Trump's assertion that Barack Obama was born in the Unites States as a fundamental reversal of teams- meaning President Trump abandoned Birthers and the evidence of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse delivered December 15,2016, just 7 days after Mrs. Clinton's announcement in the scandalous epidemic of Conspiracy & Propaganda.

Categorizing Mr. Davidson as simply a defender of the Constitution and in such a defender of Obama's eligibility as a U.S. President in the face of the evidence the Cold Case Posse brought out is possible, however begins to really unravel when you account for a recent post of Mr. Davidson's encouraging a different line of attack upon President Trump for impeachment that undoubtedly places President Trump's successes of business in the past as a mark of mental and incapacitating incompetence.
This takes-a-toll on the advancement of Obama as an eligible person under the U.S. Constitution's qualification that anyone serving in the Office of the President be a {Citizen} [at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution] or a {natural born Citizen} thereafter- defined as Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents spiriting an American Allegiance by soil and parents, to simply a more realistic partisan defense for Obama.
So how can both Conspiracy Theorist be right? Mr. Jones says Trump was right all a long and Obama's birth certificate was a Fake, while Mr. Davidson says Trump is a Turn-Coat-Birther admitting Obama was born in the United States? How can President Trump who is now in the White House have both stories be true?

THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
The United States Constitution is something that we are seeing the Left bring up a lot- one reporter even declaring Trump's not calling on him in a press conference a violation of the First Amendment. Where were all these Constitutional Reporters, and where are they now, in the face of Barack Obama and his Campaign Organization for America having committed Fraud along with the Democratic National Committee orchestrating against the U.S. Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President?

Road the Birther Horse to the White House, but then Horse Traded?
You either had to be a Birther or Donald J. Trump to understand the tsunami Anti-Birther Wave of political insult hurled your way in the Election of 2016. The President Elect did a share of protesting Sen. Ted Cruz about his ineligibility for being foreign born and having a father who was native Cuban but defector citizen along with his mother to Canada, at the time of his Birth insinuating America's Qualification for a 'natural born Citizen' - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents was not something Ted was standing up for as a Presidential Candidate but was something he was subverting. Donald J. Trump did not and does not have a Birther Problem as a Constitutionally Qualified American natural born Citizen : born in the the U.S. to Citizen Parents at the time of his birth.
Trump will not be taken to Court over that Principle in our Constitution- for no one doubts it a single bit - born in the United States to Citizens not owing any foreign allegiance. The position was made for the USA in the USA and by the USA representing two generations- It's takes awhile for no one to dispute your being a [natural born Citizen] but after two generations of true red-white-and blue, it happens.
Let's face it - Obama's inherited foreign father representing a Kenyan-Citizenship was not representing any other country but Kenya, and his birth place was the subject of criminal investigation by lawful authorities because of Obama's own personal choice amounting to a three year delay on his long form birth certificate. This also is undisputed.
Obama's declaration for President was on February 10, 2007 and his long form birth certificate he released was on April 27, 2011 which represented fifty months (50) of stoking the fire and blowing on the coals of The Birther Movement. Did the fire cease? Oh no, it only increased because now the fifty months (50) of not releasing a ten dollar $10 document (which I don't think any American would have a problem turning over if it meant you could be President), was crucially the investigation of the Cold Case Posse under Sheriff authority who is responsible for keeping the peace and enforcing the law.
The Feds may have forgotten but Sheriff Joe Apaio didn't. He understood as a sheriff, an elected official of his County, he is known as the highest law enforcer of the county and the Sheriff has law enforcement powers exceeding that of any other state or federal official. Sheriff Joe was one of the first law enforcement officers to endorse Donald J. Trump and the Birther label they both wore equally if you recall Trump standing up on The View and saying I think he should show his birth certificate.
Obama Administration White House Employees Departing is Bitter-Sweet
As the long faces in the picture depict, no one in the Obama White House administration looks happy about the day ending, and with it their jobs. Many of us have been there; last day on a job that you liked? It's not a fun day.
I remember feeling like that when the U.S. Supreme Court almost unbelievably denied my Motion for Forma Pauperis waiving the printing cost ($4,500.00) and (Filing Fee $350) the lower Federal District and 10th Circuit Panel Courts had granted in the same year. Federal Courts ask for a prior year of information, so it makes absolutely no sense to have a granted Federal Forma Pauperis Motion denied in the same year by a Federal Court (which the U.S. Supreme Court is) with a Presidential Candidate who has standing.
Trust me, its no fun showing up for a job that you liked the last day of the job, but it's really no fun running as a Presidential Candidate and having the party your running in treating you like the U.S. Constitution is the last thing that is important about whose going to be their Candidate when that has a lot to do with the job in the first place. With the standing you receive as a Candidate for President, comes the responsibility also to those who do not have standing, mainly those who will be your constituents- The Voters. You kind of get those same looks from people who are populist for their Candidate who is running but ineligible. Well, yes, he's black and beautiful but he's illegal as the devil in heaven in that office folks. Now you may be right but we all know what they did to Jesus Christ and he was right also. Sometimes being right is not what makes you friends or makes you a populist Candidate like Barack Obama. In fact, often a Presidential Candidate is viewed as valuable by his deferred prosecution stand rather than his prosecutorial adherence to law. Well that may be the reason Donald Trump chose not to file legal papers on Sen. Ted Cruz, but the tit-for-tat on the national debate stage was cemented in millions of peoples minds far more than my two cases in the U.S. Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and 14-9396.
However, I thought it was telling and also the greatest insult to the Democratic Party's Progressive Stand in defense of the poor, to stand by and witness the stain produced by Justices of the United States Supreme Court denying justice based solely upon the disadvantage of economic disparity defiling Justice for All.
Trust the Media? You got to be kidding me? Can you imagine the court jesters laughing as witnesses to that most nefarious cruelty? Well, as you can see their faces now, as their party is over, what they have done may be coming back to them?
There are many farewells happening as Obama poses for a few last pictures at his final and last news conference. He said ,"At my core, I think we are going to be OK." "We just have to fight for it, work for it, and not take it for granted."

