The abuse of this is uncontrollable for Case Managers who only process. Several years ago, Israel unveiled plans to gather and collect biometric information on all of its citizens. Proposing that it wants to use the system to help “protect citizens” from identify theft and more, all citizens are being encouraged to get involved in the central biometric database. The pilot program asked citizens to voluntarily hand over a scan of their faces and fingerprints. Once the information scanned gets stored in the system, it would then become available to the military, police, and security forces, without them having to get a court order. Nick Anderson, an associate professor in public health sciences at the University of California, Davis, has highlighted concerns of people with readers trying to “sniff” out the chip and steal personal information.]
The race in Politics has become socialism for both Parties Republican and Democrat. Whenever Socialism-Communism runs out of money it simply goes to war to cut the fat. The biometric ID simply made a choice to every person needing Federal Aid of any kind in the fields of Medical, Food, and perhaps even protection in War could easily establish this. Considering the abuse of the Sytem now days working Americans who are paying the taxes would most likely go for it also, as it does cut the ability to abuse or game the system.
In my third political race as a presidential candidate I've experienced some things that those making 2016 their first presidential political race have not. For instance I've experienced making it past the first one to drop out three times now R.I.P Gov. Rick Perry. TX-R. I've also experienced in the two presidential elections that I made it to the general election on, casting a write-in vote for myself on, watching a few Candidates make big mistakes that didn't end their races, and watching a few candidates make minor mistakes that people credited their dropping out of the race on. That is what I'd like to address in this post.
Last night I had a dream kind of exposing this theme and made a comment last night on Facebook that also may have contributed to this line of thought. In my dream I was showing up for a college test in a class that was rather like a social studies test. I had missed only one hour of the class during the year forgetting for some reason where it was held. In other words, I hadn't missed it because I wanted to sluff it or thought it unimportant. So it was it seemed I was showing up for the Finals Test slightly not as prepared as I'd like, and a little nervous.
I asked one of my class mates who was quite a brain in the class about the pronunciation in identifying the body parts ending in the suffix aux and whether the "O" was pronounced or the "X" was sounded out. She looked at me and grinned and said it didn't really matter and advised me to just take the test and do the best I could because the teacher was going to be very lenient in grading such and that it wouldn't count as much as I thought which relieved my nervousness somewhat. This was the end of the dream.
Many of the articles I read about TX. Gov. Rick Perry dropping out related in their reports that he just was never able to overcome his fumble in the debate of 2012 in which he failed to recall at the instant which of the three Government Cabinet positions or Agencies of Government he was proposing to cut. Now you notice in the video Gov. Perry turns to his fellow Texan 2013 Rep. Ron Paul- 14th District acknowledging him for his plan to cut 5 burgeoning bureaucratic agencies down. Ron Paul had detailed an economic savings package for the Government by terminating over 200,000 jobs in the Departments of Commerce, Education, Energy, Interior, and Housing & Urban Development he felt were counter productive. Rep. Paul offered not one life-saving word to assist his own Texas Governor instead opting to watched him sink and drowned on the stage of the debate even though Governor Perry has acknowledged that there was some good ideas in Paul's plan. But I don't think that had much to do with Perry's Popularity.
The question then became who did the American People think had failed more in the debate? Would Gov. Perry's gaffe -[(/gaf/) an unintentional act or remark causing embarrassment to its originator; a blunder] or Rep Paul's faux pas [(fō ˈpä/) an embarrassing or tactless act or remark in a social situation] end up worse?
I really do not think there has been one story written about Rep. Paul's unwillingness to throw a 'one word' life saving rope to Gov. Perry's rescue. We are left with the word "Energy" effectively contributing according to the Media to the entire downfall of Perry's Presidential Campaign in 2012 and still effectively recognized in now an exiting 2016 bid for the Office of the President. I'll tell you one thing, I wouldn't hesitate when it comes to experience in Texas and our nations borders asking Governor Rick Perry for advice. I really feel in my heart he loves America.
Consider for a moment what we are regulating the Office of the President to if we are simply subjecting our debating Presidential Candidates to a spelling bee - memorization test- or academic social studies class they can have no notes for on stage? I noticed FL. Gov. Jeb Bush didn't hesitate to push this as an advantage when Reported in a September 3rd story he said, "You gotta know the who the players are" referring to an interview Trump did with Hugh Hewitt where Trump accused him of asking 'Gotcha Questions'. Hugh Hewitt had quizzed Trump on knowing the leaders of the four terrorist organizations Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Nusra and ISIS as well as not knowing the General of the Iranian elite Quds forces, he took for Kurds.
Presidential Candidate Fiorina jabbed Trump also on the lapse stating it was important to have 'requisite knowledge'. She stated on Hugh Hewitt's Radio Show, "I think it is very difficult to lead if you don't have the requisite knowledge," Sunday morning of Trump's mix-up of the Kurds and Quds Forces.
I wonder if Fiorina could have named our own U.S. Military Leaders in the Marines-Commandant Joesph F. Dunford Jr., Army-Secretary John McHugh, Navy-Secretary Ray Maybus, Air force-General Mark A. Welsh III, Special Forces-General Joseph L. Votel, and Coast Guard Admiral Paul F. Zukufnt ?
Academic tests are for the most part graded upon the memorization of ingested answers and comprehension of material that is downloaded in your brain for recall. The answers in the presidential race can be googled by anyone really to make any 'natural born Citizen' qualified, look pretty smart. Not allowing the Candidates to have an iPhone available to google things along with a 30 second time period with which to 'call a friend' to solicit a brief, or 'google', is essentially regulating the Office of the President to 'Google knowledge' without 'Google' or 'Friends to call upon'. This is essentially like basing your vote on a game-show type criteria rather than the reality of the parameters understood for the Office of the President.
