Obots claim Cody Robert Judy's fundraising efforts are a scam while supporting an ineligible candidate whose not a natural born citizen in Obama. Whose scamming who here? Would you like to see who they'd vote for in a Judy v. Romney General Election?
When you think of the scale or trail of fraud and forgery you normally do not associate that with the Office of the President of the United States. Times have changed especially with the revealing evidence of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Cases Posse investigation. More then 2200 hours of professional law enforcement investigation has gone into what now is being looked over by the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.
Just thinking about the last month in which the Obama Campaign reported over 1 million donors and out raising Mitt Romney's efforts is a cold case reminder of the outlandish and purposely penetrating fraud Obama has laid down upon America as calculated and cold-hearted as anyone could be.
Think about the grandmothers and grandfathers who have hardly enough to live on contributing to the criminal act of Obama's fraud and forgery? Think about the new voters in America hopelessly and completely trusting that their first contributions into the American political elections would be protected by those in authority given to protect our Republic, and the hope that at least their dollar would be going to a qualified candidate.
Think about all businesses,PAC's,and non-profit for profit organizations that have contributed to Obama's campaign all learning that they have done so in the consortium of abandonment of good faith and credit basically supporting bad faith and bankruptcy.
The cold heart of Obama knows no bounds as the joker in Batman knew no bounds, he has relentlessly and unwaveringly determined he will re-write our Constitution and the demands for a natural born citizen in the office of the President. He's not a natural born citizen and the worst part of this is he knows it. To my recollection Obama himself has never said that he was a "natural born citizen", I have seen reports where he said he was a 'native born citizen'.
With such fraud and forgery going on with the long form birth certificate, Obama's social security number, Obama's draft registration, Obama's law licence being revoked, Obama's hidden pass port records, Obama's hidden school admittance records and college transcripts, is there any doubt in anyone's mind that this is not the transparency Obama promised? Its far worse then anyone suspects and the ramifications are hitting America right now.
The concert question that plays harmony to this massive fraud and forgery and scam in American Politics is that Mitt Romney has got to understand and seen what's going on and is indeed in co-operation with Obama's fraud and forgery.
'An excuse is worse and more terrible than a lie, for an excuse is a lie guarded'~ Pope John Paul I and you have to think to yourself, "Thats' exactly why I don't see Romney winning. He's covering Obama's fraud and forgery up. How or why would a blessing come from that?
Indeed, minus the circumstances of 'truth', and the 'defenders' of it, America is staggering for collateral, America is staggering for justice, America is staggering for the standard for which the world has come to admire us for.
The only thing we can do to regain our balance is face the music and admit that there is a Usurper in the White House and he's trashing it and trashing all that a U.S. President is suppose to uphold in principle and power.
September 24th, 2012 in the United States Supreme Court a decision will be made in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 on whether to continue to trash America's values and principles in the Constitution, or to allow America to go crashing for the lack of integrity she has represented in contributing to Obama's scamming campaign that continues perpetrating the hearts of contributors with the hollow seeds of fraud and forgery Obama sold as 'hope and change'.
There is no doubt we are living in the dark days of our Republic and the joker is indeed doing everything he can to solidify Americans turning on and destroying each other with his power play of deceit.

COULD Sept 24th in SCOTUS Be Obama's D-Day - Could this be the first day of the invasion of Obama's Eligibility?
In Presidential politics its been said you can't float like a butterfly you gotta sting like a bee. No-sting-Mitt-Romney has been basking in the light that the economy would be the narrow bridge by which he walks into the White House. Cody Robert Judy has quite another escort- Hammer Obama on the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the United States Supreme Court, which Obama has no answer to, and fillet Mitt Romney for being soft on the Constitution - a supposed priority for conservatives and republicans. The result could possibly be the end of the Republican Party as it slips into the deep political abyss forever.
