My Friends and Countrymen, Patriots of the USA, I am humbled and honored today to OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE my DECLARATION FOR CANDIDACY in the 2016 Election for the Office of the President of the United States of America in the Democratic Party!
The CRJ TODAY FOR A BETTER AMERICA TOMORROW COMMITTEE, representing my Candidacy for the Office of President, was formed and mailed to the Federal Election Commission today. Though I have registered in the Democratic Party for their nomination, it is my prayer, that my Campaign will be an Ensign for all Americans who value principle over party. For there is no political party that is worth sacrificing principle over.
My Candidacy in the Democratic Party is one embedded with the hope of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy's ( JFK's ) commitment to the integrity of our sound economic prosperity, met with the commitment of a balanced budget that former President Bill Clinton achieved on our deficit.
My Candidacy I hope will represent the National Security concerns of all Americans that our represented with the Qualifications of the President that are endowed with wisdom within our United States Constitution being understood and also enforced.
With the energy of my soul, I am committed to upholding the ensign of the Constitution of the United States of America and revitalizing its Standards that have dilapidated with the pressures of political extravagance unnecessary for the health of our Nation. I have committed myself to this Stand regardless of political party in favor of Principle for that is where both Independents, Democrats, and Republicans should be happy to meet together in the sound interest of a committed Union of the States.
As the Union goes, so goes the Constitution of the United States of America. The freedom and liberty of religion, the freedom and liberty of speech and assembly, the freedom and liberty of choice, the freedom and liberty to protect our property, and the freedom to enjoy as Citizens the applications of equality and happiness that is rooted in the hearts of our children as our Creator has endowed them regardless of race, color, gender, or prior servitude abiding for peaceful existence.
To secure these rights by a sound Declaration that we expect a commitment of excellence from our Citizens honored by an equal commitment for legal immigration that I intend to uphold and honor as Congress instructs me in executing the duties of the office, preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States of America.
I say to you today, that if I am entrusted with the Office of the President, that the expounding rights of the U.S. Constitution for our Citizens will also be upheld. Let me say, I understand that if and when our U.S. Constitution is not upheld that the natures of evil seeking to imprison our women for their choice, imprison those who seek self defense who are equipped with capacity yet are dependent and not yet infirm, who wish to imprison those who are unique in their natures as Citizens of this Nation, shall find my Command as a reprimand and one of respect, honor, and love for those they seek to imprison.
Tis for the living Citizens I am elected and for whom I shall secure their rights under the Constitution in harmony with our Criminal Codes.
Let me convey to you my Platform to uphold our Social Security, Medicaid, and Medicare for our elderly with new and pioneering ways to finance these obligations without the burden being passed upon future generations. Let our children grow up with the Promise of a bright future rather than being chained at the age of accountability to the ravages and yokes of debt placed upon them by a generation who could not say "No" and spent their children's inheritance too. That problem may be one we as Generation X did not ask for, but it is one that we must solve creatively with what we have.
Let me convey to you my commitment to our Allies and those Nations whose populations and commitments not only talk but walk or behave as our Friends. Let all other Nations understand that our commitment to our borders under the umbrella of the United States Constitution is not linked to the expansion of their territory or police force and that we will not be bullied by exploits as gross and unhinged as they may be.
Let them understand that our help to secure their problem will be paid for by their Commitment and not at the expense of our Citizens as has been plainly outlined by my Three Ropes Platform.
With these Revolutionary Codes let me express my full faith that our commitments and obligations can be met and we can lighten the load that burdens our population and brighten the hopes of our future. We can secure, at the same time, the amazing future we all hope our Children will have towards their personal Dreams.
If I am invited by election into your White House as President and your Commander-In-Chief, let me express my commitment to justice as well the honor of our Judicial and Legislative Branches of Government. I do not think that the Post as President is going to provide you a job, but I do think that fair trade emphasized with mutual respect will and can influence companies to enjoy the promise of the United States of America.
It is true that we are an essential part of the Global Economy, and that we are not void of our own abilities to make and harvest and produce for our population as well as enjoy the commerce of trade with other nations with a well oiled balance of weights and measures in the interest of justice that will secure our population from unfair exposure.
