What can we say about the Amnesty dialogue happening now in the debate across America? Wasn't it amazing to hear Rush Limbaugh -the conservative talk show host and national treasure of America say to a women calling in expressing her desire to accommodate low information voters and ascent to Amnesty for the points that Marco Rubio would get and thus the Republican Party?

Its difficult for me to contain my lunch with the conundrums heard this morning as she played devil advocate to Rush a little while Rush maintained the sluggish high ground of "PRINCIPLE" over politics maintaining that Amnesty should be opposed. Of course "points" to Rubio though not articulated may have had reference to his running for President in 2016 also for which he is not qualified by the demands of the natural born citizen qualification for the Office of the President.

Wow! Can we just take a little trip down memory lane and say that if "principle" has been maintained by Rush- 66 Million , Glenn 90 Million, and Sean 30 Million , three people listed in Forbes 100 Magazine as top earners in 2012, Obama would not be in office. What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul? I imagine we'll find out.

If they conservative legends of America, actually maintained, understood, perhaps acknowledged Obama's long form birth certificate and draft registration pose the biggest crisis at the root of Obamacare and Amnesty this Nation has ever seen? Maybe then they would have a point on principle?

Of course then they would have really been fighting the fight and been on the front line taking the hits, shoveling the Birther Mire as it caved in on them, digging in, and maintained the moral high ground of our Constitution.

Today I had an interesting thought about Jesus Christ to share. Its been in my mind for awhile but I don't think I've written about it on my blog before, however, it is relevant I believe in the crisis of our Country at this time in severe trauma. The interesting thought had to do with Jesus drawing on the ground in John 8:8. Of course much has been written about this.

John 8:6-8
This they said, testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His finger, as though He did not hear. So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.

Some believe that this was foretold by Jeremiah the Prophet.

O LORD, the hope of Israel, All who forsake You shall be ashamed. "Those who depart from Me Shall be written in the earth, Because they have forsaken the LORD, The fountain of living waters."

Multitudes of sermons have been preached concerning what it was that Jesus wrote there that caused the scribes and Pharisees who brought to Him the woman caught in adultery, to drop their stones that they were about to stone her with, and back off. Many believe that Jesus was making a list of the names of the men that had used this woman, and that all of their names were on the list.
John 8:8 And again, he stooped down and wrote on the ground.

Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

I hope that you also noticed that the woman that was caught in the very act of adultery was Mary Magdalene. Many believe that this is the same Mary that is the sister of Martha and Lazarus.

Jesus drew a line in the sand here. In the world in which they lived, people could either follow Him or be "of the world". There could be no straddling of this line... it was either one side or the other. Ultimately the crowd dispersed seeing they could not accuse her being in need of forgiveness themselves as Jesus spoke, he who is without sin let him cast the first stone.

It was indeed of all else a line Jesus drew, meaning there was one. What is a line drawn in the sand. Isn't it where you say I will not retreat and go backwards from this point? Isn't it where you commit to your stand and shall not step backwards or yield?

Well, Obama's eligibility was in my mind that line in the sand. It was the point that if crossed would mean an infiltration by usurpation within the very Executive Branch of our Government that is the Enforcement of Law. It is I don't mince words the "Key" to the Constitution, your civil rights, our freedoms and liberties, and in essence the integrity of The Republic for which we Stand.

Now all the Conservative Radio Talk Show host Obama is making millions for have literally profited millions of dollars opposing Obama. Now if opposing Obama was such a lucrative thing to do why have all the Presidential Candidates who opposed Obama's eligibility been so stricken with poverty and so very few contributions?

Now ask yourself where in the line in the sand, on which side when it comes to the eligibility of Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro, is Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Sean Hannity?

Aren't these the guys interviewing Presidential Candidates bringing their case to the American People as a service for which they've been paid handsomely? You know I can't name one Presidential Candidate ever interviewed by Rush, Glenn, or Sean opposed to Obama based on the grounds of not being eligible.

Believe me, its a very short walk from being a paid opposition to being an accomplis, especially when you understand that identity fraud, fake identity papers, fraudulent representation is punished severely upon American Citizens, and all but forgotten when it comes to illegals.

