The U.S. Border Scandal is vastly shaping up to be one of the most crucial aspects of why a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President is a vital requirement for the Republic. In the following excerpt Judge Jeanine Pirro definitely outlines with intensity what problems follow the lack of enforcement of our border. What she completely misses though is Congress’s dereliction of duty to enforce the United States Constitution’s requirements for a natural born Citizen as President that Obama fails.

Having it both ways described as, “having your cake and eating it to” is a dream for everyone but it’s a particular sweet one for politicians. Republicans would like nothing more than to assail the Democrats with Obama contrived as the nightmare that is being created with a bursting border like a dam’s trickle becomes a stream and then burst open its borders.

To understand what’s happening on Obama’s watch, you just have to look at the numbers of before and after, and Judge Jeanine adequately rehearses those numbers. Listen carefully as border crossings have jumped nearly tripled within the last year.

IF Obama were a “natural born Citizen” Congress would have a “leg” to stand on with this one. As the Legislative and the Judicial Branch share as two legs of a three legged stool the burden to balance our Government, the Legislative Branch is not accountable or responsible for HOLDING A HEARING on Obama’s eligibility and Constitutional Qualifications that are fraught with identity forgery and fraud according to lawful investigation professionals Congress refuses to hear.

That is a first duty and a first line of defense for submitting the authority the people have vested in the Office of the President. Unfortunately for you Congress along with Fox News's Judge Jeanine, ABC,NBC,CBS and every other mainstream news outlet refuses to hear the arguments of Obama's ineligibility continueing rather to perpetuate the false presumption Obama is a legally qualified president under the Constitutions demands and in so doing encourages fraud, and forgery upon the American People with discontent for the United States Constitution. They love passing the buck on for fault rather then accepting the responsibility and accountability to the people for the Supreme Laws of the Land.

Recently I went and saw Dinesh D'Souza's "American 2014" and would highly recommend you going to see it because at the heart of this is the premise that America's exceptual idea of freedom and liberty has been a beacon for the world. That beacon is set as a standard of the U.S. Constitution and the greatest national defense danger is the real possibility that we lose it from within. Nothing exemplifies this point better than the problems we face at the border- A Nation without borders is no nation at all.

If by chance you prescribe to the shame America has endured from within and without as the greatest evil upon the planet you certainly have no conception of the roots of that shame being fraudulently perpetrated upon you, just like you have no conception of the trap being laid around your feet seeking to ensnare your freedoms and liberties and you have all the more reason to go see this movie with all of your doubts and perceptions in place. I don't think anyone can accuse Dinesh D'Souza of not being a good listener and he listens to your complaints in the movie. Go See it!

If you hold contempt for justice, admire intolerance, and absolutely can't stand freedom and liberty then you probably shouldn't see it. As for me, I left celebrating along with the rest of the cheering and clapping audience, the contributions a friend of America has in Dinesh D'Souza and every other immigrant or naturalized Citizen in American who has come through the front door with an understanding of the opportunity America provides.

Along with Citizenship in the United States of America comes a responsibility and accountability of upholding America's dream. It seems almost unfathomable to me that those wishing to come in and partake of America would root themselves so deeply in destroying the national defense of the natural born Citizen clause that uniquely earmarks as a qualification for the Office of the President - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

The Journal Sentinel today featured a piece called the "Latino Connection" that's 10 pages longer, the problem for Obama is that the new form will offer clear instructions, (like the Constitution has for all of us regarding the eligibility requirements for the Office of the President Obama himself fails). The 'naturalization' process, surprisingly to most, is not foreign to presidential and elected candidates although the national security concerns were not a process they themselves had to go through. Perhaps the concerns are based in part to the damage those individuals are doing to the economy and perhaps the morality of the principles of the Constitution itself?

Chief among those candidates and elected facing problems with "Citizenship" associated with 1st generations Americans and "Natural Born Citizenship" commonly referred to as 2nd generation based on being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, are of course Barack Obama, John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal,and Rick Santorum to name a few.

The Republicans oddly enough seem to have more candidates lined up facing these problems in the future for President then the Democrats, which proves to be a hard-line for the Democratic Party to toe in the future with the scalping of the natural born citizen requirement they've gone to bat for in Obama.

