BREAKING NEWS - U.S. SUPREME COURT INELIGIBILITY CASE- OBAMA TO RESIGN?

Today on The Sean Hannity Show in a conversation Sean was having with his inside Washington DC correspondent Jamie Dupree, Sean stated that he was starting to think like Donald Trump, that perhaps it was a good idea if we insist Obama's College Transcripts be unsealed and opened. This of course was a swipe at Obama's Ineligibility which is now being entertained by The United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. The Court comes back from a break June 15th with a couple of key opinions to be released on Marriage and Obamacare, and will also decide whether to ask for further argument on the case that squarely places Obama,Cruz,Rubio, and Jindal's responsibility to the U.S. Constitution's qualification for a 'natural born Citizen' in its sites.

There is a big disagreement, and when referencing 'big' think of the division in the Grand Canyon type of Big, among the supporters of the Presidential Candidates as to whether the Supreme Law of the Land's demand for a 'natural born Citizen' for the Office of the President means much more than the qualifications of 'Citizen' for U.S Senators, U.S. Representatives. While "Citizen" is used in the paragraph of the Office of the President's Qualifications in a time determined way in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, referring to that qualification upon those 'born at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution', the paragraph goes on for those born after that time and states they must be 'natural born Citizens'.

The United States Supreme Court is being asked to define the term or what might be better stated as adhere to the term "natural born Citizen" with the litmus test of "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents by Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy in a contest of ineligibility directed at Obama for his Campaigns for President in 2008 and 2012. Cody has never conceded those races to Obama and is the only Candidate to have his objections now before Highest Court. Cody says to those continually discouraging him with "Its about time", that "Hey, getting to the U.S. Supreme Court isn't the same as making instant oatmeal. Instant Justice rarely exist and like a good wine, often cases require what's termed in the Court as a 'ripening'."


WHAT is DIFFERENT ABOUT CODY'S CASE FROM ALL THE OTHER ELIGIBILITY COMPLAINTS?

Cody rattles off many things that sets his Case apart from all the other cases that have also made their way to the U.S. Supreme Court but were not heard by the Court chief among them 'Standing','Party','Jurisdiction','Criminal Complaint','The Political Doctrine Question', 'Bi-Partisanship', Exhaustion of State Remedies', and 'Racism'. When you start going down that list it is much easier to comprehend why Cody's Case has cleared all of these hurdles and very well could be THE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN HISTORICAL CASE OF OUR TIME in the name of Justice that doesn't get 'dead-listed'. "This has been a very long journey", Cody said, "and its hard for people who have followed this rather spottily to grasp what is happening and how and why Obama could very easily not make it to the end of his second term before being asked to resign, or impeached for his disability of authority to administer the duties of the Office of the President based upon the People's Qualifications written in the U.S. Constitution that limit with strictness those able to wield the power of the sword and the pen in that office."

Nixon resigned the office of the President because he saw that if he didn't he was going to be indicted in a U.S. Senate Trial for what would amount to high crimes and misdemeanors charges. This was back in the day that Republicans controlled the White House but Democrat's controlled the U.S. Senate where trials of such nature take place. Cody's case however, does not ask the Court to remove Obama per se or intrinsically, but asks the Court to only consider that Cody in the Race both 2008, and 2012 against Obama be treated in fairness and equality to all under the same Standard. If Obama was allowed to run unfairly according to the rules, Cody is due a just compensations for the damages Obama caused.

Many cases brought to the Court did not even include Obama's name and instead cited the Secretaries of the differing individual States as the "Gate Keepers" of ineligible candidates as if they shouldered the responsibility. While running in the Democratic Party after the Primaries were over for instance and Cody was not chosen to represent that party, Cody would go right to those same Secretaries of State in the Elections Office and they would administer an oath to him which clarifies and certifies that a Candidate for Office should he/she be elected be able to qualify for that office. This puts the burden squarely on the Candidate for Office.

In Obama's case there is a document trail of his being bound to that oath, but there is also a document trail that brings into the equation Obama's enablers from the Democratic Party Leadership bench like Rep. Nancy Pelosi who signed in front of a Notary of Public [t]wo separate 'certification of qualification forms' in 2008. One for Hawaii that demanded that those so certified by a major party also be certified with an oath that they were qualified for the Office under the Constitution of the United States for that particular office. The other for the remaining 49 had no such language to adhere to and its quite a credit to Hawaii. So, what is a Secretary of State in an Election's office supposed to do with one person who lies and another person who backs the lie up? These secretaries of states are not independent Candidate investigation people. They mostly 'trust' that what they are being told is the truth, but in the Politics of Obama 'honor and trust' have been violated and Cody's Case brings all of this to light for the Court.

We know Obama was not acting alone, He had accomplices to his election identity fraud. As a Candidate for President Cody at first simply took Obama at his word when it came to Obama releasing his long form birth certificate at the end of April 2011 which he himself handed out to the White House Press Core in his famous announcement calling birthers 'side shows and carnival barkers'. Taking Obama at his word in his own press release, the document states Obama's father was never a U.S. Citizen, making it impossible for Obama to be a natural born Citizen- Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents for the office of the president. Obama's father introduces a foreign influence in Obama's history which was prohibited by the term 'natural born Citizen' in the Office of the President. Over time, it has proven that what was happening is that Obama was conducting a 'side show and was the biggest carnival barker' of all.

Another aspect of Cody's case to the U.S. Supreme Court is unique in that Cody's case introduces to the Court under the authority of a little used term in a Congressional ACT the ability for someone other than an Attorney General to bring to the Court an allegation of crime. This Congressional Act is known as The Clayton Act which came out of The Sherman Act. These focus clearly on Corporations forming illegal alliances as Cartels in illegally determinations of precious resources, commodities, and services. Especially in Election Years, 'votes' are a highly valuable commodity and service to the Country. Candidates these days form Corporations to shield their private fortunes from liability. The two items form exactly the ingredient for an illegal cartel.

