What is the ‘Delivery of Death on the Devil's Slide"? The foreboding haunt of truth that is expected but delayed so long the thief begin to actually think the truth was whatever he said it was. President Nixon said to the interviewer Frost – “Well When the President does it, that means that, it is not illegal” trying to justify the sense of Watergate to the Nation just as Obama has tried to do dismissing the ‘natural born Citizen’ qualification clause of the United States Constitution Art. II, Sect. I, Clause 5 from his office, but the facts remain of the 44 Presidents of the United States of America all were ‘natural born Citizens’ –born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents; save those who were grandfathered in as Citizens at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution, and “Arthur” who reserved his own distinction in burning his alien documentation in 1881 sneaking in for one term after serving as Vice President.
Most Baby Boomers remember where they were when the house came crashing down around Nixon in Watergate and every 'Gate' in political history referencing that, and it may well be the future generations exemplar moment of truth in a teaching moment when the same happens to Obama. Indeed if “Pulling an Arthur” meant burning vital statistics to remove evidence, the future generations might remember “Pulling an Obama” as fabricating them in an identification fraud. THE PRESIDENTIAL ARENA THICKENS UP
With Sen. Ted Cruz in and Sen. Marco Rubio expected to enter the Presidential Race for 2016 this next week the headlines continue to swirl with controversy about 'natural born Citizen'; the standard and qualification for the Office of the President both Senators fail. Sen. Rand Paul announced yesterday but has already acknowledged he is not a Birther for Republicans or Democrats meaning he is not fit to preserve, protect and defend the United States Constitution as the oath for President requires.
Already Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are being courted for Amicus Curiae's or 'friend of the Court' petitions encouraging the Court to hear it based on their experiences that are relevant to the recklessness of Obama and his Administration regarding the United States Constitution.
Most reporters know as Phil Kadner does of the Chicago, Illinois Tribune that 'The U.S. Supreme Court has never ruled on how the words "natural-born citizen" would apply to someone who is president of the United States.As everyone knows, President Barack Obama has been accused of failing to meet the natural-born test, whatever the test is. The main focus initially was on whether Obama was actually born in Hawaii or a foreign country.'
They have ignored the facts that naturalization included those of one U.S. Citizen mother who married and adopted her husband's alienship just like marriage primarily meant the women took upon herself the man's last name as is seen in:
U.S. Code: Title 8 - ALIENS AND NATIONALITY
8 U.S. Code § 1401 - Nationals and citizens of United States at birth
(e) 'a person born in an outlying possession of the United States of parents one of whom is a citizen of the United States who has been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year at any time prior to the birth of such person;'
Their reports leave one wondering if they are in so far with Obama they don't want to go down the devil's slide with him, or if they truly disdain the Country so bad they absolutely see no reason for borders or any laws in a discrimination for chaos they espouse in abhorrence to this Country's founding as a Nation? Are they so enamored with deregulation that they see the regulation of the United States Constitution as a burdensome hurdle to overcome like a giant corporation not liking the burdensome extra rules and regulations requiring business transactions and emails be accounted for with foreign Nations?
One is really left wondering where the civil and constitutional morality of Democrats and Republicans has gone? Of course in fairness to all their has been no rulings that actually consist of two Presidential Candidates in the U.S. Supreme Court: one stating harm and damages due to the other's unconstitutional qualifications, unfairness, and unequal treatment of standards. Cody Robert Judy compares Obama's unfair exemptions in his Writ of Certiorari as discrimination as bad as his being told to, "get to the back of the bus".
Have we really come that far if one person is given the right to do something because of his color and the other is denied the same right because of his? It seems Civil Rights is an every day determination to uphold the United States Constitution including those of the qualifications for the Office of the President as they are the will of the People until changed by a Constitutional Amendment.
Most people do agree the Supreme Court of the United States should weigh in on this and with the Writ of Certiorari delivered to them, they will again get to choose if the Office of the President is open season to nationals and aliens who are naturalized and whether the eight attempts since 2003 to change it in Congress having failed ought to be the responsibility of the court to uphold or if its just a Devil's Slide to go down.
With Tracy Fair's Writ dismissed April 6,2015, this could be the last chance for the Court to take the natural born Citizen clause into consideration for the General Welfare of the Republic and literally all the Offices defined within it, for as goes the Office of the President how much easier do the offices of the Representatives, Senators, and even the Supreme Court Justice(s) positions go in what Obama juxtaposed would be fun?

