My Friends and Countrymen, Patriots of the USA, I am humbled and honored today to OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE my DECLARATION FOR CANDIDACY in the  2016 Election for the Office of the President of the United States of America in the Democratic Party! 

The CRJ TODAY FOR A BETTER AMERICA TOMORROW COMMITTEE, representing my Candidacy for the Office of President, was formed and mailed to the Federal Election Commission today. Though I have registered in the Democratic Party for their nomination, it is my prayer, that my Campaign will be an Ensign for all Americans who value principle over party. For there is no political party that is worth sacrificing principle over.

My Candidacy in the Democratic Party is one embedded with the hope of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy's ( JFK's ) commitment to the integrity of our sound economic prosperity, met with the commitment of a balanced budget that former President Bill Clinton achieved on our deficit. 

My Candidacy I hope will represent the National Security concerns of all Americans that our represented with the Qualifications of the President that are endowed with wisdom within our United States Constitution being understood and also enforced. 

With the energy of my soul, I am committed to upholding the ensign of the Constitution of the United States of America and revitalizing its Standards that have dilapidated with the pressures of political extravagance unnecessary for the health of our Nation. I have committed myself to this Stand regardless of political party in favor of Principle for that is where both Independents,  Democrats, and Republicans should be happy to meet together in the sound interest of a committed Union of the States. 

As the Union goes, so goes the Constitution of the United States of America. The freedom and liberty of religion, the freedom and liberty of speech and assembly, the freedom and liberty of choice, the freedom and liberty to protect our property, and the freedom to enjoy as Citizens the applications of equality and happiness that is rooted in the hearts of our children as our Creator has endowed them regardless of race, color, gender, or prior servitude abiding for peaceful existence.  

To secure these rights by a sound Declaration that we expect a commitment of excellence from our Citizens honored by an equal commitment for legal immigration that I intend to uphold and honor as Congress instructs me in executing the duties of the office, preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States of America.

I say to you today, that if I am entrusted with the Office of the President, that the expounding rights of the U.S. Constitution for our Citizens will also be upheld.  Let me say, I understand that if and when our U.S. Constitution is not upheld that the natures of evil seeking to imprison our women for their choice, imprison those who seek self defense who are equipped with capacity yet are dependent and not yet infirm, who wish to imprison those who are unique in their natures as Citizens of this Nation, shall find my Command as a reprimand and one of respect, honor, and love for those they seek to imprison. 

Tis for the living Citizens I am elected and for whom I shall secure their rights under the Constitution in harmony with our Criminal Codes.

Let me convey to you my Platform to uphold our Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare for our elderly with new and pioneering ways to finance these obligations without the burden being passed upon future generations. Let our children grow up with the Promise of a bright future rather than being chained at the age of accountability to the ravages and yokes of debt placed upon them by a generation who could not say "No" and spent their children's inheritance too. That problem may be one we as Generation X did not ask for, but it is one that we must solve creatively with what we have.

Let me convey to you my commitment to our Allies and those Nations whose populations and commitments not only talk but walk or behave as our Friends.  Let all other Nations understand that our commitment to our borders under the umbrella of the United States Constitution is not linked to the expansion of their territory or police force and that we will not be bullied by exploits as gross and unhinged as they may be. 

Let them understand that our help to secure their problem will be paid for by their Commitment and not at the expense of our Citizens as has been plainly outlined by my Three Ropes Platform.  

With these Revolutionary Codes let me express my full faith that our commitments and obligations can be met and we can lighten the load that burdens our population and brighten the hopes of our future. We can secure, at the same time, the amazing future we all hope our Children will have towards their personal Dreams. 

If I am invited by election into your White House as President and your Commander-In-Chief, let me express my commitment to justice as well the honor of our Judicial and Legislative Branches of Government. I do not think that the Post as President is going to provide you a job, but I do think that fair trade emphasized with mutual respect will and can influence companies to enjoy the promise of the United States of America. 

It is true that we are an essential part of the Global Economy, and that we are not void of our own abilities to make and harvest and produce for our population as well as enjoy the commerce of trade with other nations with a well oiled balance of weights and measures in the interest of justice that will secure our population from unfair exposure. 

