The Health Care Dot Gov web site touts that prices for healthcare are “estimates and could be lower”, however in the news today is the breaking report exposing the ‘Fraud and Deceit” that premiums are actually nearly double. That’s not news about Obama or Obamacare to Birthers accordingly, Obama’s “Fraud and Deceit” is just the road well traveled for Obama and one that is consistent with his walking talking violation of the Constitution when it comes to the qualification demands of the Office of the President in the “natural born citizen” clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Glenn Beck’s rallying cry to defund the GOP continued today with the revelations of Obama-Scare which is anything but the Affordable Care Act. Democrats don’t know whether to applaud Beck or wonder for God’s sake, what’s up his sleeve.
Beck called for a circulation and round up on everyone whose premiums have changed, gone up, or canceled and that the best thing people could do was post them on the social media outlets of facebook and twitter horrifying Obama pundits.

500 Million dollars could help prepare and inoculate the United States from an EMP Blast that China is developing and Beck said, "Russia recommended that Iran be able to load on a scud missile in 1995" to destroy the communications and electrical grid of the United States which is an American Nightmare.

That’s just a little more than half the nightmare the Obama and Administration was responsible for spending in just the web site of ObamaScare that is the crowning jewel of Obama’s incompetence set next to his crown as an unqualified person for the Office of President lined with scandals now.

Anti-Birthers have long de-cried the deceit and fraud Obama represented in handing out his fabricated long form birth certificate from the White House press core room believing consistency in “representation” and “policy” would never go hand in hand. You see, even Anti-Birthers know Obama is not qualified for the Office of the President because he was not ‘born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’.

Many anti-birthers who are U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators holding office in the Government have been caught in the Obama fish bait ‘racist’ net, simply because they voted for R-McCain’s non-binding resolution 511. Let me rephrase that, every Republican Senator voted for it accept McCain who abstained with his humble little smiling face while sending his fellow Senator friends down the race hole with a pinky promise.

Reeling from Bushphobia hosting an expensive war in any place Osama wasn’t, the Nation in a drunken stupor thought nothing could be worse. That was exactly the condition needed to pry the ‘white-guilt’ out of Americans never responsible for slavery, into voting for a progressive communist/marxist and what better way to enslave a nation with ObamaScare in a reverse capture compelling Americans without a choice into a Government control with the biggest tax increase in the history of the United States.

The report of ObamaScare has so many intended consequences there is no irony in the deceit and fraud. Not only are you going to be compelled to enroll but you’re going to be compelled to pay with the IRS busting down your door with a battering ram. There is no difference between the Gestapo of the Hitler generation and the Obama IRS and NSA and the two dozen scandals of ours coming out the last year.

It’s very difficult for me who am relatively poor, to imagine people with money actually doing everything in their power to elect someone who is in charge of the biggest Fraud, the biggest Deception, and the biggest Theft in the United States of America whilst treating me like a scourge from hell.

Someone like me, who as a Presidential Candidate took McCain to task first on his foible of narcissism actually crumbling with military tactic the decorum of the Office of the President through the qualification determinations unique to that office, and then Obama in 2008 and 2012-2013.

I imagine for instance people who are rich actually flabbergasted that their wealth was destroyed by their own decision. I imagine people who were rich coming up to me saying they had no idea of the 5 Trillion dollars Obama has racked up in 5 years and that they can’t possibly be responsible for thaaaat. ( for the spelling and grammar genius I intended the 4 a’s in thaaaat)

You know I think it’s starting to come to me as to the reasons for this. It’s pretty simple, but for just one instance let’s imagine your discussion with God when it comes to a complete destruction of your wealth based on your vote, your monetary support for Obama. That is of course for the Christian people who actually believe all is the Lord’s anyway from the beginning, and you are simply trusted stewards of what has been given to you.

I know that’s a foreign concept to most wealthy people who have hearts that their position is pretty secure and they really didn’t see God in any of that accumulation of wealth, Psalms 24:1, but under those conditions, Obama is pretty much what you deserved. I mean that’s hard medicine to swallow for all the giant corporations, unions, and wealthiest families’ flat out acting like scared rats trembling with fear over ObamaScare.

These are the ones asking, lobbying, and flat out freaking out demanding an exemption from ObamaScare. That is telling though don’t you think? If something is not a good deal who’s the first to complain about it? It’s the rich people. Who but the rich have secured the exemptions? They don’t want to pay. Who is left?

The poor people, the working class just trying to make an honest living. They are secure in their life and don’t seek anything more then to enjoy their family barbecue’s, decorate their houses for Halloween, getting excited about watching the kids dress up and already trying to scrimp a little here or there for the Thanksgiving Turkey and hopefully a Christmas.

