America's newly elected will soon to take the oath of their Elected Offices, recite the Pledge of Allegiance, and open the New 2017 Year with their gavels. Why do they start out with a prayer, and rehearse the Pledge of Allegiance? Well, some say being endowed with certain inalienable rights by our Creator and remembering exactly the Nation they were elected to do the business of their Elected Position outlined by our U.S. Constitution still matters and is something to remember.

I love a Freshman Class - clean slate, and full of promise. Great way to start out a new year. America's hopes are definitely high. That's why the Research Project of this Post and new Video are enough to sock you in the gut - Yeah, probably mostly Republicans with as high of hopes with President Elect Donald J. Trump as most Democrats had with Barack H. Obama back in 2008 when his oath got fumbled ... twice. It didn't really start well and though the Report Card still isn't in, it is looking like pretty much everything is going to be a waste remembered as a wash of another 10Trill in debt, repeal and replace, and a constant state of war for the last 8 years no one wants to really talk about. 

You know probably the worse thing Trump could have said when he was campaigning was that he didn't want to talk about the Birth Certificate any more, because that always ends up being what the Media wants to talk about. That's an indication that it's pretty important to a lot of Americans. But remember when Obama said the same thing when he after three years finally released his long form Birth Certificate? 

He always wanted to, you know, change the subject. Obama could never make it quite right. Trump by dismissing a Principled Issue of our U.S. Constitution found in Article II. Section 1, Clause 5 that only a [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, or a [Citizen] at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution can be President, has done the exact same thing as Obama has. It's like saying, "Ok! I''m in Power. Forget about anything that might resemble a disqualification or our Constitution and let's just recite the Pledge, rather than feel the Pledge as we hear and see the words of Freedom and Liberty and think about that wonderful Gift we must honor, protect, preserve, and defend.

Well this Report I've researched is not everything, there is a ton of it I could not fit in and the video is 14 minutes long, which is a looooong YouTube Video, I mean this isn't 20/20, Anderson's 360, the Kelly File, or a Dateline Special, but it should be as it is very disconcerting given the facts that read like pointed arrows to the conclusion.

Sometimes it seems I will never really be liked by Republicans or Democrats, but that's never really been a goal of mine in running for the Office of President in 2008, 2012, and 2016. Yeah, wouldn't you like to ask Mr. Trump how he'd like doing it again in 2020 and 2024 and never making it?

I thought today, Republicans really hated me when I sued McCain for not being a [natural born Citizen] in 2008 and Democrats really hated me bringing Obama up prior the election of 2008, in 2012, and 2014 , and now with this Video exposing Donald Trump as a 'Business Partner' of Obama's Forgery and Fraud, I'm not sure Republicans are going to be liking me very much either. What do I say to that?  I don't think it has every been my goal to be liked by Democrats or Republicans who soil and stain our U.S. Constitution in such a blatant anti-American spirit as I have seen over the last 8 years. I think I'd rather be liked by Americans than Republicans or Democrats involved in Anti-American activities. I just have an enormous respect for Freedom and Liberty. I learned what it was like when our U.S. Constitutional rights are suspended. It's a horrible! 

I don't think there is a single U.S. Representative, U.S. Senator or U.S. President who has any idea of what I'm talking about, and I'm happy about that. I wouldn't wish what I went through on any of them. I do hope they do not have to go through what I went through to learn of the importance of it. I just as soon have them pay attention and learn by proxy. 

The most disturbing thing about this Video and the facts related therein, would be if Republicans ask themselves honestly, if Donald J. Trump worked a deal and was partners with Obama in the biggest case of Fraud in the History of the United States, are they really thinking hope and happiness lays in the horizon? I believe whole heartedly that was a big mistake of Democrats with Obama. The idea of Hope and Change blinded them so thoroughly, they really could not imagine such a disaster coming from Obama. Eight years of war, 10 Trillion more on the National Debt, and a financial disaster looming or on the precipice of economic responsibility and accountability as we have never experienced before, as well as a divide in the Country so bitter, its difficult for either Republicans or Democrats to imagine something good coming from either side.

