The day after Egypt’s 9-11, Anti-Birther Glenn Beck served up a healthy dose of Obama’s Fraud in a monologue more couched in relaying symptoms than in exposing the root of the disease; however the intelligence reported is also tightening the circle drawn around Obama’s neck by drawing out the poignant questions we ask not only ourselves but each other:

1- Why is it important to expose a Fraud?
2- What are the actions or deeds of a Fraud?
3- What are the consequences of a Fraud?

Five hundred forty nine people died yesterday in Egypt and thousands more injured as military forces cracked down on the Morsi-Obama backed Muslim brotherhood protesters angry about the Fraud of their leader being exposed or discovered that ended with a military take-over of the Country which the People supported.

Fanning the flames of terrorism and developing the anger against Americans once again, Obama finds himself at odds with the conundrum of an Administration arming the Revolutionist with a dictatorial agenda represented by military ousted Mohamed Morsi. Morsi who suspended the Supreme Court, suspended the Constitution, and gave himself Supreme authority to institute Sharia law whose Muslim Brotherhood is now using women and children also as shields?

The destructive path is indeed problematic and was clearly understood in my 2012 election campaign commercial where I highlighted the quagmire created by taking sides of any particular religion in the embattled State of Libya. The same thing is happening in Egypt now to the tune of two billion dollars a year in the guise of “democracy” over and above the Republic for which we stand.

Obama now finds himself with the ousted Morsi Muslim Brotherhood sponsored regime that once claimed the high ground of “democracy” ,ousted with the very weapons provided; and now, either against the Muslim Brotherhood, against the people of Egypt, or against the whole of the military of Egypt.

Will Obama support the Muslim brotherhood as he has, or will he turn on the Muslim brotherhood and throw them under the bus? Either way now, Obama has kindled a fire that undoubtedly will bring a fierce anger on the shores of American citizens but what Glenn Beck and many anti-birthers don’t recognize is these are the actions of a Fraud.

Now the Egypt Fiasco as many other Arab springs classified religious extremist movements embodies much more of an agenda centralized in control rather than a true subsidy of the promotion of liberty and freedom for the people that is mirrored domestically by the actions of fraud; as well as a Fraud.

The American People themselves now face in the mirror the actions of fraud and of a Fraud in the destruction of the Republic and our principles of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to assemble, and of course freedom of religion as well as the threatening destruction of many institutions outlined in the Constitution: Oh, like the U.S. Supreme Court, the Navy, The Air force, The Congress?

The first step in removing an institution of the Constitution is by making it “moot” or paralyzing its relevance the same way you do a principle. The goal is to make it irrelevant, in the same manner as say a rodeo clown’s freedom of speech is criminalized, or a man’s video is blamed for the anger against an Embassy, oh, say in Benghazi?

The actions of a Government embroiled in fraud are of course directly associated with following a Fraud. Obama is neither qualified as a natural born citizen demanded by the Constitution (if you thought his birth certificate was legit), because his father was not a Citizen at the time of his birth, but he has not shown any verifiable evidence he was born in the United States either.

Born in the United States to Citizen Parents unless you were a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution are indeed the requirements of our Constitution’s demand for a ‘natural born citizen’ in the Office of the President unlike the different requirements of a U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative also outlined as different and distinct as say, the light of the constellations?

Why are there any differences at all in the Offices of the Representatives and Senators if there is no difference required for the Office of the President? Yet Birthers, people taking a stand for the truth, receive the harshest criticisms and persecutions of journalist and reporters of Main Stream Media and anti-Birthers.

The actions of fraud are what? Lying – Stealing – Controlling?

The Scandals riddling the Obama Administration in NSA spying, A.P. Reporter wire-tapping, Fast & Furious, Benghazi, the Verizon Customer phone-gate, Osama bin Laden, Arab Springs, Solyndra and IRS Profiling conservative tax payers. Ohhh, wish upon a star Obama would simply have shagged an internist and lied about that? Is that what you’re wishing in the face of the American People being profiled?

Obama's identification fraud in representing himself as qualified, when he was not a natural born citizen according to the United States Constitution's demands for the office of the President yet remains the root and the only scandal that has the Constitutional Teeth to unseat the usurpation of the office with national security in mind. Obama is using National Security to skirt all the other scandals successfully and Congress has to buy it.Congress doesn't have to buy something that is NOT Constitutional and is a walking talking violation of the Office of the President and should open hearings immediately!

Lying – Stealing – and Controlling are central features of a Fraud if you didn’t know WHY demanding a ‘natural born citizen’ was important! LOOK! The scandals associated with this usurpation are centralized not on some foreign land but are focused domestically are considered to be terrorizing Americans.

Obama undoubtedly has been involved in stealing the election by representing himself as qualified and actually defrauding all of the votes for him, as well as burning all the election competitors contributions which normally should never have been used in the name of competing against Obama/Soetoro.

Obama undoubtedly is the head of every scandal coming out that involves cover-ups of the Truth. The wonderful truth demands we ask ourselves what indeed are the attributes of a ‘Book Burner’ if they are not lying, stealing, and controlling? Look what this Administration has represented over all these scandals if your looking for lies.

Do we really need to see Obama himself throwing the books in the lit barrel whilst he is reportedly “playing cards 6 hours during the Osama bin Laden fiasco, sleeping during Benghazi, and playing golf during the 9-11 of Egypt?

The actions of a Fraud are to inspire terrorism, to lie, to cheat, to steal, and to control and we all must come to grips with asking ourselves and everyone around us, “Why fraud isn’t the Moral’s, the Justice’s, and the Truth’s recommendation?

You know I have never heard Glenn Beck utter the word “Fraud” so much in the context of Obama’s Administration and Obama himself. The mask of fraud is wrapped up Obama’s long form birth certificate certified by expert testimony in documentation professional analysis, by legitimate legal authority, and has been served to the New Hampshire Supreme Courts, the Georgia Supreme Courts, the Alabama Supreme Courts, the Florida Supreme Courts and many other state courts including the United States Supreme Courts in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 as a complaint of hi-jacking election funds and election votes both in the primaries and in the general elections.

In yesterday’s news Jesse Jackson Jr. was sentenced to prison for mis-using election funds to the tune of near three quarters of a million dollars for vacations and the purchase of Michael Jackson memorabilia of some sorts from what I caught on the news and his wife was sentenced to a year for filing a false tax report.

These poor black promising young people with minor children are sentenced to PRISON for not even a microcosm of what Obama has done in handing out a long form fabricated birth certificate in the White House Press Room to justify the theft of billions of dollars in campaign contributions, using a social security number assigned out of Connecticut and never living there, not to mention having his selective service registration proven a fabricated fraud all by legally qualified and professional personal and its really hard to believe the Jesse Jackson Jr’s father has the guts to watch his son go to prison while he supports Obama’s fraudulent mask, not to mention Obama’s own smirk and feeling of justice thinking he got away with it.

These are the actions of our very own CONGRESS refusing to hear our complaints! Refusing to hear the cry for truth! Refusing to hear the cry of justice! Refusing to hear the moral compass that allows men to be judged by the law rather than by their chair!

