AMERICAN SNIPER -Conflict of Nations and The Morality of Religions

American’s choice to spend at about $10 dollars a ticket just under 100 million dollars this last weekend on a movie called American Sniper- Clint Eastwood’s biggest opening cash cow, is a politicians dream weekend, and a big conflicting recipe for the concern of the Republic for which we now stand. I think the reason the movie hit so hard is because it puts nearly every perspective of morality on the line in plain sight and shall we say in the deadly cross hairs of a high caliber rifle scope.

In the movie, a true story, U.S. Navy Seal Chief Petty Officer Chris Kyle (April 8, 1974 – February 2, 2013) respected as America’s deadliest sniper is gutted with the internal conflicts of morality that come with the lethal job he volunteered for in the service of his Country swearing an oath to the United States Constitution. "I, (state name of enlistee), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

Some of the conflicts in the movie opening up the discussion of morality can register in the twist of circumstances what moral compass our society has and is fighting for. As you read this I’m going to be a little bit facetious to explain a point or two so don’t lose your sites. At one point we see Chris’s rifle scope bear down on first a woman carrying a Russian grenade, and then her elementary school age child telling him to go throw it at the marines.
The circumstances in Iraq depict the U.S. Military in the film as the foreigners. Can anyone imagine the idea of using the innocents of women and children to deliver a payload of explosives if they thought it would work and the men couldn’t do it because they had been rounded up and put in concentration camps or evacuated? Our own military invites women into combat now. Can you imagine how the son or mother feels if perhaps their father and husband had already been killed by foreigners to which there was no Court to settle in for losses or damages?

Chris has to weigh in the balance his military duty, his responsibility to his fellow army buddies and all of their families at home depending on him for their safety, as well as the moral conflict of shooting what looked to be a child in about the fourth grade. Parents go to jail for spanking their child here in America in public as it can be considered abusive rather than disciplinary. Parents can’t shoot their children either. Chris first shoots the child, and then when the mother picks the weapon up the child was instructed to carry and throw at the Marines he shoots her. So parents’ can’t spank their children, husband’s can’t beat their wives, but the U.S. military is authorized to kill men, women and children who are defending their home and country?

One might say, “That’s just how it is over there. Hopefully we wouldn’t send our kids out to do something like that!” Can you imagine if we were being invaded by other countries, the men had been killed or rounded up, and the five o’ clock news wasn’t explaining the morality of the circumstances for which the invasion was lawful, how we might do the same thing in the hope that future generations might not have to, or even for revenge because of the hurt caused by destroying everything you had grown up with? Then the question comes up justifying our being over there in the first place.

Is it a natural resource we don’t have available here to harvest, or is it our own law which has set aside land as a national park a million visitors every year can gaze upon without an oil pump outlining the horizon or some species can crawl around on uninterrupted? One might say they are all important and violence would be much worse if we couldn’t get people back and forth to work in their automobiles. In other words we are justifying the assassination of foreigners for both major parties particular interest? How sweet is that?

If you want to stay home and mind your own business you’re an isolationist? If you want to go out and fight everyone’s battle you’re nothing but a bullying policeman to the world? Well which is it Democrats? Which is it Republicans? Democrats accused Bush of being a war monger for oil but don’t want to lay a finger on the development button of our reserves in Alaska’s Anwar? Who’s morally responsible for the deaths of the Iraqi’s? If Democrats think more civil deaths are not coming around because of our needs not being met in oil and gas they should all retire their vehicles in order to stop their hypocrisy. If Democrat don’t think there is a cost to refusing to developed our own energy supplies in order that we can gaze upon uninterrupted lines on the horizon they are mistaken as they are about their ordering more assassinations for the beauty of it all. The blame game works both ways folks.

Another conflict is perceived as Chris as the guest of an Iraqi man presumed first to be friendly. When the man’s stash of weapons is found without Chris retaining a search warrant from the Judge of the Judicial Branch first, that man is basically left without any civil rights. Now in the U.S. some might say the 2nd Amendment comes into play here and the man from Iraq has every right to hold those weapons in defense of his family but it ultimately gets him drafted as an informant and killed in a dangerous mission. Of course his neighbors are a little upset about our military not going through proper channels of the Judicial Branch to get a search warrant, confiscating his weapons, and basically setting him up to get killed one way or the other. They parade his body in the streets not really appreciating the U.S Militaries respect of said U.S. Constitutional Rights. Who could at a moment like that?

Of course we know that the U.S. Constitution doesn’t apply to anyone who is not a U.S. Citizen. Taxation without representation is illegal. If you can’t vote technically you have no voice and your living under a dictatorship, perhaps your parents authority of force. They don’t need a search warrant either to go through your bedroom with a fine tooth comb and confiscate your weapons, porn, and drugs in which in many cases they might be able to use themselves legally. The main point is the value of the U.S. Constitution that you have right now and for you to understand losing those rights subjects you to know better treatment then those our military gives Iraqi’s in a declared state of war.

Now how do you feel about Barack Obama not being a ‘natural born Citizen’ (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) if you understand all your rights as Citizens are attached to that principle being neglected by Democrats and Republicans? And how do you feel about a movie being able to raise 100 million in one weekend at $10 a ticket but the only candidate in America running for President who stood up to both parties and sued McCain and Obama not being able to raise $2,000 dollars in 6 years because American’s wouldn’t buy a $10 dollar ticket that was good for all their Constitutional rights? Is there a slight conflict here of moral principle?

CONFLICT OF RELIGIOUS MORALITY

Religions have long been associated with discerning what’s basically wrong and right. Of course the law of the land is most generally considered to be alright with religions. So you have to wonder if in Sunday school next week you’ll get a lesson on why homosexual marriages and relations are now ok and authorized as ok by your church because it’s the law of the land now.

Religions have long used the doctrine of the law of the land to get their particular denomination into foreign countries. Communist authorities for instance are fine with Christian principles as long as those instructors of the religion follow up with the one question to missionaries about resistance to a particular governmental practice with “well, you need to obey the law of the land”. In other words, as long as you’re following the laws of your land you’re not in conflict with our religion?

What that means is Christians in Russia are happy with the anti-sodomite verses of the Bible because Vladimir Putin has outlawed homosexuality while the Christians here in America have adopted it because it’s the law of the land. The Church Authorities both accept and condemn it based on ‘the law of the land’. Let’s see, same Church, different cultures, and ultimately different doctrines about the same circumstances or practice. It’s a geographical oddity of truth. Everything is right; just please pay your 10% and the morality of God will stand by you? What world wide religion doesn't teach that we believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law?

