MEMORIAL DAY and MORALE - WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?

FEATURE EDITORIAL: The Post and Email
MEMORIAL DAY and MORALE - WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?

A rather stunning SPECIAL REPORT U.S. MILITARY AND CIVILIANS ARE INCREASINGLY DIVIDED By DAVID ZUCCHINO AND DAVID S. CLOUD dawned today from the Los Angeles Times that revealed some very big problems that we have in America today that I feel really do need to be addressed in the public arenas of politics and popularity. This weekend being Memorial Day Weekend, and as we remember with heart felt gratitude those who have given their last breath in the service, dying in the line of duty in our Armed Forces, "giving all", it seems a good time.

Reading the article, one grasps a real sense of the good, the bad, and the ugly presenting a very real and rare picture opposite the sugar coated perspectives we oft times find accompanies journalism today. By that I mean I don't think you'd find the Military Brass and military families completely happy with what is written, nor is the Civilian Population going to find the article not tugging away in their conscience of increasingly insincere platitudes. Just highlighting very briefly a couple of the grim reapers to give you a sense of what I'm talking about without spoiling your own read of the article:

George Baroff's a 90 year old draftee of WWII as a Veteran posed a view: "..today's all-volunteer military has been robbed of the sense of shared sacrifice and national purpose that his[my] generation enjoyed six decades ago. Today's soldiers carry a heavier burden, he said, because the public has been disconnected from the universal responsibility and personal commitment required to fight and win wars." "For soldiers today, the war is never over; the enemy is never defeated." The result he added, is "a state of perpetual anxiety that the rest of the country doesn't experience."

Phillip Ruiz, 46 year old Army staff sergeant wounded twice during three tours in Afghanistan and Iraq said: "So many people give you lip service and offer fake sympathy. Their sons and daughters aren't in the military, so its not their war. Its something that happens to other people"

Douglas Pearce a former Army Lieutenant said civilians seem to think they "can assuage their guilt with five seconds in the airport." "What they're saying is, "I'm glad you served so that I didn't have to, and my kids won't have to."

The combining sentiment of all three of these statements might be more difficult to attribute to "Honor" or "Gratitude" for the opportunity to serve, then say, "Frustration" and or a "Disheartening dispiritedness", but through these I sense a much greater sense of "Concern" and "Love" at the root of their hearts. There were statements made within the article also of civilians just as impervious and disparaging to the understanding of what exactly they are missing in serving in the military that does the population no favors as to the reasons we find such statements coming out of the military.

These are of course the ramifications of what we would call a "Job", rather then a "Service" in the necessary circumstances of a voluntary Armed Forces - meaning there was no "Draft" or "Conscription", we have today. Civilians now look at the voluntary means of which one enters the Military as "Employment", no different then they had to do in filling out an application for their job. Of course their "job" comes with an occasional office party and award also and can be considered a 'service to the community' just as easily as any position in the military, where someone has the ability to say "I quit", "I retire", "I'm not going to do this anymore", or even "Take this job and shove it".

We all get up and do a job of some sort that are not necessarily honored with parades, or greetings, or a lot of fan fair to keep up our moral. Why does the voluntary military services of our Armed Forces require more than what we do serving in our regular civilian jobs that are all necessary to keep society running smoothly, and incorporating the tax money necessary to pay them for their jobs?

This actually is the dis-service or dis-connect of "value" inappropriately attributed to an ego of dis-connect rather than managed or taught as a connection of mutual appreciation. The "My JOB is MORE important then YOUR JOB" syndrome that is a division of classless enmity and that is the dereliction that leads to "might is right" rather than the protection of "individual rights". Of course there is a balancing act that needs to be mastered everyday and that it is where improvement and skill can be made. When the first is honored by the last, and the last is honored by the first, a mutual respect and honor is equally observed and provides a real joy. That joy is the greatest moral booster known to man.
The SENSE of "ENTITLEMENT" can be a malignant cancer to the heart and soul of a civilian population and it can just as easily infect the well-oiled-machine of a military expressed as "I deserve more than what I'm getting".

One of the very rich things about America was a purge of royalty as far as privilege that merged leaders and citizens as one from a state of one class above the other. That is even stated plainly in the prohibitions of the President to take on any other titles of nobility in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 which states:
"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever from any King, Prince, or foreign State."

Interesting to hear or read "United States" referred to as "Them" as in "Everyone of them 50 States". The problem is we have a Congress that constantly confers upon itself special privileges that include things like 'raises' and 'special health care' and well, they probably know the list better than I do of special privileges they have granted themselves. Yes, its legal, and occasional necessary, but is it balanced well with those also considered for Citizens?

One should very specifically consider that if its good enough for the President its good enough for me, which doesn't necessarily mean everyone should have an Air Force One to jet around in- (smile)Remember 'balance'. Now I want to talk a little more about military service because I thought it was interesting that the 90 year old Veteran Baroff referenced a theft taking place without a conscription stating the Armed Forces as much as having been robbed. Isn't that something we all should be concerned about? If our Military is being robbed of something maybe we should take a look at finding out who the robbers are? Wisdom of the elders huh?

