The biggest problem with the Democratic Party 2016 exclusivity mentality might just be listening to the Candidate with the highest negativity in the TRUST or Truth Department. According to an article at The Hill - "Clinton is now viewed unfavorably by 55 percent of the electorate, according to the HuffPost Pollster average, which tracks findings from 42 different polling outfits."“The No. 1 reason that her favorability is so bad is that you have large numbers of Americans who say they don’t trust her,” said Democratic strategist Brad Bannon. Unfavorability of Obama at this point  in 2008 was 33%. A recent FOX news poll finds Clinton's unfavorability at 61% and former Pres. Clinton says "Remain Calm"?

With the number one Problem being 'Trust', getting the Truth out of Hillary Clinton might would be the very last thing you could count on. That means, Democrats, the last person in the world you would want to be asking questions about problems that involve Hillary Clinton is Hillary Clinton. Millions have cast votes for her in the Primary and Caucuses around the United States and California's is coming up June 7th, and the Clinton Campaign is prepared to blame everyone of her choices on Republicans and politics, who are just in it to win?

Ask Hillary Clinton about the "Email Thingy" and the FBI is simply conducting a routine security inquiry. FBI Director Comey says the FBI does not do 'security inquiries' only 'investigations'.  Ask Hillary Clinton about the unique problem with the Private Server being set up to allow her flushing capabilities? It's nothing that other Secretary of States haven't done and we should trust her personal judgement about which of the 50,000 should be flushed and which should be saved? Debbie Wasserman Schultz was forced to admit the Private Server had never been done by a Secretary of State.

She made a choice she says was unfortunate but it was mostly to do with convenience? Well, it certainly wasn't your convenience when 40 FBI agents have been charging you for their investigation over a year now at an estimated cost of $20,000,000.00 Million, but that's just routine?

You know even if the investigation ends up not indicting Hillary Clinton in this FBI Investigation the unfortunate 'convenience' for Hillary Clinton is that it has rubbed every American the wrong way and there is no way six months is going fix that memory Democrats before the General Election!

Well, things just could not get any worse for Hillary Clinton's supporters who have shoveled out big time bucks near 290,000,000.00 Million, but they just did. For all of her claims of not doing anything illegal or wrong the State Department Inspector general's office just said otherwise.

From the White House, her War on Honesty will become a war on the American people. ]

I suggest it already has.

The biggest concern I have at this point is that the Democratic Party is left very vulnerable and it's not something Hillary Clinton started. Indeed the election of Barack Obama in 2008 was mired in the conspiracy a $10 dollar long form birth certificate released a week after he declared could have been released but wasn't for three years and when it was it was declared a forgery by a law enforcement investigation.

Even without the law enforcement investigation, the Court's have been reluctant to try Obama's claim that he is a [natural born Citizen]. Yes, that is still going on. Judy v. Obama 14-9396 a Motion forma pauperis was denied arbitrarily by the U.S. Supreme Court. Court Records show Mr. Judy's finances were and are still below the Federal Poverty Guideline. The war on the poor in the Halls of  Justice is real.

The significance of this is that Hillary Clinton may indeed have thought she could get away with anything because she had a key of Obama's ineligibility which she would use at any time that she felt like "promise made to her" in 2008 to step aside in the order she would be 'next' failed. This emboldened Clinton to cross all kinds of lines that normally would have been seen as a nightmare for most politicians.

He was paid $1 million for two speeches sponsored by the government of Abu Dhabi, for example, around the same time the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security were negotiating with the city to build a U.S. diplomatic mission aimed at easing visa restrictions on travelers.

Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal- Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife,Hillary Rodham Clinton.][His donations through the Fernwood Foundation included $1 million reported in 2009, the year his company appealed to the American Embassy to help it keep its mines in Kazakhstan; $250,000 in 2010, the year the Russians sought majority control; as well as $600,000 in 2011 and $500,000 in 2012. Mr. Telfer said that his donations had nothing to do with his business dealings, and that he had never discussed Uranium One with Mr. or Mrs. Clinton. He said he had given the money because he wanted to support Mr. Giustra’s charitable endeavors with Mr. Clinton. “Frank and I have been friends and business partners for almost 20 years,” he said.

The Clinton campaign left it to the foundation to reply to questions about the Fernwood donations; the foundation did not provide a response.