Churches are not likely to teach their missionaries to teach something that is going to get them killed or thrown in prison. That’s why ‘worldwide Christian religions’ like Catholics, Baptist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, LDS Mormons, etc., all can function outside of the United States. They have arrangements with the Governments which are basically non-conflictive and passive aggressive but it also makes them co-partners in every type of Government including Dictatorial, Communistic, and Tyrannical Despots.

Is the communist Chinese Christian any different than the capitalistic American Christian? How about the Saudi Arabia Christian from the Indonesian Christian? Which geographical Christian can have one wife, which can have more than one, and which can have a man and women to marry? Obama declared love is love in his State of the Union Address, but there is the consideration of which love is allowed to live and which one is disposed of in an assassination that for instance he in the oval office has ordered.

WHO CARES

Really who cares? Why do you bring up different sides to any story? Well, presumably so you don’t get sold down the river to one and regret it. One thing I can tell you is precious is your individual rights as a United States Citizen under the Constitution of the United States. Lose those and your life can really become a living hell quickly. They are just as easily compromised domestically as they are in a foreign land if you don’t stand up for them.

Collectivism is willing to use or sacrifice in a horror show a view individuals starving or being killed to distribute the wealth. The U.S. Constitution is not willing to give up the individual’s rights so that the group is more protected and the individual is lost. Of course time and time again we see examples of the theory of collectivism weeding out their weak so the safety net presumed is false.

How could we emphasize this? So baby-boomers were the result of a need for labor but they grew selfish and taught their children to be selfish as well. Fewer children from Gen X were encouraged shrinking the population pool so children could be more spoiled or have more. That contributed to the baby-boomers social security fund also shrinking and so Gen. Y came along and ordered the death panels to dispose of the baby-boomers? How do Bill and Hillary Clinton feel about their chances now as individuals at say ‘retirement’ age when their own practices and policies come back to consume them for the good of the group?

That’s what not standing up for ‘individual rights’ or our U.S. Constitution gets you. Chris Kyle ultimately had to decide whose individual rights he was standing up for and who his oath of loyalty was going to protect. Those boundaries often get blurred just like the borders of the United States get blurred at times. The Union for which we stand must be protected and the best way to help others is in fact to take a stand for the United States Constitution because it is concerned with your individual rights.

Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro is not a natural born Citizen qualified to be in the Office of the President. Many atrocities are happening with the cover of his being in that office illegally with no U.S. law seeming to apply to him. He and his co-ops force mandates, open borders, and basically run an operation of war to ignite a firestorm in the Arab Springs instituting Muslim Republics slipping weapons to the Al-Qaida militia financed by your tax dollars.

I really think more Americans should be buying a $10 ticket to my campaign then Clint Eastwood’s movie because it sure as hell is going to cost a lot more if you don’t take a stand for the U.S. Constitution and start demanding it from your elected officials by your support for me. If there were others who had stood up against both McCain and Obama in the eligibility outlines of our U.S. Constitution so they wouldn’t be seen as racist I’d recommend supporting them to, but there just isn’t. As Clint Eastwood might say with that consideration in mind, “Without me there’s just no one sitting in the chair. I’m all you got.”

Ignoring the facts just like Congress has ignored them isn’t going to change them and the thing about facts is they eventually catch up with you.

Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

Regrettable Silence of TRUTH - The Great Political Apostasy

Ice and snow covered the freeway, left over snowflakes wafted in the night air from the blizzard that had moved in fast recently and passed just as quickly away. Doing seventy on the road was careless but a moderate fifty conservative miles per hour for the conditions moved traffic along in the very dark stretch. Suddenly and with no apparent explanation other than a slight angle on the freeway things were not going well as a panoramic view through the windshield of the SUV begin appearing in all directions.

The vehicle was spinning like a top or a jack given a full twist on a hardwood floor. Forward progress was nearly halted and the thought flashed, “This is not good” about the second 360 that occurred. There seemed nothing that could possibly be done accept a gentle tap on the breaks through ever breath as I was flying past a number of objects I thought, “Glad I didn’t hit that one” which would have been a massive pole to wrap the car around.

Somehow through a barricade of cement barriers an opening appeared that might in the milliseconds ticking away in slow motion allow the safest stop but it was over an embankment which I could not see an end to. Over I flew catching a little centrifugal forced air and splash into the body of water that had gathered in the bottom of a drainage or low point of freeway hill.

Thank the Lord movement had stopped, I was safe, and the car wasn’t totaled. I’d heard the splash but didn’t understand how much water I was in until I opened the door and realized by vehicle was pointed down and water was flowing into the cabin. I stood waste deep in an ice cold stagnate in a little shock of what to do next, “God help me”. Had I said it out loud or had I just thought it I didn’t know.

“Are you ok?” I heard a voice yell down as I looked up and saw a man looking at me standing in the water with my car engine no doubt completely submerged under water. “Yes, Yes, I’m okay, but I’ve got to get this out quickly!”, my voice echoed back in the air. “I don’t have anything to tie to ya but I got my truck here I could pull ya out. Do you have anything we could hitch to you?”, my angel said.

My mind stepped on the gas and I was already scrambling back in the car for the fifty foot one inch nylon rope I used a few times before in a tow for others. This time it was me it would be helping I thought. I took a deep breath and dove under the shock of my rear tire in the cold water. I was completely under pulling and feeling my way to my rear axle. My freezing hands fumbled the rope around once, twice for good measure, and I come out with a gasp with the other end. Crawling up the embankment, I hoped it would reach.

He pulled his truck as close to the edge as he dared and I horse tied a slip knot to his frame. “Take it really slow. I’ll get in mine and try to get it going in reverse to climb out, but that rope isn’t all that big and could snap any time.”, I said while thinking, “Please God, I need one more miracle. I need my engine to start under water.”
It fired up the first try and the line tightened as we begin our reverse maneuver. The line stretched with the tug of war. I prayed she wouldn’t break. It was as if I could hear her screaming being pulled with the 3000 lbs she was tied between, “This is too much!”.

“Come on Baby…come on Baby…hold..hold… hold.”, I encouraged out loud, as I steered back up the embankment. Oh Wow! The engine was running, all four tires were on solid ground, and soaked as I was the adrenalin was warming me. I bailed out of the car and went back to thank the man who had helped me. I wanted to embrace him as a brother as I untied the rope from the frame of his truck.

He was beaming in the night. Perhaps he’d struggled to make payments on that truck and gone through a torture of trouble at many turns from others in his love and defense for it, but for him this was good enough reason to have endured all of it. He understood the parable of actually “being the good Samaritan” who’d stopped to help and he knew that reward would never be stripped from him, even if the bank took his truck back.