This week we are going to be Celebrating 500TH POST a heartfelt and appreciative 200,000 views on this Blog and we want to do it sharing a couple of stories with you and of course the news that we are going to appeal the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals dismissal of Judy v. Obama et.al, 14-4136 and are hoping to submit that this week.
Yesterday we sent out an appeal of ourselves for help that was very much needed in the printing and mailing expenses of over 7,000 pages and the Mailing Expenses of them, of this important work to the U.S. Supreme Court. The response is so inspiring we wanted to share just a little bit of it with you from differing points of view. So many feel alone and overwhelmed with the prospects of success in the endeavor of standing up for our U.S. Constitution because of so many losses.
Truly, our efforts have thus far fallen on deaf ears in the Court, and truly if President George Washington after losing thirteen battles had just sent the army home the new Nation "under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all", would not have been born. Let me say we have a very good knock out Writ of Certiorari for the U.S. Supreme Court consideration that includes things that the U.S. Supreme Court has not even seen like the updated collections of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse and these are brought to the Court under authority afforded just as an attorney general would bring it to the Court under the laws so designated by Congressional ACTs that legally govern Corporations.
Many people are focused on the past and all the losses, but there are cases that lower Courts decide themselves this really is a U.S. Supreme Court matter. Sometimes focusing on the past and all the losses perpetuates a losing process or a losing cycle in what is called a self full filling prophesy affect. Last week fellow candidate for President's U.S. Supreme Court case was dismissed from the U.S. Supreme Court against a secretary of state.John Albert Dummett, Jr., et al., Petitioners v. Alex Padilla, California Secretary of State, et al. Docketed:January 13, 2015 was dismissed March 20, 2015. Another case by Tracy A. Fair, Petitioner v.Robert Walker, et al. hoping to get a definition out of the Court of natural born Citizen is scheduled for conference April 3rd, 2015 that is set to be most likely denied because of the waiver to file a response which is typical for petitions that are on the chopping block the moment they enter door.
Many of the cases filed against Obama in theory are filed under other people's names as if the responsibility rested upon their shoulders that Obama ran as an ineligible candidate. Petition's also hope to swerve around the Candidate hoping to bank a shot in on the issue that will effect him. All of the petition's like this have failed thus far and so have the one's directly citing Obama's name. Mine was among those in my ballot challenges in New Hampshire taken to the State Supreme Court, Georgia taken to the Georgia State Supreme Court and appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court as Judy v. Obama 12-5276.
These were exhausting processes taken up a lot of resources and time, but they were also processes that just had to done as they were the 'best course' to follow at that given time. I was in fact challenging Obama within the Democratic Party as a Presidential Candidate myself for that party. Certainly proof not all Democratic Party Candidates supported Obama's ineligibility or alleged crime spree in identification and many other types of fraud in our election.
This case now being appealed from the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals known under Judy v. Obama et.al., 14-4136 has taken Obama, his Campaign Corporations and the Democratic National Committee Corporations as well as several key elected persons like Representative Nancy Pelosi the majority leader in the House at the time in 2008, and and U.S. Sen. Harry Reid majority leader in the U.S. Senate not particularly acting in their elected offices positions, but acting in differant colleague elected offices in their respective Houses of Congress, and brought all of these actions together showing the illegality of those in the direction of usurping the Office of the President with an unqualified Candidate. This action has shown the illegal actions that took place during this effort. Obama certainly didn't act alone. He had a lot of help and there were illegal actions taking place collaborating under an umbrella of what we would term a illegal active monopoly or Cartel. The point is this action is completely different then the U.S. Supreme Court case in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in so many ways they are very different.
One originated out of ballot challenges or appeals from State Courts the other originated out of U.S Federal Courts under Civil Rights and Acts of Congress having to do with Corporations and their collusion in the formulation of Cartels. I mention this to explain briefly the reasons that hope can be assumed for this case in the U.S. Supreme Court. Even though it is still a long shot as are all U.S. Supreme Court cases by the simple fact so few are chosen to be heard by the Court with the burden of showing a HUGE IMPACT on our society to gain any merit at all and still requiring all the legal aspects and technical hoops of standing and the requirements set by standards of the Court. The process is like facing a jump off a sky scraper with a couple of gunny-sacks sown together as a parachute-daunting to say the least. So was the prospect of militia fighting the most well trained and disciplined British army on Earth in our American Revolution, but the American experiment has certainly shown a grit that has faced many superior forces down.

AND natural born Citizen.
Born in the U.S, to Citizen Parents.
Now Obama has a fabricated long form Birth certificate and a fabricated draft registration. These are unprosecuted felonies while he sits in the White House.
These are verified and certified by law enforcement officials and are part of my writ.

Drusilla Loudon: I do vote. And acting like a president isn't more important than being president.
CRJ-Well the point if you missed it, was I am serving my Country and not expecting my Country to serve me.
And actually, if a President is serving his Country, and everyone acted like a President in serving their country the actions of the many would far supercede the position of one.
That's what I meant, and why acting like a President is indeed more powerful than being one.

You guys are really funny for being in a group that supposedly thinks "Barack Hussein Obama Sucks", if I didn't know better I'd think what you really hated was 'action' against his illegal identification fraud and usurpation in the Office of the President. CRJ- Stewart Pedastle we all where uniforms of some kind. There's the one we all see, and the one God sees. We get to do in this life what we choose, but remember the Good Lord says "Lay up for yourself treasures in heaven" Matt: 6:20 the medals of heaven are what we receive for standing up for truth, and defending our Constitution in the political arena.
I actually have fought fights military personal couldn't fight. They are grateful I'm fighting where they can't.
I wrote an Amicus Curiae for Lt Dr. Terry Lakin Defending him and the truth he stood up for. He was decorated to the hilt and they stripped him, took away his pension and sent him to Ft. Leavenworth for 6 months refusing to deploy because Obama wasn't qualified.
Do you think I would reinstate his honor if I were President?
The point being the Media and all the hype b.s. isn't really what fashions character. I hope Americans start looking at the heart instead of what's outside.

