It Ends, Stops, It Starts and Begins with You

As I recall running for Congress, the Senate, and President over the last 17 years, 9 years of litigation in Civil Courts against all odds the many sacrifices of myself,  family, and friends that did not pay a monthly check, I'm reminded it didn't go to well for many of our Founders.

They pledged their lives, and fortunes to the Constitution of the United States of America. I remember well at 25 years of age being consumed with getting ahead and not thinking or caring of these sacrifices I didn't make.

It was being in the System, seeing the good, seeing the corruption that changed my attitude. Unfortunately, that included a loss of what I thought were my "Civil Rights".

They are good only as long as there is a People willing to Take A Stand. Those who do are often the subjects for doing that of derision and a loss of Justice.

Sharing again--lest we forget.

Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence?

Five signers were captured by the British as traitors, and tortured before they died.
Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned.
Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured.

Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him,and poverty was his reward.

Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton, had their properties looted by vandals or soldiers.

Thomas Nelson, Jr, At the battle of Yorktown noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson
home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire.
The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished.

So, please take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots.

It's a small price for the price they paid. It is worth Remembering: FREEDOM IS: NEVER, EVER FREE

They put it ALL on the line for us; as has every Service Member since.  The very least we can do is--say thank you.

Today Americans will be reflecting of the nightmare that occurred on 9/11 in 2009 when 3,000 people lost their lives in the attacks on on the Twin Towers and also in 2012 when Chris Stevens and 3 others lost their lives in Benghazi.

9/11 Tribute





We reflect not only on the lives that were lost but the circumstances surrounding those tragedies in our history that are all to often forgotten. The latter portion of this video is indeed a tribute to the lives that were lost, but the beginning of this you tube video reflects on the jokes Obama made at the correspondence dinner about his identity poking fun of the stand for the Constitution so many of us have stood up for in the qualifications for the Office of the President he fails, also a recognition of the circumstances around Bid Laden's death said to perpetrate and mastermind the 9/11 attacks that must be recalled and the 'honorable' burial at sea Obama was said to give Osama as a respect for Muslims when no muslim state would take his body, rather than bring Bin' Ladens' body back to the U.S.

If the very essence of stopping world war is to criminalize the actions of a few, rather than allow the actions of a few to be blanketed upon whole populations, criminal investigations can save us from global catastrophe and are very important.

Our hearts can not help but grieve for our losses. The troubled waters of our peace cannot forget watching all the buildings fall at different times and under different circumstances as we watched suicide planes crash into a couple of them, and we must recall the 'video tape' that was blamed on Benghazi by Obama and his Administration just a month before the 2012 elections generating the sparks of unrest and infuriating muslims all over the world after September 11th, 2012 in the arab springs saga.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand the differences of why Obama chooses to honor Muslims in a burial of Osama bin Laden, yet infuriate a blind rage within their radical elements against America blaming Benghazi on a videotape. Why the White House and our Government strongly objects to pictures and analysis of a shot dead Bin Laden for a forensics and a criminal investigation, but request removal of multiple video's showing beheadings of american journalist only after they have gone viral, like the video tape they attributed to Benghazi's circumstances.

May God Bless America for the truth and help us with our troubled waters. May we as Americans continue to understand as the example that our Constitution defends all religions and the freedom established here. May we as Americans continue to understand all religions also are afflicted with the challenges for good and bad that people in their individual capacities are trying to overcome as weaknesses and that we in defending our own personal religion must fight to defend that which we may not entirely agree with, that in this resolve peace can be found and a harmony of spirit championed we distinctly call American.

That religions of all types in their essence have a purpose to make good people even better, wishing to worship God according to the dictates of their conscience, allowing all men to do the same and that to be just we must act justly realizing in our Constitution the qualifications for the Office of the President, when corrupted, can quite easily lead to the corruption of our religious peace dividing us in a disrespect and discord.

My prayer for the United States of America is to preserve our Union and to this end I have dedicated much of my time,my passion, and my life in the understanding of how very important our United States Constitution is as the Supreme Law of this Land upon a happy people.

Part II. of the exclusive interview I did with Editor-in-Chief Sharon Rondeau of The Post & Email has just been published there regarding Judy v. Obama et. al.,. The Complaint has a return of summons and service filed that would put an answer to the complaint and summons due this coming Tuesday –August 5th, 2014.