Sen. Barack Obama - aka Barry Soetoro/Soebarkah shadily found to be two places at the same time was indeed registered as an Indonesian citizen adopted by his step father with his mother to young to claim an american citizenship for him in his foreign birth. Of course the lie sold to the American public is exactly the kind of 'national security' and 'moral' character concerning the USCIS.

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more then a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.


Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits (Get Yours Free Here) contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Obama.

Isn't it ironic that after those in authority have gotten away with defying our national security and moral principle in the Constitution that they would actually try closing the loop-holes they themselves went through?

Sen. John McCain was of course born in a Panama Hospital not associated with any military hospital and was granted his 'citizenship' ,because of his foreign birth, with an act of Congress when he was 11 months old. US Supreme Court had ruled in Downes v. Bidwell that unincorporated territories are not the United States. The full Constitution only applies for incorporated territories of the United States.[28] Until the rulings in these so-called Insular Cases, children born of two US citizens in the Canal Zone had been subject to the Naturalization Act of 1795, which granted them statutory US citizenship at birth. With the ruling of 1905, persons born in the Canal Zone became US nationals, not full citizens.

We also recognize it not only grants statutory and declaratory born citizenship to those born in the Canal Zone after February 26, 1904, of at least one US citizen parent, but also does so retroactively for all children born of at least one US citizen in the Canal Zone before the law's enactment. The importance is that with 'one' parent came 'Citizenship', but not 'natural born citizenship'.

Any "ACT" of Congress upon "citizenship" is generally considered to be a process of man made law we call 'naturalization' which contrast of course the laws of nature which govern man. This of course prevoked the second ACT of Congress in the U.S. Senate commonly associated with the 'good ole boys Act insane for Sen. McCain, which was, non-binding, because it was not acted upon by The House, or signed by a Qualified President 'U.S. Resolution 511' was the act 'granting 'McCain 'natural born citizenship' which though written defies natural law.

In this text however is the reasoning that though McCain was born a foreigner to the United States, and thus an alien, because he had been born of two "Citizen" parents, the 'granting' was confirmed. Its always interesting when a lie proceeds forth from the law defying 'natural law', often the truth of the lie is found in the details.

The ACT text follows this suit when it 'claims' falsely that McCain was born in a military hospital. This was either an out right lie told to McCain's good ole boys club the U.S. Senate Republicans by co-sponsors Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama or spun by McCain himself because anyone can clearly see the hospital McCain was born in was not the military hospital, but indeed the Panama Colon Hospital, making even the details of the non-binding resolution false. This was all brought up in Judy v. McCain in 2008 days before McCain was made the nominee.

McCain was severely censored Jan 7th,2014 ,Jan. 26th 2014, based on national security and moral principles against the Constitution by his constituency in a complete and humiliating embarrassment.

While McCain's spokesmen called the censor 'Whacky', I'll let you decide if the same claim might be leveled at the U.S. Senate for passing non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511, and which deserves more criticism for being 'Whacky'?

It truly is scary when those with questionable character like Obama and McCain with their understood frauds upon the public, the Constitution's morality, and our National Security are actually "in" Elected Offices and people like myself who have raised the concerns to a level of legal Court action are the ones looked upon as 'dangerous' for representing the principles of the Constitution in our National Security Welfare.

If you can recall such a time that black was white, and white was black in things being so turned around as it is today you would probably discover it was not easy to recover from. Indeed the division amongst has less to do with color and more to do with the moral character upheld in our Constitution necessary for our National Security then any race division.


Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

Isn't it about time you started waking up to the facts that the man in the White House has perpetrated the greatest fraud and forgery upon you and your family and pass this along to your neighbors and friends?

NBC video slanders AZ Governor by stating “Arizona embraces profiling” on the headline of their video, in spite of the Governors statement at signing that she would demand basically a fair balance between the Bill she signed today and the law which prohibits racial profiling.

While Obama called the Bill she signed ‘misdirected’, NM Governor Bill Richardson acknowledges huge problems in AZ. with illegal’s crossing the border, and the Federal Governments laissez-faire, or doctrine that an economic system functions best when there is no interference by government. It is based on the belief that the natural economic order tends, when undisturbed by artificial stimulus or regulation, to secure the maximum well-being for the individual and therefore for the community as a whole.