Again Baroff stated that the military was being robbed of a sense.. of shared sacrifice and national purpose. We just talked about a sense of entitlement, so my sense is that that's coming from the Commander-In-Chief's position as the Leader of the Armed Forces. Of course being 'ineligible' and constitutionally unqualified as a natural born Citizen, 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' you understand where America has been robbed of a qualified President and Commander-In-Chief who has robbed the Constitution and taken on a sense of entitlement of the office built on an unstable foundation of a fraudulent identification. This is both a moral decay of character as well as a destructive factor of moral that has to be recognized from the top down. How could it not be considered reasonably? Congress thus far refuses to address these facts as it reflects poorly on them, as well it should.

As both a former '08, '12, and 2016 current Candidate for U.S. President having fought in some 15 Civil Court Cases for the natural born Citizen qualifications of the Office of the President, for no pay, no reward, no parades, and very few pats on the back, I understand whole-heartedly the idea of not being appreciated very much. I think I've got that one down. This battle of the morale of our whole Military is not unrealistically understood here as to the boat adrift with no rudder, no wind, no sail or no engine to power out of the melee.

How many people identify and attribute the direct catastrophic affect of an unqualified person in the Office of the President to the spirit of the Country? How could something so minuscule they forage affect so many and so much? How does a small rudder affect the direction of a ship? How does the gas pedal affect the propulsion of your car? How does love in your home affect you when you walk through the door?

I don't talk about it very much but the experience in prison I had twenty two years ago was not what most people would call "serving in the Military", but it really in many respects is a Military Order of Discipline. I had Sergeants, Lieutenants and Captains to appeal to and inspections happened every day. I have come to appreciate and find gratitude in serving and learning from the time I did. Some people might find it offensive that I would dare compare our military to the service of time I was drafted for, but what that would really be what we'd call a disagreement with rehabilitation wouldn't it and the fantastic job they did?

The draft in our Country didn't give many the opportunity to 'not serve' either, unless you were a 'draft dodger'. They called you and you went. The sense of appreciation I gained might be due more to my "sense of duty" and "sense of service" during that time in my life than anything and we do have a choice as to who we will serve in every circumstance and condition of our life. Wither we will nurture a sense of entitlement or nurture a sense of service?

I served my fellow prisoners, regardless of what they had done or why they were in prison, in the discrimination being apportioned to them in the grooming standards by suffering the same punishments dished out to the Native Americans Indians who were in Maximum Security due to their 'religious belief' in not cutting or shorning their hair. I sued on a discrimination of gender and won, but to do that I had to join them in solitary confinement for three and half years. That meant getting an hour out of a very small individual cell to walk a hallway for an hour every 24 hours for 912 of the 3018 days I served in that military order. There was no family for years, no touching or sweet affection from a spouse or partner, and mail was very important.

One in five Americans have now experienced the conditions of being on probation, parole, or incarcerated: One in five! That is also costing tax payers and is a huge tax burden that many say is 'putting the population in prison'with an indentured servitude to support the empire building system. So my point is one way or the other you could think you are not affected by your "upper class" status, but that would be an unreasonable look at reality just as the 'judgement' against rehabilitated people is seen as a constant on every job application even though the Constitution Amendment 15, Sect. I. says, "the right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

Why does Society spend so much money rehabilitating Citizens and then handicap them after their time is served faithfully? Isn't that like making someone pay the freight on something, and then constantly asking for more when the price has been paid in full? I think it is. Another point, the 2nd Amendment states the "right" of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed". How does the Government justify Citizens who can vote, pay taxes, as part of the people, not allowing them to defend themselves, their persons, and their property just the same as anyone else once their 'time' has been faithfully served that was demanded by Society?

This is the absolute hypocrisy polluting our Nation in the unreal classifications of 'entitlement' and 'divisions' and it has come to a head with Barack Obama being ineligible and unqualified, so that the entire population is now not under Law but is under "Lawlessness" and "Corruption", so you have and now find yourself in prison accused of three felonies a day and your state of living in fear is awful.

And so we find ourselves together looking at one another, and I out of every other Presidential Candidate in the Nation since 2008 am the only one who has filed suit for Justice on a bi- partisan stand against both Republicans and Democrats in McCain and Obama culminating now in front of the United States Supreme Court as Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Yes, a former prisoner who did eight years in prison, (we don't need to go into the circumstances of injustice and unlawful prosecution that surrounded the case but is in my book TAKING A STAND if your interested in reading it)and you can't believe it?

Do you know what I can't believe? I can't believe our Armed Services has not filed an Amicus Curiae as a friend of the Court in the United States Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396. I can't believe that all those organizations opposed to Obamacare and ObamaAmnesty and ObamaExecutive Orders haven't filed an Amicus Curiae. The reversals of rolls begins to make much more sense in a referendum on the sense of entitlements.

It actually makes perfect sense in the reversal God said would happen in just what former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush epitomized as the greatest immoral subversive idea he could think of resonating in Mark 10:31: "But many that are first shall be last."

Today we do in fact honor humbly those who have died for the Constitution and the individual rights in liberty and justice for all found in our Republic under God that we pledge our allegiance to as a Nation formed and called The United States of America. May God Bless the families of those who have suffered the loss of their loved ones and may our Military find an appreciation and value in the service of their fellow patriots with the rich respect and honor found in the service of Citizens.