The only problem with that is it's not real. While in the Office of the President any person has access to google and a host of friends and colleagues to call upon in order to be briefed on any pressing subject. Gov. Perry's record in Texas is quite impressive as Aaron Gardner wrote in Red State 's Sept. 11,entitled article 'They Will Fall One By One, An Unpitied Sacrifice in a Contemptible Struggle:
"It troubles me greatly that we are at a moment in the conservative movement, and the Republican Party as a whole, in which a 14 year Governor of the world's 12th largest economy, a state that created 1.5 million jobs when the rest of the nation lost 400,000, is rejected out of hand for a pompous T.V. reality star attempting to purchase the GOP Primary. Even more troubling is the movement conservatives who have been either complacent, or complicit in the rise of Trump. I can't honestly remain a registered Republican if Donald Trump is to be the standard bearer."
Gardner makes a couple of mistakes in his reasoning here as far as the United States of America's leadership. Number one, he assumes that Gov. Perry is more qualified than Presidential Candidate Donald Trump to run the Country based on Perry's experience as an elected official. As I've written about before, Kenya does have a regulation for their Deputy President that we do not. For instance their President must come from a prior government position as well as having a scholastic requirement. This instigates very easily a ruling elite class based on economics and a social ladder that can easily become corrupted in what we see as an 'Establishment' that is stumbling here now in America in both major parties because of their poor performances.
If one of those requirements were implemented in our U.S. Constitution for the Office of the President do you realize Mr. Trump, Mrs. Fiorina, and Mr. Carson would be constitutionally unqualified? Now, rather then respect the wisdom and soundness of this, these three have not said a word about Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal being constitutionally unqualified as 'natural born Citizens' ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
One thing that was very *poignant however about Gardner's article was this paragraph I found enthralling as a "tell" if you will, or give-a-way of a gambler you could count on to know if he's bluffing or has a good hand:
*"Running for President, especially as a movement conservative, must be done from principle. Those who compromise their principle for a temporary tactical advantage, those who are more concerned with positioning in the polls and wither at the risk involved to associate with the good.. these people have displayed a serious flaw in their character." How true that is...and it applies to Gov. Perry's lack of principle in the interest of our national security 'natural born Citizen clause he has not used his bully pulpit for.
I commented on my FBF Bettina Viviano page posting of Gardner's article understanding she is a Gov. Rick Perry fan on steroids: " Wonder if all the Gov. Rick Perry supporters will support me if my SCOTUS Case hammers out Obama, Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal, or, if they would just hope Gov. Perry gets back in?" She hasn't "liked" the comment yet but three others have and four others 'liked' my reflection of Gardner's paragraph as *'poignant' including the author.
The reasons I like this paragraph and the reasons others like it are probably on different sides of the planet and the only reason they would be is because rooted in the 'conservative principles' certainly most any conservative would admit is Article II., Sect I, clause 5 which holds the qualifications of the Office of the President to be a higher standard than those of a U.S. Rep., and U.S. Senator including the 'natural born Citizen' clause unmentioned in the latter's qualifications.
Now if you want to make history and case law your friends in that defense, why do you not acknowledge we have had 41 President's who were qualified under the Constitution's terms of 'natural born Citizen' or 'Citizen' at the time of the adoption of the Constitution and 1 who burned his identification records and 1 in the Office now who posted something that resembles more of a cut and paste job rather than what an original 1961 typewriter could hammer out, and on that you have a disqualifying dual citizenship recognized as inherited from his Kenyan father who was never a U.S. Citizen?
You might also recognize the purpose of the 'national security' principle was to strictly prohibit Kings, Prime Ministers, Dictators,Tyrants, and Foreign Despots from bedding an American gal down and inheriting the U.S. Office as the President he financed himself to, entirely possible without the WALL.
Now what difference does it make if Donald Trump builds a WALL for our national security purposes but adopts a 'constitutional construction' format that lets the WALL placed in our Constitution to be breached by foreigners to that office because the assailant of that WALL is certainly not going to enforce the parameter of the one built by Trump at the border. So which WALL is more important to uphold first?
Of course you gotta protect the inside of the vessel or protecting the outside of the vessel doesn't make any sense and is necessarily moot. If you allow a grenade to be placed on the inside of a ceramic vase while you protect the outside with a fence so it doesn't get knocked over, how much sense does that make? If you pull the pin in the grenade how long will your outside parameter fence last before the vase is blown up from the inside? Right! Maybe three seconds!
Now let me illustrate this in real time with real issues applying to us right now.
Trump just endorsed Cruz as eligible for the Office of the President read it on FLIP FLOP: DONALD TRUMP
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has reversed his position on Ted Cruz’s eligibility to run for president, now saying his Canadian birthplace shouldn’t disqualify him.
“I hear it was checked out by every attorney and every which way and I understand Ted is in fine shape,” Trump told ABC News just before speaking at a Capitol Hill rally blasting the Iran nuclear deal.
That stands in stark contrast to what Trump said about Cruz in December, when he told ABC News that Cruz’s Canadian birth could prevent him from running.
JUST ONE ASPECT OF THE JUDY V. OBAMA in The IRAN TREATY DEAL
Now let's just pretend for an instant that what the Republican Side of the isle is saying is true - That the Iran Deal is a bad deal with grave consequences for decades as Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell suggested, and House Republican Leader John Boehner said that Obama violated the law because he didn't give Congress all the information on the Iran nuclear deal.
Would Congress even be considering anything from Obama's Desk if he is not eligible or is unqualified according to the 'natural born Citizen' clause of the Constitution for the Office of the President? Absolutely not.
So why Republicans wring the hands and wipe the sweat off their brow about Obama's lawlessness, they ignore Obama's constitutional ineligibility, which is the Law, themselves. How much sense does that make?
We are also faced now with Israel being wiped off the face of the map, and terrorist attacks escalating into the nuclear realm all because of three words "natural born Citizen" not being enforced.
We all know the Iran Deal had to be sent to Congress for consideration with a signature of an eligible qualified person in the Office of the White House. So if its approved by Congress and they did not have the votes to stop it while they winked at the 'natural born Citizen' clause as a trivial national security measure, perhaps if in the future Iran has and releases the nuclear bomb wiping Israel out or a major city like New York in the U.S. , you all might come to the reality that the 'natural born Citizen' qualification in the Constitution was actually very important words and was a WALL that was taken down, by most all the politicians as well as the leading Republican Candidate for President now in Mr. Trump.
