SOMETIMES ENEMY OF MY ENEMY IS MY ENEMY- In the Little World of the Big World

Today one of the most pivotal political speeches took place in front of the United States Congress that I’ve ever seen in my short half of a century of time. Odd thing was it wasn’t anyone from our Government giving it; it was Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In my lifetime I have to go back to President Ronald Regan to recall a speech that just seemed in a surreal way to be one of those speeches that you knew was going to go down in History as one for the memory books that was going to last long past this generation. I’ve seen a few speeches in a joint session of Congress but I don’t recall such a rapturous outpouring of whooping and hollering and thunderous applause from our elected officials as I heard today from both sides of the isle. The spectacle was very nice to see Republicans, Democrats, and Independents join in and drowned out the boycotting minor 56 naysayers of the Democratic Party who hoped they could spoil such a special allied ship in their hopes for division.

Sean Hannity interviewed Newt Gingrich today on his radio show and one thing that really struck me as profound from Sean was really spoken in kind of a declarative question, “ What I can’t believe is how we got here… in this position?” What he was referring to was a position that has the person in the Office of the President in the White House so completely sustained as “foreign” to the partnerships of allies we have as the USA from East to West from North to South.

The former speaker of the House postulated that he himself believed Obama was living in some kind of dreamy fantasy mythical land when it came to his ideas in paving the way for Iran to obtain a nuclear bomb. Gingrich further postulated delving into the psychology depths of Obama that he himself had been fooled and underestimated the regime using like-words resounding along the lines of lawlessness, or rebellion, incompetent, out of touch- words that clearly Congress might considered in impeachment hearings under Amendment XIV and Amendment XX in an inability to fulfill the duties of the Office. I was actually shocked to hear Mr. Gingrich talk like this as I’m sure many American’s were.
In my own answer to Sean’s question, “What I can’t believe is how we got here… in this position?”, in the same breath as he is calling Obama the Alinsky, Bill Ayers, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Frank Marshal Davis communist packing card caring son; isn’t it obvious?

You’re not a Birther Sean! You, so many like you, and so many that are elected officials have had absolutely no respect, no regard, and no spine for the United States Constitution’s demand for a natural born Citizen –Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. No matter how much you derail the Birthers about the ‘natural born Citizen’ qualification in the Constitution as a definition for the Office of the President so clearly distinct, and successively graduate from the qualifications for U.S. Reps and U.S. Senators is, in age, time, and loyalty, you can’t get it through your thick heads what two generations of Americans might entail in the most important office in our Government. Why is that?
Sean calls the Mark Levin, “The Great One” and just the other day Mr. Levin cascaded down into his dark and frank candor exclaiming and shouting down a caller he opined: ( http://www.birtherreport.com/2015/03/mark-levin-article-ii-presidential.html )

"You have to call this show about the birth certificate? Oh that's been really effective. It has failed in every court. The birth certificate...with all the problems we have with this President, that's all you have? ... "

Hold me back, “Really Levine, why don’t you tell us why it’s failed and don’t give us that crap about standing and jurisdiction? You conservative radio show host know at least two things.

1) R’s and D’s teamed up and went all in on McCain’s non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 that included 3 major players McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama every R’s Senator voted for it.
2) That left only Independent Candidates to object in Court of which you have given in publicity and a chance to come on your shows about the same amount of respect as you give the callers concerned and calling in about the Constitution.

“So, let us surmise? Your definition of Constitutional actually revolves around “What’s Popular” As long as slavery was popular and was deferred by the Courts as legal in territories you were alright with that? Just as soon as it changed, then you were alright with that. When prohibition was aligned in the Constitution you were good with that, but when it changed you were good with that weren’t you? Spineless for the fight of moral judgment comes to mind and the morality of fighting for in our day what is in THE U.S. Constitution; and even easier fight might I add than fighting for what should be in the Constitution, as our Founders did.”

Makes me want to pull his pants down in front of a big audience of Constitutional scholars and exclaim, “Your really short their Mr. Levin the argument of Constitution before the word Scholar. It makes no sense in his reference.
“For Gods’ sake how many years has it taken individual rights to be recognized in the same sex marriage department and how many years have Birthers been faced with this problem of filling the standing requirement, filing suits, working through the Courts and generally oiling the justice wheel that Martin Luther King Jr. declared himself “moves, but moves slowly”?

“Just because you’re naked texts move faster in the realms of instant gratification doesn’t mean that when the Constitution is breached it doesn’t take about the same amount of time to work its way into the public mind and also work its way into the ripeness of hearing by the Courts as it did a century ago. As a “Constitutional Scholar” that you claim to be, why in the world am I lecturing you about that? And the bigger question is why are you not pulling your weight in American Patriotism in defending the natural born Citizen clause you know dang well is “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’?”

“Is it your political affiliations? If it is then you are the answer to Sean Hannity’s questions. The reason we are in such a state and the way we got here is because the Republicans have no spine for the Constitution just as they didn’t have any intelligence in warding off ObamaAmnesty your so proud of them for.”

“Who in the world goes for the department of Homeland Security as the bargaining chip of ObamaAmnesty? That is just stupid! Yeah, defund the border security. That makes sense in a fight for Amnesty doesn’t it. Why not pick on something the D’s really care about like National Parks and Forrest Rangers or Foreign Aide to employ ISIS as a bargaining chip?”
You know it’s really easy to understand how we are in this position when so many won’t support a Candidate for President who sued McCain first and then Obama in ’08 and ’12. Really folks these guys do not have the temerity to even ‘bluff’ about the support to a Candidate with a fund raiser as a radio guest. Can you imagine Glenn Beck , Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh in a three day bizarre actually just defending my Candidacy for a million dollar bluff to Democrat’s and Republicans?

A million dollars of support they didn’t get but could have if they would have taken a stand for Art. II, Sect. 1, Clause 5. Politicians go nuts for money, so even a three day bluff might have worked but these guys can’t figure that out in their heads. I swear to God they don’t have a brain in their head. As if any dollar they gave to any candidate actually meant that their candidate became President in the past. If you’re not laughing you should be now.


