It might not have been the warmest welcome for the ex-defacto Commander-In-Chief served with the Denver, Colorado Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals [Appearance of Counsel], but perhaps there is some explaining for him to do in a Court of Law to Birthers?

With most anyone whose had experience with a five year Sheriff Posse Law Investigation on your identity documents and multiple forensic crime units coming to the conclusion that what you represented to the Public was a Forgery or Fraud- Fabricated with the motive of getting re-elected, your pretty well resigned to knowing your going to do some time and it won't be a tropical island in paradise.

Oh my gosh! You say there is almost no one whose been through that? Well, you are right. It usually doesn't take five years and two crime forensic expert analysis to seat your behind in a Criminal Defense Chair. That is unless your name is Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro and you once occupied the Oval Office and are perceived as a winner by the Main Steam Media.

If you occupy that Office you can pretty much walk-on-water as far as avoiding a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g that resembles a TRIAL of Facts against your identity, but now he's out of that chair and still collecting the salary of a Cabinet Post position, a lot of people don't think it matters.

That is unless your part of the movement Valerie Jarrett credited President Donald Trump replacing Obama with.
Mika Brzezinski wanted to know if there was a moment when Jarrett realized that the person who was going to be the next POTUS had risen to power via the birther movement.
The only problem with the perception of the Main Stream Media when it comes to Obama is it doesn't yet resemble the honorable retraction of @jstallman in his 4 minute Fake News Tweet that was shared 54K times as the Reporter from the New York Times who saddled a larger group of New England Patriot NFL Superbowl Winners around Obama then Trump this year. It seems Stallman has gone into Twitter Lock-down now.

Glenn Beck this morning complimented Stallman for his courage to own up and admit the damage had been done he had set out to do. What damage could that possibly be? Oh, keeping the kool-aid drinkers intoxicated?

The biggest problem is the Main Stream Media has actually served up the sacrament cups to the Judicial Branch when it comes to Obama. He doesn't need lawyers because the Judges have been excusing him with their own expert form of pathology.

Cody said there were a lot of people who are discouraged with Justice now days and Obama's Case probably represents the biggest grievance upon the actual Voter Population at large. 72% of Republicans and upwards of 35% of Democrats just wanted to see this case actually tried in a Court of Law with the Sheriff Investigation showing Obama's Identity Fraud. So many cases were dismissed because of standing issues, (people not being Presidential Candidates in the race), and the anti-Birthers or placenta amniotic sac after-birthers just jumped on these cases like victory!

The facts are Obama is a loser. He has been protected and coddled by pretty much every branch of government we have. The cover-up is indeed the tell-tale sign he is not a winner. If the only way you can win is to cheat, you are not a winner.

 WILL TRUMP BE KIDNAPPED BY HIS OWN CITIZENS?

Obama's message of "Hope & Change" was clouded in the same deception of his 50 month delay in proffering his very identity. That amounted to the promises of "Your paying him for a Spending Spree" based in identification fraud & theft. This paved the road in gold ushering in Trump's appeal for business savvy to "make money" in the order of paying for what Obama and the cooperative Congresses had spent.

The problem with 10 Trillion dollars of new Debt is when the new wears off the items purchased become less valuable than the motive to pay-it-off. 

 All be it from people who had not signed on to the debt, because they themselves were unqualified to take on seventy-thousand-dollars of debt for every man, women, and child in the United States, or those who were rich thinking they would simply leave their stash outside the collection barrier of the IRS. The rich are very smart in hiding their money. 

America held out 'Hope', with the stomping Hillary Clinton took in the Electoral College Vote, which unites the individual States of the Union, for a businessman who understood "Making Money" rather than "Spending".


Trump himself certainly knows the pitfalls of over-spending with the creative laws he has used at times taking out bankruptcy 6 times.

The problem as I see it is one of the store of promises running dry for Politicians, which Trump certainly now can claim on his resume as President. Therein lies a very good question. 

 Did Trump jump into a lake of fire and brimstone he is unequipped to handle when it comes to fueling the anger of the people that put him there in the first place? 

If President Trump jumps in with the Washington Establishment he certainly will face the same dragons that beat back Bush, Rubio, Cruz, Kasich, and Carson. Trump was famous for "labeling his opponents" with catch phrases- Crooked Hillary, Lil Marco, Lie'n Ted, Carson - the pathological tempered child molester, are the ones I remember the most.

Most Americans have fallen in love with "Justice for all". It's in our Pledge of Allegiance. Justice and Righteousness are virtues. [The former describes the condition of a fair society and the latter the character of a good person.]