Indeed, Congress maybe in the very process of refusing justice, refusing moral equity, and refusing truth because the black-white Obama has a white mother? Is that what it takes to get a pass from Congress? Is that what it takes to get a pass from the Criminal Justice courts of the United States? Is that what it takes to get a pass from the Justices of the United States Supreme Court?

Jesus Christ said, “He who is without sin cast the first stone” and the crowd threw down their rocks and refused to stone she who was caught in adultery. If Obama is forgiven many should be excused, but that still doesn’t make Obama eligible by the demands of the Constitution for a natural born citizen.

Forgiving Obama doesn’t make him eligible, nor does it create an open door for usurpation as upholding the law does not always bring prosecution. Nixon left the White House in August 9,1974 and Ford had his deal in pardoning him.

Is that all you have to do in America to get away with lying, stealing, cheating? Yeah, this is America’s Fraud- it’s world-wide - over 3 BILLION served red-slime instead of real beef. Its time America demanded the real deal pardoned Jesse Jackson Jr and his wife especially if they want to keep the Fraud in the White House. At least that might be consistent in upholding fraud rather than the Fraudulent prosecuting the Fraudulent.

The gears of America are shifting towards Birthers like the 18 Wheeler approaching the downgrade decline where brakes are of no more use and you can palatably smell and see the smoke rising from the wheels. When your knuckles on the steering wheel clinching become white and your heart is pounding at the corner coming up in the wonder of the hairpin turn that you hope you’ve slowed down enough to make without peeling your load off the road completely.

The roar of the diesel engine grinds down low screaming loud in protest but you know it’s the only way of making the road ahead safely and so you’re buckled up prepared as any for the truth of the Birther corner to unfurl as America begins to connect the dots that reveal the most nefarious fraud perpetrated upon the American Republic for which we stand.

Rush Limbaugh’s voice has cracked this week like the whip across America calling the commander-in-thief by his reality show famed name -“Barry Soetoro” - announcing to all of quit-wit an emperor with no clothes on and the haunting facts of the fraud.

Glenn Beck, in the days of 2008 Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. (McNasty) McCain’s campaign once a “Republican Party Dandy”, this week resembled the tearful Pastor confessing to a world-wide audience in humble recognition of the power of truth that we just can’t pick and choose what parts of the Constitution we’re going to uphold and which parts we’re going to ignore.

Beck even went so far as to hold R -Rep. Michele Bachmann’s feet to the fire when she defended the NSA’s intrusion upon American’s privacy and the morphed mentality that security trumps freedom summed up as, “If you’re not doing anything wrong you shouldn’t be worried about the Government in bed and in the bathroom with you, just like prisoners are treated”. The Birthers have been fighting for freedom and liberty all across America all along. Glenn Beck stated in so many words, independence and libertarian ideals have permeated the destroyed Republican Party based on its affair with neo-con progressivism Newt Gingrich idols himself as. It’s no secret that this basically allowed the Fraud-in-Chief to waltz into the White House without a thought of the qualifications of the Office of the President demanded in the United States Constitution.

The only ones left in the shadows of dark crevices are the U.S. Senators and U.S. House of Representatives trembling on the controls of election magnificence in debating the fear of the multitudes and the popularity contest which freaks them out every two years, in the discernment of which hot poker they prefer.

It is rather telling when the guy who thought up “The Patriot Act” which loosened the controls of the Judicial Branch upon the Executive Branch, stated in regards to the NSA’s invasion of America’s homes, bedrooms and bathrooms, that this is out of control and we shouldn’t be spying on our own people.

Now CNN is actually making a move for what they see as a ‘nitch’. The “nitch” is actually called journalism and is a move away from the solidarity of the White House, and towards “The People”. Imagine the concept? It's the capitalistic way shall we say?

Obama/Soetoro has long quit providing the dollars for the Media and while the stocks of the Media Moguls crash in the fight for dollars has ABC, NBC, and CBS scrimping on things like pencils and paper-clips, a new strategy has to be invented to survive.

The unique perspective actually is The United States Constitution!

Truth aims to destroy things like robbery and thievery. The American People don’t like invasions of their privacy and while Bush may have got a push for the New World Order, Obama is the spear-of-the-cheer towards ending the sovereignty of the United States by destroying the Constitution as a walking talking violation himself.

While Americans may have wondered why the United States Supreme Court justices refused to even hear arguments in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 ,a case that came up through the State Courts of New Hampshire and Georgia, that showed Obama’s long form birth certificate to be nothing more than a long form fabrication with over 2500 hundred hours of investigation by professional law enforcement agencies, the breaking news of the NSA’s involvement in spying on Americans has completely unveiled the mystery.

What Americans just barely found out was true, as far as being spyed on, has been entrenched in the mind of the Justices and elected officials long before 2008. American’s are reeling from the realization just the same way that Congress and the Justices across America have already gone through long since.

Ever wondered why no Birther Cases got any action in Georgia? Well, Georgia’s pussy-sport-port has been supported by Obama and is making news today. Glenn Beck was laughing at Obama’s gaffe claiming North & South Carolina and Georgia were part of the Gulf and this port had to be opened up. Glen and Stu were open mouthed in laughter as they debated the intelligence of perhaps opening the port up to the Gulf underneath the Continent from Georgia to Texas. They surmised “that’s probably what O was talking about” as the god-king whose smarter than all.

Connecting the dots is a little game where you connect the dots with lines and then start to see the answer to the mystery picture that hasn’t been seen or has been hidden by a lack of lines in the maze of dots. That is exactly what is happening now as America is informed that the NSA has indeed been spying on them and is collecting their data and info.

How do you feel about living under the same conditions that prisoners live under America?

The biggest problem with that is Elected Officials can easily be manipulated to say, “not investigate the occupier of the White House whose blatantly handed out to the Press in the White House Press core room a known fabrication of his identity. Why would such be necessary and even better how do you suppose O thought he was going to get away with it?

The answer is “CONTROL”!

Corking up Americans in a prison and shaking the bottle never has had good consequences. It didn’t work out that well for England and though this plan remains abit shaded the plot is perfectly understood and soon will be recognized for what it is by every American.

Every American wishing to live in a society that isn’t so controlled by security that it has forgotten courtesy.

Americans are now faced with the thoughts of a bigger challenge: Actually finding politicians who can’t be bought off or controlled by bullied threats, bribes, and assaults. In short America is now looking for politicians who have a ruined reputation anyway so it doesn’t matter. How interesting to see the new American politician comes out of prison to save his countrymen from theirs.

Glenn Beck did an interesting interview with a gal running for office in Georgia. Glenn asked her some interesting questions. He asked her first what she thought was the biggest problem facing Americans?

She said “They don’t trust their Government” Glenn responded, “Why should they trust you?” In other words Glenn was asking her what on your record indicates I have some collateral to trust you to uphold the Constitution when the people I’ve elected haven’t as soon as they get to D.C.?

She didn’t have a good answer because she has no record of action that is convincing. She only has her word that “you can trust her”.”.. but that’s what everyone else said to”, said Beck. She didn’t have a record of supporting the Constitution in objecting to Obama’s eligibility but I do and that is why Americans can trust me. I not only have a record with Obama, but I’ve got one with McCain who wasn’t a natural born citizen qualified either..so it crosses party lines.