HOW BAD COULD TWO MORE YEARS BE?

If it weren’t for the blatantly obvious and stupid we really wouldn’t be in this position Sean. Now the guess is Obama can’t do much more harm in two years. Wrong again, if you’ve seen his new rendition of the Internet Whiz Kid ObamaNet, and Obama’s highlight for the Media about federally taking over all local police forces in your town.

Of course while he’s hooking local law enforcement with lots of new gadgets Obama is also expecting control with justification on ‘divisions, race, and inequality’ that he can magnanimously be the head cheerleader for-Why? Because he’s so good at discriminating and being unfair to me as a smaller Candidate in the biggest race in America nothing compares? Well, that is obvious but who wants to talk about it? It really ought to be the talk of every local police force in America who now is finding the Feds are about to infiltrate them as lords and over-see’ers because Courts of Law just can’t manage it ‘fairly’ and their departments are about to be nannied by Obama’s own.

Perhaps you haven’t caught wind of the telephone call that was taking place the other night where words for the immigration of ‘new citizens’ were touted as leaders rather than assimilating into our society. Where a new country was talked about in our Country and Cities and Towns were going to get the Federal Mandates to zero interest and supply the new citizens at their tax expense. And you don’t think two more years will do any harm?

So, let’s review. The Internet – Amnesty and Immigrant Status zero interest loans etc. making the Country within the Country – and Control of Local Police Departments to Feds.

All of a sudden, a little round up of support for a Candidate who has standing and is standing up for the ‘natural born Citizen’ qualification in the Constitution for the Office of the President as a national security begins to be quite appealing. All of a sudden the simple little qualification Obama has negated illegally becomes an Achilles heel and an answer to Obamacare and a whole lot of support to Iran at the cost and at the expense of our Allied Israel.

Don’t you just love people that complain but won’t contribute a single dollar to the cause they are complaining about even when the solution is right there in front of them? The door sitting right there the whole time they refused to open? Sean Hannity, you know I love all these guys I just wish I could get their attention for a second on a realistic note for our Country, said in so many words Israel’s prime minister was the “Adult” at the party as he really eloquently mapped out the problem, spelled out the history both ancient and modern, detailed the grievances, furnished witnesses of the pariah that were self incriminating and could not be denied as historical facts, and presumed the outcome of letting Iran do what they had a history of doing with Nuclear weapons.

Haven’t Birthers been doing the exact same thing about Obama for six years? Now shouldn’t we ask, why would Israel’s safety and the defense for it receiving standing ovations from Congress be seen as somehow more important than the safety of our own Country as Birthers have been pointing out for years? Would that be the ‘ Oh he’s just the carpenter down the street syndrome?’ that was placing our Country in so much danger? In other words, St. John 4:44 “For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honor in his own Country.”

When it comes to those who have been pointing out Obama is ineligible and illegal in the Office of the President according to the requirements, those who do have standing, and have been devout in the principle and not racist, and are standing up as I have in the Judy v. Obama 14-4136, in a relevant case of modern history in front of the 10th Circuit Court any day why wouldn't they support that? Why doesn’t that count with them? Why is it not seen as a solution? Why isn’t it given a standing ovation and thunderous applause?


WHAT IS THE SUBTERFUGE OF OBAMA'S DISTRUST OF ISRAEL IN THE REGION

The question Rush Limbaugh signed off with today was “Why didn’t Obama trust Israel as the Nuclear Power in the Region of the Middle East?” Rush hypothesized Obama in his quest of “fairness” and “neutrality” (that is of course another ruse), is being used to arm Iran. He speculates Obama is naïve as Newt Gingrich in similar fashion did today when he stated he was living in a magical dreamy land. I don’t know why they can’t see Obama is neither. He’s calculating and cunning and is in his best imagination is using ‘a proffered fairness doctrine’ that neutralizes the little guys bigger stick. Except what happens if Iran gets a nuclear weapon and Israel has them what do you have?

Well, you have a stalemate on Nuclear weapons. We won’t use ours and you don’t use yours and what is Israel faced with? Well, the answer is it’s not fair in a game of war. Israel is far outnumbered in man power. What’s Obama’s ‘proffered fairness doctrine’ recommend in that war? The answer is Israel wiped off the map without a nuclear weapon being fired. Of course, nuclear proliferation races to life in an Iran Nuclear Islamic Republic certainly as Netanyahu mentioned with every other Country needing them in the region, but all said and done, everyone agrees in war not to wipe every one off the Earth and so a suspension of certain weapons is agreed upon and it comes down to armies against armies. That then puts Israel at a disadvantage surrounded as a little Country.

Now I’m that little Candidate who knows exactly how Israel as a little Country feels fighting for life and standing on good ground. Of course Republicans and Democrats don’t want to recognize me. Israel faces much the same problem in Country’s surrounding her not wanting to even recognize her as a Country, but she is. Just like me, I’m a Candidate for President qualified exactly according to the demand of the Constitution. Obama’s not and I’ve been forced to take it to Court.

Though I am a small Candidate a very BIG PROBLEM exist for countless people if Obama is allowed to drive over me so to speak without any accountability to the Law. To surmise how big of a problem I’m talking about start by asking is ObamaCare 1/5 of our Economy, ObamaAmnesty, ObamaNet, ObamaFederalLocalControl, ObamaSupremCourtJustices, ObamaArmIranin10Years and all of the other ObamaHububalue big enough for you? And is all of that even legal if Obama is not a “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? The answer is, “No. None of it is legal if a qualified President has not signed Legislation”.

That is a BIG PROBLEM formed in a little candidates pocket and so is Israel having a nuclear weapons in their pocket when big Iran doesn’t. So, if you are actually an Israel supporter and agree Iran shouldn’t have a nuclear bomb, then you really ought to support my Candidacy for your own Country with as much applause and support as Congress gave Netanyahu’s words today.