The cold prevented much of an adieu but I tried to convey in words how profoundly grateful I was as I narrated for him the circumstances of discomfort he’d gone through in delaying his trip, wherever he was going, braving the cold night air, for someone he’d never met before. I stared into his eyes hoping to burn his soul into my understanding for future use. He’d stopped and a hundred cars had passed us since then. It seemed hours had passed but it had only been fifteen minutes. We shook hands and parted ways.

As he drove off I begin to feel the numbing sensation dissipate over my whole body and the new raw sensation take over bearing in mind all the circumstances that had just happened. I needed just a minute more with the heater going full blast to grip the wheel when I noticed a different set of lights in my rearview mirror.

These were red and blue and I didn’t know how to feel about them. As the officer sauntered up to my window the scene of the accident completely cleaned up, he wondered out loud, “What’s going on?” “I just slipped a little bit but everything is fine Officer.”, I suggested hoping he didn’t notice about the only sign left- my soaking wet clothes.
There was no doubt his nose was working like a blood hounds for a trace of brew which I knew he wouldn’t find, but I just, well, I just wanted to get home. I didn’t feel like being frisked and spending another twenty minutes on the side of the frozen freeway explaining the details. I just wanted to put it behind me. Was that possible?

“If YOU SLIPPED you were driving too fast for conditions!”, he barked. “Yes, you are right”, I politely answered thinking no defense existed that would settle his conclusion. I was more amazed now at the man who had helped me. He seemed to understand sometimes accident’s just happen and the best possible solution is to just try to clean up the mess as best as you can. If anyone had been placed at the podium of a lecture to me, he had, but he gave nothing but his helping hand.

The officer seemed disgusted that he was out in the cold from the heat of his car not issuing a ticket and he gestured adamantly for me to move on and stomped back to his car. I thanked God again he hadn’t written a ticket out I couldn’t afford and I had been allowed to leave without too much hassle.

HOW DOES IT APPLY TO US NOW

It’s been over a decade ago since that happened but they say accident’s have a way of retelling themselves over and over and over again. Indeed our Country is in trouble. We were seventeen Trillion dollars under water November 28th and with a big spike lost 40 Billion in two days December 1st, 2015 diving into the 18.005 Trillion dollar hole.

Our Constitution has been ripped and ridiculed by the very people elected to uphold it and the deceit and deception of a fraudulent identification has put a usurper in the White House who has no legal authority in the Office of the President accept an illegal election of his person based on the Fraud’s forged identification.

Law enforcement seems content to issue minor citations for policies, holding watered down hearings and diluted versions of the truth about a host of scandals such as Benghazi, Fast & Furious, IRS profiling, and spying on Americans randomly without any need for warrants, rhyme or reason, but refuses to remove the storm that has set up as a resident at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Without a ‘natural born Citizen’ qualified in the Office of the President, things that we’ve thought were progress like Obamacare, ObamaAmnesty, and ObamaOminibus have submerged us into a heap of trouble. Yes, the engine of small business in America is waning with a heap of overdraft charges that don’t look likely to be dismissed.

Can the Constitution of the United States be the rope that pulls us out? Has it been so stretched that it will snap or will it, “Hold baby..hold baby… hold.. hold.. hold”? Will we be able to perform a reverse maneuver after being thrown off the freeway and is there anyone who will help us or is our car destined to be towed, trashed and crushed?

2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 in the Bible talks about a great apostasy that is to take place prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. What is apostasy and what would constitute a great apostasy in your eyes worth a mention in all of the ages and generations of man? There are probably more people involved than ever before and hence much more economically at stake than ever fathomed before. Forty Billion in two days and over 18 Trillion dollars in debt is a point in history one might see registered on the heavy side of the rector scale.

Apostasy is the abandonment or renunciation of a religious or political belief and it must necessarily be from the moral compass of what is true, correct, or what we’d call moral. In fact 2nd Thessalonians ch. 2 calls our attention to the circumstances of political suicide as it relates to an apostasy away from the love of truth in favor of the love of a lie.

“Whose your Mommy and Whose your Daddy?” are general questions most can answer. The degree of truth to it can certainly be ascertained in the DNA and to lie about something that is in your DNA is about the deepest and most simple rooted lie that anyone can pull up. To lie about something even a young child can tell as far as truth is concerned is, for an adult, the place of an ice cold dark manipulative heart who cannot face even the truth of who his parents are.

We generally give Candidates for Election the benefit of the doubt when we ask them where they were born and who their parents are. It seems the most basic and simple truth. Clouding those simple child or elementary facts is inexcusable especially if they’re given for the merit of a trusted vote. In giving someone a vote you’re invested in them by your support of at the very least that they are who they say they are, and the Candidates oath that should they be elected they are able to qualify for the Office in which they seek. Now think about how many people are on board with Barack Obama said by his own word not to have gone under any other name for which he was stripped of his Illinois Attorney License to practice law? Think about how many people are on board with Barack Obama/aka Barry Soetoro proposed by his birth certificate he in fact handed out to the American Public in 2011 to be the son of Barack Obama Sr. a Kenyan Citizen and Stanley Ann Dunham an American Citizen at the time of his birth.

One of the questions is have you gone under any other names or do you have any aliases. It’s generally understood Obama went to school as Barry Soetoro but answered the question “no” he did not have any other names, but the greater point on the political front is Obama said he was a ‘natural born Citizen’ by stating as a Candidate that should he be elected he could qualify for the Office in which he sought. Even Obama has stated under pressure he was a ‘native citizen’, but the qualification and demand for the Office of the President is ‘natural born Citizen’.

The term ‘Citizen’ is used in the Constitution as a qualification for U.S. Reps. and U.S. Senators as well as for the Office of the President for those who ‘were born at the time of the adoption of the Constitution’. That circumstance of “Citizen” is not mentioned in the detail of a U.S. Representative or U.S. Senator qualification making the distinction only for the President. This excludes by nature or natural causes, any foreign alienship inherited by birth or from either parent in any circumstances unalterable by man.

It is in fact like nature, a law of gravity, or a certain truth that we should be able to rely on. Congress knows this and if you don’t think they do check out the 8 failed attempts to change it in the recent years prior to 2008 election.

Now back to 2nd Thessalonians detailing in a remarkable way a great falling away from truth pronounced in a great apostasy, Ch.2 v. 10..‘..because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved’, and because of this God sends them what?

Vs.11 – “And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:” Can I hear a Aye from all of Congress? How many elected officials are all in on Obama’s fake or fabricated long form birth certificate, his forged draft registration, and a social security number issued to someone from a state Obama has never resided in which is often the course or direction someone must go who doesn’t have a valid long form birth certificate.

