Bundy's ask that protestors don't carry rifles but side arms are okay, and Ammon Bundy says there may be an round up of their cattle to protect the property sought by BLM Federal Agents. Guerilla Media Newtwork News reports backhoes burying dead cattle and a confirmed massive military build up.

As near 200 Federal Agents have circled about the Cliven Bundy southeast Nevada Ranch a problem has been created. The problem is not that which has been caused by Cliven Bundy or the Federal Agents who are under the jurisdiction of the Office of the President as the legal enforcer of the law in the Executive Branch. The problem has been created by Congress who has been unwilling to hold a hearing on Obama’s eligibility and qualification for the Office of the President placing in danger the Executive Branch’s enforcement ability under the Constitution.

The Judicial Branch of government covering all the Court System is the interpreter of the law, the Legislative Branch the writers or creators of the law, and the Executive Branch the enforcer of the law. It is crucially important that the Judicial and Legislative Branches of the government see to it that the Executive Branch has a qualified person in the Office of the President or else they really have no means, or legal authority, or power to enforce the laws they pass.

This has been exposed very clearly in the House of Representatives that in March of 2014 passed a bill entitled “Enforce the Law” by a vote of 233 to 181. They indeed are like benched football players unable to participate in the game because Obama said so. The public should be able to see this quite clearly with the example of Obamacare that Obama has changed a dozen or so times without Congress’s approval.

Of course Congress is furious about Obama creating changes in Obamacare for his own political purposes or parties’ benefits, rather than coming to them to re-write the law for the changes. Republicans in their own little game have sought to enrage the public with Obamacare by implementing it without exemptions so people could feel the pain of the law rather than the benefit. Democrats frantically seeing how the law will affect their constituents and big donors run to Obama begging for a quick fix by executive order to get around the law or extend benefits to those who would be hurt.

We The People are not so dumb that we can’t see this. The House of Representatives, controlled by Republicans in the majority now, also charged with financing Obamacare, says Obama is not ‘enforcing the law’. Their Republican plan of pain for the public doesn’t work because Obama keeps shape-shifting it, which is a spoiler for the 2014 elections.

Of course it’s against the Constitution for Obama to re-write the laws the Legislative Branch passes under normal circumstances, but it is also against the Constitution for Congress to knowingly try to enforce the law with an illegal commander-in-chief or foreigner in the Office of the President who isn’t qualified under the Constitution by passing a directive that Obama must “enforce the law”.

Of course we the people see through this in answering the question, which came first the chicken or the egg? It’s an Abbott and Costello classic: Who’s on first (Judicial Branch), and What’s on second (Legislative Branch) till we get to the “I don’t know” on third base Obama as head of the (Executive Branch) we certainly do not know, and then it trickles down to the public who doesn’t give a damn about all the confusion playing the short stop position not knowing which base to point at for missing the ball, or who to cover if a ball is hit in either direction.

How does this constitutional crisis hit Congress for not manning up and holding a hearing like responsible elected leaders would who having been petitioned over and over and over again by the public with Obama’s fraudulent long form birth certificate, mis-matched social security card also prominent with illegal aliens who don’t have a birth certificate, and phony draft registration?

Well it’s not long before the Federal Government decides to enforce some law like, oh I don’t know, collecting taxes or getting someone off BLM land, or trying to enforce an endangered species act of Congress when all of a sudden someone sits back and says, “You know what? You don’t have a qualified commander in chief in the Office of the President so you don’t have the ability to enforce the law legally according to the law that your professing; pronouncing a shame on Uncle Sam.

Of course if he’s right, and the law has become unlawful according to the Constitution, as we do live in a Republic, then the ball comes back to the Judicial Branch which it has in many instances my own case going clear up to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 as a candidate for President who met all the standing required to meet all three statutes of standing. All that work just to hear the Judicial Branch basically saying its Congress’s job to hold hearings and sort through this in trial which they have every right and duty to do; especially when the Judicial Branch is telling them that.

We see the House of Representatives avoiding impeachment proceedings because? Well, a guess is they have more candidates who want to run for President who are not qualified then the Democrats, but Mr. Bundy is pointing at the definencies of enforcement that the Executive Branch has at this time, with a lot of facts saying Obama doesn’t have the authority and as head of the enforcement branch of Government these Federal Agents are essentially trespassing and are certainly in violation of rustling cattle that are not theirs. That is a lawful thing for him to say and its backed up in fact by the investigation of law enforcement professionals ie., Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse and many court cases used as authority in my case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which you can read here.

In fact, Mr. Bundy’s own sheriff there in Clark County NV., could easily walk in and tell the Federal Authorities to leave until they come back with Constitutional Authority actually approved by the Constitution. The sheriff does have the most authority in this given circumstance.

Let’s take a look at exactly what departments are under the Office of the President and in such presuming authority under the Executive Branch and the danger of these departments authority to legally execute the law if Obama’s not qualified. Understand that the Cabinett Post or heads of these departments were appointed by an illegal unqualified person in the White House. The Constitution gives authority to those legally elected and then don't forget qualified, and from there it flows down.

Whether Mr. Bundy's problem originates with the BLM or with the TAX Division, enforcement of all of these departments come under and must be qualified under a qualified person in the White House otherwise the whole Executive Branch falls on its face and is by the standards of the Supreme Law of the Land without authority of law in the Republic for which we stand.

Now is Mr. Bundy responsible for seeing to it that the person in the White House is qualified? Heavens no. He does have a right as a citizen however just like every single American to insist that if the Federal Government is going to enforce some law that the person in the Office of the President is a legally qualified person, or in other words 'holds a validitaed authority given to him by the people qualified by and under the Constitution. Obama fails that test.

Right now there are a lot of militias headed to the Bundy Ranch, and if there's any blood spilt there this is going to come back to Congress!

According to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Possee whose done a heck of a lot more investigation on this subject then Congress Obama's got a fraudulent birth certificate,a forged draft registration, and a mis-matched social security card. Does that sound like a qualified person in the Office or the actions of a foreign usurper?

Obama's long form birth certificate says he receives some citizenship from his father listed as Kenyan and his mother listed as American, however its very well known and understood dual citizens can't be President. Besides that, we have a great investigation done by law enforcement that has also been submitted to the Judicial Branch up to the U.S. Supreme Court who wouldn't give it a hearing. Its really as if Congress was hoping nothing like the Buddy Ranch Standoff would happen or in other words they wouldn't have to uphold the law in order to maintain it in the office of the President. That is a fools hope, and the Buddy Ranch Standoff just might be the catalyst to bring that to the immediate attention of Congress!