Mr. Telfer’s undisclosed donations came in addition to between $1.3 million and $5.6 million in contributions, which were reported, from a constellation of people with ties to Uranium One or UrAsia, the company that originally acquired Uranium One’s most valuable asset: the Kazakh mines. Without those assets, the Russians would have had no interest in the deal: “It wasn’t the goal to buy the Wyoming mines. The goal was to acquire the Kazakh assets, which are very good,” Mr. Novikov, the Rosatom spokesman, said in an interview.

Amid this influx of Uranium One-connected money, Mr. Clinton was invited to speak in Moscow in June 2010, the same month Rosatom struck its deal for a majority stake in Uranium One.

The $500,000 fee — among Mr. Clinton’s highest — was paid by Renaissance Capital, a Russian investment bank with ties to the Kremlin that has invited world leaders, ..]

While Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Charity Foundation may have been the big winners raking in the cash in what seems a pay-to-play scheme of epic proportions, the losers very well might be the Democratic Party who in the interest of exclusivity refused the Democratic Party Candidate most willing and able to expose what Hillary Clinton held over Barack Obama's head - His Ineligibility all along. 

The case for the eligibility of a Presidential Candidate must be brought by another Presidential Candidate in order to fulfill standing rules in the Judicial Branch. That case was painfully difficult lasting now through three presidential Elections and lands in the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 only to have the Court refuse it arbitrarily denying a Motion for forma pauperis. 

If anything the Court could have cleared it up by hearing it and making an Opinion on the natural born Citizen clause, instead they avoided it like the plague. The question must be asked by every American: If the U.S. Supreme Court has never as many Constitutional Scholars claim, ruled specifically on the meaning of natural born Citizen in the qualification clause of the Constitution, why would they refuse the opportunity to do so, unless it negatively impacted the Election of 2008 and 2012 in a constitutional crisis? 

But here we are in 2016, and the crisis has branched out proving the decision an error.

Americans have set before them the array of Presidential Candidates for the Republicans and Democrats. In their best judgement, they will cast their vote for who they feel, or think, or believe will lead them the best in 2016. They won't "know" for to know is to be 'sure'. They will have to rely on their 'hearts', 'hunches', and their "gut feelings" with all of the intelligence of their mind to decide who will get their contribution and who will get their vote. Its very interesting where that TRUST will come from because 'knowing' is much different than 'thinking' or 'feeling', and its where that comes from we are going to discuss today.

There are hundreds of reasons to put the weights in the balance which will tilt every voter one way or the other. One of the bigger ones in our Century has been to presume someone who has led in a Government Position before as a Senator, Representative, Governor or even the occasional Mayor such as Rudy Giuliani. He was running for President and leading in Republican Polls at this time in 2008 if you recall.

Mr. Donald Trump leads the Republican Party and former Secretary of State and N.Y. Senator Hillary Clinton leads the Democratic Party at this time. We can look at the Polling numbers and imagine quite a shock to our conscience if neither ended up being the nominee for their party with the double digit leads they have as badges of honors at this time. There is many a slip between the cup and the lip, and that's just how precariously fast a double digit Poll lead can fade like a hit song that hits the charts and sails along, eventually another one comes along that people like and it rises.

The undefeated 'Dream Teams' are far and few between. Ask any coach how he feels about his Team undefeated in an early season and you'll find him shaking his head and throwing out excuses left and right that might lead to a fall. He knows that is best athletes have to stay injury free. He knows his team has been put on the radar screen of virtually every other Team who has a  hunger in their belly to knock his team down.

In some cases, you'll actually catch a good Coach feeling like a well timed loss might take the cockiness out of his team bringing that humility, and recognition of vulnerability back, fueling the intensity of scrapping back for the biggest game that might not have been there without a loss. Similar analogies can be seen in the Political Races of the President.

Its pick on Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton time as they lead in the Polls. The microscope is being focused on every nit and nanny the Press can fling. Mr. Trump's experience in Government? There isn't any accept the one he has basically said in his own words is "Wrong". I considered his statement as close to an apology as we may ever see when Mr. Trump in the first Debate asked about the 'favors' politicians have done for him based on his 'contributions' to their campaigns.
BROKEN SYSTEM

Q: You've also supported a host of other liberal policies, you've also donated to several Democratic candidates, Hillary Clinton included, Nancy Pelosi. You explained away those donations saying you did that to get business related favors. And you said recently, quote, when you give, they do whatever the hell you want them to do.