While nearly a dozen high profile stories have been written many highlighted on The Drudge Report about Sheriff Joe Arpaio's case in Arizona that revolves around the investigation of Judge Snow's Family allegations they had it out for seeing to it he was never elected again, and had the Sheriff himself on the witness stand, none cover the Cold Case Posse Report in front of the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. What has not been reported, even by WND a stout encyclopedia of stories on Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse, their Report and findings that Obama's long form birth certificate was a fabrication and could not have possible come from an original copy of the Hawaii Health Records Department is that Cody's Case in the U.S. Supreme Court now highlights all of this. Indeed the tie between that Health Department and the Obama Administration coming in Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy has sadly and tragically ended with the loss of her life in a very suspicious death and that connection seems lost to the Media.

The Report of the Cold Case Posse originated by Sheriff Joe's assignment to investigate the identification fabrication, has been brought to the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396, by the authority vested by Congressional Acts to do just that. Obama's Selective Service Registration was also released by FOIA request and was a second witness that identification fabrication was in play as anomalies unfolded in that Report. These are just witnesses that Obama's whole story has been concocted and wasn't true to form. There were slips and mis-steps associated with the lie, and his selective service registration was just one other I.D. that had to be retraced or redacted because Obama as an Indonesian Citizen traveling to Pakistan on a visa at the time forbidden to Americans, was not required to sign up for the draft. The time of this redaction also ended badly for the witness Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who was assassinated in his car.

Obama had no other reason to oversee or fabricate a long form birth certificate other than to do a disservice to the place of his birth as a Candidate running because of the focus on "born" in natural born Citizen, even though anchor babies are not considered eligible for the Office of the President. This would easily avail the Office of the President open to foreign take over if all that was required was a birth in the United States. Of course the theory represents conspiracy in itself, but it is rather naive to think plans are not drawn up for the imaginations of the enemy or to just as naively think the enemy would not delight in being sworn into the Office of the President of the United States.

With the Cold Case Posse's investigation and REPORT in the U.S. Supreme Court now and Obama's very identity challenged as fraudulent, it seems quite relevant that the Obama Administration would go after Sheriff Joe's 'computer server'. That seems strange only in the light they don't seem to want Hillary Clinton's server while she was Secretary of State emailing what now have been detailed as classified by the FBI and redacted in parts for the Press as well as destroying what she decided to destroy while on duty as the Secretary of State for us.

Cody's Case in the U.S. Supreme Court details why the Court would not necessarily find a particular Candidate like Hillary Clinton interested in bringing a case to the court against Obama for his ineligibility, even though former President Bill Clinton is on 3-16-12 record from credible witness and filming documentary producer Vivian Bettino as stating they would do so at the proper time. This is also in front the U.S. Supreme Court in Cody Robert Judy's Case Judy v. Obama. 14-9396. The alliance between McCain, Obama, and H. Clinton was made in non-binding U.S. Senate Res. 511 which the U.S. Supreme Court is not bound to. 511 was not a Constitutional alteration of the 'natural born Citizen' clause for the qualifications of the Office of the President, although it does detail a source of the litmus test regarding 'parents' which case constitutes Cody's first compelling evidence that it doesn't matter where Obama was born if both his parents are not at the very least "Citizens". This highlights the compelling case Obama used the fabrications as distractions away from his ineligibility by his father's Kenyan Citizenship represented on his first released certification.

The two generation contract America has given to the Office of the President prohibited foreign influence by two generations this way. Congress's own investigations and hearings on the matter in 2002 bear out much of the same affect also noted in the case before the U.S. Supreme Court. It was Cody Robert Judy's law suit against Sen. John McCain in 2008 that included the Republican National Committee served just days before McCain was made the Republican Nominee at the Republican Headquarters of the Campaign and Party in Las Vegas, Nevada. This was precisely the same way in which Obama and the Democrats were served this Complaint almost a year ago now July 7th, 2014. Of course with an alliance of Candidates of those two parties no complaint is going to be made, however an alliance between parties that excludes the rest of the population of America is unconstitutional and troublesome especially given 43 % of Americans now are registered Independents according to a Gallup Poll conducted this year also noted to the U.S. Supreme Court in the case. With both Republicans and Democrats represented by U.S. Senate Resolution 511 that left for certain Independents out in the cold which now registers a majority of voters. That in and of itself should be a real red flag for the Court's Consideration as to the damages this type of behavior by career politicians is causing and gives prudent reason to set the case at the very least for oral argument. Cody Robert Judy was the only Presidential Candidate in America over the 2008 and 2012 Presidential Elections to call both Parties out on the carpet which as best as can be displayed is not racial or partisan, but is ruled more by Principle over Party. As you can see the Case before the U.S. Supreme Court is much more complicated than just stating Obama was not born here as the detractors like to label 'birthers'. Without laws that apply to all, justice for all is an impossibility, and certainly illegal discrimination's begin taking a foot hold.

There's not many Presidential Candidates who actually have their name as a Plaintiff in the United States Supreme Court with the Respondent being Barack Hussein Obama et. al., but that is exactly what we see happening with Cody Robert Judy.

Now, Sean Hannity is one talk show host Conservatives and Republicans love. He's a family man, a defender of 'conservative issues' with a show on FOX News Obama was recently quoted in a news report as 'wanting to muzzle'. That tells you, Sean isn't the talk show host you'd really think Obama would pick out for a News Special featuring his recent push for the Pacific Trade Deal blocked by U.S. Senate Democrats.

This might be all smoke and mirrors because today on Sean's radio show we heard him back away from Republicans in Congress who were in support of it with Obama, based on Obama's Executive Order capabilities while Democrats on the left feared a Republican President could also run away with the hen house pulling down wages and jobs in America on a fast track.

God Bless those who died or were injured in that horrible speeding Amtrack Train crash that was on a very fast track said to be going twice as fast as it was supposed to be going. This was very sad news today.

Here at the 2016 Presidential Campaign of Cody Robert Judy for U.S. President we have been getting some email like this, and take special notice and care of appreciation to the Semper Fi motto that is used by our United States Marine Corps:

So we wanted to make an effort that our best hand is/has been extended in accepting that offer of Sean Hannity's Show on Fox. We also owe thanks to all of those who are and have supported us in this effort to defend the "conservative principle" of the United States Constitution's demand, as the qualification states that the Office of President and Vice President devolve only upon a 'natural born Citizen', or a 'Citizen' at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution.

