BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Supreme Court Hails Judy v. Obama 14-9396 TOMORROW! Is the Popularity of Justice Enough for President?

For many the show of infidelity that has been raging in the hearts of politicians who lacked the spine to take a stand for the Constitution's Qualification of 'natural born Citizen' for the Office of the President has become somewhat of a 'closing curtain act' on Justice in America. Out of the 7,000 Cases reviewed yearly, tomorrow the Justices look at 177 designated as popular for-that-week as the Review on Thursdays. Justice, what does it mean? More and more people realizing that there are rules that apply to them that don't apply to Politicians in a real desecration of Justice by those we looked up to in the Order of upholding justice. The questions posed for all? When did Justice become so unpopular, and Why can't Justice be what is popular among our Elected Leaders?

When did 'What you can get away with' become more important than 'What you paid for'? Among the great accomplishments of Secretary of State and Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton is a sale of half the uranium in the United States to Russia through Clinton Foundation Contributor and Partner in the Canadian Clinton Charity Frank Giustra. Mr. Giustra was the central figure in Uranium One. This Canadian Company acquired one half of all uranium assets in the United States that then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia under Russian President Putin. That transaction could not have gone through without the approval of the State Department under Mrs. Clinton under Obama, but that doesn't answer the question of why Clinton needed a Canadian Charity in the first place?

Is there something about the Clinton Foundation in the United States that isn't good enough to accept certain kinds of money from foreign entities, oligarchs, governments, and corporations? Large scale criminal enterprises are something the State Department is supposed to guard against, but they had no interest in the 30,000 emails Mrs. Clinton ditched in her private server buried deep down in the bunker of her private compound she used as a residence while in the duties of office of Secretary of State? Money laundering is the process of transforming the proceeds of crime into ostensibly legitimate money. State Department emails are property of the United States Government and the destruction of them is a crime and so is using the Secretary of State's Office in a 'pay-to-play' favor coordinating sell-a-thon.

So why would a Canadian Clinton Charity find it necessary to donate to The Clinton Foundation based in the United States? It just seems odd unless the Canadian Clinton Charity could accept funds that would otherwise raise a criminal allegation or be prohibited against The Clinton Foundation based in the United States if they accepted them directly.

Most people in the United States don't even know that most of the world revolves around bribes and kick-backs for Government Officials. I'll never forget when the Salt Lake Olympic Committee got so caught up in bribes and kick-backs that Mitt Romney was summoned to clear up the mess. The United State People as we recite in the Pledge of Allegiance believe in 'Justice for All'. Charity does cover up a multitude of sins, but I'm not sure 10% going to Charity and the other 90% cover cost isn't more of a business?

There are so many organizations acting under Charities to avoid taxes, including many Hospitals, running more for profit than for the poor. They panic at the thought of losing their 'non-profit' accountability because they realize they would then be responsible for paying a lot in taxes which is ostensibly the fear of losing the loop hole. They feel themselves they could use the money much better than the federal government so in that determination they open Charities. If everyone did that they could operate in a tax free society and the Government would go bust. Wait a minute, are we not 18 Trillion in the hole? Acting as a tax free organization, as the Clinton Foundation has been doing and many others in the same category, really means Americans are subsidizing the operations.

Now how does the American uranium translate into the indirect harm to Americans organized by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and ineligible Obama? Well, today we learned Russia is getting 40 brand spanking new intercontinental missiles. Do you remember what intercontinental means? Yes, that means they are equipped with a pay load to fly a long ways away from Russia. Russia's military resurgency we might conclude is brought to us by Secretary Hillary Clinton's accomplishment? Now, she may have experience, but is prostitution the kind of experience you want when it comes to making something so valuable so available to foreign Governments for so cheap?

This also reminds me of the 'fake-tape' folk lore Mrs. Clinton was fully briefed on during the horrors of Benghazi as a tactical ply to shift responsibility and blame away from the center of an elaborate plan with the 2012 election just a month away. It was desperation time because if a terror attack had been the head lines, Americans' would not think they were safe and Obama could not afford that. With Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton leading the Democratic Party polls, what we really need to consider is why she was a Birther with McCain at first but not one with Obama, and why she would not turn to "Justice" for help?

The 'natural born Citizen' clause [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] was designed from the time of it's consideration to be a protection to Americans, as a border or guard against foreign incursion in the Office of the President. Of course you recall the open mic comment that Obama related to outgoing Russian President Medvedev that he had one more election and more flexibility after the election in 2012 and then Medvedev related he would pass that on to incoming Russian President Putin. Now Russian President Putin said, ""Over 40 new intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of penetrating any, even the most technologically advanced missile defense systems, will join the nuclear forces in the current year,". Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said the U.S. has deferred any prosecution by allegation in that the U.S. so far has failed to spell out its accusations. How much uranium in those 40 new nuclear missiles capable of reaching the U.S. is a direct result of the sale Hillary Clinton approved as Secretary of State? And of course the same question must be asked of Obama as an ineligible person in the Office of the President. Next we must ask the question to ever elected leader now in office if the compromise they have adopted into the Office of the President is worth the lives of Americans in a nuclear Holocaust upon the United States?