I do not feel I am here to discourage one single bit. I do feel I am here to encourage! Encourage is the opposite of despair and discouragement. Yes, what I say or relate might seem discouraging but it is truly intended as setting the bar higher. Now, why do I think that is so important?

Well, for those people who think you can get away with out Repentance your whole life, and no Savior is needed to Balance the Scales in the Order of preserving Justice, it probably doesn't make any sense. Like Trump and Obama say, and we can add Hillary Clinton because she made it so famous, "What difference does it make now?"

The difference it makes can be the difference you might say of finding nothing to pay your debts but your lives, your families lives, your fortunes, your homes and all that's dear to you verses finding the City of Gold. Is there a difference in that? I think so.

Yes, my road has been hard in running for President. The road has not been paved in anything but work, work, work. As I was picking my son up from school today, I was thinking how many times he's asked me if we could go to McDonald's for a $4 dollar Happy Meal and how many times I've actually had to say "No", simply because I didn't have any money. That's how real the last eight years have been for me. That's why the denial of my Motion for Forma Pauperis in the U.S. Supreme Court sprang tears to my eyes. It was in fact a denial of Justice because of a lack of funds.

That's why I also see very wealthy men and women who could have helped but did not, like Donald J. Trump in many ways as a Pig and as a huge insult to America. The [natural born Citizen] as born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, are those owing no other allegiance to any other Country by place or parents. If you can't even celebrate that as a Time-Honored-Celebration of American you only have respect for compromising American.

If you are compromising AMERICAN in the Office of the President which demands, unlike the Office of U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator's Qualification of [Citizen] those born on our soil to those who are Citizens of this Country, how is it that you are going to make America Great Again?

You know when I thought today about this post, I thought about the Office of the President not being to big of a deal. It really was not suppose to be that big of a deal you know. I mean two Four Year Term Limits, Qualifications so minimal pretty much anyone can qualify if you've been here awhile. There is no prior office you must have held, or success in business or income or education you must have achieved. If in fact our Constitution wasn't so Grand in the respect of simpleness, Donald J. Trump would never have been able to get to the Office in the first place. 

So, how can you not have respect for that as a simple down-to-earth person, unless you don't even really have any respect for yourself in the first place? This is a huge problem staring us in the face. If you don't respect the qualifications for this Office, you don't respect yourself, and more importantly you sure don't respect anyone else. 

How do you suppose this Generation has robbed our future Generations in a massive national debt? That is the highway your on, and it's just not a good road to be on. Sure you can do your best, but is it your best? I wanted Barack H. Obama to respect the Office of President by respecting the qualifications for the office and resigning rather than continuing in shame. How could I possibly count someone who collaborated in the compromise of the qualification of the Office of U.S. President as good-to-go after everything I've stood for, every case I've fought in Court?

Well, I have more respect for myself and that gives me power to have respect for you. That's not something I want to compromise. I pray for God's mercy that I would not have to.

You know what I think is ridiculous is when Reporters think for some reason my running on upholding the Constitution's Qualifications for President is any different than preserving, protecting, and defending LAW, and is a matter of National Security! I have thought to myself, if that was my one issue Platform, (which it is not nor ever has been) why wouldn't that be a very worthy one? 

 Do you have any idea how many lives have been lost? How much national economic stability has been lost due to the compromise? Do you know how much 10 Trillion is? Reporters act like they have no idea- like they are in some delusion. If Democrats had a stick-in-the-back in not standing up against Obama's ineligibility, wouldn't it be Donald J. Trump who collaborated with Obama on his Fraud and Forgery, and wouldn't that be an answer that you just can't get away with compromising Standards of our Constitution without paying a heavy price?

Breaking News: Will U.S. Supreme Court Document Crack the silence of the Justices on Obama's Eligibility?

