Over the last few days America has been thrust into the Birther World yet again with lead Polling Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump, who seems the perfect anti-establishment Porcupine- touch him and you will get a quill shot into you- attacking Presidential Candidate and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz on questions of his eligibility, or Constitutional authority to assume the Office of President should he be elected to it. Mr. Trump has highlighted the facts that Senator Cruz was not born in America and his parents appear to both be Canadian Citizens at the time of Cruz's birth, which is the Time Frame required for the establishment of [natural born Citizen]. Cruz's mother was a U.S. Citizen at the time of her birth however may have been under her adopted Canadian Citizenship at the time of her son's birth as Canada required an oath of allegiance to work there, which may have been the reason Ted Cruz's father opted out of his native born Cuban Citizenship. Cruz only formally disavowed his Canadian Citizenship due to his desire to run for U.S. President. No documentation has provided proof that Cruz's mother was not a Canadian Citizen at the time of Cruz's Birth. New Treasures by Googling BIRTHER have over the last few days proven worth its weight in Gold. U.S. Senator John McCain opined the issue with Cruz was a legitimate concern and not illegitimate to look into. U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi chimed in the [natural born Citizen] qualification was an open door in the consideration of Ted Cruz. The White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest weighed in that he didn't know if Obama was taking a side on the issue but he was enjoying it after Obama's grief about being born in Kenya. The common thread between Obama and Cruz of course is that of the disqualifying factor that both do not have fathers who were [Citizen] of the U.S. at the time of their birth. The dissimilarity is Obama claims he was born in Hawaii and Cruz birth is affirmed in Canada. Of course Obama provided a long form birth Certificate in 2011 after Mr. Trump took credit of picking Obama's own quill out of him but it only confirmed Obama was not [Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] the definition of [natural born Citizen] the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed in Minor v. Happersett was never in doubt. Mr. Judy's appeal dealt with the lower Courts in contradiction with the precedent case. Despite the Main Stream Media's ploy that the Principle Definition has been settled the fact remains McCain and Pelosi have got it right on this- its unsettled by the U.S. Supreme Court with two Presidential Candidates at odds against each other, both standing to lose a great deal based on the Principle definition observed in the Constitution Requirement. The U.S. Supreme Court just two months ago DENIED a Motion for Forma Pauperis by a Presidential Candidate, Cody Robert Judy, the only Candidate for President in America with a bi-partisan Federal Court Record appealing the Principle on first McCain in 2008 and respectfully Obama in 2012 Case No. 12-5276 and '13 as well as 2014 Judy v. Obama 14-9396. In a YouTube Video released Today by Cody Robert Judy's Campaign ,CRJ Today for a Better America Tomorrow, Cody rehearses the 'bad behavior' displayed by the U.S. Supreme Court in denying his Motion for Forma Pauperis as a excuse not to hear his Writ of Certiorari based on: 1- The Federal Form being a 12 month Form 2-The U.S. Supreme Court granting his Motion in 2012 and 2013 Review 3-The District Court granting the Grant for Forma Pauperis in 2014 4-The Tenth Circuit Court granting the Forma Pauperis for a Review on Appeal. 5-The Fact the U.S. Supreme Court did not cite Rule 39.8 as a guideline for Denial of the 2014 Motion. Mr. Judy rehearses the Massive amount of money expended in the Main Stream Media on the eligibility question now in Ted Cruz's behalf and contrast that, if the U.S. Supreme Court handled the definition of [natural born Citizen] virtually every Main Stream Media (MSM) outlet has reported as speculation in over 50 pages of MSM Reports googled under Birther and Natural Born Citizen, that America would be better served rather than received pie-in-the-eye by the Courts silence.