It is true that though we are a part of the Global Economy, we are unique in our Standards of liberty and freedom some more strict, some more lenient, from other Nations. This is embedded in the fact that we are Americans. Our duty to respect the borders and boundaries of others is a commitment to also have ours honored. That when such are not honored our defenses must provide a counter of enforcement to those perpetrators and that this commitment seeks not only understanding but to be understood.
My energy is for the opportunity of work to be employed in the spirit of engagement and a job well done. Engaging in a good cause is primary to happiness. Over the argument of what you can't do, I am interested in what you can do. For your talents and dreams, I as your President, seek to cultivate rather than to weed out or burden in the ingenuity of your hearts desire.
May these be the reasons that I can say that I believe in you. May the TRUTH be the reasons that you say that you believe in me. May God Bless you all and uplift this work in the eyes of this Nation that a choice might be made serving you in this coming 2016 Election.

The little boy was about eight years old. His father finally decided to sit down and have a talk with him because he sensed on a very serious note that his son was going to do himself a lot of harm if he kept up with his chatter and long stories. Of course, little boys and girls are told what we'd call harmless little 'white lies', in horsing around and play. But this little boy worried his father as he saw the boy tripping up in his own shoe laces causing the father to have to get the boy out of trouble so many times.
"You know those stories you tell everyone of your dad son? The ones you make up and that are not true. You need to stop that because people are listening. Some day, they will come and take you away from me based on a lie that wasn't true. How would you like that? They will be very hard on you and there will not be anything I can do about it. Please..please stop", said his father in the kindest but sternest way that he could muster.
The boy didn't stop. There was a line that was drawn and if you stepped over that line the Communist Police were bound to step in. The boy knew where the line was and he placed his hand on the wall just over the line in a deviant act. It wasn't that he didn't believe his father so much as it was his confidence waxed strong in the telling of these lies he had in himself. They were powerful and that his father was questioning this power hurt the boy inside. That may have been why he placed his hand over the line...but it was to late for words now and his father knew it. The police were coming to take him away.
"The police are coming son, and they are going to take you away from me. It is going to be very hard for you to get back and it will take a long time, but remember I love you.", were his father's parting words as the guards laid their hands on him and he saw his father disappear in the distance.
OBAMA'S CORRUPTION IN KENYA- OBAMA'S CORRUPTION IN THE USA
The art of corruption is no less corrupt then the reality it portrays in itself. The fawn of the art maybe in the warning it relays. We wonder at times why we go through so many tests and trials? Why is this happening to us? Our souls did not crave the easy way. It was the refinement that the furnace of affliction provided we subconsciously sought in the order of becoming that diamond some day. God help us; and, He seemed willing to.
Out of all of Obama's Critics, who are the one's that are constantly on his mind? The answer to that question may be the ones that are striking the closest to home. Obama delivered a tough-love message in Nairobi, Kenya, the land of his father, reported the New York Times:
"... to break the cycle of corruption, strengthen its shaky democracy, overcome ethnic divisions and end discrimination against women and girls as he wrapped up a two-day visit to Kenya full of potent symbolism."
He said, "...further progress would require it to confront "the dark corners" of its past and tackle problems that have plagued it for generations".
That's good advice for America as well and Obama really being the least transparent person in the White House for the last shall we call it seven years now? Oh and by the way.. huh.. you can.. huh.. keep your Doctor? Three weeks before the 2012 election, it was indeed the "video tape" that spurred Benghazi? The art of the lie that can be necessarily spun allowing you to move on to the next is much different then The Art of the Deal, that is the title of Mr. Trump's book.
"If you can't beat the 'birther' movement join'em..."Some of my critics back home might be suggesting I'm here to look for my birth certificate," Obama said while making a toast at a state dinner hosted by President Uhuru Kenyatta. "That's not the case." In 2011, Obama made his birth certificate public after so-called birthers questioned his eligibility, claiming he was not a U.S. Citizen. The certificate list Honolulu Hawaii, as his place of birth."
You are welcome to join me in welcoming NBC to the fact that their story is something we might see spun from Charlotte's Web. It looks good, but that is still a black widow and her venom is poisonous.
