaging him with force. The pretext is the election wasn’t legal and shouldn’t be recognized which Obama repeated. Was Obama’s election legal under the false pretext of identity and qualification under the duress of propaganda?

Picture perfect Crimea basked as a wonderful vacation location with mild winters and extraordinary summers in this Tragedy Play as the character of your Civil Rights; let’s include mine in that to okay? I want to be part of you guys. Now understand that Obama has done more to destroy Civil Rights in America then Putin has done to Crimea, yet Congress points a finger at Putin’s 2 Million Man molehill whilst Obama destroys 300 Million People’s Civil Rights?

“Sanctions for Putin”; Excuse me, do you totally understand what Putin is laughing about now? If you don’t you, you don’t understand the difference between 2 million Russians, and 300 Million Americans, and you have wondered into “McCainland”.
That’s a place where you get two Acts of Congress domesticating your alien rights as a citizen of a foreign country, to impress upon the American People you are qualified as a natural born citizen for the Office of the President. Yeah, breaking news, it wasn’t a military hospital you poor Republican fools. Come on, who needs two acts of Congress to tell them they are a natural born citizen if you were born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? Think about it; excellent cover fire for Obama wasn’t it?

Yes, we can tell you it was cover fire that co-sponsors Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama happily lay down upon the American Public that worked in the same fashion as the anger S.O.S Hillary Clinton drummed up with the blame of a certain video as the catalyst of hatred consuming Benghazi. Yes, and Hitler wasn’t responsible for shooting any Jews either was he, but “what difference does it make now” that she’s compared Putin to Hitler and totally ignored Obama?

Will some reporter in the Tragedy please ask her if it was a threat to Chelsea so we can get an idea of her consent or collaboration? If you don’t get to it, I promise I’ll bring it up in a debate somehow. We do need to know to what degree Obama has gone in the blackmailing tactic to cover up his identity fraud and if she wants our trust she really needs to be honest about that.

Yeah, what difference did it make with all the Democratic Party deep-pockets just waiting for her announcement? So let me see, go to a foreign country make them hate your homeland, wait a minute didn’t Obama send over a drone and kill an American Citizen who did that recently? Yes it was that, Anwar al-Awlaki guy, who was stirring the pot of hatred in the Muslim communities against America, just like S.O.S. Hillary Clinton did blaming that video-tape on Benghazi. I wonder if his mistake was not coming back over to run for President. I guess we’ll never be able to ask him.

So Hillary comes back after stirring hatred up and gets rewarded with a Billion to run for Office? I guess it didn’t make any difference and she was right? You poor Democratic Party fools, come to think about it why didn’t Hillary Clinton take a stand against Obama’s fabricated identity and save us all from these scandals, unless of course she was a party to them? What difference does it make now? Gosh it seems to make a big difference when the Democratic Party can use it against Gov. Chris Christie in bridgegate.

Bridgegate of course stirring up the hatred of the people on the bridge delayed. I can tell you as someone in the West, that did not affect me, but what Hillary Clinton did with the video tape did in fact put me and my family in much greater harm’s way.

The “Parodos of the Tragedy” indeed has been the living nightmare that none too many of the Main Stream Media has cared to comment upon truthfully but that is indeed part of the developing story.
The “Exodus of Tragedy” of course is what we are all looking forward to hoping the tragedy doesn’t suck us in so deep that there is no going home after the play because we are living it.

Barack Obama sold to the public as the civil liberties communities’ great hope masqueraded with the indomitable smile was a tragedy upon the American trust. The smiling politician we actually wanted to believe in is now something we actually want to steer away from because we were beguiled with that smile and our broken trust is inherited upon our innocent children.

Obama, a former constitutional law professor, pledged to run a transparent and open government. Spying, Profiling, and Targeting the American Public while covering his own origins in shrouds of mythical tapestry has become the transparent scandalous tragedy that every college attending, working, and voting American has come to realize was his hope towards change. The reality of the danger we are in begins to set in with scandal after scandal after scandal and Obamacare 1/5 of the entire economy with its multiple layered lies we have all recently begun to understand.