They enjoy putting the best they have on and attending churches all across this Nation and they enjoyed choosing what they did for work and the opportunity at any time to come up with an idea in America and working hard to nourish that. These are the people I see every day. These are the people I love and appreciate. They made my life as a kid wonderful.
Its really time for Democrats to ask the question, “What’s the difference between Bill Clinton and Barack Obama as a Democrat? What the difference between a surplus and a 17 Trillion dollar debt, the majority of which has been racked up by Obama the last 5 years and consider very seriously who are the children in the Government and who are the adults?

People say to me all the time, Cody you can’t spell, you can’t put a coherent sentence together, your web site is this or that, you can’t sing, your hairs too long, your suits doesn’t fit, you don’t care what the hell people think about you, you’re a turd to the Democrats suing Obama you’re a turd to the Republicans suing McCain, you got a twenty year old record of Taking A Stand for the unpopular and you act like a child dressing up and making music that is questionable in public and offensive in church and you want us to vote for you?

I was out yesterday thinking about this and the question came to me as clear as a bell, “Who is really acting like children but those elected officials spending money a rate their generations will NEVER pay back?”

That’s right those people your electing right now, those people you’re sending checks to so you can go to their black tie $100,000 per plate dinner are the children not acting like adults. While you wonder how in the hell you’re going to come up with the $10,000 dollar mortgage payment because you’re in way over your head and in such an expensive of a house you can’t afford to buy a steak to eat.

I’m out there knocking doors every day, I know. You want me to tell you a little secret. People in the modest or small homes are actually eating much better and are much better prepared for a disaster than the people living in really big houses going out to dinner every night.

If you live in a big huge house with an upside mortgage and you aren’t sure you can feed your family a really nice home cooked meal you’re not headed for the modest or small home, your headed for the street and a homeless shelter. That’s a complete revolution and it happens when the adults take charge and kick the kids out of office for a little bit of accountable responsibility.

I want to make a prediction: “There are no more elections for children who will not pull their weight or uphold their oath for the United States Constitution in the Presidential race in the United States of America.”

There is no one in the United States Senate, no one in the United States Representatives and no one in Government right now who will ever be President of the United States. You are done! You do not possess the leadership we need and your track record actually proves that for everyone to see.

If action follows policy, and deeds for principles are believed better than words – You are done.

You may not be done tomorrow but for the crash you have orchestrated and fought for, it will come and you will be falling at the bottom of the pit you dug for yourself. I’m not even trying to convince you otherwise anymore. You don’t scare, you don’t blush, you don’t have a conscience for responsibility. That’s where you’re at right now and you don’t give a flying monkey about the generations coming up or the saddle your putting on us that has nothing to do with the Supreme Law of this land.

Ok., got that off my chest, feel better, and hopefully we are coming to a recognition and understanding of each other. Consistent with your thoughts of me I’ve created and Happy Halloween song for you to be greatly offended by that is just terrible called “Shake It Up”. So go get that favorite candy-bar of yours right now and do not smile or crack a grin at this. You’re not allowed to and I hope you are ready for a Happy Halloween with the newest mask of the season being a frightful ObamaS-care, or ObamaScare because that 250 million dollar web site is a horrors show that is consistent with Obama’s own identity that is as certainly not transparent. Obama is an illegal alien to the Office of the President and he’s in opposition to the Creator who carved out our Country. If that’s not scary to you Hollywood, I really don’t think you understand demons and you’re flirting with them for possession.

All technology can be used for good and for bad and there is a new bio-metric feedback that will be able to read your moods and feelings. This would be important for Doctors who want to know for example if someone’s taking their medications or someone who’s got high blood pressure but just think of how we could use it.

Can you imagine holding Government Officials to telling the truth or those testifying in front of Congress about the ObamaScare website? Can you imagine Congressmen that couldn’t lie? Can you imagine a really transparent President? Obama wouldn’t be able to open his mouth because he so practiced in lying about everything including his own identity as a qualified natural born citizen for the office he occupies as a usurper.

Its so hard to understand people who don't understand the whole point of the unique 'natural born citizen' clause demanded only for the Office of the President and distinct and separate from U.S. Senators and U.S. Reps. qualification of "citizen", was that two full generations could be kept in tact and between the Office of the President. That is done completely with the term "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents".

If one thinks that all a foreign dictator would have to do to put his heir on the throne and take over the nukes of the U.S. and the whole military is to knock up an American women and then finance his heir, you gotta be dull in the senses but that is what's being advocated in the article..and why?

Simply excited about someone's popularity? Popularity doesn't trump U.S. Supreme Law or the fact McCain was naturalized by and Act of Congress when he was 11 months old and the very Act of Government disagrees with Natures Law. I didn't need an Act of Congress to declare me eligible to run for Pres as a natural born citizen.