In Israel’s P.M.’s words, “My friend, standing up to Iran is not easy. Standing up to dark and murderous regimes never is.” We face similar enemies in people who think the Supreme Law of the Land is not the Supreme Law of the Land anymore when it comes to Obama.

The eyes of America closed last night on the heartbreaking ridicule so many Americans endured today in Operation American Spring. Of course that isn’t new as we have suffered a thousand taunts before today, but the calls for violence surprised even the most peaceful folks that come out of stories and comments for those here in America who no longer support the United States Constitution.

One need not wonder about the valor that was exhibited among patriots today all over the United States of America as much as wonder about those who have forgotten the principles of the Constitution. The ridicule came as a threat from the power that has been assumed by the liar-in-chief irrespective of law and the demands that the Constitution articulates as qualifications for the Office of the President.

The threats of violence were endured by those peacefully assembling from many directions, but it was crystal clear that as the assembly was bi-partisan, and those in the seats of honoring the Constitution who had desecrated their oaths was bi-partisan, so was the ridicule, taunting, and even threats of violence bi-partisan.

Glenn Beck made the top lists of ridicules as was also most notably recognized by Rush Limbaugh. Mr. Beck ridiculed the act of Revolution closely shading the people’s revolutions in the Arab Springs armed and encouraged by the Obama Administration as not something he ever wanted to be part of. Today he questioned the integrity of the Tea Party’s desire for the liberty and freedom and Rush Limbaugh said it was unfortunate that Glenn Beck had misconstrued the very important elements of peacefully gathering and assembling as constructs of the Constitution for the People in O.A.S.

Maybe it was because he hadn’t organized it that he was feeling left out, but the only thing that came to my mind is that Glenn Beck would have definitely been one of those opposing George Washington’s call for a restoration of decent principles associated as the pinnacles of citizenship and a list of intolerable grievances that were petitioned for redress today. He certainly wasn’t feeling, well, patriotic, nor was he giving the time of day for him, or anyone of his 300 employees, to take a short walk down the internet freedom highway to OAS2014.com to see the consistent language of “peacefully assembling” and a demand for “redress of grievances” expressed in the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

That was inexcusable lazy at best and I myself found it derelict and void of the parameters of journalism America has always favored in the watch-dog of the Media. I was sickened with the taunts, rants, and paltry conduct unbecoming the civility Americans have enjoyed as Civil Liberties today. With so many feasting at the trough of the First Amendment rights of free speech today on the left I often wonder at the delirious quasi serving conundrum that they on one hand hold on to for dear life, but on the other disdain so madly the rights of others that have been infringed by Obama’s ineligibility.

They do not put together that the Qualifications demanded in the Office of the President within the Constitution actually pose as Civil Rights to those in the Presidential Race such as myself that have literally been inflamed as an assault most grievous and unaddressed with not so much as a single hearing in the Halls of Justice clear up through the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.

No not a single hearing and its with wonder and awe they completely devoid of intelligence cannot figure for themselves the resolve that “Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizens” are two completely different and separate qualifications as is most notably recognized in the constructs of the Constitution within the same sentence.

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of the President;..” Article II, Sect.1 Clause 5.

The United States Supreme Court did say that “a person born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents” was never doubted to be natural born citizens in the precedent case Minor v. Happersett for no reason; expressing that there were doubts to the others effectively stated as precedent there was indeed a difference in a first and second generation citizen of the United States of America and the possibility existed in real time for the over-throw of the United States in the first much more readily than the second provided by time; or the natural defense of time.

Glenn Beck has a long history of assaulting the principles of the United States Constitution’s Qualification for the President; which is very important as it literally hangs by the thread of a qualified person the whole of the Executive Branch and the authority that is given to it, including all its Cabinet’s and Bureaus as enforcers of the law, by We The People in the United States Constitution.

Our Government is represented easily by a three legged stool.

Each leg represents a leg or Branch of the Government and if one fails the stool falls. Well, clearly the executive branch is the easiest to assault and assail, which has been done in the case of Barack Obama’s illegal election and the assertion made to the Judicial Branch and petitioned for hearing to the Legislative Branch that he fails to qualify and is a disability according to Amend 14, Sect 3.

Do we have a grievance that is unheard by Congress? Do we have a claim of bad behavior, deceit, deception, forgery, fraud and the malfeasance associated with such? Yes we do. Have these criminal actions been perpetrated upon us as an assault? Yes they have. Have they been heard by Congress?

No they haven’t! The 24 scandals and counting are symptoms of the disease in the root collected up in the poisonous root and worst of all it’s looked upon as “good and healthy”, like some Kool-Aid tainted with arsenic we are suppose to ask our children to drink and then drink ourselves?

And what is said when we don’t drink the Kool-Aid? What is said when we don’t go along to get along and the supreme law of the land is added upon in an illegal construction of the House the People have built? An aggrandizing heap of ridicule is hurled upon Patriots as to brow beat them into submission?

First let’s get one thing straight, everyone on God’s Earth this Spring knew that this rally was not a one day protest, but every report that sprung out from the left literally castigated the rally’s based on the first day’s performance calling for the turn-out to go home with its tail between its legs in shame of not delivering on the very first day approximately one in three Americans crowded into the mall.

In a delirious attempt to compare Occupy Wall Street’s first day to the Operation American Spring’s first day, where Occupy Wall Street had just a crowd of hundreds at first, nearly every State in the Nation recognized protest somewhere in a coordinating protest of Operation American Spring as well as thousands in Washington DC right now! For distracters to not recognize the totality of the protest happening around the Nation is again the sale of a fraud we have become accustomed to. In a desperate attempt to scale down the massive nationwide protest every attempt at minimizing the scale of the gathering was employed whilst at the same time every attempt of ridicule was used to discourage the continuation of O.A.S., which was outlined and very clearly defined from the birth of its origin.

In fact even a mocking ridicule was made at the organizers plan of succession when the 7 who are noticed to step down leave as far as assigning President Pro Tempore which our Constitution clearly already takes care of. Clearly the Abby Ohlheiser reporting for The Wire www.thewire.com/politics/2014/05/operation-american-spring-still-waiting-for-its-millions-of-patriots/371092/ isn’t a steward of actually reporting what’s been discussed for years; another attempt at discrediting journalism quite successfully.