I wonder if it’s a sad tune that bares my name “Cody of the Pony Express” or a fast paced rockn one with Cowboy and Indian Outlaws screaming in the background to the thunderous beat of the horses hooves and Colt 45 Revolvers going off as fast as they can be loaded at the fleeing pony express rider whose pale with the fear gripping his scrawny bones?

You know that expression its lost in the mail? Well, just in case anyone hears that from me its true. I have no idea why or how a two day priority envelope takes 9 days to deliver, but its true. I’ve only really noticed that when sending important court documents to the United States Supreme Court.

A funny conspiracist would say that the U.S. Postal Service just “said” or “posted” that your envelope had been delayed so that the U.S. Supreme Court could have a few extra days to mull over what you’d sent them. A real serious conspiracist would just say anything with my name on it just get's put in the slow bin and the U.S.P.S sits back and laughs at getting the money I had to fork over for 2 day Priority Delivery Service, just because I made a joke about not wanting the Postal Service to pack heat on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday in the post, 11 paragraph, that detailed what the court was receiving in the package.

Can I get my money back? I mean I think the reality is that pony express reduced the mail delivery service for small packages between the Atlantic and Pacific coast to about 10 days. With modern high tech sorting machines, jumpo jets, and an elite tracking system meant to show off the ability of knowing where your package is at any given time, I noticed a cut in delivery time of only one day.

I also noticed that it did get to DC in 2 days, but that as soon as it got to Washington DC it took another 5 days for delivery.

Well, anyway it finally got there. This is going to be interesting I think. Oh yeah, since I've been the butt of so many jokes I made one up today that has to do with Obama's first attempt at taking the oath of POTUS. You do recall he had to have a-go-at-it two times?

Foul has been found in Obama's Oath recited the first time after Chief Justice Roberts repeated it correctly causing Obama to have to do it again without a teleprompter !

To all the people who say I can't write a short post, this one is for you! I'm done, (smile), and the Court document that I submitted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 is only 5 pages and double spaced if you want to talk about getting to the point fast. Come on ,you have to give me some credit where credit is due.

Remember if you'd like to change Washington DC: The Disproportion of words to deeds is ultimately what will fail politicians. A good way to silence your own favorite politician is by asking the question, "What did you do and where were you in the biggest scandal to every hit the American People with Obama's ineligibility in the elections of 2008 and 2012?"

A fellow patriot commented to me, "Its time to go to Washington DC" and my comment back was, "It would sure be nice if we had an appointment with the United States Supreme Court". I wonder if we had an appointment and a hearing there if people would show up to that to support it?

Red dawn broke across the crooked sky and the vibrations of Americans’ marching could be heard all across the land. It was an outlandish thought that the leaders of both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party had stirred such ire with their actions against the Constitution as well as their inaction for the Constitution in Washington DC that the people had lost hope in their representation.

Everyone agreed there wasn’t one of those whose names were mentioned as leaders that had been elected for the purpose of destroying the United States Constitution, but that is exactly what their actions had entailed in blocking the Constitution’s Qualification demands for Barack Obama. Obama had not destroyed the Constitution as a walking talking violation of it, he’d had help.

The hardest thing to digest in the assault upon the people was the reasons why? Communism was thought long done for-as anti-American. The people delighted in building themselves a business or home to raise a family in, finding their little niche in the spoke of capitalism where each could keep the fruits of his labor. The concept wasn’t new it has been hoped for in many generations like the children of Israel hoped for a deliverance from the bonds of slavery out of the hands of the Pharaohs in Egypt.

Yet here we were again fighting an oppression that had come upon us in the form of slavery where every man women and child had a debt upon his head upon entering this world of $52,000 which greedy politicians had necessitated as necessary for the coming generations knowing full well it was generational theft. Indeed the piper had come to collect in the form of taxes so burdensome and inflated by convoluted reasoning that no one was expected to read the law before it was passed.

