Americans lives and our National Security cannot be Risked to Fractured Foreign Allegiances due to the Loss of the U.S. Election- Congress must ACT now.
The two document Petitions are quite explanatory to the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate with the relevant Facts that Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State indeed had a Private Server that she and Barack Obama were communicating through to the chagrin in the accountability of FOIA. It has also been well established that Hillary Clinton had many Foreign States that were contributing heavily to the Clinton Charities with the expectations that she would in fact be the next President of the United States.
This lays open the door for Blackmail of profound magnitude towards the safety and security of our population and National Security. It's just not enough for the good ole hand-shake and head nodd that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama for that matter communicating with her using a pseudonym was only doing it as a matter of convenience, rather than a cloak of secrecy.
Of course no one else made the decisions to usurp the top Diplomatic Foreign Relation job and run for President. Barack Obama campaigned for Hillary Clinton and we noticed that he remarked his "Legacy" Depended on her winning.
There is just too great a chance that with the fractured allegiance, the fractured intelligence, and the fractured national security that Americans could be the ones that will pay the high price and that is why Congress must in the next week consider the two following petitions and revoke Obama's security clearances and appoint a President in the Interim.
The failure to do so, represents a blatant disregard for Americans' welfare, safety, and the National Security of the whole Country. We have already witnessed Top Secret material at the highest level noticed as compromised. With the Election results completely surprising Democrats and the violent organization of protest amounting to riots smashing shops and even gun violence escalating the fracture, the American Congress cannot sit idly by and watch; hoping the 'set up' and 'black mail' possibilities resulting in promises that now remain unfulfilled due to Hillary Clinton's loss and the connections to Foreign Governments through the Clinton Charities will just go away.

The danger of domestic and foreign retaliations in blackmailing the United States Government are at an all time high and we simply cannot afford any lose ends. Congress must move to suspend Barack Hussein Obama's defacto Presidency now or run the risk of being blamed for excusing criminal action by criminal cover up and the compromise of the U.S. Constitution.

P.S. I have thought to relate the experience that lead to this Petition to Congress.
This is pretty incredible. FAX's have been sent to nearly all the Republican Leaders in the House and Senate in the specific Committee's mentioned. But that wasn't the incredible thing. The incredible thing was I went to bed about 11pm last night and was startled awake with the Revelation that this HAD to be WRITTEN and written FAST.
I was so bewildered at the information and the dream. I thought, is Congress even in Session?! I looked it up on my phone and sure enough Congress is in Session this week and this week only this Month! They are only in session 1 week in December also.
My computers broke and I text a neighbor at 2:30 asking if he was awake by chance. I told him of the dream and asked if I could come over and use his computer to type it out at 2:30AM! I was very surprised when he replied "Yes". I was out of excuses not to type it up. My neighbor had said "Yes" without so much as a grumpy word!, and Congress was in Session! I saw it typed up in my dream in two Petitions! It was incredible.
I finished up about 6:30AM and got to the Library at 10AM and began FAXING the 5 pages to the Congressman. Who knows what will be the results, but I only know and can attest how hard and fast this dream was impressed upon me. I felt as if it was indeed a National Security Emergency!
It's hard not to place Birthers high on the Pedestal of Political importance when Obama chose not to release his long form birth fabrications that split up like game of thrones levels as the PDF's did Obama released to the Press three years after the 2008 Election.
The example of getting-away-with -it when enough elite Government Officials decide the consequences are not worth prosecuting was a precedent here and continues with Hillary Clinton in more of a blackmailing way than ever.
It's the progression of corruption that has Hell for its destination like any Lie does unchecked and un-confessed. The only way to gain Relief from the Lie is to admit the Birthers were right.
Truth is the power over a Lie because Truth is a base that has no break down or lower level. It stands as a solid foundation. Lies are built up like a House of Cards.
We have seen the Lies Hillary Clinton actually told as if she's been compelled to utter on the levels built by Obama. FBI Director Comey addressed them fairly thoroughly but with little legal consequence although political consequence cannot be underestimated as a discipline.
My point is when we understand upward Progress is Prohibited upon the steps of a Lie, you cannot lie your way into Heaven, we should understand the only Progress allowed under the Heavens in a Lie leads downward.
Look at the 10 Trillion dollars of Debt during Obama's 7.7 years, more than 42 Presidents before in U.S. History, as a sign of Truth.