America on both sides of the issue would be much better served if the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) would affirm terms. Actually anti-birthers or the MSM in general would be much better served in the reporting of the issue Americans are finding troubling in the Trust of Government. Cody says that Anti-Birthers are actually the ones who should be clamoring at the SCOTUS for a decision on the issue, as Judge Napolitano cited the issue on Obama may be moot due to Obama being in his 7th year and 2nd term of the Office of President. Even if he was disqualified he's only lose a year and if the ruling went in his favor, it doesn't affect him at all. Considering the peril that America could be found in if a Major Candidate walked into the U.S. Supreme Court say Hillary Clinton with a 49% popular vote loss to a 51% popular vote advantage by Ted Cruz winning the popular vote with his eligibility in question, the Country could be literally torn down with a Losers Rage! It makes so much more sense to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 so that an Election is not predicated on the Opinion and America can come together in an agreement of terms. For this reason we are hoping U.S. Senator Ted Cruz will accept the Challenge made by Cody Robert Judy that he and his Republican Senators would propose a U.S. Senate Resolution for the U.S. Supreme Court to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 and sending that to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Circulating Criticisms of Fox News cutting off the first Republican Debate they hosted Aug. 6th, 2015 from live-streaming Internet Users is the same criticism the DNC Chairman Debbie Wassermann Schultz is facing not allowing Candidates to Debate under the very harsh penalty of not being invited to the six regularly scheduled debates if they should engage in any non-sanctioned debates.
CNN has taken a higher Road for the second Republican Debate opting to air it live stream on CNNgo 2.0. But let's be really clear. Hillary Clinton has her hands all over this as her Poll numbers dive from 71% in July to 41% among Democratic party voting women , while the rest of the Democratic Party is being force fed the speculative presumption they're preemptive nominee may be indicted on criminal charges for breaches of national security and perhaps even illegal foreign aid in her campaign if the server hasn't been wiped.
But Hillary may not be the only one with their hands in this cookie jar Democrats, as Schultz volunteered- reaching back in referencing the 26 debates in the Democratic Party of 2008 when a 'relatively unknown' candidate named Barack Obama was being introduced to the public and more debates were seen as necessary. Yeah, right!
Going from 26 to 6 is a what most people would call extremely radical as well it should be seen as just that.
In fact asked about the possibilities of Republicans drowning out the Democratic chances with their debates being broadcast nation wide Debbie snipped, [“Good. Because you know what?” she asked rhetorically. “I am actually thrilled at the voters across America being able to see the 16 Republican candidates in the food fight that they will engage in tonight.”
"What would she call the 26 debates Hillary and Obama were allowed to engage in without penalties attached in 2008? In par lance its not a food fight but a proper introduction to a choice. She also stated the democratic party had 5 Candidates, (they have 19 declared), that would be able to participate in 6 debates, while 'Main Streaming America' by the millions tune in to the Republican Debates? If you were running a business this would be akin to hairy-carry or suicide planning. It just isn't smart unless you want to lose?"
"America has not yet even been given the opportunity to hear me at a debate on these issues all because of choices by some party elites. Its very sad and disrespectfully of the equality they pretend."
"On the other hand, maybe Democrats don't want me in debates because they don't like the way I'm standing up for the Constitution and my Civil Rights? Huh? I thought we had confidence in our Justice system and the Second SCOTUS Conference scheduled September 28 is simply part of the process of Justice? What if they were to find Barack Obama was not a natural born Citizen?
"If I win at the Supreme Court, would the Democratic Party be seen as discouraging Civil Rights that all Americans should have afforded to them in equal opportunity? What would the Democratic Party be doing then? Would six debates do it? These are the questions that will be asked, and what will be their answers. Will Debbie be maintaining her job then? This is why acting against Candidates and in favor of Candidates in the Democratic Debate Forum is really dangerous territory for the Party and the overall prospects of health to the party.", Cody said.
"The Democratic Party is not featuring a single Candidate who has not been elected before and the Republican Party has three based on what ... their high income level? Trump is worth $10 Billion, Carly $80 Million, Carson $5 Million what is the message there? Is the Office of the President up for sale?
"Glenn Beck was insinuating today his concern of Trump's populist movement with a lack of concern for the Constitution. The same theme was repeated on Rush Limbaugh's show today as a caller came on advocating for Sen. Paul and the Constitution. Where would the Republican Candidates be if my case was heard and I won the court advocating a 'natural born Citizen' indeed was 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' in a higher calling in qualifications then a Representative or Senator in the Constitution? Rubios' out.. Cruz out.. Jindals' out. Has Hillary been able to do that? And I do not have an invitation to the Democratic party debates yet? Hummm?