If we are so over run with unconstitutional powers that we are not under the U.S. Constitution any longer, there's sure no authority that says anyone has to pay their taxes is there? If your going to live by the Constitution by God there better be a qualified natural born citizen in the Office of the President to enforce the law, otherwise your just setting yourself up for a whole bunch of problems and blood thats going to be shed. I don't think Congress wants this on their heads?

Tell me who is the law enforcement official who wants to start shooting Americans and throwing them in jail based on the facts that the person in the office of the president is not qualified under the Constitution?

You know I want to say that the Bundy Family has purchased meat from me two or three times as I've visited their ranch. They are good folks and have never written me a bad check or anything like that. Every time they ordered it was about a $500 dollar purchase and they met that obligation. People can say a lot of mean things until they have met someone but in my business dealings with them they have been honest folks.

Now can I say the same thing about Obama in the White House whose at the head of the BLM Land Management Enforcement Agencies and the Tax Agencies? I most certainly can not say they are honest folks, and its because of Obama's fraud. In fact I have made complaints about the dis-honesty in Courts of Law clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court who feels its the duty of the Legislative Branch under the disability impeachment hearings procedures to place the evidence on the table.

If Congress won't do that they are not being honest with you and they are not being honest with Mr. Cliven Bundy and you have my witness on that. We then are in a Constitutional Crisis and an American nightmare!

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. ABC has reported Rancher has won

ABC has reported that the BLM's Chief has decided to pull his federal agents back in what can be seen as a cautionary move for his men. Think about it folks, the BLM's Chief refusing to carry out a Court Order? This is a big win and I mean that for everyone involved including the families of the BLM employees who undoubtedly had a very rough night.

If this had gone unopposed the cattle would be gone, the BLM Federal Agents would be gone and the Bundy Family left in tatters without ranch and without any cattle. Think about the love and concern America has shown for the Bundy Family in the middle of the desert in Nevada and know that you are also loved. Let that sink in a little.

We don't know who was calling the BLM Chief with the advice to pull his men out, or if he acted alone and on his own. We know there were not to many politicians in Washington DC going to bat for the Bundy Family on the record. I am thrilled to see a de-escalation and reduction of tensions and we certainly understand this is not over.

People who are elected have grown accustom to thinking The United States of America is no longer governed by The U.S. Constitution. If that is indeed true, they should resign their office now for it is only by the power of the Constitution they are even in Washington DC. If the Constitution is good enough to get them there, its sure good enough to protect here at home and also to insist they abide by it in the understanding we do want our elected officials qualified by the standards of the Constitution.

I'm very happy physical injuries were kept to a minumum although I am very sorry for the abuse the Bundy family took from the BLM Federal Agents. These are life altering injuries never forgotten! They are very seriuos and a minimization of them is certainly a lack of respect for the freedom and liberty the injuries were taken for. How many of us will wake up with nightmares of a police dog snapping at them or a tazer lighting you up or being thrown to the ground and booked into jail? I am so sorry for these injuries to the Bundy Family. May God Bless them.

How many patriots of America dropped what they were doing, stopped their jobs, left their families, and on their own dime traveled hunderds and even thousands of miles to assist the Bundys? The tears of gratitude freedom and liberty have wept for these sacrifices are deeply felt!

May we as American all realize how wonderful our freedom and liberty are and be eternal greatful and vigialent for them is my prayer and hope for us and our future generations.

While a skirmish may have been avoided the cause remains unsettled with those in Washington DC blantantly stomping on the Constitution. Each and every American needs to diligently follow this up by writing their Representatives and demanding a round-up hearing on Obama's eligibility.

The Mistake of the Pro-Choice with Birthers- Thou shalt not shoot Thy Defense.


Looking through the list of the 10 prominently noticed women InTheCapital as very powerful women in Washington DC, the thought occurred to me that it looked like there were many who would consider themselves pro-choice on the abortion issue.

Many of these women I thought have made a liberal life in progressivism based in an ideology of equal rights for men and women, or fairness. They have made a choice in life to be advocates for moving women ahead in an ideal they imagined of equality, and who wouldn’t say that movement hasn’t indeed pushed forward in the last 200 years a long ways?

As a former domestic prisoner of war in an unconstitutional unlawful prosecution, I can identify very clearly what it’s like to lose choices and be forcibly taken away as a prisoner without any rights in America. This is the driving centrifugal force that terrifies women when it comes to not being able to make a choice with what they can and cannot do with their body.

Very strict pro-lifers would not blink an eye to see women shackled and cuffed in a strip cell spread eagle in the new government affordable healthcare under a Doctor’s order providing an environment for harvesting the baby she was carrying rather than giving her a choice to abort. They would look at that as mercy upon the un-born and a protection of innocence just as they recently decried a crematorium loaded up with the unborn as the furnace helping to heat a hospital.

We are left with the horrorible images of burning baby flesh no doubt with those still alive a little bit providing heat for a place where care was intended that had morphed into savagery. On the other extreme we see a Government Enforced harvesting line of women with pregnant bellies in shackles and chains behind the bars of a prison cell stripped of their clothing and any decency to prevent their selves from hanging and thus inflicting injury to the developing fetus in the womb.

It’s almost difficult to decipher what side is more horrible because each side intends to inflict the grossest and most shocking picture of human decency and care upon the other side to gain supporters for the lobby in Congress and the Courts.

Within the confines of both however are the principles of the United States Constitution advocating a protection of life and also advocating women’s rights and justice for all. On the issue of rights to life and free choice I’ve written extensively here, but that is not what I’m focused on in this article.

From those two very distinct and organized groups the question arises who can do without the United States Constitution and survive? My considered answer is neither can; however, this articles features commentary on how those who have advocated for ‘free choice’ are with their actions blindly digging a pit for themselves with the United States Constitution in it from which neither will survive.

For just a moment think of “Equal Treatment of the genders”. Without the United States Constitution women still would not be voting, would still not have a say in the Government, and the opportunities the USA provides women found in the 21st Century certainly would not be seen. Women would unquestionably be regulated back to a primitive form of governance and the might-is-right standard where husbands had every right to break their jaw in order to shut them up because they were physically stronger.

Of course the gym and self defense classes have helped that in today’s modern world, not to mention the 2nd Amendment, but don’t forget we’re discussing a world without the Constitution and women certainly wouldn’t have the keys to the gun chest or be allowed to own guns in an unconstitutional America. Trust my opinion and experience on this ladies, as a prisoner you do not get your hands on a nice callipered weapon with sites that are dialed in for target practice, and we have seen there is nothing like the “Law” to incarcerate whole segments of society- think pre-suffrage.