Have there been any real professional investigations by those who have worked in law enforcement on the documents? Why yes, Sheriff Joe’s Cold Case Posse is reported over 2500 hours narrowly focused in on two documents which they conclusively report are fraudulent, forged, and illegally fabricated identifications.

How many people are all in and voted for Obama under the cloak or cover of this fake identification? Could one say the apostasy is massive and not be overstating the facts? Has there been anything like it in U.S. History with 325 million Americans?

Now it says in 2nd Thessalonians Ch. 2 vs. 12 the reason for this and it’s not really cute, especially if you’re an elected member of Congress I’d suspect. “That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.’

Can anyone really say with a straight face and a truthful conscience they actually want to be damned by God? That they work and strive everyday to believe in lies; that they work every day at killing and robbing and lying in order to get gain? Is there any misunderstanding who your aligning yourself with in that order on the menu?

2nd Thessalonians Ch. 2 vs. 3 states, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.”

Perdition in Christian theology is a state of eternal punishment and damnation into which a sinful and impenitent person passes after death. Now impenitent means unrepentant or having or showing no regret or sorrow for sin or misbehavior, and really showcases the lack of ability for a person to step into another person’s shoes and understand how that hurt feels. It’s an absolute failure at empathy or altruism.

You remember that man who was like an angel to me in those dire circumstances of the road accident when I was doing 360’s all over the freeway landing in a heap of trouble? Well he looked at me and said to himself, “You know, I’d really hate to be off the freeway up to my waist in icy cold water with my truck engine buried in it.” That’s empathy
and the fact that he immediately pulled over and selflessly put himself in the cold delaying his trip is altruism.

“Ask not what your Country can do for you, but what you can do for your Country”, JFK the famous Democratic Party President said. Were those the ideals of a free cell phone, handouts forcibly taken as taxes under the penalty of incarceration, and big government spending out of control to the tune of 18 trillion dollars on a budget that was remarkably under control in 1993? One might ask with such astonishing facts, “Did hell freeze over?”

Doctor Martin Luther King Jr, said, "Our lives begin to end, the day we become silent about things that matter". How many lives and generations of our future are going to be effected by the U.S. Constitution and the detailed principles being upheld or compromised and I think we can get a very clear sense of how important this is for everyone?

A plea to change is a simple request to recognize the truth and understand being ‘damned’ politically is really quite easy to avoid. You just look to the Constitution and its truths as principles that can pull us out of the madness and the fire that is certain to damn with eternal regret. In the recent movie of American Sniper what bothered U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle (Bradley Cooper)was not how many he had killed but how many he couldn't save. I ask all who read this to lend a hand and do what you can, but for certain to grab hold of the truth and take a stand for it.

If you’re dishonest take courage and tell the truth and you will be blessed. If you’ve believed lies turn to those who are offering the truth with a little common sense. It’s not too hard to discern and figure out the object of setting a standard in the Office of the President of no foreign alienship was to preserve the United States of America. CRJ SOTU REMARKS - ADDED -1-21-15

As Americans we tend to give people the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. We also internalize the relevance of someone's remarks in how it applies to our daily lives. As such I only have a few points to address but as a general consensus of delivery on Obama's Remarks and the Republican Response to the SOTU delivered by freshman Senator Joni Ernst R- Iowa, I fear America has lost a trust they once had in Government. The Democratic Party and Republican Party sale is getting harder and harder for them to make with us.

FLASHING FLASHING FLASHING on the screen during Sen. Ernst presentation for me was CROMNIBUS CROMNIBUS CROMNIBUS Bill that waters down the sincerity of even a fresh face like Sen. Ernst's. Hollow, Hallow, Hallow was repeated closely in second. 'Republicans bailed out with their “yea” votes included naysayers Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), as well as Senate Republican John McCain (R-Ariz.), who just announced his try for a sixth term in 2016 and didn’t want a “yea” vote for this monstrosity sullying his resume.' You have to know something is very wrong with that when those three won't vote for it because it does something to their resume's.

Obama's still trying to sell the Americans back their own money. We don't need a 'new foundation' Obama we have had a pretty good one and no doubt about it you haven't liked it. What would you expect someone to say who goes at the foundation of the United States Constitution with a pick and shovel? Of course he wants a new foundation.

I did my best to look for the truth in the focus on 'values' of America that are important to Obama in light of understanding his deceitful character that allowed his presentation of a long form fabricated birth certificate and draft registration. I did my best to understand his idea of 'justice for all' here in America when I haven't received the justice of the U.S. Constitution's guarantee that I could run a fair race in the Presidential Election of 2008 and 2012 with fellow 'natural born Citizens' qualified for the Office of the President. Two achievements Obama bragged about dispite his 'winning' on a foundation of a fraudulent identity.

Yes, America needs bold solutions but relying on fraud and forgery is not bold. Its deceitful. Obama pleads that Americans will come together and put aside petty trivialities for the good of the general all around give away of the foundation of our Country known as the United States Constitution. I don't want to give that away or my rights or any other' citizen's rights.

Obama pleads for mercy but he is not willing to extend it in resigning because he is not a natural born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President. He doesn't want that to matter to you or me. If it doesn't matter, the law is not something Obama wants to uphold in our Republic, but rather wants to destroy. Obama wants 'his law', "his executive privilege' and "his ideas to overrule' by dictate what Americans have fought, bled and died for.

We are left with the bla bla bla of Obama while great Civil Rights leaders and Defenders of the United States who have dedicated themselves to our freedoms and liberties in the United States Constitution are left turning over in their graves because their sacrifices are of no consequence to Obama. The Civil Rights President Lincoln, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., as well as so many of our founding fathers like President George Washington fought to revolutionize are trampled and Obama wants a high-five?

Naivete would say Obama just doesn't get it, understanding and wisdom would say; Yes Obama, America has and will survive you because it is not within your capability to do to America what you would like to do. Our roots are too deep, our history so great, our cause such a vision that freedom and liberty will ring and justice will catch you. Those two elections you say you won? You didn't.

My fellow American Patriots

Thank you for your attention in this matter and your concern as Americans for out United States Constitution. Many of you are discouraged thinking all is lost in our Republic. A psychological assault has been laid upon you from many directions with the intended purposes of burning you out, making you tired, and stripping any hope you have away.

I am hear to tell you that you outnumber them and your voices however small and individual do indeed matter. I am fighting for that very thing. Across this nation valiant and courageous men and women have done extraordinary things as individuals to take a stand for our Republic. The results are noticed and taken into account.

As you may or may not know I put out a Blog Piece Dec. 29th,2014 that itself scoured the web so quickly it was picked up on radar and noticed as TRENDING.