It's interesting he has called the Iran Nuclear Deal a bad deal, but just endorsed it with an endorsement of Cruz. If you do not start drawing lines from point to point, your choices are going to haunt you for the rest of your life America. Can you imagine the horror of hearing not that a building was knocked down by a plane and some explosions, but that an entire city with a population of 8-9 million was gone?
By God I'll bet that would get your attention wouldn't it! Yes, well I'm trying to get your attention before that happens and have been begging you to listen. Is Israel listening to me? No. Is the Republican Party Listening to me? No. Is the Democratic Party listening to me? No. Is the United States Supreme Court listening to me? Well, we are going to see. We will see in the Conference of September 28th, 2015 how favored the Justices are in wiping Israel off the map or a large city in the U.S because they failed to take a stand with three words in the Constitution raised by someone with legal standing.
I wonder how much of Mr. Donald's Trump's wealth would vanish if New York City was wiped out? Its interesting because he really could be reduced to ashes by his endorsement of Cruz as qualified. That's how fast it can happen. Mr. Trump reduced to ashes because he didn't have the courage for the Constitution and now look at him? A man who was worth 10 Billion reduced to a negative pittance.
You know what if Mr. Trump were so smart he would have 10 lawyers at my door by noon today with red carpet, champagne,sweet potato and roasted onion triscuits and caviar making sure I didn't stub my toe in
getting to the U.S. Supreme Court to protect his fortune... but it appears in that way he's just not that intelligent.
As for 'conservative principles' Gardner nailed it but not in a genuine defense of conservative principles because he fails to recognize how important of a 'conservative principle' the 'natural born Citizen' requirement is for the Office of the President. While it maybe a test, its in the Constitution and none of the Candidate's running that are cow-tipped by the Media have stood up for it. It is a much greater 'national security' concern than anything we face at this point as is made very clear now with the Iran Nuclear Deal.
In fact, I urged Bettina, who also is a witness on my SCOTUS Case by-the-way that Bill and Hillary Clinton know Obama's not qualified, to get Gov. Perry to start to rally for my cause and the Birthers when he nose dived in the Polls. I have posted a message myself on Gov. Perry's FB board, but it was just on deaf ears. I really do not see any difference between Trump's art of the deal than he places as a void upon all the other candidates including Perry- and now you know why.
Let me say this and I think there is truth to be seen in the Republican Leadership not going full tilt boogie on Obama and this Iran deal especially given the Corker Principle applied. My intelligence sources tell me Iran's already got the nuke. The Iran Nuclear Deal is really a $150 Billion dollar hush-puppy-money deal made so they don't use it on Obama's watch, but it will be 20/20 hindsight regarding Obama's watch that he did let them get it. That's kind of like President Bill Clinton not inheriting the devastation the reversal of the Glass-Steagall Act caused in the housing market on his watch, but it happened.
You don't think the General to Iran's elite fighting Quds Force- Qasem Soleimani was meeting with Russia President Putin just for better caviar do you? Remember Pakistan was able to acquire a Nuclear Bomb without the world knowing until after they had it also with a cover-up. We know Russia is selling the S-300 Anti-Aircraft System to Iran and China has made a new air force being purchased by Iran with the $150 Billion proceeds Obama is lifting, and for what its worth, the systems and protections must be now very necessary to protect what would be nuclear devastation to Iran if it were hit.
Do we really suppose Obama failed to get our 4 hostages, set up a 24 day waiting period of time and what could be a weeks-end-process to get to the 24 days as a firm grip on Iran, while they receive 150 Billion in lifted sanctions because they do not have a bomb?
Can we make a better deal or does Iran already have us over a barrel? Both seem to ring true unfortunately. Do you suppose just because Iran got a nuclear weapon they would use it instantly, or would they use it as Mr. Trump so often quotes as leverage to squeeze the best possible circumstances out of it becoming a favored nation? Has Obama fudged a little on what was happening in Benghazi to the American People to protect his reputation and election of 2012? Why do you suppose less is happening with Iran when the deal is so bad?
Why doesn't Obama just hold up a sign that says:
"Welcome to the Nuclear World Iran- Paid for by the U.S.A."
Began this Post with the defending Gov. Perry's mistakes on the debate stage. Defended his gaffes on the stage as most irrelevant compared to his mistakes of not standing up against Obama's ineligibility. We see in understanding this a much greater judgement is necessarily in the deliberations for choosing a person to be president. It will be to navigate our ship through the mine fields we have as a challenge and really President George Washington had it right when he referred our defense to the omnipotence of that God alone able to protect us.
Tis not schooling or memorization we need now America. It's the ability to receive REVELATION from God. I am humbled by the fact that I alone am the only one who has a bi-partisan record in federal court on this 'natural born Citizen' clause as the nucleus of our Constitution to which there is a grenade. That is my stand in the U.S. Supreme Court folks. The stand not one Republican or Democratic Party Candidate for president supports in a recognition of conservative principles that binds our nation together. I recognize myself this revelation in doing what I have been doing the last six and a half years.
There are many things I am weak in and grammar, punctuation, spelling, and articulation are among them I admit. If I were elected President I would do my very best not to embarrass our People in representing myself well. As a component of that I would employ getting Briefings from the very best we had in varying points of views. But basically much comes down to a simple yes or no given the circumstances we find ourselves in weighed in the balance of preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States, which is in the President's Oath.
Moses also referred himself to be a little slower in speech which is why the Lord gave him Aaron who was a mouthpiece.Exodus 4:10 but Moses was able to guide the children of Israel through the deserts and out of harms way with a navigation we understand to be Revelation. You might wisely check that in your box as a consideration for who you choose for President considering also how Cody Robert Judy is the only Candidate for President who has a bi-partisan Record on the 'natural born Citizen' clause of our Constitution and then remember how important it is with what we are facing now.
Americans, get smart, get educated, and then stand up and support that which has given you so much, as a well that never fails. It does remind me that this time was foretold: Amos 8:11 "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD"

FEATURE EDITORIAL: The Post and Email MEMORIAL DAY and MORALE - WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?