The story continued, "But the controversy persisted, with birthers insisting the detailed birth certificate was a fake, and that the president was in fact born in Kenya. The issue resurfaced earlier this week when outspoken Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio told CNN he still believes the birth certificate was forged. Obama's quip during the Kenyan state dinner was met with laughs."
Let's address a few facts from the spin:
1. Obama's critics that he labels 'birthers' are the most dangerous to him because his not being qualified for the Office of the President would in fact remove him from the Office of the President disgracefully.
2. The place that Obama said he was born, or that the Hawaii LFBC relayed, has never been as important as the 'Kenyan Citizenship" of his father that actually does the same thing. Removes Obama from the Office of the President, based on a inherited dual citizenship, disgracefully.
3."Birthers" have never laid the claim at anyone's feet that the qualification for the Office of the President was to be a U.S. Citizen, as NBC Reports, because it only takes a reading of the Constitution to see that is the qualification for Senators and Representatives and the Office of the President and V.P's qualification is to be in fact a 'natural born Citizen'. i.e., Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.
4- Sheriff Joe has never accused Obama of not being qualified for President as a natural born Citizen. His concern stated that through his Cold Case Posse (CCP)'s investigation that the long form birth certificate was found not scanned but rather made up from 'parts'. This would implicate Officials in Hawaii who Obama states made it up for him and through Obama's posting it implicate him in felony i.d. fraud. Now the person certifying that the copy of Obama's LFBC from Hawaii is a true one in fact is Loretta Fuddy and she's dead. Yeah, she's dead from a mysterious accident that involved her floating in open waters with a life jacket on in calm seas and perishing from that and oh by the way receiving a $50,000.00 bulk payment from somewhere she put on her mortgage.
Since her death, portions related to Loretta Fuddy in the sealed affidavit filed in U.S. Federal Court have been made public. Of particular interest are her financial reports detailing her income and expenses in 2011 and 2012. Each report is filed in January for the previous year.
According to Mr. Vogt, a large and as yet unanswered income disparity was found between the two reports. In short, during her first year as Hawaii's Director of Health, which is also the time she authenticated Obama's COLB, Ms. Fuddy's gross income was reportedly less than $100,000. Nonetheless, her financials show that she apparently paid down her mortgage and decreased her liabilities by at least $50,000 and perhaps as much as $75,000 more than what she grossed that year. Where did that money come from? While there may well be a legitimate explanation for this disparity, it was not disclosed on the financial forms she filed with the Hawaii State Ethics Commission.
5. Birther's have never 'insisted' Obama was born in Kenya or anywhere, understanding that was just one of the two prong test of the natural born Citizen requirement: '#1.-born in the U.S. and #2.. to Citizen Parents'
THE PROBLEMS OF PROSECUTION -Could Obama run for President in Kenya?
The biggest problem American's have faced in the test of enduring the humiliation that Obama brings to the state dinner for jokes, and that has the Office of the President in the foray as the brunt of those jokes, is that for the Court's to honor standing or the direct damages caused by the offense actually requires a Presidential Candidate bold enough to endure the furnace of the Media Spin. That would also have to include the 'racist' spin the Media would provide as cover if the Presidential Candidate had let the 'white man' go free while prosecuting the 'black man'.
Actually being a 'white man', whose been unlawfully prosecuted, who has a record in Federal Court against Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama in 2008 and 2012 would really be what was necessary. Anyone know of someone like that? Yes, the odds at finding someone like that are so astronomical that the Press has been willing to go along with Obama shall we say?
"In the event that someone like that ever came up that would be the last story that the Media would want to tell", Obama said to himself securing the lie?
All of a sudden the 'dark corners' of Kenya are just about the last thing we in America need to address as a Nation. Its the dark corners right here in America. Of course for those who do not know me I am that one in 320 million Americans' God so graciously provided as the light to shine in our darkest days. That light actually exist on record in the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396

Of the interesting questions and details about Kenya that the USA might see as exemplary humbling our state dinner Provocateur I wondered, "Could Obama run for President in Kenya based on his citizenship inherited from his father? Seeing the throngs push up for his hand there I couldn't help but wonder as Obama loves the Campaign"
Unfortunately, I don't think that Kenya would allow that as it is quite clear in their Constitution that 'dual citizenship' is forbidden in the highest office of the Country, but they are 'birthers'. You must be a Citizen by birth and under 'disqualification' is 'owes allegiance to a foreign state' stating dual citizenship cannot run for that office. Now here Obama's Press might call that 'discrimination', but its Kenyan law.