TRUMP: You better believe it... I will tell you that our system is broken. I gave to many people. Before this, before two months ago, I was a businessman. I give to everybody. When they call, I give. And you know what? When I need something from them, two years later, three years later, I call them. They are there for me. And that's a broken system.

REALISTIC WAY TO FIGHT BIG MONEY IS WITH BIG MONEY YOURSELF

Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton has her own battle going on with the 'broken system' as she may be what Slate called the Beneficiary-in-Chief as they related the Irony is Rich in the pay-to-play cartels of DC and the Media as well the Cabals of special interest and Lobbying.  In April Mrs. Clinton laid out her 3 main objectives as President to "build the economy", "strengthen families and communities" and "protect our Country". In a stunning admission in Slates' article comes:

 "Reform advocates will cringe at the thought of how much of that (2.5 Billion Estimated Campaign Fund) will be raised and spent by outside groups, but they'll be better served in the long run by an imperfect candidate who would be president than by a perfect one who has no chance of sitting in the Oval Office. Better to wager that Clinton keeps her promises if elected than to bet that a less problematic candidate comes out of nowhere to pull off a miracle."

One must ask can the sick lead or heal the sick? In the Holy Bible St. Mark 2:17 "When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous , but sinners to repentance".

If Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton both admit our Campaign Contributions and 'Pay-to-Play' system is so dis-functional and wrong, will either of them every be in a position to fix it having immersed themselves into the leprosy pit fully contracting the disease?

Mrs. Clinton is trying to end questions over her Email Server and has signed a statement stating under penalty of law that she deleted nothing that was of or in the interest of the people's Emails that were on her personal server, while she held the Secretary-of-State position. If experience in Government is what you seek in a Candidate, what we witnessed was Mrs. Clinton's experience in avoiding FOIA Request by using her personal server. It was a deliberate act of judgement she made to avoid being transparent to the public while she held office.

How many see this is avoidably to consider the LIE much better than the TRUTH. In the simplest terms you walk into the Bank after they emptied your account and asked them where your money was and they tell you "someone stole it. We are sorry." If the American People have no heart for the Truth, they will continue voting for the Lie.

What we are seeing here is a direct link to Obama taking the necessary steps and setting up a Islamic Caliphate in the creation, funding, training, and arming of ISIS/ ISIL which are indeed terrorist.  We wondered where and how these radical Islamic Groups were getting such sophisticated weapons and filming equipment to terrorize the world with their chopping off the heads of Christians?

Now if ISIS-, ISIL as it is called if you want to wipe Israel off the map which Obama has repeatedly invoked as the proper name. The non-natural born Citizen who is unqualified for the Office of the President yet in it as a usurper, utters exactly the prescription of what I'm talking about here:



You know, its a strange thing that all the so-called "Groups" like or behind Pam Gellar, who are freaked out of their mind about this have actually not supported the Constitutional and Civil Undertaking of reigning Obama's rogue usurpation in as unqualified. That's what's been frustrating to me. We should be less concerned about what Obama's faith is be it "Christian" or "Muslim", he's been both if you believe his own words at times in his life, but what we should really be concerned about is the fact that Obama has got America involved in a religious war that our First Amendment prohibits.

You see the First Amendment spells out very plainly, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion", yet how are all these arms and finances coming to our enemies? Well, Mrs. Clinton testified she did not know, but we do know. Its happening or happened through Qatar on Mrs Clinton's watch as Secretary of State.
[Since the summer of 2011, when we were in Tripoli, Libya we have been saying that the US was supplying weapons (ILLEGALLY) to the Al Qaeda Libyan rebels and all the Al Qaeda mercenaries brought into Libya by the US, France, NATO, UK and other western imperialist nations. We knew that Qatar was puppet for the west bringing in weapons, mercenaries and their own soldiers. We know that it was snipers from Qatar that shot the people in the streets in Benghazi that started the media frenzy to blow up Libya. We also know first hand from what we saw with our own eyes, Qatar military stealing gold from Libya and taking it out through Tunisia. Qatar was allow to rape Libya because they were being the good puppet. We were there in Libya when a large cache of weapons was captured by the Libyan Coast Guard being smuggled into Libya to arm the criminal terrorist factions that had been brought into Libya illegally to take over and destroy the peaceful country of Libya. This cache of weapons were all stamped Qatar but most people know or can find out that the little tiny state of Qatar does not manufacture weapons or ammunition. Qatar was simply the front for all the illegal acts perpetrated by Clinton,Obama, Sarkosy and Cameron to make sure that they were not implicated in all the war crimes that were committed in Libya during 2011.]