It is true we have been nearly six years in this fight, legal petition, and civil course of action but that isn't unusual to get a case to the U.S. Supreme Court that is wholly ripe having exhausted State Remedies which we had to do in the Course of the 2008 and 2012 U.S. District Court Cases against McCain, and Obama in New Hampshire's State Supreme Court, and Georgia's State Supreme Court which also was represented by myself as a presidential candidate in Ballot Challenges, but was unheard by the U.S. Supreme Court in 12-5276.

The action now Judy v. Obama 14-9396 is a completely different legal and jurisdictional animal and the Respondent's have until May 20th, 2015 to respond. Just to be completely open about this, Cody Robert Judy has opened by invitation the scholarly argument's for those who wish to merge the two terms 'Citizen' and 'natural born Citizen' in front of the U.S. Supreme Court by filing the appropriate document and letter to the Court that informs the Court that he is open for all opinions to be sent to the Court by those qualified to practice in the form of an Amicus Curiae, or friend of the Court. What that means, is those wishing to protect or incorporate Obama's version as well as presidential Candidates Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio are welcomed into the case and able to direct the Court in favor of their candidacies. "Its open season, and if no one shows what they believe for Obama, Cruz, and Rubio I guess Cody Robert Judy's interpretation is correct and the Court may take that into consideration",said a supporter for Cody.

With 13 Case numbers in Court, a blog of near 210,000 views noticed all over the world, a YouTube Channel with over 85,000 Views filled with commentary and political commercials over the last six years, a Facebook Page with the limit of 5,000 friends and a new 2016 FB Page created filling up fast with over over 300 people now from all over the United States, its getting harder to say Cody Robert Judy is a fringe candidate with no support from America. To simply dismiss the issue that has really never been heard by the U.S. Supreme Court between two Presidential Candidates of the same Party in the history of the United States really does affect every single American Voter. Yes, Cody ran as a Democrat in 2012 and intends to push ahead into a primary with former Sec. Hillary Clinton. At the heart of a case being heard, or at least one of the criteria for hearing a case in the United States Supreme Court,is the question: "How many people are directly affected by this issue?"

Today one of the most pivotal political speeches took place in front of the United States Congress that I’ve ever seen in my short half of a century of time. Odd thing was it wasn’t anyone from our Government giving it; it was Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In my lifetime I have to go back to President Ronald Regan to recall a speech that just seemed in a surreal way to be one of those speeches that you knew was going to go down in History as one for the memory books that was going to last long past this generation. I’ve seen a few speeches in a joint session of Congress but I don’t recall such a rapturous outpouring of whooping and hollering and thunderous applause from our elected officials as I heard today from both sides of the isle. The spectacle was very nice to see Republicans, Democrats, and Independents join in and drowned out the boycotting minor 56 naysayers of the Democratic Party who hoped they could spoil such a special allied ship in their hopes for division.

Sean Hannity interviewed Newt Gingrich today on his radio show and one thing that really struck me as profound from Sean was really spoken in kind of a declarative question, “ What I can’t believe is how we got here… in this position?” What he was referring to was a position that has the person in the Office of the President in the White House so completely sustained as “foreign” to the partnerships of allies we have as the USA from East to West from North to South.

The former speaker of the House postulated that he himself believed Obama was living in some kind of dreamy fantasy mythical land when it came to his ideas in paving the way for Iran to obtain a nuclear bomb. Gingrich further postulated delving into the psychology depths of Obama that he himself had been fooled and underestimated the regime using like-words resounding along the lines of lawlessness, or rebellion, incompetent, out of touch- words that clearly Congress might considered in impeachment hearings under Amendment XIV and Amendment XX in an inability to fulfill the duties of the Office. I was actually shocked to hear Mr. Gingrich talk like this as I’m sure many American’s were.
In my own answer to Sean’s question, “What I can’t believe is how we got here… in this position?”, in the same breath as he is calling Obama the Alinsky, Bill Ayers, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Frank Marshal Davis communist packing card caring son; isn’t it obvious?

You’re not a Birther Sean! You, so many like you, and so many that are elected officials have had absolutely no respect, no regard, and no spine for the United States Constitution’s demand for a natural born Citizen –Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. No matter how much you derail the Birthers about the ‘natural born Citizen’ qualification in the Constitution as a definition for the Office of the President so clearly distinct, and successively graduate from the qualifications for U.S. Reps and U.S. Senators is, in age, time, and loyalty, you can’t get it through your thick heads what two generations of Americans might entail in the most important office in our Government. Why is that?
Sean calls the Mark Levin, “The Great One” and just the other day Mr. Levin cascaded down into his dark and frank candor exclaiming and shouting down a caller he opined: ( http://www.birtherreport.com/2015/03/mark-levin-article-ii-presidential.html )

"You have to call this show about the birth certificate? Oh that's been really effective. It has failed in every court. The birth certificate...with all the problems we have with this President, that's all you have? ... "

Hold me back, “Really Levine, why don’t you tell us why it’s failed and don’t give us that crap about standing and jurisdiction? You conservative radio show host know at least two things.

1) R’s and D’s teamed up and went all in on McCain’s non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 that included 3 major players McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama every R’s Senator voted for it.
2) That left only Independent Candidates to object in Court of which you have given in publicity and a chance to come on your shows about the same amount of respect as you give the callers concerned and calling in about the Constitution.

“So, let us surmise? Your definition of Constitutional actually revolves around “What’s Popular” As long as slavery was popular and was deferred by the Courts as legal in territories you were alright with that? Just as soon as it changed, then you were alright with that. When prohibition was aligned in the Constitution you were good with that, but when it changed you were good with that weren’t you? Spineless for the fight of moral judgment comes to mind and the morality of fighting for in our day what is in THE U.S. Constitution; and even easier fight might I add than fighting for what should be in the Constitution, as our Founders did.”

Makes me want to pull his pants down in front of a big audience of Constitutional scholars and exclaim, “Your really short their Mr. Levin the argument of Constitution before the word Scholar. It makes no sense in his reference.
“For Gods’ sake how many years has it taken individual rights to be recognized in the same sex marriage department and how many years have Birthers been faced with this problem of filling the standing requirement, filing suits, working through the Courts and generally oiling the justice wheel that Martin Luther King Jr. declared himself “moves, but moves slowly”?