It is true that though we are a part of the Global Economy,  we are unique in our Standards of liberty and freedom some more strict, some more lenient, from other Nations. This is embedded in the fact that we are Americans.  Our duty to respect the borders and boundaries of others is a commitment to also have ours honored.  That when such are not honored our defenses must provide a counter of enforcement to those perpetrators and that this commitment seeks not only understanding but to be understood.

My energy is for the opportunity of work to be employed in the spirit of engagement and a job well done. Engaging in a good cause is primary to happiness. Over the argument of what you can't do, I am interested in what you can do. For your talents and dreams, I as your President, seek to cultivate rather than to weed out or burden in the ingenuity of your hearts desire.

May these be the reasons that I can say that I believe in you. May the TRUTH be the reasons that you say that you believe in me. May God Bless you all and uplift this work in the eyes of this Nation that a choice might be made serving you in this coming 2016 Election.

Yes we’re taking ALL the information, Yes, we are storing ALL the information, Yes, we are spying on ALL of America and YES we have ALL the information but have we totally stopped terrorism? Has it stopped illegals from infiltrating our borders?

Hummmm, what happened in the Boston Bombing? What happened in the Benghazi terrorist attack? What happened at Fort Hood? How many U.S. Citizens died with our Governments approval hand involved? One thing about having all the information is, you very quickly lose the ability not to accept responsibility.

Isn’t it interesting that the American Citizenry has suddenly become the suspects, and the illegal people are given arms fast and furiously? Why not release the prison population and arm them as Bain did in the latest episode of Batman Mr. Eric Holder?

Yes, we have all the information, but is that what we do in America? Is that what our Country is all about? Is that as a Country what we want to be known about in front of the world Mr. Obama? Isn’t this a little embarrassing?

Have you ever thought about what all the Ambassadors are thinking about the Obama administration verses the Bush Administration? It’s like 100 times worse! It’s like the Patriot Act and water boarding on steroids!

Why do you need the information on everyone but you refuse to secure the borders and prosecute actually crimes of illegal aliens coming in possibly with guns from Fast & Furious and Stinger Missiles issued out from Syria Rebels aka Muslim Brotherhood/Al Qaeda?

I mean it’s really time for the Democrats to hide their face in shame about the transparency of Obama it’s such an outright cry of hypocrisy, but wait! Perhaps what Obama was saying is that he was going to make the whole U.S. and all of its “Citizen Persons” transparent, and it really had nothing to do with his own identity?

Oh! Gosh how silly of us, but what is happening now? Isn’t it difficult to imagine in 2008 Obama campaigning on the promises to spy on every American and in 2010 releasing a long form fabricated birth certificate at the same time he admitted that was the biggest joke ever spoon fed to the American Citizenry?

You undoubtedly already know that there has been over 2500 hours of legal criminal investigation that has proven Obama’s released long form birth certificate as well as his selective service card, yes the one he spoon fed the Media in the White House Press Core room are complete fabrications.

I am filled with chagrin and embarrassed to the core to hear Obama speaking from Europe today knowing what a complete fraud he is, and knowing he’s not a natural born citizen even qualified under our U.S. Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen. We can’t even get a qualified President in the Office of the President. What makes the integrity of our word and our laws even remotely considered something anyone in the world could count on?

It’s like the whole world has evidence we are complete narcissistic liars and we have the audacity to speak as a leader to them? Oh my God, if we could only keep our mouth shut it would be better.

In the world of Obama he has not been elected by the U.S. Citizenry but now the U.S. Peoples which certainly includes the people in the U.S. illegally. Is he their President? Did they elect him? Has his narcissism grown to think he is the President of the world’s people now?

Glenn Beck is speaking right now in Washington DC at the Press Conference hosted by the “The Sound 70” Congressmen who are opposed to Amnesty and are very afraid if anything passes in the House, the comporting Senate Bill passing the Senate will merge with it, and the resulting gut emerging out of a committee will be basically the same Amnesty Bill millions in 2007 gathered in Washington DC to defeat in the first place.