A rather stunning SPECIAL REPORT U.S. MILITARY AND CIVILIANS ARE INCREASINGLY DIVIDED By DAVID ZUCCHINO AND DAVID S. CLOUD dawned today from the Los Angeles Times that revealed some very big problems that we have in America today that I feel really do need to be addressed in the public arenas of politics and popularity. This weekend being Memorial Day Weekend, and as we remember with heart felt gratitude those who have given their last breath in the service, dying in the line of duty in our Armed Forces, "giving all", it seems a good time.
Reading the article, one grasps a real sense of the good, the bad, and the ugly presenting a very real and rare picture opposite the sugar coated perspectives we oft times find accompanies journalism today. By that I mean I don't think you'd find the Military Brass and military families completely happy with what is written, nor is the Civilian Population going to find the article not tugging away in their conscience of increasingly insincere platitudes. Just highlighting very briefly a couple of the grim reapers to give you a sense of what I'm talking about without spoiling your own read of the article:
George Baroff's a 90 year old draftee of WWII as a Veteran posed a view: "..today's all-volunteer military has been robbed of the sense of shared sacrifice and national purpose that his[my] generation enjoyed six decades ago. Today's soldiers carry a heavier burden, he said, because the public has been disconnected from the universal responsibility and personal commitment required to fight and win wars." "For soldiers today, the war is never over; the enemy is never defeated." The result he added, is "a state of perpetual anxiety that the rest of the country doesn't experience."
Phillip Ruiz, 46 year old Army staff sergeant wounded twice during three tours in Afghanistan and Iraq said: "So many people give you lip service and offer fake sympathy. Their sons and daughters aren't in the military, so its not their war. Its something that happens to other people"
Douglas Pearce a former Army Lieutenant said civilians seem to think they "can assuage their guilt with five seconds in the airport." "What they're saying is, "I'm glad you served so that I didn't have to, and my kids won't have to."
The combining sentiment of all three of these statements might be more difficult to attribute to "Honor" or "Gratitude" for the opportunity to serve, then say, "Frustration" and or a "Disheartening dispiritedness", but through these I sense a much greater sense of "Concern" and "Love" at the root of their hearts. There were statements made within the article also of civilians just as impervious and disparaging to the understanding of what exactly they are missing in serving in the military that does the population no favors as to the reasons we find such statements coming out of the military.
These are of course the ramifications of what we would call a "Job", rather then a "Service" in the necessary circumstances of a voluntary Armed Forces - meaning there was no "Draft" or "Conscription", we have today. Civilians now look at the voluntary means of which one enters the Military as "Employment", no different then they had to do in filling out an application for their job. Of course their "job" comes with an occasional office party and award also and can be considered a 'service to the community' just as easily as any position in the military, where someone has the ability to say "I quit", "I retire", "I'm not going to do this anymore", or even "Take this job and shove it".
We all get up and do a job of some sort that are not necessarily honored with parades, or greetings, or a lot of fan fair to keep up our moral. Why does the voluntary military services of our Armed Forces require more than what we do serving in our regular civilian jobs that are all necessary to keep society running smoothly, and incorporating the tax money necessary to pay them for their jobs?
This actually is the dis-service or dis-connect of "value" inappropriately attributed to an ego of dis-connect rather than managed or taught as a connection of mutual appreciation. The "My JOB is MORE important then YOUR JOB" syndrome that is a division of classless enmity and that is the dereliction that leads to "might is right" rather than the protection of "individual rights". Of course there is a balancing act that needs to be mastered everyday and that it is where improvement and skill can be made. When the first is honored by the last, and the last is honored by the first, a mutual respect and honor is equally observed and provides a real joy. That joy is the greatest moral booster known to man.
The SENSE of "ENTITLEMENT" can be a malignant cancer to the heart and soul of a civilian population and it can just as easily infect the well-oiled-machine of a military expressed as "I deserve more than what I'm getting".
One of the very rich things about America was a purge of royalty as far as privilege that merged leaders and citizens as one from a state of one class above the other. That is even stated plainly in the prohibitions of the President to take on any other titles of nobility in Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 which states: "No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever from any King, Prince, or foreign State."
Interesting to hear or read "United States" referred to as "Them" as in "Everyone of them 50 States". The problem is we have a Congress that constantly confers upon itself special privileges that include things like 'raises' and 'special health care' and well, they probably know the list better than I do of special privileges they have granted themselves. Yes, its legal, and occasional necessary, but is it balanced well with those also considered for Citizens?
One should very specifically consider that if its good enough for the President its good enough for me, which doesn't necessarily mean everyone should have an Air Force One to jet around in- (smile)Remember 'balance'. Now I want to talk a little more about military service because I thought it was interesting that the 90 year old Veteran Baroff referenced a theft taking place without a conscription stating the Armed Forces as much as having been robbed. Isn't that something we all should be concerned about? If our Military is being robbed of something maybe we should take a look at finding out who the robbers are? Wisdom of the elders huh?
Again Baroff stated that the military was being robbed of a sense.. of shared sacrifice and national purpose. We just talked about a sense of entitlement, so my sense is that that's coming from the Commander-In-Chief's position as the Leader of the Armed Forces. Of course being 'ineligible' and constitutionally unqualified as a natural born Citizen, 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' you understand where America has been robbed of a qualified President and Commander-In-Chief who has robbed the Constitution and taken on a sense of entitlement of the office built on an unstable foundation of a fraudulent identification. This is both a moral decay of character as well as a destructive factor of moral that has to be recognized from the top down. How could it not be considered reasonably? Congress thus far refuses to address these facts as it reflects poorly on them, as well it should.
As both a former '08, '12, and 2016 current Candidate for U.S. President having fought in some 15 Civil Court Cases for the natural born Citizen qualifications of the Office of the President, for no pay, no reward, no parades, and very few pats on the back, I understand whole-heartedly the idea of not being appreciated very much. I think I've got that one down. This battle of the morale of our whole Military is not unrealistically understood here as to the boat adrift with no rudder, no wind, no sail or no engine to power out of the melee.
How many people identify and attribute the direct catastrophic affect of an unqualified person in the Office of the President to the spirit of the Country? How could something so minuscule they forage affect so many and so much? How does a small rudder affect the direction of a ship? How does the gas pedal affect the propulsion of your car? How does love in your home affect you when you walk through the door?