 The epidemic of bribery appears as the tools of Traitors. What part of a fair society would excuse the elite and rich? The families of the victims de Abreu and Furtado sat in court day after day hoping for justice in the actions of  Aaron Hernandez who hung himself yesterday in his prison cell.
 Once an NFL rising star for the New England Patriots with a forty million dollar contract before his sophomore year in College, Justice called, and there he sat in prison serving life without parole. [Yet he threw it all away over drugs and street credibility and machismo, hauled away for life in jail without parole before he even turned 24 years old.]

Has anyone heard of what happened to Hillary Clinton for being all of the 'Crooked' that Trump pronounced? Has anyone heard what happened to Obama who Trump called repeatedly for a multiplicity of things 'a total disaster' and unqualified for the Office of the President?

 Just bringing those two things to a Court would serve a  heavenly host of Republicans and Democrats a feast of faith in a restoration of Justice, but President Trump backed off of them. 

 This could also be the feast of in-justice Trump embraces that will serve him up much more trouble then he ever thought to sign-up for in running for the Office of the President.

Because all Acts must be signed by a Constitutionally Qualified President, Trump could have done much more supporting Efforts to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse & Cody Robert Judy's Legal Case of Obama's FORGERY and Ineligibility. Thus Justice would have been serving in many more ways.

 Cody Robert Judy understands the pursuit of Justice like many American Families who have been let down or even forgotten. Those who are to poor to get a lawyer when they have been taken advantage of, or are simply  brushed off by the Courts who decide to honor an argument best suited for their own ascension or political ticket. 

 Those who have felt Justice is no longer upheld in the United States should come together and remember the Civil Rights Martin Luther King Jr. gave his life for, and recall the Revolution it took to create a New Nation under God.

  For too long Americans have been pushed and pulled by both major Political Parties and the lack of discipline coupled with the epidemic of bribery have now put America's Future Generations, our children in harms way. Now is the time to join in and help a movement that is sweeping in a feeling across America:

The Media silence is the loudest it's been in U.S. History regarding the biggest fraud perpetrated upon the American Voter. It's corruption and crime alleged in the highest Courts of the United States of America!

Barack Obama's long form birth certificate proven by two crime forensics specialist, under the Law Enforcement Agency of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's deputies known as the Cold Case Posse, a FORGERY, or in other words, [not a copy of the Original]. 

Without legitimate identification Obama could never have qualified to get on the Ballots certified for Voters and would never have entered the Oval Office as a qualified person eligible to hold the Office of President.  Why would a Fabricated Identification been necessary for Obama if he was qualified? 

It may have been a Fraud was necessary to Stop the momentum of the Press coverage fueled by then Birther Blow Hard and now President Donald Trump who, feeling the negative coverage was undoing his popularity, caved in and just went along with what seemed impossible for him to prove stating " Obama was born in the U.S.? 

50 months after declaring his Candidacy,  Obama also weary of speculation he was not born in the U.S. released a now proven fabrication. Normally, the Press would have been investigating the reasons why it took 50 months, but forces greater then even any conservative radio show hosts in America penetrated the personalities with threats and fears that included economic ruin. 
"Facts are defenders of Truth", said '08, '12,and '16 Presidential Candidate. "And the Truth has finally come out, Law Enforcement has certified that Obama's long form birth certificate was a Fabrication and represents theft of others identifications.  
How can the U.S. Courts clear what has been high crimes on these people and the American People in the Fair and Equal Standards of the qualifications for President ,and most of all the Vote of every American? 

Hillary Clinton ought to be the most outraged as in 2008 she was narrowly defeated. Her window closed and unrecoverable in 2016. If we continue this mad cover-up ,the Media, the Courts ,and the Congress continue to look away and excuse Crime, are they not the instruments of the greatest Fraud of Treason upon Justice in the United States?  

"Obama was not Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents qualifying for the Office of President with no foreign allegiance from the Time of his birth. That has never changed", said Cody Robert Judy who also sued Sen. McCain for his native birth in Panama. 

 This has future consequences for Future Elections and the Fraud perpetrated upon American's for contributions to Fraudulent Candidates. Obama is still on the American Paycheck dolly receiving the equivalent paycheck of a Cabinet Member. This is very relevant to Tax-Payers, plus its a golden opportunity for the US Supreme Court to weigh in without an Election hanging in the balance, with the peaceful transition we've gone through.  They should hear the Evidence and Try the Facts of this Fraud!