Qualified to stand election as a Member of Parliament i.e. the qualifications and disqualifications of MP Office applies
Nominated by a political party or is an independent candidate
Nominated by not fewer than 2000 signatures of registered voters from each of a majority of counties. This translates to 48,000 signatures since a majority of the counties would be 24/47
Section 22 of the Election Act requires that the aspirant must have a degree from a recognized university in Kenya
Disqualification
Owes allegiance to a foreign state. This means that those with dual citizenship cannot run for these offices
Is a state/public officer other than the President, Deputy President or Member of Parliament
How do you get a foreign allegiance if you are born in Kenya? Well, inheriting a citizenship from your foreign American mother might be one. Denouncing your Canadian Citizenship as Cruz did this last year for America might be another. So the question might be would Kenya allow Obama to do the same thing that Ted Cruz did within the year of his election and I'm not sure having been in the America's White House would be protect Obama from the second Dis-qualifier in Kenya that you come up through their government offices. In American terms if implemented that would mean that only Candidates from the House of Representatives or U.S. Senate or other elected position were qualified to run for President.
That gives you a little bit of an idea how wonderfully special our Country is. We don't have an education requirement or a 'title' requirement associated with the Office of the President. The USA is remarkable in the trust that is extended and given its citizenry. This touches my heart and makes me proud to be an American!
America really does afford a great deal to a family and our guidelines are pretty relaxed compared to even those of Kenya's and many many other Nations who when it comes down to it does not afford the same opportunity as America does. That is why it is such a dishonor when especially an immigrant coming from parents who were immigrants or non- U.S. Citizens like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and yes like Obama want to break the Constitution's Code of the qualifications we hold dear. They are not much, but when it is the law, it should be respected not disrespected.
American's have so much to be thankful for and our Constitution is one very precious jewel. Of course it often takes even years for Judges and Justices to get the courage to fortify what the Constitution says by implementation and voiding out injustices for justice. We are not perfect, but our intentions can be as we uphold our Constitution as the key for our freedom's and liberties.

This has always been my aim in running for every office I have ever run for including for Congress and the Senate as well as for President of the United States. I am a very happy man to celebrate these freedoms and liberties that burn bright like a fire in my chest and expand it to a full capacity of love. The borders of our Country and thus our Constitution are very important to protect from other Nations who are not accepting of our Standards. This is our Ensign! The great Cause of American Liberty in which the torch of our standard burns eternal.
I thank God I have followed his counsels given by the Spirit to run for President and to make a stand in 2008 and 2012, and even now for the qualifications of the Office of the President. I am not in the least disgraced in the bold stand, I am honored. Though it has brought me to poverty while I have been in the fellow of service of my Countrymen, I have the richest spirit afforded to me to be grateful for.
Why do People LIKE CODY ROBERT JUDY?
With that I want to leave you with a little 5 minute project my Campaign for President has made hoping to relay to others the vital stand we make, the importance of our Constitution, and certainly the rarity that is in the U.S. Supreme Court now with myself by a witness of friends spanning across the Country!
As even I think about the last 7 years and all the commercials, websites, social media sites, the scar tissue of former campaigns '08-'12, and all the States Ballot Challenges, and all the Federal Court papers that have been filed to make up the necessity in culminating a Case in the Supreme Court for standing in the petition, reduced by the long road of the experience to poverty, I am happy to be an American.
My wish in all of this is that TRUTH be told and stood for. That the lessons of a very concerned father , illustrated by the parable of The Little Liar would be accounted and incorporated into behavior that we may remain free. That those guards of our Freedom and Liberty we elect, and that have been elected, or confirmed into their positions will take notice of the duty that rest upon them and that they will open their mouths, and open their hearts to the duty so entrusted upon them that our Nation will remain a free one by the divine protections so often we qualified for. Amen.

WHAT'S NEW IN AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS? Let's Dive In!
