Mitt Romney, Speaker- Newt Gingrich, Sen. Rick Santorum, and Rep. Ron Paul, hope that Obama's covers don't get pulled by Cody Robert Judy so they don't look like they couldn't preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution if they were to win the Presidency?

If we as Citizens are looking intently for a qualified candidate who shows us the integrity of upholding the Constitution, it does seem very clear that when it comes to the "Key" of our Constitution in the demands of qualification of President, that upholds our National Security and strong ties to the Economy, that the GOP Candidates are absolutely willing to allow illegal actions of fraud and forgery happen in their site in order to gain the power they seek.



That is tantamount to being part of the fraud and forgery in malevolence towards our Country and against the Citizenry of the United States.



One candidate for President in Utah has proven himself a champion for our Constitution without the funding of a sugar daddy, as was seen by the failed presidential bid of Utah Gov. Huntsman’s latest release showing 70% of the Destiny Super Pac, or 1.9 of 2.7 million dollars, was contributed by billionaire Jon Huntsman Sr, and that candidate is Cody Robert Judy.

Your article was very good and thorough. I wanted to personally thank you very sincerely for the positive mention and link you placed on my name. That was very considerate of you and I appreciate it so much.

This has been such a hard fight and I know some people don't like me because I challenged McCain's natural born citizenship in Federal Court as well as Obama's before McCain was made the nominee in 2008. It was like challenging a football kick off return after the guy holding the ball got past you 20 yards.. just not quite enough time to stop him before he passed the goal line.

The 2012 Season is upon us and we Birthers are much more prepared at stopping the run around. ;) I believe if Obama doesn't show up to the hearing and it is sent to Superior Court that's when my standing may come into the bigger picture.

If you have an desire to do a story specifically aimed at the Democrats that are apposed to Obama, which there are about 1/3rd of the Democrat Party doesn't dig this obfuscation and destruction of the Constitution, I would be happy to respond to any questions you might send to me for an article. To tell you the truth Bob, concerned Americans need to feel that this argument is Constitutional and that Obama is not being picked on because of 'race'.

Any story that is done that actually begins a healing process, and a comforting process as to a greater understanding of the common ground between Parties and across racial lines in our United States Constitution, I think you would agree , is a healing story and one that must be written by someone some day.

I'd really appreciate your understanding that this is not "all " about Obama being taken off the ballot, but also allowing "other Democrat Candidates" on the ballot. I have been denied on the ballot. A reading of the Complaint makes that very clear but your story is really missing entirely this angle of the complaint.

I'm not sure if just being a Democrat and standing up within the Democrat Party is such a bad thing to WND that they haven't mentioned my campaign or if its just because I haven't been elected before, but it would really be an appreciated gesture if WND could at least place a link on my name to my web site for those who are curious and would like to know more.

Of course they can google it if they are interested to, .. I understand that, but I just think that it would say something about WND if they just gave a little respect to those standing up in this case for all of America.

DOJ Election Trust Demands New Hampshire Revisit Obama on Primary Ballot‏

Dear New Hampshire DOJ Election Law:

Thank you, for your consideration of my letter/complaint. I am a candidate for office in the same party, and the same position as Barack Obama. Thus the argument of partisan politics does not enter into consideration of my complaint.

First let me say, I knew Mrs. Orly Taitz would have the problem of the Law Commission 11-18-2012, 2 pm hearing, saying they did not have jurisdiction over criminal matters when she brought up the alleged Social Security Number fraud and Fraudulent or Forged long form Birth Certificate.

However let me say, cooler thought prevailing, the criminal aspect of the allegations need not be considered to warrant prohibition on the Primary Ballot in the interest of protecting the Voter in the Primary Election from wasting a vote on a constitutionally unqualified candidate.

I hope my letter/complaint exhibits Barack Obama by his own release of his long form B.C. showed all of us, he was not eligible by the standards of a Natural Born Citizen showing his father is not a Citizen of the United States but is listed as an "Kenya ,East Africa" Citizen at the time of Obama's birth.






