The biggest problem with the Democratic Party 2016 exclusivity mentality might just be listening to the Candidate with the highest negativity in the TRUST or Truth Department. According to an article at The Hill - "Clinton is now viewed unfavorably by 55 percent of the electorate, according to the HuffPost Pollster average, which tracks findings from 42 different polling outfits."“The No. 1 reason that her favorability is so bad is that you have large numbers of Americans who say they don’t trust her,” said Democratic strategist Brad Bannon. Unfavorability of Obama at this point  in 2008 was 33%. A recent FOX news poll finds Clinton's unfavorability at 61% and former Pres. Clinton says "Remain Calm"?

With the number one Problem being 'Trust', getting the Truth out of Hillary Clinton might would be the very last thing you could count on. That means, Democrats, the last person in the world you would want to be asking questions about problems that involve Hillary Clinton is Hillary Clinton. Millions have cast votes for her in the Primary and Caucuses around the United States and California's is coming up June 7th, and the Clinton Campaign is prepared to blame everyone of her choices on Republicans and politics, who are just in it to win?

Ask Hillary Clinton about the "Email Thingy" and the FBI is simply conducting a routine security inquiry. FBI Director Comey says the FBI does not do 'security inquiries' only 'investigations'.  Ask Hillary Clinton about the unique problem with the Private Server being set up to allow her flushing capabilities? It's nothing that other Secretary of States haven't done and we should trust her personal judgement about which of the 50,000 should be flushed and which should be saved? Debbie Wasserman Schultz was forced to admit the Private Server had never been done by a Secretary of State.

She made a choice she says was unfortunate but it was mostly to do with convenience? Well, it certainly wasn't your convenience when 40 FBI agents have been charging you for their investigation over a year now at an estimated cost of $20,000,000.00 Million, but that's just routine?

You know even if the investigation ends up not indicting Hillary Clinton in this FBI Investigation the unfortunate 'convenience' for Hillary Clinton is that it has rubbed every American the wrong way and there is no way six months is going fix that memory Democrats before the General Election!

Well, things just could not get any worse for Hillary Clinton's supporters who have shoveled out big time bucks near 290,000,000.00 Million, but they just did. For all of her claims of not doing anything illegal or wrong the State Department Inspector general's office just said otherwise.

Quote: “Secretary Clinton should have preserved any federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary. At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.” (That’s on document page 23, page 26 of the pdf. Check it out.) Mr. Autin Bay, a retired U.S. Army Reserve colonel and Iraq veteran with a PhD in Comparative Literature from Columbia University, wrote: Under no circumstances should Hillary Clinton ever serve as President of the United States. From the White House, her War on Honesty will become a war on the American people. ]

I suggest it already has.

The biggest concern I have at this point is that the Democratic Party is left very vulnerable and it's not something Hillary Clinton started. Indeed the election of Barack Obama in 2008 was mired in the conspiracy a $10 dollar long form birth certificate released a week after he declared could have been released but wasn't for three years and when it was it was declared a forgery by a law enforcement investigation.

Even without the law enforcement investigation, the Court's have been reluctant to try Obama's claim that he is a [natural born Citizen]. Yes, that is still going on. Judy v. Obama 14-9396 a Motion forma pauperis was denied arbitrarily by the U.S. Supreme Court. Court Records show Mr. Judy's finances were and are still below the Federal Poverty Guideline. The war on the poor in the Halls of  Justice is real.

The significance of this is that Hillary Clinton may indeed have thought she could get away with anything because she had a key of Obama's ineligibility which she would use at any time that she felt like "promise made to her" in 2008 to step aside in the order she would be 'next' failed. This emboldened Clinton to cross all kinds of lines that normally would have been seen as a nightmare for most politicians.

[At least two dozen different companies, groups or foreign governments paid former President Bill Clinton hundreds of thousands of dollars in speaking fees at the same time that they had issues pending with the State Department that was being run by his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, alleges a new report this week.
More than $8 million was eventually paid out to the former president - and 15 of the organizations also donated as much as $15 million to the family's charity, The Clinton Foundation, according to the report published Wednesday in The Wall Street Journal.
Some of Clinton's speeches came on foreign soil. He was paid $1 million for two speeches sponsored by the government of Abu Dhabi, for example, around the same time the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security were negotiating with the city to build a U.S. diplomatic mission aimed at easing visa restrictions on travelers.

Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal- Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife,Hillary Rodham Clinton.][His donations through the Fernwood Foundation included $1 million reported in 2009, the year his company appealed to the American Embassy to help it keep its mines in Kazakhstan; $250,000 in 2010, the year the Russians sought majority control; as well as $600,000 in 2011 and $500,000 in 2012. Mr. Telfer said that his donations had nothing to do with his business dealings, and that he had never discussed Uranium One with Mr. or Mrs. Clinton. He said he had given the money because he wanted to support Mr. Giustra’s charitable endeavors with Mr. Clinton. “Frank and I have been friends and business partners for almost 20 years,” he said.

The Clinton campaign left it to the foundation to reply to questions about the Fernwood donations; the foundation did not provide a response.

Mr. Telfer’s undisclosed donations came in addition to between $1.3 million and $5.6 million in contributions, which were reported, from a constellation of people with ties to Uranium One or UrAsia, the company that originally acquired Uranium One’s most valuable asset: the Kazakh mines. Without those assets, the Russians would have had no interest in the deal: “It wasn’t the goal to buy the Wyoming mines. The goal was to acquire the Kazakh assets, which are very good,” Mr. Novikov, the Rosatom spokesman, said in an interview.

Amid this influx of Uranium One-connected money, Mr. Clinton was invited to speak in Moscow in June 2010, the same month Rosatom struck its deal for a majority stake in Uranium One.

The $500,000 fee — among Mr. Clinton’s highest — was paid by Renaissance Capital, a Russian investment bank with ties to the Kremlin that has invited world leaders, ..]

While Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Charity Foundation may have been the big winners raking in the cash in what seems a pay-to-play scheme of epic proportions, the losers very well might be the Democratic Party who in the interest of exclusivity refused the Democratic Party Candidate most willing and able to expose what Hillary Clinton held over Barack Obama's head - His Ineligibility all along. 

The case for the eligibility of a Presidential Candidate must be brought by another Presidential Candidate in order to fulfill standing rules in the Judicial Branch. That case was painfully difficult lasting now through three presidential Elections and lands in the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 only to have the Court refuse it arbitrarily denying a Motion for forma pauperis. 

If anything the Court could have cleared it up by hearing it and making an Opinion on the natural born Citizen clause, instead they avoided it like the plague. The question must be asked by every American: If the U.S. Supreme Court has never as many Constitutional Scholars claim, ruled specifically on the meaning of natural born Citizen in the qualification clause of the Constitution, why would they refuse the opportunity to do so, unless it negatively impacted the Election of 2008 and 2012 in a constitutional crisis? 

But here we are in 2016, and the crisis has branched out proving the decision an error.

Occasionally waxing poetic is my nature. Some might say I wax in the wind and for sure sometimes it feels like that and even if I am it makes me feel better. As much as 'change is a process and not an event', consistency is found in the truth not changing. There is a great effort underway most may know that bubbled to the surface from former President George Bush Sr.'s 1991 speech of a "New World Order".

The precepts were understood as extending the borders of the United States of America into the remote areas of tyranny associated by foreign sands and seas. President Bush required that in the identification of, "We are American's" and enlisted our economic and military might in "Something" "Larger than ourselves" confirming that the struggle of two centuries for American's was the 'hard work of freedom' and that the work now that was required was the work of facing down "a threat to decency and humanity".

"What is at stake is more than one small Country", he continues,"It is a Big Idea. A New World Order."

"Where diverse Nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the Universal Aspirations of man kind; Peace, Security, Freedom, and the Rule of Law. Such is a world worthy of our struggle and worthy of our children's future."

The announcement was big, the cause, he said, of the new world order was worth putting our children's future on the table and sacrificing them for it. The Generational Theft was necessary and Obama has continued that brilliantly racking up 10 Trillion on his watch alone to the 10 Trillion already there but at the same time saying he has paid down the debt. Where adding upon the debt is the goal in the order of confiscating wealth and redistributing it, Obama has done what he said he would involving America every bit as much as Bush's did in affairs of the foreign sands and seas in what I'd like to call the "Nimrod Order".