Now I want to contrast all of those comments with a truly inspiring story about a lady in California by the name of Victoria Drake. I met Victoria sometime between 2008-10 I don't really recall exactly when, but I had entered the Presidential Election and my action against Sen. McCain had been served just before he became the Republican Nominee: being served upon the RNC and McCain at the headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'd knocked on her door a stranger on a very hot day as I was knocking doors and delivering meat to customers which I do to pay my own living expenses. At times it to can be the most discouraging job on the planet but it has been something I could do, while at the same time contributing more than half my time to the duties of my Campaigns.
I remember Victoria saying that I looked like a brother of hers she was very fond of and didn't see a whole lot of. I do not recall why; anyway, total I could probably count the number of face to face conversations we had on one hand and the number of internet conversations on two since then. She was famous in my eyes for a divine creamy snow cone on a hot day which she insisted I try after purchasing some meat from me that I was grateful for. Its not really my normal process to discuss politics when I'm selling meat I try very hard to keep them separate and would venture to say Victoria was in the 99.8 percent bracket of customers that somehow took that barrier down; perhaps it was the snow cone and shade and her inquisitiveness on the Internet in searching. Its not hard to put two and two together when I wear a hat that announces my name and web site, but most people would not expect a Presidential Candidate to be knocking on their door selling meat and I just leave it that way.
Victoria and I became Facebook Friends only this year and she saw my post and IM'd me and her words probably describe best the inspiring story. CRJ Would you mind if I featured your story, our story, just a little on a blog piece? I'm willing to change your name if you'd like but if you wouldn't mind would love to use it. I think its a wonderful tribute to sacrificing for our Country even though your strapped! Victoria Absolutely. I have always admired you for the sacrifices you have made to stand for what you believe in. Not many people are that true to their convictions. I am proud to be your friend.

I do know Victoria and her family have been forced to move around because of the lack of work here in America and that the biggest part of her family having to carry three mortgages is moving for work and not being able to sell a house as quickly as they needed to before they just had to move for work. That is one of the hardest things to endure and face as a family and I believe between her and her husband they have six children under the roof. They have in my eyes every reason in the world to just say you know what we just can't afford a dime and I would totally understand their money is tied up.
That's why under those circumstances I chose to feature her story. Like so many Americans who just can't afford to spare any because of circumstances beyond their control it is understandable. There is just one little question and responsibility that comes to mind- What kind of a Country are my children going to grow up in?
I suppose this question doesn't often hit parents who are not involved with politics really accept for voting day. People somehow manage to go to a movie or hit the seven eleven while they are falling into an abyss and somehow they don't think a $5 or $10 would make a difference. Pretty soon no one thinks their money makes a difference or their efforts and the Country can go to hell in a hand basket for all they care. They will just have to deal with socialism or communism or whatever or whoever knocks on their door and tells them what to do, when to do it, and where to do it.
The same hopeless state that gripped similar populations of history has gripped our own with the help of propaganda and the funnel of a steady and strict diet of misdirection and misinformation. The saving grace seems to be the information channel that has not closed yet we call the Internet. A communication superhighway that enables you and I to continue to communicate and you and your friends. Its a channel of truth not yet closed but that is also threatened and we have got to fight intelligently against the closure with all that we have.
The two contributions that came in were the only two from over 150 groups that got the same information as Victoria did with literally close to a million people having access to it at one time and only two contributions came in. How do you explain that but with a certain 'HOPELESSNESS' that grips the Nation; orchestrated by the same ineligible unqualified usurper that promised 'hope and change' and vowed to transform that Nation?
in closing let me share a letter I also wrote to Dr. Grace after listening to Carl Gallups interview her on his Freedom Friday Show. She perked my ears up particularly by her patriotism to America as a person who has been 'naturalized from Canada and for certain feels strongly about the same things I have taken a stand for in my own way of Contributing and serving our Country.

I am the only Presidential Candidate in 2008 and 2012 to sue with standing in U.S. Supreme Court Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama.
My stand is on principle Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. I have McCain's short and long form. He was not born on a military base. He was born in the Panama Hospital and will always maintain a native born citizenship to Panama.
Jurisdiction under the United States comes from within the U.S. and Courts have indeed ruled that military bases and foreign installations are not under the full jurisdiction as a State of the Union.
My last case and chance to the U.S. Supreme Court is coming up on an appeal from the U.S.Tenth Circuit Crt. I've just finished writing the writ if certiorari and will be submitting it this week as I continue in my efforts of Cody Robert Judy for President 2016.
Of course among the tributes of suing McCain came the ability to sue Obama without being stigmatized a racist, but the MSM doesn't want to seem to blow that card for Obama.
I also am the only Presidential Candidate in history to swear under oath in Court, a Tenth Amendment Sanctioned Court, in the CIA COLUMBIA Obama Sedition and Treason Trial held in NY,( transcripts on Scribd) regarding the Ineligibility of another presidential candidate Obama. He was found Guilty by a jury trial of citizens from all over the United States. Really an amazing Trial.
Would love to be on your show and appreciate so sincerely your American Patriotism. If I had a choice between an ineligible candidate like Cruz and an eligible one like H. Clinton, I'd pull the lever for her.

Yesterday, Wednesday- March 18th 2015, Obama spoke in Cleveland, Ohio. His words were like a soothing balm to me as I realized a little miracle displayed from his words no one else picked up on. The miracle is unveiled in the pondering the question: “How many words and speeches has Obama spoken since 2008?” I can assure you I do not know, but I do believe God knows every one of them. Out of all those thousands or millions of words and speeches what do you think the odds are that I brought the exact speech of Obama's up Obama himself was going to speak and make reference of in two days, prior to his speaking and did it in the U.S. Supreme and U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in a NOTICE OF APPEAL?
I’m sure there are some odds there that would flabbergast the mind and impress Las Vegas in some kind of effect or extraordinary event in our physical world that surpasses all known human or natural powers but short of stating I was just ‘lucky’, I attribute them to a Divine Supposition of Spirit. God makes much more sense out of things I don’t understand than the things I don’t understand make sense out of God.
Now the speech was covered more as a criticism of the GOP Budget but that wasn't the part that I had raised eyebrows about. The part that was a confirmation to me that Obama and his minions are collectively surrounded and do not believe it, or know it, is the part wherein he mused about it being rather fun to transform the U.S. Supreme Court and the Country. Nearly six thousand have shared the story at The Blaze which is like a burning brush igniting across the Country helped along with hundred mile winds.