It may have been the worst day for Candidate for President Hillary Clinton as it is Reported the FBI would not take her "No you can't have my private server" for an answer. This raises serious questions to all of the pay-to-play contributors of Mrs. Clinton's Foundation. You can imagine paying for something that wasn't the sellers property to sell?

In other words, if Mrs. Clinton is selling the shares to the White House access to her as President but she's not going to be President, then indeed she has been selling and people have been buying something that is not going to be available. END Update

The BIGGEST LIE is the COVER-UP of OBAMA'S INELIGIBILITY

Mr. Trump has positioned himself as a Candidate capable of fixing America and making America Great Again. The appeal is that he is not part of the 'Establishment" of past elected politicians, has enough money to self-finance a campaign, and is really a fighter. Mr. Trump was widely acknowledged as getting Obama to release his 'long form birth certificate' (LFBC) three years into his Presidency.

Mr. Trump was in a perfect position to follow-up on this and press Obama into Court, either himself, or at least helping someone who had Standing, but he stopped. The purpose of getting the released long form birth certificate was not to 'prove' where Obama was born, but to prove wither Obama was qualified for the Office of the President by being a 'natural born Citizen' ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

Mr. Trump no doubt understands building buildings. The stand he took would be equivalent to entirely leaving the project about half way finished. Why would you do that? Well, Mr. Trump undoubtedly made the choice that it wasn't his problem any longer. Decided to rest on the accolade he stated he was very proud of in getting Obama to release the LFBC and receive for his work what? 

In March 2011 the same month Mr. Trump took credit for the release of Mr. Obama's LFBC, Forbes Magazine estimated Trumps net-worth to be 2.7 Billion with a 60 million a year salary. In a related article written just fourteen days after Obama Released April 27th LFBC , May 11, 2011 titled "Trump has thrived with Government's Generosity" The least that can be said even considering lowballng Forbes 2015 estimate of 4.1 Billion and Mr. Trumps' whopping 9 Billion is that the Obama administration has been good business for Mr. Trump.

This of course raises the question- Was Mr. Trump being used by the Government in raising the Obama Eligibility Doubts as a way to set it to rest, rather than what the public presumed was a honest effort to make Obama accountable to the U.S. Constitution's qualification of 'natural born Citizen'? 

Mr. Trump leaves little doubt that when he contributes to Government Officials they do what he says, but what about the quid pro quo? Could the Government call upon Mr. Trump to do them a favor in return for favors as a businessman he could receive? In short, does the hoop work both ways? To answer that question might take a very detailed account into what exactly Mr. Trump received from the Government as far as favors himself between 2011 and 2015 that might also account for doubling or tripling his net-worth in just three years?

It raises the questions about how far away Mr. Trump really is  from the political corruption; and as so much a party to the Establishment should he be removed from the Public's Perception as an independent maverick really about to do the exact same thing as the politicians have done before him- Promise the World as a blow-wind and deliver another heaping serving of debt? 

This is actually why I hope the Public realizes that a Record is so important of standing up for the Constitution as I have done. Its impossible not to recognize myself as the only Candidate for President since 2008 who has maintained standing and held both Republicans and Democrats in Federal Court accountable to the 'vitally important' qualification in our Constitution for the Office of the President and VP that no one be allowed to hold that office who is not a 'natural born Citizen'.

This is the building that I have built now in the Supreme Court of the United States in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 . Little God Moments In Your Life- You can be the Angel God has Sent.

One of the best things in life is showing up at just the right time for someone. Finding yourself prompted to move at just the right time. I find so much joy in this, as I’ve seen people show up at just the right time in my life and in turn done the same for others. My Mom always reminded us as kids, “God is the source and people his channels”.

It happens in the most innocent of ways and sometimes from the most unusual circumstances. Yesterday I woke up with a dream of my running on a pretty flat road or track; it dipped down a little in some places. I was thinking in my dream how nice it was to be able to take off in a sprint and really feel like you were flying through the gears as you reached a maximum speed.