Nimrod founded Babel in Babylonia of the famed Tower of Babel where all the world spoke the same language participated in that same kind of new world order where the monuments of men in short combined in the interest of humanity. I'm sure you were guaranteed a job as a slave with a socialist health care policy but the creative genius of the world was tapped down in the effort. This was why God in the interest of unleashing the creative power of the world split the languages up in what became separate Nations.

Britain was conceived and became blessed with the royal blood of many great spirits and out of her came indeed a rebelliousness she lost control over in the forging of the new Nation of the United States of America. With the world's understanding growing that the world was not flat but round and every new continents left only in the outer limits of space, I believe the temptation to enlarge America's borders is not only seen in the porous effect of our own borders but is also seen in saddling the responsibility to America as a policing power with the use of a guilt trip over the decency and humanity strapped on our back.

Of course there is nothing wrong with being decent. There is nothing wrong with being humane. Extending America's borders with a guilt trip with force in foreign lands without remuneration is of course generational theft- or asking American's to do a job and then seed the job, work, money back over to foreign power. This is the content of say giving weapons that American's bought and paid for to foreigners for free and then really being astonished when they are aimed at and killing Americans.

Don't you think it's a stunning alarm that our Government won't arm the gangs in America with military hardware like they have armed the gang of ISIS and Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood?

American's poured billions of dollars into Iraq and then Obama left the weapons? That almost never happens! Since when does collecting the weapons you brought onto a big ship and bringing them home cost more then leaving them for anyone to pick up as a gift count as remotely responsible? Oh yes, its the same ineligible person in the White House closing a deal on Iran's nuclear program with the promises made from leaders who have also promised not to recognize Israel as a Nation and to wipe it off the map. You know the first part of 'showing a good faith effort' in being trust worthy of nuclear weapons might be asking the Islamic Republic of Iran to promise not to wipe Israel off the map for ten years. If they could do that first, than you might have some kind of legitimate reason why Iran blessed with huge amounts of oil reserves actually needs nuclear power plants.

WHAT WOULD ANY MAYOR SAY IN AMERICA

Mayor Giuliani said, “What country has left so many young men and women dead abroad to save other countries without taking land? This is not the colonial empire that somehow he has in his hand. I’ve never felt that from him. I felt that from [George] W. [Bush]. I felt that from [Bill] Clinton. I felt that from every American president, including ones I disagreed with, including [Jimmy] Carter. I don’t feel that from President Obama.”

Then Obama's Aide's came out and said, “I think what is unquestionably true is that throughout history we have seen individuals perpetrate terrible acts of violence in the name of religion,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest said last week. “And regardless of what religion you are trying to use to justify your terrible act of violence, it’s the responsibility of people with faith, of all faiths, to step forward and say that it’s wrong.”

The thought provocation might be adjudicated, Many individuals throughout history have committed terrible acts of violence without any religion in mind. What purpose does it stand to reason that Obama commit violence against Americans, if its not religious compass? Is it just his sectarianism? What excuse do you have to leave weapons like this? American's have paid for the arming of the enemy.

What I would really like to know is what the Mayor's of any American Town and City would say if Obama had delivered a payload of weapons and stash to the gangs in their towns like this?




CONSPIRACY OF 500 in a NIMROD EFFECT

I believe their is a conspiracy plan set in place to usurp America's population or "People's Grant of Power" by the authority of the U.S. Constitution by a group of about 500 men. These include the leaders in America who are busy as bees supplanting and diluting the 'natural born Citizen' clause of the U.S. Constitution's demand for the Office of the President that is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents down to the level of a U.S. Representative and U.S. Senator's requirement of "Citizen" which opens the gate of nationals and aliens to become President according to Title 8 and here Aliens and Nationality §1401 a-h

It's a lofty goal to have the World come under the New World Order, but respecting foreign Nations is seen in respecting the United States Constitution and the borders of our States where upon the umbrella is designated as the rule of law. Our domestic enemies seeking to altar the 'natural born Citizen' clause do so in effect in the face of eight attempts to legally Amend the U.S. Constitution since 2003.

A usurpation of the U.S. Constitution's 'natural born Citizen' clause for the Office of the President is easily seen as a disrespect and an assault upon foreign nations and their borders as borders and the rule of law are diluted the boundaries are extended militarily. Now who are those 500 men who are assaulting the 'natural born Citizen' clause of the Office of the President? Who are those who are trying to dilute the Office of the President by dishonoring this check and standard of law? They are easily identified on both sides of the isle, as well as business men and other foreign leaders.