Those are extraordinarily challenging processes.”] You all recall the 2010 State of the Union Address Obama gave where the U.S. Supreme Court Justice Alito was seen shaking his head in? Here's the 48 seconds of that speech that was the crux of Obama's answer in pondering the transformation "mandatory voting" would make.
Now, I can't believe I just found that video because look at the quote I placed on the NOTICE TO APPEAL to the U.S. Supreme Court from Sen. McCain, and Obama Monday?
Now I made the quote because I included that my Appeal was taken partly pursuant to the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act that I feel is important because as Obama even admitted I don't think America's elections should be decided by 'foreign money' or worse 'foreign entities' like Obama himself is to the requirements of a 'natural born Citizen' found in Art. II, Sect. I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. Wow, what a coincidence or miracle I'm citing Obama's speech made in 2010 and he's talking about the 'fun process' eliminating the U.S. Supreme Court would be in Cleveland Ohio in 2015, two days after I've submitted it to U.S. Courts of Law.
The letter written by our first U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Jay to our First President George Washington stated as much. On July 25, 1787, John Jay wrote to George Washington, presiding officer of the Convention:
'Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government, and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.'
Natural born Citizen was expressly made clear as a step above the "Citizen" requirements in comparative likeness to age and time in the U.S. as compared to U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators. Accept for those born at the time of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution who were either not U.S. Born or had one or two foreign parent in which they inherited a foreign national loyalty at birth requiring a naturalization process. In the closest case we have defining the measure at the U.S. Supreme Court level Minor v. Happersett.
At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.
One of the best defenses to this confirming my own stand and defending the assault and recent pimp of Sen. Ted Cruz by two ex-solicitor generals cracked as "The Harvard Law Review the meaning of natural born Citizen" is found here. In a great appreciation for the foreign influence of either a parent or a foreign birth reputable and honorable attorney Mario Apuzzo points out clearly in his Article entitled, “What Do President Obama and Senator Cruz Have In Common? They Are Both Not Natural Born Citizens,", the Naturalization Act of 1790 was repealed with the Naturalization Act of 1795, with the lead of then-Rep. James Madison and with the approval of President George Washington, and specifically changed "shall be considered as natural born citizens" to "shall be considered as citizens of the United States."
That Wong Kim Ark 169 U.S. 649 (1898) and Rogers v. Bellei, 401 U.S. 815 (1971)considered children born out of the United States to U.S. citizen parents to be naturalized by acts of Congress.
As Chief Justice Roger B. Taney wrote in Holmes v. Jennison (1840) as to the importance of every word of the U.S. Constitution:
"In expounding the Constitution of the United States, every word must have its due force, and appropriate meaning; for it is evident from the whole instrument, that no word was unnecessarily used, or needlessly added. The many discussions which have taken place upon the construction of the constitution, have proved the correctness of this proposition; and shown the high talent, the caution, and the foresight of the illustrious men who framed it. Every word appears to have been weighed with the utmost deliberation, and its force and effect to have been fully understood."
'The purpose of the presidential eligibility requirement was to ensure that those born with a naturally divided allegiance be excluded from ever becoming our commander-in-chief. For this reason, qualification as a natural born Citizen was like a logical AND operational defense; thus one must be one hundred percent exclusively American, both of blood (of two citizen parents) and of dirt (within our territorial jurisdiction).', assuring a two generation period of time of absolute American loyalty unpolluted of any foreign influence.
I like this quote from Paul L Hollrah, "The acid test for those who claim natural born citizenship involves two factors, and two factors alone. The first is “place” and the other is “parentage.” Individuals born in a foreign land, to alien parents, can become “naturalized,” but never “natural born” citizens; “anchor babies” born to one or more non-citizen parents on U.S. soil can be “citizens,” but never “natural born” citizens; and those born anywhere on Earth to one American citizen and one who is not, can be American “citizens” with dual nationality, but never “natural born”
What I really appreciate is the current directions involved and declared at the Homeland Security Site in how and who can claim 'naturalization' from those foreign born but who have at least one parent who is a U.S. Citizen. All of the differing circumstance are discussed and reassert "Citizen" not 'natural born Citizen'. Thus in an effort to 'include' all circumstances they exclude "naturalized" "Citizens" from the Office of the President as naturalized.
Of course those born in the U.S. to alien parents are covered in the naturalization process of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution indicating that "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States." The Supreme Court of the United States affirmed in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), that the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees citizenship for nearly all individuals born in the country, regardless of their parents' citizenship or immigration status.
In the 'naturalization' process all of the different criteria are mentioned; all of which exclude "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents" again reaffirming the truth about a process of Government we call "naturalization" that is actually foreign to 'natural born Citizens. Anyone who is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is prohibited (exempt) from the 'naturalization' process. The exclusion is the witness that 'natural born Citizen' is "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" and thus is defining of the requirement asserted for the Office of the President where no foreign influence for two generations is required by birth and parents.
THE CHRISTIAN RESPONSIBILITY TO TRUTH and WHY CHRISTIANS ARE BEING WARNED THEY ARE IN DANGER OF THE WRATH OF GOD IN AMERICA FOR DENYING TRUTH AND EMBRACING THE LIE
Let's discuss a little bit about the broad TRUTH or responsibility of American Christians to stand up for the Truth here in the United States and what that means to us which is totally different than the expectations to uphold truth if you are a Christian in a different Nation, Country, or State that does not have the U.S. Constitution umbrella over it. I think its very important to understand our Truth is not reflective of their Truth when it comes to endorsing the lie of Obama's fraud in a conflict of Truth or opposing Obama's identification fraud in a stand for the Truth.
The paradigm of truth is that it travels faster than light. Truth’s continuum is that the darkness doesn’t comprehend the fragility of existence. The latter is overtaken by the former in a brilliant spectacular action. We witness this every morning as a light switch is flipped, or the dawn chases the night away. Of course darkness has a matter of existence, but it is one of fleeing terror from the light as the lie is overtaken by the truth.
What is the truth? Well it certainly isn’t the darkness in the light, but the light in the darkness that is uncovered. Of course there are many lies told to protect us from a whole bunch of things and to make our experience much better. If you don’t think God has a story to tell you just like the one you told your kids about Santa Clause you probably forgot that you are a child of God’s and his intelligence far surpasses yours.
Tis the unquestionable right of a parent or Father In Heaven to follow a plan or story laid out even as you have done with your children. Of course so many of the elect have fostered the Obama is eligible story that even they believe in Santa Clause and in general believe it is better at this time to let the rest of the children continue to believe Obama is eligible under the United States Constitution as a ‘Citizen’ rather than the specified and required, ‘natural born Citizen’.
Of course they have come up with quite a few stories and myths to protect the legend of Obama but the truth is Obama is not Santa Clause. For those children who might read this under 3rd or 4th grade I’ll stop there and won’t interfere with their parent’s wishes at this time. Cracking that innocence and wonderful belief is sometimes hard on children.
Now for adults who are acting like children the same effect can take place. This is my best guess of making sense of such a lie. Of course we are told there must come a massive cover up so great that even the elect would be deceived. Is there any greater cover up than the entire U.S. Congress’s complete and foolish belief in Obama’s forged and fabricated I.D.’s actually presented to them by law enforcement?
Why would Obama go to such lengths and why would Congress go along? Did we really elect the bottom rung of citizenry in the United States of America that positively could not comprehend a report of law enforcement that states Obama’s long form birth certificate is a fraud as well his draft registration. Does Congress believe, in a moment of hypothesis for instance, that Jesus Christ has returned as Obama without a birth certificate, draft registration, or social security card that was unused by someone else and that in order to benefit all of America, they had to doctor the identifications so Jesus Christ could reign supreme in the body of Obama? Has the Media actually concurred and agreed with this speculation or hypothesis I’ve presented? It appears so.