“Just because you’re naked texts move faster in the realms of instant gratification doesn’t mean that when the Constitution is breached it doesn’t take about the same amount of time to work its way into the public mind and also work its way into the ripeness of hearing by the Courts as it did a century ago. As a “Constitutional Scholar” that you claim to be, why in the world am I lecturing you about that? And the bigger question is why are you not pulling your weight in American Patriotism in defending the natural born Citizen clause you know dang well is “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’?”

That makes sense in a fight for Amnesty doesn’t it. Why not pick on something the D’s really care about like National Parks and Forrest Rangers or Foreign Aide to employ ISIS as a bargaining chip?”
You know it’s really easy to understand how we are in this position when so many won’t support a Candidate for President who sued McCain first and then Obama in ’08 and ’12. Really folks these guys do not have the temerity to even ‘bluff’ about the support to a Candidate with a fund raiser as a radio guest. Can you imagine Glenn Beck , Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh in a three day bizarre actually just defending my Candidacy for a million dollar bluff to Democrat’s and Republicans?

A million dollars of support they didn’t get but could have if they would have taken a stand for Art. II, Sect. 1, Clause 5. Politicians go nuts for money, so even a three day bluff might have worked but these guys can’t figure that out in their heads. I swear to God they don’t have a brain in their head. As if any dollar they gave to any candidate actually meant that their candidate became President in the past. If you’re not laughing you should be now.


HOW BAD COULD TWO MORE YEARS BE?

If it weren’t for the blatantly obvious and stupid we really wouldn’t be in this position Sean. Now the guess is Obama can’t do much more harm in two years. Wrong again, if you’ve seen his new rendition of the Internet Whiz Kid ObamaNet, and Obama’s highlight for the Media about federally taking over all local police forces in your town.

Of course while he’s hooking local law enforcement with lots of new gadgets Obama is also expecting control with justification on ‘divisions, race, and inequality’ that he can magnanimously be the head cheerleader for-Why? Because he’s so good at discriminating and being unfair to me as a smaller Candidate in the biggest race in America nothing compares? Well, that is obvious but who wants to talk about it? It really ought to be the talk of every local police force in America who now is finding the Feds are about to infiltrate them as lords and over-see’ers because Courts of Law just can’t manage it ‘fairly’ and their departments are about to be nannied by Obama’s own.

Perhaps you haven’t caught wind of the telephone call that was taking place the other night where words for the immigration of ‘new citizens’ were touted as leaders rather than assimilating into our society. Where a new country was talked about in our Country and Cities and Towns were going to get the Federal Mandates to zero interest and supply the new citizens at their tax expense. And you don’t think two more years will do any harm?

So, let’s review. The Internet – Amnesty and Immigrant Status zero interest loans etc. making the Country within the Country – and Control of Local Police Departments to Feds.

All of a sudden, a little round up of support for a Candidate who has standing and is standing up for the ‘natural born Citizen’ qualification in the Constitution for the Office of the President as a national security begins to be quite appealing. All of a sudden the simple little qualification Obama has negated illegally becomes an Achilles heel and an answer to Obamacare and a whole lot of support to Iran at the cost and at the expense of our Allied Israel.

Don’t you just love people that complain but won’t contribute a single dollar to the cause they are complaining about even when the solution is right there in front of them? The door sitting right there the whole time they refused to open? Sean Hannity, you know I love all these guys I just wish I could get their attention for a second on a realistic note for our Country, said in so many words Israel’s prime minister was the “Adult” at the party as he really eloquently mapped out the problem, spelled out the history both ancient and modern, detailed the grievances, furnished witnesses of the pariah that were self incriminating and could not be denied as historical facts, and presumed the outcome of letting Iran do what they had a history of doing with Nuclear weapons.

Haven’t Birthers been doing the exact same thing about Obama for six years? Now shouldn’t we ask, why would Israel’s safety and the defense for it receiving standing ovations from Congress be seen as somehow more important than the safety of our own Country as Birthers have been pointing out for years? Would that be the ‘ Oh he’s just the carpenter down the street syndrome?’ that was placing our Country in so much danger? In other words, St. John 4:44 “For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honor in his own Country.”

When it comes to those who have been pointing out Obama is ineligible and illegal in the Office of the President according to the requirements, those who do have standing, and have been devout in the principle and not racist, and are standing up as I have in the Judy v. Obama 14-4136, in a relevant case of modern history in front of the 10th Circuit Court any day why wouldn't they support that? Why doesn’t that count with them? Why is it not seen as a solution? Why isn’t it given a standing ovation and thunderous applause?


WHAT IS THE SUBTERFUGE OF OBAMA'S DISTRUST OF ISRAEL IN THE REGION

The question Rush Limbaugh signed off with today was “Why didn’t Obama trust Israel as the Nuclear Power in the Region of the Middle East?” Rush hypothesized Obama in his quest of “fairness” and “neutrality” (that is of course another ruse), is being used to arm Iran. He speculates Obama is naïve as Newt Gingrich in similar fashion did today when he stated he was living in a magical dreamy land. I don’t know why they can’t see Obama is neither. He’s calculating and cunning and is in his best imagination is using ‘a proffered fairness doctrine’ that neutralizes the little guys bigger stick. Except what happens if Iran gets a nuclear weapon and Israel has them what do you have?

Well, you have a stalemate on Nuclear weapons. We won’t use ours and you don’t use yours and what is Israel faced with? Well, the answer is it’s not fair in a game of war. Israel is far outnumbered in man power. What’s Obama’s ‘proffered fairness doctrine’ recommend in that war? The answer is Israel wiped off the map without a nuclear weapon being fired. Of course, nuclear proliferation races to life in an Iran Nuclear Islamic Republic certainly as Netanyahu mentioned with every other Country needing them in the region, but all said and done, everyone agrees in war not to wipe every one off the Earth and so a suspension of certain weapons is agreed upon and it comes down to armies against armies. That then puts Israel at a disadvantage surrounded as a little Country.

Now I’m that little Candidate who knows exactly how Israel as a little Country feels fighting for life and standing on good ground. Of course Republicans and Democrats don’t want to recognize me. Israel faces much the same problem in Country’s surrounding her not wanting to even recognize her as a Country, but she is. Just like me, I’m a Candidate for President qualified exactly according to the demand of the Constitution. Obama’s not and I’ve been forced to take it to Court.