Identification of these individuals is important but more than that is the importance of understanding why it is important to maintain our borders and maintain our rule of law under the U.S. Constitution. Obama preached 'Hope and Change', and while change is more an inevitability of time rather then an event, there are some things that are constant and that do not change. Our Constitution's demand for a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President has not been changed. I can't change that. The Nimrod Effect is essentially just kind of dumb to be honest. Can you imagine building a tower to Heaven? Well, its just as foolish to place a foreigner as your President.

From the time of Moses the Lord has said 'Don't let a foreigner rule over you'-Deuteronomy 17:15. Identifying aliens and nationals is pretty easy to do with our law: 'Aliens and Nationality §1401 a-h', so it is very easy to identify those who wish to commit treason by diluting the 'natural born Citizen' requirement of the Office of the President to "Citizen". The maintenance of our 'freedom and liberty' requires this and we cannot compromise it as it has been compromised with Obama. It is a national security threat in the highest office.

Some people frown on people who don't want to change, but some things like the laws of nature are guiding principles of not changing and humanity can find itself in the worst trouble when denying these things. In the principle of not changing and staying the same the Bible says in Hebrews 13:8 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever"

An interesting thought has come up this morning with Glenn Beck commentary about the 2nd Amendment which I think is very relevant to the Natural Born Citizen qualification of the Constitution for the Office of the President. Why not just change the Constitution if you think you’re so right?

One of the many wonderful things about our progressive Founding Fathers wanting to empower individuals as Citizens rather than Subjects of the King was that they realized in what can only be seen as a bow of humility toward intellectualism that it was true, they may not have been able to predict problems that may arise in the future for which the United States Constitution was not equipped, so they actually put in a direct way to change the Constitution.
If you thought your idea was so good with the population, and so wildly popular there is a mechanism within the Constitution to change it, and it can be done very quickly! All you need is a 2/3rds vote of Congress.

Certainly with the mainstream media behind the usurpation of the Office of the president by an illegal person who’s not qualified for the Office of the President, the consenting Republicans in office like Sen. John McCain who actually received his “Citizen” status by law when he was 11 months old, and his “Natural Born Citizen” status in 2008 by Non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 with only one objection by Republicans, and the majority in the U.S. Senate with Democrats, it would be a cinch right?

If progressive Democrats feel the population is so widely for rescinding the Constitution’s unique qualifications for the Office of the President as a “Natural Born Citizen”, which protects by two generations any person from ascending into the White House by the demand of being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, then why don’t they just change it? Why haven’t they changed it so that for instance a young Supreme Leader from say North Korea could copulate with an American Citizen and finance his off-spring to the head of the U.S. Government long before he passes away?

I mean talk about a good idea! If you were North Korea’s new leader and you wanted to get your hands on the U.S. Nuclear Stock Pile, don’t you think that would be a good plan? I mean that’s all you have to do. Just snatch a poor young American Girl and have a baby with her and bam you have got the White House!

As a dictator you’ve got your entire Country paying you directly all the taxes just like the King of England’s subjects whose duty was to come over to America and subjugate the wild young colonialist in America. You don’t have to rely on contributions to your campaign; you just take it from your subjects at whatever rate you feel will do the job.
What is wrong with that idea Democrats & Republicans?

You know one of the really nice things about this? You don’t have Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Lora Ingram, Marco Rubio, Rick Santorum, John McCain, Bobby Jindal, Newt Gingrich, even Sarah Palin, and not one of the former Candidate Republican stars who ran for President in 2012 like Mitt Romney or Jon Huntsman speaking out against the idea! What could possibly go wrong?

I mean these guys are acting as the best friend of North Korea or Iran’s Supreme Leaders future children. The foreign leaders wouldn’t even have to copulate with the American girl, they could just fly their sperm over here and have it artificially inseminated into the American mother, and bam 9 months later out pops their kid on U.S. Soil, and 35 years later they have their own son or daughter controlling the whole nuclear arsenal of the United States as well as the treasury.

Don’t you think that’s a good idea? Don’t you think that should be a breeze to change in the Constitution with 2/3rds majority in Congress? Look how easy Obamacare passed with a majority in the House, Senate and Obama in the White House. What’s the difference in doing the same thing with the 2nd Amendment if you’re so opposed to an armed American Population? Change it. Change the Constitution if you’re so sure your idea is so good.