Sincerely,
Cody Robert Judy

AMERICAN SNIPER Conflict of Nations and The Morality of Religions

AMERICAN SNIPER -Conflict of Nations and The Morality of Religions

American’s choice to spend at about $10 dollars a ticket just under 100 million dollars this last weekend on a movie called American Sniper- Clint Eastwood’s biggest opening cash cow, is a politicians dream weekend, and a big conflicting recipe for the concern of the Republic for which we now stand. I think the reason the movie hit so hard is because it puts nearly every perspective of morality on the line in plain sight and shall we say in the deadly cross hairs of a high caliber rifle scope.

In the movie, a true story, U.S. Navy Seal Chief Petty Officer Chris Kyle (April 8, 1974 – February 2, 2013) respected as America’s deadliest sniper is gutted with the internal conflicts of morality that come with the lethal job he volunteered for in the service of his Country swearing an oath to the United States Constitution. "I, (state name of enlistee), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Some of the conflicts in the movie opening up the discussion of morality can register in the twist of circumstances what moral compass our society has and is fighting for. As you read this I’m going to be a little bit facetious to explain a point or two so don’t lose your sites. At one point we see Chris’s rifle scope bear down on first a woman carrying a Russian grenade, and then her elementary school age child telling him to go throw it at the marines.
The circumstances in Iraq depict the U.S. Military in the film as the foreigners. Can anyone imagine the idea of using the innocents of women and children to deliver a payload of explosives if they thought it would work and the men couldn’t do it because they had been rounded up and put in concentration camps or evacuated? Our own military invites women into combat now. Can you imagine how the son or mother feels if perhaps their father and husband had already been killed by foreigners to which there was no Court to settle in for losses or damages?

Chris has to weigh in the balance his military duty, his responsibility to his fellow army buddies and all of their families at home depending on him for their safety, as well as the moral conflict of shooting what looked to be a child in about the fourth grade. Parents go to jail for spanking their child here in America in public as it can be considered abusive rather than disciplinary. Parents can’t shoot their children either. Chris first shoots the child, and then when the mother picks the weapon up the child was instructed to carry and throw at the Marines he shoots her. So parents’ can’t spank their children, husband’s can’t beat their wives, but the U.S. military is authorized to kill men, women and children who are defending their home and country?

One might say, “That’s just how it is over there. Hopefully we wouldn’t send our kids out to do something like that!” Can you imagine if we were being invaded by other countries, the men had been killed or rounded up, and the five o’ clock news wasn’t explaining the morality of the circumstances for which the invasion was lawful, how we might do the same thing in the hope that future generations might not have to, or even for revenge because of the hurt caused by destroying everything you had grown up with? Then the question comes up justifying our being over there in the first place.

Is it a natural resource we don’t have available here to harvest, or is it our own law which has set aside land as a national park a million visitors every year can gaze upon without an oil pump outlining the horizon or some species can crawl around on uninterrupted? One might say they are all important and violence would be much worse if we couldn’t get people back and forth to work in their automobiles. In other words we are justifying the assassination of foreigners for both major parties particular interest? How sweet is that?

If you want to stay home and mind your own business you’re an isolationist? If you want to go out and fight everyone’s battle you’re nothing but a bullying policeman to the world? Well which is it Democrats? Which is it Republicans? Democrats accused Bush of being a war monger for oil but don’t want to lay a finger on the development button of our reserves in Alaska’s Anwar? Who’s morally responsible for the deaths of the Iraqi’s? If Democrats think more civil deaths are not coming around because of our needs not being met in oil and gas they should all retire their vehicles in order to stop their hypocrisy. If Democrat don’t think there is a cost to refusing to developed our own energy supplies in order that we can gaze upon uninterrupted lines on the horizon they are mistaken as they are about their ordering more assassinations for the beauty of it all. The blame game works both ways folks.

Another conflict is perceived as Chris as the guest of an Iraqi man presumed first to be friendly. When the man’s stash of weapons is found without Chris retaining a search warrant from the Judge of the Judicial Branch first, that man is basically left without any civil rights. Now in the U.S. some might say the 2nd Amendment comes into play here and the man from Iraq has every right to hold those weapons in defense of his family but it ultimately gets him drafted as an informant and killed in a dangerous mission. Of course his neighbors are a little upset about our military not going through proper channels of the Judicial Branch to get a search warrant, confiscating his weapons, and basically setting him up to get killed one way or the other. They parade his body in the streets not really appreciating the U.S Militaries respect of said U.S. Constitutional Rights. Who could at a moment like that?

Of course we know that the U.S. Constitution doesn’t apply to anyone who is not a U.S. Citizen. Taxation without representation is illegal. If you can’t vote technically you have no voice and your living under a dictatorship, perhaps your parents authority of force. They don’t need a search warrant either to go through your bedroom with a fine tooth comb and confiscate your weapons, porn, and drugs in which in many cases they might be able to use themselves legally. The main point is the value of the U.S. Constitution that you have right now and for you to understand losing those rights subjects you to know better treatment then those our military gives Iraqi’s in a declared state of war.