The Sound 70 have declared if this happens it’s a death knell to the United States. Progressives including Republicans and Democrats have adds declaring “Sound Borders” is what we need and listing many many promises if they can pass Amnesty they would concede on such like making illegal’s go to the back of the line, learn English, and pay a penalty to build a fence, that’s sooooo discriminatory don’t you think? (wink wink)

The most interesting pronouncement of this is that the two party system has become a one-party system and the likes of Rubio, McCain, Reid and the Gang of 8 are really about to pound that 16 million new persons and 22 Trillion dollar injection of poison gas onto the United States Citizenry.

This Amnesty, and while we’re at it let’s add Obamacare, is essentially a chemical bomb dropping on America’s food supply that will make it all wither and die in one sweeping move. Would removing all speed restraints from school zones lead to good things and isn’t 20mph rather discriminatory of 75mph?

Now former House speaker Pelosi announced we had to pass Obamacare to find out what was in it, and I ask, “Is there any difference in what’s happening now with Amnesty?” Let’s pass a bill see it compromised and then find out what comes out of the committee?

The sad Sound 70 have also negated to hear anything remotely resembling a hearing of verification of Obama’s qualification as a natural born citizen. To say they are ignoring the pink elephant in the room is an understatement! As you understand any bill passing the House and the Senate also needs an actual QUALIFIED president’s signature as the executive branch holds the keys of enforcing any bill your grasp the importance of a legal qualified president verses an unqualified president according to the Constitution, and you also grasp the extreme, bizarre, and nutty actions against Birthers.

Care to discuss any of the Cover-Ups recently as some sound evidence for the statement? I’m happy to.
Now Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck and The Sound 70 actually pitch fast balls at the Birthers stating even if they actually put their weight behind a hearing of verification for Obama’s qualification that would include all the evidence considered in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that the U.S. Supreme Court would not even hold a hearing on,( based on either setting the agenda themselves which Sen. Mike Lee claims of Justice John Roberts in a new online book; not upholding the Constitution and precedent; or supporting the “nose out” of the Judicial Branch from any political election in spite of Constitutional requirements set there for office holders known as the “Political Doctrine Question” you can google), that includes the Cold Case Posse findings showing a complete fraud and fabrication of Obama’s identification documents, their weight behind such hearings would not matter.

How do they know their weight would not matter until they actually put their weight behind it? Why indeed are they standing up against the Amnesty Bill of the Senate if they are so overwhelmingly outnumbered and their actions are seen as such a threat to House Speaker John Bonner that he has threatened to remove them from Chairmanships and Committees?
Why didn’t George Washington just lay down to the British if they were such superior a force? Why don’t the under-dogs of any political race in America just lay down to the incumbents because they’re probably going to lose?

Consider if you will the impact of Obamacare and the Amnesty bill together being null and void because they don’t have a legal President’s signature, and you will then grasp the impact of removing Obama as a disability according to USC Amend. 14, Sect 3.

It would demand a completely reconsideration of the implementation of Obamacare and Amnesty. Now conservatives tell me why there is a single Republican and conservative Democrat who thinks Obama has gone way over the line that wouldn’t consider government corruption a reason to get back to the qualification verification hearings in Congress?

What happens if you hit a home-run and miss a touching a base? It’s NOT a home-run!

Of course we are a Country of immigration, and we are a Country of laws, the United States Supreme Law being the Constitution in which Obama fails as a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President. Now sit back and digest the discrimination and racist attitude Congress has had upon a fellow and past democratic party candidate like myself whose been hurt and damaged by Obama’s Campaign in 2008, and 2012 from the beginning of the election cycles as an illegal candidate whose not qualified.

Obama's/Dems Mad Illegal Immigrants Are Not free in AZ.Sen.1070 NBC Embraces Slander in AZ.

NBC video slanders AZ Governor by stating “Arizona embraces profiling” on the headline of their video, in spite of the Governors statement at signing that she would demand basically a fair balance between the Bill she signed today and the law which prohibits racial profiling.

While Obama called the Bill she signed ‘misdirected’, NM Governor Bill Richardson acknowledges huge problems in AZ. with illegal’s crossing the border, and the Federal Governments laissez-faire, or doctrine that an economic system functions best when there is no interference by government. It is based on the belief that the natural economic order tends, when undisturbed by artificial stimulus or regulation, to secure the maximum well-being for the individual and therefore for the community as a whole.