The Complaint is of course public information now and is available for anyone to read and last time I checked there were 116 reads. From the time it was published after the law suit was filed and served there is 116 reads.

It’s a 30 page document double spaced which is about 15 pages of reading that might take an average reader about 15 minutes to scan through. It really is a boring process to read someone else’s complaint when it doesn’t apply to you isn’t it? Besides, filing a complaint and actually winning a case are two different things.

I might expect that from the average citizen who really didn’t see a connection between the corruption happening in front of their face but it’s a little more difficult to say excuse the media from reporting it in a format that readers could understand or at least be notified about and this is what I wanted to kind of focus on today.

All of us are part of a community and in many respects are parts of what is happening around us in our communities. Local news is alive and well last time I checked. The news usually comes on about 5:30pm, 6:30pm and again at 10 pm in my community. Last night coming home from work I passed a multiple car accident scene that had happened about 5 minutes before my coming upon the gruesome scene.

The police and ambulances had not arrived yet, but had been called. I passed slowly noticing a man still pinned in the driver’s seat with an air bag exploded in his chest. He looked around and seemed a little dazed to his surroundings. The front end of his car was totaled, set right in the middle of a four lane street in kind of an intersection of urban areas, where the speed limit was appropriately set at 55mph.

At least 10 other cars were pulled over. They had happened on the accident as probable witnesses of the scene. Some had set themselves as post to steer traffic to the side and past the accident until police got there. At least six others were attending as best they could to a women with grey hair laid out flat on the paved road. I noticed blood on her head and thought she looked the worst at the scene with her car mangled.

Another car at the scene looked like it had actually been sandwiched in a crushing machine, the remains of a convertible I thought that had rolled completely over at least once. Debris was scattered in what looked like an area you could put a football field in. 55mph doesn’t seem that fast until you hit someone going the opposite direction at the same speed combining the force in whopping 110mph collision. I had no idea what had happened and my mind struggled to put the scene together, as it was not an intersection and the cars involved all faced the same direction.

Had it been a part failure, like a tire blow out where someone had lost control while passing? Had someone become distracted and then looked up and over corrected?

You pass a scene like that and your heart just melts with horror for those involved and with your even being in such close proximity to the accident. My mind traced my steps back where I had been delayed just 5 minutes which would have had me watching or even being a fatality at the accident scene.

“This had happened in the community where I live”, I thought. Three police cars passed me within the 10 seconds after I had passed the accident. Imagine the lives that had changed upon waking up this morning. Someone’s grandma is either in the hospital or the family is planning a funeral; someone’s dad wouldn’t be going to work this morning and all the bills would just keep on coming.

Can you imagine an accident happening like that that affected every community in the entire United States of America?

Barack Hussein Obama has shown us a fabricated long form birth certificate. His draft registration card has a fabricated year date stamp on it. He’s using a social security card someone else assigned to a dead man. Why?
Explain the “Why?” Can you tell me what the “Why Question” even is?

Glenn Beck had an interesting man on his Radio Program yesterday I took in bits and pieces of. He defined the positives for businesses in tending to What, Where, and Why and the extreme success for businesses like Apple who answered the “Why” for people in the business goals rather than just their product representation discussed by “Start with Why”’s ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sioZd3AxmnE ) Simon Sinek- Author of “Leaders Eat Last”.

He discussed how ‘fear’ in a company’s management style is much different then ‘trust’ which allows for ‘risk’and ‘freedom’. See a clip of the episode here.

Simon said, “The world is filled with danger, but when we feel safe within our community’s we can face the dangers and seize the opportunities. When we have to protect (or feel we have to protect) ourselves from each other than the organization starts to break down.” I thought of the people at the accident and what they were doing before any officers or paramedics had arrived. A character was being shown to me of a culture or group right there in plain site.

“Culture is the character of a group of people”, so how does the culture of the media, act as a group when it comes to Obama’s fraudulent identification and being a watchdog for the public? What is their ‘collective belief’ on the subject and why are they in such denial?

Is that truly based in ‘fear’ and ‘covering their butts’ so they won’t get fired, or so they won’t get sued, or lose their license by the threats of some Government Organization in charge of manipulating them like the Federal Communications Commission - FCC? Why is that considered a 'service to the public'?