TWENTY DAYS have passed since then and I have made two other calls checking on the status of the Case Judy v. Obama et. al., 14-4136 and have been put off by the clerks of the Court. I know that you are home working your jobs, paying your bills and contributing towards your communities; and that matters like these are often the furthest from your minds and concerns. Jan 14th, 2014 a report came out in the Washington Times, that cited Mr. George Soros giving $33 million dollars in contributions towards activist groups hoping to tear Ferguson apart hoping to spur civil action.

When there are gains to be made by dividing, separating, and spoiling you better believe there will be men who will finance it while good people like yourself are really kept home working your jobs and struggling to put food on the table for your children. I know how hard it is to balance staying afloat with staying active and more than once I have sacrificed staying afloat to be active. Today I shared on facebook the remembrance video of my testifying in New York at the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial that found Obama guilty and the transcripts have been passed on to Congress. Over that two week period of travel, I lost my job, my home, and my family to divorce and started over with less then $100 to my name.

I have no doubt in my mind those sacrifices were called for by our Father and Creator in Heaven and with only enough money to get there I was uplifted by a few contributions to be able to get home, but it was very scary. Through out 2008 I made great sacrifices in my Las Vegas Nevada law suit to warn the Republican Party of the perilous road taken when an unqualified person usurps the Office of the President in my Judy v. McCain law suit and I continued with my standing as a candidate for President in 2012 against Obama clear to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Time and space prohibit a full disclosure of those proceedings here and now but they are in Court Records. I understand how much time it takes to get Court Records, read and digest every word and every motion that was taken in the past, especially when your involved with so many other things. The biggest thing that I want you to understand at this time is, "So Does The Courts".

Not always, but sometimes the Courts themselves will 'gauge' a 'public concern' regarding the case. They will research stories to take a public temperature reading and ascertain what justifying one decision over another will do. In every case, two sides argue and many factors come into play. The 'public factor' is a big concern. Picture sweeping your kitchen with no one in it and how much easier that is than sweeping your kitchen with twenty people in it and you'll know exactly what I'm saying.

It is much easier to sweep something under the carpet when no one is looking and this is what I'm afraid of. Its happened quite a bit and my last post detailed two nationally known reporters who themselves have taken action regarding this happening to them. Imagine the horror as a reporter knowing a story to be true and being told you could not run it. Imagine your computer and phone tapped and wired by Government because you were writing stories that detailed government corruption.

There are times when we must take a stand and at the very least on a ten minute break or lunch hour or pody break in the bathroom call our Courts of Law and let them know that we know about a case and would like an update. That is what this suggestion of a Patriot Activate Call is and nothing more. I have informed you a decision is taking place, you are concerned about that enough to call and ask the Court if it has been made. The process makes it more difficult to sweep any dirt under the carpet and frame a case as 'improbable' and 'unlikely successful'.Its always interesting when a Judge starts to entertain language like that as if he is guessing what the Jury taken from the public would likely decide.

Well I know what the Jury decided taken from all over America in that CIA Columbia Obama Trail in New York and it was guilty on many counts. We do surround them and at times it must be noticed that we are watching them very closely, like children who are always demonstrating their ability to stray out in the road that could cause an accident to happen.

Let's put that to rest because I know there are more patriots out there then hooligans. I know there are more working men and women wanting their children to have a chance in the land of the home and the brave we call the United States of America. The same Union and Flag that we pledge allegiance to the Republic, for which we stand, one Nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. I know your out there and that you can pass this on and in your busy day while your having a coke and chip break you can call and just be a voice on the telephone for a one minute call that says, God Bless America and Justice for all. CONTRIBUTION REVOLUTION -The INTERVIEW

After my new song was finished, I mean recorded and all, the video up today, I was really moved by a story seen on Birther Report that was basically an interview with a veteran journalist Diana West as she appeared on Andrea Shea King's radio show and revealed some stunning details about her time as a syndicated columnist. "She noted how when she wrote for The Washington Examiner they refused to run news articles about any of the ongoing court cases challenging Obama's constitutional eligibility."

As soon as I read that I thought about a line in my song which has been written, "Our Views are censored by the Media Whore ,She won't cover you on the News Room Floor" and I thought Diana's story was certainly a testament of that to be true. What would or what will hundreds of Reporters of the Media say when and if they are Interviewed after Obama has left?

Today I've had a lot of thoughts on what is owed to the "Truth" and what is the reward? There is of course my own personal reflection of what the battle has been like over the last six years on McCain's as well as Obama's Eligibility fight and a book could be written on each one, but I do have to say one of the very hardest things has been even surviving as a political candidate when such things as what Ms. West and also what Ms.Sharyl Attkisson is saying about her 'Battle Royale with the Feds'“Unfortunately, the government doesn’t always provide truthful information,” the former CBS News correspondent told the Daily Beast this week. (1-9-15)

I've been thinking about this for awhile now and how 'key' the press is in 'getting the ball rolling for Candidates. It's almost impossible to think about 'bulk emailing everyone' in the Country on a personal level unless you have got some major computer clout. Much of the public used utilities very strictly limit a 'user' and even censor you if you emails start to press over fifty recipients, but as a candidate you have got to get your words out there for people to at least consider.

We are much closer to being able to do that with the Internet especially if someone is 'searching for you'. The sale is often not so much what a customer went out for, but what she was brought as an opportunity while there. Ever run to the store for one item and come back with ten things you needed? (smile) Well, that's in essence what I'm saying. You need to rally a core base that you appeal to that can get the ball rolling. How is that most easily done?

Again, it comes down to coverage by the MainStream Media.If a newspaper reporter will write a story about your campaign every person in the city of that newspaper now is armed with a name and perhaps some motivation to go digging a little for a platform. Most generally, Candidates for Office get somewhat of a 'fair shake' when it comes to a reporter asking about their platform in a local or state election especially if the Candidate has anything remotely interesting to write about that might be different from the other candidates.The problem is nearly all the Media is anti-birther which is nearly like saying anti-constitution. That's really strange with 'free speech' and 'free press' hanging on by a thread. I've been made fun of so much I decided to play a little humor back. If you don't get this you probably haven't been a Birther very long. (smile) The small print says as a rule of order for anti-birthers "we can't stand people who use more than four words in a sentence"

EXPERIENCE WITH JEALOUSY AND ENVY

Now experience has taught me that most Candidates for Office, any office, are like little screaming devils running around screaming 'that's not Fair' if an opposing candidate get's any publicity or more publicity than they feel they should get. I learned that lesson very thoroughly in my very first federal election for Congress when the Daily Show with Jon Stewart came out to make a little parody about my running in U.S. Representative Race for Utah's First District in 2002. You should have seen all the little devils jumping up and down, stomping their feet and gnashing their teeth and that story wasn't all that 'flattering' to me. I was running as a low tiered Democrat and both the upper tier Democrats' and the Republicans were freaking out if I got five seconds of over-allotted time on a stump speech to Delegates and they really started breathing fire if a story was remotely flattering!