Now how do you feel about Barack Obama not being a ‘natural born Citizen’ (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) if you understand all your rights as Citizens are attached to that principle being neglected by Democrats and Republicans? And how do you feel about a movie being able to raise 100 million in one weekend at $10 a ticket but the only candidate in America running for President who stood up to both parties and sued McCain and Obama not being able to raise $2,000 dollars in 6 years because American’s wouldn’t buy a $10 dollar ticket that was good for all their Constitutional rights? Is there a slight conflict here of moral principle?

CONFLICT OF RELIGIOUS MORALITY

Religions have long been associated with discerning what’s basically wrong and right. Of course the law of the land is most generally considered to be alright with religions. So you have to wonder if in Sunday school next week you’ll get a lesson on why homosexual marriages and relations are now ok and authorized as ok by your church because it’s the law of the land now.

Religions have long used the doctrine of the law of the land to get their particular denomination into foreign countries. Communist authorities for instance are fine with Christian principles as long as those instructors of the religion follow up with the one question to missionaries about resistance to a particular governmental practice with “well, you need to obey the law of the land”. In other words, as long as you’re following the laws of your land you’re not in conflict with our religion?

What that means is Christians in Russia are happy with the anti-sodomite verses of the Bible because Vladimir Putin has outlawed homosexuality while the Christians here in America have adopted it because it’s the law of the land. The Church Authorities both accept and condemn it based on ‘the law of the land’. Let’s see, same Church, different cultures, and ultimately different doctrines about the same circumstances or practice. It’s a geographical oddity of truth. Everything is right; just please pay your 10% and the morality of God will stand by you? What world wide religion doesn't teach that we believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law?

Churches are not likely to teach their missionaries to teach something that is going to get them killed or thrown in prison. That’s why ‘worldwide Christian religions’ like Catholics, Baptist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, LDS Mormons, etc., all can function outside of the United States. They have arrangements with the Governments which are basically non-conflictive and passive aggressive but it also makes them co-partners in every type of Government including Dictatorial, Communistic, and Tyrannical Despots.

Is the communist Chinese Christian any different than the capitalistic American Christian? How about the Saudi Arabia Christian from the Indonesian Christian? Which geographical Christian can have one wife, which can have more than one, and which can have a man and women to marry? Obama declared love is love in his State of the Union Address, but there is the consideration of which love is allowed to live and which one is disposed of in an assassination that for instance he in the oval office has ordered.

WHO CARES

Really who cares? Why do you bring up different sides to any story? Well, presumably so you don’t get sold down the river to one and regret it. One thing I can tell you is precious is your individual rights as a United States Citizen under the Constitution of the United States. Lose those and your life can really become a living hell quickly. They are just as easily compromised domestically as they are in a foreign land if you don’t stand up for them.

Collectivism is willing to use or sacrifice in a horror show a view individuals starving or being killed to distribute the wealth. The U.S. Constitution is not willing to give up the individual’s rights so that the group is more protected and the individual is lost. Of course time and time again we see examples of the theory of collectivism weeding out their weak so the safety net presumed is false.

How could we emphasize this? So baby-boomers were the result of a need for labor but they grew selfish and taught their children to be selfish as well. Fewer children from Gen X were encouraged shrinking the population pool so children could be more spoiled or have more. That contributed to the baby-boomers social security fund also shrinking and so Gen. Y came along and ordered the death panels to dispose of the baby-boomers? How do Bill and Hillary Clinton feel about their chances now as individuals at say ‘retirement’ age when their own practices and policies come back to consume them for the good of the group?

That’s what not standing up for ‘individual rights’ or our U.S. Constitution gets you. Chris Kyle ultimately had to decide whose individual rights he was standing up for and who his oath of loyalty was going to protect. Those boundaries often get blurred just like the borders of the United States get blurred at times. The Union for which we stand must be protected and the best way to help others is in fact to take a stand for the United States Constitution because it is concerned with your individual rights.

Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro is not a natural born Citizen qualified to be in the Office of the President. Many atrocities are happening with the cover of his being in that office illegally with no U.S. law seeming to apply to him. He and his co-ops force mandates, open borders, and basically run an operation of war to ignite a firestorm in the Arab Springs instituting Muslim Republics slipping weapons to the Al-Qaida militia financed by your tax dollars.

I really think more Americans should be buying a $10 ticket to my campaign then Clint Eastwood’s movie because it sure as hell is going to cost a lot more if you don’t take a stand for the U.S. Constitution and start demanding it from your elected officials by your support for me. If there were others who had stood up against both McCain and Obama in the eligibility outlines of our U.S. Constitution so they wouldn’t be seen as racist I’d recommend supporting them to, but there just isn’t. As Clint Eastwood might say with that consideration in mind, “Without me there’s just no one sitting in the chair. I’m all you got.”

Ignoring the facts just like Congress has ignored them isn’t going to change them and the thing about facts is they eventually catch up with you.

Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

Breaking News: Walk to War Inside the White House

Breaking News: Walk to War Inside the White House

FEATURED EDITORIAL - The Post & Email
FEATURED: TOP UTAH POLITICS TODAY "WORLD" Section

One of the most disturbing statements I have ever heard President George W. Bush (GWB) make was I think just before the 2012 election when he said and I may be paraphrasing just a little bit but basically, “It doesn’t really matter who the next President is”. I remember thinking when I heard that “Holy Cow, if I were Mitt Romney I think I would have taken an offense to that”.