Top Ten Comments included for ridicule and degrading verbal assaults

1-“General Sherman – What a bunch of nuts! Where were all your “Patriots” colonel Kurtz, er ..Riley? 10 Million? Not quite. You wackos are paranoid as hell and totally unhinged. And heavily armed. And dangerous. Hopefully the federales will infiltrate these so called “Patriots’ groups, gather evidence to indict members of the groups and convict them of sedition before they get the big shootout they want.”

2-InsOma – Walmart routinely has bigger turnouts for their sale events than this, ‘revolutionary rally’ had. Mostly the same people, grant you, just not as many.

3- Fresh Cliches – “on the plus side, this was one of those rare protest where the number of people was greater than the number of teeth present.” “Imagine George Washington whining about the weather while crossing the Delaware River near Trenton.”

4-Susan White “You don’t get to call yourself a patriot as you trample upon the Constitution through some misguided “revolution” (which is totally illegal under the Constitution), and you don’t get to wave the American Flag when your intent is to overthrow the democratic republic that it represents. As a veteran, I find these people completely unpatriotic and totally disgusting”

5-Riva Macintyr – they had a feeling that ‘god was with them”?...I have a feeling this was god’s way of saying “ummmm …nope..I’m not. You lot are just plain wrong.”

6-MrSerialX “When will protesters realize the majority of America is far too lazy to protest anything except trivial nonsense. America is beyond done but the collapse more entertaining than any TV Show.”

7-Gayla Tanner-“You and the crackpots that used their gubent funds to get to DC are the scary ones that don’t know the Constitution. That have no business pretending you know what’s going on in the world. Take your Lithium and sleep it off.”

8- Terry Tod Wadsworth-“ Yes… or Constitutionalist.. In a way I agree.. the GOP is more evil because they are deceitful..at least the dems are honest in your face socialist..the GOP lies and pretends they are for the constitution but cut the throats of anyone who actually tries to get back to the rule of law. So in the end..I agree with you!”

9-Everbodhi- “I don’t watch TV but it looks like to me that these so called militia members are the ones that think they are above the law. What makes you think its’ okay for a handful of radical fringe people to overthrow a President that 56.9 million people voted for and replace him with their chosen dictator?”

By far the worst comment I saw was the comment by a "Judybobootie" which advocated he/she would find relief if the Feds or anyone with a machine gun would just mow them down, so he/she could get back to living a normal life. It sounded like some kid who had played a video game one to many times and had no idea in the world how important our Constitution is or what it provides. It made me very sad but it also put into a realm the possibility and advocacy that so many were really wanting that were making comments. I'm sure the NSA being who and what they are now, could track very easily who that was. Of course if kids get on a computer and make a phony i.d. why can't Obama? If we stay on a path like this not only will you lose your rights to free speech, but a sentence or comment like that could be all that is needed to put you away for life. That is why both left and right need to come together on this very important matter and quit fighting about it.

In running a search for Operation American Spring it was very clear that the left was much more involved in writing stories and leading in the comment section of the event than those participating which certainly portrays something of an odd question in and of itself if so few showed up?

Why do they feel so threatened if actions of those who are responsible for upholding the Constitution haven’t betrayed the Constitution in the first place? Was it such a slow news day that mocking a small group of patriots was warranted as to the numbers that actually came out in the rain rather than a dissemination of truth that warranted the grievances of those who did participate all over the Nation?

It seems the Main Stream Media still has a problem with even uttering the truth about Obama not being qualified for the Office of the President from the Indonesian citizenship he received from his official adoption by honoring Lolo Soetoro, or from birth citizenship received in honoring his Kenyan father if we go by his own narrative presented.

A total disrespect of these fathers and what they gave to their son Barack Obama is exactly what is happening all because if its acknowledged in a hearing in Congress it is well understood that dual citizenship is not allowed in the Office of the President under the Constitution.

It is the disrespect of all of Indonesia and Kenya that is represented by keeping a tight lip on Obama’s ineligibility in his qualifications for the Office of the President. You might expect that it requires more false cards stacked upon the narrative like any other denial and we see the same in the folder carrying around a fabricated and fraudulent long form birth certificate because there’s no document that isn’t doctored that on file records his birth in America either.

It is nothing but a bone criminally crammed down the American throat to represent anyone born outside of the United States of America or born to a non-citizens alien parent as qualified for the Office of the President as a natural born citizen. Citizen sure; you bet. They can be U.S. Reps. and U.S. Senators as the Constitution stipulates. Is that not honorable? Of course it is.

The real question is however does allowing a foreign citizenship into the Office of the President put Americans in harm’s way and in such compromises the natural defenses that stewards the qualification demand in the first place? Congress held hearings on the matter as recently as 2000 and answered it for us in the affirmative.

Now all of sudden John McCain and Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012, both of which I took to task on the issue in Federal Court, come along and the wisdom of 200 plus years is thrown out? What makes them so special that the Constitution cannot have any claim on the illegal actions, and certainly cannot even have any hearing? Not a single hearing for me whose rights has been trampled by both of them as a candidate in the race. You call that a fair election?

Well it’s not, and neither are the outcomes of the elections, or the representations of those who voted for illegal candidates. I mean the sorriest people here are the Democrats who wasted every vote cast for Obama. That’s a fraudulent election of every single vote counted so what claim of “being elected” can you possible hum against the attested usurpation?

It’s really a nonsensical demand for Patriots to insist that the powers of the President be relinquished only to those who are not in doubt of two generations as a natural defense for the Executive Branch’s extension of authority that the people have uniquely granted to the Office of the President through the U.S. Constitution? No its not.

Is it nonsensical to declare someone should be given a exemption, waiver, or some kind of a subsidy on the natural born citizen qualification clause based on color; white, yellow, black or blue that places in harm’s way every single American on a national security bases according to Congress’s own investigations?