In light of nearly all Media Sources hiding from the American Public the enormously important case of Obama's ineligibility for the Office of President coming up for conference in the United States Supreme Court Sept 24th,2012 in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 ., that Americans might be free to choose to support with an intelligence of what is going on ,rather then being told what or whom to support, Cody Robert Judy is threatening to take his message to the people.

A natural born citizen by U.S. Precedent is a person born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. No foreign allegiance in birth or in the parental chain. Its just that simple.

Now we are engaged by citizen Robert Cody Judy (Democrat) to support him in his attempt to get a ruling from the US Supreme Court concerning the issues surrounding eligibility as stated in Amendment 2 of the US Constitution. We can do no less for this concerned citizen. Race is not an issue. It is clearly an issue of legal interpretation. It takes a Writ of Cert to get this far and I think we owe some consideration to this man's pleading before the court which should appear on September 24, 2012. I believe Mrs. Obama, albeit a disbarred attorney herself, made the statement "we all should play by the same rules" recently at the DNC. Hi my Constitutional Friend of the USA ; )
You know many more people are tuning into the Presidential Race after the conventions now and I have a very special date coming up. That date, TWO WEEKS from now, is Sept. 24th,2012 in The United States Supreme Court, case Judy v. Obama 12-5276, and I need your help because there’s an IRON CURTAIN in the Media that I need your help with in TEARING DOWN! Remember Ronald Reagan saying that? Well guess what its’ here in America now.
As a facebook friend of mine 100 to 1 your conservative and will probably vote for Mitt Romney in the general election, however, I want to ask you if you’d like to double your odds at getting Barack Obama out of the White House before that; for $25.
You know as well as I do Mitt’s behind in 2 major, of the most reliable, polls right now, and there’s at least a 50% chance he won’t win anyway, so why not DOUBLES YOUR ODDS? Talk about a good deal for $25 dollars. Please,..let me explain.
One normal $50 dollar commercial for any company only cost a Presidential Candidate about $25 dollars and is estimated VERY conservatively to reach over one thousand people. I have about 4,500 facebook friends. If each gives $25 dollars we can reach conservatively four and a half million people and tune them into what’s happening in the United States Supreme Court in two weeks; but that’s not all.
With 4,500 commercials we gain major credibility ground with the networks that must air our commercials or can face big law suits for denying the Federal Guideline Standards of Advertisement for Presidential Candidates. That’s a law suit any attorney would delight to get their hands on because of the huge fine. We also gain credibility in the face of the Court which has never been done at this level!
Now $25 dollars is just between you and me, your name does not have to be reported to the FEC unless your contributions exceeds $200, so Mitt Romney is never going to know and you could still vote for him in Nov if you choose. Be my guest if you can contribute more than $200! (smile)
As you know Mitt’s taking on Obama on just the economy, but I’ll bet within the next two months you see gas prices going down, as well as employment numbers reported to the media and by the media by you- know-who. I’ll bet $25 that you might see it reported as 7.9% the first of November and guess what? Mitt Romney loses the economy battle as hope has suddenly and miraculously sprung back into the economy, we have to face it, that’s the way a major portion of our fellow Americans think.
That’s exactly what happened in reverse to John McCain in 2008 to help Obama out; thanks in large part to Saudi Arabia’s kings Obama bowed himself so low to. Don’t you think there was not a reason Obama bowed so low. Of course a U.S. President should never be beholden to a foreign power.
So, we Birthers have one more shot at this in the U.S. Supreme Court that is liberal of course, but guess what? I’m running as a Democrat in the same party objecting to campaign damage because Obama won the nomination and isn’t ‘playing by the same rules’ as Mrs. Obama quoted they think America should, and ‘it’s just not fair’. It’s a no brainer and my case has Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse investigation set in it and has from the onset from the lower Superior Court in Georgia. This has never happened in BIRTHER HISTORY exactly!
How about holding the Obama’s to the same standard they profess? Wouldn’t that be a treat for $25?

Doubling your odds to get Obama out, preserving your vote for Mitt Romney, and being able to tell God in your prayers tonight you have done all you could do. That’s pretty good deal, and I believe you could hold yourself blameless before God if you could do that.