I don't talk about it very much but the experience in prison I had twenty two years ago was not what most people would call "serving in the Military", but it really in many respects is a Military Order of Discipline. I had Sergeants, Lieutenants and Captains to appeal to and inspections happened every day. I have come to appreciate and find gratitude in serving and learning from the time I did. Some people might find it offensive that I would dare compare our military to the service of time I was drafted for, but what that would really be what we'd call a disagreement with rehabilitation wouldn't it and the fantastic job they did?
The draft in our Country didn't give many the opportunity to 'not serve' either, unless you were a 'draft dodger'. They called you and you went. The sense of appreciation I gained might be due more to my "sense of duty" and "sense of service" during that time in my life than anything and we do have a choice as to who we will serve in every circumstance and condition of our life. Wither we will nurture a sense of entitlement or nurture a sense of service?
I served my fellow prisoners, regardless of what they had done or why they were in prison, in the discrimination being apportioned to them in the grooming standards by suffering the same punishments dished out to the Native Americans Indians who were in Maximum Security due to their 'religious belief' in not cutting or shorning their hair. I sued on a discrimination of gender and won, but to do that I had to join them in solitary confinement for three and half years. That meant getting an hour out of a very small individual cell to walk a hallway for an hour every 24 hours for 912 of the 3018 days I served in that military order. There was no family for years, no touching or sweet affection from a spouse or partner, and mail was very important.
One in five Americans have now experienced the conditions of being on probation, parole, or incarcerated: One in five! That is also costing tax payers and is a huge tax burden that many say is 'putting the population in prison'with an indentured servitude to support the empire building system. So my point is one way or the other you could think you are not affected by your "upper class" status, but that would be an unreasonable look at reality just as the 'judgement' against rehabilitated people is seen as a constant on every job application even though the Constitution Amendment 15, Sect. I. says, "the right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Why does Society spend so much money rehabilitating Citizens and then handicap them after their time is served faithfully? Isn't that like making someone pay the freight on something, and then constantly asking for more when the price has been paid in full? I think it is. Another point, the 2nd Amendment states the "right" of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed". How does the Government justify Citizens who can vote, pay taxes, as part of the people, not allowing them to defend themselves, their persons, and their property just the same as anyone else once their 'time' has been faithfully served that was demanded by Society?
This is the absolute hypocrisy polluting our Nation in the unreal classifications of 'entitlement' and 'divisions' and it has come to a head with Barack Obama being ineligible and unqualified, so that the entire population is now not under Law but is under "Lawlessness" and "Corruption", so you have and now find yourself in prison accused of three felonies a day and your state of living in fear is awful.
And so we find ourselves together looking at one another, and I out of every other Presidential Candidate in the Nation since 2008 am the only one who has filed suit for Justice on a bi- partisan stand against both Republicans and Democrats in McCain and Obama culminating now in front of the United States Supreme Court as Judy v. Obama 14-9396. Yes, a former prisoner who did eight years in prison, (we don't need to go into the circumstances of injustice and unlawful prosecution that surrounded the case but is in my book TAKING A STAND if your interested in reading it)and you can't believe it?
Do you know what I can't believe? I can't believe our Armed Services has not filed an Amicus Curiae as a friend of the Court in the United States Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396. I can't believe that all those organizations opposed to Obamacare and ObamaAmnesty and ObamaExecutive Orders haven't filed an Amicus Curiae. The reversals of rolls begins to make much more sense in a referendum on the sense of entitlements.
It actually makes perfect sense in the reversal God said would happen in just what former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush epitomized as the greatest immoral subversive idea he could think of resonating in Mark 10:31: "But many that are first shall be last."
Today we do in fact honor humbly those who have died for the Constitution and the individual rights in liberty and justice for all found in our Republic under God that we pledge our allegiance to as a Nation formed and called The United States of America. May God Bless the families of those who have suffered the loss of their loved ones and may our Military find an appreciation and value in the service of their fellow patriots with the rich respect and honor found in the service of Citizens.

The solicitation of scantily clad and nude women was something I’d seen before and there are plenty of citizens out there trying to make ends meet involved in that kind of solicitation for a living. I for one understand that. One thing I didn’t expect was to be reporting to the public that it was a favored tool of what I will call a Presidential Porn Sting against me as a presidential candidate. Believe me when I say this is a worm hole and those involved are as low as worms can go.
One of the most powerful tools against Conservatives and shall we say in general middle America is indeed a collusion of exploitation upon a necessary body within the politic. On one hand the Constitution has within it a very revered principle to conservatives and liberals alike we know as ‘free speech’ and ‘free press’. On the other hand traditional conservative people who love the Constitution would most likely turn away from someone running for office exposed as a regular solicitor of pornography, and therein lays a big problem.
Somewhere in the middle ground of ‘free speech’ and conservatives ‘moral principle’ regarding porno a breached and divide can be wedged quite easily as a tool in a left wing sting with the use of unsavory propaganda upon the public to favor themselves in the political arena in a divide and conquer strategy.
Exposing this strategy at the root of maniacal manipulation is I believe something worth exploring and reporting in an effort of exposing in a fair and transparent way to the public the lengths of which opposition is willing to descend to in a power tussle of an election. I believe this is one of Obama’s favorite tools and he understands if very well dating back to his first win as a U.S. Senator in Illinois when he went for the jugular of his opponent in reveling in divorce records.
The unseedy elements of this I have been subject to as a Presidential Candidate are probably only beginning. As a matter of transparency I must address my reality in the matter as I’ve traced solicitation of what can only be called ‘porn’ perpetrated upon my phone and computer under the cover of “ group conversation” text to my phone and computer that I have traced unbelievable back to military individuals associated with military groups of our Government.
What specifically happens is I will receive a message that includes a group of up to 40 individuals in what is called a ‘group conversation’ of a solicitation of porn. Then what happens is you will find the perpetrators of the conversation exiting the group conversation as quickly as it is sent. In other words this is not a group conversation for which the sender wants to be a part of; it’s a deliberate sting, frame job, or set up in what we’d call a traditional cover-up.