Though I am a small Candidate a very BIG PROBLEM exist for countless people if Obama is allowed to drive over me so to speak without any accountability to the Law. To surmise how big of a problem I’m talking about start by asking is ObamaCare 1/5 of our Economy, ObamaAmnesty, ObamaNet, ObamaFederalLocalControl, ObamaSupremCourtJustices, ObamaArmIranin10Years and all of the other ObamaHububalue big enough for you? And is all of that even legal if Obama is not a “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? The answer is, “No. None of it is legal if a qualified President has not signed Legislation”.

That is a BIG PROBLEM formed in a little candidates pocket and so is Israel having a nuclear weapons in their pocket when big Iran doesn’t. So, if you are actually an Israel supporter and agree Iran shouldn’t have a nuclear bomb, then you really ought to support my Candidacy for your own Country with as much applause and support as Congress gave Netanyahu’s words today.

In Israel’s P.M.’s words, “My friend, standing up to Iran is not easy. Standing up to dark and murderous regimes never is.” We face similar enemies in people who think the Supreme Law of the Land is not the Supreme Law of the Land anymore when it comes to Obama.

The "Independents" are a voting block in the United States of America that basically have been deciding elections for quite some time now. Republicans and Democrats have been in a tussal for their vote more then once, sometimes swinging between parties. The key is that there aren't too many politicians who don't know that without the I=Independent vote there won't be a winning elections.

Independents drive the GOP and the DNC bat crazy, because they have everyone else in their pocket, or shall we say putting money in their pocket. This is actually the catalyst to things like Rep. Nancy Pelosi's cockamamied rhetoric "We Have to Pass it so we can see what's in it". Its a way of projecting on to Independents a slobbery gobelty goop in the hope they can sneak by and maintain their vote.

So all the work and money for a political election comes down to two parties working their tail ends off and then basically being subject to the "Independent" vote which swings winning the election either way.

The odd thing is both the Republicans and Democrats think they hold sway over Independent voters and a third party will never in a million years ever just leave them both for a strong third party candidate.

So, if the Independents are actually the American Political Party that swings elections there is no question on whether America has a two party system. America has a three party system. Over the last 12 years the Independent American Party has been the fastest growing party in America with more and more voters deciding to vote for the particular person, rather then just straight party vote.

Its been my dream however to have on the ballot the R for Republican Party - the D for the Democrat Party and the I for Independent Party. I think it would serve our Nation much better in actually getting a bigger voter turn out which could actually help all the parties. Let's face it, they say Obama won the election because the Republican Base didn't turn out, so there was actually a "protest" vote going on. America, meaning everyone, needs to work towards eliminating the 'protest' vote and I think an I on the ticket for Independent would do wonders for it giving Independents a much more fair or equal shake in the National Elections. Isnt that something that would appeal to Democrats? Fair and Equal.

Of course there are a lot of different kinds of Independent voters that vary in the pendulum from conservative to liberal, but especially in the Presidential National Election the Independent voter has not been well represented in having a candidate heard. Most generally you see live debates with the two as we saw with Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in the 2012 election cycle, and then the Independent Vote is swinging one of those two parties to the victory or the win.

Its a way that the two party system has manipulated the Independent Voters in America to decide on either one and whose going to be the winner. As the Independents have grown in to such a large group in America though, I don't think that's exactly productive for either of the two major parties because it says, "we can't win on our own".

The love-hate relationship between the two parties and Independents is caused indeed by this kind of abusive relationship. Rep Nancy Pelosi's own words, "Why would anyone get married unless they were crazy about someone?" Well, let Democrats be crazy over Democrats, and Republicans be crazy over Republicans and let them separate themselves from Independents rather than depend on them in a obsessive abusive relationship.

There is the theory that you lose an election because these independent voters didn't vote for you. That's what has the GOP basically doing calisthenics right now for different minorities because they see a need to court the minority vote in order to win. Gosh you'd think they'd rather just help create on the ballot an I for INDEPENDENT voters and be done with them.

Rush Limbaugh who say Republicans lost election because they did'nt stay on the conservative side, which means basically people stayed home in a protest vote and its termed not getting your base out to vote. That's based on the GOP Leaderships choice for a candidate, as well as the Media picking the darling, rather then the conservative base.

Many don't think there are enough Independents put together to actually win a National Election, but I don't think that is true, especially if there was a choice of the I for Independent on the ballot. What may happening is the Independents don't have enough of a central body to firmly grasps as a platform, but I think the times are a changing and I believe its the central feature of the Republican Parties ideals with the Democratic Parties ideals that are merging and leaving the Constitution behind that leaves everything that is American and the Supreme Law of the Land in between for the taking. An Independent American Party might just do that, and the GOP and the DNC could put their dollars to better use instead of courting the swing voters.

The core feature that we have witnessed taking politics out of the principle field in the last two elections has undoubtedly been the qualification clause of the President that both Republicans and Democrats flat out trample and tread upon with ferociousness. It hasn't mattered to them what law enforcement investigations have said, it hasn't mattered to them what evidence was in front of them, they are totally together on the issue of Barack Obama not being vetted or qualified and simply printing up fabricated documents of identification to say that he is qualified according to the Constitution. If you don't believe ask any of them and see what they say. The courts, and I've been through a lot of them all the way up to the United States Supreme Court actually admit they want to avoid it as its Congress's place to hold hearings on it.

Its as if they applaud a man with a long form fabrication, a mis-matched social security card, and a phony year dated stamped draft registration as fearlessly daring to go where no honest man would. It is as if they would follow the devil down to hell without so much as a hearing to discuss why his skin was red, why he had horns, and why he had a tail. If that costume is so glorious that it spell binds Congress into some kind of a trance then its time the American People flat out called them on their not having a hearing and objecting with their support of a candidate who has taken a stand on the eligibility in a non-partisan way instead of just going to hell in a hand basket.