In fact they pronounced Trump a former birther when he in September 16, 2016 announced Obama was born in the United States. The media frenzy over that seemed as jubilant as Trump was about getting the long form fabrication out of Obama April 27th, 2011. Now, Trump like regurgitating Obama in 2011, says "We've got better things to do."
With what Obama did- 10 Trillion of more debt, over 50,000 bombs dropped the last two years, and a melee of legislation recorded as the worst in modern history, God help us if at his heart he thinks we are going to be OK. What a revelation to the [framed story] by the Media and the scholastic report card?

Still Obama has not lost any of his 'cool', but America sure has with an unconstitutional president. Am I happy about Trump being a [natural born Citizen]? Why oh yes I am. I feel no greater pleasure than admitting Trump more than likely won't have a single law suit saying he's not a [natural born Citizen] make it to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Am I happy about the U.S. Supreme Court Justices being silent on the case that represented a Presidential Candidate v. Presidential Candidate on the Constitutional Term [natural born Citizen] whose silence elected Trump?
I can't say 'Yes' to that any more than any Democrat can say they are happy about the Russians influencing the Presidential Race (if it was significant or if Podesta and DNC Emails had just been about flowers), or Recounts not coming out in favor of Hillary Clinton. It goes without saying as my comment at Obamaconspiracy.org reflected :