It seems McCain needed two, his Canal Act 11 months after birth, and his 2007 non-binding Senate Resolution 511, not in any way superceding the U.S.C., and Cruz follows in the same footsteps as Obama. Sorry, our Constitution and Common Sense should be better posted for the national security of our Nation.

Will The Alabama Supreme Court Collapse Obama’s House Of Cards or Fall To The Racism Charge?

The frustration that Obama has had the 'race card' to play has been kept alive by Conservatives unwilling to recognize the inequality of say, giving (1* & 2*)McCain a pass to run for President when he was not born in the United States, but throwing a fit about Obama not being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents. There is only one man in the United States of America that actually stood on the principle, ran for President in 2008 and 2012, and socked the principle to both McCain and Obama.

Some may say its hard to do anything in America regarding politics that hasn't been done or is unique to the political arena. However in the case above in the years stated, the distinction of suing Obama and McCain as an official candidate for President belongs to me alone.

That doesn't make my case something Judges can flip off like a light switch in hopes they never saw the criteria they themselves created as a match to indeed challenge Obama's qualification in a game of fulfill-the-criteria-and-we'll -create-a-new-one like rules of a game changing when someone you don't want to win starts to win. Confiscating my individual rights is akin to suspending your own. Who wants to be the first to give up your rights?

That's what the Constitution's for as the Supreme Law of the Land. Remember, "one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all"? I was included in the "all" part of that.

I'm not sure why Mr. Thomson, referred to the Georgia case's and Judge Malihi changing his tune, while stating in the same article regarding the Alabama Supreme Court;
".. it will be the first and only civil case in which Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse is personally involved".

Sheriff Joe Arpaio's case results and all involved was inserted with their reputation on the line, into Judy v. Obama 12-5276 at the Georgia Civil Superior Court level March 2nd,2012 and thus appealed to Georgia's Supreme Crt and traveled clear to the U.S. Supreme Court from Malihi's Administrative Court decision.

The importance of this maybe a small detail, however, small details that are missed can be excruciatingly painful in a Court especially in light of the way it may be introduced or re-introduced to the United States Supreme Court if a hearing is indeed desired.

I certainly applaud The Western Center for Journalism for carrying Mr. Thomson's article.

World Net Daily a known media advocate for the Constitution's natural born citizen clause however did not cover:
1)A single story of Judy v. Obama 12-5276 (2012) and (2013) in spite of it coming from a Presidential Candidate with standing in the Presidential Race within the Democratic Party so it was more politically neutral.

2) It being the only case that actually did insert Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse results from Georgia as evidence supporting the claim of ineligibility.

3) It based on the 'race neutrality' of Judy v. Obama 12-5276 also having roots in Judy v. McCain in 2008 which no other Presidential Candidate in the nation had claim to.

However, they did a small mention in stories of the case when it was a Georgia Supreme Court case here and here but again without any of the three strengths of the case mentioned above.

While respecting to Mr. Thomson's enthusiasm we need to keep the facts well understood; "What’s been the biggest obstacle in challenging Obama’s eligibility in court? It’s been finding a judge who isn’t afraid to allow the merits of the case against Obama to be argued in court.", is not quite legally right with the majority of cases dismissed for the lack of standing, which according to Obama's own lawyers represented is a claim made by someone in the presidential race or contest.

The tough sell in Alabama could be the exact same problem as we saw with Berg v. Obama in 2008 in the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed on a lack of standing, that I also wrote an Amicus Curiae in support of.

You've heard it a million times: “It’s OK to make a mistake, but never make the same mistake twice!” Or “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.” One of the giant myths we love to believe is that we make a mistake only once.

For those conservatives interested in results the biggest problem has yet been combining forces with the strengths of every spoke in the wheel so a case doesn't wobble and fall off track, though it is true that Judges do retain some discretion on what they will hear more especially with pro se litigants and the opportunity for the law to be upheld in justice without being blinded as someone who couldn't see the Forrest for a single tree. They may have upheld "The Standing" argument but they sure let pass the qualifications for the Office of the President brought to them by someone with standing in my cases.

Without the slightest degree of envy or jealousy for credit, I have always stood firm with my hand extended to those brilliant reputable lawyers filing cases as a witness for them if they so chose to accept my invitation. My witness could stand up on the "principle" of the (3*)natural born citizen clause because of my complaint against McCain, who was born in a Panama Hospital not in any military hospital and is a son of Panama in the same fashion as those who stood against Obama for not being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents.

The resulting hesitation to admit such a testimony only stands to solidify what in the Main Stream Media circles will always be a 'racist charge', because in fact there is merit. If Obama is not allowed into the "natural born circle" its plain and simple, McCain should not have been either.