Candidate's for office have been called attention whores, but gosh that's what you need to get your message out. The tricks and the treats are all about getting elected and motivating people to actually do something as far as advocating or contributing to your campaign. I've certainly dealt with the 'negatives' of my running for Office, but after all of that people still have to say, "What are the positives?" What is Cody Robert Judy doing or advocating that even makes him think he's different than all of the other guys and so should be seriously considered for the Office?

Over the last thirty days, it is very rare that you don't see a story that has been written by a reporter about two or three of the people considering running for President featured on The Drudge Report. In fact its' actually kind of hard not to find a story about Hillary Clinton on there over the last thirty consecutive days and Jeb Bush and now Mitt Romney are running pretty close to that. Dr. Ben Carson, Sen. Ted Cruz, Gov. Christie, Sen. Marco Rubio, Rep. Rand Paul, Sen. Rick Santorum, and Sen Elizabeth Warren all have had stories there. I've never been a 'featured' in a story that made the Drudge Report. In fact if you put my name in the search engine of the Drudge Report you'll get a scolding that says 'Avoid using noisy words like FOR, Of,The, A , Not, An and so." That kind of puts what I'm saying in perspective.

The silencer that the Media has screwed on my barrel has been probably one of the top five most hurtful things to me personally and to my Campaigns that I can articulate. I just don't run for Office for 'me', I do it as a service towards the public good. That silencer wasn't because I had not "Done" anything but was in fact a silencer to what I was doing and the work I have been engaged in they have in fact 'agreed' or in some sort of a mean spirited coercivness towards not only me, but 'Truth' for the public, agreed to silence. The public has every right to be very upset, angry, and hurt about this silent treatment and while Diana West and Sharyl Attkisson have not threaded my name into the story, I definitely am in it maybe even more than they would credit.

Sometimes people don't understand what 100 hundred hours on a single web page means in formulating and articulating a platform that has essential and vital information for a Campaign and who bears the brunt of making that a product to vote for. I don't have a hundred people that I can assign a page to for a week for their best work and focus. The President of course has a lot of people available to assist and help in Cabinet positions, in Obama's case Czars. But what I'm getting to is generally the President steers the Country in a general direction and the details or minor decisions are handed down. Sometimes we hear criticism about a person who 'micro-manages' and everyone hates to work for because they feel they can't do anything without being told what to do.

Now the President's duties on the major list is in fact so important its' in the oath, " faithfully execute the Office of the President and to the best of my ability preserve,protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution". Of course we all know Obama really messed that up both figuratively and methodically in receiving and reciting the oath taken in as many days, but the point I'm trying to impress is generally the duties of the President are considered big general directions: Like, Let's go 'That way' and not 'This way'.

What does that have to do with me as compared to all the other Candidates or pre-Candidates for the Office of the President? As the President, or Candidates for President as we are talking about, steer in general directions they also have the eye or the highest perch for danger. For instance it is not out of the ordinary for a Candidate for President to have a position on the 'danger's of Russian Expansion' and the aggravations perhaps purposely orchestrated for intended result. That's kind of a big large foreign policy topic that could actually escalate into grave danger. I mean there is no question about that and I think every Presidential Candidate would agree they should have a position on that. Some might be the same, some might be different.

So, what is the Big Policy Issue substantially agreed upon by the actions and words of all the other Presidential Candidates that compromises our Country's national security placing all in grave danger? Does anyone think Obama has done any damage to our Country let's say going back over 25 scandals that White House veteran reporter Keith Koffler has described?

Of course,none of the Featured Top 10 Drudge Presidential Candidates have to my knowledge even acknowledged that there was a problem with Obama's not being qualified as a 'natural born Citizen' in public at their bully pulpit and I know for sure absolutely none of them have felt strongly enough about that oath they might take as President to take a stand against Obama in State or Federal Court. Now I really do feel that a lot of the reason for that on the Republican side was due to McCain's U.S. Sen. Res. 511 that literally every Republican U.S. Senator voted for accept McCain who abstained because it was about him. Of course that's kind of like not voting for yourself on the ballot, and if you can't vote for yourself I sure don't know why anyone else should have any confidence in you either.

On the surface it was harmless a non-binding U.S. Sen. Resolution but underneath it was the pit of hell Obama dug out from under the Republican Party that the rank and file had no courage to challenge as wrong. Of course there was only one person in the whole Nation of the United States running for President who was 'stupid', 'brave', or whatever adjective you decide to put in that spot describing my character to do just that. One of the biggest problems with being the only one,was a very fomented and almost rabid racist argument that the Major Main Stream Media Reporters assailed on potential candidates for challenging Obama. This was clear to everyone who had a dust-particle element in their head about running for President in their political future.

Normally you would think the Media would come down and interview me about these unique actions that actually held the 'Candidates' responsible for damages caused by being ineligible rather than a California Secretary of State or any other Secretary of State for that matter. To me the argument of holding a Secretary of State liable for a rogue candidate for President with the mafia as a party behind him was a little like holding your juvenile's teacher responsible for your child bringing home a failing grade. Why shouldn't we hold the child responsible for not doing their home-work? That is in a nut-shell what we have been fighting for years and years in the famed Birther Bunkers.

When you start gathering all of the evidence of Obama and what he has cost America so far is their any argument that is a BIG NUMBER and economically speaking there is just no way those who are in power now will ever be around to pay the debt they have placed on future generations?

I had a little different way of looking at the context of things which have passed when it came to a fellow facebook operative defending Mitt Romney as "a good man, whose helped a lot of people" running for President. If you just mathematically add up the people Obama has hurt economically, and realize Mitt Romney refused to support anyone's Court Action against Obama's ineligibility, or better yet initiate one as a "Candidate with Standing", (which many a Birther case has been dismissed because of the lack of "standing"),himself, you get the idea of holding Mitt Romney responsible for inaction and the massive cost that entailed.

Mitt Romney is really good with numbers. He's made money on cutting cost for businesses no one has thought about because he got into the details of pencils and staples that were being wasted. He is excellent at that, and he is an wonderful family man and he's done a lot for a lot of people, but the amount of people he hurt because of that one decision not to preserve the Constitution or defend it when he was the point man for the Republican Party has left a massive debt and a massive crushing burden on so many more people that he has hurt; that in a scale might be compared to helping all the people in one State and hurting everyone in 49 other States.