Let’s go back to that first paragraph I’m sure you’re dying to understand more about because it is a bit of a mind blower. Of all the words I could have documented in a Court of Law Monday, how in the world, why in the world did I choose the ones that Obama spoke in 2010 in the State of the Union Address that he also chose to speak about on Wednesday in Cleveland Ohio?
If you do not believe that is a miracle your no worse off then you were yesterday, but you gotta admit Code’s pinning darts pretty close to the bull’s eye and that light is moving up on the darkness pretty fast. I try very hard to read a chapter in the Scriptures every night. I don’t just skip around I read them one after the other in the bedtime story discipline. Last night I just so happened to begin the book of Revelation.
The Holy Bible Revelation Chapter 1, verse 13-20 was intriguing as it relates to this post and Obama not being Santa Clause and certainly not being Jesus Christ in the reality of proving Congress wrong if they thought so.
“…one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the floor and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire. And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.”
And he said to John, “Fear not; I am the first and the last; I am he that liveth and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”
Meant in simpler terms or a summation Jesus might have said, “ I know the whole the story from front to back”. We talk about keys and you might think of the keys to your car or the keys to your house. The car you use to get you from A to B. You open your front door to get inside your home with the right keys. Ever tried to open a car door or fit in the ignition of your car or front door the wrong key? It doesn’t work very well and is especially troublesome when you have an arm load of groceries or something heavy you’re carrying.
I wonder if he’d said, I have the keys to your car and house if that might have rung a bell for you. Of course that might mean something more to you right now then “Hell and Death” or “Heaven and Earth”? My real point is what he was naming was the things that we fear most and he was telling us not to be afraid of those things because he had the keys and we could rely on him. Wow, if you don’t have any friends you always know you have the best one in Jesus.
So if you know the story from beginning to end do you think you know what Obama’s words are going to be two days before he speaks them? Of course you do, and do you think you could recite those to someone else if you wanted to? Of course you could.
Before I leave that subject I do want to say that for what we may go through here on Earth that equates to all the pain, all the misery, all the sorrow, all the losses that we might call “all hell” in our broken hearts Jesus has assured us he has the keys and with that the power to heal us. So whatever you are going through personally in pain and suffering know that God the Father through his Son Jesus Christ delivered the power to heal, to restore, to bring back, and to comfort you no matter what it is and it shall all be done in a matter of time.
I don’t pretend to know what you have gone through as well as I know what I have. Only you could know that, but I certainly know God included you in knowing you like a book he’d read many times. I’ve never professed to hate Obama. I don’t feel that in my heart. I hate some of the things he’s done, but I didn’t like it much when my own 5 year old son tore off the bathroom sink either. I picked it up, fixed it and expressed to him that he not do that again.
There are so many Americans who don’t understand Obama and this whole mess we are in. They don’t understand how he is allowed to persuade and to coax so many and to finance it all with fundraising he himself said on Wednesday he was very good at. When you’re good at something it comes very easy. Obama is very good at lying. It comes very naturally to him. This is why he has been so successful with the public and the press who look at him as if he’s Santa Clause and look at his fabricated birth certificate and draft registration card and stolen social security card as necessary evils in order that darkness triumph.
This is an explanation that exists in the face of criminal evidence brought to one by law enforcement that would be so adamantly and might I add vehemently discarded by the elect. One of the most important elements of Christianity is the element of defending Truth. Jesus Christ in fact died standing tall for the Truth of who he was- The Savior of all men who would repent. His record is having suffered in the Garden of Gethsemane for those sins which caused him to bleed from every pour. This is the foundation of Christianity in confessing sins that Justice might be served.
Jesus paid the price and suffered the sins of those who would repent and call upon his blood in the order that Justice might be served and not perverted. He didn't suffer one drop of blood for those who would not repent or call upon his name for the omission of sins. Jesus warned us that denying truth was in the order of denying him for he was the way, the truth, and the life. John 14:17
The U.S. Congress has all but denied a hearing for the Truth on Obama's Ineligibility. They have doubled down on the lie, refused to in fact hear, or see, or embrace the truth in an Eligibility Trial that evidence of Obama not being a 'natural born Citizen' or qualified might be heard. They have been served many times over the Sheriff Kits provided at no charge to them in 2012 and 2014. They have refused to heed the transcripts of the 10th Amendment CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial in 2010 where a Jury of Twelve ruling in Truth for a clear conscience found Obama was not qualified and was guilty of many offenses of fraud and was ineligible to serve under the U.S. Constitution. I testified under oath in that trial.
You know since we have seen Christians beheaded and torched on fire by ISIS many have made reference to Jesus Christ as one who laid down his life and gave it. Many have made reference to Jesus's acts of Love. Many Jews have not believed in Jesus as the Son of God who came as a medium for humanity to make an offering so that Justice could be satisfied and would not be perverted. Many forget Jesus's defense with a whip upon those who were polluting the temple. They don't believe Jesus was behind God's order of Pharaoh's made in Egypt that specifically was reversed taking every first born Egyptian sparing Israel's first born.
Pharaoh's heart had been hardened so many times through awful plagues and he would not believe just like many do not believe that Jesus Christ was prophesied to come in the meridian of time as a medium to satisfy Justice and that was full filled. Many don't ascribe to thinking that Jesus was the Son of God from the beginning of the story down through Moses till he came to Earth himself, and that he now continues and will still be the Son of God when the story ends. I mention these things to encourage a recognition of how important Justice is. Justice for all in our Pledge of Allegiance does not exclude me as a Presidential Candidate denied Justice of a fair presidential race in 2008 and 2012.
Obama did not win fair and square. He in fact cheated and lied and is enjoying the benefits of that upon the whole USA. This lie wasn't like a promise that somehow he just couldn't meet like "Read my lips ..no new taxes" Bush Sn. This was a lie attached to his very identity and in such his qualification. Those who have defended him have done so viciously accusing those who have stood with me racist in spite of my law suit for the exact same principle against Sen. McCain in 2008.
Obama himself has fed those flames and poured gasoline on them in an effort to pull as many down with him as possible. In fact he has a lot of company now. Couldn't we agree all of Congress has for the most part doubled down and refused the truth that Obama was not a natural born Citizen? What about all the people who voted for Obama? You know 60% of Republicans were reported at one time not to believe Obama was qualified. Its really hard to have 60% of Republicans knowing something is not right and think about 60% of the Democrats not having any idea what that was about.
The truth is something Jesus Christ protected, defended, and advocated for. So if Christians want to believe that Jesus is supporting the lie of Obama they need to remember that Jesus only died for those who would repent. Those who would not there is no Savior for and Justice is going to come down on them with a smoking heat that will prove their worst fears come upon them. Of course Jesus doesn't want that for any of us. He's given us lots of warnings and signs for the Truth and for those who have embraced that of course you have nothing to fear, for the Truth will make and set you Free from the hot flames of Hell and Death that we know Jesus has the keys to now from the verses in Revelation, like your car and your house.
You might say you can't take it with you and you'd be right, but when you get on the other side do you really think you're not gonna want transportation and a heavenly home? If you don't think that's true why are you so possessive with your transportation and home here on Earth? I'm trying to convey to you its very important that you understand exactly what your embracing here. My job is really just to make it clear as a bell and you'd think Obama was seconding the motion with his speech in Cleveland, Ohio yesterday.