We as Americans, though from different parties, should at least unite under the Supreme Law of the Land as the Constitution.

Glenn asked her, “ What are your principles and where is your soul?” She said it was "stirring" but as a politicians running how could her soul be okay having not even understood the biggest fraud in American history in Obama? How is the Republican Parties Soul anyway? It’s dying and it’s not well because of the malignancy of Obama’s eligibility.

I directed a question twice to the Republican Party, once before the 2008 election and once before the 2012 election: “Do you supposed as big believers in God and the divine inspiration of the United States Constitution that God will actually reward you by winning the election, for the actions of not standing up on Obama’s eligibility demanded by the Constitutions’ requirements?”

So far I’ve been right and the Republicans have been wrong with hundreds of millions of dollars going to waste in contributions that make exclamation in proving the point of principle. Now, is it a lessen learned well or has the heart of the Republican Party become so hardened that it will not resolve or repent the principle that it has abandoned?

I think the 2012 election was a confirmation of that heart being so hardened that it will not resolve it or repent of it and thusly will never be rewarded with the Office of the President again! This is why after the 2012 election I received this commercial in a dream near verbatim. I took it as revelation and what was going to happen. Look! Just in this last week, discussed in this article, how much closer we have come to that exact thing happening. America is shifting towards Birtherism and away from general population prison controls.

During the last 7 months, or the first 7 months of Obama’s second term as occupier of the White House the public has been spoon fed no less than one big scandal, ( make that “phony” scandal in Obama’s words), per month and you have to ask yourself, as I ask myself, ‘ Why?

Isn’t it a little disconcerting to you and the Obama State Controlled Media, that they managed control over the one issue haunting Obama’s First Term calling Birthers “nuts”, but soon after the Second Term began the lid blew off and all hell broke loose on a plethora of scandals? How could this be? How come they couldn’t protect Obama as they had from “Birthers” claiming Obama wasn’t a “natural born citizen” and his hand-held released long form fabrication was error free?

Well, you might think that one of the scandals mentioned above actually might be “The One” to bring Obama down, but the truth is there isn’t one that doesn’t shrivel in the eyes of Congress with one word, “National Security” and the “Rights” of those charged with administering it in our “best” interest.

Sarah Palin was recently interviewed by Greta Van Susteren, Host on Fox News, and held up what she called a “Red-neck white chalk board” with the 7 month scandalous affairs scribbled in black magic-marker down the big white envelope, while whistle-blowing that her mouth had been taped shut during her brief courtship of the Vice Presidency in 2008 by GOP leader and former presidential candidate John McCain.



There was one scandal left off of Sarah Palin’s ‘red-neck white chalk board’ I noticed, and that was Obama’s long form fabricated birth certificate and his fraudulent selective service registration. Both of these, are credited by lawful persons qualified to investigate and determine professionally to be “phony” and thus illegal, constituting actionable cause of criminal offense with and in behalf of National Security interest in mind.

The likes of these, mires Obama as unconstitutional and unqualified for the Office of the President according to the Supreme Law of the Land, or Constitution. Now, what are all of these other scandals built upon if not Obama’s phony credentials?

Birthers have been completely vindicated and the load of “nuts” used by the Obama’s State Controlled Media to vilify them has completely run out. What must be done then to save the god-king Obama, emperor of the world, and chosen one as savior to us all?

Surely only mad-men would continue on the course of seeing Obama removed as a liability and a disability according to Amend 14, Sect 3 of the Constitution in the order of holding the integrity of United States Supreme law together. Could there be any such mad-men in Congress searching their own souls as “good free men” willing to do something rather than be king men watching humpty dumpty fall off the wall?

“All the Kings Horses and All the Kings men couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty together again”, isn’t that the way its suppose to work when Humpty Dumpty builds upon an “un-constitutional wall” occupying the office as a usurper hoping against odds no one will see him as the emperor with no clothes on striding down MainStreet un-covered by and naked of the United States Constitution’s demands for President?

You know when horses are fed the good alfalfa hay; they look forward to being fed every feeding. They perk their ears up and look at you with beaming excited eyes and ears. Sometimes during winter months some of the good hay not dried properly has gotten old and is borderline mildew.

The horses of course are hungry but they look at you like, “Can’t you see I haven’t finished the old crap hay you gave me this morning and now you’re putting more crap hay in my manger”. There is a tolerance level horses have with mildew hay.

They can eat a little but not much or they will colic and die. A farmer is loathe to feed it, but he has also paid a high price for the hay, especially if that’s all there is. He almost apologetically must feed the horse or it will die of starvation.

So, what happens when the ugly bad news is all you have to report but the public has been fed so much ugly bad news they’re near the toxic level of indigestion about the highest office in the land, and why would you do such a thing any way?

The public is near sick to death from so much scandalous feedings and no law to do anything about it? It’s as if they are trapped by the Congressmen unwilling to take a stand for the good hay. Why has the farmer fed so much bad hay anyway?

Well, I’ll tell you why. It’s because there are no more “nuts” to feed the public about Birthers and they are desperately trying to increase the toxic level of indigestion to the public to a point where the public wouldn’t care if Obama wasn’t a “natural born citizen”. They just want to make it to the next season without dying- Make it to spring and a new crop of hay, or in other words, the next election.

The only way to do that now, Birthers have been completely vindicated; now Birthers are seen as having the only immaculately clean barns; and now Birthers are seen as having fed the truth, which is good clean hay to the public, is to create a toxicity level high enough that the public is near death and awash to the decision on wither it is better to eat the good hay the Birthers have furnished up to preserve the Constitution, or wallow in nauseous smelling barns eating bad mildew hay until the next election risking death and a national security catastrophe?

Ordinarily that would be an easy decision, if it weren’t for the fact the load of “nuts” had been fed to the public about Birthers in the first place, it would be a very easy decision.

So, the question is formed,” How can the god-king Obama rape, pillage, murder, and plunder devouring all of America and her future generations, against the law while all the kings horses and all the kings men fret about wither they can get re-elected to office feeding the mildew hay, because all the nuts are gone?”

Neither, Congress or the Media can say the Birthers are “nuts” anymore. Obama is ineligible for Office. The Cold Case Posse 2500 hour investigation has been submitted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 in what amounts to an authorization to defraud my campaign of 20 million dollars by authorizing Obama candidacy without investigation or even hearing the evidence supporting the facts Obama is not a 'natural born citizen'.

I'm not sure when the rest of you had 20 million dollars ripped off from you but it makes me damn mad. Obama has ripped me off, all those who supported me as a qualified candidate, and why stop there. Obama has defrauded and ripped off every campaign for President since 2008 by billions of dollars. Any one reading this think you'd be okay having Obama come in your house and rip off everything? All your savings, all your hard work, all your time, energy, and leave you buried in a hole so deep no one can see you?