Hope had drained out of the merciless representation the people had been flogged with and a new hope had risen in its place of a restoration. The house had been overrun by pigs, polluted with feces, and resembled more of a barn then that of the Halls of Congress where the Constitution was King.

Where once all men could consider their petition heard, even the Halls of Justice had denigrated itself with Justices that thought more of their positions in power retained for a lifetime, then the principles they had been given a duty of stewardship over. Thoughts of bad behavior did not cross their minds as petition after petition after petition crossed their dockets unheard and dismissed grossly blacking the eyes of justice with assault, imprisonment, and torture.

They did not see their actions for what they were, blinded by their own sense of security, but the ground was swelling underneath them and the ants were marching towards them. Little tiny creatures they had called “pests” were marching in by the millions undeterred by their size or strength. God had given those marching orders and an operation to achieve in the spring was heard. It had been a long hard winter as the power gloated had feasted upon their kills of principle and they had whispered amongst themselves, “It is done”. #TeaPartyFireAnts

Yes, a red dawn was breaking across the crooked sky they did not see the bolt of lightning coming from on high. Long had they dismissed the ant as small, weak, and only good for a nonsensical rant? Operation American Spring was moving according to the Washington Post through Drudge the small trails of a few were combining. Courage was coming for those who had lost it. A Few Good Men still existed.

I watched the movie last night A Few Good Men with Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson and Demi Moore. If you haven’t seen it you should.

The parallels of the story and what we face now are easily gleaned. Indeed there has been a shrugged duty for a long time to put on the witness stand those who are in official positions that have doctored the books, obfuscated a sacred duty in representing principles upon which they had taken their oaths, and worst of all actually turned upon the people who had elected them for seats in a communist party.

How had it happened in the United States of America was not as important as that it had happened. The three branches of Government that had acted as a check and balance to one another had fallen when a communist unqualified candidate had been portrayed in a false identity for the Office of the President. Unbeknownst to those who voted were the dark secrets that the once faithful watch-dog of America had been poisoned over?

Barack Obama was not a qualified candidate for the Office of the President. All of Congress knew it and all of the Mainstream Media (MSM) knew it, yet somehow they didn’t think it was important. It was unbelievable that the importance of each leg on a three legged stool had been lost to the minds of those who were in the seats that were now failing, and who were being named as falling short of their elected duties.

The raw-meated story had been passed on by so many of those in Hollywood and the MSM that they were actually losing the rights of the biggest story in American history! It seemed improbable that they would cast their crowns down and walk away from the powerful exclusive, but even Barbra Walters was retiring with the bone story stuck in her throat.

In the Rob Reiner acclaimed drama A Few Good Men the story opens up the big picture of the dangerous difference between following orders and following one’s conscience. Cruise stars as a brash young Navy Lawyer who’s teamed with a young gung-ho litigator played by Moore. They are confronted by complex issues of loyalty and honor with Senior Members of the Military including a rising general played by Nicholson, who has gone rogue in office with his own brand of government– including the sacred duty to uphold the code of the Constitution over the orders of killing.

The scale of balance LT.Kaffe(Cruise) faced as a lawyer was knowing if he didn’t get a confession of truth from the COL. Jessop (Nicholson) his career would probably be reduced to teaching type-writer maintenance as the reward for falsely accusing an Officer of perjury , but if he shirked the duty of defense that was needed two marines would go to prison for the rest of their lives.


Courage has been the factor that one see’s lacking in the face of the entangling web siding with the Obama Cover-up which represented the greatest assault upon the people via the assault upon the Constitution . While movies illustrate for us the courage that is needed as an audience we face no repercussions to watch.

Courage is not something movie stories have tucked into plots for no good reason. It is needed in real life much more now than ever before. Far from Hollywood has been the courage in real life actually to stand for the Constitution that honors free speech, free expression, and the liberty of civil rights with Obama and his regime in the Office of the President because penalties are real. They include as I know, a loss of freedom and liberty as well as a loss of revenue. Included in pledging our life’s, our fortunes and our sacred honor are the very real consequences of losing them for the greater good.