When will those who are called anti-birthers because they do not believe in the Constitution's protections for the Office of the President in the natural born Citizen clause, come to realize the compromise of our Nations national security? Will it be after they hear the missiles have been launched? The manipulation of Justice is of course what lawyers are the best at. I am not a professional lawyer, but I have presented a case to the United States Supreme Court Justices that allows them to manipulate justice as they see fit. Will they see it as I do Thursday,June 18th from the big bey window or will they narrowly construe through the window of broken glass the safety of all Americans in the proceeding that will act as a catalyst of justification for a greater foreign influence on the Office of the President?

MR. DONALD TRUMP ENTERS THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY-IS HE A REAL DEFENDER OF THE CONSTITUTION i.e., THE PRESIDENT'S JOB?

Mr. Donald Trump entered the Republican Contest yesterday for the first time in his life with candor and emphasis on his net worth after debt still being around 10 Billion. Through a great determination Mr. Trump has in fact seized upon the opportunity of living the American Dream which he also declared was dead in the same speech. Yes, he said "The American Dream is dead." I for one do not believe that the American Dream is dead, but what better way to stave off those like me who don't believe it then to pronounce it as dead, and he who has lived it, has received it, has enjoyed it, to be responsible for resurrecting it?

The question remains, if the American Dream is dead, why hasn't Mr. Trump put about a million dollars on the table for a team of lawyers behind the Case that is the only case in the third check and balance branch of our Government known as the Judicial Branch, especially if every American wants Justice, towards defending America from Obama with the simple term in the Constitution Obama is in violation of?

Has Mr. Trump not been notified of the Cases in the Courts? No, not at all. In fact Mr. Trump has been called a leader in the Birther Movement by some of the Main Stream Media. But if Mr. Trump is a leader in the Birther World how much money of his has gone to hire a lawyers to help? Mr. Trump offered at first 5 Million to Obama for his College Transcripts to be released and then offered 50 Million to a Charity of Obama's choosing if he would release his records? But the irony is Mr. Trump would not give 1 Million for a defense of the Constitution's 'natural born Citizen' requirement for the Office of the President and it gets worse. Mr. Trump would not offer $1 for help in assistance of my cases as the only Presidential Candidate in America who has a bi-partisan Record in Court against Obama and McCain.

Of course it would not be fair to assert this if Mr. Trump had not been served, notified, and received notifications that could verify this. And that's also why my Record here on this Blog is so important. Justice is the MOST IMPORTANT and valuable commodity in our Nation to protect the American Dream

I have come to the realization that JUSTICE is the most important and valuable commodity in our Nation that is necessary to protect the American Dream. The importance of Justice is at times lost in the clamor for attention from so many indirect variables of value. Justice would never be the source of snuffing out the American Dream, but its counter Injustice is well the culprit.

Now those who would say they do not want "Justice" are in no uncertain terms stating their hope is for 'Injustice' and of course this is a big lie. Placed in front of a Court everyone of us seeks Justice. It is those who have advocated for injustices thinking more about what they could get away with then what they paid for, who shake and tremble that justice is going to have her perfect way.

My own life has been filled with so many injustices and perhaps the biggest positive to come from this fact is that Justice has come to be seen by me as it is a very valuable and highly attractive asset. If the U.S. Supreme Court decides to hear my Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 it is on the Principles of Justice, not Injustice. It is on the principles of preserving, protecting, and defending the United States Constitution, not declaring it moot. It will be because of the interest of our sovereignty and embracing the American Dream that is not dead-listed.

Being in the Office of the President requires more than 'good business' sense. Anyone in that Office can raise Tariffs to get Ford the incentive to build a plant in Tennessee as Mr. Trump extrapolated in his example of bring jobs back to America. We are underway of becoming more energy independent. But being President requires at the heart of it preserving, protecting and defending the United Constitution. I'm not sure how many times Mr. Trump emphasized that fact, but I do know when it comes to Obama America has suffered a very BIG blow and so the 'natural born Citizen' clause left undefended and under financed is a critically important lapse of judgement for all those who have abandoned it. The affects of that on the business world has also been critical which is why it has made no sense whatsoever for big time Business People like Mr. Trump, former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as well as Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney all of whom I have appealed to over and over again on Record. Their Record is one of not listening and ignoring the plain and precious precepts of our U.S. Constitution all while taking part in developing their American Dream and avoiding Justice in this HUGE ELEPHANT in the Room they certainly cannot say they missed.