So the real question is why women fighting for equality under the law, pro choice, equal pay and all that, would actually be fighting against Birthers unless they were so stupid that they see an unqualified person in the White House whose a walking talking violation of the Constitution who was what.. somehow going to magically change when it came to women’s rights? Why are women who are pro-choice who require the Constitution as a defense fighting against "Birthers" whose goal is to maintain the Constitution? It doesn't make any sense.

It’s very difficult for me to imagine anyone not seeing this advocating pro-choice for women who are so unaware of the grave they are in fact digging for themselves, by voting for a man who has no problem dismantling the United States Constitution line by line, precept upon precept, here a little and there a little with the audacity to do so in such boldness that he would hand out a fabricated birth certificate, employ someone else’s social security number as his, and work to concoct a phony draft registration as his.

Does that sound like a man who is going to put women anywhere near equal or let the light of day be seen on the rights of the Constitution relied upon and held up by women as a standard and protection of individual rights and freedoms?

Yet here we are in all the glory of these beautiful news anchors deriding Birthers as what- Crazy, Extreme-Right wing-Dangerous-Whacky-Tea Party Fundamentalist? Do you notice what we are never called though? We Birthers are never called “Unconstitutional” and the reason for that is there is no foundation for it.

Of course that would give you the opinion that anyone for the Constitution was indeed labeled by the Obama Administration as what? Well in Obama’s words we are ‘side shows and carnival barkers’. Women should take notice and realize this is not a statement about Birthers; it’s a blanket statement about them.

That’s what I think about when I see very wealthy, independent women enjoying their life of luxury and power not contributing a dime to a Birthers campaign, confident that their world will never change. It just makes so little sense that someone could easily label it senseless insanity because it flies in the face of the Constitution’s protections.

To continue in that forum really puts every woman who is pro-choice and actually voted for Obama or continues to support Obama in the really stupid category. I mean that not as a derogatory statement but as a description that fits because ignorance implies a lack of knowledge and Obama most certainly has provided all the evidence himself to understand he received a Kenyan citizenship from his father and an Indonesian citizenship from the formal adoption of his step father and let’s just make it simply – dual Citizenship is prohibited in the Office of the President. You don’t need a sheriff’s report to really understand this.

Obama’s fraud, forgery, and deceit as a qualified candidate for the Office of the President is well known and understood to be tainted by his own record and admission. A decision or choice that women have made to shoot themselves in the foot with the precision of a targeted group profiled by Obama is astounding!

The choice has always been right there in front of them forwarded to them in every single press release and document I have sent out with the plea for their support. I can actually tell you that there are less than a half a dozen women who have supported me in any campaign with a total amount combined of less than $100 dollars. I am here to tell you the past is the past but I need your help and if we don't get our butts in gear, and start working together more, its going to be disaster especially for people who need the help the most.

Now for a candidate who has taken the heat for the Constitution as I have in a non-partisan non-racist stand against McCain and Obama in 2008 and 2012, the most powerful office in the United States of America which has been usurped, was their another candidate you thought more of who has stood up for your rights?

In the pure spectrum of the political arena, please picture with me all of the women who have called me as a candidate ‘lame’ or ‘crazy’ for standing up for the Constitution at the judgment bar of whatever or whoever you deem your divinity in a righteous judgment court of law or bar, and please tell me how far your rich reward in heaven is going to be with the contemptuous and paltry $100 dollars you have on record as a lobby for the Constitution of the United States of America against the most nefarious evil intentions against it?

There is very little help coming and so many people being affected by Obama. I keep wondering if people think we can coast through the Obama administration years without paying the piper of the decisions that so many have made to just flat out abandon the U.S. Constitution?

While you might not like my directness and focus upon your vote and contribution for the defense of the Constitution I’m left with so little choice myself because indeed you have been given so much. I’m sure you have heard where much is given much is required? God knows I know that’s the truth, I’m writing this aren’t I? I have to say this is one of the hardest articles I've ever had to write. I'm not sure its very inspiring to critizise, complain, and in many people's eyes judge people for the decisions they have made that I think have been a mistake and a big one.

I want to convey to you so we all agree that if you believe in God in Heaven, the Lord our Creator mentioned in both the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States purported to be the Supreme Law of the Land to this day by Courts of law, do you think it is very difficult for him not to take notice of this and absolutely feel his disappointment? If you don’t care, I suppose there is nothing left to talk about.

While it might appear to be very aggrandizing of me in your opinion or diagnosis for that matter if you’re so qualified to make such, please understand my stand for the Constitution is to lift others up not tear them down. The usurpation of any office has at the root of it the opposite aim, by the very nature of the intention. Don’t you understand that when it comes to Obama in the Office of the President?

Perhaps more and more people are recognizing these facts, but directing the very hurt feelings and anger in a positive way is a huge challenge. That's why it is my goal to help and teach people how important the U.S. Constitutiton is to them on a daily basis. Its not just when you walk in to court and start referring statutues and case law. In fact before you every get to court there has to have been some kind of major break down.

Therefore I ask that you look at the facts. If I were not the only candidate for president in the United States in both genders, who sued both McCain and Obama in the time period from 2008 to 2012 in the defense of the natural born citizen qualification of the Constitution in a non-partisan non-racist record I might agree with you that I had no business in the political arena, but since I am, I’m also responsible for it. In that responsibility, I have to tell people where we are lacking, where the holes are in the line of defense and how they can help and how we need the help.

It is my hope that you will ask yourself in order to answer the questions of why you should listen to me, “How could one man in America have been so inspired to do that in the political arena of our time?” It is also my hope that you will understand that it is my testimony that I have followed God’s incredible intelligence to me in the greatest sentiment of humility you can imagine and I know a lot of people will resent the hell out of that just because I give credit to God and don't take it myself. They will slam the door in my face, refuse to tell my story, these are just some of the things I've experienced; but it’s the truth, and believe it or not it is the truth that will set us free.

You really must weigh this in the balance yourself with yet one other question: How much power does the person in the White House have, over your decisions every day and certainly over your posterity in future generations? Hint: 1/5 the economy in Obamacare,7 Trillion in 5 years, and 24 scandals and counting not to mention what appears to be the diliberate tank of dollar, all so Obama could buy a pass on his eligibility with stimulus takers.I keep thinking if people understand that they will insist the Constitution is followed in the qualifications demanded for the Office of the President.