Now, someone sent those ‘group conversations’ can exit those groups but it’s not as easy as you might think it ought to be. It takes a pretty proficient knowledge about how social media works and all the ins and outs of your phone and the applications on the social media network to corral and exit yourself as a target. In the mix of that you can definitely be set up.
The excuse of not knowing how to do something while your operating a car is not always a good excuse but it is an excuse. Think about how many people don’t know how to change a flat tire on their car or actually could be charged with a ticket for an accident relative to any number of car fluids being low and causing the accident. There are probably a lot of people who don’t know the difference between their car washer fluid depository and their brake fluid or motor oil depository, but they can drive a vehicle just fine. This is what I’m alluding to. Just because you have an i-phone or a computer doesn’t mean you know how to program it, use it, or prevent others from using maliciously.
We could all ask Obama when he entered the white house as a non eligible or constitutionally unqualified person in the Office of the President why the secret service had to overhaul his blackberry phone and while we are asking, we could include how he surmised not being a natural born Citizen didn’t make him a bully voiding out the actual qualifications for the Office of the President? Most of us don’t have the benefit of the secret service watching out for us.
What I’ve learned to do, as I said I’ve seen a ton of those pornographic messages and what I usually will do is simply look to see if the first person exiting the group is the sender or perpetrator of the message. If it is, you can generally assume you’re being stung in a sting operation that someone who sent the group message or gathered the group of names together, and folded the message to as a trap or set up. It’s not enough I’ve found to simply exit the group conversation which I did a number of times and found I was still the subject to the group message another day because I was on the list.
Now all this can be explained away in a manner of speaking as a form of teen mischievousness or even a low end adult adventure trying to make an extra dollar or two and I would normally at first associate it with something like that. As a next step to it being somewhat bothersome, I begin “blocking” the person who I noticed was sending the message and exiting the group very quickly which I figured would block me from getting the messages as presumably I would block the person who had the list I was on from sending me the message.
Now to find that same list with someone else sending you the same message implies the person you blocked had friends or accomplices in the teen prank or adult adventure show. They are not acting alone. Let’s say you go through several friends blocking them in turn like you did the first with imaginative names that also have profiles that look pretty legitimate on a social network, so you assume they are real people. Imagine the shock when you find after a few blocks the same message linked to a profile of a military person associated with a military group in our Government. That connection is a little too close for comfort and you can probably assume with relative ease your being targeted by the Commander-In-Chief as the military order exclusively directs in a chain of command.
This is what’s happening to me as a Candidate for President in 2008, 2012, and 2016 as the only Presidential Candidate in America who in court record opposed John McCain and Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012 because presumably the ‘race card’ doesn’t work as well with me as it might with other politicians who oppose Barack Obama’s qualifications but maybe even perhaps a bit unwittingly gave McCain a pass setting themselves up as dominoes for the ‘race card’ Obama employs so easily.
Now when you find yourself in a sting operation maybe under even presumptuously good intentions relayed by those in seats of power like what we heard from A.G. Eric Holder about the good intentions of Operation Fast & Furious leading to deaths of an unfortunate border guard, or the good intentions of former SOS Hillary Clinton in Benghazi in testimonies to Congress related to the deaths of a few others subject to a sudden collapse of national security, being relayed in contempt of Congress literally or the shrill of contempt in a statement like “What difference does it make now”; you have to start asking the public to put two and two together and start discerning a line between those actually opposed to the Constitution who are saying they are for it, and those actually standing up for the Constitution subject to stings of those who are with their actions not standing up for it, but are saying they are.
That is a responsibility to you the voters and supporters of politicians who really can’t exist without your support and contributions. What would I have you do when confronted with nasty revelations?
Arm yourselves with truth. That is literally the best defense against false accusations remembering ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. How can you take ‘porn’ out of the hands of your opponent’s arsenal as a weapon in the political arena? You ask people to support ‘free speech’, You understand your free speech is on an alter of sacrifice in your assault upon someone else’s right of free speech to burn the American Flag in a protest that makes your blood boil.
You understand your free speech is connected to the free speech associated with ‘pornography’ that makes you kind of sick to your stomach. How do you do that with something? You start looking for the kernels of truth in something that makes you sick to your stomach so there is at least something to hold fast to that prevents you from stomping on your own principle that you hold dear.
How could a church going guy or gal married and dedicated to serving the interest of their union find a kernel of truth in porn? By realizing their own acts of love together could be presumed as starring in a porn film in the site of God if God so chose to look upon them that way. We all have bodies and beauty in the body in an art form rather than a negative light is a perception. Seeing beauty in an art form takes the power out of an evil perception. That is a kernel of truth and what we are fighting against more than anything because if your eye is only upon evil what light has your body been filled with?
Dependents upon your presumption of evil is of course a tool in the political arena where standing for principles should over ride much of the rising tide of debauchery that can be or is employed in desperation and the lack of being able to stand on solid Constitutional Principles. If I had a prayer or a wish to God that’s what it would be. If we can change our perceptions to look at and for truths, well, then we will go places upward rather than dwelling with the worms beneath.
Religious hypocrisy has got to stop at the door of examination and a celebration of the truth, with the foundation of our Constitution as a guide to employ. That is not easy by any means, but it is worth it. You can understand how politicians, especially those who not single like myself, could be framed and really bullied with a porn sting, which would amount to a ring of fire upon their marriage or divorce for that matter. Sacrificing Constitutional Principles with the use of extortion upon the marriages of politicians is a weapon easily used and must be seen as the actions of a worm.
We as a public must start understanding much more as a collective that the benefits of America are our opportunities to employ our Constitutional Principles upon our politicians and that may very easily be in defense of someone who has been or is being framed.
There is another equally important guide we must all take in moderation and a balance and that has to do with 'police brutality' being taken and used as a tool to employ uprisings for the purposes of a justification for martial law and a crackdown on our 2nd Amendment Rights, rights to free speech, rights to peacefully assemble all under attack.