Obama has become a civil libertarians nightmare: a supposedly liberal president who instead has expanded and fortified a more intrusive and authoritarian federal government doubling down on the proceeding administrations disguised ‘patriot act’. If you’re a Democrat and can’t see that this is where liberalism parts with liberty and joins forces with obstruction of your Civil Rights I’m certain you do not know the difference between 2 million and 300 million.
So, a cooperating government in corruption, well at least their cooperating and that pleases the Media who can’t stand dissension and government gridlock.

I’m upset about this because my Civil Rights, that I thought the Democratic party was a champion of ,have been so far removed from me that as a Presidential Candidate objecting to my campaign being forced to run against a campaign like Obama’s who wasn’t any more qualified for the Office then Putin is, was, and has been run off the road and its Congress’s job to hear it. That’s what the courts have said.

You know in America the little guy is supposed to have individual rights protected in a Constitutional Republic. That’s how the Constitution serves every individual in America with that ‘justice’ for all. As a presidential candidate I expected to get in a race and have it be fair at the very least by the qualifications demanded by the Constitution which outline those offices for us.

So what does it tell you when the Judicial Branch won’t listen and the Legislative Branch who’s suppose to listen and has been told to listen by the Judicial Branch’s actions still won’t listen?

What does it tell you when a professional criminal investigative team like Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse has repeatedly gone on the line with their reports and whole careers at stake, telling us that Obama’s long form birth certificate is a fabrication, his social security card is a mis-match, and his draft registration has a phony dated stamp on it?

What does it tell you when Obama’s father was Kenyan and his Mother was American and he inherits both citizenships, but dual citizenship is prohibited from the Office of the President because a natural born citizen is born in the U.S. to citizen parens?

What does it tell you when Hillary Clinton, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney, and a Republican Controlled House, and a Democratic Party Controlled Senate will not even look at the facts of the biggest fraud perpetrated upon the American People in all of our history?

What does it say about the one Presidential Candidate in all of America who stood up for your Civil Rights in Judy v. McCain and Judy v. Obama in 2008 and 2012 financing out of my own pocket with my whole fortune these documented court records that actually included on March 2nd, 2012 these reports of the Sheriff’s into the Courts of law that were appealed clear up to the United States Supreme Court?

Now who out of all these options can you trust? Who missed the biggest fraud ever to hit Washington DC and who saw it coming before it ever hit? Who do you know will not turn his back on you or the Constitution that protects your rights as Americans when it comes to race, religion, and color and gender?

Do you suppose if you missed the BIGGEST FRAUD in history on purpose, that these ‘minor’ details of your Civil Rights are a big deal to anyone of them? I can tell you their records bear out to you what is important to them, and it is not your rights, your protections, and your liberties under the Supreme Law of this land. They don’t care about the cause if they did they wouldn’t let Obama have this pass in the White House allowing the elections of 2008 and 2012 held under the propaganda of false information stand. I do care. However, the question is, “Do you care that I care and they don’t?”

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more then a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits (Get Yours Free Here) contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

The American King has got EVERYTHING , but he's not Eligible to be President

American's have seen first hand the last year with over a dozen scandals as well as this week the progressive agenda of someone in the White House who thinks he can bypass Congress. Obama completely disregarded Congress's purse strings and a report now from the Huffington post declares Obama the most cloaked and controlling quoting, " http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/10/obama-press-freedom-cpj_n_4073037.html ,"Downie said he was persuaded that concerns about lack of government transparency are legitimate. Those interviewed, he wrote, “could not remember any precedent” to the Obama administration’s aggressive crackdown on leaks and efforts to control information."

In the article it seems "The Press" is just now catching on to the Fraud in the White House's 'activity, but they still haven't quite linked point A to Obama not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President with Point B, exactly what someone who is not qualified as a natural born citizen for the office of the President's actions would be.

This lends to the really dunce theory that once someone's in office illegally in the first place, all you can do is pull your hair out if your unsatisfied. America is waking up to the facts but Obama still is charging ahead convinced his imperialistic character will win the battle over the Constitution.

While Congress is at an impasse with the White House it is very important to seize the day with the information to Congress to take a stand for the Constitution. The House of Representatives has indeed pulled the cord on Obamacare recognizing its the biggest tax in American history and it violates the independence of each American with a mandate over control of healthcare.