Look at the Witness of ineptitude and Google "25 Scandals and Growing" with Obama.
Look at the Witness of Lies about Benghazi costing American Lives and the "Video" blamed by Obama and Hillary weeks before the 2012 elections. It's like they were compelled in Cover Up because the consequences meant the Truth would be known and they just couldn't live with that.
Lives, Treasure, and Time wasted on Lies as an investment for Hell's Real Estate is ultimately an investment in the Lake of Fire and Brimstone. Corruption is the instrument in the destruction of corruption in the action of reaping the Harvest. It is not the pleasure of green pastures and peace.
The Question simply remains what Progress do you expect and want? The answer to that reveals your inheritances understanding this Life is to prove our Value and Glory of Truth.
This video simply remembers the identification Fraud present in the Office of President understood by the person Barack Hussein Obama.
It was never the intent or purpose of the Cold Case Possession to prove whether Obama was Constitutionally Qualified. Only that the three year quest for Obama's long form birth certificate ended with Obama releasing a fabricated identification that wasn't a scan.
The Truth was Obama's father was not a U.S. Citizen confirmed by the release of this. That simply confirmed Obama was not Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents at the Time of his birth.
The Qualification in the Constitution considered in the U.S. Supreme Court Case of Minor v. Happersett. It was never doubted those born in the Country to Citizens were themselves the natural born Citizens as to the others there have been doubts.
We heard FBI Director James Comey last week say in the "U.S History" of Prosecution only one case was prosecuted in the charge considered for Hillary Clinton. .a case of espionage. While failing to consider criminal intent and the legal crime considerations in this Investigation he would not confirm the avoidance crimes of FOIA did not apply or that the Clinton's Charity Foundation(s) were cleared.
The reference of U.S. History is the Key point here. America's History supports [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] natural born Citizen or Citizen at the Time of the Adoption of the Constitution. Obama is an anomaly outside U.S. History failing the Constitutions Qualification History as he was not a Citizen at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.
The frustrations of those working downward is they cannot change their direction to upward progress [unless] they confess and repent of the Lies.
This is the wonderful news and hope of change presented by the sacrifices of God's Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. We have hope in this promise. If we will confess our weaknesses they will become our strengths.
What a wonderful thought that the chains and depressing tow to Hell can be stopped in such a simple confession and resolve, an upward mobility for everyone.

WHEN IS THE CONSTITUTION VIP? Article II (very important to Obama now he wants to Nominate another #SCOTUS Jurist), also contains in Section 1, Clause 5 a Qualification for President. [ a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution ] Why was, [or a Citizen at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution], carefully placed?
The reason is because our Founders were not [natural born Citizens] of the New Nation. They were distinguished Patriot [Citizens] of the Revolution. They reserved wisely the Office of President by Qualification as mutually an [incentive] and a [national security barrier] of Time.
There has only been 42 Qualified Presidents in U.S. History out of all the people of over two Centuries here. Barack Obama Fabricated his long form birth certificate which simply restates he still want not qualified as his Father was never a U.S. Citizen. Chester Arther reportedly burned his identification from Canada inheriting the Presidency as Vice President for less than full term- to an assassination of Pres. James Garfield before the 25th Amendment was passed in 1967. He was not re-elected for a 2nd Term.
It's been a grievous and very trying 7 years with Obama in the Office of President as a defacto President essentially usurping the Office. He's been the most well financed Debt Laden Person combining astronomical debt amounting to more than all previous Presidents put together -10 Trillion Dollars amounting to 70K for every man, women, and child in the USA.
This is something I've understood from the Lord as aloud - not because it was right, but to teach [you] here and now, for multitudes in our Nation have no clue, the Value of the U.S. Constitution. You will hiss at Obama after your lessons are learned. You will wonder how you could have been so blind?
It began with a fudge of Sen McCain in stealthily sponsored non binding U.S. Sen Resolution 511. In that Candidates of apposing parties Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John McCain set up essentially a hi-jack of [The People's Will] by attempting to [naturalize] by statute [natural born Citizen] a feat wholly fraudulent and apposing the laws of nature.
It was unassuming but very wicked; nefarious to the core protections of Americans national security. Now, one of those people is embedded with a similar yet consistent contention against, yet again, another serious National Security compromise.