Well, unfortunately we have had too little too late from the GOP. The Conservative base is actually more unhappy with the Republican leadership then it was in 2012, if that was even thought possible. I mean you really have to admit something has gone terribly wrong when in 2012 the GOP had the conservative talk show host Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh,and Sean Hannity in their back pockets and narrowly lost. Can you even imagine the loss with Glenn Beck shouting hashtag defund the GOP (#defundthegop) with the news wrecking crew expanding at The Blaze now?

Rush Limbaugh saying today the GOP had lost their way on Obamacare saying they can fix it rather than repeal it. Rush's book Rush Revere and the First Patriots has hit Amazon's number one slot. That's not supposed to happen with sequels. Six months! That's not only not supposed to happen with sequels, it's not supposed to happen with books released six months apart. Not done. You made it happen. This is not done. We're gonna end up here -- other than Harry Potter, Harry Potter, that series, of course, is the other exception to the rule. But it looks like on the New York Times best-seller list for children's books, both of them, Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims and Rush Revere and the First Patriots, is gonna be on the list at the same time.

Sean Hannity has endeavored on a RECLAIM AMERICA PAC that touts Believing in the American Dream. You really can't have all three of these guys basically coming out and telling the GOP that they are losers losers losers, when they were supporting them in 2012 and they still lost!

The Conservatives of American have to face the facts, face the reality that they just can't keep up the pace with their leaders abandoning Constitutional principles just as fast as they can spend money and spiral our debt in a pact with devil for BIG GOVERNMENT.

The GOP doesn't even have an island on which to stand upon and say they are fiscally responsible and want to reduce our debt, lower taxes, and down size government bureaucracy after being solely responsible for funding Obamacare through their own U.S. House Majority, because Democrats sure didn't fund it with their majority.

This is what I am proposing. If the GOP will "NOT" hold hearings on Obama's Eligibility and hear the evidence of my standing as a Presidential Candidate, hear the evidence I submitted that included Sheriff Joe's Arpaio's Cold Case Posse as I submitted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 recognizing I also held in Judy v. McCain the same non-partisan standard of the Constitution in principle, that all Conservatives just abandon the GOP.

If the GOP refuses to hold Obama's feet to the principle of the Constitution on his eligibility issue, which is the root of so many SCANDALS and even deaths in 2013, they sure will not enforce it on their own running candidates like Rubio,Cruz,Santorum,and McCain. I really hope we haven't come to a point where we have not just turned our back on the opportunity that America is with our individual rights, property, and liberty protected from the States confiscation of it like communism threatens in the voice of Putin not to many days ago in fact. We put sanctions on him, he'll confiscate all the Corporations of America's investments over there. Yeah, he'll just take it. What every you have in the bank, in business assets, whatever he'll just take it. Is that what you want Hollywood? Is that cool with you? You better wake up and start appreciating the United States of America's Constitution because its the only thing standing between you and the State of Communism.

The GOP has become an empty shell of the once proud conservative base, and the Democratic Party who once championed civil rights has flushed them down the toilet and become the embarrassment of the Constitution. Oh its such an embarrassment to. An Independent ticket is bound to pick up what was once the base of the Democratic Party.

If we work hard and pull together and start representing one another in the common ground we have, we might start finding our way into a few straw polls and at least find some media coverage. We need people working in every state on this, but I think we can actually take the middle of the Country and start chipping away at the South if you will start supporting and helping me. I know America wants you.

It is imperative for you to know that there were indeed other candidates for President who stood their ground against Obama on the eligibility question, but there was only one who stood his ground with Obama and McCain. And while it wasn't an easy road to travel, there is not one major media source that has ever called me a racist and had the grounds for it to stick. That is my non-partisan secret.

If you insist on supporting others who did not throw down on Sen. McCain equally you are in fact perpetrating the lie of racism upon those of us who took a stand on the principle for the Office of the President "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that covers both nature and nurture, and provides the base protection of two generations to the Office of the President without partisanship.

If you cant see the value in that with regards to the liberal mainstream media, then your politically blind as a bat, as well as indeed having some racist tendencies that certainly will not do the Constitution a bit of good or the conservative principles of the Constitution. The Office of the President controls one third of the whole Government and its the enforcing branch of law as the executive branch. That is pretty important and definitely is worth at the very least adherence affording the qualifications expressed in our Constitution.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

Conservative's Cave on Principle - Did Conservative Radio Ever Really Have Any?

What can we say about the Amnesty dialogue happening now in the debate across America? Wasn't it amazing to hear Rush Limbaugh -the conservative talk show host and national treasure of America say to a women calling in expressing her desire to accommodate low information voters and ascent to Amnesty for the points that Marco Rubio would get and thus the Republican Party?

Its difficult for me to contain my lunch with the conundrums heard this morning as she played devil advocate to Rush a little while Rush maintained the sluggish high ground of "PRINCIPLE" over politics maintaining that Amnesty should be opposed. Of course "points" to Rubio though not articulated may have had reference to his running for President in 2016 also for which he is not qualified by the demands of the natural born citizen qualification for the Office of the President.

Wow! Can we just take a little trip down memory lane and say that if "principle" has been maintained by Rush- 66 Million , Glenn 90 Million, and Sean 30 Million , three people listed in Forbes 100 Magazine as top earners in 2012, Obama would not be in office. What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul? I imagine we'll find out.

If they conservative legends of America, actually maintained, understood, perhaps acknowledged Obama's long form birth certificate and draft registration pose the biggest crisis at the root of Obamacare and Amnesty this Nation has ever seen? Maybe then they would have a point on principle?

Of course then they would have really been fighting the fight and been on the front line taking the hits, shoveling the Birther Mire as it caved in on them, digging in, and maintained the moral high ground of our Constitution.

Today I had an interesting thought about Jesus Christ to share. Its been in my mind for awhile but I don't think I've written about it on my blog before, however, it is relevant I believe in the crisis of our Country at this time in severe trauma. The interesting thought had to do with Jesus drawing on the ground in John 8:8. Of course much has been written about this.

John 8:6-8
This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.

Some believe that this was foretold by Jeremiah the Prophet.

Multitudes of sermons have been preached concerning what it was that Jesus wrote there that caused the scribes and Pharisees who brought to Him the woman caught in adultery, to drop their stones that they were about to stone her with, and back off. Many believe that Jesus was making a list of the names of the men that had used this woman, and that all of their names were on the list.