Well, the deer hunt opened this morning here in Utah and most of the American People are shot up like target practice just happened. You know of course when Obama says "There are no winners" in the Government shutdown, rest assured Democrats have scored a major victory and handed Republicans leaders a big fat screwdriver while the American People pay the politicians to get screwed to the wall as a trophy buck.

That's what it feels like to me. Can you imagine a deer hunter showing the big trophy buck on the wall to all his political friends whilst the herd of Citizens looks on at the dead carcass on the wall listening to the usurper of the White House declaring "There are no winners or losers here"? You bet your trophy-buck deer conservatives lost and lost big time!

You know I listened to employees of the Federal Government who were laid off due to the lay-off express with such relief after two weeks they were so glad to be back to work AND couldn't wait to get PAID back, however did they get a subsidy for Obamacare or has the pain stopped to the rest of us poor tax paying citizens?

Hell no it hasn't. We're still getting screwed by the biggest tax raising monster in American history - OBAMA-SCARE!
This 'celebration' of the Government getting back up and running till the Holidays are over reminds me of the deer hunter asking the deer if they'd rather be hunted in Fall or Winter?

The deer of course have some sense of the Fall leaves covering their butts in the trees and not being so exposed to bare trees and snow covering everything making them stick out like sore thumbs during the winter. Those who are happy with the deal that included a 3 Billion Dollar Damn for Kentucky, just happens to be Republican Mitch McConnell. He secured that as the price of his support for the bill which we can at least now read.

I'm really surprised the Government hasn't decided its beyond reasonable for U.S. Citizens to read the bills before, during, or after passage given the Washington DC way these days. I'm mean wasn't that what Nancy Pelosi said about the biggest tax hike in American History? Because reading it before the fact is too much of a hassle. ... Nancy Pelosi "We Have to Pass the Bill So That You Can Find Out What Is In It".


Why is that anyway? Could it possibly be because if you, the normal actual tax paying American Citizen actually read the bill you could form an opinion and protest this or that in it, or God forbid, at least call the people you elected to represent you and pull some weight in the way you'd like them to vote for it?

I've nearly decided with this that there really is 3 parties in America. The Republicans, The Democrats, and The Americans. Perhaps it is really time to actually put your dollar where it would count and contribute to a candidate for President who actually has/does/will represent the Constitution?

Do you get it yet? I hear Glenn Beck yelling from the top of his Blaze "Defund the GOP" but how can you do that when they have 100 million or more in the bank? Isn't that a little like screaming "There is NO TOILET PAPER after you pulled up your pants"?

You know I hear a lot of people complaining and absolutely furious with what seemed to be at least a 15 day start on revoking the 21st Century Red Glare which is not a tactic of conservatives to convince you of the demons of communism or progressive fascism. You do of course remember who had extremely progressive political policies, highly regulatory government agencies, and even universal health care? Oh yes, that was Hitler, caring for everyone that was healthy and deciding who was going to see "The Death Panel" due to expenses.

Doesn't it make you mad that there is a "price" to betray the United States Constitution by those in office who not only send our citizens to war, but have sworn oaths to it preserve the Constitution? I mean why does D-Sen. Diane Feinstein decide to help Republican Kentucky Mitch McConnell?

When asked about the 3 Billion Dollar Damn project, McConnell’s office referred TIME to Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.), two members on the Senate committee that is responsible for appropriations.

Now just ask yourself how Republicans can extricate themselves from the blame of Obamacare if they constantly accepted bribes for it? The answer is they cannot! Its one party one rule against Americans who are constantly getting the shaft.

Glenn Beck speaking of Republicans said this morning, "I'm through! I was through a long time ago, but now I'm really through!", but for 5 YEARS now has constantly smashed, pummeled, and urinated on the those who have taken a stand for the "natural born citizen" qualification demand of the United States Constitution that Obama is in violation of because he was not born in the United States to Citizen parents.

On the Glenn Beck show earlier in the week was another pop Republican star, Ann Coulter, kicking N.C.Sen. Lindsey Grahams all over but defending the U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky) as the best we could do.

You know if that's the best conservatives in America can do the Sheriff of Nottingham has every reason to stay in office forever as a walking talking violation of the United States Constitution. When all the kings horses and all the kings men have all the treasure and your no better then a slave to the freedom and liberty that has been taken from you, your chances of defending freedom and liberty in the decorum of the Government are about as remote as R-AZ Sen. John McCain somehow deciding he's not qualified as a native for President of Panama.