Hillary Clinton set up her private server trafficking over 2000 sensitive and up to TOP SECRET intelligence emails through a non secure basic open line to avoid responsibility of FOIA which is an essential responsibility to The People, the FBI has had 147 Agents on this for near two years.
Hillary Clinton has consistently been an absolute [national security nightmare] for America. Many others are involved, but they are not running for President either. What is really surprising is Hillary is actually a natural born Citizen. She's qualified! #Clinton2016 #Democrats
What she is missing is Courage, and you can put that between her legs or anywhere you want but it all adds up to not preserving, protecting, and defending this Nation's Constitution which minorities need, which gays and lesbians and transgenders depend on, which abused women depend on. Part II.GIVING BERNIE-THE -BIRD-BIRTHERS
In a Washington State Rally a little bird landed on the podium of Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders. It was a little sparrow. The excitement was electric and there is just nothing like a little bird, so delicate, agile, frail, yet quick and a masterful flyer. The crowd roared! It was so cute. Spontaneous, unplanned, what a feeling such a small creature could give such a large crowd.
Bernie used the symbolism of a sparrow to be that of a dove in a sign of love and peace. Of course a little sparrow is not a dove, nor is the qualifications for the Office of the President a [Citizen] as in the qualifications of Representatives or Senators unless you were born at the [Time] of the Adoption of the Constitution.
Those [Citizens] fought a Revolution, gave their blood in sacrificing for us that our Constitution might live. That is a supreme sacrifice and that is why [Citizen] was the grandfather clause needing to be embedded in the Constitution because no [natural born Citizens] existed. That would take Time for the New Nation to propagate.
GIVE-BERNIE-THE-BIRD-Birthers I haven't said to much about Sen. Bernie Sanders but he just said a lot here which illustrates the reason the American People "should-give-him-the-bird".
It's very telling when a Candidate for President, who is an Elected Official, in the attempt to denigrate a person sacrifices his oath to defend the Constitution.
Bernie takes a lot of things out of context and exaggerates them to create division if you notice. He does this masterfully by taking the sum of a few "illegal and criminal actions" perpetrated upon Americans in the criminal acts of first trespassing, and then committing crimes here, to generalizing these into classes of Law abiding Americans examples - African, Mexican, Latino.
Its the most Grandiose Spectacle of Exploitation I've ever seen and it's delinquency at its height of juvenile.
This is Division based on Color and Culture and at its core is division and plain Racism; but Bernie calls people racist who talk about people coming here illegally which is a Crime upon Americans. Everyone crossing a border illegally is Trespassing and that is a Crime that has as little to do with color as speeding.
You never really here Bernie talk about Caucasion Americans or the places we come from why is that? But he always classifies Black U.S. Citizens as African Americans?
Does Bernie not know Blacks have a multi Continental heritage? Blacks are not all from 'Africa' and they did not all originate from Africa any more than Canaan; Same with Brown people who did not all come from Mexico or Whites from Sweden.
Now the thing that made my blood boil in this video clip, (and it's a theme in Bernie's Stump Speech often repeated), was when Bernie classified a "Movement" in our Country to uphold the Qualifications of the Office of President as 'racist' or de-legitimate and called those of us who have fought long and hard for our U.S. Constitution "Birthers" as a pejorative. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wpRaFW31Uqg
This Constitutional Article II "Birther" Movement did nothing short of stand for the Constitution and all that is pure American- no divided allegiances no dual citizenship. The Office of President reserved for those who have done the Time here faithfully and true to the United States of America- simply [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents].
Americans embarrassed about that who actually have no "dual allegiance" to another Country as "dual citizens" should take notice: people with one foot in one country and one foot in another with Dual Citizenship are in their lifetime making a commitment that was already made for you long ago.
When they stay, have children here, those children are 2nd Generation and only have 1 Country allegiance. Engraving a Country upon the hearts of the children takes time.
We only have 2 Offices requiring that Commitment of Time - President and Vice President requiring pure American no foreign allegiance aloud by birth place or by parents. Don't like it you can be a Representative, Senator, or even a Supreme Court Justice. Plenty of other Offices.
The unique Qualification for President/VP called [natural born Citizen] is also limited by two four year terms, and there's very good reason for it as incentive to come and stick around, as well because it is a natural barrier from foreign influence in the Executive Branch that could compromise Americans in many ways economically as well as militarily.