Oh yeah, silly me, if your an American he has had done that to you too. Just because you are living on borrowed time in your fancy house and driving your fancy car doesn't mean your not a slave sold as such by the American debt some 17 Trillion dollars now and growing faster. Just because your pointing at me in my decadent hole doesn't mean the ground isn't falling out from under you and that as Obama erodes the foundation of America's Union, the time will come when you won't have any power to recover from the cave in.

Probably more disturbing then any loss of property is the stripped principles and integrity of the United States of America. As one tearfully remembers the winter of Valley Forge and the meager rations sometimes every other day of a piece of bread the naked soldiers of Washington endured, with few having blankets, shoes or even pants to cover their nakedness in harsh winter the principles of integrity burned in their hearts and they did not abandon them as deserters of the Republic for which we now stand, or at least did stand.

In the dead of winter men fought for our freedom and liberty for the Constitution which was a promise to future generations of the opportunity not to be spied upon, not to be profiled by the IRS, have witch hunts upon reporters,to have marines told to stand down in protections of our embassies,to fund known enemies and terrorist abroad siding with a particular religion rather then fighting for the freedom of all.

The grievances of George Washington and his men would make you weep and cry to begin to reiterate made so many times by what President Washington referred as the discernible dilapidation of quality person's in Congress. The heart grows heavy with the many times all hope was in reality extinguished from the cause of the Republic with out-numbered forces, traitors, and tyrants.

However the rays of hope burn bright to just how many times Congress called a day of fasting and divine providence turned the winds towards the prayers of those fighting for independence, even as we are now helpless having appealed to the United States Supreme Court multiple times, having petitioned Congress over and over and over again.

Tis my prayer, the Almighty of the Universe indeed look upon our Republic and see the discrimination, the unjust wicked plundering, the slaughtering of innocent blood, the pilfering of property and monies,the grievances formed from wicked intentions and release us from the enslavement for which we have been disposed as children of the Republic and upon our records make his righteous judgments.

Come what may I would like everyone to understand we all must see where we are on these facts. What A First Marathon Race- My Desert News Classic Marathon Experience

July 24th, 1847 A day celebrated in liberty and freedom in Utah as "Pioneer Day" commemorating Brigham Young's entry into the Salt Lake City Valley on Exodus from religious persecution with all the excitement of the 4th of July- Parades, Rodeo's,Concerts, Fireworks, and all kinds of Races including the Desert News Classic Marathon sung as the oldest Marathon west of the Continental Divide.

They came from all over the United States to run Texas, Idaho, Wyoming,Washington,California,Florida, Colorado,Arizona,Oklahoma,Kansas,Nevada,Virginia,Washington DC,New Mexico,New York,Ohio,Missouri,Alabama,Montana, Illinois,Indiana,Minnesota,Massachusetts,Wisconsin, Hawaii and as far away as Australia.

What a Race!

This was my first Marathon race and I was just thrilled with achieving the two goals I had set for the race. 1) Run without stopping to drink, walk or use the "honey-bucket". 2) To run the race in under 5 hours. I achieved both. I ran through my water stops without stopping, held my bladder well, and got in under the 5 hour mark by a whopping 16 minutes.

In addition to this being my first Marathon, it was also the longest distance I'd ever run by 2.3 miles. The closest I'd ever come to the 26.2 miles a Full Marathon represents is 24 miles ran a little over 3 weeks ago in training. I did that 24 miles in 5 hours so to do the 26.2 miles in 4 hours 44 minutes was a personal crusher of barriers.

You may or may not have read the piece I did last on this blog which detailed a bit of my training for this in my age class and weight class called the Clydesdale Division, which was happy to place 2nd in.

I was 2nd in my "Age Division in the Clydesdale Division" - 4th in the Overall Clydesdale Division - 31st in my Age Division overall - and 310 Overall in the whole Full Marathon of some 500 Entries.

My Desert News Classic Marathon Experience

One of the mistakes I made based on inexperience was depleting my reserve tank a little in training. I ran 16 miles 3 days before the race and 7 miles 2 days before the race instead of tapering my miles 5 days before the race to 5,4,3,2,1 mile, but where mistakes were made I did a good job in eating 2 days before the race to make-up for the depletion in stores with the 48 hours I had before the race.

I ate like a Clydesdale. Monday for example I ate 2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with cherry jam, a big apple, a banana, a large plate full of pasta, 1/2 a can of black beans, 4 big pancakes covered liberally with peanut butter and syrup, 2 fried eggs, and 32 oz. of pure Orange Juice with protein and electrolyte supplements added, and that was before Noon.

After that I had a whole plate of Chips smothered in shredded roast beef, cheese,onions,jalapeno's, for a snack, a large portion of roast beef, 2 potatoes, a whole onion, 2 carrots and half an apple pie for desert the whole time pouring down liquids 16 oz of milk, and near 2 gallons of water spread out the whole day.

The day before the Marathon was much the same diet except I stopped eating entirely at 6 pm that night to let the compost settle and work its magic. The night before the Marathon a good sleep would work well. I tried, but it didn't happen.

Went to bed at 9pm but my heart was all ready in the race beating like the starting line gun was going to go off any minute. I tossed and turned till 11:30pm finally took 2 Tylenol and slept like a baby till my wonderful ex-wife who I'd ask to give me a ride to the bus text me saying she was in the drive-way at 1:45am.

I leaped out of bed and into the shower, scrambled to get dressed and grabbed my packed back-pack and was out the door at 2:05am on the way to Rice Eccles Stadium to catch the bus up to the Park City starting line at 3:15am. Damn., decided to leave the back-pack with her and forgot my bandanna. She turned around quickly and got it to me before the buses took off.

It pays to be on the first bus, because when you get off there is no line to the Honey-Bucket Porta Potti. I made my dash twice, the second time waiting much longer in line. Approximately 500 Marathon Runners using 12 porta potti's can be an exciting place to be if you were a bear watching from the woods all those humans doing different dances holding it I laughed and imagined.

5am - thirty minutes before starting time.

Well, the gun went off at 5:30 am without a hitch and we all launched down a tortuously steep 5 mile switchback down hill. For me personally I felt the muscles holding the most lactic acid in my body was being pressed on with a vice grip- my schin muscles. I could not get comfortable and was damn near in a wincing snarl looking forward to every mile marker for the pain to stop.

Finally, around mile 4 it begin to subside and I was beginning to notice the beautiful scenery and enjoy the race when I grabbed my first water and opened my first CU just for practice and entertained a sip before I staggered into "the hill". So many people had talked about the downhill treachery and no one had mentioned what I was staring at.

It wasn't a "hill" - that was a flipping "mountain" to climb with probably 3 ridges that cut back to reach the summit 3 whole miles up a grade that would have an 18 wheeler gearing down to 20mph to climb. Wow! Was I ever glad I had trained with hills. I geared down to my low hill climbing running pace and sailed over it with a wild roar to my fellow Marathoners: "Let's Get This!". I was a much happier runner going up to mile 8.

Hadn't had too much experience running down grades so steep and from mile 10-12 I felt like I kept trying to learn how to relax my mid-torso and lean into the hill with faster quicker steps which worked much better then a flexed torso and a slight forward lean. I watched many other runners especially a lot of women pass me with a gate I had not mastered that seemed second nature to them.