Before Americans wake-up with their paycheck garnished empirically, because Obamacare was not signed by a qualified President, the House has got to fight this all the way and go back to point A wherein the Constitution says you must be a natural born citizen defined very well as those born in American to Citizen parents, and hold hearings with the information brought by a Candidate for President with standing that includes the Cold Case Posse evidence Obama's long form birth certificate is nothing more then a fabrication and he is not qualified.

My fight for the Eligibility of the President began in 2007-8 with Judy v. One of the problems with the Republican Candidates Romney and Ryan is they continually deny the fact that the Constitutional requirements for the Office of the President are entirely different than the Constitutional requirements for office's such as U.S. Senator or U.S.Congressmen. We see that in Paul Ryan's answer dealing with Birthers, even this year.

Do you think there is a difference between 800 Billion and 1.6 Trillion? Well, there's a difference alright in "Citizen" and "Natural Born Citizen"! Maybe Bill Clinton was right in R's not being good at Math and now we can add English to the topics they're getting an 'F' in.

Congressmen Ryan took pride in actually sending his constituents the fabricated long form birth certificate that showed Obama's father from Kenya as a British subject, full well knowing that duel allegiance is not allowed in the Office of the President.

Mitt Romney's loss may not mean a loss for Conservatives, how could his loss translate into a conservative win? If Republican leadership players had an ounce of courage they could make the play that Electoral College Votes for an ineligible candidate should be dismissed; that's exactly what needs to happen!

Electors are now formally notified that any Electoral College Votes made for Barack Hussein Obama will be dismissed, and thus each Elector is given a choice to vote for a second Democratic Party Candidate, who is qualified as a "Natural Born Citizen", according to the Constitution, and has met all the other Constitutional qualifications for the Office of President - Cody Robert Judy, rather than having their vote dismissed on an ineligible candidate.

‘No dispute will be resolved out of Democratic Party favor, that’s the way it is, that’s the way it’s been for a long time” says Rush Limbaugh. Rush is right but it’s only because Republicans lack the courage to pull the Constitutional Trigger on Obama.

Its isn’t Fast & Furious, it isn’t Benghazi, it isn’t Abortion and it sure isn’t immigration policy that has beset the Republican Party in America, its the lack of courage to pull the constitutional trigger on Obama in his ineligibility to even be in the office of the President.

Not only do they lack the courage to pull the Constitutional Trigger on Obama, but they lack the ability to sell the Constitution to minorities. Who are minorities?
Well, the Republicans are a minority, the Wealthy making over 250,000 per year in America are a minority, the Black vote in America is a minority, the Hispanic vote in America is a minority, any particular religion in America is a minority, the women in America are a minority. Each individual is a minority in America.

So why haven’t Republican been able to sell the Constitution to minorities? It’s simply they don’t have the courage to pull the Constitutional Trigger on one individual who is ineligible for the Office of the President according to the Constitution– Obama.

Have Republicans lost the ability to explain Freedom and Liberty? What is that based upon, but individual rights of the minority? The absolute KEY to minorities is in fact The United States Constitution in America.

Republicans just don’t have the courage to pull the Constitutional Trigger on Obama and it’s ultimately corrupted their party.

Rush Limbaugh is upset that 3 million Republicans or shall we call them Conservatives didn’t come out to even vote. Rush calls the “good guys” the Republicans who don’t have the Constitutional courage to pull the trigger and stand up for the Constitution? Hummmm.

Limbaugh creditably acknowledged if 3 million more conservative votes had been cast, Romney would have won the election on the popular vote by 180,000.

So why have Republicans lost the ability to sell Constitutional Principles? How can you sell something you don’t want to take a stand for? Is anyone going to believe you? Hasn’t what the Republican Party been doing, for years, boiled down to brewing a potion of hypocrisy on the Constitutional principles?

Why have they lost the ability to sell the Constitution? They haven’t seen themselves as they are yet… a minority. There is only one advantage in being a minority in a Constitutional Republic. It’s the Constitution and its ability to defend a minority from the majority by its principles that counts. That is the KEY.