Decided to do a little research on the Cases that were also placed on the Pending Orders list in the June 18th Conference. The findings were interesting and revealed my case as rather an enigma in regards to the 'forma pauperis' standing being denied. There were 7 Cases in all that were denied proceeding with ' forma pauperis status or standing in the June 18th Conference.
It is true that if the Court finds in a case the petitioner to be abusing the Court process in multiple filings that Rule 39.8 was established to 'Deny' forma pauperis standing, or process to the Court without filing fees being paid. Rule 39.8 states: " If satisfied that a petition for a writ of certiorari, jurisdictional statement, or petition for an extraordinary writ is frivolous or malicious, the Court may deny leave to proceed in forma pauperis."
The biggest question I had for the Clerk in my phone call was if my Case was denied based on this wouldn't it be mentioned that it was in pursuant to 39.8 and the clerk informed me that it would.
As I researched the Cases in deed I found that to be true.
Cases that were denied forma pauperis standing that Conference day that had " pursuant to Rule 39.8" attached to their Cases were: 14-7802The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8 14-7899The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8 14-8081The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8 14-8082The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8
That left only two other cases mine and this one: 14-9747 Macak v. McDonald Sec. Vet Affairs I found the dismissal by the Circuit Court for Veterans Claims (link).
I called Mr. Macak and inquired wither he had paid for any Court fees in the lower courts. Based on the fact that this was essentially a veterans claim originating from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit case No. 1015-7011, there was never any cost involved.
In speaking with him I gathered that he is between 75-80 years old, has no more dependent children living with him ( his youngest was 18 and he had twins that were 22 years old). He had a $1,200 dollar mortgage. His retirement entitlement between social security and disability was $4,100 per month.
I couldn't help but think good Lord if I was clearing half of what he had coming in a month with no dependents I certainly could afford 2-4K in printing cost and a $300 Court Fee and I'd feel like a pretty dog-gone cheap skate if I didn't. This was a guaranteed income that Mr. Macak had. He has not filed for a Reconsideration from the Court on the denial of forma pauperis. I did and was given the conference on the motion for reconsideration for Sept.28th.
My income you have to deduct product cost from sales. If you do not pay for product you certainly have no sales not to mention my business is subject to 'seasonal fluctuations'. Try to explain that to a Court that wants to know "gross", not "net" and you can understand why a Magistrate Court Judge might 'get it' in the Lower Courts but the Supreme Court might have missed it.
Anyway, its just really bothered me that mine was denied and seeing this information helped me make some sense of what may have happened in the Supreme Court of the United States. Also seeing the debunking of so many insults that have come to me over the insinuation that my case was amongst those whose was dismissed due to Rule 39.8 also made me feel better.
I really felt like our fundraiser was hampered by these assuages by those who are trying to derail this Case at every step of the way. They do not care how its done, only that it gets done. Its important to me for people to understand this has been a great burden on me and I am beside myself with the lack of help from the American public, even if I was rich enough to afford the fees and printing cost.
DOING WHAT EVEN MR. TRUMP CANNOT AFFORD? "Donald Trump: I really don't know where Obama was born" and that's an "old subject"?
Have you seen the Media trying to take Mr. Trump down on what he can't do anything about? Yes, the Main Stream Media as exampled by this 1 minute video with CNN's reporter Anderson Cooper goes for Trump's juggler by trying to pin Mr. Trump down on where Obama was born. Notice Mr. Cooper never alludes the qualifications of the Constitution that a natural born Citizen be 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents', he focuses in on 'where Obama is born' because Obama already has lost the parental inherited citizen report based on his father being listed on the long form as Kenyan rather than being a U.S. Citizen.
Look, over 300,000 people have seen this since over the last 9 days. That's what you call a successful political commercial so let's FEATURE IT!
NOW you see Mr. Trump start to duck and dodge a little about Mr. Cooper's question about wither Mr. Trump believes that Mr. Obama was born in the U.S. Rather than candidly state that the requirements for President and Vice President as 'natural born Citizens' are different than those for Senator's and Representatives as 'Citizens', Mr. Trump brings in the mainstream politicians Hillary Clinton and John McCain who he claims wanted to prove Obama was ineligible but didn't get as far as he did.