Mitt bears that responsibility and it was a choice he had every right, opportunity, and actually duty to make. That's a BIG policy or direction that being President holds one to and look what it's cost you and me and those who are not even born yet as future American Generations. Now to date, I don't think former Gov. Mitt Romney has really done that math but it exist as surely as Obama occupies the White House in the Office of the President and to discount that is truly an act of harm upon so many more looking to come into their parents life.

While no other candidate really has been put into that position of Standing other than Mitt Romney for the Republican Party, who was not ineligible themselves (like Sen. McCain who you wouldn't expect to bring up the subject due to the proprietary fact he was not born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents and thus got on his knees and begged his colleagues for U.S. Sen. Res. 511, that was kin in Congress to the one giving to him U.S. Citizenship at 11 months old as an immigrant as part of an amnesty act for those foreign born)Hillary Clinton does not share that comfort because she had every right and standing to object even as I did to Obama in Ballot Challenges and Law Suits asserting her Civil Rights as a candidate for President were being compromised.

Of course, most conservatives don't appreciate McCain now and would not argue that McCain's actions are as foreign as his birth. Indeed his own party brought sanctions upon Sen. McCain in Arizona because of his foreign drift. Hillary Clinton assuaged to be the original Birther beside Obama chose instead of preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution to blame the death of four very brave souls in Benghazi on the videotape and did an apology tour culminating in her utterance of her most famous words which might be immortalized in the engraving on her tombstone as "What difference does it make now!"

So, not only did S.O.S Clinton make the same choice as Mitt Romney in burying the unborn children in a massive amount of debt for generations to come, but she chose to infuriate and antagonize millions of Muslims against all the people she was sworn to protect at home with outright lies. I mean has ISIL had any better recruiter than S.O.S. Hillary Clinton? Yet all these big Democratic Party Donors are lining up to feed her Campaign a little more fuel to spew out on Americans? They really have to totally deny the fact that S.O.S. Clinton has done her best to kill them with her lies, and they want to contribute?. How many Major Networks have already declare radical Islam Jihadist the greatest terror threat the U.S. faces?

I do understand more and more the courage it takes to be a U.S. President and defy gravity at times or at least the crowd hooping and hollering against you that has a much narrower focus than the United States in the coming century and the preservation of freedom and liberty here for future generations. We are responsible for seeing to it the baton is passed forward. Those who do not fight for the U.S. Constitution in the eligibility requirements of the Office of the President are essentially opening or parting the red sea for enslavement and debt rather than leading the way into a new millennium of prosperity in freedom and liberty.

My new song is really dedicated to just normal people making a little contribution to the fight. We outnumber and surround all of the elected leaders and we can make a difference if everyone just gives a little. We shouldn't rely on PACs to fund entire campaigns. Many people contribute to their Churches in a charitable effort to help the cause of principle but much fewer view the political arena as actually effecting more people than the Congregation of their church. Without the freedoms and liberties of the Constitution churches lose their power to free speech and religious worship. Neglecting Campaigns in the political arena can be as harmful to a church in a charitable consideration as if you were paying to have someone burn the church down.

In the political arena, a little from a whole bunch can really make a difference and that is the theory that I've advanced in the title of my new song CONTRIBUTION REVOLUTION. So often a revolution is imagined as a blood scene on the battle field but it doesn't have to come to that here in the United States of America. Judy v. Obama is indeed in chambers and is set to be ruled upon shortly. I don’t know exactly when it was submitted for a decision as ripe by the Clerks and I don’t know how long it may be in chambers much like one doesn’t know how long it will take for a jury to reach a decision but we do know now for certain that the process of a decision is underway, that all arguments have been submitted and now are closed. The U.S. District Court Records submitted and a decision is now close at hand.

Conservatives yesterday were not talking to John Rambo as Trautman in the 1985 First Blood Part II, they were talking to the new Speaker of the House John Boehner as the picture above moved through the ranks of disenchanted conservatives who were upset about the narrow loss of voting to a second round for the majority Speaker of the House election.

Phone lines had been jammed in Congress all day; Glenn Beck had interviewed Louie Gohmert the bold Texas Representative Republican, supported by Sarah Palin, myself and others, who had put his name out there publically for all of the GOP to consider on Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity’s conservative talk shows the days preceding the election. Daniel Webster R-FL. managed 12 votes. He and his fellow Florida Rep. Ted Yoho had been circulated on Breitbart.com, Teaparty.org, but the 29 votes necessary for a second round would be missed by just 4 votes. You’d think R’s could have mustered 4 from incoming freshman?

Bohner, reported as stating he was Obama's best friend, was reported by Politico as moving ‘swiftly to boot two of the insurgents Rep. Webster and supporting Florida Rep. Nugent from the influential Rules Committee’ and noted that could be just the start of perks falling away from those who dared challenge his established role in a 3rd term as Speaker of the House. What was behind this fall-out of support from fellow Republicans was the “Crominibus” a 1.1 Trillion dollar spending package that financed everything Obama wanted including Obamacare and what some have termed ObamaAmnesty and prematurely neutered the incoming 114th House’s ability to check and balance the Executive Branch controlled by Obama in the Office of the President with the power of the purse. Conservative Heroes were touted as courageous and worthy of re-election while others missing the list, were put on notice they had not impressed their constituents, and broken the promise including Mia Love from Utah who was serving her first day on the job.

Conservatives from all over the Country including members of the Democratic Party, Republican Party as well as Independence and Tea Party folks were so sickened with the gaffel with the gavel between D- Nancy Pelosi and R-John Boehner that parodies began popping up like blossoms in a January thaw. Today just might be the single biggest day of INDEPENDENT voter registration upon clerks all over the Nation we have ever seen.

The secrets lying within charlotte seemed to Conservatives enraged by a seeming deaf ear to their ringing was more than Ben (Nicholas Cage) bargained for in National Treasure in a vision to see the treasured past come as the timely shadow crosses in front of the House. In our minds, Congress has completely forgotten the United States Constitution’s demand a qualified person be in the Office of the President refusing to hold hearings on law enforcements’ publically pronounced declaration Obama has got a fraudulent or forged long form birth certificate, draft registration, and has been using a social security number duplicate also associated with a person who has no birth certificate.

The blatant disregard for the ‘natural born Citizen’ clause of qualification for the Office of the President, was indeed a barrier of national security a lot closer to the inside of Washington DC then the border to the south. If politicians have no scruples for upholding the national security demand that no foreign citizenship of any kind, via parent or place of birth, be allowed in the Office of the President as the ‘natural born Citizen’ demand intended as a distinct qualification for President that Representatives and Senators were not held to, what security concern have they for the Nation at all?