I was awed with my fellow runners on this beautiful summer day treading the path Brigham Young had entered the Valley in. I could almost see him buoyed with pride in Heaven at what a beautiful pasture of green and flowers the salt desert he had entered had become, and here I was celebrating this with my fellow runners who had come from all over the United States and who were in my mind some of the greatest athletes in sea of our culture to rub shoulders with.

It was humbling to share the same pavement as they did. I road up on the bus with a trim classy 90 pound oriental lady who had called SLC home a week, just for this race. Maria was from Buda (near Austin) Texas and she was running her 46th Marathon at age 55. Maria was about to win her age Division at a scorching 3 hours and 50 minutes with an 8:47 pace. Wow!

There was no getting around it, I had to run my own race and settle my 210 pounds of collected Clydesdale hitting the pavement hard with all the strength and stamina I had- Slow,steady, and firm. One couple passed me and with the encouragement they mustered flattered me two shades saying; "Those are some good-looking calve muscles you have. The kind you need to climb hills".

I carried my phone and will share a few text and times I sent them to my sweet ex-wife who had agreed to come and get me after the race after she'd dropped me at the bus at 3am.

Mile 13 was coming up and I felt strong. Starting at 5:30am and now half way past mile 13 I text at 7:46am "Just passed half way" in 2 hours 16 minutes, but it was the 20 mile Marker I was looking for to increase my pace a little. At mile 19 I text at 8:45am ":) mile 19 past".

Molly had told me to increase my pace at mile 20 but as I broke out of the canyon at Mile 18 I was starting to feel fatigue set in and have her way with me and felt a drag that required 2 more cliff packs to shake.

The Salt Lake Police Department was doing a great job directing traffic for us and I thanked every officer I passed for his time for us. Again I was feeling stronger and passed through intersections feeling collected and in good form and we Marathoners begin to see a few people on the side of the roads waving and encouraging us which was a great inspiration to me as I hit mile 23 at 9:38am I text, "Past mile 23" and side stepped an officer laughing I said, "Don't run and text" and I kidded with another in a 15 mph zone, "I wished I was speeding!"

The pavement begin to make mince-meat of my muscles as I worked my way down to the 24th of July parade for mile 24, but as I entered the Parade Hall and heard the cheers of the 100,000 people my spirit took over and forgot about the pain. Now I was riding on angels wings hitting my feet on the street like a prancing Clydesdale pulling his load as a happy camper headed for his oats after a hard days work.

Mile 25 we turned off the parade route and all my enthusiasm with it. My body was saying "this is farther then we have ever come before", remembering the 24 miles I had done 3 weeks ago. At 10am I text,"1 more mile to go.." and indeed reassurances from friendly officers steering our path clear encouraged the few around me.

As I plodded away at my trot from about mile 22 to the end I was now passing those who had passed me and were walking. Like I said, "If your still running at any pace your still going fast at the end of a marathon" and I had kept my run going and had not descended into a walk-run-walk pace which many were doing. My steady as-you-go pace was now paying off.

Finally at last corner I turned and to my delight I saw the finish line some 500 yards away and my legs begin springing into action and floating again at the distant cheers and encouraging yells. We turned back onto the end of the parade route at 9th east and I saw the big arch of the Marathon across the street, loud speakers blasting some muscle beating music, and I was a now dashing a proud Clydesdale about to over-take another couple of runners who had passed me earlier. The screaming announcer yell my number in anticipation of the short distance race I appeared much more ready to win, and the thrilled crowd burst into applause at my last 100 meter sprint that felt as if I was floating above ground.

No longer was I the 210 pound Clydesdale collected and steady,- now I was the springing deer bounding over sagebrush, my hands in the air I had completely forgotten about the 26 grueling miles behind me and I yelled "Whah-whoo!" approaching the finish line and roared,"YES!" as I crossed it.

I was so thrilled I'd made it and achieved my personal goals. Indeed, and I had finished my longest run and first ever Marathon. I was grateful to God for the expression of talents I had been given by the Almighty, honored to have been part of a legacy of religious freedom, liberty, and independence this race was all about and touched personally by the encouragement, personal efforts, and great spirits of my fellow Marathoners whom I was now apart of and I had a Finishing Medal to reflect on a wonderful memory.

Campaigns and Marathons have more in common than you think, and while I’ve been involved with quite a few political campaigns that were marathons in that they were very long races, I’d never actually run an official 26.2 mile Marathon. If you have seen my frame you’d say to yourself it’s just not made for that kind of distance.

One of the very handsome characteristics I’ve been discovering in the Running World is that there is a lot of love there amongst runners, a lot of encouragement, a lot of comradery, and a lot of different Running Divisions, catered for you to compete in, that break down with age, gender and weight.

The Clydesdale Division for men 200 lbs. and over is one division I signed up for and the corresponding Division for Women is called the Athena Division. I think it’s brilliant. When it comes to my 47 year old, 210 pound frame, without the age and weight divisions I’d feel sunk without a friendly hand to dig me out of the hole, and on the alternative I could actually be performing better and never be recognized for it without the divisions.

One thing I’ve noticed is there is abit of a void when it comes to training advice/ procedures, equipment recommendations, nutritional tidbits that might be more accommodating to the Age Division and Clydesdale Division that I’m in. In short we as a running class are lacking in leadership simply because the “fastest” times crossing the finish line are the stars, and frankly those stars are not geared up to remotely understand what we are going through.

Their shoes don’t wear out as fast from the extra weight on the road wearing and tearing on the rubber soles; their skin doesn’t rub in places an extra 100 lbs finds friction on; bones, tendons, ligaments, and muscles act much differently with added weight, and it requires a lot more time and energy and stamina to get 200+ over the finish line then it does 150 lbs.

Imagine if you will- asking the top 10 finishers of any Marathon to run the race with a weight handicap or belt of 50 to 100 pounds? Imagine the bewildered look on their faces-The new problems that would cloud their heads? The new performance challenges they would find as massive hurdles to overcome?

When it comes to running Marathons I’m certainly a novice but in that green experience I’ve picked up a few things in my training that just might encourage some of the other Clydesdales' who have avoided running Marathons, or training for Marathons, simply because they didn’t think they could be good runners. Believe me, there is great satisfaction in breaking through the walls and overcoming these challenges that many say you can't, and simply discourage.


My Past Running Experience

Competitive athletic sports have been a big part of my life, but I never imagined in my life-time ever contemplating, training or even entering a full Marathon. Those Marathoners were absolutely nuts in my past experience with track, wrestling, and football all of which I lettered in my high school years.

I played football for 13 years, including one year in College. As a running back I was quick and had a 6.7 yard per carry average my Senior Year as well as being Best Offensive Player and MVP of my team. In track I ran short races including the 110, 240 meter races, threw the Discus, and was on the relay race teams again at the short distances which were a lot of fun. I've also golfed quite a bit competitively and professionally and walking a course in 100 degree weather with the PGA dress code takes being in shape to perform.