"My point really is that regardless of Party the Constitutional principles are here to stay and neither party can really afford to stray far from its principles as its the Supreme Law that forms the bond in our Union. If the Union under our U.S. Constitution doesn't matter anymore, what is Hillary Clinton even running for President for?"
GOOD BUSINESS ADVICE IS ALSO AT TIMES GOOD POLITICAL ADVICE
The same advice given by CNN's Chief Product Officer Alex Wellen might be good advice for the Democratic Party's National Chairman - he said:
"Given the massive public interest and value of this even (speaking of the CNN Debate tonight) and the launch of CNNgo 2.0 across all platforms, the timing was ripe to roll out this live TV preview to all of our audiences,", he continued, "the goal is to reintroduce tens of millions of CNN consumers -- including our pay TV subscribers - to a service that now has 100 hours of on-demand TV programming, deep personalization and a revolutionary real-time live TV experience'." Wouldn't it be nice if tens of millions of Americans at least had choice in knowing from a debate where the 19 Candidates of the Democratic Party stood? In Debbie's mind, we all have far better avenues to somehow reach 10's of Millions of people? Wrong!
From the article, "When a YouTube channel from Sky News, part of the same parent company as Fox News, was found to be live streaming the debate for free (speaking about the first R Debate) Fox shut it down mid-debate". Shutting campaigns down seems to be more of what the DNC Plan is then assisting the public in getting to know them.
Susan Crawford one of the most prominent critics of the cable business wrote in a blog post after Fox debates that "There are all kinds of public values at stake here, and we shouldn't glide past them.. there is no speech more central to civic life than a political debate. And yet we have allowed access to that speech by way of the common medium of our era - high speed internet access - to be controlled by a cabal of private actors'. Or in the case of the DNC, a few folks who see " An Elite Class of Establishment" is in, and that are doing everything in their power to keep it that way, whilst we see America is screaming for a freshness rather then the same old rotten thistles.
Couldn't the exact same thing be said of Debbie Wassermann Schultz's decision to limit and redefine for the public the interest in the Democratic Party Candidates by those she consulted that had nothing to do with the general public's interest, and everything to do with being force fed what amounts to a communistic curriculum that leaves us a few choices. In America on the Democratic side of the isle as far as Candidates go, hiding us- 11 declared Candidates, hiding me, from America?
Along with hurting the Democratic Party Campaigns by reason of 'stifling' growth ' in the interest of early debates as far as fund raising, awareness, and introductions to alternative Candidates in the Democratic Party, early debates are invaluable to the Candidates for president in being somewhat more generous and understanding as to the "development of the Campaign".
What I mean by that is the first two Republican Debates America hasn't really expected as much 'detail' from these Campaigns. Its more about generalities, personalities and character. In another month, that is going to change. Americans want details and policy roll-outs which will severely handicap the Democratic Party Candidates as they are behind on all of it... accept for the one who has the biggest problem with TRUST who has been favored in the cold arctic archaic decision.
It might be the worst recipe for "Choice" every contrived in Democratic Party History and is certainly one that will go down with the "Chosen" candidate. So as Hillary rises, so goes the party if she falls, where a simple protection of 'Choices' might have engaged America with at least interesting competition.

A few notes - 23 million watched the debate. Highest GOP Debate and a Record for CNN Drudge Poll: Trump 52% Fiorina 22% Rubio/Cruz 6% Carson/Paul 4% Christie/Kasich/Huckabee/Walker/Bush 1%
Trump's practicing stump speeches and mixing it up with the crowds is paying off in dividends. He's more comfortable with the intimidation of being up there with others who have been elected before. He see's the opening of 'common sense' at the kitchen table in America in the political arena.
My thoughts were generally that Jeb Bush did in fact become his own man in this debate. Indeed, I mean that as a compliment. He really did appear to me to be more himself and less his brother or father which I appreciated. Unfortunately for him, I'm not sure he will ever be placed next to the front runner again. If there is every a 2nd Tier Debate, Bush may qualify for that.