Obama's fraud and forgery are all but forgotten by the Conservative Radio Show Host? Why? Don't want to disturb their gravy train or blame Obama for pointing the gun at their heads? Which one makes a little more sense?

This Amnesty Charade has done what for the IRS Scandal, The Benghazi Scandal, The Verizon Wireless Scandal, The A.P. Reporter Wire Tapping Scandal,and of course the greatest scandal underneath Obamacare and Amnesty being the Ineligibility of Barack Obama for the Office of the President?

Its swept them under the carpet and taken America's eye off of being spied on and treated like criminals. While Egypt hangs signs in the square declaring Obama is supporting terrorist and arming The Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda , we here in America are worried about the integrity of our law whilst Obama has violated the very heart of our Constitution as an ineligible candidate for the Office of the White House.

As for my part in drawing a line from which I would not withdraw or concede, it is on the United States Supreme Court record I as a candidate filed in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 also including the 2500 hour investigation of Mike Zullo assigned lead investigator for the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse investigation concluding Obama's long form birth certificate and his selective service registration were both altered and thus frauds upon the American Public January of 2013.

Now I don't know if any real United States Court Justice ever laid eyes on my complaint or if based on the absurdly crazy way in which clerks of the Court handled it-finally giving it a case number only after 3 others were filed from Georgia none of which had Presidential Candidates attached to them which may have provided the unsavory cover of justice they sought, but I know Congress has a responsibility to draw a line in the sand when it comes to our Constitution and that Congress is designed to be a check and balance to the Judicial Branch and the Executive Branch of which up to this point they have in all reality dropped the ball on forsaking their oaths.

God Bless men and women who do get to Washington DC and have the courage to vote "no" when it comes to adhering to their oaths to the Republic's Constitution or Supreme Law of the Land, wither or not things get done or not. I actually imagine an Administration where success would be "nothing".

As President I actually would consider it a compliment where there was no law passed in my name etched in the history books. I would actually feel it a great honor to simply stand with our Framers and Founders in defense of the Supreme Law of the Land they also sacrificed and so many of our Soldiers have bled for.

Let it not be said on deaf ears that America is not a land flowing with milk and honey to be pilfered and squandered. This is not a land of fairness when it comes to handouts of cash and entitlements you "think" you deserve. Let it be better remembered that this land is a land of opportunity and those coming legally may embark on a journey of work that may produce the milk and honey but that sitting around collecting checks every month isn't part of the opportunity or equation people coming to America seek. Those socialist nations are better and more fertile ground for those wanting such accommodations absent our elderly and crippled.

For those seeking such I say neither Democrats or Republicans will ever get this message until you elect an Independent President. Until you put your trust in the principles of this Nation that both those parties are and have forsaken. Only you can indeed make a difference by recognizing the voting I for Independence is as important today as it was in our Independence Revolution.

It is incumbent upon you, and not Washington DC to protect, preserve, and defend the Constitution by electing those who will serve you and an Independent Party for this Nation is needed now. All independents coming together under a banner of Independence united in the unique and unadulterated platform of our Constitution that has successfully provided for the success and protections the world now seeks to destroy and has ever sought to destroy.

If the world does not want America as a friend we need no friends. If Rush and Glenn and Sean don't want to righteously judge Obama as not qualified by the Constitution's demands as a natural born citizen,they are more interested in the all mighty dollar and getting what they think they got coming over and above preserving the integrity of our Supreme law.

Gleaming about the irony of the United States Senate’s passage of the Amnesty Dream Act which would indeed naturalize some 17 million illegal aliens with a swoop of a pen and the scowling abstention of the practice of polygamy already legal and practiced in ¾ of the world In search of Citizens to pay taxes and support entitlement programs like Social Security, Medicare, Disability, Obamacare, Welfare Food Stamp programs, and let’s not forget vote “Democratic Party”, the truth is Congress continues to play the magic act of realizing Americans are not having children like they used to, America’s entitlement programs are in serious trouble hence the search of Citizens, yet they criticize in the Edmunds and Edmunds-Tucker Act, supported by Reynolds v. U.S. (1875) the practice of polygamy and a supposedly forced independence of women.