I was having a hard time with that and couldn’t do it like I’d been able to so easily when I was younger and I kind of made a little dream-goal if you will to work on that in my dream. So yesterday I find myself resting a bit more then normal and eating Mac n Cheese for lunch. That’s a little unusual for me on the carbohydrate level.

My ex picked up our child in the hand-off and I thought you know I should go on a good run. I had looked at my dream through all the prisms of symbolism in the big general picture throughout the day, but I hadn’t actually gone out and hit the pavement for a couple of weeks. I think my last run was 4 miles a few weeks ago.

Determined to go out I got dressed in my jogging gear and decide to go by this house I’d seen on a real estate add as a fixer upper project I was entertaining. It took me on a different course than was my normal running course. I did my first full marathon run last year around July but after it was done and checked off the bucket list I had kind of waned a bit in training. The point is I did have some normal training runs that I was abandoning for reasons I didn’t understand fully.

I ran by and checked the house out a little and then continued on my way having for the first time a little reflection on my dream in which I saw “the track was a little flat”. Indeed it was I thought as the ups and down associated in my normal training course were not present in this run which was relatively flat.

I started thinking as I was running about where I should go or which track I should make and thought about the few times I’d missed seeing my ex at her house and the request of my son to stop by and see his bedroom. We have a very nice and amicable relationship now and my appearing wouldn’t be troubling.

I thought if I ran to my ex’s house that’s a little over seven miles away and back that would be a half marathon on the check list. No medal, but I lose 4,000 calories and it wouldn’t cost me $80 dollars like a marathon race would. I thought about the rock my son had recently given me at his pre-school graduation that said, “My Dad Rocks” and thought that’s the best medal I could ever have hope to have.

Haven’t run that long for awhile so I knew it would challenge me. I had done that route one other time about 2 years ago and had showed up to knock on the door only to find no one home. As I ran I thought that would be funny to see that happen again as I rounded the last block and saw her in the yard.

She was bent over in a hole at least an arm deep in the grass surrounded in mud with my son looking on. The expression on kids faces is so funny as you watch them looking and watching their parents do something they have no idea about. It’s like, what the heck is she doing digging holes? I don’t know but it looks pretty cool maybe I should have a go at this?

The root of the problem was a main line leak in the sprinkler system. Nothing she couldn’t handle but I teased her as I grabbed the shovel and said, “I don’t want to take the dream away you had of playing in the mud while replacing a main-line leak in your sprinkler system, but if you want I can help you?” She laughed and said “I appreciated that, and you’re right it wasn’t my dream”. I teased and said that my hands didn’t have a $25 dollar paint job on them.

Anyway, I reflected on pulling up from my jog at just the right time to help out. Lots of different routes to choose from but only one track had been run. You may have had the same type of experience. I know I sure have.

Real quickly one time I found myself spinning in circles on the freeway and flying off an embankment landing my front end in about 4 foot of cold icy water in a snowstorm in the dead of night. I had no sooner got out of the car in waste deep water when a guy had stopped to see if he could help. I had a rope I fumbled for in the pitch black darkness, and actually had to go under the water to attach it to the rear axle of my car. He pulled me out on the side of the freeway; I’d unhooked the rope, said thanks and watched him drive off and I don’t think even 15 minutes had passed.

Thank God he’d stopped. It had all but almost seemed practiced or orchestrated I thought. That couldn’t have gone off any better if a scene for a movie was being performed and we all knew what to do, but it hadn’t been practiced at all. It was impromptu.

Before I could put my blinker on a cop pulled up behind me and put his lights on with no idea what had happened. He did notice I was drenched in the driver’s seat and while it wasn’t alcohol he smelt things must have smelled a little swampy.

He cussed me out for driving too fast for the weather condition and I just sat there thinking to myself this it’s kind of funny to be cussed out for driving 35 mph on a freeway. I agreed with him and was cleared to go and thanked him for my lecture which although hard I did notice the truth of. I thought about the man who had stopped and saved me from a $500 towing bill and maybe a ticket or a fine for littering the highway if the cop had got there 5 minutes earlier.