For Paul, Rubio, and Cruz a much sharper image was created with the style of the Debate as they were allowed to answer the same questions separating themselves and what they might do. This was a big plus as far as providing clearer choices and explanations for those choices.
Huckabee, Kasich, and Christie appeared a little tired through their answers in general a lot of which did have to do with age as they fought to be recognized with their unique qualities. It didn't work as well as they had hoped. I think America is grasping in these debates you can have 'smarts' and 'fresh' together and when fresh is lacking in a Candidate the ones exhibiting both will be favored.
Fiorina did well with execution. I thought she hit a homer in her closing statement. She made me hope she is not apposed to a Cabinet Position. Isn't it interesting, that Trump and Fiorina polled the best in the debates. Still, on the world stage I do not think 'not talking' to Putin is the best choice while you build up and make ready the military as she said. This is where her need to show toughness gets out of balance of being tough. I do not think as a President she commands the respect by a mutual admiring tendency towards one another.,but to be fair, I did not see that coming from any of the men on stage either accept for Trump a little.
I think Putin gobbles them all up and intimidates the hell out of all of them for many reasons that include age, looks, charisma, and body language which is very important. When your sitting across the table your opponent needs to like you based on an unspoken respect which I think is what Fiorina was addressing in her answer. The only problem is she appears a bit abrasive in that general welcome and that doesn't bode well for foreign relations.
We have got to pick a leader who is friendly to the Lions while playing chess in the Lion's Den with hungry Lions. One sniff up her dress by a Lion, and I do not mean that literally, I think she turns pale.
As I thought about my answer to the last question many drifted from in asking them, 'What they would hope would be their accomplishment when their Air Force One was parked in a library as Reagan's was?', which I thought was a great soft ball to have pitched across the plate I reflected:
The short answer would be: Communism Tumbled Down in the World and the People Rejoiced. Indeed, the general thoughts of this post are about providing greater choices, providing greater freedom and liberty, and trusting people to use those in genuinely genius ways. I reflect upon the thoughts of Moses when he said , "Would to God all the people were Prophets!" I think the greatest success of a leader is to see a people self governed in their time, talents, and richness God has bestowed upon them unique. I believe if America were to introspect herself, she would find a big missing hole that needed to be filled.
That missing hole comes from 'Believing in yourself' instead of believing in someone else. If that principle were to catch fire over all the world, Governments of every communistic regime would find themselves out of a job. The world of global communications is making it much more difficult to shield the Leaders intentions from the Public's View. That is the power that makes the walls tumble down and eviscerates corrupt establishments.
These corrupt establishments pose the biggest threat to every Country that propagates communism in its most unsavory fashions where the leaders live much higher on top of the people and refuse the self discipline of equality in a genuinely true fashion of integrity and trust. I feel the People Power across the world is creeping up upon the Leaders Power and that the People's Voice is ready to give a great SHOUT!
Freedom and Liberty understood by all the Peoples of the World earned by example of our own beehive and industry and what they see as the rewards of it, is the attraction which rises within the Souls of men to believe in their dreams. I believe that can change the world faster than any military war and the ingenuity sprung out of America will yet inspire every corner of the earth.

Within the political platforms of every Candidate for the United States are of course their very ideas of how they would be the very best President and the reason why people should consider them in their vote. A Platform is a very important thing to have as a Candidate for President of the United States. It is the mirror of ideas that are representative as a Reflection or guide for that Candidate by which people put their trust in a vote for that person. It is invaluable and is not taken lightly, but is nearly sacred and lifesaving. It will be used as shield against the fiery darts of an adversary and those whom use their shields well are then protected, and able wield their sword.
Psalms 91:4 " He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler'.
Many people might know me because of my Case in the United States Supreme Court which challenges the very audacity of Barack Obama to actually even be in the Office of the President with the standards of the U.S. Constitution's qualifications for that office which are unique from a U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator.
Like three degrees of glory in the stars, the moon, and the sun, every category of the three designed qualifications in our U.S. Constitution are extended and made harder and higher for the Office of the President then those of Senator or Representative.
So what does it say about those who wish to lower the standards of the Office of the President, and who would actually wish it so? Tell you what, let's get back to that later and let's talk a little about Platform, why its so important and we will do a little investigating on mine, and why it is so good that other Major Candidates are borrowing or plagiarizing my ideas.