CHINA NOT SO HAPPY After reading the following article you can easily see why President Elect Trump's choice for Secretary of State is a tough call. Preferred Trade and cheap labor has ensnared or lured away some of America's finest Corporations fundamentally hurting America while helping many other Nations - China being the biggest.
The problem is how do you negotiate with an unfair Trade history, and keep your Trading partner happy. China has been the biggest benefactor of what America in Trump now is calling a very bad deal.
America lost a core Principle of standing up against slavery in the devaluation of currency- China's dictatorship insist upon their population at times cutting pay and wages and trading that for volume in order to lure the American Businessman away.
Profits as high as 90% have made American Businesses and Corporations filthy rich and they didn't have a problem with slave wages off American shores. Republicans and Democrats laid aside the influence of Trade to encourage human rights for profit.
Now China has hooked many businesses and through their prowess got America on their profit nipple weaning away and learning to feed oneself may cause the next Secretary of State the greatest headaches.
Weakness in this position could cause the greatest problems and with Trump's interviews and public statements of four finalist, we are staring weakness in the eyes and the foreign powers know it.
I won't go in to detail about those weaknesses, but it's pretty safe to say, Trump's the exclusive four in top considerations for Secretary of State
have reputations in critique that are weak.
While they also deserve strength rewards in many areas the balance in many respects it seems will be Trump's Secretary of State constantly undercutting Trump's Campaign Pledges in favor of the status quo.
Trump's consideration may be in getting more of a pacifier for Secretary of State, and if that's the goal he has four strong choices to choose from. Perhaps, he should also consider former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton?

For Democrats to win in November they have got to move from the far left field Obama already has them in. Sanders was vetted not only for his age, but for his extreme left positions to make Hillary Clinton look more centrist, or center field. If the goal for Democrats is to win, they must take on every anti-establishment position that Trump has sown up in his his own extremely unusual unique and captive phenomenon.
[Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that occurs within a group of people in which the desire for harmony or conformity in the group results in an irrational or dysfunctional decision-making outcome. Group members try to minimize conflict and reach a consensus decision without critical evaluation of alternative viewpoints by actively suppressing dissenting viewpoints, and by isolating themselves from outside influences.] Groupthink, I believe, can be attributed to the sever dislocation of priority within the establishments of both major parties. It has allowed Trump's Phenomenon.
Hillary Clinton I believe is about to undergo a very big upheaval within her own ranks. Watch for a very big fight to break out. Nearly everything is wrong with her campaign and it is not an accident, but the result of Hillary's own gravitation to Groupthink- a stifling heat stagnating within her own Campaign the result of what's happening within her own person.

A women running for President of the United States, but with more interest in the World based in and on the worst aspects and corruptible influences of the World.Things like bribery, political peddling, pay-to-play, incentives for slavery, aristocracy, and an exploitation of minorities rather than any real defense through the Standards of the Constitution.
At the bottom of this post I've also included a dream I had today that seemed very poignant with symbolism for those who are interested in that. Many are not and do not find those kinds of things interesting, to which I simply say to each their own. The more I think about it, the more I think Hillary is the crocodile in that dream. She's very dangerous, coy, sly, and hidden in the massive danger she represents.
Hillary's psychological message is all wrong, but she "thinks" and of course many around her also 'think' obviously
that it's the right message.
I believe Hillary has a very big grudge against men and that is why she laughed with such glee (see the video) about the killing of head-of-state Muammar Gaddafi.
The 'affairs' of Bill Clinton on Hillary endured, created much more of a calculated killing machine than anyone has supposed.

In truth, indeed there would be things that a women in the Office of the Presidency would bring that could be nice, but Hillary Clinton does not possess them which is why as she is running as a First Lady making a bid at the First Women in the Office of the President, I'm [neutrally] apposed to her meaning I'm not apposed to a women being elected, but for my reasons I'd expect as equally upon a man, I don't see what I'd like to see gender aside.
I don't think her being aglow at the killing of even an enemy is representative of quality character. It postures a deficit in disposition and baseness wholly contemptible for the Office of President. Hillary is not only not personable in the attribute many give former President Bill Clinton, but she really does not 'reach out' and lacks that necessary nature essential to the Office of the President.
It may come as a surprise to some, but I have reached out to nearly every Presidential Candidate in 2016, both with advice and counsel as well as friendship, and make it a practice to reach out. If you do a search of the Bible you will find the example many many times of Christ hand being extended, or reaching out. This is a remarkable lesson of making a good effort to reason, to teach, and to instruct, as well as to listen.
Unfortunately this year can we say that Democrats are the real champions of Free Speech? Yes, we know how to protest, but that's not all it requires. It also requires fundamentally letting someone else speak especially when it makes your blood boil. How many people have been injured, tackled, punched, kicked, and generally physically abused at Hillary Clinton rallies? How many at Trump rallies?