I was so grateful. While these are dramatic, there are thousands of times I’ve recognized I was at the right place at the right time, and others were to. Gratefulness to the people showing up at just the right time is certainly one way to look at it with appreciation and gratitude. Realizing the Spirit of God that influences people in directions to help you at just the right time is another reason to get down on your knees every night and thank the Lord for all your many blessings.

If you can’t imagine my receiving that kind of help from that man pulling over and pulling my vehicle out of the icy mud, snow and water in the black of night without my thanking him, you also will understand there was a Spirit which influenced him to make that choice at that exact flashing second of time in the hellish circumstances. I’m sure he could have been on his way to wherever he was going with a lot less trouble than stopping.

My gratitude would be sorely and painfully missed without a full recognition of that appreciation and recognition to God in a prayer of gratitude for the Spirit which called to that man to be my angel and stop.

I find a great deal of treasure in joy and happiness lending a hand where I can and when you find yourself in those circumstances where God has chosen you to help someone isn’t it amazing?! It doesn’t really matter how rich you are, or how big of house you live in, what position you have in the world ladder, or how pretty or talented you are God can choose you to be an instrument in his hands to help someone where ever you are.

Being an instrument or angel in God’s hands will bring you great happiness and joy in this life. When you stop what you’re doing, and give your life or time to someone, a great joy comes to you. That joy is God’s love to you in his employment as an angel of mercy.

Keep your eyes open and trust in that spirit which teaches truth or prompts you to do good works in perilous times and amazing joy and happiness can come to you wherever you are. There are many of God’s children needing a hand and you can be the angel that God has sent. I know God is always on time and shows up in the time of need. No doubt about it God has real angels that fly and are not of this world, but what is equally astounding is the great joy that we can have in his employment here on Earth simply recognizing the prompting of the Spirit or Angels of God unseen; being an angel is just as nice as receiving one.

In John 14:16 Jesus says in verse 14, “ And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; v17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. V18 I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you.”

John 15:10 “As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. Vs10 If ye keep my commandments ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. Vs11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. Vs.12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.”

The greatest consumers of the World have indigestion, but its not being articulated or diagnosed as anything but a 'lack of control' by the institutions we grew up with. While America's credit deteriorates the leaders of America's Institutions are bewildered with the ossification process of truth and how to restore Trust.

The restoration of Trust might just be the key to America's problems on a grand or macro scale as the articulation of the trust is seen on an Institutional level or scale according to Gallup poll's 2013 article.

By far the biggest contributor of Trust in America is Congress that includes Independents, Republicans, and Democrats in the political arena. Not only does Congress control the purse strings or "TRUST" in printing money and distributing it out, but they in large part dole out Information that is assessed, percolated, and swallowed up by Americans.

So what happens when Americans find themselves thrown off balance by the information coming out of the Trust, which has been given, perplexed by the falsehoods, the lies,deceit, and fraud? The correlation between truth and trust may go hand-in-hand as the value of money in the American Bank Account and what follows is a deterioration of credit and finally a collapse all together of the money system: One everyone finds themselves in.

Look at the Truth that is being covered-up by Congress and the United States Supreme Court whose trust has plummeted in Obama's own identity fraud as Obama/ Barry Soetoro- the Indonesian/ British/ Kenyan Born subject, whose got more problems with being a natural born citizen than the big bad wolf has with being a pig, handed out his long form fabrication in the White House press core room and thus far neither Institution has even officially set a hearing on the matter with the evidence collected over the last 5 years including over 2500 hours of the crime fighting professional Investigators in the Cold Case Posse which was submitted by a Democratic Party Candidate for President in myself in 2012 and 2013 in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.

Translation and what we are experiencing now: Destroy America - How? Destroy the Trust , first destroy the truth and America's "Belief". Do that with fraud, the money will follow with full faith and credit deteriorating like the straw and stick house blown down by the big bad wolf in the three little pigs children's story, or, as we learn from "L'il Bad Wolf" 99% of catching pigs is "surprise" "Secrecy", "Ingenuity", "Using what's at hand - translation never let a good tragedy go to waste" and of course "Fraud" follows. The big bad wolf uses his own kin like a puppet-on-a-string to get what he wants in a deceptive trap, much the same as Congress has ignored Obama's fraud and forged identity documents, and the fact he isn't a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President according to the brick house of the Constitution.