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been involved with law enforcement some 55 years. Elected 5 times I believe to his Office as Sheriff and was asked in 2012 by constituents to thoroughly investigated something no other law enforcement agency has investigated in Obama's identification credentials that Obama himself handed out and posted on the White House web site for all Americans; he responded with forming a Cold Case Posse. That investigation led to the acertation that the long form birth certificate is a forgery and so is Obama's draft registration.

While that investigation has little to do with Obama not being a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President, the conclusions reached are a mirror image of Obama's culture and the horrific accident happening to the United States of America in and upon probably the most important aspect of our culture - Our Elections.

People are hurt in this accident, some people are stopping by assisting those involved in the accident, some rolled up after the accident happened and are just watching or passing it by because it looks like everything is being handled and they can't help, don't want to help, or are just not of the mind that it is going to effect them.

The bully tactic is one used often by those in authority positions. They are used to telling people what to do without explaining themselves. They get away with it almost all the time. Its where they use their offices to move people where they want them. Of course in some situations and circumstances you really do need to obey without question or you could be the cause of an accident.

If a policeman tells you to move your vehicle there is probably a really good reason to move it. When a policeman tells you to strip on the side of the road and you notice he turns his video camera off, there's probably a pretty good idea in your mind he is abusing or is about to abuse his authority in moving you and if you don't question it, your absolutely living in fear of the police, rather than the comfort of your rights detailed in the United States Constitution as well as the laws in your community.

With the exception of a very few brave souls in the Media exhibiting courage, our Media is living in a fear zone that is unprecedented in our Country. The rewards of this are not serving us, but are really hurting us and that culture is bound to break down. Hitler didn't win, but he did leave a pretty big wake in his path to remember.


If I lose the Civil Rights Complaint I have filed I'm sure the Media will think, 'We were right not to cover that', even though in reading the Complaint you could come up with a few facts acting as a jury member yourself. If I won the law suit, can you imagine the Media's blank stair at not having even read the complaint, or understood the merits of the case?

The elite culture of fear is truly an amazing belief many in the media have in the justice system not being a culture of equal justice under the law for everyone, but one of a perceived justice for those who are elite and have money. Inspiring a culture of character is indeed about setting a precedent of courage for the right; for the truth; for the Constitution that has come to be rewarded with a faith in liberty and freedom so many were willing to die for with only a reward in heaven.

Having courage for the truth actually does apply to the mercy and forgiveness your sowing as seeds of character. Many complain about others living off of them rather than choosing to work, but we are all less inspired by a culture of hypocrisy which denies Obama is qualified to serve in the Office of the President. That root is the biggest problem with the GOP at this time and it is not inspiring a culture of character.

The Psychological job conspiring fear rather than trust is at the root of our problem here in America and identifying "Why?" is also a key to change. That's the 'Why?' of my own action. I love America and am inspired by the actions of those who also were inspired to defend, protect, and preserve our Constitution and declaring the 'Why?' of our Nation in the first place in the Declaration of Independence.

Breaking News Update: Judge Recuses himself in new Judy v. Obama et.al., 2014 Case

An interesting development has come to my attention on the new U.S. District Court case filed here in Utah in Judy v. Obama et.al., Case No. 1:14-cv-00093 that I wish to address to quell rumors of all sorts being directed in the case.
This is a new case that has been filed and is separate, unique and an original filing compared to the ballot challenge litigated to the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that began in Georgia’s Administrative Court with Judge Malihi.

Yesterday, July 24th, 2014 I received notice that the originally assigned senior Judge Bruce S. Jenkins recused himself by an order he originated. This Order was not pre-empted with a Motion for Recusal by me or the Defendant(s) in the case.

To my knowledge this has never happened before in any case to date which in some way involved Obama’s qualifications, or injury due to the ineligibility, qualification, or occupation of the Office of the President involving Obama in a plea for the Court’s due process for injury in a Civil Rights and Federal Act violation Complaint associated with the allegations asserted by myself as a Presidential Candidate in the presidential election race(s) 2008, 2012, 2016.

I want to make clear that this case does not ask the Judge to remove Obama from the Office of the President whatsoever. That in my mind, and many in the Judicial Branch, belongs to Congress. This is simply a plea of injury and a request for compensatory damages as well as statute damages due to violations alleged in the presidential contest or race according to the rules of the race.

As for the action of Judge Bruce S. Jenkins to respectfully recuse himself, I do not have any definite answer. Judges may recuse themselves for a host of reasons, and in many instances have a responsibility to dismiss themselves for many reasons which can range from a conflict of interest due to work done outside their judgeship, to personal life events which they feel might serve as a conflict interest to the adjudication of the case, to a complication of their own circumstances in health, time, and ability to serve in the particular case interest.