Americans trusted Congress to uphold the Constitution’s line of defense which was the authorization given to them as a responsibility. They have thus far ignored it without as much as a hearing regardless of the assault upon me, and in such the whole of the American People? Has that been addressed?

I can tell you it has not been addressed and because it has not been addressed we have uproar of protest happening based out of the root of the dereliction of duty by elected officials. So whose fault is it? This clearly rests at the feet of Congress; as well do the deaths of Americans because of the scandals reaching out like tentacles of the root of this crime which is the greatest ever perpetrated upon the people of the United States.

We do not seek a revolution of anything other than the Supreme Law of the Land understood as the U.S. Constitution. This is really a Restoration of what we agreed in the first place. If it’s of no account, then neither are the offices inside of it clearly defined. Congress just as well go home if we don’t have a U.S. Constitution and the Republic for which we stand is gone.

The "Independents" are a voting block in the United States of America that basically have been deciding elections for quite some time now. Republicans and Democrats have been in a tussal for their vote more then once, sometimes swinging between parties. The key is that there aren't too many politicians who don't know that without the I=Independent vote there won't be a winning elections.

Independents drive the GOP and the DNC bat crazy, because they have everyone else in their pocket, or shall we say putting money in their pocket. This is actually the catalyst to things like Rep. Nancy Pelosi's cockamamied rhetoric "We Have to Pass it so we can see what's in it". Its a way of projecting on to Independents a slobbery gobelty goop in the hope they can sneak by and maintain their vote.

So all the work and money for a political election comes down to two parties working their tail ends off and then basically being subject to the "Independent" vote which swings winning the election either way.

The odd thing is both the Republicans and Democrats think they hold sway over Independent voters and a third party will never in a million years ever just leave them both for a strong third party candidate.

So, if the Independents are actually the American Political Party that swings elections there is no question on whether America has a two party system. America has a three party system. Over the last 12 years the Independent American Party has been the fastest growing party in America with more and more voters deciding to vote for the particular person, rather then just straight party vote.

Its been my dream however to have on the ballot the R for Republican Party - the D for the Democrat Party and the I for Independent Party. I think it would serve our Nation much better in actually getting a bigger voter turn out which could actually help all the parties. Let's face it, they say Obama won the election because the Republican Base didn't turn out, so there was actually a "protest" vote going on. America, meaning everyone, needs to work towards eliminating the 'protest' vote and I think an I on the ticket for Independent would do wonders for it giving Independents a much more fair or equal shake in the National Elections. Isnt that something that would appeal to Democrats? Fair and Equal.

Of course there are a lot of different kinds of Independent voters that vary in the pendulum from conservative to liberal, but especially in the Presidential National Election the Independent voter has not been well represented in having a candidate heard. Most generally you see live debates with the two as we saw with Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in the 2012 election cycle, and then the Independent Vote is swinging one of those two parties to the victory or the win.

Its a way that the two party system has manipulated the Independent Voters in America to decide on either one and whose going to be the winner. As the Independents have grown in to such a large group in America though, I don't think that's exactly productive for either of the two major parties because it says, "we can't win on our own".

The love-hate relationship between the two parties and Independents is caused indeed by this kind of abusive relationship. Rep Nancy Pelosi's own words, "Why would anyone get married unless they were crazy about someone?" Well, let Democrats be crazy over Democrats, and Republicans be crazy over Republicans and let them separate themselves from Independents rather than depend on them in a obsessive abusive relationship.

There is the theory that you lose an election because these independent voters didn't vote for you. That's what has the GOP basically doing calisthenics right now for different minorities because they see a need to court the minority vote in order to win. Gosh you'd think they'd rather just help create on the ballot an I for INDEPENDENT voters and be done with them.

Rush Limbaugh who say Republicans lost election because they did'nt stay on the conservative side, which means basically people stayed home in a protest vote and its termed not getting your base out to vote. That's based on the GOP Leaderships choice for a candidate, as well as the Media picking the darling, rather then the conservative base.

Many don't think there are enough Independents put together to actually win a National Election, but I don't think that is true, especially if there was a choice of the I for Independent on the ballot. What may happening is the Independents don't have enough of a central body to firmly grasps as a platform, but I think the times are a changing and I believe its the central feature of the Republican Parties ideals with the Democratic Parties ideals that are merging and leaving the Constitution behind that leaves everything that is American and the Supreme Law of the Land in between for the taking. An Independent American Party might just do that, and the GOP and the DNC could put their dollars to better use instead of courting the swing voters.

The core feature that we have witnessed taking politics out of the principle field in the last two elections has undoubtedly been the qualification clause of the President that both Republicans and Democrats flat out trample and tread upon with ferociousness. It hasn't mattered to them what law enforcement investigations have said, it hasn't mattered to them what evidence was in front of them, they are totally together on the issue of Barack Obama not being vetted or qualified and simply printing up fabricated documents of identification to say that he is qualified according to the Constitution. If you don't believe ask any of them and see what they say. The courts, and I've been through a lot of them all the way up to the United States Supreme Court actually admit they want to avoid it as its Congress's place to hold hearings on it.

Its as if they applaud a man with a long form fabrication, a mis-matched social security card, and a phony year dated stamped draft registration as fearlessly daring to go where no honest man would. It is as if they would follow the devil down to hell without so much as a hearing to discuss why his skin was red, why he had horns, and why he had a tail. If that costume is so glorious that it spell binds Congress into some kind of a trance then its time the American People flat out called them on their not having a hearing and objecting with their support of a candidate who has taken a stand on the eligibility in a non-partisan way instead of just going to hell in a hand basket.

Well, unfortunately we have had too little too late from the GOP. The Conservative base is actually more unhappy with the Republican leadership then it was in 2012, if that was even thought possible. I mean you really have to admit something has gone terribly wrong when in 2012 the GOP had the conservative talk show host Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh,and Sean Hannity in their back pockets and narrowly lost. Can you even imagine the loss with Glenn Beck shouting hashtag defund the GOP (#defundthegop) with the news wrecking crew expanding at The Blaze now?