You see I am a Christian and I don’t mind telling you in my opinion God will do most of the work. He only wants us to just show a little faith in him. Think of coming an inch while God has come a whole mile.

George Washington is my favorite U.S. President, can’t say as I’ve met him, but I’ve sure felt his spirit as a hand on my shoulder throughout the 12 courts over the last 4 years I’ve been through to get to this moment in the United States Supreme Court against Obama’s eligibility. A commercial is intelligence and knowledge for the general public and in 1796 Pres. Washington said, “it is essential that public opinion should be enlightened”, “A primary object for our youth should be education of our youth in the science of government. In a Republic, what species of knowledge can be equally important?”, and he said it was our duty, communicating it to those who are to be the future guardians of the liberties of our country.

I am inquiring to you about doing a joint press party or a picnic venue to eliminate cost on Sept 22,2012 , and create some media before the SCOTUS Case on Obama's Eligibility is heard Sept 24th,2012 set for conference 12-5276 Judy v. Obama and Weldon v. Obama.
The cause is just in coming together in a bi-partisan effort for the Constitution. I am a Democratic Candidate for President, but I am also the only one who has submitted the information from the Cold Case Posse in the Court. Your Cold Case Posse investigation was inserted into my case March 2nd which was the due date of my response to Obama's Motion to Dismiss, thus has found its way also up every level of Appeal until now its reached the United States Supreme Court.
Perhaps you don't think that's a very big deal, however I did notice in your last press conference you were a little bit confused on where to take the investigation next. Well, I propose the United States Supreme Court is a pretty good place and I've done just that. Now of course you understand that publicity is one of the biggest and most crucial things in the Court accepting and hearing cases that affect as many Americans.
If no one is concerned out there as Citizens about hearing this case, of course it makes it easier to sweep under the rug, and I also think that if it slips past the United States Supreme Court it will find no more collateral then the waste bins of America. Here are some notes of the Democratic National Convention speech of former President Bill Clinton that I took in no particular order or sequence.I was asked about what I thought about it.
I responded that the best part of it was his delivery. He's a very gifted and dynamic speaker, however, rebutted the words are rather empty. In comparison with Obama's speech tonight I thought former President Bill Clinton's speech was far better, and that was surprising.
The key comment I made on Obama's speech tonight on Twitter, and I made quite a few entries on Twitter tonight you can see on the right hand side of the screen, was that Obama's secret was giving something to everyone to hear. The reality is his claim for not delivering the one thing you "hoped" he would,is that he can't be all things to all people. In his speech, he sure damn well tries. The other reality I believe will sink Obama is that in promising the world to everyone, the world will turn on him for not delivering AND being a liar at the core. Of course this is true at the root of his not being a natural born citizen qualified under the Constitution. Obama wants his own Constitution and his own United States Supreme Court.
NOTES - BILL CLINTON'S SPEECH Sept 5th,2012
President Clinton said " he hadn't learned to 'hate' the far right like the far right has learned to hate Obama". Well, Mr. President Clinton, we don't want you to learn to 'hate' Obama, we want you to learn to 'love' our Constitution more for it created the United States of America.
Pres. Clinton said "It's better to say "We're all in this together , rather than say 'your on your own". However, the definition of Obama's 'getting together', leaves your independent rights as Citizens of the United States, protected by the Constitution, run over by the masses. In America we respect each individual and that has been the source of power constraining the masses but its a "Republic for which we stand" , a Constitutional Republic.. not a pure democracy like Iraq's, or Egypt’s, or Russia's.
I am an independent advocate for the stability our Constitution provides for each and every American!
I do happen to agree w Pres Clinton that #1 Clintons release of the Glass Steagall Act was the 'release of regulation' that started the housing crisis, and #2 Mitt Romney isn't taking a stand for the Constitution.
Michelle Obama is really scared.. you can see it in her face.. and its because her husband is playing with a different set of rules... then the rest of America is playing by. Obama's not playing by the United States constitution's rules.. he's making his own constitution.