If JUSTICE prevails in my case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 Thursday June 18th, 2015 it will not be because of Mr. Trump's help, or because of any Special Interest, or Lobbying Group. It will not be because of a bribe or because money is more important than Justice. It will be because Justice reigns popular in our United States of America and is the Supreme Law of the Land - So help us God. I think it is better this way and thus while I have appealed for their help and not received it I do not resent them for it. This example for the American Dream is much better and will inspire much more hope for Americans. This will serve America much better for the next thousand years!

Justice will not be stopped and will have her perfect way. Psalms 89: 14 'Justice and Judgement are the habitation of thy Throne' we read and are also told in Matt 6:19 "Lay not up for yourselfs treasures upon the Earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where theives break through and steal: v. 20. But lay up for yourselfs treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where theives do not break through and steal; v. 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also'. What that means is in 30 years Trump Towers will all need to be renovated and the Lord can take a man's wealth and turn it on its head in one day.

America needs a Leader for Justice in America and for that Record I have striven with my heart knowing of course I'm not perfect and humbly ask the Lord's mercy upon us every day. In the end, we all are family and must consider this as a factor in the Judgement we make every day as well as the Judgement on who we would like to Lead this Nation.

AMERICAN SNIPER -Conflict of Nations and The Morality of Religions

American’s choice to spend at about $10 dollars a ticket just under 100 million dollars this last weekend on a movie called American Sniper- Clint Eastwood’s biggest opening cash cow, is a politicians dream weekend, and a big conflicting recipe for the concern of the Republic for which we now stand. I think the reason the movie hit so hard is because it puts nearly every perspective of morality on the line in plain sight and shall we say in the deadly cross hairs of a high caliber rifle scope.

In the movie, a true story, U.S. Navy Seal Chief Petty Officer Chris Kyle (April 8, 1974 – February 2, 2013) respected as America’s deadliest sniper is gutted with the internal conflicts of morality that come with the lethal job he volunteered for in the service of his Country swearing an oath to the United States Constitution. "I, (state name of enlistee), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Some of the conflicts in the movie opening up the discussion of morality can register in the twist of circumstances what moral compass our society has and is fighting for. As you read this I’m going to be a little bit facetious to explain a point or two so don’t lose your sites. At one point we see Chris’s rifle scope bear down on first a woman carrying a Russian grenade, and then her elementary school age child telling him to go throw it at the marines.
The circumstances in Iraq depict the U.S. Military in the film as the foreigners. Can anyone imagine the idea of using the innocents of women and children to deliver a payload of explosives if they thought it would work and the men couldn’t do it because they had been rounded up and put in concentration camps or evacuated? Our own military invites women into combat now. Can you imagine how the son or mother feels if perhaps their father and husband had already been killed by foreigners to which there was no Court to settle in for losses or damages?

Chris has to weigh in the balance his military duty, his responsibility to his fellow army buddies and all of their families at home depending on him for their safety, as well as the moral conflict of shooting what looked to be a child in about the fourth grade. Parents go to jail for spanking their child here in America in public as it can be considered abusive rather than disciplinary. Parents can’t shoot their children either. Chris first shoots the child, and then when the mother picks the weapon up the child was instructed to carry and throw at the Marines he shoots her. So parents’ can’t spank their children, husband’s can’t beat their wives, but the U.S. military is authorized to kill men, women and children who are defending their home and country?

One might say, “That’s just how it is over there. Hopefully we wouldn’t send our kids out to do something like that!” Can you imagine if we were being invaded by other countries, the men had been killed or rounded up, and the five o’ clock news wasn’t explaining the morality of the circumstances for which the invasion was lawful, how we might do the same thing in the hope that future generations might not have to, or even for revenge because of the hurt caused by destroying everything you had grown up with? Then the question comes up justifying our being over there in the first place.

Is it a natural resource we don’t have available here to harvest, or is it our own law which has set aside land as a national park a million visitors every year can gaze upon without an oil pump outlining the horizon or some species can crawl around on uninterrupted? One might say they are all important and violence would be much worse if we couldn’t get people back and forth to work in their automobiles. In other words we are justifying the assassination of foreigners for both major parties particular interest? How sweet is that?

If you want to stay home and mind your own business you’re an isolationist? If you want to go out and fight everyone’s battle you’re nothing but a bullying policeman to the world? Well which is it Democrats? Which is it Republicans? Democrats accused Bush of being a war monger for oil but don’t want to lay a finger on the development button of our reserves in Alaska’s Anwar? Who’s morally responsible for the deaths of the Iraqi’s? If Democrats think more civil deaths are not coming around because of our needs not being met in oil and gas they should all retire their vehicles in order to stop their hypocrisy. If Democrat don’t think there is a cost to refusing to developed our own energy supplies in order that we can gaze upon uninterrupted lines on the horizon they are mistaken as they are about their ordering more assassinations for the beauty of it all. The blame game works both ways folks.