I do know Honorable Jenkins is a senior court judge and he has served the Court for many years. Senior Judge Status is given to Judges who have reached a certain age and have served a certain number of years and they serve the court in a limited capacity as the court may need them rather than say a full time judgeship.

The Order of recusal being signed by Judge Jenkins also enumerated the case being reassigned to the Chief Judge of the Utah District – Judge Ted Stewart for all further proceedings.

It is probably best not to read too much into this development although it does serve as interesting “wonder why?” speculation. Of course that is all we can do is speculate as to the reasons why because we do not know of any certainty. Has it ever happened in a ‘Birther case’ as the media is fond of labeling them? No, I do not think it has.

PIONEER DAY CELEBRATED IN UTAH

On to a different subject, July 24th, yesterday, was a great celebration in Utah known as “Pioneer Day”. Pioneer Day was celebrated originally as far back as 1849 and celebrated the day when Brigham Young entered the Salt Lake Valley area from a long and treacherous continental trek and said “This is the Place” of settlement.

Looking for a place to practice religion freely without treachery for their religious beliefs the Mormon Pioneers braved an incredible exodus out of East Coast States. Later, in 1897 the 24th of July also incorporated Utah’s entry as a State into the United States of America and has continued on to this day.

I like the words of President Kennedy about this recited in this 1 minute video in his own voice as enduring as he was.

As a Utah resident I certainly enjoyed the festivities and celebrate the pioneer spirit of innovation, productivity, self reliance, patience, courage, and determination though I do not represent the LDS or Mormon Faith as a member, nor did the effort and trek made by many pioneers of many different religious sects and faiths owing the same gratitude of excellence as great examples of pioneer spirit.

I will say one of the things I do love about parades is the seeing the police forces of the community in them celebrated as a service for the members of the community. The following video made includes a few highlights from the 24th of July Parade and spectacular fireworks seen on the 4th of July in celebration of our Nation's Independence.

A couple of days ago I had the question come into my mind "Why have elected officials all across the Nation, Main Stream Media pundits, and so many businesses and corporation executives taken a stand so hard for Obama and so definitely against the Constitution?"

Its actually hard for me to understand and to see the arguments of delusion when it comes to Obama emphatically not being a natural born citizen and how so many people will in their own defense of him state his mother was an American Citizen so Obama is also, denying in their own statement the fact he is not a "natural born citizen" that requires being "born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents", and also recognizing in their own statement that U.S. Representatives, U.S. Senators and in fact the President's office required being a "Citizen", however only the President's Office required after the Constitution was signed being a 'natural born citizen' as was specified in the grandfather clause of Article I, Sect II, Clause 5.

'..or a 'Citizen' of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution', clearly tells us that after the Constitution was signed two full generations were required for the Office of the President known and understood to be those "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, and clearly our first President George Washington and first Supreme Court Justices of the United States Supreme Court John Jay understood that.

Yet I see time and time again people make the statement that Obama's mother was a "Citizen" so he is too. We're not talking about Obama not being a 'Citizen' for heavens sake, we're talking about him not being a 'natural born citizen' and the differences are notable in the requirements for U.S. Representatives to be "Citizens" and U.S. Senators to be "Citizens" and for those who were "Citizens" before the Constitution was signed this exemption clause was penned into the Constitution.

It's equivalent to the "Bait and Switch" tactic any business would be ridiculed for using? For those not understanding "Bait and Switch" let me sum it up with another word for you "Obamacare". Not only are we seeing the 'bait and switch tactic used in Obama's identification fraud in the way I mentioned but the same tactic is being used for Obama policies. Please consider the text definition of the Bait and Switch from wiki if you will

"Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud used in retail sales but also employed in other contexts. First, customers are "baited" by merchants' advertising products or services at a low price, but when customers visit the store, they discover that the advertised goods are not available, or the customers are pressured by sales people to consider similar, but higher priced items ("switching").

How many personal accounts have you heard about people logging on the Obamacare web site and finding out their insurance was much higher than their previous insurance? How many personal accounts have you heard of about people being 'shocked' at the price of Obamacare after being led down the path by Obama that it would be cheaper then their old insurance? How many personal accounts have you heard about people who were "told" by Obama over and over and over again that they could "keep their doctors", 'they could keep their insurance", and then found out neither of those was true and they would be fined if they didn't sign up for Obamacare and perhaps be imprisoned?