Not to fear - Rookie mistake Americans? You've thought you elected an unqualified unconstitutional usurper for President and were supporting Representatives and Senators who wanted to screw you because...Oh yeah, the alternative to actually electing someone whose been opposed to all of that has a record of standing up for truth which is a felony to the establishment?

My fight for the Eligibility of the President began in 2007-8 with Judy v. McCain, so leave your comments at the garbage of those who claim its only a 'racist' argument, and mine certainly has included Obama and as my Dec. 2007 letter to the U.S. Supreme Court explained is based on the principle of the Constitution for which re-construction is prohibited unless authorized expressly by Amendment.

Of course I continued that legal representation in 2012 with Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that in 2012, and 2013 were encased in the United States Supreme Court without a hearing, and with some very shady things happening I have rehearsed in other entries. Maybe its time to understand we are Americans and we need to support candidates who actually have a track record of taking a stand? This Government shutdown was just a dry-run to what's about to happen this Winter.

You can't be a part of the establishment and be running on a clean record for sure and its your support that actually will show Washington DC whose running the show. So you need to decide if Fraud Forgery and Theft are really what your after. If it is then just keep going.

Don't support me or anyone else who has taken a stand and actually has a record of doing something to defend freedom and liberty against the biggest Fraud in American History - Obama. Make sure you do everything in your power to keep me from every reporting to the Federal Election Commission I've actually taken in more then $5,000 by doing exactly what you've been doing for the last 5 years.

If your tired of that, Glenn Beck, then do something more then squawk about it and put your money where your mouth is. Its just a suggestion not to keep doing what you've been doing. Americans have a choice to be Americans please watch the 60 second commercial and pass it on. Its only been seen by 1,000 Americans and it needs to be seen by 300 million more so don't be afraid that someone's probably seen it twice. Meantime, let's hope The House continues the hearings set to start today on Obama's impeachment as a disability and include the element of his not being qualified for the Office of the President.

Obamacare is only 1 ELIGIBILITY HEARING away from being made "MOOT". Let's get it done in The House! Representative John Carter of Texas described Mr. Obama as “acting like a royal president.”

If Republicans needed any reminder about how outraged their most conservative supporters would be if they committed to a compromise that did not include provisions to weaken the health care law, they needed look no further than out the window. The barricades put up by the Government were being removed and packed off to the White House. American's have seen first hand the last year with over a dozen scandals as well as this week the progressive agenda of someone in the White House who thinks he can bypass Congress. Obama completely disregarded Congress's purse strings and a report now from the Huffington post declares Obama the most cloaked and controlling quoting, " http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/10/obama-press-freedom-cpj_n_4073037.html ,"Downie said he was persuaded that concerns about lack of government transparency are legitimate. Those interviewed, he wrote, “could not remember any precedent” to the Obama administration’s aggressive crackdown on leaks and efforts to control information."

In the article it seems "The Press" is just now catching on to the Fraud in the White House's 'activity, but they still haven't quite linked point A to Obama not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President with Point B, exactly what someone who is not qualified as a natural born citizen for the office of the President's actions would be.

This lends to the really dunce theory that once someone's in office illegally in the first place, all you can do is pull your hair out if your unsatisfied. America is waking up to the facts but Obama still is charging ahead convinced his imperialistic character will win the battle over the Constitution.

While Congress is at an impasse with the White House it is very important to seize the day with the information to Congress to take a stand for the Constitution. The House of Representatives has indeed pulled the cord on Obamacare recognizing its the biggest tax in American history and it violates the independence of each American with a mandate over control of healthcare.

The fog has cleared and Americans are waking up to the pain of Obamacare, just like the Patriot Act became everything that wasn't patriotic, Obamacare has become Health Care that is not affordable and has everything to do with the money. At least the U.S. Supreme Court got that right- its a tax alright- and the mother-of-all-giant taxes. As details are coming out about the penalties American's, especially young Americans are realizing their hopes and dreams have no way of every coming about.

As a small businessman, I have first hand realized the scrimping and saving here and there a little to finally afford or invest in a small piece of business equipment and how hard that was. Ask how many young Americans have a savings account that is equal to 1% of their income and you'll find out just how hard all those people who are under 50,000 are going to be impacted.

Health Insurance as a mandate will claim from every paycheck what might have been the only 'hope' to get out of the rut and that 9-5 job to open that new business, or invest in a dream. While millions depended on God's good grace in their health the Government is shutting that down with Obamacare.

Alot of people don't understand that had it been taken from Mitt Romney at a young age, Bain Capital might not have ever grown into the success. That's exactly what Obamacare is set to do. You are no longer capable of making your health insurance decisions and when your healthy wither you like it or not, your health which is good by God's grace, has just been hi-jacked by the Government.