You might say that a Platform is very easily copied. What is to stop one candidate from say, checking out the platform of another Candidate and saying, "Hey, that works could and I think I'll use it in the same order and try to win with it"? How serious is this when it comes to unique and special ideas when your looking at Candidates?
Well its very serious to Candidates. Especially if they come with a unique and special idea in their Platform, someone picks it out of their wallet, and moves on for the win in the same office they were going for. The same can be said of any original artist and their song, movie, poem, or speech. How successful is a Candidate who gets up and says, "I have a Dream" and then tells everyone that's original and trademarked when everyone knows Martin Luther King Jr. uttered those words in a very famous speech.
Another example I love Democratic Party President John Fitzgerald Kennedy's speech in that he said, "My fellow Americans, Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your Country.", and he continued, "To my fellow citizens of the world, ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for freedom."
Now these are very famous speeches heard round the world. They have well deserved reputations by the number of ears who have heard them. We just would not expect the two leaders of the Major Parties to jump up on their podium and re-state those words without a credit to them in passing respectful reference to whose speech they were. Just to give you an idea of how important speeches are and the credit that should be assigned, or sought out with all diligence you may recall a Candidate for President named Joe Biden who didn't think anyone would notice as he didn't mention the words of a speech made by a Leader of the Labor Party over in the United Kingdom for heck sake for his own benefit in 1988. It wasn't even in the U.S. and still was a major factor!
DEMOCRATIC PARTY PROBLEMS and REMEMBERING JOE BIDEN'S SPEECH
It doomed his Campaign! [Biden announced his candidacy in June 1987, and was considered one of the potentially strongest candidates in the field. However, in September 1987, newspaper stories stated he had plagiarized a speech by British politician Neil Kinnock. Other allegations of past law school plagiarism and exaggerating his academic record soon followed. Biden withdrew from the race later that month
Why am I the first Kinnock in a thousand generations to be able to get to university? [Pointing to his wife in the audience:] Why is Glenys the first woman in her family in a thousand generations to be able to get to university? Was it because all our predecessors were thick?

While Biden's speech included the lines:
“
I started thinking as I was coming over here, why is it that Joe Biden is the first in his family ever to go to a university? [Pointing to his wife in the audience:] Why is it that my wife who is sitting out there in the audience is the first in her family to ever go to college? Is it because our fathers and mothers were not bright? Is it because I'm the first Biden in a thousand generations to get a college and a graduate degree that I was smarter than the rest?[20]]
Isn't that amazing ..1988 twenty-seven years ago, during a Presidential Election he blows it and the Democrats are thinking about bringing Joe back hoping no one remembers and suddenly Joe Biden's awash in new and transforming ideas that's going to get us out of the mess we are in? The subjects in the speeches were for all intensive purposes benign of course, but it was enough to raise questions about authenticity, genuineness, and truth.
When it comes to being American, Truth, Genuineness, and Authenticity are things that we look for in the Vision of where we want to go and how we want to get there. Now Mr. Biden's not sure he's got the mojo for another Presidential Race and we'd all have to kind of agree his escort up to the 'wings' of the stage is really due to Mrs. Clinton's sack-of-emails on her private server during a tenure at Secretary of State being mopped up by Carly Fiorina now, and also the list of play-to-pay foreign and domestic contributors to the Clinton Foundation which do cross over through Sidney Blumenthol and perhaps the destruction of evidence in Mrs. Clinton's choices to pick and choose which emails on her server got deleted and which ones did not.
Sen. Marco Rubio, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Gov. And the Leading Republican Poll Candidate for President Donald Trump has for all intensive purposes plagiarized my Platform for President. Mr. Trump blast the other Candidates for President are stupid- America's got stupid leaders compared to Mexico, Japan, China. How many times have we heard that now?
So what does it say for Mr. Trump when he is swiping pretty specifically, which you can identify very clearly here, two of the three Ropes of my THREE ROPES INITIATIVES PLATFORM that have been around in my Presidential Platform in 2008, and 2012? Well, I'm thrilled. Good Idea's should indeed cross the isles of republican and democrat if they are indeed good ideas don't you think?