At the beginning of the year in school sports we’d always have to run about 4 miles the first few days to kind of get our body in to shape and I thought this was a long distance and never ever cared to run it any more than absolutely necessary.

Now throughout my life after College I’ve been known to get out there and do that 4 miles as I recognized, always did, that it was a pretty good distance to shape up your body and keep your form if you had one too many pizza slices. I always thanked God I could run, never have taken it for granted, and have never thought about setting it completely aside.

Without the rigors of training, and with age, our metabolism slows and the natural consequence, especially if you’re eating habits remain the same, is finding your wardrobe seems to be shrinking in size and the scales are tipping as they did when you were younger and could eat whatever you wanted. Life’s dance must adapt and change, but can in short remain fun and fulfilling.


How did I got into Longer Distances?

Another thing I like is dancing and it was dancing that put me in touch just by happen-stance about a year ago now with one of the best female Marathon Runners in the whole Country. Molly in my eyes resided on Mt. Olympus itself and truthfully she just finished the Leadville Marathon third for women (23rd overall) and that is after recuperation of a knee surgery just a few months ago. Last year (2012) she won it! I didn't know any of that when I met her.

What got me curious was that she could start dancing in the front of the evening and keep dancing till the party was over. I mean dancing hip hop toe pop’n light footed bouncing-well, you could call it the real challenging aerobics classes for 3 hours.

She’s awesome but it was more than her radiant smile, genuine flamboyant personality and less then 3% body fat that got me curious. It was her stamina. How could she never leave the dance deck and not care if her hair was soaking wet from sweating?

I danced by her side for 16 weeks straight all the while I kept inquiring more and more about her life time of experience in running. We both loved the dance and were content to just have fun and enjoy friendship. I provided good cover for her dancing space to guys less polite and wishing to invade it which I was happy to do. We definitely represented two completely different body types and the curious question and challenge in my mind formulated, “Could I actually do what she was doing?” I nominated Molly as my un-official coach.


About the 2nd Saturday I met Molly I woke up the next morning inspired and wondering: “How far could I run before hitting the wall?” I’d never actually challenged myself to the question but Molly had inspired me so I got up one Sunday Morning and started running.

Now when you’re running away from your house and you don’t know how far you can run it pays to remember you actually have to run the same distance back to your house to get home. In my-self challenge I pictured running 10 miles-I made it 7 before I was reduced to aiming my run over to my ex-wife’s house hoping to get a ride home back.

Of course as it happened she wasn’t home so I sat on the steps absolutely with my nose against the wall I’d hit so hard. Hitting the wall simply refers to the process your body goes through when it can’t go on any more. Glycogen is the easy fuel for muscles and when it runs out your burning fat which is not comfortable with your muscles and kind of represents going back to the dark ages of manufacturing reserves- Picture cutting the wheat with a hand blade rather than a tractor-combine.

I didn’t even know how far I’d run exactly till I clocked it one day, but in my mind it was the end of the road. To hell with Molly, she was crazy.

Every week I’d return to the dance floor and there Molly would be dance’n up a storm and I’d be huff’n and a puff’n like an old dragon doing his best. She was always very kind and asked how’d I’d done that week running. It took me awhile to venture off my 4 mile post again.

In my own style rather than clock off miles, I began aiming for land marks and then back home. Out to McDonalds and back without stopping. Then I’d get in my car and clock how far it was. Seven miles for me, and I got pretty good at that one doing it about three times a week.

The winter came in and it was a cold -one- one of the coldest I recall. I remember waking up about 6am putting two pair of sweats on, three shirts and a pull over, gloves and a hat to run in a blizzard one morning with the temperature about 10 below. I was making my own tracks now in four inches of snow and thought if I could run in this I could run in anything.

While doing things like this may seem crazy, it also gives you something to lock up in your library when things are tough or your challenged with a circumstance. Every challenge or hurdle you give yourself goes into your quiver and can be pulled out as a memory to give you a reference point in overcoming other challenges or hurdles you face. Confidence is a jewel in running and building it a necessity.

The consistency and challenge to myself was rewarding and I credit being stronger to never getting really sick that winter. As I pat myself on the back and thought I was doing so good I told Molly of my continued running and one Saturday night as I was begging for tips from her she asked me, “Is there any hills in your run or is it just flat?”, then batting her eyelashes she looked back at me as I crawled in the hole she’d made for me with one sentence. “No”, I replied.

“Hills.. she wanted me to run hills?” in my 7 miles I thought. That’s crazy. Of course there was the right turn at McDonalds I could make, up about a mile and a parallel road called Harrison Blvd in Ogden, Utah that had some hills in it. One was really steep and about a quarter of a mile and the other was gradual and about a mile but I could turn down to my house from there and clocked it at 8 miles.

I remember the first time I did that run. Winter wasn’t over but I didn’t stop. I made the hills at the slowest pace you could make without walking, just putting one foot in front of the other. I was so excited to text Molly and say, “There are your scallywagging hills, done without stopping.”

Molly had a friend she brought dancing once in awhile whose name was Chad Carson and he, I learned, had done an amazing amount of ‘hundred milers’. Chad worked at McKay Dee Hospital and was in the Surgery room as an anesthesiologist, but it was great talking to him and l was filled with as many questions as I had answers to.

I had developed a heel bruise. He told me about orthopedic inserts and explained, more than a heel problem, it was an arch support problem. He was right. I have a very high arch, another indication I was not built for long distance running.

So, I bought a new pair of shoes and the pain was gone within days from the additional good arch support. Molly had told me I needed to get some good running shoes but I didn’t run out and buy her recommendation and it wasn’t long before it caught up with me.

I had taken good notes on my phone with every tid-bit of help I had received from both of them, so it was easy to go back to and apply when the time was right. Sometimes you can’t justify spending $150 to $200 dollars on a pair of running shoes when your budget says $30, so I learned to keep my eye out at Ross’s for a good pair which I was able to find.

Molly said I could get about 1,000 miles out of her recommendation but as I discovered and proved an extra 100 pounds cuts that down significantly with the wear and tear of the sole ripping on the pavement.

As spring began to unfold my hill run was getting easier and faster. I increased it by another hill and three more miles for a total of eleven and I also begin searching on the Internet on articles about “loading”. For Marathons that has to do with eating carbs and properly fueling your muscles for distance running, and I also begin to ponder a running a half Marathon.


Preparing For My First Marathon

As I studied training recommendations and varying opinions, questions began to rise up in my mind. It took a lot more calories to get 210 lbs across a finish line then it did 175 lbs. or 105 lbs. And while some training programs recommended alternating one and two hours of running a day in a four month build up before a Marathon I noticed a big difference between eight miles and sixteen and most of the training recommendations were not building my confidence or what I termed my muscle stamina.

One day I risked big and did a sixteen miler that had yet an additional two hills in it I got home but felt it was again the distance that held my nose against the wall. However, I was so thrilled that I had passed the half Marathon Distance of 13.1 miles that I wasn’t discouraged but rather encouraged. It was about that time, 60 days ago, I started pondering wither I could actually skip the half Marathon competition and go for the Full 26.2 mile Marathon.