Yes I am a Birther if you want to call me that Senator Sanders, but I am American. We Birthers are American Patriots who love the Constitution.
The Birther Movement is no more about Sen. Barack Obama then it is also about Sen. John McCain, Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen.Marco Rubio, or Gov. Bobby Jindal all of who have been mentioned in my Litigation in the U.S. Supreme Court - Cases 12-5276 and 14-9396 as unqualified under the Standard.
You will NOTICE Sen. #BernieSanders#Sanders2016 [every color] is included in the [Qualification for President] in the Constitution because no color is excluded from the Office of President!
This is not about [Color] it's about [TIME]! Your denigration of American is sickening to me and nauseating. You denigrate Americans under the Supreme Law of this Land in the Office of a Senator? That is despicable and unworthy character needed for the Office.
If Bernie Sanders can't respect the U.S. Constitution and the qualifications of the Office of the President he's for the birds and Americans should give him the bird. Resign! Swim to Cuba enjoy the Socialistic Communism Experience there if you can't stand the U.S. Constitution. We here in the United States of America are United under the U.S. Constitution and the Office of President and that is much bigger and much more than a Defacto President in "Barack Obama".

Importance of Natural Born Citizen on National Security
On December 15th, 2015 Democratic Party 2016 Presidential Candidate held a Meet N Greet the Candidate at the Main Library in Ogden, Utah from 6:30-8pm. This short 15 minute video highlighted some of the very important reasons that the Constitution's qualification of [natural born Citizen] for the Office of the President really does affect American's Opportunity.
CRJ identifies some of the very relevant points and disagreements highlighted in the aspects of the natural born Citizen and Congress's ability to create a naturalize process by Article 1 Section 8 Clause 4
Cody explains very clearly how the claim of anti-Birthers is false in that in the Nationals and Citizens at birth Title 8 Subsection 8 a-h is a 'naturalization act' of Congress , just as the 14th Amendment or any other Naturalization Act.
He explains that there are really only two types of Citizens- Natural Born Citizens and Naturalized Citizens and the glaring fact that "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents" is not included in Title 8, Section 1401 a-h is a Congressional Declaration that the Act is not an articulation of [natural born Citizen] but rather only what it selects and purports to be in the title for Nationals and Citizens at birth not unlike the qualifications for Representatives and Senators in the U.S. Constitutions qualifications for those offices.
Anti-birthers point to as articulating [natural born Citizen] but the term is not mentioned in the Act nor is the definition [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] as it is in Minor v. Happersett where the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court declared it was never doubted those born in the Country to its Citizens were themselves the natural born Citizens.

US Code Notes Authorities (CFR) prev | next The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: (a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof; (b) a person born in the United States to a member of an Indian, Eskimo, Aleutian, or other aboriginal tribe: Provided , That the granting of citizenship under this subsection shall not in any manner impair or otherwise affect the right of such person to tribal or other property; (c) a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents both of whom are citizens of the United States and one of whom has had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions, prior to the birth of such person; (d) a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the birth of such person, and the other of whom is a national, but not a citizen of the United States; (e) a person born in an outlying possession of the United States of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year at any time prior to the birth of such person; (f) a person of unknown parentage found in the United States while under the age of five years, until shown, prior to his attaining the age of twenty-one years, not to have been born in the United States; (g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years: Provided , That any periods of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or periods of employment with the United States Government or with an international organization as that term is defined in section 288 of title 22 by such citizen parent, or any periods during which such citizen parent is physically present abroad as the dependent unmarried son or daughter and a member of the household of a person (A) honorably serving with the Armed Forces of the United States, or (B) employed by the United States Government or an international organization as defined in section 288 of title 22, may be included in order to satisfy the physical-presence requirement of this paragraph. This proviso shall be applicable to persons born on or after December 24, 1952, to the same extent as if it had become effective in its present form on that date; and (h) a person born before noon (Eastern Standard Time) May 24, 1934, outside the limits and jurisdiction of the United States of an alien father and a mother who is a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, had resided in the United States

If there are two types 1- Citizens who are naturalized ( should include all in Title 8 as Nationals and Aliens)
2- Citizens who are natural born Citizens (Born in the U.S to Citizen Parents -free from any naturalization act) To me it truly is a wonderful, beautiful KEY representing the most lovely song I’ve ever heard that has in its melody the words, ” I Love You “. . it has been the secret of God’s Love for America.