Rush Limbaugh saying today the GOP had lost their way on Obamacare saying they can fix it rather than repeal it. Rush's book Rush Revere and the First Patriots has hit Amazon's number one slot. That's not supposed to happen with sequels. Six months! That's not only not supposed to happen with sequels, it's not supposed to happen with books released six months apart. Not done. You made it happen. This is not done. We're gonna end up here -- other than Harry Potter, Harry Potter, that series, of course, is the other exception to the rule. But it looks like on the New York Times best-seller list for children's books, both of them, Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims and Rush Revere and the First Patriots, is gonna be on the list at the same time.

Sean Hannity has endeavored on a RECLAIM AMERICA PAC that touts Believing in the American Dream. You really can't have all three of these guys basically coming out and telling the GOP that they are losers losers losers, when they were supporting them in 2012 and they still lost!

The Conservatives of American have to face the facts, face the reality that they just can't keep up the pace with their leaders abandoning Constitutional principles just as fast as they can spend money and spiral our debt in a pact with devil for BIG GOVERNMENT.

The GOP doesn't even have an island on which to stand upon and say they are fiscally responsible and want to reduce our debt, lower taxes, and down size government bureaucracy after being solely responsible for funding Obamacare through their own U.S. House Majority, because Democrats sure didn't fund it with their majority.

This is what I am proposing. If the GOP will "NOT" hold hearings on Obama's Eligibility and hear the evidence of my standing as a Presidential Candidate, hear the evidence I submitted that included Sheriff Joe's Arpaio's Cold Case Posse as I submitted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 recognizing I also held in Judy v. McCain the same non-partisan standard of the Constitution in principle, that all Conservatives just abandon the GOP.

If the GOP refuses to hold Obama's feet to the principle of the Constitution on his eligibility issue, which is the root of so many SCANDALS and even deaths in 2013, they sure will not enforce it on their own running candidates like Rubio,Cruz,Santorum,and McCain. I really hope we haven't come to a point where we have not just turned our back on the opportunity that America is with our individual rights, property, and liberty protected from the States confiscation of it like communism threatens in the voice of Putin not to many days ago in fact. We put sanctions on him, he'll confiscate all the Corporations of America's investments over there. Yeah, he'll just take it. What every you have in the bank, in business assets, whatever he'll just take it. Is that what you want Hollywood? Is that cool with you? You better wake up and start appreciating the United States of America's Constitution because its the only thing standing between you and the State of Communism.

The GOP has become an empty shell of the once proud conservative base, and the Democratic Party who once championed civil rights has flushed them down the toilet and become the embarrassment of the Constitution. Oh its such an embarrassment to. An Independent ticket is bound to pick up what was once the base of the Democratic Party.

If we work hard and pull together and start representing one another in the common ground we have, we might start finding our way into a few straw polls and at least find some media coverage. We need people working in every state on this, but I think we can actually take the middle of the Country and start chipping away at the South if you will start supporting and helping me. I know America wants you.

It is imperative for you to know that there were indeed other candidates for President who stood their ground against Obama on the eligibility question, but there was only one who stood his ground with Obama and McCain. And while it wasn't an easy road to travel, there is not one major media source that has ever called me a racist and had the grounds for it to stick. That is my non-partisan secret.

If you insist on supporting others who did not throw down on Sen. McCain equally you are in fact perpetrating the lie of racism upon those of us who took a stand on the principle for the Office of the President "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that covers both nature and nurture, and provides the base protection of two generations to the Office of the President without partisanship.

If you cant see the value in that with regards to the liberal mainstream media, then your politically blind as a bat, as well as indeed having some racist tendencies that certainly will not do the Constitution a bit of good or the conservative principles of the Constitution. The Office of the President controls one third of the whole Government and its the enforcing branch of law as the executive branch. That is pretty important and definitely is worth at the very least adherence affording the qualifications expressed in our Constitution.

No Doubt Beck's Carnival-Circus Theme Generated For State Of The Union, Roots to Obama's long form fabrication handed out to the press in the White House press core room and Obama's comment about Birthers being those who he called 'side shows and carnival barkers'.

When Obama handed out his "long form fabrication'in the White House Press core room, on his MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY extrication of Donald Trumps strangle hold the press was quick to label Birthers those who Obama called "Side Shows" and "Carnival Barkers".

Like Nixon who a year after Watergate Investigations but before the tide turned on him said " One Year of Watergate is enough" at the State of the Union address of his second term, Obama exemplified the same fear about any Congressional Hearing on his eligibility by pre-depicting those who would indeed take his long form fabrication to school.

Remember no one knew Obama's long form birth certificate was indeed a fabrication and it wasn't until the official report came out of a professional law enforcement investigation that we really had a respectable source that a court of law might have to take into consideration. As it has proven thus far, not even the Courts with the information in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which went clear to the United States Supreme Court have prevailed in taking the facts into account for justice with their admonition that it was a matter for Congress to take up.

People have been asking me, "What are your feelings about the State of the Union address?

By the way Glenn Beck had me rolling today with the comment that he just might have had blood spurting out of his eyes today with his monologue about it, but surrendered to my thoughts of Obama's circus act and carnival barkers in the way The Blaze covered the SOTU Address.

Beck's probably heard my song Obama's Carnival Barker or listened to all three verses of it, but it might have paid off if he had in 2012.

I readily agreed with Rush Limbaugh today when he iterated that Obama was doing his best to 'believe' what he was saying and actually capitulated with me, "Obama is a Fraud".

Back to Glenn Beck, he was excited with the "Planet Hillary" shots that looked a lot like his "man on the moon" shots and featured a story about it entitled Planet Hillary: New York Times magazine cover looks an awful lot like the artwork from Man in the Moon

Citing the article Beck says, "But our Man in the Moon poster and the Man in the Moon thing that we did is an iconic look, and it’s very different,” Glenn said on radio this morning. “You know, we didn’t want to create something that was the same of what everybody else had done… Now the New York Times is using that for Planet Hillary. And I’m telling you, it is a direct rip-off of the Man in the Moon. I mean it’s incredible. It’s absolutely incredible.”