After a couple more “sixteens” spread apart at least by a couple of days for recovery my muscles demanded, I ventured for a twenty-two miler. I was sadly beat down and had to walk-run-walk about mile twenty and finally had to just simply walk the last two miles home.

Run-walk-run was a technique I‘d read about to help people get through a marathon. While it may get you through a marathon my own style was not satisfied in walking. I just didn’t want to quit running. Even when you’re at your slowest pace of running you are going fast. Things slow way down when you “brake” your gate to a walk. Understanding this helps you understand that as long as you’re running things like distances your covering behind you are accumulating very fast. This mental inspiration helped me understand that even a slow pace of running was ok and would bring its reward.

I have noticed many runners out-pacing themselves as they past me. “Sure”, I thought, “ They past me but while their speed was a signature on their back to me their stamina was not .” Could they keep that pace for 26.2 miles, or even 10 miles? “Probably not”, so goes the positive affirmation of the Clydesdales, the real work-horses of the Marathon.

While the fastest time is rewarded in a Marathon isn’t it interesting that “stamina” might be measured by those in the middle of the field. The difference of time on the road and a continued pace is significantly different for someone finished with their Marathon in 3 hours compared to someone taking 6 hours. Think of being on a football field for 3 hours verses 6 or 10 hours and a real appreciation comes into your mind for those making the Marathon at the slower paces.

My green experience taught me there was a significant difference in eight miles, sixteen miles, and a twenty-six miler. Each distance required a different strategy and more importantly a different “stamina”.

When your foot hits the pavement and your muscles lift off it so many times effectually you ligaments, tendons, muscles and even your bones require what seems conditioning for the affect.

This build up of “stamina” is more important than building your “wind” in the beginning. It became a clear goal for me to work on. No matter how much wind I had if my feet couldn’t take the pounding I wasn’t going anywhere.
First get the stamina and then the wind will come, and you can shorten your time.

Last week, I entered the Desert News Classic 24th of July Marathon that runs from Park City to Salt Lake City Utah. I hear it’s hard on the knees with a steep decent and I’m thinking the hills I ran was good training to build up muscle to withstand this pounding.

This race has significance and distinction, while its my first, its also honorably noted as the oldest Marathon Race west of the Continental Divide and follows the same path Utah pioneers made into the Salt Lake Valley.

Over the last two and a half weeks I’ve run 145 miles. The longest has been 24 miles which I was very excited about because I didn’t have any walks, and while it took me 5 hours, there were four pretty good hills to climb in it, (however on the down side I haven't had any training runs that high and I may suffer for that.) But that hasn't excited me as much as the fact that this week I’ve run four 16 milers and one 8 miler with one day off. Before I needed at least two days to recover from a 16 miler and doing two back to back was impossible. Another hurdle cleared.

This is the stamina and quick recovery I have sought in my training even though some may call it over training. I don't call it over training as a Clydesdale, I call it getting used to the work load because worse things can happen when your not used to it and your muscles just don't have stamina. One of the scary things that happened to me though after I entered was a nickel blister that formed right in my arch after my first 16 miler this week. What a place to get a blister! Would this stop me from my needed training before the race?

I reflected on my experience of blisters forming on my hands from working with horses and on the fruit farms and the necessity to work the next day, and promptly popped it and soaked it in as hot of salt water as I could stand for 15 seconds at a time.

The next morning I did another 16 miles on it and it had toughened up significantly enough not to tear. This again gave me another arrow of confidence to understand that I can push through some difficulties without stopping.

That’s the stamina I’ve been working so hard for and I feel is coming. I’ve been able to stay healthy. Nutrition and rest has been just as much a part of that as the conditioning or training. Perhaps I’ll write a little about that in another post.

For now I’ve got just a few more work-outs before my first Marathon that I have confidence I will complete, as long as I run my own race and stick with the pace I have confidence and stamina in. There are no hills to climb in this Marathon so who knows maybe that will help me in my time because Molly challenge me do some hills and I got used to running them. Maybe she's not crazy at all.

I’ve had to buy a new pair of shoes again, and have got to break them in before the race a little because the tread wore off the heels of my others. I’ve gained some understanding in beginning my carb loading even 3 days before the big race in a great article I found here.

Until after the marathon I wish all my fellow Clydesdales strength in every extension and stamina in every mile.

An unparalleled attempt was made by myself to the administration of justice in this matter directly to the Solicitor General as well the United States Supreme Court multiple times in my case there not only in 2012 but in 2013


If Congress does consider the matter of its own reputation and the trust accounted to the Legislative Body as a check and balance of the Judicial and the Executive branch as intended by our Republic for which we stand, the places for the United States Supreme Court Clerks as well as the Justices to hide will be left in only the clefts of the rocks and caves of the underground world.

Its is truly a very sad disgrace of our Civil Rights, your's and mine, that these alerts of fraud, abuse of power, indiscretion of law and order on which our Republic has been built firm have been chipped away by the officers so trusted to enforce and uphold it by their oaths to that particular duty.

The belief in an unjust God in Heaven must be their creed, particularly opposing our Lord so insinuated within our United States Constitution as to recall his birth in the great signing day remembered as Article. VII., "done in Convention of the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven..", of this beloved document of our history, our head, and our body near abandoned by scoundrels seeking with every breath the destruction of We The People.

I learned an interesting thing reading George Washington today. In only the 2nd Congress when it was decided an Army needed to be raised to protect the American colonist from more advancing taxes, this is after the Boston Tea Party, and a few skirmishes had taken place like Bunker Hill, it was in the interest of many to have someone born here in America to be appointed General of the Army. George Washington, actually won favor on that point and a few others securing the South's support for the first ever General of an American Continent army.

This was before The Declaration of Independence and before the Constitution. I guess I found it interesting that the point was well understood at before anything was written down "Born in the U.S." was very important for the top guy leading the army. Interesting point "a natural born citizen" born in the U.S. to Citizen parents accept if you were a citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution came to be included as a pre-requisite and qualification of the Office of the President. I had no idea that ideal had come to bear on that important office of "general" long before any Constitution was created and actually did come into favor in the decision for making George Washington the first General. This was before he ever became the first President.

Our freedom and liberty, our Civil Rights are doubtlessly indebted in the formulation and also the preservation of our Union to this day. There is no corporation or individual receiving the blessing under the United States of America's Constitution that should not question the defacing, demarking, or vandalism of the true principles as sound wisdom set therein as anything but attempts of grievous self-aggrandizement as Obama has set in the extreme case of nefarious insult to the American Citizenry.

Doubtless is the fact that those daring Obama's coat-tails place themselves in perilous providence in the undertaking of cover-ups of such magnitude as to arouse the scorn and merciless anger of a U.S. Populous that should make Egypt's debacle of Obama sponsored former President of Egypt-Morsi departure look a peaceful transition, where the very Angels of Heaven fear to tread but to arouse the anger of a loving and just God.

What can we say about the Amnesty dialogue happening now in the debate across America? Wasn't it amazing to hear Rush Limbaugh -the conservative talk show host and national treasure of America say to a women calling in expressing her desire to accommodate low information voters and ascent to Amnesty for the points that Marco Rubio would get and thus the Republican Party?