I was impressed with the following two videos that I've included along with parts of my letter to the author because I thought they were very remarkable in simply recognizing exactly what Democrats are up against and slicing and dicing it in away that weaknesses could be exploited in an intelligent manner, especially in identifying the danger that lurks beneath Trumps rhetoric.

I sued McCain and Obama in '08 running as a write-in; Obama in '12 running as a Democrat,

I'm a Blue Dog Democrat, but I'm fierce on protecting Choice and Equality on social
issues like abortion and marriage with a better Record on those than Obama or Hillary.

about. I know you may disagree with me on that, but I'd be happy to debate on both of them, even from a Christian perspective. Protecting choice is very big in my religious sentiment.
Two things - If (and likely) Clinton gets indicted on Federal Racketeering charges, were
Democrats given the option of "Choices" by Debbie Wasserman Schultz - No. Sanders was
only a default candidate given For Clinton to beat, not for Democrats to win. His
Economic Policy will cripple Small Businesses $15/hr.
Sanders age and positions were vetted as centralizing Clinton as moderate but she's so
scandal, cover up, and crime riddled he's actually, as the only alternative, doing well.
I am the Better Birther than Trump. The Qualification clause is meritorious. Obama has
not had to stand up on the Equality line to it, he's been favored or cheated the law.
Republicans were in on this too. . very much so.
Your video of honesty, principle, in the Media, the People, and Cash closing in on Trump
eliminating him was Genius and Truth.
But as long as Trump is able to out-principle, out-honesty, out-simplify Democrats I
think he'll win with those in his corner.
Now here's an important Factor. The U.S. Supreme Court arbitrarily denied my motion for
forma pauperis in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. The Body of the Case and Question was not denied.
If ALL of America was exposed to that Fact, the Court would be Forced to reconsider,
they'd say it was a clerical error, and they could HEAR IT.
IF you want to talk about the People's Will, the Legislative Mandate is to sustain [born
in the U.S, to Citizen Parents] 8 defeats just since 2003 to change it. The precedent
case in the SCOTUS is Minor v. Happersettno doubt existed for those born in the Country
to Citizen Parents.
There is a minority of corrupt politicians controlling the Squelch of this. Obama,
Clinton, and McCain forged U.S. Sen RES 511 but every Republican Senator voted for it
making them complacent and sealing the trap of Racist behind the requirement.