"While the color scheme is certainly different, the angle of the face in the moon is almost exactly the same. But, at the end of the day, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery."

Well, it just so happens that's exactly what Glenn Beck did to me. In fact his Man On The Moon Project cropped up after my "Moon Walker" video finished March 21st,2012. Clearly at 1 min 05 seconds - 1 Min 12 seconds of Moon Walker Glenn Beck flattered me with his idea to do "Man On The Moon" July 6th,2013 for which production had been occurring for a year at best, which puts him at July 2012, just four months after my video/song was released.

"The show was designed to tell the story of America, freedom, and man’s struggle between light and dark from the beginning of time until today" which was just ironic because Moon Walker was also a time story from my birth until today told from the perspective of the man on the moon.

You know I probably wouldn't have said anything until Glenn brought it up about Hillary Clinton's Planet Hillary, but as soon as he did it started a coal on fire inside me about it. Then, this whole "Circus" theme for the State of the Union address, that he did on the Blaze when it directly relates to my song Obama's Carnival Barker and the origins of that with Obama's reference to "side shows and carnival barkers" just makes me know Glenn Beck's staff is and has been certainly getting my Press Releases.

Its just kinda funny I guess that the idea's coming out of the American Birther Campaign so closely mirror Glenn Becks, but at the same time you know Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh for that matter have remained very distant to the whole fight for the Constitution that's been going on since 2008 on McCain and Obama's eligibility which I've been fighting for so long without their help whatsoever.

When you start adding up all the scandals of 2013 and here's a top 7 list from Fox and you start to ask yourself, "Could this have been stopped or prevented" by just standing up for what the Constitution says regarding the qualification demands for the Office of the President in the United States Constitution?

You know often if dirt can be swept under the carpet it will be and its only the 'exposure' of the dirt that the 'clean up' really begins or even can begin. If Glenn was for instance not so against Birthers from the beginning, and the Tea Party for that matter who at first positioned itself with Birthers, then rejected them, and now has embraced them again with Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse's investigation, all of the deaths and scandals relating to deaths of those Americans in Benghazi including Ambassador Stevens, Fast & Furious agent Brian Terry might have been avoided, or even the crippeling of Sergeant First Class Cory Remsburg,the Army ranger who was nearly killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan and received the biggest applause during the State of the Union address last night?

We are left contemplating "What if" Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity had those people like myself who have fought so hard for the Constitution's demands for a qualified 'natural born citizen' on their shows, spotlighting them to the American People, and had featured their fight as one that was away to push Obama out of the White House simply by upholding the Constitution rather then sweeping it under the carpet on the sound and tried principles of qualifications?

If the Birther Movement has gone main-stream instead of being pushed underground or down river by them, could Congress have covered up what the Cold Case Posse uncovered, and might the heat have been raised on Congress or for that matter the Courts into the United States Supreme Court and the scandals prevented that are ripples of Obama's usurpation?

There's lots of stories pulling apart Obama's State of the Union address today, and I'm sure you can read those stories to find out the details which I don't need to repeat. However, those stories don't have an answer and are about pissing people off with little or nothing as to what can be done about it.

I hope that's where my blog is different because I present a clear picture of what can be done to actually solve the problem. Solutions for America are certainly not a new story, its my honor to say they've been around since our Constitution. We just need to hear them.

Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

Update & Breaking News: [If there is good news in the State-Of-The-Union its that Republicans might get sick of being tossed around like a rag doll soon with another budget crisis looming in the rise of the debt ceiling which is happening in February and Obama says he will not negotiate about with any kind of legislation. This is the "Its my way or the highway" attitude that just might make Republicans throw down, buck up, and pull their boots on for an all out Constitutional challenge on Obama's Eligibility! Republicans are set to strategize their debt ceiling negotiations as they take off Wednesday. ]


If income redistribution and equality was a justification for the Democratic Party it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that shallow promise is the product of the trickery hollow, because the Democratic Party loves inequality and you only have to take a quick look around to discover you’re the genius they keep putting a dunce cap on.

Rush Limbaugh said today, “That’s what their shows about- Making fun of their audience.” The White House Correspondence dinner is as phony as it gets. A bunch of people getting together pretending they like each other when they really don’t, it’s called the phonies night of the year.



Rush offered a new and truthful dialogue for the State-of-the-Coup instead of the State of the Union address. We are promised optimism and a central theme of making things fairer. Obama’s said it several times equality under the law. However, if that were even centrally understood as not to be the phony baloney running through the Democratic Party’s spine don’t you think at the very least they would understand the parameters of running a candidate who is actually qualified for the Office of the President under the Constitution?

I mean its fundamental that in a competitive race the parameters are drawn out that at the very least describe what’s fair or what’s not fair in the race as far as description or qualification, or more importantly what parameters are needed to disqualify a candidate. In a foot race you can’t have a competitor who’s on the track in a motorcycle or a car pulling up to the starting line when everyone else is on foot. That’s what I’m calling fundamental.

Now out of all the people in the whole wide world who would you suspect would understand the most when someone was completely unqualified according to the parameters? It would be the contestants or candidates in the race right? They are the ones that you would most likely suspect would raise their voice if something wasn’t right in the race, unless they were a partner in the unfairness of course.

Rush Limbaugh suggested the White House Correspondence dinner start featuring some awards like the Awards shows in Hollywood for movies and songs and even suggested some fun categories that would make it much more truthful, meaningful, as well as captivatingly entertaining. I agree with him and jotted down a few of his suggestions:

Biggest Fraud – Largest Illegal Donation – Most Insincere Policy – Best Excuse for Failure of a Politician this year- Smear of the Year that worked – Smear that failed – The best successful Hoax – The Best Lie – The Best Lie That Failed, Most useful Lie – Best Supporting Lie to further the best hoax of the year.

Supporting politicians who actually call Obama qualified for the office of the President in the horror of The Biggest Fraud ever perpetrated upon the United States Constitution has got to win the Award of “Best Supporting Lie to Further the Best Hoax of the 2013 year”.