If you don’t think you’re in deep, keep your mouth shut and don’t make a peep, or basically in other words, “continue as you are”,otherwise start hollaring to your Congressmen and keep it up. (smile) This is like a bad business deal that just keeps going bad and everyone keeps doubling down, pretty soon there's just not going to be a double down.

There are not many children born without a women or a mother. Those who do have children who are concerned for their nurturing must understand in some degree the love the Lord in Heaven has, and his deep concern about this total abandonment of the greatest defense for women and his children’s future here in the USA. Without the United States Constitution what are you recommending for yourself and your posterity may I ask you to consider?

So, as mothers and women of the United States of America, for whatever cause and affect you may feel worthy of; meaning, for whatever cause you have contributed the least towards that was your greatest defense i.e. The U.S. Constitution, let there be an understanding that God’s judgment is also qualified in the affect you feel from that coming upon you in pure righteousness in the political arena or world that you live in.

That’s fair right, not to be confused with ‘far right’? If you don’t think there’s anything else you can do or change, as they say let your actions ride for whatever or wherever you’re riding. Because if you continue riding as you are for the destination your headed, there is no doubt in mind you will get there, and by God it won’t be me whose surprised , but you when you find out where exactly you have arrived.

I myself continue to be an advocate for you and the Constitution understanding even in your stupidity and malcontent for the Constitution in your support for Obama, that I don’t think you’ll like it very much in a world without that document and the principles there in. I appeal to you with all sincerity to change, and change quickly for the blanket of your protection is very close to being put away by our Father In Heaven and I say that with the same inspiration that you might say inspired me to the action against McCain and Obama in a court of law.

I don’t care what ‘religion’ you are or not religion you are. This is the political world that you will find under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. When the blanket is removed you may find yourself the very first to suffer quite horribly in the future you helped create.

In my opinion I wouldn’t say it’s a man’s world with 60% of the voting population that are women. I think women can put into office anyone they want. In my opinion I’ve pretty much been wiped out by women and I’d say God could have just as easily inspired a women running for President to do what I have, but he didn’t and the why is the question I suppose your free to ask him yourself.

The Constitution is our strongest suit, both men and women, regardless of political party. This banner we all come under and find protections or hope for protections, must be defended in a much stronger way. If that is abandoned as it has been and the Constitution is replaced with chaos, what law will be left for women to run to?

Perhaps the most important question of our time is now asking your women leaders of the day if they are Birthers? That will tell you very quickly where they are headed tomorrow advocating for the Constitution or chaos. Why is this so important?

From a dear friend of mine I thought these words of hers were extremely poingnant:[The recent passing of my [her] dear friend has left me with these questions, "How can I love people more? Inspire them to see their impact on everyone around them? And most importantly show them their brilliance?" And while I cannot take away another's agency to choose for themselves, I can commit today to encourage others to see life from my perspective; Life is beautiful and worth living, our relationships are the most important thing in the world and above and beyond it all, WE ARE ALL ENOUGH.]

There is so much sense in understanding the word "love" and how it affects people. Considering her question to us all: "How can I love people more?" In the understanding of The United States of America defending the Constitution actually is a good way to love everyone much more and God sure has loved us to give it to us in the pledge of our allegiance to the Republic for which we stand, one Nation, Under God, with Liberty and Justice for all. Senator Rand Paul recently made headlines in building up a 50 state national network that could potentially be a vehicle in the race for President in 2016.

The Democratic Party has set itself up for a primary split on the ticket with rumors of Hillary Clinton's run for President and V.P. Joe Biden also announcing he is putting together a campaign for President.

Unnoticed but equally formidable is the potential for an Independent Candidate especially one who actually has a record of taking a stand for the Constitution. With the biggest national security threat going unnoticed by main-stream candidates Americans are finding that their main-stream candidates are easily thrown into the Misprision of felony bus Obama is driving in actually working from their pulpits to keep Obama's fraudulent identity covered up.

Defending the Constitution's very simple request for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President, Cody asks you to consider if your Candidate for President is unwilling to defend, protect, and preserve this simple line that holds so much power and sway in the qualifications for President, how much easier is it for them to neglect other parts of the Constitution that have your individual Civil Rights at stake?

Traditionally in America, presidential candidates have come from some other elected office including Mayors, Governors, U.S. Representatives, U.S. Senators, though being elected to some other office is certainly not a requirement for becoming President of the United States. Being a 'natural born citizen' is a requirement as well as being over 35 years of age. With Obama's massive cover-up glued to heels of so many in office, we are seeing again the wisdom of the Constitution's declarations before our eyes.

With the Sheriff Kits being distributed to all Congress, Senators, Governors, and Mayors and available to the public the window is narrowing on those elected in their offices at this time not being subjects of misprision of felony. A federal grand jury has been convened to probe Governor Chris Christie's involvement role in bridgegate under the authority of New Jersey's Federal Attorney General.

If indeed the federal grand jury finds evidence of involvement according to law, we will understand that those reporting the incident who were involved as Democrats in elected positions were protecting themselves from misprision of felony by reporting the incident. Christie's Office is also the subject of an investigation by a State Legislative Panel.

If this were a model to the Federal Office of the President of the United States in Obama's identity and qualification scandal, attorney general Eric Holder would be convening a Grand Jury to submit the evidences of Obama's fraudulent identity and qualification for the Office of the President to those members of the Grand Jury, and the U.S. House of Representatives as well as the U.S. Senate would also be holding hearings so that all the evidences might be considered and heard to exempt themselves from misprision of felony charges.

That's the duty of the Congress if the President shall fail to qualify. All of the Presidential Candidates for 2016 will indeed be responsible for answering the questions about Obama's identity and qualifications and why they chose to act according to their record on the matter, considering the evidences presented and laid out to them by professional criminal investigators.

Due to the Office of the President having such great power and authority to prosecute, profile, and target individuals who are Americans indeed foreign allegiances of dual citizenship are prohibited from and only from the Office of the President for good reasons involving national security.

Though Cody Robert Judy is the only Presidential Candidate in America to file a record in Court in a non-partisan and non-racial stand for the principle in the United States Constitution against both McCain and Obama, those candidates for President in 2016 would either undoubtedly be charged or questioned for a Caucasian discrimination or in fact just a blatant disregard for the Constitution, neither one of which is something they would want on their resume.