It doesn’t matter if the majority voted for Obama if he’s not qualified for the Office. Now if you’re afraid of riots and intimidated by bullies, then you don’t’ have the courage, and have sacrificed this nation to a gang. Obama loves the Constitution when he can use it for an advantage and he has used it time and time again with a “Racism” bully pulpit.

Why has it worked for him? He sees and has framed himself as ‘black’, and thus a minority for which the Constitution was made.

Republicans haven’t seen themselves as a minority able to stand against a majority, because they haven’t seen themselves worthy of the claim, so in some degree it is a consummation of inappropriate guilt.

Now why is it important for those people who have called themselves Republicans in the past election, to quickly abandon their leaders who have this inappropriate guilt complex?

The biggest reason is the mechanism for recovery isn’t going to be there that is in place now to save the Country from the economic or fiscal cliff.

Many conservatives recognize this and that is the reason they are so upset. They see the writing on the wall called Obamacare; They see that unemployment numbers, especially in two of the key election states- Ohio and Pennsylvania - sky-rocketed the week after the election by 78,000 bringing the total to near 440,000. They see the increase of spending proposed by Obama and simultaneously see tax hikes on the minority called the “wealthy” in this Country. Yes, the wealthy are a minority.

They know full well that the tax hikes on the wealthy are not meant to do anything but fund more Government programs and decrease the ability for the wealthy to make a Constitutional difference in elections. The Constitution protects the wealthy people’s right to property for which wealth is established. Seen what’s happened to that lately?

Obama is about funding himself as Santa Clause so he can give out gifts, the biggest difference between Santa Clause and Obama is Santa isn’t paying his elfs with the taxes from the minorities. That part of the story is Santa’s secret but it’s not a secret in the case of Obama.

What else can you call a 1.6 Trillion dollar increase in spending but no entitlement reform when we’re so far in debt now?

What are Republicans doing but caving in on taxes? Well, they are fretting about wither to change the position on immigration, abortion, and tax hikes rather than understand their power as a minority with the Constitution when the Democratic Party has put forth yet again an ineligible candidate for the Office of the President.

Obama is a master at dividing the Republican Party into those who want to sell out first on tax increases and those who want to hold the line.

Now another way to say this is Republicans are unwilling to pull the Constitutional Trigger on Obama’s eligibility thus forfeiting their ability to lower taxes and increase the tax base as GDP and pay the debt down.

So Rush, it’s the Republicans who are spineless on their own economic recipe for a recovery. That’s not a question.

Look at the ideas of these conservative hosts: Glenn Beck says, “Let Obama have it” Rush Limbaugh says “ Walk away”, let the Country go to hell so people realize how valuable we are, then we’ll really have an advantage in 2014 and 2016. This is a mentality completely devoid of hope. Obama’s managed it. How can Republican say they aren’t drinking the Obama kool-aid?

Rush recognizes something very valuable though, I thought, on the issue of Republican Party’s values on candidate electability. Rush played back a Jan. 6th playback of his friends reasons that certain candidates running for the Republican Party as President wouldn’t work and the also recognizes how flawed the theories were.

To sum it up Rush said his friends said the negatives against Republican Candidates revolved around things like “ability to talk”, “Success in Congress”, “Time in Office”, “Success in Private profession”, “Likability”, “Personal Wealth”, “Connected to Obama to closely” even “Appearance or looks”, these were terms used to describe the failed bids of Paul, Huntsman, Cain, Bachmann, Santorum, Gingrich, and Perry, but none of those identifies originated around “principle or policy” either positively or negatively.

You can see how flawed counting on “outward” appearances was. They found in Mitt Romney a man with 1 marriage with a nice family, very successful in the private sector economically, former Governor – experienced in Executive position, who is very handsome, and they couldn’t win? They couldn’t get out their vote. Now that just blew their minds, probably about the same way Jesse was blown away by the Lord’s choice of David among his 8 sons, for David at that time was the least of his brothers.

And the Lord said to Samuel the Prophet 1st Samuel16:7, “..Look not on his countenance or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as a man seeth; for a man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.”

Now conservative people have generally been for holding Obama on the demands our Constitution has on the Office of the President, however the leaders of the Republican Party have generally been very opposed to it.