I hope that you also noticed that the woman that was caught in the very act of adultery was Mary Magdalene. Many believe that this is the same Mary that is the sister of Martha and Lazarus.

Jesus drew a line in the sand here. In the world in which they lived, people could either follow Him or be "of the world". There could be no straddling of this line... it was either one side or the other. Ultimately the crowd dispersed seeing they could not accuse her being in need of forgiveness themselves as Jesus spoke, he who is without sin let him cast the first stone.

It was indeed of all else a line Jesus drew, meaning there was one. What is a line drawn in the sand. Isn't it where you say I will not retreat and go backwards from this point? Isn't it where you commit to your stand and shall not step backwards or yield?

Well, Obama's eligibility was in my mind that line in the sand. It was the point that if crossed would mean an infiltration by usurpation within the very Executive Branch of our Government that is the Enforcement of Law. It is I don't mince words the "Key" to the Constitution, your civil rights, our freedoms and liberties, and in essence the integrity of The Republic for which we Stand.

Now all the Conservative Radio Talk Show host Obama is making millions for have literally profited millions of dollars opposing Obama. Now if opposing Obama was such a lucrative thing to do why have all the Presidential Candidates who opposed Obama's eligibility been so stricken with poverty and so very few contributions?

Now ask yourself where in the line in the sand, on which side when it comes to the eligibility of Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro, is Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Sean Hannity?

Aren't these the guys interviewing Presidential Candidates bringing their case to the American People as a service for which they've been paid handsomely? You know I can't name one Presidential Candidate ever interviewed by Rush, Glenn, or Sean opposed to Obama based on the grounds of not being eligible.

Believe me, its a very short walk from being a paid opposition to being an accomplis, especially when you understand that identity fraud, fake identity papers, fraudulent representation is punished severely upon American Citizens, and all but forgotten when it comes to illegals.

Obama's fraud and forgery are all but forgotten by the Conservative Radio Show Host? Why? Don't want to disturb their gravy train or blame Obama for pointing the gun at their heads? Which one makes a little more sense?

This Amnesty Charade has done what for the IRS Scandal, The Benghazi Scandal, The Verizon Wireless Scandal, The A.P. Reporter Wire Tapping Scandal,and of course the greatest scandal underneath Obamacare and Amnesty being the Ineligibility of Barack Obama for the Office of the President?

Its swept them under the carpet and taken America's eye off of being spied on and treated like criminals. While Egypt hangs signs in the square declaring Obama is supporting terrorist and arming The Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda , we here in America are worried about the integrity of our law whilst Obama has violated the very heart of our Constitution as an ineligible candidate for the Office of the White House.

As for my part in drawing a line from which I would not withdraw or concede, it is on the United States Supreme Court record I as a candidate filed in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 also including the 2500 hour investigation of Mike Zullo assigned lead investigator for the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse investigation concluding Obama's long form birth certificate and his selective service registration were both altered and thus frauds upon the American Public January of 2013.

Now I don't know if any real United States Court Justice ever laid eyes on my complaint or if based on the absurdly crazy way in which clerks of the Court handled it-finally giving it a case number only after 3 others were filed from Georgia none of which had Presidential Candidates attached to them which may have provided the unsavory cover of justice they sought, but I know Congress has a responsibility to draw a line in the sand when it comes to our Constitution and that Congress is designed to be a check and balance to the Judicial Branch and the Executive Branch of which up to this point they have in all reality dropped the ball on forsaking their oaths.

God Bless men and women who do get to Washington DC and have the courage to vote "no" when it comes to adhering to their oaths to the Republic's Constitution or Supreme Law of the Land, wither or not things get done or not. I actually imagine an Administration where success would be "nothing".

As President I actually would consider it a compliment where there was no law passed in my name etched in the history books. I would actually feel it a great honor to simply stand with our Framers and Founders in defense of the Supreme Law of the Land they also sacrificed and so many of our Soldiers have bled for.

Let it not be said on deaf ears that America is not a land flowing with milk and honey to be pilfered and squandered. This is not a land of fairness when it comes to handouts of cash and entitlements you "think" you deserve. Let it be better remembered that this land is a land of opportunity and those coming legally may embark on a journey of work that may produce the milk and honey but that sitting around collecting checks every month isn't part of the opportunity or equation people coming to America seek. Those socialist nations are better and more fertile ground for those wanting such accommodations absent our elderly and crippled.

For those seeking such I say neither Democrats or Republicans will ever get this message until you elect an Independent President. Until you put your trust in the principles of this Nation that both those parties are and have forsaken. Only you can indeed make a difference by recognizing the voting I for Independence is as important today as it was in our Independence Revolution.

It is incumbent upon you, and not Washington DC to protect, preserve, and defend the Constitution by electing those who will serve you and an Independent Party for this Nation is needed now. All independents coming together under a banner of Independence united in the unique and unadulterated platform of our Constitution that has successfully provided for the success and protections the world now seeks to destroy and has ever sought to destroy.

If the world does not want America as a friend we need no friends. If Rush and Glenn and Sean don't want to righteously judge Obama as not qualified by the Constitution's demands as a natural born citizen,they are more interested in the all mighty dollar and getting what they think they got coming over and above preserving the integrity of our Supreme law.

An interesting thought has come up this morning with Glenn Beck commentary about the 2nd Amendment which I think is very relevant to the Natural Born Citizen qualification of the Constitution for the Office of the President. Why not just change the Constitution if you think you’re so right?

One of the many wonderful things about our progressive Founding Fathers wanting to empower individuals as Citizens rather than Subjects of the King was that they realized in what can only be seen as a bow of humility toward intellectualism that it was true, they may not have been able to predict problems that may arise in the future for which the United States Constitution was not equipped, so they actually put in a direct way to change the Constitution.
If you thought your idea was so good with the population, and so wildly popular there is a mechanism within the Constitution to change it, and it can be done very quickly! All you need is a 2/3rds vote of Congress.

Certainly with the mainstream media behind the usurpation of the Office of the president by an illegal person who’s not qualified for the Office of the President, the consenting Republicans in office like Sen. John McCain who actually received his “Citizen” status by law when he was 11 months old, and his “Natural Born Citizen” status in 2008 by Non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 with only one objection by Republicans, and the majority in the U.S. Senate with Democrats, it would be a cinch right?