Check-check, that true, Mr. Trump was noticed by the Main Stream Media as getting a long form birth certificate out of Mr. Obama., but that was it. He stopped. Mr. Trump with 10 Billion Dollars could not get Obama out of Office dispite his claims of 'giving Campaign Donations to both parties' and 'both parties Candidates doing what he said when he called in favors'. Mr. Trump says in this interview, "They do what I want. I told Bill and Hillary Clinton to be at my Wedding they were.'
So, why couldn't Mr. Trump 10 Billion Dollar Man get Obama out of Office if he is ineligible? I mean it would seem a simple law suit filed as Candidate for President claiming damages against an ineligible Candidate would be all that was needed? Really its that simple., but Trump raising 1 Million for McCain in 2008 and Trump donating $5,000 to Hillary Clinton's Senatorial Campaign was not enough to get either of these two top tiered Candidates to file a law suit that would make them a Constitutional Hero? That doesn't seem like it should take a lot of arm twisting.
Mr. Trump has had 63 people contribute to his Campaign over $250 that's $15,750 but he's raked in totals are roughly $96,000! Understandably Mr. Trump doesn't need the money, but they are contributing as a sign of support. Yet consider this, Mr. Trump for all the great good that he is doing opening up the conversation on illegal immigration and encouraging a dialogue for improving veterans benefits and health care he cited McCain as rather neglecting and hurting the missing in action (MIA's) and prisoner of war POW's efforts, has no chance, that's zero ($0) chance of removing Obama from the Office of the President? Zero! ($0).
Now it just seems like there are a lot of people out there that are angry about Health Care going up exponentially as well as the many many broken promises of Mr. Obama like "You can keep your Doctor", "Closing Guantanamo", as well as his administration being much more expensive in BOMB-dropping in foreign territory than Pres. George W. Bush. [Those who voted for Obama in 2008, expecting a shift in defense policy, must face a sad fact: The United States would have likely spent less money and spilled less American and foreign blood in its wars had the President simply continued on the path charted by President Bush. Instead, we now have Bush Plus.]
Yet, support for Republican Candidates is rising and here I am filing as a forma pauperis. It hurts, and then it makes me angry. There should be no way that I have to file this and its not my fault. I lay that at the feet of the PUBLIC, and the PRESS.
It is true, the National Press has had a big part in not covering my Case. Not even the 'conservative media' in Glenn Beck, Russ Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingram, and all the rest of the conservative Radio Show program host and talk show crowd has even mentioned my Case, yet they get every PRESS RELEASE from me. They are culpable in having a hand from exposure which could bring at least more people into the knowledge and thereby the help for my circumstances and this Cause.
I have not had a single donation/contribution since July 14th when the OBOT CROWD I suspect infiltrated every discussion and every request published at Birther Report and The Post & Email as well as Facebook with this bogus story about my case being denied because of the Rule 39.8 which I have shown you is a big fat lie.
You know, me and my family are at a very big risk in doing this. Does anyone disagree with that? You know the day the Court hears this and puts it on the Docket will my family have protection? Do you think there is any unstable Obots in the crowd that are Muslim and make their living chopping heads?
I am angry but mostly disappointed simply because of what's at stake and the absolutely pitiful way that I see people acting on this Case which is just huge in magnitude and repercussions. By God, that is a very sad story of my working my tail end off and you watching 30 Post I've written without contributing a dollar. That kind of hurts. I'm not sure how you feel about upholding our Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land, but without it the United States of America is ruined. I think that's an easy conclusion, because if the States are not one Union, every single one is a country to itself, much like Europe.

I have to agree with a comment made from England stating it was just staggering that the USA could not come up with $5,000 to get the filing fee of this Case paid. Now the Obama Administration says it has a particular interest in the Constitution in intervening in the Case. Gosh, what happened to that Constitutional Interest that requires Obama be a 'natural born Citizen' ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? We really don't need the Cold Case Posse's investigation to show Mr. Obama is not a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President. You know I'll never forget going to bat for the Native American Indians held for decades in maximum security solely on the basis they did not cut their hair to the prison standards for male inmates. Oh it was an official 'dis-obeying' a direct order run-around-game for the warden, but the results were a discrimination of religion based on what amounted to what people looked like. The physical appearance of someone. Imagine just for a minute being held in your bathroom for years based on what you looked like?