You could say the conservative of the conservative leaders in Congress such as Utah R – U.S. Senator Hatch who you would say on the outside is very conservative, is anything but that on the inside, and has actually charged for changing the eligibility qualifications of the President held within the Constitution.

If the Constitution has no friends in Congress on the conservative side, what friend does the Constitution have? Now you say, Cody, how much clout can one single issue in the Constitution have?

I want to try to explain a realistic down to Earth position on importance of defending the Constitution in increments, if by chance you could say one demand of the Constitution is more important than the other, by standing firmly on the Constitution’s effect upon the living, in other words, those who are here now, because there are a lot of conservatives who believe their “issue” is the most important one, who I think are mistaken, because I believe the eligibility qualification of the President is the most important one.

Of course I understand the Republican leadership is completely against me at this time, however, I do believe people like Mitt Romney who are very intelligent should be able to calculate I’m right if they’re willing to allow reason into their mind answering the following questions.

How many people’s lifes are directly affected by the President of the United States, economically and morally?

How many people’s lifes are directly affected by abortion? Immigration? Higher Taxes?
Now all those non-Birthers who call themselves Republicans that are supposed leaders can fully articulate that Obama has spent us blind, thereby placing a huge debt of 6 Trillion more upon everyone now living, and you cannot, will not, and refuse to pull the Constitutional Trigger on Obama’s eligibility whilst the burden has been so great upon the few of us?

Now you know why you lost. YOU DESERVED TO LOSE!!! Do you understand why God Almighty is angry with you? Why those who were divinely inspired with the Constitution by our Creator might be rolling over in the graves at your pathetic excuse of a defense for our Constitution?

If you do not understand that, I don’t think I can explain it any better to you, because I’m not well versed in any foreign language.

I am an American. I have rights as a Natural Born Citizen that a Citizen does not have. You have trampled them. You have trampled the Supreme Law of this Land. You are offenders of that Law in the highest office the law portends. Obama is not a natural born citizen, and its affecting everyone living, why worry about those who are not here yet, or those who are dead, or those who are not citizens yet? It makes no sense.

You’re cowardly actions have insulted all those who have died, have offended every minority in this Country, and are repugnant to my God, who is the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and I don’t say this in anger or in an insulting way. I say this in a pleading way for you to simply change your position while the mechanism to save our Country still exists, which again is The United States Constitution.

I have Obama in the United States Supreme Court 12-5276 and you have the power to show that Court you care, before the official January 6th Electoral College Vote, in a peaceful way. Will you, can you figure that out? The opportunity is yours, what will you do with it personally? The opportunity is here and provided on January 4th, 2013 upon the United States Supreme Court conference.

What you won’t be able to say if you do nothing, is that the opportunity was not afforded to you. That is a powerful message for you to report to God in your prayers, that is if you believe in God. If you don’t I suppose it doesn't apply to you, but Obama’s policies do, and he may have your job at his disposal.

The principles of our Constitution are not won or lost in one election anymore than our Creator has disappeared. It is the magnificent principles of faith in these principles that burns in every American’s heart that wakes us up in the morning and inspires us to take a step in the right direction.

Those who say the Constitution is dead are proven wrong by the brave men and women fighting for it and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for it. Of course it is discouraging to see its principles violated, especially in the land for which its banners have been prepared and for which it is declared to be The Supreme Law of the Land.

Cody Robert Judy I certainly understand your sentiment, I always remember at times like this George Washington losing like 13 battles before winning one. Can you imagine the loss of life of brave soldiers around your feet who gave the ultimate price as you walked a trail of tears.. wondering .. wondering.. about the principles of the Constitution these who had died had given everything towards? ;) What if it was the 9th battle and you were sick to your stomach and your men's moral was at an all time low. Can you imagine fighting 4 more that you were going to lose? The most glorious wonder of the Constitution is a light so bright with love so powerful that it lifts far more up then have ever been lost. It lives in all of us who take a stand for it.


Of course now is the time America needs leaders and those who are not afraid to take a stand for the Constitution. I've said all along that takes great leaders for America to be great and stand for the beacons and principles that have inspired and shook the darkness in the whole world with light.