How much sense does it make to elect and in such hire a President of the United States who has a record of blatantly refusing to uphold the law? Though a bit obscure in the report by National Media, a quick look at those supporting Cody Robert Judy for 2016 on a new facebook page shows a demographic of national support. This is very revealing on the candidate’s national conscience, broad scope of appeal, and is actually quite shocking.

Usually you would find a concentrated local appeal for a given candidate in a particular home base, such as you would find in an elected leaders appeal to their home state or elected seat. This is just not the case with Cody Robert Judy's Presidential page and reflects a broad demographics appeal that is not concentrated and completely random to the first 120 likes on facebook page.

Prisons' of the Press - a Liberal Bias

I awoke this morning from a dream on my mind that formed a lot of questions to ponder.Once in awhile I think its fun to tell a dream just because a lot of people have them and near half or a third of life is spent in dream land. Isn't this America where 'Dreams Can come true'? That's the other thing I like about blogging, a blog can be an op-ed opinion and that can come from a whole bunch of speculations,facts and places that Main Stream Media are barred from going. Prisons in the Press are definitely real, ask one of my favored twitter Reporters Sharyl Attkisson about quitting CBS for the prison of a liberal bias. or read this Obama was a foreign student. So anyway, this dream was thought prevoking for me. In the dream I was shaking hands with many of the old..listen to me I'm 48..(smile)and still don't consider myself old, so let me put it this way. I was shaking hands with many of the Democrats who I had got to be friends with especially in my run in 2002 for Congress.

I mean to tell you, and as I write this I feel the tear ducks welling up in my eyes, those were the days. I've never met such a bunch of beautiful people in my life. Beautiful in so many ways, the least of which was the respect and honor of their inclusive brand who accepted me with my past in prison 20 years ago now as a candidate for office in 4th Congressional Districe of Utah in 2002 and a U.S. Senate Candidate for Utah in 2004.

Of course there was an upheaval about it and the majority of the party held a special review hearing to alter that in 2002 that I went to. I just sat there while they handed out an inch thick binder of news paper clippings that had liberal bias written all over them from a supposedly 'conservative state'. It was pretty much all garbage and all the deligates of the party from most all the respective caucuses were given to a vote on wither the party would let me run in it or not.

It was so unusual in fact the rules stated over 90% of the delegates had to vote in the affirmative to exclude me from my candidacy for office. It was in fact the highlight of my Political Career that I won the right to run in the Democratic Party which meant a chance to go to the County Conventions and sport a platform and be legally considered in the Primary.

That vote to exclude me failed and for all the effort that had been put in to it, and for all the bloated "righteous indignation" that had been mustered, I was really touched not so much by the cow-guts that blew up in the faces of those who pushed it, but by the intestinal fortitude of the hearts of those who voted to let me run in the party. This was an awakening of a muscle that had previously been paralyzed.

This was without a doubt one of the climatic highlights in my book Taking A Stand -the Conservative Independent Voice which elaborates upon this in much more detail and I had to explore that a little with you in regards to this dream because I'm shaking hands with some of these people and old friends I really haven't seen since then.

In my dream they actually told me, that the year I ran in 2002 was a great year for turn out with Democrats in a predominantly ruled Republican State. That since then, they haven't really had the numbers they did then, which was certainly a humbly accepted compliment to me as I shook their hands recalling with smiles in my dream the absolutely hilarious Jon Stewart feature with Mo Roca did on The Daily Show. Of course it was gratifying as I said in a humble way to know that even though I lost both those campaign races in 2002 and 2004 I did win a round and made the aquaintence of people I still hold affection for to this day.

There is really something to be said about finding yourself on the discriminated side of the fence being told that "who" you are is not acceptable or likable but we'd still like to collect taxes from you and get your vote. I have to remind everyone 1 in 4.5 Americans are on parole, probation, or currently are incarcerated and it is only the 'currently incarcerated' who cant vote, although there are some States recognizing absotee ballots in Federal Elections for those even incarcerated. Voting is good!

For the, I don't know, 85% who voted to not let me run, that was soon forgotten and emphasized with a standing ovation at the Democratic Party Primary State Convention held about three months later. I don't recall anyone else receiving a standing ovation like that. I was moved with that goodness and change of heart which I saw and think is the real change that is reaching out for all of America to embrace now.

Well, back to this dream. As I finished shaking their hands I saw a distinquished gentleman walking towards me and as he was just about to go by I broke away from those I was chatting with as they whispered to me his brother had passed away. I called him by name. "Representative Jim Matheson, I don't know if your remember me Cody Robert Judy", as he extended his hand to me and shook it with a smile on his face. There was something about his regal collar and tie that had hints of silver to the collar. "I'm sorry about your brother", I said, "please accept my condolences".

He shook my hand not as someone who had just met someone would, but as an admired collegue he remembered on the campaign trail. Jim and I passed each other quite a bit on the campaign trail often speaking at same speaking engagements in 2004 when I was running for U.S. Senate and he was up for re-election in his District for Congress.

In our hand shake a warm feeling lingered in my dream and as I turned from his entourage of security I felt his hand kind of fall down from our handshake and in a gentlemen's way give a little tug on my pants pocket. It was an emphasis on the genuine warmth of the handshake which was not pretended, shallow, or fake.

So, that was it. That was the end of my dream and when I woke up I was just left pondering the small details that had perplexed my mind.

My first question was I wonder if he really did have a brother that died or passed away?
My second question was about the details.. his silver lined collar..his hand shake?
My third question was about the villany that has been introduced to the Democratic Party with Obama that I never saw when I was running in the Democratic Party or that I recalled even in the years of President Bill Clinton?


Jim's father, Scott M. Matheson was an outstanding Utah Governor for 11 years,the last Democratic Party Governor to hold office, imortalized in a bronze statue in the Matheson Court House in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

Well, Jim's brother hasn't passed away I learned but was indeed named after his father Scott Matheson Jr., and was also nominated by Barack H. Obama as a Judge for the 10th Circuit Court serving a large chunk of the West- CO. KS. OK. UT. WY. I wondered then about the 'nomination' of an illegal president being considered by Congress as the trickle down affect of a usurpation of the Office of the President and the extents of that that would be felt even in the United States Supreme Court with two nominees.

Silver Lined Collar - Representative Matheson has indeed announced his retirement and is not seeking re-election from his Congressional office held now for a little over a decade extended a little longer from the shadow of his father's boots in length of time thus far. I wondered if 'retirement' had a silver lining to it of understated confidence?

Rep. Matheson has indeed been a leader in the blue dog Democrats and indeed has thrived in a political center often voting against the fiscal irresponsiblity of his party. I remember in that 2002 election he was in the hot seat and won with a big highschool populace of only 1,600 votes.