Every military person is a father or a mother to the Constitution of the United States upon which they take an oath. They are pledged to defending the principles over any person.., even the person in the Office of the President. Here in the United States of America we pledge our oaths to the principles not the person mostly because we know principles will not fall even when men do.

I pray for the spirit of courage to be restored to our Nation as a polish of the dross that has covered our golden principles.

For the Office of the President the qualifications are being over 35 years of age, a natural born citizen, and having lived in the U.S. 14 years. The "Natural Born Citizen" requirement is different and not the same as the requirement for U.S. Reps. and U.S. Senators requirement of "Citizen". This is the Constitutional Reckoning.

By easily reasoning that "Citizen" WAS used in the qualifications for president in the Constitution for those who were such at the "time of the adoption of the Constitution" only, we know that afterwards being a "Natural Born Citizen" was the requirement. Minor v. Happersett defines from the United States Supreme Court the precedent case where we know "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" was qualification undoubtedly. I used this in my own case as a Presidential Candidate in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the United States Supreme Court that did not receive the courtesy of a hearing.

It has only been the abstraction of logical reasoning that has engaged the thought that construction of the Constitution might be legal at any pass wherein an individual was really not qualified. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land however and is much more popular than any particular candidate who has a passing fancy for the crowd at the time. Many more have actually died for the Constitution and its a great disrespect to dishonor that blood the Main Stream Media has been engaged in.

What Does Congress think of the Information becoming available? This video underscores the tepid respect that is seen in the Halls of Congress with Republicans and Democrats. Let's face it they all know but don't hold or embrace the value.

I'm honored by the value of our Constitution and if there was no difference between the way I thought and those in Congress there would be no reason for me to run for President. I'd be honored with your support as I have managed my respect in Judy v. McCain and Judy v. Obama by deed which in my opinion is much stronger than the flippant words of those others who may be running. I actually have respect for lawful investigations like Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse and used it as evidence to the judges in my case that was appealed clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentucky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

Wonder what was happening today in Washington DC? U.S. Senator Ted Cruz and Mike Lee were raising the questions surrounding the Government's spending money to keep people out of National Parks and Monuments during the Government shutdown.

The barricades put up by the Government were being removed and packed off to the White House. Protestors who included veterans of the Korean, Vietnam, WWII, Gulf, Iraq and Afghanistan wars, took those barricades and carried them about 3/4ths of a mile to a sidewalk in front of White House and piled the barricades


Before Americans wake-up with their paycheck garnished empirically, because Obamacare was not signed by a qualified President, the House has got to fight this all the way and go back to point A wherein the Constitution says you must be a 'natural born citizen' defined very well as those born in American to Citizen parents, and hold hearings with the information brought by a Candidate for President with standing that includes the Cold Case Posse evidence Obama's long form birth certificate is nothing more then a fabrication and he is not qualified. The 2012 election was stolen in more then one way, so the radical extremist didnt put all their eggs in one basket.

Americans should be asking why Obamacare hasn't been fairly administered, while the White House encrust itself in a gold plated health care and Congress and many Corporations are either exempted or transferring their people to an unproven system that resembles the barricades being piled up at the foot of a usurped White House?

People are very fearful the subsidy to purchase healthcare will no where near match what they have already and that's just one of 100 unintended consequence of Obamacare that the Republican House is fighting for delay on instead of opening up hearings on an unqualified occupant of the White House which would make Obamacare moot very quickly!

My fight for the Eligibility of the President began in 2007-8 with Judy v. McCain, so leave your comments at the garbage of those who claim its only a 'racist' argument, and mine certainly has included Obama and as my Dec. 2007 letter to the U.S. Supreme Court explained is based on the principle of the Constitution for which re-construction is prohibited unless authorized expressly by Amendment.