Why would you need to 'criminalize' someone into a plan like Obamacare that is so fabulous? The language states you can be subject of 5 years in prison and a quarter of a million dollars as stated by Representative Peter Roskam R. Ill.


How sad should America be that the Government has intrusively entered into an agreement with their doctors to imprison them and that their IRS Tax Man has now been armed to enforce that? The letter from the JCT includes a list of civil and criminal penalties. These aren’t penalties for not buying insurance, however. They’re penalties for refusing to pay the resulting tax. Barthold’s letter says: Barthold letter, Nov. 5: Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual:
Section 7203 – misdemeanor wilful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.
Section 7201 – felony wilful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.

Its hard for me to fathom my fellow friends in the Democratic Party and the Republican Party's going so far out on a limb from the Constitution as to criminalize people for a choice 'not to get health insurance' and that your own Doctors and Nurses could be brought into a court room to testify against that choice in order to enforce that penalty.

Well, getting back to Obama not being qualified for the Office of the President because he was not 'born in the U.S. to Citizen parents' however which way you'd care to look at it assuring two full generations void of alien citizenship, we must ask the question "Why?" Why have people that we elected and trusted seen such a bait and switch as credible and our own Constitution so unsavory?

In an excruciatingly poignant travesty seen in the case of Allan West who was approached by law enforcement and an elected sheriff we read: The bottom line of that conversation was that West told Zullo (after hearing and acknowledging the evidence of the case) that he couldn't get involved in that because he might have future political aspirations – he couldn't afford to be associated with that. Lt. Zullo assured him this was NOT a birther issue – this was a proven criminal forgery and fabrication of identifying document issue. He assured West that he would be backed up by a full and professional criminal investigation. Lt. Zullo asked West if he could at least help us to open other doors with other VIPS. West reaffirmed that he had no interest in helping us."

"Future Political Aspirations" can you imagine anyone having a future political aspiration who didn't want to uphold the law, who didn't want to take a stand for the Constitution and that the revelation contrary to that would not sink a politicians chances forever in America?

As I pondered the question again, ""Why have elected officials all across the Nation, Main Stream Media pundits, and so many businesses and corporation executives taken a stand so hard for Obama and so definitely against the Constitution?" the answer came to me and that was all summed up in one word "POPULAR".

In order to get elected you have to be "popular" and that takes 'media' and 'people' willing to support you in that 'popularity'. I understand that word very well. I was pretty popular in highschool. I had lots of people who thought well of me and what I did as a highschool running back with a 6.7 yard per carry average.

I sued McCain and Obama which you can see here and here because they were not 'natural born citizens' qualified for the office of the President. I was the only one who ran for President in 2008 and 2012 that did in all of America. I assure you I did it because of 'principle' not popularity.

When 'principle' is trumped by 'popularity' you are on the path of the devils leading to hell. I'm just not sure why politicians who want to lead American want to lead the population on a path to hell? That doesn't make any sense to me.

You know my Mom's got a lymph node in her back that has doubled in size the last thirty days. She's been crying and calling me in agonizing pain. I took her to emergency October 28th and they did a CAT Scan and somehow missed it. The doctor sent her home with pain patches and a chiropractic appointment. She asked him point blank at the emergency center ,"Is there anyway you could have missed something?' He said, ""yes" because what we are very good here at is taking a picture of what's happening "now"." Continuing he said, "What we are not good at is seeing in the big picture what happened in the past, and of course what will happen in the future."

I thought that was a very good answer for what was obviously perplexing all of us. Now here we are some thirty days later and her back doctor does an MRI and see's the lymph node has increased by half its size with the comparisons of the CAT scan used October 28th. Her back Doctor says, "I'm sorry to tell you this but you have an emergency going on and you've got to contact your cancer doctor".

My point is IF Obamacare was understood to be an emergency infecting the body like a cancer and growing at an alarming rate that the doctors or politicians have not identified as an emergency capable of killing us, is it any wonder that the 'bait and switch' that seemingly good men have been fooled with in office now is a sign to you that they are not capable of leading you in 2014?