Have you heard the desperation plea in the advertisements yet for Amnesty, oh I mean, "Conservative Immigration Reform"? We’ll build hundreds of miles of fence, arm the borders with every weapon known to man, not let naturalized citizens go on welfare, make them learn English, pay fines, and the list goes on and on- but please please.. please..for God’s sake, let us have 17 million Citizens just this once and pass Amnesty sponsored by Marco Rubio and Paul Ryan and of course lets not forget about John McCain and Orrin Hatch? ( I laugh so hard when I hear that add it’s so pretentious.)



Under the deal brokered last week by Republican Sens. John Hoeven of North Dakota and Bob Corker of Tennessee and the Gang of 8, the measure requires 20,000 new Border Patrol agents, the completion of 700 miles of fencing and deployment of an array of high-tech devices along the U.S.-Mexico border. Question is how can they implement the toughest enforcement measures in the history of the United States when they can't enforce the law on the books now? Isn't it time we started talking about the real problem and the reason Congress both conservatives and liberals are freaked out right now and giddy over amnesty?

Someone’s going to have to pay for the retiring baby boomer generations and these Senators know it., As R- Gov. Jeb Bush so elegantly applauded in the MSM (main stream media) a recent speech stated in affect,the U.S. economy needs the labor of young immigrants, and immigrants are “more fertile.”“Immigrants are more fertile, and they love families, and they have more intact families, and they bring a younger population. Immigrants create an engine of economic prosperity.”

While quite an earned compliment one must continual ask what’s so special about America that so many actually want to come here rather than maintain and build up Mexico as their country? In short what is Congress offering and why won’t Mexico, or other countries simply adopt America’s Constitution and just ask to become the 51st State? Understanding the fertility of a population necessarily is requisite of good government", is that it Jeb?

Don't think Amnesty is a desperate attempt for Citizens to "pay up?" A Census report released Thursday showed that, for the first time, white deaths in the United States outnumbered white births. Population grew because of growth among Hispanics, African-Americans and immigrants. Yet Congress remains opposed to Polygamy? Do you sense a little hypocrisy here in outlawing polygamy?

Not many remember the John Taylor, President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon LDS) 3rd in line from the Founder Joseph Smith Jr. ,words “ One backwards step, and the time will come when the greatest enemy of the principle (polygamy) is the Church itself” , speaking on the Christian practice of polygamy. Is polygamy more founded in Christian doctrines or in Mormon doctrines?

What a funny notion to think that Mormon’s were the key witness of Polygamy in the doctrines of Jesus Christ, due to such a small century of practice by Mormons, when the roots of the practice are traced back to Christian prophets of the Bible the likes of which many would recognize in Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, and Solomon. It seems even the occasional passerby of the Christian Bible would somehow gather that this practice or principle was one certainly steeped in Christianity, if those reading the Bible are considered such? Indeed the LDS/Mormon Church Authority has literally become as John Taylor prophesied and enemy rather than an advocate to the Christian principle.

Glenn Beck today ( June 27th,2013) somehow managed to collaborate that passage of same-sex marriage as related to a recent Gay Marriage ruling finding DOMA unconstitutional was indeed the foundation for the argument of polygamy and promised to get someone on the show tomorrow that could formulate that argument who practiced or was an advocate of polygamy. I’m almost certain we won’t be hearing from any member of Congress tomorrow on the subject.

However, isn’t it the most modern day fashion that while opposing Amnesty one would also oppose polygamy where Glenn Beck undoubtedly placed his foot? Talk about clash of the Titans in your wardrobe.

Let’s see, you oppose legalizing polygamy under the guise of what undoubtedly is the bottom of the barrel reporting statistics of those at the bottom of the barrel actual practicing it? Wow! I mean how stupid can you get? How inclined to hypocrisy are you?