The statement has continued to vex me, and popped up again to my memory when Sen. Hillary Clinton echoed the forever noted words to Congress speaking about the events she surmised on Benghazi, “What difference does it make”.

I mean with the Country wobbling and weaving in the gallows of debt one would think to expect better out of former President George Bush’s mouth than what anyone would call a ‘tacit’ endorsement of the opposition, for the likes of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, but it does beg curious contimplation as to what difference a different President can make, and what difference even a qualified President makes?

I didn’t know how to take that coming from GWB as the last qualified Commander-In-Chief. Does he know something we don’t? I’m sure he does, but from the perspective of the President and your actual ability to make a difference, how far does that ‘bully pulpit’ go?

As I went to research that statement hoping to find it blogged or something a lot of different things come up. One article that was quite enthralling was written by John Maulden and his focus in the article was really about offending everyone. I really identified with that as I often have a tendency to do, which is probably why I classified it as enthralling. Different takes do help us think outside the box we sometimes find ourselves in, which is why I tend to take in many different perspectives and enjoy that opportunity as “American”. We try anyway.

Mr. Maulden’s points really stem from the perspective of the economy and how given a shade here or a dollar there, imagining what would have been all that different with the various 2nd place finishers in the Presidential contest since Ronald Reagan who he agreed had indelibly made a mark on the economy. Perhaps this was GWB’s slice of reasoning with the statement?

1984 was the first election I was eligible to vote in being one of the older ones in my graduating high school class in the same year I recall voting for Reagan. I was in more of an abyss to politics back then but recall clearly the devastating feeling around 1980 with interest rates jumping up to 20% and what that felt like and by the end of Reagan’s 8 years feeling like we could breathe again.

If there were coattails to ride for a V.P. there were none so long for incoming 1988 President George H.W. Bush. He was a shoe in with everyone wishing Ronald Reagan could have run for a third term. He certainly proved he was no Ronald Reagan though after he reneged on his campaign promises signing an increase of taxes a Democratic-Party-controlled House-and-Senate-combining as Congress had sent him. Reading George H.W. Bush’s lips proved memorable political fodder when he flubbed “No new taxes”.

I remember former Pres. Bill Clinton in the hazy fog of all the Democratic Party contenders in the beginning of his campaign. He was indeed like a mist in the fog barely noticeable at all as a Governor from Arkansas. Of course as he ran around the track people really begin to like what they saw and he steadily passed one after the other after the other till he became President winning two terms and with it leaving a surplus he felt very accomplished with but also opening the Pandora’s box which would create the sub-prime mortgage crisis by repealing 1933 Glass-Steagall albeit to the clapping hands of the Republicans in Congress. This basically combined the separation independent investors enjoyed from corporations and allowed Wallstreet to get their hand in on Main-street for a profit combining the “speculative’ with the “commercial” as in days of old memory before the 1930 great depression.

Of course the “hope” was we knew better and would not make the same mistakes that happened causing the great depression because we had “control’ levers in place that would prevent that from ever happening again, while still allowing some big money to be made. Of course we are living the adverse affects of that hiccup; and the hardest hit was the common people who saw their homes devalued sometimes by half! That’s about like saying 15 years had just been thrown down to the tube and you were starting over.

From John Maulden, author of EndGame, there is an interesting article on the line of thought from the words I recalled from President George W. Bush ‘that it really doesn’t matter who the next President is’:

http://www.businessinsider.com/mauldin-the-truth-is-it-doesnt-matter-whos-president-wed-be-screwed-regardless-2012-2

Quoting from that article “It seems we accept change only in the face of necessity and see the necessity only in a time of crisis”, he references one Italian as saying, and recalls a dinner that he sat down to with now House Speaker John Boehner who turned and looked at him and said with some passion, "Harry? [rising voice] Harry? Hell, Harry (Referencing NV-D Sen. Harry Reid) ain't the problem. If it was just me and Harry we could sit down tomorrow and get it done” in a reference to the problem being Barack Obama coming back and wanting 400 Billion more on a deal Boehner had already stuck his neck out on in the stimulus packages.

Maulden’s trend is to collapse the Presidency to a relegation of economic events and circumstances that he sees little difference in the ability to handle differently and thus surmises “What difference does it really make” echoing the sentiments of President George W. Bush that I’ve been pondering for years now. Did he mean ‘Economically’ speaking there are very little choices a President has when it comes to what he’s thrown into the den with when it comes to budgets from Congress the likes of which have the ability to chew you up and spit you out as had happened with his father? Perhaps.

While there are many, I picked up two other nuggets from Maulden’s musings in that particular read that I think are valuable:

#1-“Not dealing with the deficit runs the very real risk of the bond market treating us just as it is treating Italy and any other country that gets to the point where its debt is unsustainable. Not this year or the next for the US, but almost certainly before 2016. And once the bond market loses faith in a country, it takes a massive restructuring to restore that confidence. And we can see how that is playing out in Europe.”

#2-Oddity of sorts but true to the rebellion, “people respond to higher taxes by making less.”