What has changed with Obama’s Win? Obama’s still ineligible and has lost. Did the election cause Obama’s father to gain his United States Citizenship? No.
Did Obama’s win somehow change the results of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s investigation that found Obama’s long form birth certificate and selective service registration to be a forgery? No.

Did Obama’s win somehow change his Social Security Card from the State of Connecticut to a home for Obama in Hawaii? No.

Did Obama’s win somehow restore Obama’s law license from the being barred from his use in the State of Illinois where its rescinded form rest in the shame of the lie upon which it was once predicated? No.

Has the United States Constitution changed since the election granting those who are at least 35 years of age, 14 years a resident, and a ‘natural born citizens’, born in the United States to Citizen Parents, the privilege of qualification for the Office of President? No.

Has the oath of office for the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate or the oath of the Judges across America changed to uphold the United States Constitution? No.

Is Obama a ‘natural born citizen’? No.

Is America still a Republic based upon the Constitution where the majority don’t often get their way because of the rights and honor of the minority and the rights that are protected by the Constitution?


Well, maybe the question should be, “What has changed?”

Have Republicans learned a lesson, and do they now understand the value of the rights of minorities protected by the Constitution? I think they should have a much greater understanding of not only being a minority, but the VALUE of our Constitution in protecting minority’s rights.

It doesn't matter how many people voted for Obama if he is not Constitutionally Qualified to be President he can’t be and a majority vote for him cannot stand in the way of the protected rights of the minority.

Does America still have a Presidential Candidate standing up for those rights? Yes, she sure does.

I, Cody Robert Judy ran as a Democrat and apposed Obama’s eligibility. I still have a Motion in the United States Supreme Court that attest to Obama’s ineligibility and features the criminal investigation of Obama’s identity ineligibility as a natural born citizen and thus the office of the President, that was received by the United States Supreme Court Tues Nov. 6th, at approximately 11AM.

Could the Republican House of Representatives decide to take the evidence of my case into their Judicial Committee? Yes.

Well then, nothing’s changed much accept the Republicans may have learned the value of being a minority, which ultimately might not be such a bad thing.

Today also marks the Premiere release of the 1st 60 Second 2016 Presidential Election Commercial for Cody Robert Judy as an Independent Party Candidate for United States President. This is an important 'NOTICE' because in the Keyes (Barnett) v. Obama decision the 10th Circuit ruled that it did not appear that the Candidates for the 2008 Election were still involved in getting Elected to that office in 2012, thus maintaining their "Standing", and as such their complaint on Obama's eligibility and grounds for relief were seen as moot.

With Polls at a near tie in Ohio the race with the Republican Nominee Mitt Romney and the Democratic Nominee Barack Obama may be difficult to call - who will be the major party or group of losers that may stir an eligibility challenge?

If Barack Obama loses in a very close race, perhaps the Democratic Party will become dis-enchanted with Obama and question his legal standing to even be on the Ballot in the first place protesting the election of Mitt Romney and the dis-enfranchisement of every Democratic Party Voter.

However, on the flip side of the coin, if Mitt Romney were to lose the electoral college vote, Republicans faced with another 4 years of Barack Obama's ineligibility may throw down the gauntlet on Barack Obama's fraud and forgery, insisting the Democratic Party never did put up a legal and qualified candidate and so their nominee should win by forefoot. Of course we all know if that happens Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Sean Hannity will indeed be in tears with wrenched hands and bowel problems, nevertheless it just might be the best lesson they have learned in their life.The Constitution is a power to be reckoned and the party who dismisses it, does so at its own peril.

One must ask themselves the question, "if Republicans had a choice between another 4 years of rule in the White House with Barack Obama or supporting Cody Robert Judy's eligibility challenge of Barack Obama which one they would choose?" Which one do you think they would choose?

In either case, Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Obama Case No. 12-5276 is indeed available to any particular political affiliate who sees a need to finally take a stand for the Constitution whether in the Judicial or Legislative Branch of the Government. While the Judicial Branch may have think they 'hood winked' the election, Republicans do have the ability to lay waste to Obama's fraud and forgery in open session of Congress as he is a disability according to the 14th Amendment Section 3.

It will be quite interesting to see who is willing to concede the election based on the fraud and forgery Barack Hussein Obama has presented to the public.