Consider the reverse for just one moment. Consider the top of the barrel actually practicing polygamy and the picture it creates. Let’s formulate a little hypothesis:

Less women and children on the welfare dole of the Government Food Stamp line because George Soros, Mitt Romney and Donald Trump and Glenn Beck have opened their doors and can support 25 wives apiece very easily along with the 5 children each wife has. Each man has 125 children bringing the total number of souls transferred from dependency on the State to contributors of the State to 525. Not a bad ratio and a definite realization there is a difference in male and female in case you forgot there was, biologically speaking of course.

Not only did you deplete the welfare state you also substantially beefed up the contributions to the State! Its like a double whammy in the positive direction. It’s like one giant leap for mankind.

Now if you times that with just the top money making 25% of you, one actually rolls the United States out of the black and into the red, out of the debt and into the positive, in a single generation without Amnesty. The hypocrisy of those opposing Amnesty on one hand and opposing polygamy on the other knows no bounds and it’s a very good reason why you can’t trust the Republican Party as far as you can throw them.

Now if Amnesty passes, there is also a good chance that those steeped in the Christian doctrines of the Democratic Party inclusion process advocating the legalization of Gay Marriage, actually adopt the practice of polygamy anyway, so we’re not that far away from the Latino/Spanish/Mexican population being indoctrinated into polygamy Republicans. That ought to freak Glenn Beck right out of his mind. The Republicans lose AGAIN because they just can’t embrace their own conservative nature!

Can’t you just see Hillary Clinton’s 2016 calculator right now smoking?

Do you see any trouble with the 4:525 odds yet? Hell, I’m dirt bag poor and can’t afford one wife but I wouldn’t be a bit ashamed to let those four men who aren’t giving their fair share yet according to Obama, step up to the polygamy plate. I don’t think Congress should be ashamed of it either.

Lets’ see, the children undoubtedly also are given the greatest education money can buy and go on to contribute handsomely to the Government tax programs. Anyone come out of that on welfare? Yet the Government of the United States continually refuses the most natural human resource available under religious practices as an actual solvency solution.
Indeed, the Government is NOT allowing the rich to contribute in Obama’s words “Their fair share” and no wonder; the Governments got their dicks tied behind their back and has made pussy’s out the men. Let’s not forget the “individual” independence that feminist consider a paramount staple as polygamy demands women indeed probably are forced into careers they want and cherish while others get to stay at home. Oh God, is this TERRIBLE or what?

Imagine, women being able to spend their own paychecks, children living in castles, welfare lines minimized, social security solvent, and the streets paved in gold all over unleashing the creative powers of man -all rolled up in the gospel of Abraham?

Seriously, the problem is the Government has taken away the positive incentive for men to have children, who are actually theirs, rather than the Government taking the taxes and distributing them to children who are not theirs through the welfare and food stamp lines.

The Government no doubt loves the position of father- familiar, but the truth is, it does a really bad job of father, because, well, those on welfare are not their children either.

I’m quite certain that though the responsibilities of being a father are not always easy, that men can teach their children to fish much better than the government can hand out fish. Our confidence and trust in men ought to reflect the same in a social policy of getting the Government’s hand out of marriage, and out of Christian religious practices of procreation. I’ve advocated for years the Government’s hand should get out of the marriage practice and move to the neutral partnership advocacy in the tax code. Glenn Becks’ just caught on to the idea. In fact I wonder if he’s read my family and social network initiative platform or my 3 point Platform?

In short, It’s pretty sound wisdom to keep the Government out of your bed and out of your intimate relationships which is getting harder and harder to do without unplugging every appliance you have and taking the phone battery out of your iphone.

For Pete's sake, you can’t even have sex in your car anymore without the Government spying on you from a satellite. It’s quite a concept to understand God see’s everything anyway, quite another to realize the Government’s there too.

Hey Hollywood, the day is shortly coming when all that bragging you do on your social network of getting drunk and driving home, sexting, or talking on the phone while driving, or how about that affair your having anyway instead of practicing polygamy, turns into evidence to, at the very least prosecute you on criminal behavior, and at the very worst become the government’s best black mailing agent used to make you a real whore?