Another conflict is perceived as Chris as the guest of an Iraqi man presumed first to be friendly. When the man’s stash of weapons is found without Chris retaining a search warrant from the Judge of the Judicial Branch first, that man is basically left without any civil rights. Now in the U.S. some might say the 2nd Amendment comes into play here and the man from Iraq has every right to hold those weapons in defense of his family but it ultimately gets him drafted as an informant and killed in a dangerous mission. Of course his neighbors are a little upset about our military not going through proper channels of the Judicial Branch to get a search warrant, confiscating his weapons, and basically setting him up to get killed one way or the other. They parade his body in the streets not really appreciating the U.S Militaries respect of said U.S. Constitutional Rights. Who could at a moment like that?

Of course we know that the U.S. Constitution doesn’t apply to anyone who is not a U.S. Citizen. Taxation without representation is illegal. If you can’t vote technically you have no voice and your living under a dictatorship, perhaps your parents authority of force. They don’t need a search warrant either to go through your bedroom with a fine tooth comb and confiscate your weapons, porn, and drugs in which in many cases they might be able to use themselves legally. The main point is the value of the U.S. Constitution that you have right now and for you to understand losing those rights subjects you to know better treatment then those our military gives Iraqi’s in a declared state of war.

Now how do you feel about Barack Obama not being a ‘natural born Citizen’ (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) if you understand all your rights as Citizens are attached to that principle being neglected by Democrats and Republicans? And how do you feel about a movie being able to raise 100 million in one weekend at $10 a ticket but the only candidate in America running for President who stood up to both parties and sued McCain and Obama not being able to raise $2,000 dollars in 6 years because American’s wouldn’t buy a $10 dollar ticket that was good for all their Constitutional rights? Is there a slight conflict here of moral principle?

CONFLICT OF RELIGIOUS MORALITY

Religions have long been associated with discerning what’s basically wrong and right. Of course the law of the land is most generally considered to be alright with religions. So you have to wonder if in Sunday school next week you’ll get a lesson on why homosexual marriages and relations are now ok and authorized as ok by your church because it’s the law of the land now.

Religions have long used the doctrine of the law of the land to get their particular denomination into foreign countries. Communist authorities for instance are fine with Christian principles as long as those instructors of the religion follow up with the one question to missionaries about resistance to a particular governmental practice with “well, you need to obey the law of the land”. In other words, as long as you’re following the laws of your land you’re not in conflict with our religion?

What that means is Christians in Russia are happy with the anti-sodomite verses of the Bible because Vladimir Putin has outlawed homosexuality while the Christians here in America have adopted it because it’s the law of the land. The Church Authorities both accept and condemn it based on ‘the law of the land’. Let’s see, same Church, different cultures, and ultimately different doctrines about the same circumstances or practice. It’s a geographical oddity of truth. Everything is right; just please pay your 10% and the morality of God will stand by you? What world wide religion doesn't teach that we believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law?

Churches are not likely to teach their missionaries to teach something that is going to get them killed or thrown in prison. That’s why ‘worldwide Christian religions’ like Catholics, Baptist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, LDS Mormons, etc., all can function outside of the United States. They have arrangements with the Governments which are basically non-conflictive and passive aggressive but it also makes them co-partners in every type of Government including Dictatorial, Communistic, and Tyrannical Despots.

Is the communist Chinese Christian any different than the capitalistic American Christian? How about the Saudi Arabia Christian from the Indonesian Christian? Which geographical Christian can have one wife, which can have more than one, and which can have a man and women to marry? Obama declared love is love in his State of the Union Address, but there is the consideration of which love is allowed to live and which one is disposed of in an assassination that for instance he in the oval office has ordered.

WHO CARES

Really who cares? Why do you bring up different sides to any story? Well, presumably so you don’t get sold down the river to one and regret it. One thing I can tell you is precious is your individual rights as a United States Citizen under the Constitution of the United States. Lose those and your life can really become a living hell quickly. They are just as easily compromised domestically as they are in a foreign land if you don’t stand up for them.

Collectivism is willing to use or sacrifice in a horror show a view individuals starving or being killed to distribute the wealth. The U.S. Constitution is not willing to give up the individual’s rights so that the group is more protected and the individual is lost. Of course time and time again we see examples of the theory of collectivism weeding out their weak so the safety net presumed is false.

How could we emphasize this? So baby-boomers were the result of a need for labor but they grew selfish and taught their children to be selfish as well. Fewer children from Gen X were encouraged shrinking the population pool so children could be more spoiled or have more. That contributed to the baby-boomers social security fund also shrinking and so Gen. Y came along and ordered the death panels to dispose of the baby-boomers? How do Bill and Hillary Clinton feel about their chances now as individuals at say ‘retirement’ age when their own practices and policies come back to consume them for the good of the group?