This scenario plays right into what I’ll reference as the Communistic Playbook to first “Demoralize” and then “Destabilize”. Raising taxes above the 35% level into the 50% and 60% levels brackets is simply a great way to “Demoralize” and reduce incentive to even go out and make more. There’s a breaking point of productivity as the tide is turned ever so slightly with higher taxes as a weakening process. One thing I also recall with Reagan’s era is while we had a propensity to spend, with a lot of money going into defense which indeed ended a version of the cold war, boy did we have the courage to work! Americans were digging in and when that happens BIG THINGS happen!

LOOKING AT THE PERSPECTIVE FROM A DIFFERENT FIELD

Now there is another line of thought that is creeping into a clearer and clearer picture I believe we must consider in, “What difference does the President or Qualified President make?”, and it has to do with political perspectives changing and pivoting to meet the man’s needs rather than the Countries. This is where the common man is completely abandoned in concern economically and actually stomped out and killed. I’d say that is a concern, because after impoverishment the wolves are not satisfied, the idea becomes extermination in a glorified depopulation agenda. This is where we walk into the mine fields of war.

…We understand that power is not easily given up. It was from the wisdom of our Founders who had felt trouble near all their days upon the earth from despotic systems of governments that the Constitutional restraints of power were formalized in our United States Constitution.

Amazingly a four year term was chiseled in the term of the President, two years for U.S. Representatives, and six years for a U.S. Senator shackling and pulling the cold gripping fingers off those emblems of power we call Offices in the Constitution, from those who had either lost elections or had come to the end of their allotted hand on an office of power.

Contriving the wisdom of our Founders in their life long quest for a better system providing a better opportunity for us isn’t it amazing that the restraints on the Office of the President were checked at two terms while the body of Congress had no checks as far as terms set inside the U.S.C?

Many have argued that this lack of term limits for the U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators has not served us well what with corruption mounting or being seen but that is easier to point out of course then the fact that elections provide an opportunity for every runner in the race to start afresh and as subject or servant to the People and for the People. If of due course a politician has run amuck we see examples like Eric Cantor and Bob Bennett unfold, and a blood path of political change might just be starting with the 2014 election nearly upon us.

Elections are not givens, if as a matter of course they are run by the rules set for and in the race; if one person one vote is upheld and protected as well the qualifications for the Offices checked. If either of those two are lost in anyway a balance is lost in a Constitutional Electorate that actual mires a democracy and can really wreck a Republic!

George Washington argued that term limits on Congress would or could actually withhold from the Union an able and healthy body because it would lower the incentive for people to get into Government who were well meaning men, great at politicking, and good for office, as well possibly reining away good men from getting in with the spoiled thought it would disrupt their life dissolving especially in adulthood.

I mean think about it, “Why do so many Americans not want to bother running for political offices in races now?” Placing term limits in Congress really increases the incentive not to bother from those who we’d say are ‘quality people'. I always ask those disagreeing if they have ever actual ‘run for office’? It’s an insanely time consuming, life altering, near cruel and unusual punishment affair, that is never really compensated for and that goes for the winners and losers that endure the hell I have known mostly from the losing perspective.

I don’t like to swear, but I’d come near it in stating God is the only one who knows the love in my heart that persist for our Constitution and thus my running the tar and feather process for an office of election. If for some odd and indescribably reason people think I like running they are very confused about the positive incentives for doing so. Let me get back on point.

Who at the age of 25 for U.S. Congressmen and 30 for a U.S. Senator might not participate if he knew the term limit was so little that he must be forced to think about an entirely different school or practice and never have the opportunity to return or race again? Yes, the incentive must be kept in place to attract descent people capable of wooing their constituents who undoubtedly do retain the check and balance of not electing them in the prescribed two and six year terms. I’ve said if the people can’t elect a decent representative that’s entirely on them and if they suffer enough undoubtedly they will get their torches and pitchforks out come election night.

Indeed the wisdom of the two year term for Congressmen meant he’d better get in and fight hard and fast for his District, while the wisdom of six years on a Senator allowed a more modest check to hasty decisions that might not prove wise in the long term in comparison to the short quick fix the House was geared for.

Though no check was required for terms on the House or the Senate, there was much greater concern for national security and what a disloyalty could mean in the Office of the President. So we see an older age as a requirement for the Office of the President added by 6 years to that of a U.S. Senator, and while first generation Americans filled the U.S. Representative’s office and U.S. Senator’s office with the term “Citizen” that requirement increased to a two generation American citizenship extended as ‘natural born Citizen’ (NBC); the requirement for the Office of the President considered by both place of birth and parental citizenship inherited. (Minor v. Happersett U.S.S.C.)

Born in the United States to Citizen Parents removes with certainty what second generation Americans in the Office of the President would call “alien-ship” or “foreign-citizenship”. Most certainly can a “natural born Citizen”’s children fall back to “Citizen” status with a marriage to a alien-ship or a birth outside the United States because it brings back into compromise the alien or foreign power which was forbid in the Office of the President in the first place, and by the way has endured through time until this Barack Obama and his minions of unreasonable minds thought to pervert the Constitution with twist and contortions of evil prodigy. In their own rite they have claimed themselves “whores” of the Constitution letting basically anyone inside the Office of the President and that might even include a 5 year old with their rhyme and reason.