See any reason to take a stand for the Constitution yet and your privacy? How about not incarcerating the entire population of America while those prosecuting exempt themselves as Obama has on the natural born citizen clause demanded for the Office of the President in the Constitution?

MITT ROMNEY’S LOOP TE’ LOOP

As conservatives gathered in Washington DC with the Sound 70 of the House of Representatives opposed to Amnesty and open borders there was a very stirring talk that was given by Glenn Beck, the broad strokes of which you can read here.
It was a profound speech that articulated a conservative sentiment that is not only relevant in our day but certainly is relevant for our future American Citizenry. To say the least it was stirring to the heart for those hearts that are open to receive truth.

You have all heard me rail, spit, and stomp in a frustration like the devil against many a conservative radio show host who have literally squelched the civil rights infringements upon myself as a candidate for President in 2008 as a write-in when I sued Sen. John McCain on an infringement of the Constitution’s qualification for the Office of the President and served that law suit to McCain and the Republican National Committee 3 days before the National Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada where former Candidate Gov. Mitt Romney finished in 2nd place to McCain’s nomination for the Republicans. See: Judy v. McCain

Mitt Romney, as late as August in 2008 when I served the law suit, would not have anything to do with taking a stand for the Constitution in the natural born citizen requirement that McCain was in violation of in the U.S. Supreme Court precedent definition of “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents”. (See: Minor v. Happersett- to those born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents there has never been any doubt.)

McCain was born in the foreign country of Panama, in the Panama Hospital not situated on any military base. He was born a native of Panama. Congress 11 months after his birth granted him Citizenship and then just in 2007 he was also featured in a non-binding United States Senate Resolution 511 which stated with two parents who were Citizens he was a natural born citizen to dispel a concerned conservative base.

Senate Resolution 511 was also co-sponsored by Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama in what clearly was a I’ll scratch your back if you’ll scratch mine type of an agreement. Every single Republican Senator voted for the passage of 511 with only McCain abstaining.

This sewed up the Senate for McCain but the other Branch of Congress in the House of Representatives was never let in on the vote, which is why it was considered “non-binding”, and didn’t have any Constitutional traction and why the Natural Born Citizen qualification for the Office of the President was never changed.

The same thing happened in 2012 when I sued Barack Obama as a Democratic Party candidate for President with the conservative radio show host as they rallied around Mitt Romney and again he would have nothing to do with upholding the Constitution’s requirement for the Office of the President in a legal President in the face of receiving well over 300 request and press releases from my campaign. In 2013, we face unprecedented enslaving legislation in Obama-care and now Amnesty, the cost of which is really staggering and has been formulated as the death knell of American future and our future generations.

Former Gov. Mitt Romney won the GOP/Republican nomination in 2012 and indeed again did not stand up for the Constitution’s demand upon other candidates who were in the race in which he had direct, and I should say the most high seated standing or potential loss due to an illegal candidates activity in the race, of any other candidate, refusing and giving Obama a pass, which clearly has given rise to the legislation of Obama-care and perhaps now Amnesty the signature of an illegal unqualified person in Barack Obama.



Did Mitt Romney do you as conservatives in America any favors in not standing up for the Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President? Did he change the course of history in defining with a line in the sand what our first President George Washington and first Chief Justice John Jay of the United States Supreme Court came to agree upon was essentially necessary as a national defense act by requiring two full generations between the Office of the President and any foreign dictate which may infiltrate into that very powerful position as the Commander in Chief of the United States armies and weapons.

By requiring a birth in the United States and two citizen parents indeed a full two generation separation, or wall of national defense was naturally created against foreign dictate and this has been breached in Barack Obama who was not born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

As debt is seen as the new enslavement, indeed this illegal usurping occupier of the White House has signed essentially the crippling debt pact in Obama-care, which is totally unaffordable, and is prepared to sign into law backbreaking Amnesty the likes of which will essentially void the reasons people want to come through the front door of America in the first place, clearly diluting all of the protections of American’s civil rights.