That’s what not standing up for ‘individual rights’ or our U.S. Constitution gets you. Chris Kyle ultimately had to decide whose individual rights he was standing up for and who his oath of loyalty was going to protect. Those boundaries often get blurred just like the borders of the United States get blurred at times. The Union for which we stand must be protected and the best way to help others is in fact to take a stand for the United States Constitution because it is concerned with your individual rights.

Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro is not a natural born Citizen qualified to be in the Office of the President. Many atrocities are happening with the cover of his being in that office illegally with no U.S. law seeming to apply to him. He and his co-ops force mandates, open borders, and basically run an operation of war to ignite a firestorm in the Arab Springs instituting Muslim Republics slipping weapons to the Al-Qaida militia financed by your tax dollars.

I really think more Americans should be buying a $10 ticket to my campaign then Clint Eastwood’s movie because it sure as hell is going to cost a lot more if you don’t take a stand for the U.S. Constitution and start demanding it from your elected officials by your support for me. If there were others who had stood up against both McCain and Obama in the eligibility outlines of our U.S. Constitution so they wouldn’t be seen as racist I’d recommend supporting them to, but there just isn’t. As Clint Eastwood might say with that consideration in mind, “Without me there’s just no one sitting in the chair. I’m all you got.”

Ignoring the facts just like Congress has ignored them isn’t going to change them and the thing about facts is they eventually catch up with you.

Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. When politics is or seems to be more attracted to the abstraction then the real live solutions that one might find on the ground the purpose is demoralization. The root of demoralization is morality. Morality for many has lost its value to the small mindset that is referenced in sex, and who’s sleeping with you under what contract.

Morality however has a much bigger picture. In the bigger picture morality involves everyone who can vote, which covers a lot more people than are having sex, and thus covers a much bigger picture that in the contrast we can see morality in a much bigger scope being violated.

In the much bigger embodiment, or beam if you will as compared to a sliver, morality is defined in the “Core”, “Foundation”, or the “Root” of something. You may have heard of “Common Core” in education. The instant reflection is indeed good. It brings to your attention a “common core” or foundation of principle that offers in thought reflections of respect for our founding principles embedded in the Constitution.

However, the story problem purportedly coming out of common core in frustration for parents is that 2+2 doesn’t equal 4 anymore. A story problem presentation that Bill has three goldfish, bought two more doesn’t end with a question of how many fish he now has, but rather asks how many cows are in England. It’s nonsensical. This presents demoralization for all involved, parents helping with homework and children doing it alike.

You may have heard of Obamacare which in the abstract was “The Affordable Care Act”, covering everyone, anytime, with no pre-existing conditions and was less expensive. We find now a distortion of the details in the blurring of all the lines to the abstraction that was sold as, “we have to pass this right now to find out what’s in it”. A total abstraction of the core idea to the point it’s not even recognizable.

The devil was in the details. Obama has re-written the law so many times with executive orders which amount to the granting of privileged exemptions that we readily have now the detailed information it isn’t a really good idea on the ground, but was lofty or grandiose in the wizardry of it all.

You may have heard of Benghazi Libya, where Obama without Congressional Approval had ousted Dictator Muammar Kaddafi by arming militias with our air force and navy delivering 1.1 billion dollars worth of bombs for reported religious extremist in the Arab spring revolutions. The irony in the core value is that freeing people from a repressive dictator only to encapsulate them into something far more repressive is an abstraction of the detail delivering with it demoralization.

You have as proof very quickly an assassination of the president, an installation of another who installs Sharia law, ends up suspending the Constitution and the Supreme Court throwing the country into another tail spin of chaos. Then you have an attack of the American consulate, 4 dead Americans including the first Ambassador to be assassinated in America since 1979 without any justice.

Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio say they are ready to be President. Sen. Cruz said about Benghazi poignantly that the truth shouldn’t be partisan; politics should end at the water’s edge. He referenced the pattern on how the Obama Administration handles scandals.

Scandal Breaks, Democrats appear or seem very concerned, then they stone wall, wait a few months then its ancient history. He said he had an old boss that said, “Never explain with malice what can be explained with incompetence”. How can we possibly not see malice by our Government Leaders when the Constitution is precise on a natural born citizen filing the Office of the President? The malaise comes as a deliberate abstraction of the Constitutional Principle, a demoralization that re-constitutes or constructs the Constitution by illegal authorization and occupation of the Office of the President according to the standards of the Constitution which authorized their own elected offices?

Sen. Cruz is authorized to be a U.S. Senator by a naturalization process from an inherited Canadian citizenship by his birth in that foreign land, and it is only by abstracting the Constitutions very specific language for a ‘natural born citizen’ that he qualifies to run if he decides to run for President, under shabby shady and illegal construction on the Constitution.