Trust =
1-belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, effective, etc.
2- An arrangement in which someone's property or money is legally held or managed by someone else or by an organization (such as a bank) for usually a set period of time
3- An organization that results from the creation of a trust

The first thing that you'd expect to go in reporting news organization would be "comments" on news articles subverting the "doctrines" being preached from the fraudulent pulpits of these "Institutions" especially below the 50% Trust Line in America. Presto... comments being curtailed - unpublished - or even taken down after their controlled and paid manipulation failed.


With the new super highways of the Truth Revolution a new day is dawning in America. It is the Age of Enlightenment - information - and education that we Americans are in fact on. While we can expect delays the world is on course and the mighty are falling simply because of their abhorrence of truth- they would not hear, see, or tell the Truth to build our Trust and they did it in order to control.

We in America don't go for that "bullying mentality" much, especially given our Constitution's principles. Our land has been one of liberty and freedom and where at all cost we have found ways to cohabitate with many different religions founded in the freedom of our own conscience.

We'll figure it out as Americans' always do, certainly with the help of our Creator who has given us the principles of Truth and common sense, while our Founders left for us a great list of opportunity we favor as our Supreme Law called the United States Constitution. Even for the most ardent Obama supporters, the crash of credit will come back as a backlash of time telling pain for their support of fraud and forgery as the Trust they treasure becomes elusive.

It follows that the Institutions called into such question, by the revelations of deteriorating trust like Congress and the United States Supreme Court, News Organizations, Big Labor, and Big Corporations would at least be interested in the greatest single case in history that would elevate their "trust" by the people simply hearing the truth and then watching it elevate their profit?

If Truth is necessary to elevate Profit or "Trust", what are you waiting for?

What could it hurt to have a hearing? It sure wouldn't hurt Congress or The United States Supreme Court to come towards the truth instead of subverting it.

In short, a miraculous hope and change would in fact inspire Americans to pinnacles and heights heretofore dreamed of.

Reflecting on Mother's Day.

Mother's Day 2013 - It was a great day for me spent in a wonderful gratitude toward all Mothers. My heart was full of appreciation and love for all Mothers. I had a lot of self-reflection about how important so many women have been to me in my life. There aren't a lot of subjects that come close to making my heart swell so much as well as my tear ducts.

I thought of sharing just a few instances of the gratitude I felt yesterday.

The day begin in the morning as I woke up around 8am and immediately begin to ponder the condition of my own Mom. She's been cancer free for a year now but it seemed like yesterday she lay in the hospital at death door literally asking for its toll. I was looking at caskets thinking about how fast I could make one as she requested at one time from me because I've done a lot of wood work she's admired.

The decision for Chemo was one that was fraught with peril and against the advise from all outside family members especially when they circled the wagons and saw what kind of shape she was in. Calcium levels from the bone marrow entering her blood stream had reached her brain totally disabling her mind from reality and the only thing she could grasp a focus and a reality on was my sister and I.


Truly a testament of a Mother's love even the disease of lymphoma had not taken the ingrained fiber she held dearest of her children. It seemed that would remain in tact until her last breath. At 73 the prognosis for any kind of recovery after chemo is really predicated upon the person's ability before the cancer hit, but the doctors didn't know exactly what that was, only I did.

I distinctly remember the night I knelt down feeling the weight of my own Mother in my hands and thinking of her as a daughter of God, and the Doctor telling me if she didn't get chemo the 16 golf ball sized tumors she had distributed throughout her body would require her life.


What did God want for her? That was my question. If it was her time to pass I was comfortable in letting that happen and didn't want her to suffer. I was trying to handle it as objectively as possible and it was perhaps the first time in my life I looked at my Mother and tried to remove my selfishness for her and consider God's will was greater than my own.

When I awoke the dream I'd had was very fresh in my mind. I had dreamed of a BIG frying pan on the ground the sides of which matched my legs spread about 4 feet. I reached down and picked the frying pan up and it was unbelievably heavy and took all my strength but I did it. Like a weight lifter dead-lifting a bar again I heaved it up and it seemed a little lighter. Again and again and again I lifted the big frying pan and each time I did it got lighter and lighter and lighter.

Of course I could think of no better way to express in a parable form the process of going through chemo as it basically fry's your whole body as you ingest into your system the drugs meant to kill the destroying radicals in your body. This I knew was God's will for her.