Indeed Republicans are seen through the Speaker of the House to be financing Obama Amnesty and Obamacare, and IRS Profiling, and the Justice Departments hacking of Reporters computers while the people just turned to them to stop Obama. Americans can barely hold down their lunches at the fix that apparently is no fix at all as Republicans and Democrats, especially those in leadership positions are seen as one.

Of course Americans want the elected leaders to work together and get along, but not at the expense of setting the Constitution on fire they have sworn oaths turning the United States into a Communist Bloc were the standards of the Republic for which we stand are burned at the stake. It’s been a hard lesson to see unfold for many voters who have bounced from one leader to the next to the next as quickly as they folded their principles or seemed ready to in abandoning what they set out to uphold with even the ineligible for President likes of John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Rick Santorum, and anyone elected who was not born in the United States to U.S. Citizen parents.

Indeed, the United States Supreme Court has a precedent case acknowledging foreign citizenship are conceived from both place of birth (soil) as well as each parent and if there is a foreign allegiance stemming from any of the three there are doubts to person being a ‘natural born Citizen’. The office of the President controlling nuclear bombs and heading the entire U.S. Defense as Commander In Chief is a place where we want ‘doubts’? The assumption seems supercilious to a serious national security but most of the Democratic Party is all in, and with U.S. Sen. Res. 511 John McCain drummed up co-sponsored by Sen. H. Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama, you understand Republicans made the deal with the devil with all Republican Senators voting for it.

Indeed Republicans and Democrats are working together gleefully smooching each other in back rooms as the American People fume about what to do. As a candidate for President in 2008 and 2012, the only one in America to hold McCain and Obama’s feet to the ‘natural born Citizen’ requirement in U.S. Courts of law, I have long stated the very best way to show Washington DC you were serious was to contribute to my campaign, even a few dollars.

If I had the privilege of reporting to the Federal Election Campaign that 50 million dollars had just been deposited in my election account from 50 million Americans who chose to contribute $1 , that’s 50 million Americans of the 320 million roaming around the United States, Congress would be pissed they didn’t get that money. They would be looking at one another as Democrats and Republicans thinking we better get on the ball because this Cody-Kid is doing something we are not doing.

It’s the simplest solution in the world, but American’s haven’t done it … yet. They’ve stocked up on ammunition, bought guns, and prepared for battle in their back yards and I’ve thought, ‘why would they want to do that?’ Conservative Radio Show host have supported any candidate that came along as long as they were not a ‘Birther’. If you haven’t heard the term it was invented for people like me who think national security in the Office of the President is important.

My new year’s resolution is to take this message out to you in every state but I can’t do that if I don’t have gas money and transportation. My poor car has over 240,000 miles on it and I’m thinking by the time I crossed the border of one state to go into another I’d really be out on the road. Well Americans its really totally up to you.

Fight with a dollar or two as a contribution to show some good faith in the principles you believe in with a Candidate who has born the expense of the fight pretty much alone up to this point, or you know, watch Rep. John Boehner make out with Rep-Nancy Pelosi which tells you in one picture much more than a thousand words could. If you don’t have a dollar, I’ll betcha you could pass it on to someone who does, and start working a little bit for my campaign rather than just being the couch quarter back and complaining about what’s happening or all my misspelled words.

Yes, we have a decision coming up in the 10th Circuit Court in Judy v. Obama 14-4136 which could be big, but ask yourself why you should have to have a Court tell you what is wrong and what is right? Do you really not know this for yourself or are you a participant in the nanny state? If so, you might as well line up behind Rep. Boehner for a kiss upon the cheek of Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

You know there are a few courageous politicians in our midst and I’d say God is working very hard to get your attention to support them but you’re not doing it. Your relying on the big PAC’s and the Corporations to fund your politics and slowly but surely you as an individual is being lost. Can you feel that? You gotta fight and if fighting means you contribute a dollar that’s a lot less painful then black eyes like Sen. Harry Reid is sporting from his domestic accident at home.

I sent a message to him that said in effect, ‘You know, people at home know just how you are feeling with black eyes and a broken face. They feel just like you at home having an accident on your own exercise equipment, with the Constitution being tread upon by our own elected leaders.’

I hope he gets better and I hope we in America get better to. We don’t deserve this but it sure is happening isn’t it and we have to do something about it. There are a lot of conservative people out there who feel a third party in American Politics is not viable, and that a vote for a third party is a vote for Democrats, but if this picture is any indication of the truth a vote for Republicans is indeed a vote for Democrats and third party is actually what we need to oppose the ReplicanDemocrat Party who has bonded as one.

If the two have bonded as one, then a third is really just a second choice. In the Office of the President I think Americans would benefit in a big way if we were to invest the trust of that office to an individual rather than a particular party per se. As is happening, parties often count their chickens as controlling Branches of Government by Party. So when an interest in principle seen from the eyes of the Constitution comes along we suffer the loss of the rights and the Party wins against us.This 2016 Commercial was the first one in the 2016 Race for President with over 1500 views already. Wouldn’t it be nice if Americans could trust again in the Office of the President as one of them rather than being missed or rolled over by the Corporation of it all? That in a nutshell really explains my law suit in the 10th Circuit. If I lose, essentially the individual loses to the Corporations. That’s been a message the Democratic Party has preached to their constituents but in the big arena it’s been a fabrication essentially emblazoned by Obama’s fabricated identification.

Sometimes people look at getting half the popular vote as too hard and the essential electoral votes as impossible. People want you to believe it’s impossible because they couldn’t do it. I sat in a cell once twenty two years ago the size of a small bathroom for years with guards coming and mocking me near every day telling me it was foolish to sit there over a simple grooming standard that was not equitable between genders. Did you hear me say ‘years’ over a standard not equitable between the genders?

Yeah, you should read my book about that. After fighting for years in court, guess what? The standard changed and a simple basic individual right was honored and respected. Has the Democratic Party ever patted me on the back for that respect for a minority? (laugh) Right, no but you’d think anti-birthers would have some sense of balance about me but it seems they have none, not even to the principles they supposedly uphold.

Republicans – whew.., Republicans touting what- a strong national defense? (laugh) Not a single hearing on Obama’s ineligibility in the Office where it matters most and they controlled the House since 2010 which was the purse string for Obama to finance everything.

Anybody see a wide open gap here that can be exploited in the political arena for a touchdown mostly on the conservative side? I hope so and hope you’ll contribute a dollar or two and pass it on because we don’t have any more time to waste going from D’s to R’s only to find there is no difference. There should be a union of parties when it comes to the Constitution but in fact we see there is a union of parties against the U.S. Constitution in the most serious part of the whole document!

That at least has to change and that change happens with you…right now.. at this moment. What’s it going to be? Pass this on – contribute a little or bury it and leave it be? The choice is everyone’s’ to make.