PATH TO THE WHITE HOUSE
Every Candidate for President has an outline or presentation that explains what they hope is their Path to the White House. Some have expressed questions on a viable path to the Office of the President for Cody Robert Judy and we'd like to outline that briefly.
Cody Robert Judy (CRJ) is a Democratic Party Officially Registered Federal Election Commission (FEC) recognized Candidate for President. The Democratic Party is generally considered to be the Party to Beat by other Registered Parties, especially given the two terms in the White House Obama has represented. What that means is basically any Candidate the Democratic Party gets behind is going to be serious contention in the Election 2016.
So, the better question might be How does Cody Robert Judy plan to get the Democratic Party Nomination?
The Democratic Party Primary is not a general population election and is thus subject to it's own Rules as pretty much a Business Corporation. It is not subject within itself to the Standards of the Constitution, although it can be and is subject to the laws outside it's circle to the Standards of the Constitution. Within the Party is a great number of Rules and Policies subject to change Party Leaders deem necessary to either adopt or to change in any given political circumstance for the benefit and survival of the Party.
How does that work for CRJ? Well, if Hillary Clinton was criminally convicted of Racketeering or Mishandling National Security Secrets and everyone in the Democratic Party Primary actually believed Hillary when she said it was a FBI Security Inquiry, which the FBI Director Jim Comey insisted he didn't even know what the term meant because the FBI doesn't do Security inquiries, could the Delegates of the Democratic Party really still be chained to their vote for a Criminal?
The answer is "No", they would adopt a Rule probably specifically relating to Hillary Clinton's Delegates, stating that due to the circumstances of and they would spell those out, the Delegates would not be held accountable to Hillary Clinton. That would free up all and also an amount now seen as greater than Bernie Sanders has.
Now if we just look at this a little rationally and reasonable, we understand of course circumstances change and the closer to an election or to a National Convention those changes can occur very quickly and rapidly. In fact the speed of which they can change can be seen as doubling at every half stage until the Event.
Let's say for instance that Hillary Clinton came out and at the National Convention due to her changing circumstances and likely Felony Prosecution, made a rousing speech for her Delegates to assert themselves to a Candidate for the Democrats much closer to the left of center than left field as Bernie Sanders is, specifically in the longer term hopes of defeating Trump and the Democratic Party maintaining a presence in the White House which is very much a consideration for Civil Rights Protections over the next one hundred years with perhaps as many as five Justices being replaced on the U.S. Supreme Court. That could in fact change the course of the entire Democratic Party Field.
Democrats deep down inside know that without a border there is no Country, and no Constitution. Without a U.S. Constitution are any of Minorities Rights safe? Are all Citizens rights in equality under the Law going to be protected in marriage? How much of a factor can that be on the population? It's very big!
Now Democrats over the last 7 years might have gained a anti-Constitution reputation based on Barack Obama not being a [natural born Citizen] but Obama's days in the White House are swiftly coming to an end and no one wants to see their Civil Rights go out the door with him. Even Obama claims he is a citizen after leaving the White House and he confirmed, "One generation passes, two generation passes, and suddenly we don’t remember where we came from.", because America has become our only Country. After two generations there is not another Country to fall back on or go back to as there always is for those born outside of America or inheriting a citizenship from a foreign parent. We are truly Americanized in that second generation, but that doesn't happen in a first generation. Indeed as Obama noticed, it takes TIME.- two generations to forget.
Of course America welcomes immigrants who are serious about being American. We offer qualification to every office to first generations Americans with TIME. We also reserve the Office of the President for Americans with only one allegiance, no other inherited or birth place citizenship in what we call a fractured allegiance. It's all American!
Mr. Trump received a political base from the Media Labeled Birthers, but Mr. Judy is the only Candidate for President actually centered with a Record of Defense and Taking A Stand for the Constitution Mr. Trump has only fawned at, even with his Billions. Mr. Judy offers a bi-partisan record at this to be respected by both major parties in his defense for the Principle with McCain first and with Obama second.
Many causes of Civil Rights have required what's called a 'ripening' time for The U.S. Supreme Court to consider. Until that ripening happens, many abuses take place building up the grievance of the cause. For example the Same Sex marriage opinion came in from the U.S. Supreme Court a full seven years after it was started. Seven years seems near an average time for a big infringed Civil Right.
An arbitrary Denial came down against Mr. Judy's Motion for forma pauperis in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. It was as extremely radical of a decision against the poor as any discrimination of race, gender, or prior servitude could have been. If that decision was published in its full recognition across the entire Country the economically challenged in the whole Country would be outraged calling for impeachment as they understood Justice had fully been corrupted, and Justice for All was ruined in the Hope that every immigrant comes to America for.
If America no longer offers Justice for All, then the unique attraction quickly becomes dim and the light upon the hill fades and disappears to the bullies will. All hell could easily break lose and lawlessness become the Standard by which the U.S. Supreme Court actually is seen the perpetrator and offender.
Already, the natural born Citizen clause has been called by Bernie Sanders racist and as a threat to delegitimize the Barack Obama, but actually it was simply defending and taking a stand for the Law. Sanders has actually illegally framed the Constitution as evil as racism, when all the qualification of President requires is more time; and for those who put it that time, in coming and staying, the rewards of qualifying to run for the Office of President are extended. Now there's been less than 45 President's in the whole of the history of the United States, so it's really not as big of a deal as people want to make out or label pejoratively discriminatory. We discriminate against the rest of our clothes we chose not to wear today also, it's not to big of a deal. However, the qualification for the Office of the President is a big deal because it was formed by The People's Will.
If those two things happened it is easily contested that Cody Robert Judy actually pulls in as the Democratic Party Nominee who can actually beat Donald J. Trump in a much more tactical race pitting the economical unethical standards of poor against the rich and the equality argument. The poor don't want to steal from the rich, the righteous ones anyway, they simply want the same Standard of Law to apply which give them the same or equal opportunity. That applies across the board to the Standard of Law required in the qualification for President.