This seems to be just about the only issue the Democrats seem to embrace laissez-fair, because they are into controlling everyone’s health care, the finances of all the banks, WallStreet, and every business in America, as well as Cap & Trade Global Warming.

So let’s get this straight; Democrats want to control the food ( Codex Alimentarius officially covers all foods) water and air everyone breaths, they want to control the doctors, the bankers, the lawyers, the insurance industry, WallStreet executives, main street CEO’s, but they don’t want to control of “illegal immigration” and the “illegal aliens” from entering the country illegally? What is their interest?

While the rest of America is subject to ‘controls’ in nearly every aspect of our lives, every American reporting taxes, employment, and getting licenses for near every aspect of our lives including, birth certificates, ( accept for Obama who has never had to show a long form birth certificate to any official and made his first executive order about his executive privilege not to), drivers licenses, business licenses this is the one area, and the only people they don’t want reporting to them, and don’t want control over, Why would that be?

Can you say massive instant legalization of immigration to ‘control’ the election through the flood of voters created, and Democrats are happy to provide the flood of immigration with a subsidy of about everything they could want much less need, just for their vote?

When we were bombed, or invaded, at Pearl Harbor the need for ‘profiling’ came into play for reasonable protections. The U.S. Japanese citizenry were put out of their way for the way in which they looked upon because of the danger that had proceeded. We tend to forget safety for the Japanese was a strong consideration for the Japanese encampments, not just national security.

So how does that compare to the illegal infiltration of mainly acknowledged Hispanic population from Mexico and the relatively large drug war being conducted as well the secure enforcement of our borders from say illegal substances or in a worst case scenario, a lost nuke-case being smuggled over our borders into the wrong hands, while we are have two wars going on by the admission of most everyone in Congress and that man living in the White House?

Arizona is being very gentle and considerate of a large portion of their population who most assuredly understand what the Governor said, in essence, “ This is for the protection of every Arizona Citizen, and at the same time we want to uphold every citizens Constitutional rights.”

On the bully empire pulpit considering Az. Sen. Bill 1070, Obama, in a wildly power hungry remark exemplifying runaway Federal Control over States, declared essentially that the lack of Federal Control in States creates “irresponsibility in others” meaning State Governors and State Law Makers are irresponsible without the Federal Government Controlling them, or in other words, States being allowed to make laws that suit their particular needs are irresponsible.

While Rachel Maddow, of the Rachel Maddow Show, said they were referring to this bill as the “papers please” bill, one possible reason she does so maybe a reasonable fear that Obama may have to show his papers proving he is a natural born citizen. Natural Born Citizens are those having been born by two U.S. Citizens and being born within the United States, so as to clear by two generations any ties to a foreign government.

The Constitutional Qualification only applies to United States President our forefathers reasonable considered because of the control of armies and the highest office within the Executive Branch an office demanded every ‘natural safe guard’ possible within natural law of at least two generation. Rachel often backs her claim of Obama’s citizenship based upon 2 newspaper announcement of birth that Hawaii’s Department of Health places upon any request of any ‘birth certificate’ applied for including those born abroad, as well those actually in Hawaii. So we have never seen Obama’s long form birth certificate, no one has. Could it be it doesn’t exist?

It is easily understood that the Framers were indeed born within the United States borders before the adoption of the Constitution, but did not consider themselves Natural Born Citizens, because they and their parents were not, thus in order to make for their own exceptions, they included the phrase, “Or a citizen at the time of the adoption of this Constitution”. George Washington himself was 55 years old when the Constitution was adopted in 1776. He and his parents had actually lived under the rule of Britain as British subjects to the King, the same citizenship subjection that Obama’s father had but they didn’t leave a grandfather clause open in the Constitution to include Obama, but The British Nationality Act does:

Barack Obama Sr. as a British citizen and subject to the laws of the British Nationality Act 1948 (BNA). The following sections establish that Obama Jr. was subject to the same laws at birth:

e.“ (1) Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act (1948) shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.”

You can’t be a duel citizen and President or Vice President and those guys probably don’t want American tax payer to know that illegal immigration is costing them about 13 billion a year.