Undeniable proof of Obama handing out a long form fabrication by a law enforcement agency to the White House Press Core, and politicians and the Media in Washington DC continue to call Obama “President”? How fair and equal is that?

If power is simply the perception of power, what law of equality are we living under when a candidate for the Office of the President as myself, in 2008 as an Independent, and 2012 in the Democratic Party, is not heard under the law which governs the Presidential Race and the specifically the Qualifications of the Office of the President at the bare minimum?

You know out of all the people who make up our Constitution Republic I would think that the Representatives in the House would understand more than any of us how important rules to a political race are. They are in a battle every two years and you’d better believe if they had an opponent who was in their race at home, pulling money from contributor’s pockets that could be theirs and would be used against them, you better believe they would OBJECT and do it strongly!

What would we expect them to do? Well, they’d jump in the court first to see if a Judge would rule against their opponent right? Yes, of course that’s what they would do. It’s been done many times and not only settled that way but protected. That’s the important word “protected”.

So, what happened in the 2012 Election when I was a candidate in the Democratic Party for President? Where would you expect that objection to start-Iowa, New Hampshire, Georgia? Yes, Yes, Yes, but we have to go back to the 2008 Election to decipher the reasons Mitt Romney, who finally became the nominee in the Republican Party, would not object to Obama’s ineligibility.

Remember what I said about Candidates being the ones who would object?

“They are the ones that you would most likely suspect would raise their voice if something wasn’t right in the race, UNLESS they were a partner in the unfairness of course", because they have standing to do so.

Now, certainly there would have to be evidence of this somewhere, or I’d just be blowing out some mindless innuendo as a peon candidate who ran his mouth too much and hadn’t a leg to stand on right?

Some evidence that might suggest the whole U.S. Senate Republican minority had partnered or cuddled-up with the U.S. Senate Democratic Party majority, but there’s no way you would ever presume a candidate for the Presidency of the United States would actually have that in his hand right and that as a matter of responsibility towards the integrity of the race and the Constitution he’d have used it in a court of law right?

Certainly that would have been a BIG STORY for the press so as not to get hammered with the Award of covering up the Biggest Fraud, Best Lie, and Support For the Biggest Lie Awards at the White House Correspondence dinner?
Of course the answer is in Judy v. McCain filed in Las Vegas, Nevada Federal District Court where you’ll find reference to a “Non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511” for a candidate in the Republican Party who actually had not yet become the nominee of the Republican Party yet.

Which begs the two pronged question: Why would Senator McCain need a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution declaring him a “Natural Born Citizen” when he’d already had one ACT of Congress declaring him a “Citizen” 11 months after his birth, and Why before the election even got started really would Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Barack Obama be two of the three sponsors?

Well, the answer is of course because they are the ones who would be the ones to object, if there were objections, as they would be running for President of the United States in the Democratic Party and of course they like things ‘fair’ and ‘equal’ right? Wrong.

This is the ammo in the Alamo of the Nation. Hillary Clinton started the Birther Movement as a ruse and a cover for her own cooperation when she signed on in the deal with McCain and Obama, just in case it went south., and the U.S. Supreme Court was hacked in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 where it was slid between cases without a presidential candidate from the State of Georgia where Obama had first been ordered to appear before the Court and refused to do so.

Did you know the Nixon Resignation started with the revelation from an aide that Impeachment in the House of Representatives was virtually a certainty? Yeah, it didn’t start in the U.S. Senate. Democrats controlled the U.S. House of Representatives at the time when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the Nixon Tapes had to be turned over to the Hearings in the House of Representatives. Don’t you think its interesting Hillary Clinton was involved with research as a lawyer aid in Watergate and after was fired?

Of the May 14th 2013 from Pat Dollard FLASHBACK “Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. “She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.” She engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation.

Boy, it sure let's you know she’d witnessed in her political aspirations that you shouldn’t conceal things or conspire to cover things up huh or it would end your political career real quick? Yet, we have a record of her striking that deal with McCain in the race officially April 10,2008, while they were in office and representing people in their respective States and after declaring their intent to run for President in the race.

You know it’s just baffling that Gov. Chris Christie has been made such a scape-goat in bridge-gate and yet you know the Media doesn’t see this story as any story worth water under Christie’s Bridge?

It’s even more surprising to know that Republicans who control the House of Representatives some 42 years after the second-term-Nixon-Impeachment threat, play along with Obama, also as Nixon, easily outraged over political adversaries and have not placed a Hearing on the matter on calendar based on the responsibility placed upon them in a hearing of the matter as “An Offense of the Law of Nations” held in the Constitution, although the definition of a 'natural born citizen' from The Law of Nations has not been used in our history?

Where are all the David Frost’s of our time when like Nixon, wire-tapping of newsmen spying on Americans like Senator Kennedy and other Democrats as Nixon did, has become common place with Obama and his Administration in the AP Wiretapping story scandal and Verizon customers not to mention the entire U.S. Population lied to about Benghazi which SOS Hillary Clinton was directly linked to?

Christ Christie fired someone already on his staff for Bridge-Gate, but not one has been fired or indicted with murders in Benghazi or Fast & Furious both of which amount to gun running and/or selling arms. Mis-use of power is the very essence of tyranny and the frightening implications of that for a free society are indeed at the heart of domestic terrorism.

That indeed is certainly at the very heart of the demands for a “natural born citizen” in our Constitution for the Office of the President, and the revelation of importance to that being a big concern and something more than being a “Citizen” noticed by of course Sen. John McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama.

It’s central and vital to our National Security, which we now have a record of running amuck upon us in needlessly spying and scandal breaking out upon America in 2013 like the promised plague of abomination we reap by not being more careful what we have sown.

If Democratic Party leadership was at the very least concerned about equality and fairness they sure would not be employing inequality and unfairness in the biggest race of our Nation, but with their own actions we understand their propagation clearly and are not fooled with the dire state-of-our-Nation.

The fairness and equality we have fought for here is as good as your passing it on because not even Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, or Sean Hannity has covered this story.