The front door through the Constitution is indeed the Office of the President. You have to realize that fact and the reason the wall of our national security was created in the first place. 13 pages of the 48 pages of The Constitution pocket booklett is referenced to the detail of the President. No other office or detail even comes close to being mentioned as much. In second place is the whole Navy referenced in 2 pages to give you a little bit of an idea of how important that office is.

What did Mitt Romney do in 2008 and 2012 in his run’s for the Office of the President? He lost. He had no vision for the Constitution. He failed in defending the Constitution and the real trouble that is coming and is here can be directly contributed to his failure and what I’ve coined Mitt Romney’s “loop te loop”.

I don’t want conservatives to forget that and now we are hearing what from Glenn Beck? “You CANT TRUST THE GOP!” What?

Yes! Glenn Beck, Mr. Conservative-Mitt-Romney-voting-GOP-heart-throb says, “You can’t trust the speaker of the House John Bonner.” You can’t trust the GOP! They have sold their souls and become one with the Democrats social progressivism that has no problem violating all of your civil rights. You should be very afraid of Constitutional Civil Rights in the names of McCain, Romney, and Obama. Look at their records!

I could not agree more and now according to Glenn Beck we have just 70 in the House willing to risk their jobs on committees and chairmanships of committees in halting the passage of Amnesty. Of course remember those jobs would never be in jeopardy if Mitt Romney had taken a stand and not given Obama a pass.

Perhaps the Sound 70 have some foothold in moving the House towards the Constitution and preserving the Constitution, and thus their jobs, which it appears the progressives have no idea are in jeopardy, because without the Constitution their jobs are the first to go down the toilet as they are defined, instituted, and held in place by the Constitution, as is the United States Supreme Court Justices seats (hint-hint take a stand for it or lose your position).

The dilapidation of the Constitution’s principles hinge as a key to removing the entire U.S. Senate and the entire U.S. House, the entire United States Supreme Court, even the entire monetary system in which the whole world depends upon. There is nothing else that defines a binding agreement to the entire Government’s existence and we are very close to losing it by the hand of our own elected officials.

If there was ever a truer picture of the head of the snake eating its own tail we in the body are being eaten by the head and soon if we don’t change our voting habit we will cease to exist in our entirety.

Please enjoy, pass on to your social networks and your friends this fun and playful reminder that Mitt Romney has had 2008 and 2012 to take a stand for the Constitution and he didn’t do it, so let’s not do that again. Two “loop te loops” is enough and he had the greatest support and chance to take a stand but failed.

I am taking a stand for the Independence of America in a bold fundamental shift for the conservatives who believe in the Constitution in voting Independent. We have a long ways to go before 2016 and it is my hope that Congress will indeed hear the People and hold hearings of verification for qualification of Barack Obama so that we do not get to 2016 before we have another election for a legal President as Obama is dismissed as a liability according to U.S.C Amend. 14,Sect 3. Yes we’re taking ALL the information, Yes, we are storing ALL the information, Yes, we are spying on ALL of America and YES we have ALL the information but have we totally stopped terrorism? Has it stopped illegals from infiltrating our borders?

Hummmm, what happened in the Boston Bombing? What happened in the Benghazi terrorist attack? What happened at Fort Hood? How many U.S. Citizens died with our Governments approval hand involved? One thing about having all the information is, you very quickly lose the ability not to accept responsibility.

Isn’t it interesting that the American Citizenry has suddenly become the suspects, and the illegal people are given arms fast and furiously? Why not release the prison population and arm them as Bain did in the latest episode of Batman Mr. Eric Holder?

Yes, we have all the information, but is that what we do in America? Is that what our Country is all about? Is that as a Country what we want to be known about in front of the world Mr. Obama? Isn’t this a little embarrassing?

Have you ever thought about what all the Ambassadors are thinking about the Obama administration verses the Bush Administration? It’s like 100 times worse! It’s like the Patriot Act and water boarding on steroids!

Why do you need the information on everyone but you refuse to secure the borders and prosecute actually crimes of illegal aliens coming in possibly with guns from Fast & Furious and Stinger Missiles issued out from Syria Rebels aka Muslim Brotherhood/Al Qaeda?