Of course this is in no way exhibited as a "racially prejudice fact", but as a "disqualification fact" that is based on demand of our Constitution's requirements for President, and this is the Supreme Law of the Land. These facts afford a removal from the Primary Ballot with the burden of further deliberation or review upon the candidate Barack Obama.

Obama holds by his own record and release of his Long Form Birth Certificate naturally a dual loyalty of inherited citizenship, which is forbidden by our Constitutions expressed demands for president as a Natural Born Citizen. This is a national security concern of voting citizens.

It does not need to be proven that it is forged or fraudulent. Obama's Released Long form birth certificate appeals to the hard facts as prohibitory for running as a qualified candidate, or holding, the office of President. If the intent of the Ballot Law Commission's review is to prohibit unqualified candidates from the ballot in the interest of the qualifying standards of office demanded by We The People through our Constitution, Obama's release of his long form birth certificate is where the facts come from that disqualifies him, and my witness stands against his qualification.

One interesting note to read regarding the Ballot Law Commission's Review:

This is a absolute powerfully corrupt statement, as it places the review of decisions out of jurisdiction of the Judicial Branch's Court of law including the United States Supreme Court, while at the same time leaving the "Primary Voter" without an Appeal to very important and pertinent information that includes election law and fact meant to protect the integrity of actual qualified candidates as myself, and more importantly the trust that voters give in the hope they can at the very least participate in Democracy's Beacon of hope for the world, voting in the Primary for an actual qualified candidate.

Facts are hard to deny that are actually given by the Candidate to the Ballot Law Commission. Barack Obama need not agree whether forged or fraudulent facts; for that is not the issue. The issue, we all agree on: Obama has given these set of facts contained in his long form birth certificate, and from this, any decision allowing him on a Primary Ballot is knowingly presenting as a choice an unqualified candidate to Primary voters.

Knowingly presenting an unqualified candidate to Primary voters would be considered a dereliction of duty of the Ballot Law Commission.

You also have a point of entry and trust that needs to be considered by the Legislatures of New Hampshire, and the DOJ of New Hampshire, regarding the integrity of the voting system as an agent to justice, our Constitution, and the Republic for which we stand.

I hope my complaint to the DOJ in New Hampshire won't fall on deaf ears, and they will see the cracks in the side walk that need to be repaired.

Come on Mr. Farah, talk about making the principle of the Constitution confusing, and the disinformation of “Big Media”, and can I believe you actually wrote, “It matters not where he was born”, after what has to be a multimillion dollar campaign of bill boards, “Where’s the Birth Certificate”?

With hardly a word about Obama’s father for 3 years and WND focused so hard on Hawaii and determining Obama was not born there, now you’re ready to ‘can’ it and rely on what Obama’s Certification of Life Birth (COLB) said all along, that his father was not an American? What are we suppose to tell all the people that contributed to the bill board campaign?

We had the information all along with the COLB, and now we are running the “We don’t need the Birth Certificate” Campaign?

What makes this so offensive and completely unacceptable, even revolting, is the example of your disinformation of Minor v. They did not excuse being ‘born in the U.S.” as part of being a natural born citizen, any more than was excused having citizen parents in the case. Why is it so hard to defend the two prong test of natural born citizen for you: “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents”? Please enlighten us all.

Time and time again it seems WND wants to make this a partisan case, Republicans holding a firm grip on the fact that McCain was a natural born citizen and Obama is not. The disinformation continues: Omitting the fact that U.S. Sen. Res 511 was “non-binding” or not constitutional because it was not signed by a president or passed by the House. Omitting McCain was given his ‘naturalization status” with the act specifically passed by Congress for the Panama Canal Zone 11 months after McCain’s birth.
Now we see, not one but two acts of Congress here. One gets McCain naturalized from being a native of Panama, which we classify as ‘naturalized’, which then precludes him from ever being a natural born citizen. Then as if adding insult we see you defend McCain’s 2nd ruse, stunt, or ploy in gaining natural born citizenship by a non-binding act of the Democrat majority U.S. Senate co-sponsored by Obama and Hillary. My God Sir, are we all that stupid in your eyes?