There has been a volume written on Hillary Clinton's partial release of emails, but at the heart of the issue as the people see it is the "Deterioration of Trust". We along with Hillary agree in hind site it would have been better to use two different devices: one for work, and one for personal. It wasn't too much to expect with a job so important as Secretary of State that is of course dealing with sensitive issues and top secret material on a daily basis.
My feelings are that in any discrepancy like this Hillary's Choice not to use two devices in hind site, should not be the American Peoples loss. Indeed, Hillary was in that office when the Government seized upon General Petraeus's Scandal. As it happened in that, when he wouldn't tow the line, this information became public very fast by the FBI. They knew he and is fling were using the same email account. He would leave a draft email she then would log on and find and visa-a-versa to communicate.
This type of collaboration could very easily have been happening just as easily with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton but she insist that we are understanding and trusting of her judgement to throw away and delete personal emails from Government Emails. Her choice to involve her personal email server in Government work is tantamount to losing her privacy in the concerns of treason.
In fact, we also have her in Office admitting the Clinton Foundation has taken money deemed unethical by the Obama Administration from Foreign Nations. The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments having a dispute with the U.S. It was intended to prevent the undermining of the government's position and destroying evidence of her Family's Foundation while she's in office when it involves foreign nations is something we should TRUST was not done especially given the revealed donations and contributions of foreign nations deemed unethical by her boss at the time Obama.
Wednesday, the Republican National Committee released a biting video of Obama stating foreign money was "a threat to our democracy." and Mrs. Clinton was standing and smiling next to a few Middle East Leaders. March 7th was the Saturday before and former President Bill Clinton was defending 'their' acceptance of and resuming of foreign funds.
He said being interviewed by comedian Larry Wilmore, "“We do get money from other countries and some of them are in the Middle East,” he said. “For example, the U.A.E. gave us money. Do we agree with everything they do? No, but they are helping us fight ISIS, and they built a great university with NYU.” Similarly, he said, “Do I agree with all the foreign policy of Saudi Arabia? No.” But he said that country is making advances in education for women and girls."
This is tantamount to admitting their Foundation was involved in a Foreign War and the treasury was being built up for it. How does that preclude the Clinton's out of office from the Logan Act violations? There were some foreign donations accepted while she was Secretary of State and it is hard to believe that these contributions don't have an email trail leading directly to Clinton's Email Server.
An erosion of trust has taken place with the circumstantial evidence involving highly classified material and our Governments position in foreign affairs. As the dollars to run for President are gobbled up by folks who are actually either not qualified for President like Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio as Obama did in the 2008 and 2012 elections, are we to assume no finance what-so-ever has taken place for a Hillary Clinton run at the Office of the President?
As readily as oil and a stash of cash is sold, the evidence points to American Elections coming dangerously close to being financed by foreign money and in that process a huge disparity exist towards Candidates not positioned as closely as Mrs. Clinton is to it as well as a compromise of our American Republic.
"If any person or persons, owing allegiance to the United States of America, shall levy war against them, or shall adhere to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States, or elsewhere, and shall be thereof convicted on confession in open Court, or on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act of the treason whereof he or they shall stand indicted, such person or persons shall be adjudged guilty of treason against the United States, and SHALL SUFFER DEATH; and that if any person or persons, having knowledge of the commission of any of the treasons aforesaid, shall conceal, and not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President of the United States, or some one of the Judges thereof, or to the President or Governor of a particular State, or some one of the Judges or Justices thereof, such person or persons, on conviction, shall be adjudged guilty of misprision of treason, and shall be imprisoned not exceeding seven years, and fined not exceeding one thousand dollars."
This is not just about Hillary's Email, involvement with foreign contributions, or running a shadow war. The suggestion that Hillary is protecting herself from Obama in what she calls her choice in hind sight that would have better served the American Public with one phone for Government and one for her Personal Use, is Hillary Clinton may have information on that server that holds Obama as ineligible in the Office of the President. Remember, she was one of the original Birthers? Now if that proves to be the case and she has not confided it to a Judge as I've asked her to write an Amicus Curiae several times in Tweets to her reported on this blog, then she makes herself very vulnerable to the follow up: Whomever "Shall conceal, and not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known to one of the Judges of the United States shall be adjudged guilty of misprision of treason"