I was held in Maximum Security in 'solitary confinement' for over 3.5 years based on that with my petitions in court..waiting. Just waiting and of course not cutting my hair. I was called the same thing Sen. Lindsay Graham called Donald Trump Monday over and over and over again by the prison guards who recited over and over and over the wins for the Prison System on this matter.
I wasn't suing on a religious issue, I hit the Court in a different directions..discrimination of gender on the basis of physical grooming standard. The women had one line..'female inmates can grow their hair as long as they want'.
The men had two pages of requirements. All that hoop-lah about 'cleanliness' was just a wash as they were letting the women be invested with whatever it was they were keeping from the men.
Now, three and half years later fighting for this, taking the abuse, I mean as hard as you can get legally., getting out of a cell only one hour every 24 hours, for about 1,095 days, I suddenly see through a window one day a new inmate man coming through R&O walking down the hall with long hair.
A couple of days later I am shackled and cuffed and taken to Court. I had sued for $10 a day for the violation. What? We'd call that peanuts considering that kind of abuse over your appearance. What that would total about $12,600.00
You know what the Judge said to me? "Well, Judy you got your hair." Case dismissed. The reward in Court was certainly, well, taken out of a 50 cent candy machine. Do you know what the reward was when I hit General Population?
Standing Ovation... you can't imagine men who are children of God so appreciative of the little things when everything had been taken from them. Oh they did what they did to get there, but our Society had set a limit on it and when the freight was paid it was paid it was suppose to be done and society was suppose to accept them back into their loving arms.
Unfortunately, society isn't as perfect as Christ the Lord. But I will tell you, not getting the $12 thousand dollars was not as bad as the conscience that bothers all of those guards and the warden for what they did. Rules is rules you say, well the Nazi's had rules to and you suffer the rules that you stand for.

We know what Bergdaul's defense was for abandoning his weapon and walking off his post which appears to be that his whole unit was engaged in incompetent or even unconscionable behavior, which he felt it was his duty to report according to senior Obama officials who are reportedly leaking that to the press. So according to Obama Bergdahl has been right all along and his comrades who did not abandon their weapons or post all night were negligible and up to bad stuff?
What happened with the abject lesson to Reagan who nearly wrecked his presidency in 'Arms for Hostages' and Obama trading five high-valued detainees held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as well as perhaps as much as $5,000,000.00 certainly didn't make Bergdaul a hero in America's eyes, nor should the 30 movies McCain tapped-a-dance to as a POW.

Nothing paves the freeway in political gold faster then cover ups. The magma of cover-up has not escaped the public, but has the press in what they have done for Obama that was a desertion of journalistic principles. Of course if politicians had been defending the truth and defending the principles as guards of the Constitution there would not be a wide open gap up the middle! Trump see's it and he is taking advantage of it. That is smart and with a billion dollars already in the war-chest there is not much short of 'coming clean' that politicians can do.
Rubio's rhetoric and Bush's bash that Trump is out of control is exactly what Americans' are seeing as an agenda against the truth and worse an agenda that places 'political correctness' in the arena of not being qualified for President. Calling for Trump to 'drop out' over calling McCain a hero 4X's and a captured hero 1 time is for example really a disillusionment towards the Democratic Parties' leading Candidate Hillary Clinton who has not been called by the same papers to "Drop Out" based on: purging her email server as secretary of state, postulating an inflammation against Americans to Muslims by blaming the murder and terrorist activity that occurred three weeks before an election on a video, and lying to Congress about weapons sales to Qatar that ended in the hands of known terrorist groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda.
This outlines the tremendous battle before us from the truth instead of for the truth. Exempting and maniacally catering to favorite Hillary Clinton includes the manipulation away from Truth, but she's gonna lose big time without that happening and they are invested in her as a special interest. So many politicians forced to give up there principles and their defensive tongues for the Constitution based on a sacrifice for Obama's Ineligibility which is at the heart of our Constitution.