After 8 chemo treatments about 2 weeks apart that were followed by 11 days of nupitan shots which required me to make a 100 mile trip to pick her up get her to the doctor take her back home and then return to my own place we were over-joyed to learn that she was cancer free and has been for a year now. My Mom seemed to emulate the courage and fierce proud nature of the American Bald Eagle.




It was difficult for me to sit across the table from her while we ate at her choice and favorite Chuck-A-Rama without my heart swelling and my tears wanting to burst out wondering about the miracle that sat across from me and the courage she'd had to continue through all the treatments.





In our table talk I related to her a few of the other friends I'd contacted during the day who were mothers with different stories everyone I related I choked out and was grateful not to be talking about in public due to my own emotion about the touching stories.

One friend had been all over the Nation away from her two children who were grown but had suffered many trials with the law and support. She text me that she was FINALLY blessed to be with BOTH her children at the same time. The ordeal she'd been through herself was enough to try the heart of anyone and I'd known of this struggle for years. How sweet her text was to me and how happy I was for her to experience that sweetness on Mother's Day.

Another friend who I text Happy Mother's Day hasn't had any children in her life, but she's cared for nieces and nephews and had other significant rolls with children. I wondered for a minute how a Happy Mother's Day might affect her personally but as I kept thinking about it the thoughts poured over me. She'd been the one person in my life who I could actually say had supported me whole heartedly in my campaign for President in 2012.

She was my political guru who constantly was there for me in the depths of the Campaign which seemed more like a suicide mission than a presidential campaign. One can only imagine the loneliness of taking Barack Obama to 2 state District Courts 2 State supreme courts and the United States Supreme Court twice along with making upwards of a 100 commercials and videos documenting the journey through the Spartan legal jungles and deserts of little to no support as a fellow candidate.

It was like walking through snake venom for over a year with neither Republicans or Democrats having anything good to say about it and the small percentage of those who did support the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen being cordial but having little faith in my effort as a pro se litigant without expert or high priced professional attorneys familiar with the judicial road.

There was no other women in my life who I could talk politics with who was remotely interested. In my own family it was not a popular subject and any mention of it out of my mouth brought an iron curtain down or a brick wall up in disapproval, but she was always there like an guardian angel. Always offering kind words and remarking how much she admired me for the stand. I felt as I wished her Happy Mothers Day she had been a very worthy Mother to our Nation and the cause and principles of the Constitution along with the few supporters who had sent me a little support from all over the Nation at times I couldn't have gone on without and were so very appreciated.

My ex-wife who at 43 and two weeks before our marriage had walked in with me and had her IUD taken out and after 2 years had become pregnant resulting in our now near 4 year old son. When people are thinking about finishing raising their family we were starting a new one urged on by the distinct prodding of the spirit that whispered to us a very special soul was waiting for us to be his parents.

I can scarcely comprehend the courage it took for her to do that after she had 4 near grown kids already. Every time I contemplate her strength I am filled with admiration and appreciation every year as I am also with the mother of my other 3 grown children.

Truly the value of the mothers in our life's is known and born in sacrifice as is life also made possible by the fathers. We absolutely need both in our life's and without one or the other would not be here. I want to thank every mother in my life for the sweetest ability in nurturing and love ever shown to me. I am a very grateful man understanding that this Earth holds a reflection of my Heavenly Father and that somewhere in the Heavens there also is a mother-in-heaven watching over me and perhaps even inspiring the mother's love I have experienced so wonderfully.

Of course we are reminded about the bad things that happen every day and this Mother's Day was not without its tragedy with the 19 wounded in New Orleans which is heart breaking. Our hearts go out to the victims of this rampage yet I am reminded that the Mother's of this Nation have been chosen that represent such great courage as to endure to the end. I am so honored to look upon the Mothers of America realizing the spirit of independence, liberty, and freedom which runs through their veins of which I am apart.

May God Bless You in each and every trial you are called to go through. We stand and honor you every Mother's Day saluting the very fiber of your being as witnesses to not only the birth but the preservation of this Nation in your trust of the Constitution.

While the Constitution hangs by a hair it would be no surprise to me to see the Mother's of this Nation making the stand that with our Constitution freedom rings for them in ways they are not willing to give up without a fight. Hell has no fury like the American Mother who understands that without the Constitution she has been sold with her children because without the Law the power of women is reduced to that of the weaker of the sexes and with the law she has become and gained the respect she deserves.