Comparing Congress's job creation and President Obama's in Pres. Clinton's job score critic? What! I thought companies and corporations hired people. I thought it was the small businesses in America that were the key to getting our economy back on track, not the Federal Government's ability to hire more people that then create a bigger burden on the people to pay for.
I thought the Federal Government was suppose to protect our borders from illegal immigrants sneaking across the border to play by their own rules? That's criminal activity.. and it doesn't create jobs it takes jobs from Americans, creates a bigger burden on our security, and does not serve as justice for all for all those people that came in the front door!
Pres. Clinton said " Obama has laid the foundation for a new modern successful economy".. I thought the foundation of our Nation was laid by our founders and framers who scribed the Constitution and included in that if you recall was "no taxation without representation"
Tax Paying Americans deserve and demand our Constitution be upheld... we deserve and demand our representatives uphold the document we sent them to Washington DC for... we deserve and demand Obama stop being coddled as a baby.. He's not a natural born citizen, he might be American, but we know he's not playing by our rules of the Constitution, and its time he learned to grow up and accept a little responsibility.
That "race card" , and that "class war-fare card" have been used, and its time to put that game away. We have a Constitution that doesn't discriminate from the greatest power you have.. and that is to cast your vote as an American Citizen! Do you know what rights your Creator has endowed upon you? Those rights are not given to you in America, but they are protected by America and our Constitution.
Tonight as I am listening to the delegate count at the Democratic National Convention I want to go on record at having warned the Democratic National Chairmen, and forwarding this warning to at least 50 Media outlets,that a constitutional ineligible candidate could dis-enfranchise the entire Democratic Party vote.
The following letter was sent to the email addresses and was not acted upon. I am sorry to report that my candidacy was run over by Obama who is not a natural born citizen, is not qualified, and is running with a different set of rules then I and every other constitutionally eligible candidate were required to run on and fulfill as candidates for the office of President according to the Constitution.
I also report that I have done all I could to prevent the great mistake of nominating Barack Obama, that my fellow Democrats can hold me blameless from what may come because of the illegal and unconstitutional nomination.
The Democratic Party Chair has just announced 10:10pm MST that Barack Obama has been chosen the nominee for the Democratic Party for the 2012 General Election, assuring that the cause of action of my United States Supreme Court case Judy v. Obama 12-5276 is in fact justified.
That there is indeed a cause of action upon which relief can be granted. That because of Barack Obama's nomination as the Democratic Nominee, my candidacy has suffered a redress-able injury upon which the Court can upon the Constitution rule of law rule and uphold the integrity of law.
I pledge to do all I can to repeal the nomination of Barack Obama as the Democratic Party national nominee for the General Election of 2012 by legal means available to me in the interest of preserving, protecting, and defending the United States Constitution.

Dear Mrs. Wasserman Schultz and Democratic Party Committee Members: Aug,29th,2012
This is to formally ask you for a list of the attending delegates addresses and phone numbers and email addresses that you know will be attending the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina beginning Sept. 5th, 2012 that I may immediately contact them about my candidacy for President for the Convention and to ask you to forward this to them immediately yourself also.
This is also to inform you that I will attend, and if possible would like to have a place assigned for me to set up a campaign desk, television and video area that will feature my campaign for President to the Delegates attending.
As an FEC Registered candidate for President in the Democratic Party ,I would appreciate your getting me this information as quickly as possible and would appreciate your cooperation.
I have included you on all my press releases, campaign commercials, and active legal challenges on Barack Obama's Eligibility that now are in the United States Supreme Court Case No. 12-5276 Judy v. Obama and this could be ruled upon at any time effectively closing down Barack Obama's Campaign and of course opening up the Convention. The four documents below will necessarily explain in detail what I am conveying to be the truth.
In which case the Democratic Party would necessarily find itself much better off rather than waiting for Mitt Romney to challenge Obama's eligibility in court as he has now become the Republican Nominee and is threatening to do, as you are very well aware, and in a tight race or a very slight loss could easily challenge and have every right to do so.