Shouldn't it be plainly aware to you now, that Obama is not a 'natural born citizen'? How does that apply to 1/6 of the economy of the United States as it relates to Obamacare? Well, if Obama is not a 'natural born citizen' he is certainly not capable of signing legislation passed in the House and Senate into law. Obamacare is indeed not law but is constitutionally invalid?

You know I am urged by the spirit to acknowledge my mother in ways and strengths that you cannot imagine being in a 5'4" frame. She left millions of dollars more then once in her life based on "principles" and against the 'popular' plan or against popular advise, even to what you'd say was the 'hurt' of her children in the small picture.

However, in the larger picture she taught me to take a stand for 'principle' against that which may be popular. While I am in no man's mind perfect I am not ashamed for my actions in many instances standing for 'principle' that wasn't popular. Many have tried to twist and contort even my own stand against my religious leaders as somehow "criminal" and for which I should be ashamed.

Thinking about "principles" verses "popularity" this comes to my mind Isaiah 53:2 King James Version (KJV) v.2 "For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him."

I can tell you with a clear conscience I am not ashamed for taking a stand for 'principles', even though taking a stand for them didn't make me popular and indeed made me infamous. God is my witness and we'd expect him there in a religious meeting. It was in fact impurities of perfection that polluted principles that championed a criminal case against me, and nothing more then the same thing that has thus far kept Obama in the White House avoiding a trial with the evidence that poignantly points to the truth of his not being qualified to sign legislation and of certainly being an invalid in the White House.

If our forefathers of the United States had bent and twisted under the weight of being popular against the constraints of principle this Nation would have never been founded. If nefarious judges rule and corruption has replaced the institution of principle as the pride of our Nation, we shall not be responsible for lifting our future generations up to Heaven, but for dragging them down to hell.

Quite simply, though I know I am not perfect I strive to lift others up, not by lying or twisted baits and clever switches, but with the power of principles instituted in the eternities as the truth that will set us free. I urge all my much more successful political colleagues to consider the power of love to be greater then the power of hate, to consider the power of truth to be greater than the power of the lie, to consider that courage trumps cowardice and I call upon all the Citizenry of this Country to employ the same power and put your shoulder to the wheel in taking a stand with me to urge Congress to consider the principle hearing called for in the demands of justice for all to employ the evidences collected to be seen..to be heard..to be recorded in the Halls of our Congress regarding the usurpation of the White House by some one who is incompetent, or in other words unqualified, for that office according to U.S.C. Amend 14,Sect 3.

What measure of 'Global Justice' can support the crippling calamity of Usurpation whilst extending the handshake of law and not be seen as hypocritically weak? We here in the United States have a United States Constitution that is the Supreme Law of the Land.

Dear Registered Citizen Voters of America

The time has come for "We The People" to come out of the closet. I would like to Report to you that I am thrilled with the amount of people who are couragiously stepping forward as "Americans" who are concerned about our Country, the direction we are going, as well and most importantly, the corruption of the Constitution in Obama's Ineligibility, and where this is leading us.

The warm fuzzy fact about corruption is when the American People "GET IT", they move in such a force that hell hath no fire. Meaning there is no fire in hell the American People cannot put out. You've heard the saying "When Hell freezes over" as if that would never happen, I contend the exception is when the American People move for TRUTH and FAITHFULNESS towards our Constitution.

The courage a "Free Man" has is unlike any paid government soldier, or any paid federal employee. A free man fighting for a true and faithful course has the power of influence and pursuasion unmatched with any elite aristocrat.

That is the reason I am encouraging and reporting and predicting that the rise in Democrat Registration is going to hit an all time high. Republicans all over are going to feel the blanket pulled off their bare asses. Democrats are going to think they are in for a wind fall, until the Primary comes along and Obama finds himself losing!

Welcome to "Occupy The Democrat Primary", I don't think you'll like it unless you love the Constitution, unless you have some respect for the blood that has been spilt for that Constitution that is in full force and effect now. The same one Obama has been trying to change but hasn't managed yet. The same one the Republicans hide in shame from.

God Bless every American who registers as a Democrat for the Primaries and votes for Cody Robert Judy. That vote is NOT WASTED. That vote is a full fledged "Wake Up and SMELL the coffee cuz we are tired of the dog shit you serving Washington DC Insiders.

Not only is the Republican Party given a "sit up and take dictation" notice by a vote for me, but Obama is defeated. Can you think of a better way, a more civil way, to have Washington DC declare, "We found ourselves in a Revolution with the People" and we LOST!