Of course he has the ability for a lot of service whether in another capacity or office if he decides I thought, he's only 54. He also isn't tied to any beholding of the Democratic Party National Committee in helping to shred, stomp, and otherwise degrade the United States Constitutiton by supporting an illegal person in the Office of the President.

Democrats are now faced with the big challenge in 2014 left in the wicked wake of Obama. The fuzzy feelings of the Democratic Party have faded and morphed in the 5 years of Barack Obama with the nightmare Obamascare and twenty four scandals and counting. I wonder if someone like a retiring Representative of the Democratic Party who is a blue dog Democrat could see or clear a path for a Hearing on Obama's Eligibility long overdue and ripe for the picking on the toe of information that is said to come forth on the more detailed criminal investigation Sheriff Joe Arpio has said will be released very soon under the umbrella of lead detective Mike Zullo and the Cold Case Posse.

The revelations coming forward are ear-marked as universe-shattering. With the Cold Case Posse's revelations of March 1st, 2012 also included in the lower Georgia Court case March 2nd,2012 that wound its way up to the United States Supreme Court as Judy v. Obama 12-5276, declaring Obama's long form birth certificate nothing more then a fabrication along with evidence that a phony draft registration having been sold as legit, corruption in the highest offices threatens to erode the faith in Congress by the public to a degree unheard of in American history.

That is unless something is done about it right now! Since 2010 Republican's have held the majority in the House of Represenatives and oddly enough the financing of Obamacare has endured under the Republican Umbrella there with very little objection and absolutely no coilition of repeal although the legislation was never signed by a legally qualified person holding the Office of the President or Executive Branch. Under the Constitution that's a no-no.

To put it bluntly, I think Democrat's in the House of Representatives could 'blue-dog' the football up the center and actually recapture the American People's confidence if they would simply place on the table the evidence of Obama's identification fabrication in an open hearing that would scare Republicans in the undercover support of Obama and actually show the American People which party was unwilling to clean house. Republicans have had a good chance and my twitter account records are more then obvious of a record for that.

The Republicans are financing Obamacare and pushing it forward as a catalyst of packaged Obama deceit to force down the American throats. For the 2014 elections its working as the race in Florida sent a message. The problem with the Democratic Party is they are caught between a rock and a hard place.

Can they turn on a usurpation of the Office of the President in light of the evidence that is overwhelmingly coming as a responsibility towards the public or will they try to limp their way through another three years hoping corruption doesn't take the gate completely off the post leading to chaos and a complete dismantling of the once referred Martin Luther King Jr. civil rights champion party.

The Civil Rights of our Constitution was indeed the reason I saw in the Democratic Party a champion and wanted to run in that party in 2002. The Republican Party in Utah had embarrassed itself in my case and view so badly in upholding the principles of the Constitutiton I could not align myself in good conscience. Barack Obama since 2008 has put distance between Democrats holding conservative princples found in the Constitution and thus has alienated the conservative resistence within the Democratic Party.

Perhaps someone like Rep. Jim Matheson has the will and the power with a respectable tenure in Congress to muster a hearing somehow with the blue dog Democrats in support not to prosecute Obama, but to simply vet him before such revelations are released that damage so badly the Democratic Party that it can not ever recover or escape the duty of simply cleaning their own house.

You understand that it should never have come down to a Sheriff's Cold Case Posse criminal investigation. The evidence of Obama not being a natural born citizen by his own hand in face exist in handing out his little fabrication. Indeed, "Citizenship" in the most lenient way granted by his mother as an American cannot overshadow the "Citizenship" he also received from his father as a Kenyan. Two citizenships from two parents equals dual citizenship and that is prohibited in the Office of the President requiring a 'natural born citizenship' without any foreign allegiance for two generations kept in the recipe 'born in the U.S. to Citizen parents' to which many precendent court decisions agree there has never been any doubt.

In the office of the President also controlling nuclear weapons and commanding the military of the United States, does anyone soundly want to leave some doubt courting a national security nightmare? I don't think any elected Democrat or Republican whole heartedly wants with all of their desire to comute such a sentence on the public entrusting them as elected leaders swearing oaths to the Constitution and not to a particular person like Obama.

I know there are a lot of people, who don’t like the way I write, don’t like the way I am. There are many who complain about me not being this or not being that. I admit that what I am and who I am is the bottom man on the totem pole. The truth in admitting that is not embarrassing as you might think. I know the last shall be first and the first shall be last and I don’t have a problem with being last at this time.

Very quickly, I went and saw the movie “Noah “and I wasn’t offended with it as I thought about the liberties Hollywood took Glenn Beck. I mean when you put it in context of about 5 pages of Genesis there are a few things we know and of course much missing, like Giants did roam the Earth at that time, that often God speaks to men in their dreams of the night which Noah and his wife gave credit towards in the script, and that while the vegetarian notion might have served a purpose we know from Daniel also in the Bible he preferred more porridge to meat. We also know when the people complained to Moses about “no meat” in the desert, God provided a whole bunch, as well as the miracle of feeding the multitude of 5,000 and 4,000 with a few loaves of bread and a couple of fishes which multiplied and was certainly considered a good meal.

The liberty many took offensively also was the concept of Noah’s agitation that God had decided man should be wiped out and was going to sacrifice his adopted granddaughters. The similitude of sacrificing everything is not an uncommon theme though and I could understand it both from the point that Abraham was called to sacrifice Isaac, a precious son in his later years, but was stopped by an Angel at the last minute and also the idea of understanding Noah was so indeed recorded to be a husbandmen and maker of wine and was naked and drunk in his tent one day for some dang reason that his sons walked backwards to cover his nakedness. Hollywood I don’t think did a bad job putting the two and two together in regards to problems the family faced and the love was incredible portrayed, which indeed is the great message of God.

In a big Christian concept of taking offense, trivial pursuit is at the discretion to anyone who wants to pick a bone or take any liberty with putting missing pieces together. Those can be debated and fought about, but there are greater lessons to think about in generalities. Noah, a prophet of God, received a BIG MESSAGE and when he told the people about it they didn’t believe him or follow him, but he didn’t really care because he knew who he had received the message from.

I understand that concept to, and only know how to tell a story the way it was told to me. That’s all I do, if you have a problem with that well take it up with the man upstairs because as far as I’m concerned he is much better at telling stories then I am or maybe I just like listening more than telling and am not that good at story telling. Here’s the story I heard last night in a dream and I think it has particular interest to those who wish to remain ‘unnamed’, but that also is exactly why their name came up.