I mean it’s really time for the Democrats to hide their face in shame about the transparency of Obama it’s such an outright cry of hypocrisy, but wait! Perhaps what Obama was saying is that he was going to make the whole U.S. and all of its “Citizen Persons” transparent, and it really had nothing to do with his own identity?

Oh! Gosh how silly of us, but what is happening now? Isn’t it difficult to imagine in 2008 Obama campaigning on the promises to spy on every American and in 2010 releasing a long form fabricated birth certificate at the same time he admitted that was the biggest joke ever spoon fed to the American Citizenry?

You undoubtedly already know that there has been over 2500 hours of legal criminal investigation that has proven Obama’s released long form birth certificate as well as his selective service card, yes the one he spoon fed the Media in the White House Press Core room are complete fabrications.

I am filled with chagrin and embarrassed to the core to hear Obama speaking from Europe today knowing what a complete fraud he is, and knowing he’s not a natural born citizen even qualified under our U.S. Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen. We can’t even get a qualified President in the Office of the President. What makes the integrity of our word and our laws even remotely considered something anyone in the world could count on?

It’s like the whole world has evidence we are complete narcissistic liars and we have the audacity to speak as a leader to them? Oh my God, if we could only keep our mouth shut it would be better.

In the world of Obama he has not been elected by the U.S. Citizenry but now the U.S. Peoples which certainly includes the people in the U.S. illegally. Is he their President? Did they elect him? Has his narcissism grown to think he is the President of the world’s people now?

Glenn Beck is speaking right now in Washington DC at the Press Conference hosted by the “The Sound 70” Congressmen who are opposed to Amnesty and are very afraid if anything passes in the House, the comporting Senate Bill passing the Senate will merge with it, and the resulting gut emerging out of a committee will be basically the same Amnesty Bill millions in 2007 gathered in Washington DC to defeat in the first place.

The Sound 70 have declared if this happens it’s a death knell to the United States. Progressives including Republicans and Democrats have adds declaring “Sound Borders” is what we need and listing many many promises if they can pass Amnesty they would concede on such like making illegal’s go to the back of the line, learn English, and pay a penalty to build a fence, that’s sooooo discriminatory don’t you think? (wink wink)

The most interesting pronouncement of this is that the two party system has become a one-party system and the likes of Rubio, McCain, Reid and the Gang of 8 are really about to pound that 16 million new persons and 22 Trillion dollar injection of poison gas onto the United States Citizenry.

This Amnesty, and while we’re at it let’s add Obamacare, is essentially a chemical bomb dropping on America’s food supply that will make it all wither and die in one sweeping move. Would removing all speed restraints from school zones lead to good things and isn’t 20mph rather discriminatory of 75mph?

Now former House speaker Pelosi announced we had to pass Obamacare to find out what was in it, and I ask, “Is there any difference in what’s happening now with Amnesty?” Let’s pass a bill see it compromised and then find out what comes out of the committee?

The sad Sound 70 have also negated to hear anything remotely resembling a hearing of verification of Obama’s qualification as a natural born citizen. To say they are ignoring the pink elephant in the room is an understatement! As you understand any bill passing the House and the Senate also needs an actual QUALIFIED president’s signature as the executive branch holds the keys of enforcing any bill your grasp the importance of a legal qualified president verses an unqualified president according to the Constitution, and you also grasp the extreme, bizarre, and nutty actions against Birthers.

Care to discuss any of the Cover-Ups recently as some sound evidence for the statement? I’m happy to.
Now Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck and The Sound 70 actually pitch fast balls at the Birthers stating even if they actually put their weight behind a hearing of verification for Obama’s qualification that would include all the evidence considered in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that the U.S. Supreme Court would not even hold a hearing on,( based on either setting the agenda themselves which Sen. Mike Lee claims of Justice John Roberts in a new online book; not upholding the Constitution and precedent; or supporting the “nose out” of the Judicial Branch from any political election in spite of Constitutional requirements set there for office holders known as the “Political Doctrine Question” you can google), that includes the Cold Case Posse findings showing a complete fraud and fabrication of Obama’s identification documents, their weight behind such hearings would not matter.