Senator Rubio also a Republican mentioned as one of the top three contenders on the short list of Republicans says he’s 43 and ready to be President after 14 years in the political arena. Well, he meets the age requirement but not the natural born citizen requirement with a Cuban citizenship inherited from his father at the time of his birth.

Someone asked me recently what my qualifications was to be U.S. President. I knew what they were getting at, but I answered specifically the details actually required that haven’t been met with Obama and in fact have been abstracted upon. I said I was over 35 years of age, was a natural born citizen (born in the U.S. to Citizens Parents), and had lived in the U.S. over 14 years. He said, well you meet the criteria for being qualified but it takes more to be President.

In response I asked, “What are you looking for?” Is it economical success like Romney or Trump that presents to you the image of a President that doesn’t understand the poor at all on the ground in some hope they will give you some of that money they earned?

Someone who’s rich economically can be very morally poor as Romney proved wasting a billion dollars and never asking Obama or filing in Court a sentence objecting to the demands of the qualifications for the Office Obama failed. Romney will go down in history as getting beat got by an unqualified candidate. It should have been the easies race in history to win but he lost! How embarrassing is that?

What poor judgment was shown to you with the billion dollars worth of contributions Romney received and the example he showed you on how he would preserve, defend, and protect the Constitution ; which as near as I can tell is the job of the President along with the duty to see to it the laws be faithfully executed and enforced? I have no doubt Romney is a nice man and rich, but he was a very poor nominee. That is what you call “poor moral authority” so being rich in dollars doesn’t necessarily translate to being a good person in the Office of the President.

Is it fame as in famous actor wins popularity contest in Arnold Schwarzenegger or even Ronald Reagan who became Governors of California? Arnold isn’t qualified to be President and Ronald Reagan didn’t win the Presidency because he was a famous actor either. He was qualified and did a good job in California.

Is it blood lines like Clinton’s or Bush’s, have we descended into a monarchy where the apparent heir receives the nomination? Is it holding some kind of office before similar to every elected official now in the capacity of office who has demonstrated a willful neglect to filing a sentence of objection to Obama’s eligibility who refuse to hold Obama to the natural born citizen standard of the U.S. Constitution and refused their duty of office to do so based on party politics because McCain wasn’t eligible and got away with it and Obama wasn’t eligible and he got away with it?

Is that kind of men you want to lead you? What about someone who has stood up for principle regardless of party? What about someone who’s formed his petitions not on the legs of popularity but on the legs of the principles of the Constitution irrespective of race or political party? What about someone who has taken a stand with his actions actually matching his words? Is that a value to you?

Demoralization of a society is pegged as an instrument of war, and morality is pegged as an instrument of peace. The dichotomy of Obama’s Democratic Party has been the lie of creating self esteem, being inclusive, and fighting for individual rights. That was the hope of course that was sold for change amounting to nothing more than the thirty pieces of silver Judas Iscariot thought worth the betrayal of Jesus Christ with a kiss, the perfect example of betraying the truth with the love for a lie.

With demoralization comes a certain loss of value for each individual, as well as what an individual brings to the table. That provides the recipe for war and civilizations extermination. Republicans have repeatedly refused the individual offense I have been assaulted with in the Presidential Race against Obama as if my individual record is of no value. What value has any individual with Congress now? Do you feel valued or do you think they will listen to one person? Let them prove that to you.

Isn’t it ironic that they will hear those who won’t speak like Kathryn Sebelius and Lois Lerner but won’t hear a Presidential Candidate like myself whose been denied a hearing in the United States Supreme Court on the very foundations of the Executive Branch being totally void of authority based on McCain’s and Obama’s eligibility in the last two Presidential Elections costing the U.S. literally Billions?

It is not that gleaning the aspects of an abstraction can not be a benefit or in a measure positive in thinking outside the box to stretch a cramped muscle in an artists creation, but replacing the cell phone with telepathy at this point really puts a lot of folks out of business, creates confusion, and necessitates a lack of understanding and in a nut shell creates demoralization. That’s a passive aggressive act of war.

Can the focus of this be harmful? It definitely can be. Take the “haven’t” out of “I haven’t launched” and one see’s just how precarious a mis-understanding can be. We are left asking, what is the government’s purpose in being nonsensical with Obama’s eligibility? Falling in love with an abstraction and giving no thought to implementation or how something is done day by day in the real world is everything that actually works! What works is God’s Blessing and when he wants something to work it does. The sun has not quit shining nor did the Earth stop rotating, but the cost of Obama’s ineligibility is going up.