The rest of us that include hard-working employees and certainly the small business of America you might also want to listen up, because things are not going to be so bad for you as the others, but it is going to require a little faith and maybe some scary times, but I have all the confidence in the world in you, and that because the “Creator” mentioned in the Declaration of Independence and the “Lord” mentioned in The Constitution of the United States does; he of course being one and the same, yesterday, today, and most importantly tomorrow.

Here’s the BREAKING NEWS of the Past, and I’ll get to the present, and tomorrow in a minute just bear with me. You may be asking yourself where that line is in the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, so before you go scratching your key board here they are.

DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE – “..that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness”, which to Rep. Nancy Pelosi means a good mood about Obamacare. The Founders and Framers meant ‘pursuit of property’ which also took on the concept of ideas, intelligence and talents of an individual as well as physical property. The preservation of life was self defense, as a member of society, or as an individual voting citizen. People receive that right at age 18 when they can participate legally in the Government through elections.

It’s kind of interesting to think of ‘voting’ as an actually act of war, but when it’s done against a king or tyranny of any kind it certainly is. There is only one thing that over-rules a majority election in a Democracy, and that of course is when you have a “Republic For Which We Stand”. That’s the Constitution referred to in the Pledge of Allegiance.

In other words, if you have an election that violates the Constitution in some way, say like a Candidate for President isn’t qualified or “fails to qualify” after the election like he said he could, then the majority who voted for him are not suppose to win because the Supreme Law of the Land puts in check the mob mentality over individual rights. That’s why our Constitution works for you. It protects you from the mob, or it’s supposed to anyway.

The Constitution of the United States has 4,400 words, not pages, and is the oldest and shortest of any major country in the world now. Among those are the closing words, “ ..done in Conventions by the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven and of the Independence of the United States of America the Twelfth in witness whereof We have hereunto subscribed our Names”.

The point being the United States of America does indeed have a Lord who watches, guides, and directs us. The reason I needed to make that point is you’ll notice that no particular religion is mentioned but we are definitely on the time frame of Jesus Christ who died and whose crucifixion and death marked a pivotal moment in our recognized history. There is not another man who time was named after.

Now the important aspect of that is while we do have a position called “President”, there is one higher in authority and force if you will, who is very concerned about those who oppose the Constitution. People, who would rather see their ‘money’ rule, then see the Constitution rule. Of course the money is marked by and in his name also, [“In God We Trust” on every nickel, dime, and penny”] was a line in the new single I released last week.

Ok, BREAKING NEWS of the past: The stimulus was not needed. Every company that said they needed would have figured out a way to do business if that stimulus had not been given. There would have been new names and re-organizations but that’s what America has been doing for a couple hundred years. That prescription was indeed pretty well debated by Mitt Romney I thought in the 2012 debates.

No, the stimulus was “sold” to us as a package that was needed, only because it was the ‘easy’ way to employ the tax payers as slaves to the larger guys on the totem pole. It’s always easier to take money away from someone then it is to earn it, and in their minds, “taking away property” is they’re way of earning it. However, that goes against all the hard working Americans who are employed, it goes against all the small businesses in America who fight and scrap to make it in more of an honest way.

How does this tie in? You see Obama needed a little leverage on his “Eligibility Issue” because he knew he wasn’t qualified and that his Identity was a sham. The people around him knew that to. So it was conceived that through the stimulus package every Representative and Senator actually could be bought and purchased, because “elections aren’t won by voters, they are won by contributors” said Congressmen Charlie Wilson, if you happen to see Charlie Wilson’s War.

I mean in many ways its true; take my word for it as a candidate in many political races I’ve been in for the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate and for President over the last 12 years. When you don’t have any money, you don’t have the necessary means to buy huge political list of donors, equipment, or employ a staff for that matter. You certainly don’t have the money for print, radio, and television which means you don’t have the money for ads, spots, and commercials respectively. If you run apart from the two main parties many times you’re not going to even get invited to the media-sponsored and business sponsored debates.

In that position you are thus relegated to finding free press with a stunt or two which dries up very quickly when the financed candidates get angry at the press for doing it (smile), word of mouth with social media, and maybe the money in your own pockets to get a few lines in of paid advertisement. Of course there is always hope. It’s also true, politics is all local. When people get an idea they like in America, it’s very hard to stop a grass roots movements. It’s the getting that idea in their head that isn’t always easy with no money, even if it’s right. America is made up of talent that did it though, look at Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerman just as a few whose names are known.

Trying to persuade them that for whatever reason they shouldn’t trust the guy they have been voting for, or in other words the professional politicians who caters to donors, takes a concept they can understand and relate to. Back to the movie Charlie Wilson’s War, a scene where “Larry” gets a word with the Representative about not being able to put up a nativity scene in Nacogdoches Texas. Rep. Charlie Wilson who was played by Tom Hanks says something like, “For five thousand dollars a year you can come see me any time, and for ten thousand you can call me Betty Sue and I’ll wash out your rain gutters”.


You see that is the problem. The reason we are not getting a “HEARING” in Congress on Obama’s Eligibility that is fraudulent from the get go, backed up by law enforcement investigations of his long form fabrication, his mis-matched social security card, his phony dated draft registration and all his secrecy in college records in broad daylight as well as the many witnesses all telling us he is not a natural born citizen, is because there are no Representatives or Senators calling for a Hearing. I might add, yet.

Why are they not calling for a hearing on the BIGGEST LIE EVER FABRICATED upon the American Public? Why are they not calling the 2008 and 2012 general presidential elections illegal because the man on the Democratic Party ticket is not qualified under the Constitution of the United States of America and thus was not who he said he was as is required by every Candidate stating they meet the qualifications of said office if elected?

The reason is because the Representatives and Senators large donors took the stimulus money and are not clamoring for a meeting with the Representatives and Senators about Obama’s eligibility. They are hooked and Obama sold generations to come out, on a debt they will never pay back.

That stimulus money 831 Billion in 2009,91.5% of which was spent in the first three years,2011 447 Billion Jobs Act, 100 Billion to build roads,bridges, and schools,was nothing more than bribery or ‘hush’ money, not to mention the 85 Billion a month the Fed has purchased in bonds as quantitative easing, since foreign Governments quit buying, and the Democrats came up with a way to keep the big donors of both parties silent on Obama’s Ineligibility and lack of Qualifications under the U.S. Constitution. What's happening? Why isn't this working after five years and more money spent then all presidents combined before Obama? Deficit's up to 17 Trilliion from 10 Trillion after 8 years of George W.Bush.