I can hardly think of U.S. Senator Rubio standing up there as an anchor baby , born to foreign citizens in America and not qualified as a 'natural born Citizen' ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, reserved for the Office of President and Vice President, and declaring Trump's not qualified because of a statement about McCain? Its hard to see such incompetence come out of a U.S. Senator's mouth who has sworn an oath to the U.S. Constitution.
Candidate for Pres. Jeb Bush broke down to declare Sen. McCain a real war hero not distinguishing a balance of weapons fired at the enemy verses the damages of being called 'Song Bird' and 'Prince' by his communist guards as a movie star, or much more recently asking for a 'Usurpation Pass' on the Office of the President found in U.S. Sen. Resolution 511.
Sen. Lindsey Graham, also a 2016 Candidate and close friend of Sen. McCain, called rival Presidential Candidate Donald Trump 'a jackass' yesterday,a slamming reference to the Democratic Parties logo. Of course Bush, Graham, Rubio, Cruz and all the rest have missed the elephant in the room in Obama's ineligibility and their chances to act like real hero's towards Americans simply defending the Constitution's qualifications for President.
The drought of defending the Constitution is really the well of Trump's success in double digits now and stretching the necks of those drowning in the sewers of politically Hari Kari made possible by their mouths being closed for the Constitution's qualifications and open for political correctness. What do Americans' respect more?
Do some of Bergdaul's actions warrant being seen as a hero? How about the many nights he did abandon his post? Do those actions in the balance against his desertion to the Taliban Camp, placing his unit in danger, sacrificing men for his safety, warrant his being called a Traitor who let us down? Now why wouldn't the same balance be applied to Sen. McCain?
While America has great respect for service men and women in all capacities, McCain calling those who showed up in Phoenix 'crazies' cannot be forgotten. Just another slip of the tongue for Sen. McCain or was it intentionally used to get a reaction out of Mr. Trump to spare the establishment of the GOP? Let's not forget the government's official position on 'crazies'?
They have all their voting rights, free speech, and protections under the 2nd Amendment taken away. "Crazies" is not a loose term to throw around, because it deliberately takes aim at 'competence' and the security of our Constitution as voting Citizens.

What I am very surprised in is the NRA's silence while McCain is systematically paving the way for Obama to take away the individual rights to defend oneself by the simple qualification of being on social security as if paying into your own social security account was a stash for losing the rights to defend yourself. The Obama administration is seeking to use Social Security Administration data about disability recipients to enforce existing gun purchase restrictions, leaving those folks defenseless in the time it takes for emergency Responders to arrive against attackers.
Breitbart's reports the Obama Administration wants to pool marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease into the national instant criminal background system. The problem is that would include everyone that listened to Trump in Phoenix, Arizona that Sen. McCain called 'crazies'. That's some pay back from the establishment!
It seems less and less likely these days that American's that feel their politicians are out-to-get-them are conspiratorial abscessed or out-of-touch, and more and more likely that professional politicians are indeed themselves the party to their own conspiratorial makeup upon the public.
One thing I always like to make clear. Republican, Independent, or Democrat, we are all Americans under the U.S. Constitution. That is our common thread and those members of any party disparaging that common thread are threatening our Union. With the remarkable history of the U.S.A's rise can we really afford to betray that umbrella? I don't think so. That is why principle trumps party and that we should defend truth.
You get to decide that. I'd say don't trust the lies and support the truth. Contribute what you can TODAY FOR A BETTER AMERICA TOMORROW. I've got plenty of ammo for Trump if he should become the nominee on the Republican side and I the Democratic Party Nominee the least of which includes the Media's desperate attempts to say he doesn't relate to Americans based on his net worth on one hand, while at the same time, they refuse to carry the story in the Supreme Court of the United States regarding Obama's ineligibility by a forma pauperis Petitioner based on his poverty due to his service for the Country. Yeah, that's not a story for them? Perhaps they reserve the fondest journalistic accolades for those Pres. Candidates just barely qualified for special interest dominance? The threat from someone who actually does understand poverty in America because he is poor like myself, and those who do not need to appeal to special interest money like Mr. Trump, because he doesn't need that kind of money, pose the biggest threats, because we are actually defending Freedom and Liberty with what we have brought to the table?