The compromise of reason defaults upon their lust for the controls of power the United States of America has accomplished by what? By the intelligence granted the Almighty Creator as reward for holding on to the Standard of the United States Constitution? That is the difference a President can make! You pervert the Constitution, you remove the said blessing that comes with its statute or principle. George Washington referred to the Divine Providence countless times in the forging of this nation and to assault that dream, the American Dream, comes with the price of a heavy toll.

Conversely, with that bearing in mind, opportunities and claims of riches can be made upon the principles of untold treasure in holding to the principles of the Constitution. There is a positive incentive and reward unaccounted for so assuming your choice for a President does not matter is naive at best, and in that reward we see it does matter and is of significant interest!

No such NBC requirement existed for the House of Representatives or the U.S. Senate and the age for the Office as well the time spent within the States was different also. With Barack Obama the breach of foreign rule in the Office of the President has been swept in under the auspices of voiding out the particulars of either “Where you born” or “What citizenships you inherited from either of your parents”.

Respect, Respect, Respect.. is all you hear at times from the Democratic Party. Respect the earth, respect the environment, respect animals, respect people’s rights, and respect their individual sexuality , respect clean water, respect clean food, but the one thing they don’t want to respect is the Constitution’s Qualification for the Office of the President when it comes to Barack Obama. Why?

By the way, the Constitution does do a pretty good job of respecting all of the other “respects” they hopefully stand for when it’s actually respected. That in a nut shell is why I left the Democratic Party. You cede the Office of the President to a foreign power our three branches of Government falls on its behind.

What is the danger of that? I don’t know but I know who you can ask who will know? Begin your query by asking Al-Qaida and the Muslim Brotherhood, I would tell you to ask the Libyan revolutionary and politician Muammar Gaddafi but I think Barack Obama was backing Al Qaida and the Muslim Brotherhood revolutionaries instead of him; yes, I’m quite certain of that and I do recall SOS Hillary Clinton stating she was tickled to death he was dead dead dead.

Now I have to ask myself in the wake of Iraq on its heels reeling in the blood bath from Al Qaida and the Muslim Brotherhood yoked in a new acronym called ISIS, the Islamic State of Syria and Iraq

http://www.cnn.com/2014/06/21/world/meast/iraq-crisis/

,who armed those guys so well? Oh yeah, it was Obama!

Sunni Tribes are aiding ISIS and this is where Islam parts into two different denominations of Islam.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shia%E2%80%93Sunni_relations

This is actually pretty well understood in America with different religions branching off from one religion or another. The Sunni Denomination of Islam believes authority after the death of their Prophet Muhammad should have been taken from the many of his companions or disciples in an election between them.

While Shiites or Shia denomination of Islam believes it should have stayed within his family blood lines in their belief his cousin/son-in-law Ali bin Abu Talib should have become the new leader. So,the big question for you Americans is what denomination are you pouring money into and who are you arming? Breaking in the USA TODAY we see a trail of money.

Obama’s roots in Kenya and Indonesia point towards supporting the Sunni denomination of Islam, so why the interest now in opening the door with Shiites in Iran? Yes you heard that right. This is not a question of Obama's religion as much as it is a question of where's the money going and to which denomination? After that you can decide where Obama's tithes are going I guess and can ask yourself whether Obama consulted Congress before his tithes with your money were made?

From our new SOS John Kerry we’re hoping to back up “The Islamic Republic of Iran ”?

I suppose the USA teaming up with Iran was Israel’s idea? Wait a minute, no I’m pretty sure Iran stated that any attack on Iran from the USA would lead to the annihilation of Israel. I’m sure that was a really old report though right? Nope, actually it was May 30th, 2014-

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/181232#.U6YmcpRdWSo

Understanding that getting ‘armed’ and procuring weapons is the goal to benefit alliances, there is a very big incentive to “play” America’s possession of coveted weapons, so they can indeed be used against us. Al-Qaida provided a big opportunity in Libya to procure weapons from Obama over-turning Gaddafi’s revolutionary vision of a ‘gold standard’. You may recall we lost a U.S. President with the same ‘lofty idea’ with President John F. Kennedy. Its a rather interesting oddity to think Gaddafi was killed following Glenn Becks advice to invest in gold dont you think?

Surmising the snuggling up process with Al-Qaida lasted about as long as it took to get weapons that were then used to kill Ambassador Chris Stevens, how might that concern Americans in the snuggling up process with Iran?

People need to start considering the lengths and breadths and depths of opposition against the Constitution presented by someone who is indeed willing to pass out a fabricate forgery of his own long form birth certificate as an identity right smack in front of all America in the White House press core room and the line that is drawn straight to arming militants capable of a full invasion of the United States of America where your sons and your daughters are mowed down and slaughtered in the streets just like what is happening in Iraq right now.

If you don’t think that is the line being drawn right now, then I suppose you need only wait for the point to reach your neighborhood and oh yes, it will reach your neighborhood and then what law shall you cling to? Will it be the Constitution you have forsaken and thought so little of that then will suddenly become vitally important to you?

What point of history will you look back upon saying “I wish I had known, I wish I had shouted from the housetops, I wish I had supported a man who stood up for the qualifications for President irrespective of political party, because that would have made a difference?”

How many will needlessly die and be buried of our sons and daughters because we did not defend our United States Constitution? I implore your help as always and thank those who with courage that have begun to wake up their neighbors.