If Barack Obama were to be challenged by Mitt Romney as not a 'natural born citizen', which he isn't simply addressing Obama's father as not ever a U.S. Citizen, and the 14th Amendment not having anything remotely to do with the qualification clause for a 'natural born citizen', its very clear the Democratic Party could be completely debilitated and every vote dis-enfranchised after any such nomination at the Convention with hardly any time for the Party to recover prior the General Election with any kind of a Convention Spike.
It is therefore actually in the best interest of the Democratic Party to forward this letter immediately to every delegate attending the Democratic Party National Convention, that this news will not come as such a big surprise and they can be prepared for it.
I also would be happy to speak and raise the roof on Mitt Romney if there comes an open slot for me in speaking at the Convention.

As an Illinois Senator Obama voted 'present' effectively side-stepping a "Ayes" or "Nays" vote some one hundred and thirty times in order to stay in the good graces of his constituents and his future political career which was, make no mistake, orchestrated.
Obama is also M.I.A as a constitutionally qualified president. Obama is not a natural born citizen which has been been interpreted by the Congress as a legislative mandate over 225 years, born in the United States to Citizen parents on the record by literally examining the fact that its never been over turned in our history while its been attempted over 24 times.
One thing most people agree on is that the purpose of the 'natural born citizen' clause is to protect the nation from foreign influence. Americans hold the work of the Founding Fathers in such reverence that they've added to it only 17 times since 1791.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., a Judiciary committee member, sees merit in the restriction and said in 2004, "I don't think it is unfair to say the president of the United States should be a native-born citizen," she said at the hearing. "Your allegiance is driven by your birth."
Republican U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch-R from Utah said in October 2004,"The restriction on the foreign-born "has become an anachronism that is decidedly un-American."
Maria Shriver Kennedy at one time supported her husband Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger pushing for a constitutional amendment that would allow the Austrian-born 2004 California governor to run for the White House as soon as 2008.
As we see UT. R. Sen Orrin Hatch's proposed amendment failed in 2004, Maria (Kennedy) Shriver filed divorce to Schwarzenegger in 2011 for infidelity but as of July 2012 the divorce isn't final, and another 2008 candidate who isn't a natural born citizen duped Americans running and successfully usurped the White House in 2008.
If you haven't seen the conservative documentary of the decade stunning Hollywood Obama's present from Rocky Mountain Pictures, "Obama 2016", you need to go see it. I took my mother this last Friday even as the hour and twenty-nine minute documentary was expanding from its modest handful of movie screens to 1,900 screens nation wide earning another $5.1 million of its now 18.3 million.
Its an interesting side-note that Michael Moore producer of No. 1-ranked "Fahrenheit 9/ 11," which topped $119 million leading documentaries all time, this last week told Democrats to get used to the words "President Romney".
The foreboding feeling you feel walking out of Obama 2016 with the audience is worth the price of the ticket. To tell you the truth I personally was relieved to be able to sit quite next to my mom and let someone else do the talking as there have been many a family argument over the work I've been engaged in since 2008 suing McCain and Obama in 2008 on the eligibility issue as a candidate for President and continuing the stand in 2012 as a Democrat Presidential Candidate.
While I don't say this in justification of failure in the home,there's probably more then a truth or two about my last two marriages ending because of taking a stand for the Constitution in political races that ended unsuccessfully with the finances of my family in a crisis - the reality of underfunded campaigns for any candidate.
The truth of any political race is there is only one winner, and no matter how many people vote for the second place finisher, all the funds, all the votes, all the hoopla for the campaign doesn't make that campaign any better than the least voted candidate with the most under-voted campaign- it's still a loss and a calculable failure.
This brings me to the crux of this blog that is actually a question for everyone to ask themselves.