Its difficult for me to contain my lunch with the conundrums heard this morning as she played devil advocate to Rush a little while Rush maintained the sluggish high ground of "PRINCIPLE" over politics maintaining that Amnesty should be opposed. Of course "points" to Rubio though not articulated may have had reference to his running for President in 2016 also for which he is not qualified by the demands of the natural born citizen qualification for the Office of the President.

Wow! Can we just take a little trip down memory lane and say that if "principle" has been maintained by Rush- 66 Million , Glenn 90 Million, and Sean 30 Million , three people listed in Forbes 100 Magazine as top earners in 2012, Obama would not be in office. What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul? I imagine we'll find out.

If they conservative legends of America, actually maintained, understood, perhaps acknowledged Obama's long form birth certificate and draft registration pose the biggest crisis at the root of Obamacare and Amnesty this Nation has ever seen? Maybe then they would have a point on principle?

Of course then they would have really been fighting the fight and been on the front line taking the hits, shoveling the Birther Mire as it caved in on them, digging in, and maintained the moral high ground of our Constitution.

Today I had an interesting thought about Jesus Christ to share. Its been in my mind for awhile but I don't think I've written about it on my blog before, however, it is relevant I believe in the crisis of our Country at this time in severe trauma. The interesting thought had to do with Jesus drawing on the ground in John 8:8. Of course much has been written about this.

John 8:6-8
This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.

Some believe that this was foretold by Jeremiah the Prophet.

O LORD, the hope of Israel, All who forsake You shall be ashamed. "Those who depart from Me Shall be written in the earth, Because they have forsaken the LORD, The fountain of living waters."

Multitudes of sermons have been preached concerning what it was that Jesus wrote there that caused the scribes and Pharisees who brought to Him the woman caught in adultery, to drop their stones that they were about to stone her with, and back off. Many believe that Jesus was making a list of the names of the men that had used this woman, and that all of their names were on the list.

Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

I hope that you also noticed that the woman that was caught in the very act of adultery was Mary Magdalene. Many believe that this is the same Mary that is the sister of Martha and Lazarus.

Jesus drew a line in the sand here. In the world in which they lived, people could either follow Him or be "of the world". There could be no straddling of this line... it was either one side or the other. Ultimately the crowd dispersed seeing they could not accuse her being in need of forgiveness themselves as Jesus spoke, he who is without sin let him cast the first stone.

It was indeed of all else a line Jesus drew, meaning there was one. What is a line drawn in the sand. Isn't it where you say I will not retreat and go backwards from this point? Isn't it where you commit to your stand and shall not step backwards or yield?

Well, Obama's eligibility was in my mind that line in the sand. It was the point that if crossed would mean an infiltration by usurpation within the very Executive Branch of our Government that is the Enforcement of Law. It is I don't mince words the "Key" to the Constitution, your civil rights, our freedoms and liberties, and in essence the integrity of The Republic for which we Stand.

Now all the Conservative Radio Talk Show host Obama is making millions for have literally profited millions of dollars opposing Obama. Now if opposing Obama was such a lucrative thing to do why have all the Presidential Candidates who opposed Obama's eligibility been so stricken with poverty and so very few contributions?

Now ask yourself where in the line in the sand, on which side when it comes to the eligibility of Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro, is Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Sean Hannity?

Aren't these the guys interviewing Presidential Candidates bringing their case to the American People as a service for which they've been paid handsomely? You know I can't name one Presidential Candidate ever interviewed by Rush, Glenn, or Sean opposed to Obama based on the grounds of not being eligible.

Believe me, its a very short walk from being a paid opposition to being an accomplis, especially when you understand that identity fraud, fake identity papers, fraudulent representation is punished severely upon American Citizens, and all but forgotten when it comes to illegals.

Obama's fraud and forgery are all but forgotten by the Conservative Radio Show Host? Why? Don't want to disturb their gravy train or blame Obama for pointing the gun at their heads? Which one makes a little more sense?

This Amnesty Charade has done what for the IRS Scandal, The Benghazi Scandal, The Verizon Wireless Scandal, The A.P. Reporter Wire Tapping Scandal,and of course the greatest scandal underneath Obamacare and Amnesty being the Ineligibility of Barack Obama for the Office of the President?

Its swept them under the carpet and taken America's eye off of being spied on and treated like criminals. While Egypt hangs signs in the square declaring Obama is supporting terrorist and arming The Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda , we here in America are worried about the integrity of our law whilst Obama has violated the very heart of our Constitution as an ineligible candidate for the Office of the White House.

As for my part in drawing a line from which I would not withdraw or concede, it is on the United States Supreme Court record I as a candidate filed in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 also including the 2500 hour investigation of Mike Zullo assigned lead investigator for the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse investigation concluding Obama's long form birth certificate and his selective service registration were both altered and thus frauds upon the American Public January of 2013.

Now I don't know if any real United States Court Justice ever laid eyes on my complaint or if based on the absurdly crazy way in which clerks of the Court handled it-finally giving it a case number only after 3 others were filed from Georgia none of which had Presidential Candidates attached to them which may have provided the unsavory cover of justice they sought, but I know Congress has a responsibility to draw a line in the sand when it comes to our Constitution and that Congress is designed to be a check and balance to the Judicial Branch and the Executive Branch of which up to this point they have in all reality dropped the ball on forsaking their oaths.

God Bless men and women who do get to Washington DC and have the courage to vote "no" when it comes to adhering to their oaths to the Republic's Constitution or Supreme Law of the Land, wither or not things get done or not. I actually imagine an Administration where success would be "nothing".

As President I actually would consider it a compliment where there was no law passed in my name etched in the history books. I would actually feel it a great honor to simply stand with our Framers and Founders in defense of the Supreme Law of the Land they also sacrificed and so many of our Soldiers have bled for.

Let it not be said on deaf ears that America is not a land flowing with milk and honey to be pilfered and squandered. This is not a land of fairness when it comes to handouts of cash and entitlements you "think" you deserve. Let it be better remembered that this land is a land of opportunity and those coming legally may embark on a journey of work that may produce the milk and honey but that sitting around collecting checks every month isn't part of the opportunity or equation people coming to America seek. Those socialist nations are better and more fertile ground for those wanting such accommodations absent our elderly and crippled.

For those seeking such I say neither Democrats or Republicans will ever get this message until you elect an Independent President. Until you put your trust in the principles of this Nation that both those parties are and have forsaken. Only you can indeed make a difference by recognizing the voting I for Independence is as important today as it was in our Independence Revolution.

It is incumbent upon you, and not Washington DC to protect, preserve, and defend the Constitution by electing those who will serve you and an Independent Party for this Nation is needed now. All independents coming together under a banner of Independence united in the unique and unadulterated platform of our Constitution that has successfully provided for the success and protections the world now seeks to destroy and has ever sought to destroy.

If the world does not want America as a friend we need no friends. If Rush and Glenn and Sean don't want to righteously judge Obama as not qualified by the Constitution's demands as a natural born citizen,they are more interested in the all mighty dollar and getting what they think they got coming over and above preserving the integrity of our Supreme law.