Of course we all have had some health problems that from one time or another needed attention and of course you can't live on borrowed time forever but what Obamacare exemplifies more then anything is that the Government thinks it can do a better job at it then you and God put together, actually its not even that, its just the money.

I've never really seen something articulated so well as this has been for me this week. It really became clear to me listening to the guest Dr's and Lawyers Glen, Rush, and Sean had on their shows today from health professionals and insurance adjusters that are actually explaining it in the terms we can understand.

What became very clear very quickly is for a couple making $50,000 their health insurance was going to be $12,000 per year. That's $12,000 the Government through the IRS would not be normally collecting and if for instance in the prime years of adulthood you didn't need a doctor, that's $12,000 a year you might have put into savings or started a business with. That's what I've done, but I can see very clearly that opportunity is not going to be afforded anymore and I suddenly felt very sad for the younger generations as I contemplated how they could go out and celebrate having insurance for the rest of their life, and also celebrating being stuck in the job they didn't want and never being able to live their dream of a new enterprise.

The penalty's for not getting into Obamacare start at $95 or 1% of your income which ever is more. Which do you think is most likely going to be grabbed by the Government? Well, the guys out with signs "homeless a little will help" might be the only ones qualified for the $95, in 2014 that turns into $2,500 and in 2016 $7,000 if the caller was right on the show I heard whose frantically on the verge of a nervous break-down explaining the horror.

I really wondered why Republican elected officials as well as Democrats have up to this point been going along so merrily. This is like going to be the greatest tax hike every recorded in our history, and they are so excited they could hardly contain themselves in spending money we didn't have and running the deficit up like .. oh yeah, Obama has done the last 5 years.

Its easy to figure now where he assumed the money was going to come from. I don't know about you, but Government doesn't have a real good track record of living within their means or within the Constitution as Obama is a walking talking violation of it, and the Affordable Care Act never has yet received a signature, that is also required, from a qualified person in the Office of the President.

As the horror stories continue coming out of the shutdown and Obamacare in the robbery of Americans' savings accounts for countless generations to suffer, is it any wonder, the Obama Administration wanted to inflict as much pain as possible on the American Public in this Government Shutdown?

With the 8 day Government shut down so far that has miraculously held up with the determinations of Sen. Ted Cruz, Sen. Mike Lee and Patriots rallying to fend off the wall tumbling down, the Obama Administration has nearly tasted victory of the biggest heist in U.S. History, as well as being the biggest Fraud in U.S. history.



It makes perfect sense the two would go hand in hand together, and it certainly has a few conservative Elected Officials now worried that its too late. Well, its never to late to hold a hearing in the House my Conservative Friends on what our Constitution called the qualifications demanded for the Office of the President, that Obama has run rough shod over since he began.

I have felt more like a hero the last few days for being an actual Presidential Candidate in 2008 who wrote a spirited Motion for Amicus Curiae to the United States Supreme Court in Berg v. Obama, this week then I ever have, and reporting to them before Obama ever took office I was a candidate objecting to his qualification for the Office of the President because he was not a natural born citizen. I can't believe I still have it, but here for all to see is the link to that letter I wrote the United States Supreme Court in December 2007.

Dear Justice Scalia:
Thank you for the service to the U.S. Supreme Court- the Court Just before God, as I see. No greater service can be rendered upon The People of The United States then preserved principles of the U.S. Constitution. Why it seems to many I know our U.S. Constitutional Rights are diminishing with the stroke of the pen, the moral persuasions of our United States Constitution echo as voices from the dust of the past, and cries from those yet unborn, for the fabric of freedom and liberty to be mended and stitched up from the assaults of the unwise who lack understanding of the importance of United States Constitution. For WE THE PEOPLE care and love every word and every line and decry the outrageous assaults upon the decorum of so noble an outline given in the qualifications of The President of The United States held within our U.S. Constitution and entrusted upon this Court.

For which qualifications we do honor our President to be as said, a natural born citizen, and 35 years of age for purposes as supposed of protection, and defense, in wise councils. To the PROTECTION & DEFENSE: born in these United States of America and therein receiving the Spirit of Protection for the mother land from that Spirit which quickens the body and from which the body is dead without that Spirit. So to from whence that Spirit originates shall be called Home from the deepest energies of the soul and thus also the deepest yearnings TO DEFEND that are natural to the person. This is the articulation and the importance of the “Natural Born” qualification. For a fool’s errand is to deny this claim and his argument unnatural, in the course, of the existence of life. That these natural born tendencies exist and are true, and so were faithfully included in the drafts, as a “Key-Stone” of our Nation, known as The United States Constitution.

