Hillary Rodham Clinton spent or wasted 1.2 Billion Dollars, twice as much as rival PEOTUS Trump in a Campaign ineffectively labeling the Birther Movement as the movement to de-legitimize the Nations first black President.
Even with the Evidence that points to Hillary Clinton stating when she voted for McCain's Resolution 511 as a U.S. Senator,that the non-binding senate resolution 'may not have 'constitutional weight' or in other words stand up against Constitutional scrutiny
The countdown clock at this time now showing 40 days until Obama leaves the White House and Trump moves in. While Hillary Clinton now has two Presidential Elections that she has lost to not standing up for the U.S. Constitution's requirements uniquely established for the Office of the President and Vice President in Article II. Section 1, Clause 5 the requirement intended to protect the nation from foreign influence, she had to be sedated after losing the last one, one wonders why she cannot see that simply taking a stand for what's right would be the best way to challenge Trump's own Election, even in the Post Election fray of 2016.

Of course, the authors acknowledge the resolution would have little real influence were the matter of Mr. McCain’s eligibility hanging by a legal thread. Mr. Leahy is skeptical it is needed at all since he believes there is already no doubt Mr. McCain meets the standard. But he said he is willing to take the extra step.
The natural-born-citizen clause has been mentioned in passing in several decisions of the United States Supreme Court, and by some lower courts that have addressed eligibility challenges, but the Supreme Court has never directly addressed the question of a specific presidential or vice-presidential candidate's eligibility as a natural-born citizen. Many eligibility lawsuits from the 2008, 2012, and 2016 election cycles were dismissed in lower courts due to the challengers' difficulty in showing that they had standing to raise legal objections.
Judy v. Obama 14-9396 was the most radically dismissed of these because Cody Robert Judy was indeed a Presidential Candidate with Standing and experts have suggested that the precise meaning of the natural-born-citizen clause may be decided by the courts as a justiciable political question as the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court ruled upholding. The best argument listed on page 12 of the following Certioari involving Sen. Ted Cruz in a ballot Challenge stated in Elliott v. Cruz:
This of course directly contradicts 'construction prohibitions' upon the Constitution. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5's {natural born Citizen} requirement would than be inconsequential, in contrast or conflict and made moot with the passage of the 14th Amendment. There are multiple SCOTUS rulings that state and hold as precedent that when two or more principles of the Constitution come into conflict both both must be given their just due and neither can be overruling without Amendment.
Judge Pellegrini correctly held that it is not an impermissible political question for a court to analyze and determine what an Article II natural born citizen is. But he also held: “Having extensively reviewed all articles cited in this opinion, as well as many others, this Court holds, consistent with the common law precedent and statutory history, that a ‘natural born citizen’ includes any person who is a United States citizen from birth.”
This affirmation would hold a difference between the qualifications of {Citizen} in requirements for Representative and Senator and President at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution, to the now required {natural born Citizen}.
That difference would be seen as no foreign allegiance by Birth or Parents in the definition stated as the U.S. Supreme Court held in Minor v. Happersett -Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents was never doubted!
Still, Democrats even at the loss of a 1.2 Billion Dollar Campaign in 2016 with Hillary, will fight on to defend a Defacto President whose terms are up by Constitutional Standards limiting a Person to two terms. Why?
If Democrats in fact respected the U.S. Constitution, let's say if Hillary Clinton respected the U.S. Constitution, she would understand and uphold the two term limits just as directly as upholding the natural born Citizen clause as a total American Allegiance in {natural born Citizen} against Obama holding the Office of President for three terms or at all, because he is not qualified.
Why hold up two terms if your not going to hold up {natural born Citizen}? The conundrum is the most glaring hypocritical stand in the history of the United States, especially now as it relates to Trump securing the Office of President and nominating U.S. Supreme Court Justices! They are , Hillary is a RepubliDemocrat- she was Republican first Democrats, and remember Republicans have far more Candidates in the wings who are not natural born Citizens including Rubio, Cruz, Jindal all mentioned in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 that the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed based on failing to pay the money because of poverty in affect denying Justice because of Price for Sale.

It's because he only really respects rich people who have made a pile of cash as his Secretary of State interviews show and have in common? I'm the only one the MSM couldn't call Racist based upon my equal protection of the constitution's natural born Citizen requirement for President against McCain and Obama. He respects people who have made a lot of money like him. He respects less those who have stood up for Principle and in the process did not win. I don't think Trump really respects the energy, pain, and suffering being a true birther has been. There's probably more truth to Donald Trump riding the Birther's coat-tails than of Birthers riding his."
Donald Trump never gave a dime as far as I know to any Birther Candidate with Standing when he was not a Candidate and we could have used help for legal expenses. In fact I'm getting ready to call the President Elect Dim-Witt-Donald for his lack of Principle towards the Constitution, Law, and Order. Trump's on target like a light bulb that flashes on very strong, but fades and dims just as fast."
If Hillary or Democrats cared in the slightest about the nation, if they psychologically didn't in fact support Donald J. Trump in the White House, don't you think they would come out and take a stand against Barack Obama with this legal foothold to stop Donald Trump? That just proves to Democrats everywhere that Hillary Clinton was a joke and actually supported Donald Trump though she led on she was an opposing Candidate for Democrats.
If the U.S. Supreme Court in fact challenged Obama's ineligibility with a Justice Ruling of Judy v. Obama 14-9396, found unjustly canned within the next 40 days, and had a ruling finding Obama is not eligible, how with those circumstances changed, could the Election of 2016 possibly be seen as anything other than Constitutionally Fraudulent to the conditions the United States of America actually was in and the American People actually able to Vote with those conditions understood?
It's as fraudulent as lying to the Public in order to get elected. The whole system is rigged and we'd need to either schedule another election or Congress would have to do something. Maybe we hold another election and Hillary wins when Obama is found to be a Fraud? Maybe we have an Election next year and Trump is put on hold for now until it's sorted out? The Senate has the ability to appoint a President pro tempore.
This is why frankly, Donald J. Trump should reconsider Hillary Rodham Clinton for Secretary of State, she totally supports him and Republicans, just as they have supported Obama. Trump never filed a single paper or ballot challenge against Cruz, Rubio, or Jindal with the standing he recognized he had.
If Obama's found ineligible by the U.S. Supreme Court, and Donald J. Trump is found to be a fraudulent Birther even as Obama is found to be a fraudulent defacto president, does he still have the Vote of the People that Hillary called his 'base'? What is most certain is a whole bunch more questions need to be asked.
Gina Lowden wrote in speculating why Trump would meet with Romney for Secretary of State after all Romney's criticizing was to silence oppositions : The strategy of candidate Trump in this election was positively fascinating for this psychological analyst to watch, and I have to admit, I am even more excited to watch his presidency. But, we must be careful not to view Trump’s actions through the prism of the old political playbook or we will continue to misjudge and underestimate him just as we have for the past 17 months.
What is very noteworthy for Media Pundits is that considering the amount of Birther Bashing that they and Hillary Clinton did with Trump and that not affecting the Constitution's defined Electoral College means they have been barking up the wrong tree if their intent was to stop Donald J. Trump at all. If their intent was not to stop Donald J. Trump then of course they have been supporting Trump all along and rigging the election away from Hillary. Truth to consider.