You mean to tell me after 5 years Obama can’t change the “Natural Born Citizen” qualification in the Constitution after it has been challenged in Congress with testimony in the Judiciary Committee’s of the House and Senate over and over and over and over as recent as 2000 and 2004?

If you think the idea of requiring a two generation defense in place for the top position of the Executive Branch of our Government and that not doing so is SOOOOO discriminatory that you’re willing to place the entire American Army and the entire nuclear arsenal in the hands of a puppet or subject of the King, then just change it. I’m sure you have the entire population behind changing it, just like you have the entire population behind changing the 2nd Amendment to read “no one has a right to a weapon loaded with bullets”.

Please, let me spell out what a completely asinine paradox this is. It seems obvious but apparently the so called ‘conservative leaders’ don’t get it, so let’s make it very clear okay?

You mean to tell me I’m unreasonable for saying that the “Natural Born Citizen “requirement as a defense of the people from our Executive Branch of Government, meaning a check point of trust by the people from the President, the one guy that controls an entire Branch of the 3 Branches we have in our Government and the one Branch who has all the weapons at its disposal, the one guy who controls the armies of the United States, and has the ability to topple regimes like say Libya, Afghanistan, or in the future Syria without Congressional approval, is something that you would concede on but you want to keep your rifle to protect yourself from a foreign Government invasion?



Maybe you haven’t read the testimonies in 2000 of 106th Congress’s Judicial Committee’s have heard about the really bad idea of exempting the President’s requirement of a Natural Born Citizen, but I have. I can tell you that somehow responsible people with a lot of love for our Country and you personally have made good decisions in not removing that requirement.
I can tell you that it’s really insane, or stupid, or crazy or delusional to freak out about someone wanting to take your rifle while you give the keys away to a dictator that has your own nuclear bomb pointed right at you!
Okay rational hypothetical announcement here coming over the airways with all the major networks covering the President’s press conference:

“My dear sweet constituents who have voted for me time and time again, we’ve come to a road where I just don’t think it’s very good for criminals to to have a gun period. You’ve put me here and it’s been overwhelmingly humbling because, except for the Birthers and their few bastards who tried to take a stand for the Constitution in the natural born citizen clause in the U.S. Supreme Court, for which we know there is a microcosm of support because they are so awful and foul as to warrant extermination, I have made the executive order that I would like voluntarily for anyone who has a gun to place it in their recycle bin this coming Tuesday. Now, I’ve got the drones equipped with a new metal identifying scanner that can actually see into your house and as far as 4 feet below the surface and plain and simply if that drone flys over your house and detects non-compliance with my executive order this Tuesday, we’ll know your planning insurrection and we’ll with the same drone just drop an incendiary device on your house and your whole family will die. There may be a few women and children that die but you must realize we tried to protect you and simply asked you to comply with turning in a piece of garbage. So it’s really you who killed your children and wife by not complying and if you care so little about your children and wife as to not turn in a piece of garbage, all of society will know your not rational and must be a terrorist. In fact all of your children and wife are probably just as dangerous as you if in hearing this message they don’t turn you in before Tuesday. Now, I’m sorry to interrupt your programming please enjoy the rest of your evening and don’t forget to send me $3 dollars for my Executive Order “Americans for a violent free America.”



This is principally the way the proponents of the 2nd Amendment are seen by the Obama Administration and a good reason to draw attention to it. Why would the Government care about your rifle when they have a nuclear weapon ready and pointed at your head and your entire family as hostages? Don’t you think you’d give up your gun for your children, your wife, your brother, your sister, even your parents?

So the question is who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family? And, how easy would it be to declare those who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family probably not rational people?

Let me just say how much I know and appreciate those who have stood up to Obama and his not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the president. I know they actually love you, love our Country, and love freedom and liberty.

It speaks volumes about someone willing to take a stand against such odds in the political arena. It speaks volumes for someone who realizes that in protecting the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution for the Office of the president, and its intentions of 2 generations as a defense for the people,born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that they have the best interest for your family at hand.

If you find a politician willing to fight for your family like that and defend your loved one, I’d think that was a politician that was worth keeping around. It would just make sense.