To say Obama has had more money than God to make it isn't true, but he sure has pushed the idea to cover his eligibility qualification problem and to keep the money crowd from complaining with handouts. Remember,when you have large donors come in and talk to your Congressmen, the congressmen will let you call them Betty Sue and will clean out your rain gutters for you, because they need that money to get elected ask Leland Lee Democrat arrested for arms dealing and a host of other Democratic Party Politicians, but the big fish Obama is still out there teaching them that lieing,forgery,fraud,deceit are okay while the entire Republican House sits on its hands and points fingers at the small fish.

Do you remember how that stimulus was passed? It sailed with a head wind through Congress in a way that if turned against Obama would have him packed and out of the White House by the end of April of 2014. Corporatocracy is indeed what we are left with when the leaders in the corporate world actually gain the foothold over the Republic’s Constitution. A Plutocracy defines a society or a system ruled and dominated by the small minority of the wealthiest citizens, and the wealthy citizens are not the one's rattleing the cages of they're Congressman on this malfeacence in the White House. Why? Think about it.

For a long time we have put the blame on the shoulders of these Representatives and Senators, but they can’t shoulder that all themselves, although their oaths are to the Constitution, we know in such violations of the Republic’s Constitution something has a hold on them. What is it?

They would not be there if it were not for these BIG DONORS. I mean, I’m with you in thinking it’s very odd that it is actually the BIG COMPANIES designated as ‘to big to fail’ that are so poor they actually took stimulus money’, because of their own stupid dumb ass business decisions. However, in the business world if you can make slaves to work to pay your way, take or receive credit for it, isn’t that attractive and doesn’t that beat having to reorganize under chapter 13 or bankruptcy?

I not only care about the companies that took stimulus money and failed, but I care about the stimulus companies who took the money and kept their mouth shut about Obama's eligibility to their Representatives and Senators! There is near 100% failure to report Obama as ineligiable by companies taking stimulus money. This is a total meltdown on a report of fraud and a total loss on the Constitutiton's demand for a natural born citizen in the highest office of the land. Would they run their own business with such corruption in place? If so, how could we ever trust them with money from the tax-payers and USA Trust Account? What grand lesson do you think will come out of this?

How do I know this? Well, as a small businessman, perhaps you also have received the call; I have from American Stimulus Group handing out the Stimulus money. The prerequisite of getting that money is so simple it’s ridiculous. About all you have to do is say in so many words that you meet the threshold of being able to contribute between five and ten thousand dollars to a political candidate, which translates into a business owner having a circulation of at least sixty to a hundred thousand dollars a month. That's who they are interested in giving money to. Why?

Now that can almost be achieved by your local busy McDonalds, or local automotive mechanic and lube franchise at the lowest level of the stimulus qualification and of course is superseded easily by your local chain or franchised grocery food store, but what that stimulus money does is ‘hush’ the owner up from complaining to their State Representative and State Senator.

Tell me how many of ‘those” fat cats are shouldering the burden of upholding the Constitution by demanding the qualification of the President be held as high a principle? Why wouldn't they think that it mattered unless, they were getting paid for it not to matter? Of course that would not be smart because of what the Constitution provides as an opportunity, plus what only two years left? Wonder what the next President's going to look like?

Perhaps they received that cozy working relationship and just want to block everyone now from getting their chance. It’s kind of like pulling up the ladder once you’re on top or cutting the rope on the bean stock after you made it to the top. There is not a lot of altruism involved there.

That then separates the eyes, ears, and actions of the Representative and Senators from all the little guys, including employees of businesses and small businesses that are doing less than sixty thousand a month in sales and maybe contribute a few dollars in the arena of politics. Now there are a couple of things that threatens this little arrangement that the ‘little guys’ are actually paying for with their taxes and consumption. One of those is if they all got together, pooled their money and votes behind a common candidate. That would be a real threat.

That force would be greater than the short list of bigger business owners who pad the pockets of the politicians and take the stimulus money they’re owned politician gives them-list of the States and stimulus money. Under those conditions the qualifications of the highest office in the land have indeed been usurped, but remember I said there was one higher position in America then the Office of the President?

That’s the Lord Jesus Christ embedded in our money, our Declaration of Independence and our U.S. Constitution at the very core and foundation, the God particle which cannot be bought or purchased with your dollar or property is another threat, but one they just can't do anything about.

Now while this arrangement has been profitable to the large donors and business people with a circulation of currency over sixty thousand a month, who have not complained about Obama’s lack of eligibility and qualification to their Representatives and Senators but have indeed continued to contribute to them, consider your arrangement known, and your name known to. Oh yes, he knows your name and your game very well. I understand that he knows it to.

Consider very shortly that you will be eating out of a pig’s trough, because as a pig that’s going to be your reward for this. Living high on the hog is a concept that you will remember as the good ole days. I can tell you this for sure. The fear of God is going to come upon you in an instant! Your business practices are going to hit a train wreck that you will not recover from for the rest of your life! The stimulus was your one shot at a recovery and its gone, how's that relationship with an ineligiable and unqualified C.I.C. Obama/Soetoro working for you?

That is the flood of Noah coming upon you, and while you have an instant to turn around and turn away, I don’t think you will. You’re on the train track which has been set for you and your future has already been decided. I can tell you that your cozy little relationship is going to vaporize and you will go to the end of the line, the back of the line, and you will not get close to the front every again.

Be secure in knowing God has not closed his eyes or his ears or his actions and that little pit you have dug for all the rest of us, you are going to fall in. There is nothing for you left. It’s gone! You sold your birth right for a pot of Obama’s slop.

One thing I do know as a very small business owner is a truth that I believe every large business owner also knows.

Invincibility is a mirage, and you can call it the luck you had, or you can call it being blessed by God, but while you do control quite a lot in your ingenuity and creative talent, hard work and property management, there is a particle that you do not control and that is the fate that is going to come upon you so fast, and so hard, that as I said you will never recover nor should you for your actions against the foundation of our Nation strengthened in the Heavens by the sacrifices of much better men then you who understood the value of principle in the mansions they now reside in.

While I am sorry for you, I do know that you will live in the memory that God is just, and that you could not escape, “Justice for All in the Republic for which we stand”. Amazing grace, you still have an opportunity to change and it is certainly my hope you do.

The question of our Constitution being relevant to what I’m saying was answered the moment it was signed.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