We see policy and practice again and again following a road of being nonsensical in the 24 scandals and counting-Benghazi, Common Core, Obamacare, IRS profiling, Fast & Furious, Holder’s perjury to Congress, Sebelius demands payments and violates Hatch Act, the Pigford Scandal, Solyndra, Obama attacking Libya, Biden Bullying the Press, Obama’s own Dream Act, http://www.whitehousedossier.com/2013/08/01/obama-dozen-scandals-counting/ , and what do we attribute these to? I say it’s an extended mercy of greater patience then the world has ever seen owed to God and his spirit upon the United States and Americans.

There are many more than ten individuals in the United States who have fought as Birthers for the United States Constitution and for that my heart swells with gratitude for the testimony God must also see.

Maybe there is no irony between rolling out something nonsensical, and having a disastrous roll out. Maybe that makes perfect sense when it comes to Obamacare and Common Core being the disasters they are, doomed from the start based in their rotten root of demoralization as a cancer on the economy and the people? Do I have alternatives? Well, I wouldn’t be much of a President if I didn’t have proposals as a platform which you can Google and find verily easily. They are not as hidden as Obama’s true agenda is as a walking talking violation of the Constitution. That’s for sure. Yes, I do believe in positive solutions to problems.

The Government seems at this time to be led by people who are well educated, well meaning, accomplished, and affluent, and who earnestly desire to help those in less fortunate circumstances, but who simply don’t know enough about normal people- how they live, how they think- to have made a success of it and that is a big problem in how we are picking our own politicians and what we are calling success. How can you pick a presidential candidate who isn’t qualified from the start and even consider being on the path of success? It’s a disrespect of the Supreme Law of the land, all the blood spilt for it, and a mocking of the testimony so many left as the Divine Providence in the formulation of our Nation.

It may not be abundantly clear right now that intelligent Americans, quickly become wary and fearful of Washington DC with new federal or national schemes as political conveniences whilst the obfuscation of Obama’s eligibility is ignored, berated, and handled in the same manner as every other scandal , but will it remain so?

Do current politicians enjoy the fears Americans are feeling, do they like that; or have they actually contributed to it by not following the Constitution? Are those fears created by their own offences opting out of their oaths for an abstraction that is nonsensical? Do our current politicians actually crave by their actions the end of the Republic for which we stand and an end of the authorization of power we the people have given them under the U.S. Constitution?
It is more than unfortunate to see the Republicans and Democrats circling the wagons around Obama’s ineligibility, and treating with malice our Constitution represented in the abandonment of the very basic qualification standard of our Constitution stipulated as a natural born citizen for the Office of the President that Obama fails to meet, as nothing more than a political inconvenience.

Let’s turn the table on the biggest scandal of all the 24 and counting hitting the American people in the face in 2013: The assault of our Constitution’s qualifications for the Office of the President. The republicans have expressed concern, stalled, and now after a few years have passed, declared it ancient history, yet truth is said to be sought at water’s edge as non partisan in Benghazi by the Select Committee? Isn’t this the hype of hypocritical- The smoke and mirrors of an illusion of justice?

A Select Committee is formed only on the basis of new information coming out of the details where senior white house officials were seen, in directive emails, to be deliberately issuing political narrative talking points on Benghazi so as to divert attention away from failed policy and towards a false narrative. This deserves the attention of a Select Committee, but the revelations of the fraud on Obama’s long form birth certificate, draft registration and social security number do not with the 32 month investigation by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse?

Political inconvenience: for whom the Republicans, Democrats, or simply the Truth?

At first it was racist, then when a presidential candidate stands up who sued both the Republican non-natural born citizen McCain who wasn’t born in the United States and has a Panama birth citizenship forever, and Obama who no hospital has claimed in Hawaii, no doctor come forward as delivering, and has both a citizenship from his Kenyan father Barack Obama Sr., as well as an Indonesian citizenship from his legal adoption by Lolo Soetoro forever, then it wasn’t racist, but was just ancient history and a political inconvenience? It seems Republicans and Democrats are handling scandals both the same way.

Why do the Republicans think time with a Select Committee is going to do any good in discovering impeachable offenses by a Candidate for President who is unqualified in the first place? That is nonsensical. This is an abstraction of focus on the leaves when the root is actually diseased. No good thing is going to come from an abduction of the core principles of our Constitution. If you haven’t seen the lessons of that then you have a great misunderstanding, are focused on a demoralizing agenda, and have lost in an abstraction the core of the United States of America.

If the Legislative and Judicial Branches have no authorized Executive Branch to enforce the law, they themselves become such an abstraction as to have no office and hold no authority. The key in destroying America was left simply to destroying one leg of the three which acted as branches of the seat holding up the stool.

The easiest was the Executive Branch as it was dependent upon the Office of the President being filled with a qualified person. Only one elected person rather than the election of a whole legislative branch or appointment of all judges in the judicial branch. Only certain key positions were needed in these branches to ensure the demise of the Executive Branch. I have experienced the assaults of injustice by both the Judicial Branch and also the Legislative branch thus far in not having a hearing.