A descendant of two great horseman in his father and mother Cody learned the art of Horsemanship specializing in the Dressage Methods requiring years and years of training to Master.
Cody began his family as a young nineteen year old marrying Jill who was twenty-one. Pictured to the right their first two children Chaz who was two and Jaycee who was one.

The bottom picture is Cody bowing Amoroso de' Espana a purebred Spanish Arabian who he trained for four years and showed to the level of Prix St. George, just one level under the Olympic Grand Prix Dressage recognized Sport.
As we fast forward Cody's family has grown and matured. At the heart of every good Candidate for President is the wisdom and experience that comes from Family. Being patient, kind, loving, empathetic, altruistic doesn't just come from book learning, but certainly has been written in books.

The dream began with me and my son at a show. It was my friend John Moyer's hypnotist show, but it was a different act that I was unfamiliar with. At the same time, being good friends, I hugged his finance' Rachelle, also a friend, and him. I hugged Rachelle longer and tighter and he raised his eyebrows at me, which I understood completely and acknowledged was the truth.
We sat down and then were separated. I remembered the game I had to get him too. I noticed a crew with John and Rachelle also others I recognized on their team. They drew plans out like they had done a thousand other shows. I didn't have any money for the ticket and didn't want to impose so didn't formally sit in for the show, but excused myself waving goodbye and headed to pick up my son.
My son and I found ourselves under, grooming with brushes and petting, an Arabian Stallion who was on a cross-tie. We were under the horse grooming his legs and I warned him to be very careful under the stallions' legs, even one you could trust because with the slightest bold or jump from an unexpected noise while you were in that position could result in serious injury. I remembered from my own experience at age four somehow being caught in that exact position where I was literally underneath the horse who could not see what he was doing, but was extremely frightened by me under his legs. All I recall from that experience was my Dad really reaching in and pulling me out from underneath that horses dancing legs before I was seriously injured.
My son and I after standing up, found ourselves facing a giant pool of man-made water. It was enormous, maybe two or three football fields encompassed its boundaries. A metal poled fence with three cables running through the post even spaced rounded the entire pool.
We then were being told by a lady about a horse, unique and unusual. How was that? Well about the time I thought that she said, "Because he deep-dives with me". With that she turned and dived herself deep into the pool and the horse hurdled the fence right in after her. The splash of the horse created such an inversion of the water that it seemed an enormous influx of the water followed in to the horses deep pool dive.
This was significant and was an amazing affect to me. The Horse was not just entertaining, but extremely valuable in searching the entire pool. When this was done, the horse made movements in the water exposing at the bottom of the pool a very large and as was noted in my mind, dangerous crocodile.
The exposure of this crocodile by this horse was very alarming for no one would have seen him and he would have eaten many children if the danger he represented was not exposed.
The End.
Perhaps I will come back to this post and elaborate on some of the symbolism I see, but for now the ideas of the Pool come to me as the United States, even the Political Pool of our elections.
The deep sea diving horse, could be Trump taking a lot of media coverage seen as the water going after him in a wake that is most astonishing and a phenomenon not seen before. This also might have symbolized a little of myself as a horse in the race exposing the crocodile Obama/Clinton represents.
The danger of the crocodile lurking beneath could be Obama and his ineligibility unexposed but posing a great problem for even future generations. Clinton has been at the center of this obfuscation even as a U.S. Senator in her part co-sponsoring of U.S. Sen.Res511.
The danger could also be a Trump presidency no one really sees as a problem right now, but that is particularly obvious to many Democrats who fear a totalitarian type reign.