While in my own heart I feel it a tragedy anyone unarmed is shot down by police who somehow figured a net, peppermace,or a baton was not adequate force in a take down and instead made a decision of lethal force the revelation of six bullets in the body is certainly a reason for concern in Missouri. However looting, pillaging and robbing other people is not an answer or quick route for justice. In fact, if you wanted to consider those engaged in that behavior as acting as a significant force on behalf of martial law, or a justification somehow manipulated in an order to destroy the Constitution's 2nd Amendment you could very easily stay on that path and see it. Minorities have every reason to be concerned with being used this way and in actions they find justifiable really see themselves used as pawns in the tool to destroy individual rights of liberty.
WE as Citizens must be able to discern how and when an escalation of violence on behalf of an individual can be used as a tool of justification of and for a certain brutality upon the public with a significant emphasis on the principles of our Constitution. Are individual rights of people supported or slain in a communities uprising and protest?
If you can answer that individual rights are slain you can figure some force is really out to manipulate the security of the community. This is precisely the advocate I have maintained in the civil arguments in court advocating that having someone in the oval office who is not a natural born Citizen, (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) is very much in an extraordinary position of defamation of our Constitutional Character representing a national security threat.
As the State's National Guard is called out in on a symptom of the problem I cannot help but advocate to protesters that if you are going to protest "Police Brutality" and not make a mention of the "Presidential Brutality" upon the public amounting to the usurpation on the Office of the President, your protest is nothing more than a manifestation of hypocrisy towards the justice in truth you seek.
Excusing one form of brutality and justifying another amounts to a call for change from black people who by all means should be engaged in a preservation of their Constitution as Americans, every bit as important as everyone elses. I call upon them to consider their mistake in Barack Obama and consider the mounting evidence of the truth rather than the blatant actions of looting that saws upon the cross of Jesus Christ as a cross saw.
If police were armed with cameras and video recorders like i-phones rather than tier gas and bullets a speculation of justice in court rather than on the streets might be a much better weapon of choice. Rounding up thugs who loot on a predatory impulse as a ring of justice is captured by police watching might serve the community as a much better example that your not getting away with anything. We will find you with your actions caught on tape and visit you soon after you return to your home with the loot.
Regarding the protest of the police bullying in regards to shooting unarmed people here in Utah and across the Nation. I wonder if your familiar with what exactly is happening with the police force and who is behind militarization of the police?
This was Obama's plan from the beginning everyone. In this video you see police even firing at the media. Now, what's important about this? Well, people have not understood the importance of our Constitution's qualification for President, especially the Media. You object to being fired upon but conceal a cover-up of Presidential required qualifications and wonder what rights you have as a Media Reporter? Your trampling on your own rights..don't you see yourselves as you are seen?
Obama is not a natural born Citizen. When you protest police violence and condone violations of the Constitution your in fact at odds with yourself. I for one am fighting this fight taking Obama to court on these violations because these violations are mirrored images of the police brutality at its root. Bullying you're way into the White House is brutality upon a lot more of the public then a bully of a police force upon one individual, but you give excuse to Obama and condemn the police?
I just want you to remember out there today how important our Constitution is and in a true sense understand this brutality is often used to provoke unrest for justification of further crackdown on 2nd Amendment rights, free speech rights and free press rights.
Fighting for the Constitution is a fight against the government bullying/ not just one against police. I wonder sometimes why people will not support a peaceful legal battle in a court of law before they take to the streets in protest of a symptom of the problem rather than addressing the root of the problem. If you think “Truth” is worth it, support it and quit supporting the lie. That is the beginning of change, or we can just keep on going down this road and see where it leads with Obama. Which is it going to be?
I saw in my dream that it wasn't over, speaking in reference to the horror and terror of the Boston Twin Bombing attacks.
In the dream I saw another bomb go off this time in a different place that seemed out West. There was two again and the network that is watching has been ascertaining the damages as the goal is to really start bring terror to the U.S.
I saw and heard the explosion in my dream "BOOM" it was deafening, and saw in the dream a man running with a second bomb. Something had evolved as to the delivery and the mechanism from the Boston Twin Bombing because I saw the second man running scared out of his mind.
I saw the military was searching for him. I saw tents set up. He was close to the military both circumstantially and in proximity. I saw a soldiers hand come out of a tent searching searching, his hand searched as one inside a tent would put a hand under the bottom of the tent but not be able to see. I saw his hand searching and panting the ground around and there was grass that kind of seemed un-kept, almost like a field or grass that was green but hadn't gotten any water, pasture grass comes to mind, but he couldn't find the back-pack even though he was very close to finding it, that this second guy had his bomb in.
It was kind of the same type but like I said had evolved a bit because I saw this guy with the bomb in his back-pack avoiding the search by the military. I wondered how he could do that. How they could pass right over him in a search and him slip behind the search?
I saw a search had been conducted and he had fallen behind the search and been missed somehow; almost as if he was in or part of the military himself? This was very scary because it makes it much harder and gut wrenching to have our military turn on itself and have to start making themselves part of the investigation or on the list of suspects.
I saw him running scared with his back-pack, which I think was dark blue, and there was many many citizens looking and people being made aware to report suspicious back-packs left or sitting alone. I saw him throw or hurl his back-pack and I saw it was at "innocent" people.
My heart just ached at the absolute terror of this. I saw that the "buzzer" or detonator had become separated from the bomb itself.
As he was running I saw a great big sliding steal door that was very close to another, like, back of a building, as if only one body could fit between this great big door and the adjacent wall. I saw it open or sliding open and it was maybe 6 inches thick but slid easy. It was more the type that was covered with light steel or tin, old looking, worn. The buildings seemed like old warehouses, and I recall train tracks in the area.
I saw a hotel room where they had been. One thing that I saw was that the bomb area was like around a circus.
I remember in the dream running and a man calling my name very loudly. I turned toward him and recognized he had recognized me by kind of smiling and then racing off.
I saw our military in the streets and the military had set up almost like a tent city and were searching for this guy.
When I woke up I was startled up, breathing hard, and terrorized just like the dream I had April 8th,2013 ,a week prior to April 15. I thought about Nevada and Circus-Circus and wondered about those places.