This seems to be just about the only issue the Democrats seem to embrace laissez-fair, because they are into controlling everyone’s health care, the finances of all the banks, WallStreet, and every business in America, as well as Cap & Trade Global Warming.

So let’s get this straight; Democrats want to control the food ( Codex Alimentarius officially covers all foods) water and air everyone breaths, they want to control the doctors, the bankers, the lawyers, the insurance industry, WallStreet executives, main street CEO’s, but they don’t want to control of “illegal immigration” and the “illegal aliens” from entering the country illegally? What is their interest?

While the rest of America is subject to ‘controls’ in nearly every aspect of our lives, every American reporting taxes, employment, and getting licenses for near every aspect of our lives including, birth certificates, ( accept for Obama who has never had to show a long form birth certificate to any official and made his first executive order about his executive privilege not to), drivers licenses, business licenses this is the one area, and the only people they don’t want reporting to them, and don’t want control over, Why would that be?

Can you say massive instant legalization of immigration to ‘control’ the election through the flood of voters created, and Democrats are happy to provide the flood of immigration with a subsidy of about everything they could want much less need, just for their vote?

When we were bombed, or invaded, at Pearl Harbor the need for ‘profiling’ came into play for reasonable protections. The U.S. Japanese citizenry were put out of their way for the way in which they looked upon because of the danger that had proceeded. We tend to forget safety for the Japanese was a strong consideration for the Japanese encampments, not just national security.

So how does that compare to the illegal infiltration of mainly acknowledged Hispanic population from Mexico and the relatively large drug war being conducted as well the secure enforcement of our borders from say illegal substances or in a worst case scenario, a lost nuke-case being smuggled over our borders into the wrong hands, while we are have two wars going on by the admission of most everyone in Congress and that man living in the White House?

Arizona is being very gentle and considerate of a large portion of their population who most assuredly understand what the Governor said, in essence, “ This is for the protection of every Arizona Citizen, and at the same time we want to uphold every citizens Constitutional rights.”

On the bully empire pulpit considering Az. Sen. Bill 1070, Obama, in a wildly power hungry remark exemplifying runaway Federal Control over States, declared essentially that the lack of Federal Control in States creates “irresponsibility in others” meaning State Governors and State Law Makers are irresponsible without the Federal Government Controlling them, or in other words, States being allowed to make laws that suit their particular needs are irresponsible.

While Rachel Maddow, of the Rachel Maddow Show, said they were referring to this bill as the “papers please” bill, one possible reason she does so maybe a reasonable fear that Obama may have to show his papers proving he is a natural born citizen. Natural Born Citizens are those having been born by two U.S. Citizens and being born within the United States, so as to clear by two generations any ties to a foreign government.

The Constitutional Qualification only applies to United States President our forefathers reasonable considered because of the control of armies and the highest office within the Executive Branch an office demanded every ‘natural safe guard’ possible within natural law of at least two generation. Rachel often backs her claim of Obama’s citizenship based upon 2 newspaper announcement of birth that Hawaii’s Department of Health places upon any request of any ‘birth certificate’ applied for including those born abroad, as well those actually in Hawaii. So we have never seen Obama’s long form birth certificate, no one has. Could it be it doesn’t exist?

It is easily understood that the Framers were indeed born within the United States borders before the adoption of the Constitution, but did not consider themselves Natural Born Citizens, because they and their parents were not, thus in order to make for their own exceptions, they included the phrase, “Or a citizen at the time of the adoption of this Constitution”. George Washington himself was 55 years old when the Constitution was adopted in 1776. He and his parents had actually lived under the rule of Britain as British subjects to the King, the same citizenship subjection that Obama’s father had but they didn’t leave a grandfather clause open in the Constitution to include Obama, but The British Nationality Act does:

Barack Obama Sr. as a British citizen and subject to the laws of the British Nationality Act 1948 (BNA). The following sections establish that Obama Jr. was subject to the same laws at birth:

e.“ (1) Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act (1948) shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.”

You can’t be a duel citizen and President or Vice President and those guys probably don’t want American tax payer to know that illegal immigration is costing them about 13 billion a year.