As the only Presidential Candidate in America on record in U.S. Federal Courts , with a bi-partisan stand against Sen. McCain, and Sen. Obama in '08, '12,'13,'14 , the latest 14-4136 U.S. Tenth Circuit , for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) , you can't imagine the sadness I feel for being so totally ignored by Conservatives about such a vitally important subject principle for the safety and interest of our children in national security.
I'm so heart broken at the seeming non-chalance and lack of Courage from groups like CLC, and CPAC for this antibiotic of division and racism in our Country based so incongruently on the fact I have not been elected before.
The qualifications for President do not include being elected to lower offices first like Gov. Scott Walker, nor do they include being economically rich like Dr. Carson which I think showed amazing Trust by our Framers and Founders in looking at the heart rather than the outward appearances.

I read them with joy in my heart for Freedom and Liberty, but also with a tear of sadness in the requisite state of our Nation, and the abandoned critically important Principle outlined in our Constitution regarding the great amount of work I've done and taken a stand for.

This site provides an excellent vision of why the Democratic Party is failing. In just the last 4 articles that is very clear, but I do fear the Republicans might be wasting the last Golden Opportunity in not calling for congressional hearings on the Ineligibility of Barack Obama.
As conservative principles go, it is difficult to find a deeper rooted one than the National Security fence of the two generation American loyalty clause unique to the Office of the President understood as "natural born Citizen".
No central feature of our Constitution over-run points so clearly to a poress border, socialist takeover of health care, great piracy on the treasury, an escalation of arming ISIS, Leaving weapons behind in Iraq, a treatise with Iran and works terror organizations whilst at the same time a Domestic triangulation of ammunition, and a erroneous tax payer finance of a Country within a Country.
It is true, Birthers haven't won anything. I know that the fight has been long, hard, and drought stricken in finance. However, the Principle is very strong! It is deep rooted and clearly R's and D's feel it too disastrous to uphold. The consequence of not upholding it though appears rooted in the demise of our Nation!
Racism has been the Claim for not upholding it, but that is only as good as keeping me swept under the carpet because I have standing as a Pres. Candidate and sued McCain first in Las Vegas NV, U.S. District Court.
How can my stand against Obama be called Racist? It can't! Yet, no one will write about it, no one will have me speak about it. Being too BIG to Fail? Having so many implicated in corrupt government practices or inaction.. Excuse .. Obfuscation.. doesn't necessarily mean the Country will not topple because 1 persons stand for Justice was swept under the carpet, but we sure are seeing 1 persons tactic of nefarious intent for our Country demonize and ruin it.
If 1 person can do so much damage, why can't 1 person do so much good? All the damage Obama does only provides more evidence to me how important the qualification principle of natural born Citizen is and was-Divinely inspired .
While R's hypothesize on how to undo what Obama has done, but deny the Power of the Divinely Inspired, how successful do you think God will let them be? In terms familiar to Christians, that's like acknowledging a form of godliness but denying the Power.
Its a gamble and bad bet to underestimate Obama and the ability of Republicans short of an Ineligibility impeachment Trial to stop him. Caught up in the devils trap refusing to call upon God for deliverance doesn't make a bit of scence. The outcome is also being over come.