Thus, I as one, and for others also I know, of WE THE PEOPLE, humbly pray for this courts greatest consideration in observance to our Nation’s Constitution in the proper vetting of President Elect Obama circulated in this Court as Berg v. Obama Case No. 08-570 (including my personally represented Motion for leave and Brief of AMICUS CURIAE), and articulated in the sacrifices of many in petitions to the Courts all over this Nation, costing us our lives in time, talents, and fortunes, and that humbly after those many who have died in service to our Nation; let them be remembered. As Government Shows Obama Eligibility Stock Going Up with Shut down Congress Called to Open Hearing

“Defund the GOP”, was the startling call of Glenn Beck yesterday during the second day of the partial Government shutdown over the Republican controlled House’s rejected Budget Proposal to fund the Government entirely excluding Obamacare by the Democratic Party controlled U.S. Senate. What?

Why would Glenn Beck be calling for defunding of the GOP/Republicans, who control the House of Representatives if they finally grew a spine and took a stand against Democrats who controlled the U.S. Senate?

The answer lies in the temper tantrum of both D-NV. Sen. Reid who is the U.S. Senate Majority Leader and Obama saying they will not compromise or negotiate to avert a Government shutdown, and in their anger and resolute spite, released a letter from the Chief of Staff of R Majority House Speaker John Boehner’s to Sen. Reid’s Chief of staff, that showed Boehner in bed with Obama in a secret meeting with him to assure the exemption status /subsidy of members of Congress in Obamacare in the cloak of a meeting disguised and admitted in the letter as a meeting on immigration.

The revelation revealed both the problem of the Republicans subversion with the Democrats as well as the extent to
which Democrats are willing to blackmail Republicans’ by whipping or shoving them into shape with a bullying tactic meant to expose and create a fear of them in order to propagate Republican or conservative behavior that opposes Obamacare.

We all have to remember when Obamacare was voted on all three Branches of the Government was controlled by the Democratic Party and there was no resistance or official vocalization able to withstand the bull of pinnacle power the Democratic Party, for the last time, was enjoying or shall we say “blowing”.

Indeed we all remember D-CA. Representative Pelosi standing up and championing a bill with the words “We have to pass this bill so you can find out what is in it”, so we clearly understood that though Democrats were the champions of Obamacare, they themselves didn’t know what was in it, and the proof of that is how much it’s already morphed as more and more big companies were given subsidy of some kind in 2012.

While Sen. Reid, in a surprising credit of merited discomfort, called the Republicans ruled by overlords known as The Tea Party, he also incompetently cited the House as having no rights to pass a budget! “What right do they have to pick and choose” said Reid. That’s because Sen. Harry Reid has either no idea what the Constitution says anymore, which is doubtful for a person of his intelligence, or he is stubbornly disregarding it.

The House is the branch who is directed to pass Budgets to fund the Government, but what would we expect from a Sen. Majority leader who is blocking for the usurpation of the White House?

The number of people signing up the first day for Obamacare is microscopic in comparison to the people being put out of work around the Nation by the Democratic Parties rule in the U.S. Senate with complete and total unwillingness to compromise with Republicans to fund the Government completely and furlough Obamacare a year for everyone, along with the big companies that have already been given the grant as the House purposed.

So what is the good news when it comes to this fight actually spilling over into personal grudge matches that are palatable with the “leaked letter” by the Democratic Party headquarters of Sen. Reid when it comes to the measure of Constitutional discipline willingly reached for by those embarrassed by such?

Glenn Beck’s pulpit is getting very big with The Blaze morphing into a growing Giant amongst the Television and Media networks. How many days can you live with Glenn on the Nation’s bullhorn screaming “Defund the GOP” and it being the number three story passed around on facebook, without needing a redeeming of the reprehensible Congressmen Boehner?
What possible recipe could be put together in a short time that could be served up by the House’s Judicial Committee that would give Sen. Reid the runs to the bathroom with a big dose of the Constitution and perhaps permanently furlough Obamacare?

The Constitution has been given the “value” by Congress as a junk bond or poor penny stock would be by the New York Stock Exchange. However,the fight between Republicans and Democrats over Obamacare is just the kind of fight that Birthers need that could elevate the junk bond of Obama’s eligibility to be in the White House as a qualified person to that of a preferred blue chip stock with fat dividends.

While the elected Congress’ believe they are elite the fight over Obamacare’s beach could easily escalate into a full fledged fight to remove Obama entirely from the White House with a House Judicial Committee Evidentiary Hearing that would pale in contrast to the exact same type of hearing Bill Clinton went through that led to his impeachment by the House of Representatives.

With substantial more evidence coming to light in the public eye on Obama’s identification fraud and deception then Bill Clinton's escapade of lying to the House under oath, the U.S. Senate along with their leader Sen. Reid would be seen as completely incompetent to reject the House Bill of an Obama Disability/Impeachment in light of that evidence.