If progressive Democrats feel the population is so widely for rescinding the Constitution’s unique qualifications for the Office of the President as a “Natural Born Citizen”, which protects by two generations any person from ascending into the White House by the demand of being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, then why don’t they just change it? Why haven’t they changed it so that for instance a young Supreme Leader from say North Korea could copulate with an American Citizen and finance his off-spring to the head of the U.S. Government long before he passes away?

I mean talk about a good idea! If you were North Korea’s new leader and you wanted to get your hands on the U.S. Nuclear Stock Pile, don’t you think that would be a good plan? I mean that’s all you have to do. Just snatch a poor young American Girl and have a baby with her and bam you have got the White House!

As a dictator you’ve got your entire Country paying you directly all the taxes just like the King of England’s subjects whose duty was to come over to America and subjugate the wild young colonialist in America. You don’t have to rely on contributions to your campaign; you just take it from your subjects at whatever rate you feel will do the job.
What is wrong with that idea Democrats & Republicans?

You know one of the really nice things about this? You don’t have Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Lora Ingram, Marco Rubio, Rick Santorum, John McCain, Bobby Jindal, Newt Gingrich, even Sarah Palin, and not one of the former Candidate Republican stars who ran for President in 2012 like Mitt Romney or Jon Huntsman speaking out against the idea! What could possibly go wrong?

I mean these guys are acting as the best friend of North Korea or Iran’s Supreme Leaders future children. The foreign leaders wouldn’t even have to copulate with the American girl, they could just fly their sperm over here and have it artificially inseminated into the American mother, and bam 9 months later out pops their kid on U.S. Soil, and 35 years later they have their own son or daughter controlling the whole nuclear arsenal of the United States as well as the treasury.

Don’t you think that’s a good idea? Don’t you think that should be a breeze to change in the Constitution with 2/3rds majority in Congress? Look how easy Obamacare passed with a majority in the House, Senate and Obama in the White House. What’s the difference in doing the same thing with the 2nd Amendment if you’re so opposed to an armed American Population? Change it. Change the Constitution if you’re so sure your idea is so good.

You mean to tell me after 5 years Obama can’t change the “Natural Born Citizen” qualification in the Constitution after it has been challenged in Congress with testimony in the Judiciary Committee’s of the House and Senate over and over and over and over as recent as 2000 and 2004?

If you think the idea of requiring a two generation defense in place for the top position of the Executive Branch of our Government and that not doing so is SOOOOO discriminatory that you’re willing to place the entire American Army and the entire nuclear arsenal in the hands of a puppet or subject of the King, then just change it. I’m sure you have the entire population behind changing it, just like you have the entire population behind changing the 2nd Amendment to read “no one has a right to a weapon loaded with bullets”.

Please, let me spell out what a completely asinine paradox this is. It seems obvious but apparently the so called ‘conservative leaders’ don’t get it, so let’s make it very clear okay?

You mean to tell me I’m unreasonable for saying that the “Natural Born Citizen “requirement as a defense of the people from our Executive Branch of Government, meaning a check point of trust by the people from the President, the one guy that controls an entire Branch of the 3 Branches we have in our Government and the one Branch who has all the weapons at its disposal, the one guy who controls the armies of the United States, and has the ability to topple regimes like say Libya, Afghanistan, or in the future Syria without Congressional approval, is something that you would concede on but you want to keep your rifle to protect yourself from a foreign Government invasion?



Maybe you haven’t read the testimonies in 2000 of 106th Congress’s Judicial Committee’s have heard about the really bad idea of exempting the President’s requirement of a Natural Born Citizen, but I have. I can tell you that somehow responsible people with a lot of love for our Country and you personally have made good decisions in not removing that requirement.
I can tell you that it’s really insane, or stupid, or crazy or delusional to freak out about someone wanting to take your rifle while you give the keys away to a dictator that has your own nuclear bomb pointed right at you!
Okay rational hypothetical announcement here coming over the airways with all the major networks covering the President’s press conference:

“My dear sweet constituents who have voted for me time and time again, we’ve come to a road where I just don’t think it’s very good for criminals to to have a gun period. You’ve put me here and it’s been overwhelmingly humbling because, except for the Birthers and their few bastards who tried to take a stand for the Constitution in the natural born citizen clause in the U.S. Supreme Court, for which we know there is a microcosm of support because they are so awful and foul as to warrant extermination, I have made the executive order that I would like voluntarily for anyone who has a gun to place it in their recycle bin this coming Tuesday. Now, I’ve got the drones equipped with a new metal identifying scanner that can actually see into your house and as far as 4 feet below the surface and plain and simply if that drone flys over your house and detects non-compliance with my executive order this Tuesday, we’ll know your planning insurrection and we’ll with the same drone just drop an incendiary device on your house and your whole family will die. There may be a few women and children that die but you must realize we tried to protect you and simply asked you to comply with turning in a piece of garbage. So it’s really you who killed your children and wife by not complying and if you care so little about your children and wife as to not turn in a piece of garbage, all of society will know your not rational and must be a terrorist. In fact all of your children and wife are probably just as dangerous as you if in hearing this message they don’t turn you in before Tuesday. Now, I’m sorry to interrupt your programming please enjoy the rest of your evening and don’t forget to send me $3 dollars for my Executive Order “Americans for a violent free America.”



This is principally the way the proponents of the 2nd Amendment are seen by the Obama Administration and a good reason to draw attention to it. Why would the Government care about your rifle when they have a nuclear weapon ready and pointed at your head and your entire family as hostages? Don’t you think you’d give up your gun for your children, your wife, your brother, your sister, even your parents?

So the question is who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family? And, how easy would it be to declare those who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family probably not rational people?

Let me just say how much I know and appreciate those who have stood up to Obama and his not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the president. I know they actually love you, love our Country, and love freedom and liberty.

It speaks volumes about someone willing to take a stand against such odds in the political arena. It speaks volumes for someone who realizes that in protecting the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution for the Office of the president, and its intentions of 2 generations as a defense for the people,born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that they have the best interest for your family at hand.

If you find a politician willing to fight for your family like that and defend your loved one, I’d think that was a politician that was worth keeping around. It would just make sense.