God Bless America.

If you think “Truth” is worth it, support it and quit supporting the lie. That is the beginning of change, or we can just keep on going down this road and see where it leads with Obama. Which is it going to be?

TRUTH IS REAL

Cody Robert Judy presents CRJ's Three Ropes Initiative Platform

www.codyjudy.us Three Ropes Platform
Dear United States Citizens:
As your U.S. President I would be happy to serve you, and first and foremost do my level best to preserve and protect our U.S. Constitution.

That includes Article 2 that demands our President be a 'natural born citizen'. This is perhaps the golden egg of our Constitution, for it protects us domestically from foreign usurpers who would put us in harm’s way, destroy our Constitution, and enslave our future generations with debt and as you know I have done just that in my past in suing Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama for not being qualified by the demands of our Constitution and U.S. Supreme Court precedent that politicians in Washington DC have simply turned a deaf ear on. If at any time in our lifes it was important to send Washington DC a message, sending me to Washington DC as President would certainly put those deaf ears on notice too.

Vision To Believe In Cody Robert Judy's Three Ropes Initiative Platform extends to America a plan to protect the Constitution, Impower our Economy, and preserve our Sovereignty. Here are 3 other Initiatives I think would really help our Country get out of the mess we are in right now, and you can now watch an abbreviated form of the 3 Ropes Initiative Platform because I just finished a YouTube video of it above. Click on it and enjoy!

Cody Robert Judy Releases: CRJ's Three Ropes Initiative Platform 2012

1- America’s Strong Defense Initiative
At least 919,967 people have been killed in Afghanistan and Iraq since the U.S. and coalition attacks, based on lowest credible estimates. Obama has continued the Bush premptive strike doctorine and has further engaged the U.S. with the U.N. responsiblity to protect doctorine making the U.S. the police force of the world.
Near 6,000 Soldiers have been killed in Iraq and America has paid out nearly a Trillion dollars for that war. Politicians say we did a lot of good, and our interest justified that, however America's future generations should not have to endure indentured servitude , nor America's hard earned tax dollars squandered on something less than a citizenry willing to incorporate our U.S. Constitution. A war duty tax of natural and mineral resources and the facilities in which they are produced or refined upon foreign soils is fair to the defense used to liberate foreign peoples up to a 35% gratuity until war debt is paid starting with Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya. Foreign countries are getting in the habit of draining the U.S. as their police force for a gang called Al Qaeda and the word Democracy. While we support freedom and liberty here under our Constitution as a Republic, we should also respect the sovereignty of other nations, and these other nations we are sending so much money into are highly unlikely to adopt our Constitution. Why should we trade one dictator for a legislature in place likely to do the same thing, and not demand our hard earned tax dollars back?
Springs Revolution has become Obama's magic word for America to spend billions in a foreign country and it needs to stop.

Debt clocks on Iraq and Afghanistan

2- America’s Natural Resource Excavation Initiative
Do you ever get the feeling that America’s natural resources are seemingly used against us? Why shouldn't we be able to use our natural resources to pay down our national debt? America’s natural resources of gas, coal, and oil may be the only thing we have left to assure our future generations that politicians haven’t sold them into slavery. Every time we turn around the Federal Government is declaring a National Park in Utah or some other state. Land is taken without just compensation. That's not right. With balance America would soon be out of debt responsibly unleashing our natural resources encouraging greater freedom and liberty among our people. While Government has been used to tie up these resources from the people in many ways, I think the government can be used to encourage businesses here in America in working towards the value standard increase of our dollar.

3- America’s Enforced Borders Initiative
America’s borders perpetrated by illegal aliens abroad, shall, by any means necessary to maintain the dictate of Independence and liberty, be secured by the use of her military ingenuity and intelligence of deadly force. A nation without borders is no nation at all, and the security of our borders is every bit as important as any foreign war in the Middle East. Would any one of us just leave the front door open to our house for anyone to walk through?

THE THIRD COURSE

Through America’s Conservative values and faithful citizenry, we can be a happy people. Debt has made us miserable, stifled our charity, dampened the hope of future generations, and cost us far greater heart ache. We need to figure out ways to repay our debts responsibly rather than war. While our jobs have been shipped overseas and corporations have found cheaper labor abroad, America is paying the price 2 over, with no jobs, and in purchasing foreign goods. This doesn't even make sense and we are definitely on the road to bankruptcy. As we have seen banks bailed out, city and state governments are on a very fine line to throwing their hands up to the Federal Government and asking for bailouts also. Without any steam to move forward, we will find ourselves sliding back. I think it is more important to get out of the way of the small steam engines of enterprising small businesses that can literally double in 1 year, then to fund a top heavy Federal Government.

America, I promise you I would work very hard to find positive solutions for solvency. I just know we can lead in this effort and with conservative principles; we can achieve and sustain a better quality of life then this massive debt we are seeing. By reducing capital gains tax, and literally allowing many of the federal income tax dollars to be kept in the pockets of the citizens, positive incentives can be seen by businesses here immediately, spurring the growth we need and creating incentives for jobs to come home. Restoring the Constitutional integrity of our Country is paramount to turning the economy around and there is no doubt this will require your faith.