With regards to People "hoping" that something in the Courts was not affected by what is happening outside the Courts, it is a real difficult balance to say that 'things happening outside the Court do not affect the justice happening inside the Courts. As an example of this I often quote the U.S. Supreme Court Decision that slavery was tolerable in Dred Scott v. Sandford .
I cite this case to help people understand how valuable their support is and how the Courts do look to what's happening in society to base many of their crucial decisions. Of course no Court of Law has entertained a single hearing in my cases of ineligibility. In deed Justice Thomas has said in open Congressional Testimony the Court is 'avoiding' the eligibility requirement under the Obama Administration.
We had millions of people in Washington DC, in fact the largest gathering protest seen in the DC Mall history with conservatives regarding TARP, but the support for a Candidate with standing who sued both McCain and Obama so as to prevail the 'racist' tag by the leftist mainstream media has been minuscule. It has clearly been as if once you got in Court people just hoped their support was not necessary because they had no part in the formulation of Justice.
Nothing could be further from the Truth in fact Justice is often and has been decided by the mob in retrospect of Obama's Reign. He did not 'earn' the position 'fair and square', he was 'given' it. Its been kind of a might-is-right mentality for a minority as if our Constitution had no respect for "individual rights". This has been a very dangerous road to travel for it is the road of discrimination towards race, gender, and of course our Constitutional Rights.
While I can only do so much there is a lot left for you to do. Our fear is shared when we see almost on a regular basis another unprecedented power grab by the Obama Administration thought previously untouchable. The play card of Republicans has been a disaster and while it may have translated into more offices won it has not translated into Principles Won but rather politics unified with the Democratic Party.
The change we need is a positive push for TRIAL on these issues as it relates to Obama's ineligibility. The implications of not doing so is basically rewarding Obama with a resolve to destroy the Country in his transformation. This is why we desperately need a restoration but it magically happening in Court is a hail Mary pass. Without the support of Patriots, it has more of a chance to fail then it does of success which is again why your support is vital in so many ways. There is a limited amount of time left to Appeal the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Decision en banc, and much less of a chance in the U.S. Supreme Court without a resolve to support this from conservatives across the Nation. The Choice or ball seems to be in your corner. I'm willing only if your willing, otherwise its not going to get done.
The other political move Hillary Clinton actually has in play is to support such a Campaign in Court. This would bring Democratic party Birthers out of the walls and closets. It is rumored Hillary Clinton is centrist in the Democratic ideals field and Obama does not fancy her taking over the helm because it does not fit his far left agenda. With that rumor is another she is under no less then six investigations instigated by Obama operatives leaking information to the press. If Hillary decides to fight back she may well beat Republicans to the punch and be seen as the Civil Rights Hero saving America from the grips of an unlawful unqualified ineligible person in the White House.
The lack of Conservative Support only increases the likelihood of that happening and is a huge gamble by the Republican Party with many more potential presidential candidates unqualified and ineligible than the Democratic Party in Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio. Democrats might only suffer one while Republicans have a flurry of young and vivacious men who would be the young elephants run over with a Democratic Party Stand on Art. II, Sect. I, Clause 5 defining qualifications for the Office of the President.

BREAKING NEWS: JUDY V. OBAMA et.al., 14-4136 RESULTS OF POLL JUST CAME IN UPDATE POST
As PROMISED: ,I said I would keep you updated as things happen and discuss my case in more detail as we find out what the Court's decision is. I received this ORDER from the Court last night about 6pm. The results of the Poll taken by the Court on a rehearing consideration was negative America. The same Court that has honored individual rights for each American to 'marry' has rejected the petition for every American to have the same applications of qualifications applied when it comes to the qualifications for the Office of the President in this Rehearing En Banc.
This is a deeply upsetting and nefarious discrimination and outrage America upon all of our rights. Today, the Court handed down a poll that said they were not interested in equal rights under the law. A decision that said Obama is an exception and Cody's rights do not count. This is a decision that we would equate to turning back the clock and seeing the Court adopt acceptable forms of slavery based on color. Its a day when we see the Court rolling the rights back that so many Civil Rights Leaders have fought and bled and born the stripes. A sad day for those celebrating in Selma and a reminder of the fight that still needs to be fought.
A day has come to the Court Steps that the full Court has adopted 'elite' babies and rejected those 'poor' ones in an economical and judicial hypocritical nazi eugenics outrage! The Court practice of engaging 'Individual rights' in the same behavior or activity to proceed in marriage but that deny to me the same practices in which to run a fair race for the Office of the Presidency for which they have criticized me in their adoption of hypocrisy is staggering to the Civil Mind.
The Court has repelled the advise of the United States Supreme Court that a 'natural born Citizen' was 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' so advised in Minor v. Happersett and invited the reinstitution of slavery upon the heads of every minority person standing in the welfare line with such sullied discrimination. It truly is a sad day for Equal Justice in America and I just don't know if America sees what is happening or gets it? Evan those opposed to me as a Candidate for President ought to be concerned and at the very least sustaining the Constitutional Qualifications for the Office of the President be applied equally to all Americans according to the Constitutions obvious and acknowledged responsibilities to that office.
Today we see the Court refuse to do that and dishonor the Office of the President. The Court refused to honor the tradition of "Justice For All" in America, burned the pledge of allegiance of all Americans, and blew the ashes in our eyes America.