If Mitt Romney is unwilling to fight Obama on the grounds of the Constitutional demands of qualification for the Office of the President, allowing the usurpation, allowing the history to go down without justice to the fraud and forgery Obama has been apart of with the cover-up, spewing out false identification documents according to law enforcement investigations documented in my case Judy v. Obama now set for conference in the United States Supreme Court Sept. 24th, 2012, allowing Obama to build his presidential library and dis-honoring American culture with shocking racism sending blacks back to a time before color television, then how do you suppose Romney is going to preserve, protect and defend America's Constitution any more then Obama has?
And if Romney is not going to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution any better the Obama, what makes your vote for Romney worth the disgrace to God for setting America aside as a peculiar nation of a distinct Republic for which we Americans stand?
While I would not base my vote on any man or women's religious preference, there are some who do. In my opinion one of the finest distinctions in America is the freedom of conscience in America, let them worship who, what, or how they may, for that is the ultimate test of your own religious freedom here in America.
Saying you wouldn't vote for a "Mormon" is just as easily said about any other religion that is a minority at any given point and is not representative of the United State's Congress Standards outlined in the Constitution, which are chosen by We The People as our Representatives and Senators.
God knows they let us down as the electorate reported the election in 2008 and their popularity has shown this sinking to an all time low, however the legislative mandate has stood the test of time not to allow any but a "Natural Born Citizen", or a "Citizen" before the ratification of the Constitution, to become President.
With that said and understanding Obama was not born before the Constitution was ratified, a "Natural Born Citizen" is born in the United States to at the very least parents who are "Citizens", or "Natural Born Citizens" themselves.
I believe Dr. Pastor James David Manning makes a credible argument for justice in the following video, as Obama did in legislative session 130 times,by simply voting present when it comes to the President by writing my name in on your ballot
"Cody Judy", if the Democrats and Republicans and United States Supreme court refuses to demand justice for the honor of black people, white people, yellow people and any color of people in America.
You absolutely do not need to disgrace yourself before your God, or higher power, by voting for a lesser of two evils, and I do believe that in this case "inaction" or something that appears futile,ultimately can be seen as 'action' to protect the way that God or your higher power, thinks about you if you think that is relevant and important to you.
Talking to Iowans Obama this week said something to the affect "that their is always a choice and Americans were gonna have to make one", and Pastor Manning makes it a credible argument here, which has in large part not been articulated by any religious figure in America, that voting for the lesser of two evils is not voting for principle that makes a bit of sense.
So, I'll say you don't have to "not vote" for anyone, you can always write-in my name Cody Judy understanding no other qualified candidate on the ballot has stood up for and taken a stand against Obama's Eligibility other than me, as actually your present to Obama.
Perhaps Obama would win, but perhaps he will win anyway, and perhaps you will look better to your God in not choosing the lesser of two evils, and simply just choosing someone who took a stand and took it to the U.S. Supreme Court. They may be the highest court we can see in America, but I believe there is one above them in the heavens; that in Gods hands.
If Obama were to win in America in 2012 perhaps it will be the lesson needed to the majority who put him there, from God, to make of you Patriots of Freedom and Liberty like nothing else would. I know being enslaved myself 8 years as a prisoner of a usurped Constitution by the majority in Utah and the deaf ear of the United States Supreme Court for evidence held by the Presidency of the Mormon or LDS Church, that I became a Patriot of our Constitution like I had never been before.
Then by God your prayers would reach into the heavens and I think that while God might be slow to hear you he would, by the bloodiest revolution America has ever pondered, set your free again, and by that you wouldn't forget it for 1000 years.
In God's mind, perhaps the greatest lesson to the greatest amount of people, is the best lesson anyway and by that standard I sure wouldn't put it past him, in my own religious sentiment.
So, minus the words that voting for a "Mormon" is a no can do, and perhaps inserting the understanding that voting for a President who has taken a stand against Obama's eligibility consistently since 2008 is a must, here is Dr. James David Manning's articulate report on that matter that rings truth in the matter of apposing a political loss for Obama because he still gets the pension and the presidential library, and the obamanation of history I am apposed to as my founding fathers in America were also.