Your wile of law and our Constitution deserves a better usher not to mention your outright collusion with the Big Media about myself as a presidential candidate who sued both McCain and Obama.
What’s your theory of making it a Constitutional Issue rather than a partisan issue? It won’t sell newspapers or interest readers? Oh yes, everyone Obama has a primary challenger swept under the rug by WND based on what? You get to guess.

Rather than rally the troops to 50 some primaries challenging Obama in every state within the Democrat Party, WND, is content to place it all on a Republican candidate in one big general election? It’s plain that you’re contempt for our Constitution hinges on contempt at seeing a conservative democrat elected over a Republican rat-holing our Constitution somewhere below economic policy. That Mr. Farah is a pretty good definition of hypocrite or in other words, exactly what Obama is. While disparaging Obama you’ve become exactly what he is. That said, I would expect Allan Keyes to have no problem endorsing me for President in the Democrat primary and caucuses, on the grounds I am not a Republican Candidate yet have taking a stand on Obama's ineligibility, with standing as a candidate in 2008 and now in 2012. Oh yes, He also ought to be pleased that I was not partisan on the issue and filed in Federal Court against McCain for his foreign birth if you believe the Natural Born Citizen clause embodies "Born in the United States to Citizen parents". I would say his criticism about the Democrat Party must include me as I'm part of it running for President as a Democrat legally registered with FEC and a natural born citizen.

His conclusions fall on their face, based on a one eyed few of the Democrat Candidate(s), politically unfair, constitutionally immoral, and because Keyes is black I could include 'racist', because I'm white?

I would conclude perhaps he hadn't recognized me as a mainstream candidate because I have not been in any debates, but wait! The Democrats haven't had any because Obama won't debate!

I could also conclude that being recognized by the FEC, and President 2012 Org, having a web site, 125 videos most about eligibility, federal law court cases on eligibility, amicus curiae's in Keyes case against Obama, the only candidate in 2008 to take the witness stand against Obama under oath in a 10th Amendment Trial, an Amicus Curiae on behalf of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, and several national stories available on my 2012 candidacy and committee formed entitled The Cody Robert Judy for President 2012 U.S.C. Eligibility Campaign, might somewhere have crossed Mr. Keyes personal vision, yet it is confirmed with his article that he himself accuses Republican Candidates of being blind, when he himself has not seen.

Mr. Keyes is a very articulate, educated, and bright minded person, but with the argument I've presented it is a somewhat clear conclusion that he himself has become part of the question, “How could the elect have been deceived?" I don’t take Mr. Keyes to be a fool because at least he has in common with my candidacy a sober conclusion that the eligibility of a president is pivotally important to our Supreme rule of law in and under the Constitution which is the only binding tie of the United States, and thus is tied directly to our economy. Our Constitution created our economy in so many ways, that it is not a stretch to say to the degree that our Constitution stands, our economy flourishes. The same math might be applied with a negative connotation- from the dilapidations of the principles of our Constitution our economy has become terribly troubled. We might even conclude domestically terrorized?

The answer may well be, (and if it is we must conclude another parallel with Mr. Keyes criticism with other Republican Candidates and himself as one who sweeps under the table the Constitutional light), “ Because they only looked at the ‘mainstream’ media for their news?

But what the heck, it’s still early enough for him to come clean with a little recognition and nudge with my request that he first- officially recognize my candidacy the same way the Federal Election Commission has, second – reconsider his analysis with the new factor, and retract from his conclusions the disparaging remarks about the two party system which indeed had good and constitutional candidates to choose from and support.