I relate this and say I don't think this has anything to do with the massive amount of media on the Boston MA Twin bombing I actually have not seen reports or watched on TV. This dream seemed pretty "out of the blue" again.
One thing I believe in relating a dream is what the Lord says...when relating a dream, just tell the dream. Don't elaborate or try to out guess it. Just be honest about it exactly. "Warnings" can come in dreams.
I had a comment come to me that really railed against me making a political issue out of a tragedy. I told the guy so if you see a thief coming to rob the house, you just want to keep your mouth shut?
The point here is I don't tell anyone ALL my dreams. I only tell what I'm impressed to tell and I don't try to tell more then what I have received.
I believe the Lord God in Heaven has an "All Seeing Eye" and none can hide from him. I thought many people really don't like God being brought into any circle that they haven't given him the freedom out of. They want God in a tight little box because they are very uncomfortable with him.
Many people believe many things about God and do not understand the very nature of God. They can't comprehend "Why?" bad things happen or if God were God why he wouldn't stop that from happening. They really take a position that keeps God nailed down on the cross and that's exactly where they'd like to keep him.
How does a living God fight your battles? How does a living God see all and remain silent because of judgement. How does he tell as an act of grace?
The Lord is terrible in battle! The mercy we can comprehend of our own children we'd like to spare hard times, or make things a little easier for then we had it.
Guardian angels protect all of us and they are under the Lord's command. How do you suppose Jesus Christ cast out the worst devils unless all of hell was bound to listen?
My mind shifted this morning on the term of innocence and how many people think they are innocent, but didn't vote. Did you know "not voting" is an act, just the same as voting is one?
What isn't political if we separated those who voted from those who didn't? Believe it or not when bombs go off the political question is right around the corner. Asked Libya,Yemen,Somalia,Pakistan,Iraq,and Afghanistan if they've had a bomb dropped on their country by Barack Obama and then explain innocent life's lost in a political expedience?
You know the Lord can do what he wants to do, and if there is a political lesson for the United States to learn about taking a stand for the Constitution, not taking your freedom and liberty for granted, understanding that many many life's have been sacrificed in our military for what we have, you can be sure we will learn that lesson.
Now, there are lots of ways to learn a lesson. We can learn the hard way. We can learn the easy way. We can learn the short way and we can learn the long way.
Which way do we want to learn? How does, just for instance because we can all relate to this, Congress and the United States Supreme Court actually learn to defend the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President? ( Judy v. Obama 12-5276 Denied Jan 7th 3013) Link to the arguments.
If for instance "Congress" has to be taught a lesson in Constitutional law and The United States Supreme Court needs to be taught how to defend the Constitution rather then treading on it, if you were God, how would you do it?
I'm just guessing here there are very very few people who relate what's happening to our Country directly to the decisions of our Legislative Body and our Judicial Body's decisions that have forsaken We The People in decisions that have come to them; Pleadings that have been buried.
So if your God and you have seen every drop of blood spilt literally by millions of men and women in Heaven who suffered bled and died for the Constitution absolutely begging God to do something about the disgrace of the Constitution in the White House at this time, and pleadings and filings and court cases have all been shucked off with a wink and a grin, what are you going to do?
What do you do with your children when they go ape shit and totally throw a tantrum in the store? Well, love dictates that you teach them a lesson. God is a wonderful teacher, he is wise and full of understanding and great love.
I pray for his grace and love every day and night with great fear and trembling because I know some of the lessons in life are so very hard to learn. Why or why did this or that happen; How on God's green Earth did we ever deserve this or that?
Well, soul searching is never a bad thing and I can assure you mocking the blood that has been spilt to build this Nation by winking and grinning Obama 8 years through a second term is probably NOT a good decision. The HOPE that you won't get caught or there won't be ANY PENALTY is like hoping that God doesn't love this Country.
You know there is a lot to be said about the good out weighing the bad and a drop of poison spoiling the whole 5 gallon bucket of water.
Can't you just hear them? "Oh Lord Lord, we did this and we did that..so don't we deserve this?"
You know the thing about the Natural Born Citizen qualification for the Office of the President is its way down on the basics of 2+2=4. Its elementary. So when you start ignoring the most rudimentary and elementary aspects of the Supreme Law of the Land, you're pretty much like a teenager on a joy ride robbing banks in broad daylight and your butts gonna get busted.
It will be a very loving Heavenly Father that teaches you the lesson and I'm just stuck with you, so lets all just do the best we can to help one another, care for one anther, and lets' get back on the Constitutional track. Obama's gonna have to go because he's not eligible for the Office of the President.
Now if you think he is, then we have a difference in opinion and God will teach us which one he respects. I can't begin to enumerate the insults Birthers have gone through and by God if your hard headed about this its my guess we're in for one very wild ride.
God might let you know he knows exactly what's happening while your being drug behind the lose horse through a very green and wet freshly fertilized field. I hope you can hold your breath a long time.
I have a huge respect for our military and the intelligence and ability they have developed. I admire our local police forces and salute the all the integrity of the law which they both uphold. I pity any organization that pits itself against God for they will see but still be blind, hear but still be deaf, walk but go no where and that's all really frustrating!
I applaud Zullo's lead as an investigator here working to uncover a fraud/criminal action. However, we all must keep in mind Obama's not only not a natural born citizen by virtue of his birth, but by the fact that both his parents are not Citizens. His father never was a U.S. Citizen. Minor v. Happersett makes it clear that those who are born in the U.S. to Citizen parents there have never been any doubts to their being natural born citizens. The blessings that attend the Office of the President cannot fall upon one who is not qualified or assuming the office illegally as a usurper. The damage done here will haunt us. I've apposed it clear to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.

Breaking Info on Boston Bombings! Tamerlan Tsarnaev and the Naked Man -Maret Tsarnaeva the aunt of Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the suspected Boston marathon bombers has revealed to me that she can positively identify the oldest nephew Tamerlan Tsarnaev as the man who was stripped naked and placed into a police cruiser during the manhunt for the suspects. The question then to be asked is how did the suspect arrested get free and have a gun fight with police where he was shot and killed? He was positively ID'd by his Aunt as a man police had in custody.