Why haven’t the Republicans seen the new revelations of the Cold Case Posse as evidence of fraud and forgery at the highest level pertaining to Obama’s Ineligibility as they have seen the emails coming out of the Judicial Watch case about the calculated misdirection of Benghazi? We can’t say they have missed the big pink elephant in the room; there’s just no more room in the room to stand or hide.

Now let me ask you: Do the talking points of Benghazi that Senior Obama Administration officials engaged or outlined as directives for the public information campaign in these emails that Congress couldn’t get on their own investigation of Benghazi at first, but came out of a Judicial Watch law suit, for a delay on FOIA request, have the power to frame Obama with a dereliction of duty, a breach in security, or a Constitutional violation before Obama’s second term is up? Hillary Clinton is already resigned if you want a head to fire, she’s gone.

Will that be the grounds for a new election or proving Obama is a disability according to Amendment 14, Section 3? I don’t think so, and it sure has no hope of passing in the U.S. Senate as we get into the definition of motives and agenda’s and do not see the U.S. Senate forming their own select committee. I don’t think however the eligibility question is as obscure or abstract under scrutiny in the public eye, which is why I don’t think it would be a waste of time for either of the House’s to pick it up now.

If the U.S. Senate picked it up, the Democratic Party might even be seen as helping the nation endure another unqualified candidate like Obama in the Republican images of Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Santorum or Schwarzenegger, all of whom are unqualified. That may present a challenge to Hillary Clinton’s future, but it actually throws a bigger monkey wrench into the Republican arena.

This is where Obama get’s punked if you will by his own party because loyalty in the party really only goes as far as you can help someone actually get elected in the position of being a lame-duck-unqualified-person in the Office of the President, as if being a lame duck wasn’t bad enough.

Thinking you can run through the obstacle course and reach the end without getting drenched with the water you created in your own ineligibility tent when there is a booby-trap set you can’t even see is in essence the foolishness of the Emperor with no clothes on being discovered. It was pretty obvious to everyone; the right time was just around the corner and set towards the end of the obstacle course if you catch my drift.

Now there is another route, always is with God which I reference not in respect to any particular religion. If say Republicans and Democrats actually refuse to lift up the Constitution I was wondering what if anything God could do that might remedy this without violence or war and that wouldn’t necessarily be a burden to any person?

If God were to call upon every ant on the Earth to come up through the ground and descend upon all who have plagued Birthers as they have plagued us, exempting all Birthers, I think in a very short time you’d see legislative hearings in the halls of Congress just as you saw one man walk into Egypt and walk out with a restored nation in his hand.

I thought about the power of God to deliver a nation from constricts of corruption and a certain death. It may come to that if neither the Republicans nor Democrats choose to wisely uphold the Constitution. Pharaoh held the Israelites as slaves in Egypt until the appointed time for their delivery not before. No power on Earth could have released them, nor did God want it known as such.

So he called Moses to walk in and demand the release of the nation of Israel and it wasn’t by the sword they were delivered but by the plagues that hit them hard and it wasn’t until an individual plague hit them that even Pharaoh was not killed in but hit his family that he decided Moses’ God was God.

Have you ever been rolled in a pit of ants? If you want to talk about making your skin crawl, they will do it-Tiny little creatures that are disciplined in their work! Imagine all of the Legislatures waking up to an ant march as millions poured into their porches, into their houses, beds and they couldn’t get away from them? That would be a site to see, little tiny creatures doing what we couldn’t do in raising arms up against our own. I’d rather plague come to us over the sword, because I love all Americans as my brothers.

I love Democrats at their best when they are fighting for Civil Rights provided in our Constitution and standing up for the truly poor who actually need our love, help and compassion. I love Republicans who at their best are mindful of wasteful spending and burdensome taxes on the people and a strong defense to protect our nation.

In many ways I do thank God for his mercy upon us. If our Operation American Spring (OAS)May 16,2014 is a success it wasn’t due to bloodshed or having to kill each other which would just be horrible. I salute those who are gathering and demonstrating our Constitutional Crisis. The current strategy of usurpation has actually taken advantage of our peaceful ways. We have fought in our Courts of Law and petitioned our Government Leaders with the faith we have had in our system of Government. When they are exhausted we do, and have left it in the hands of God praying for his mercy upon us.

While I have been mocked quite a bit for the faith I have in God quite separate from any particular religion, I would no more want to be voted in as President without my declaration of that than have a foreign citizenship and think myself respectful or worthy of the Office or the sacrifices made with the blood stained soil our service people have spotted the globe with. I know millions of Americans are praying every night and every morning for our Nation. I am so thankful for them. I hope we find God’s mercy soon and change the way we look for leaders for the Office of the President to be qualified in compliance with our U.S. Constitution.

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentucky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