But remember what happened to Joe Biden for basically referring to his family, a thousand generations, and college in the same mouthful as England's Leader in the Labor Party? What? Should Mr. Trump now be accused of siphoning good Democratic Party ideas because I ran as a Democratic Party Candidate and he is now leading the Republican Party by double digits with my ideas and Platform toting that he is the one who brought it up and without him we wouldn't even be discussing 'illegal immigration' and a strategy of war reparations I have announced as a 35% tax upon foreign governments using our Military and then saying 'good bye' and 'thanks', but we do not like investing in America?

Could we deduct from this that Mr. Trump watched my THREE ROPES INITIATIVES Platform video and is picking the very good ideas from it for his own rise and political popularity for the same office we are both running for?
I think that is a very easily drawn point with such specifics Mr. Trump has used even going so far to say a 30% tax for foreign governments who use our military. I agree as you can tell I mentioned years ago in my Candidacy for President and video 35% gratuity tax on foreign interventions. It is not right that American Citizens bear the total financial burden as well the blood burden and Kuwait is an excellent example of what kind of appreciation and respect we get after our good hearts stepped in against a dictator, while the other Countries in the Middle East enjoy our military protection.
Desert Storm was estimated at 61 Billion in cost. Kuwait and Saudi Arabia picked up a tab of 36 Billion. Germany and Japan covered 16 Billion, which left a 9 Billion dollar short fall and Kuwait and Saudi Arabia have made trillions since. This is a total lack of respect. 25% of Saudi Arabia's tab was in the form of 'in-kind' services and America lost the most blood of the allied forces, near 150 lives.
The foreign countries neither appreciate or respect us as we protected their money machine. Freedom and Liberty is never free, we as Americans live on the back of those who have given their lives for our U.S. Constitution. There should not be a question as to my defense, honor, and respect for that in my legal action to the U.S. Supreme Court which is going to brought up again September 28th which draws the picture of an illegal usurpation of our Executive Branch in the Office of the President the total tab which could be estimated at about 10 Trillion. If we do not respect ourselves, who is going to respect us? We have to love ourselves and love that which has made us in the first place in order to continue.
People might see this as a ploy or use of our military as a mercenary-for-hire, but that would mean we could be bought for money without a cause. America has a cause and that the Judgement in our call to assist is not reckoned in the interest of freedom and liberty would be an obnoxious malady. Protection is a big part of maintaining freedom and liberty and it is a viable export America can also earn respect for with those who get into trouble. Where they have an interest to protect their borders, and we have an interest in the ability, a fair and just respect mutually assured is certainly more of a common sense, then a very generous gift that keeps on giving forever and is totally unappreciated.
Of course encouraging our own oil production as well natural gas, and shale oil extraction can help us to push the next generation of innovative travel. We need to encourage this and wean ourselves off of carbon automobiles in favor of air streaming propulsion technologies for the public consumer. Carbon dependent Automobiles will become a thing of the past and we will not need to import as much and in a sense limit ourselves with dependency. I believe we can wean ourselves off this dependency and increase our innovative jobs in air travel and the next big thing many will desire that we export in staying ahead of the innovative mobility industry.
There are many many other things I have stored in my head that I believe will surprise a lot of people and my Platform is an outline that will indeed put America back on course. I am very happy Mr. Trump has elevated these items in my platform and hope he will appreciate them as coming from a Democratic Party Candidate for President, even if he's running in the Republican Party.
What does that also tell Democrats? Well, it should tell Democrats that if I am selected as their nominee that I have a very big capacity to attract a very large portion of the Republican Party necessary to win the White House. I look forward to the U.S. Supreme Court Justices again taking up the Judy v. Obama 14-9396 Case in less than 20 days now. I hope and pray our U.S. Constitution is upheld in the Qualifications of the President, more especially the 'natural born Citizen' clause that has been run over by Obama's tanks.
While this is a good reason to support my candidacy for President it certainly is not the only reason to and Mr. Trump's popularity among the Republicans and his platform that has been copied from my platform is a good reason to Notice that.