Of course I continued that legal representation in 2012 with Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that in 2012, and 2013 were encased in the United States Supreme Court without a hearing, and with some very shady things happening I have rehearsed in other entries.

This could be so valuable to the Republicans in the House at this time if they would only see it and decide tis better to take a stand for the Constitution then compromise with the enslavement of a Nation. Pass it on to your Senators and House Representatives in your home state, because coming from you it will make a difference to them.

As the shutdown continues, I can only hope that House Speaker Boehner see's and hears from you exactly what needs to be heard at this time. First that the Eligibility Card is the action necessary to clean the White House up, and second, that compromise is not an option with FRAUD, FORGERY, and THEFT of many American generations. Taking a Stand is essential.

Maybe its a precursor to come, but all ready Cody Robert Judy knows what its like to be 'shut down and shot down' by the 11 Courts on the eligibility of Barack Obama. There is yet one last Court that will weigh in on what some have called the divining case in the history of America. The United States Supreme Court is really the Court that should weigh in on the eligibility issue and case of our time Judy v. Obama 12-5276, and not use the excuse that 'standing' wasn't achieved for the last four years in order to wave justice good bye.

If this case is given the 'kiss-off' by the highest Court in the land, then there is no telling what the government is going to do to you. If justice won't protect the individual freedom certainly has been lost. The justice of the Republic has always been seen in the strength of the individual to stop the mass from rolling over top of rights and protections well established. Protected by the Constitution, and if that is shucked off by the Court, well it will be only a short time when most of the mass finds out that they are individuals being run over.

Of course, once it's lost, it means the devil to get back. Most media outlets have thought 'why should a smaller campaign be able to constitutionally check a larger campaign?', what gives a smaller campaign that right?

You know one thing for sure, the United States Supreme Court is not going to have to worry about the media telling America about this case before it is adjudicated because there hasn't been a single story written about it by an outside reporter. Yeah, that's anonymity that can't be mistaken. Nope the Supreme Court will rule on this with their own conscience and we all will know it wasn't the demonstrations outside on the lawn that influenced their decision.

What gives any individual the right to stand up against the government if the government decides to "take" your microphone? Or take your house? Or take your Car? Or take your children?

You might have the chance to use your 'individual' right at this time, thinking that being part of the mass in rolling over Cody Robert Judy's Campaign is 'good riddance', but hold that thought while you ask yourself, "Do you really want the Constitution to perish, and your rights as an individual to perish along with Cody's?"

Well, we're not "all" serous here at the Campaign Headquarters and while we take time to comment on issues we also take time to sing and to celebrate the little bit of 'rebel' in everyone of us in America. We are you know? Rebels.

That's right and never has a Nation of rebels come so far. Sometimes it is good to remember where you came from. It wasn't all 'prim and proper', so let's celebrate our rebel a little with this song because America has a reputation to protect, and we sure as hell have a Constitution to protect last I checked that every politician in Washington DC had sworn an oath to.

Let's hope the United States Supreme Court remembers that oath, and remembers that the qualifications for the office of President didn't include producing birth certificates, draft registrations, and social security cards that represent forgery more then legitimacy and fraudulent actions more then honest ones, as well as hiding every college transcript that might confirm Obama's transplant status as a foreign student in a sovereign nation under God.

Well, great job, it will be interesting to see the 'ruling' as the Judge sure had the book thrown at him. Those Judges have a hard time reading crime when a citizen is reading it to them rather then an attorney general sadly, especially in this case.

The only thing I didn't like if there was one thing that seemed like a burnt french fry in the batch of good ones, pg. 32 "Since President Obama..". Gosh I can hardly stand for the honor of the office to be bestowed upon a Usurper. Yuck.

Other than that you can be certain that you have done something here Tracy that your whole family can be very proud of. You did something our whole Country in its patriotic duty should be very proud of you for. If elected President I intend to award every Citizen who filed a complaint in the Obama Ballot Challenges or Courts an Honorable Patriot Award for distinguished citizenship.