As an Independent Candidate for President in 2016, a Democratic Party Presidential Candidate in 2012 and an Independent Candidate for President 2008 that called McCain on the carpet for his lack of eligibility as a natural born citizen, I charge the Republican House Judicial Committee to advance my testimony with the investigation verification qualification hearings on Obama as an occupant of the White House capable of vetoing the House’s Budget recommendation.

I am simply asking the Judicial Committee of the House for a hearing to at least document and hear the evidence officially that I have in United States Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that includes the lawful and professional investigations exceeding over 2500 hours that prove with prima fascia evidence the value of my case based on the value of our Constitution.

Send that to the U.S. Senate and not only would you put Obamacare on furlough but you could change the entire Executive or 3rd Branch with the power of the Constitution we are all suppose to respect anyway.

The Constitution is the rider that holds the reins on the Kings in Washington DC. It’s the Supreme Law of the Land that bridles the Kings and Queens of America. Yes we do have Kings and Queens in America, but the big difference between Kings and Queens in America who are elected to office is that their ‘royal’ power is actually controlled by every Citizen in America who is also a King and a Queen as a Citizen of the United States of America.

That is the value of the individual person in America Sen. Harry Reid. I know you think I’m puny and small and of no account. You probably have never known a day of homelessness in your life nor would you presumably understand my resolute stand when I as a poor person in America, nevertheless a Natural Born Citizen, ran for President in 2008 and sued in your own home State of Nevada John McCain as unqualified for the Office of the President days before he was made the Republican nominee in 2008, because he wasn’t born in America or in a military hospital showing he needed a Congressional Act to prove his citizenship first when he was 11 months old, and another one in 2007-8 in order to run for President as a “natural born citizen”. You probably would not have a clue about choosing generations of Americans over your own family’s security as I pitched my tent in the night of the Nevada deserts and made and deposited the money the next day for a check I’d wrote out to the Court on that case that was far more expensive then I originally had thought.

I dare say you’ve never known a day like that in your life, but I’ve known quite a few of them. To say Americans are not willing to sacrifice as Americans for our Constitution if they are poor is to say the whole of the Army fighting the American Revolution were paid mercenaries of some sort.

Many of the Democratic Party and the Republican Party have took pains to make fun and poke fun of me and the value I took in our Constitution. That I invested and have invested the last 5 years in the “junk” bonds of Obama’s Eligibility on the principle of our Constitution regardless of race, religion, gender, or color.

I didn’t need to be in Office to take a stand. I’m a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President. I’m a King in my own tent, or home that I rent. I have sacrificed my time, talent, and much of the money I have earned to upholding the United States Constitution better then you have. That is your record – Your history - and one you will have to meet your Maker about as we all will.

If you can excuse fraud, deception, forgery for yourself in upholding Obama you will earn the stock of America’s dis-respect, and dishonorable conduct the value of which you are worthy of and acting to encourage by subverting the justice of our Constitution in Obama’s fraud and deception.

Republicans have been in on the game also America, I mentioned the leader of the Republican Party as the Presidential Nominee of Sen. John McCain who now you’ve learned you can’t stomach either, its only taken you 4 years to understand what I did in 2008 when he underhanded the Constitution in spite of Judicial Committee Hearings on the natural born citizen clause.

While Glenn Beck hopes that McCain and the rest of the Rhino’s will depart the Republican Party leaving the framework for the Constitution and the Tea party, (which I now understand has endorsed Hearings on Obama’s Eligibility, they heretofore have opposed in the election of 2012 with the fear of the media playing into their prior weakness) they have seen the light, and its very doubtful the R party can clean itself up without opening hearings on Obama's eligibility.

What is the light? Well, the Tea Party learned it didn't matter where their position was on Obama's eligibility, they were going to be hated by mainstream media anyway, so they decided on being hated for the truth wasn't such a bad idea. The light is that those wanting to subvert the Constitution are in a sense working to destroy the opportunity America afforded in the freedoms and liberties incorporated therein.

We've got to start calling out those who want to destroy your freedoms and liberties. While they call it your choice and give you a free cell phone, they look at you as nothing more then a slave based on the odds against you. If you didn't have America's opportunity, they'd be right.

Americans are seeing first hand now in the dozen or so scandals of 2013 the nefarious work Obama is up to that all would have been stopped if I were elected President. American’s no longer need to speculate about what a Communist Marxist non-natural born citizen would do – Obama is there example. If Obama is allowed to continue to subvert the Constitution he will successfully destroy America because the United States will not stay together without the Constitution.

Glenn Beck is calling to defund the GOP and we need to actually fund someone who is taking a stand for the Constitution in order for the defunding to be seen as cognitively coherent.