How do they know their weight would not matter until they actually put their weight behind it? Why indeed are they standing up against the Amnesty Bill of the Senate if they are so overwhelmingly outnumbered and their actions are seen as such a threat to House Speaker John Bonner that he has threatened to remove them from Chairmanships and Committees?
Why didn’t George Washington just lay down to the British if they were such superior a force? Why don’t the under-dogs of any political race in America just lay down to the incumbents because they’re probably going to lose?

Consider if you will the impact of Obamacare and the Amnesty bill together being null and void because they don’t have a legal President’s signature, and you will then grasp the impact of removing Obama as a disability according to USC Amend. 14, Sect 3.

It would demand a completely reconsideration of the implementation of Obamacare and Amnesty. Now conservatives tell me why there is a single Republican and conservative Democrat who thinks Obama has gone way over the line that wouldn’t consider government corruption a reason to get back to the qualification verification hearings in Congress?

What happens if you hit a home-run and miss a touching a base? It’s NOT a home-run!

Of course we are a Country of immigration, and we are a Country of laws, the United States Supreme Law being the Constitution in which Obama fails as a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President. Now sit back and digest the discrimination and racist attitude Congress has had upon a fellow and past democratic party candidate like myself whose been hurt and damaged by Obama’s Campaign in 2008, and 2012 from the beginning of the election cycles as an illegal candidate whose not qualified.

Today as I lay in bed thinking about all of the cover-ups of the Obama Administration I kept pondering a question?

These cover-ups that started with the biggest - Obama's ineligibility and the cover-up of his identity as an ineligible candidate for the office of the President which by far eclipse every single cover-up since including internationally the so called Arab Springs wars and protest that begin in 2010 and included rulers having been forced from power in Tunisia, Egypt,Libya,and Yemen;civil uprisings have erupted in Bahrain and Syria; major protests have broken out in Algeria,Iraq,Jordan,Kuwait,Morocco,and Sudan;and minor protests have occurred in Mauritania,Oman, Saudi Arabia, Djibouti,and Western Sahara many of which were financed by the Muslim Brotherhood directly or indirectly financed by the Obama Administration contrary to a neutral religious principle most Americans respect as freedom of religion in our 1st Amendment.

That was featured in a commercial of mine that abrogated how in the world can you finance one religion without all of the other religions protesting that in America?

Domestically we have just to name the most popular and reported Fast & Furious Gun running to Mexico drug cartels, Benghazi and the cover up of arms to Syria rebels, the A.P. Wire tapping,the IRS political profiling, the NSA intrusion of over 50 American companies to spy on Americans highly rigged for political gain over and above Americans plotting to fire on one another in my humble opinion.



The question I kept pondering was "why if I am so damn "infamous" am I the only politician in Utah or the Nation who has taken the principles of the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the office of the President to McCain and Obama? Do you understand that? No other politician in the United States has fired McCain and Obama on the eligibility demand and McCain damn well wasn't born in any military hospital in panama and he's had two un-natural acts of Congress to confirm first his Citizenship and then his "Natural Born Citizenship".

Folks any time Congress takes action on your nationality its UN-NATURAL and qualifies as "naturalization" which defy s the natural born citizen criteria of born in the U.S. to citizen parents according to laws of nature. Congress has to this date upheld the statute after many hearings and research on this matter over many years as recently as 2000. This isn't seventeenth or eighteenth century stuff that holds no relevance in the 21st century.

The whole purpose was to put two generations between the Office of the President and a foreign power or nation because of the influence of two pure generations in America having a long lasting effect. That is a national security fire wall that has been breached and your Congress is sitting back with their thumbs up their asses acting as if they have no concern whats so ever for your Constitution and national security safety. You know the Biblical reference of "Whores" really describes the actions of Congress that they need to immediate address to regain some integrity. I could use quite a few adjectives to embellish the term "Whores" but I won't at this time.

Why is it someone supposedly so crooked and looked upon as a convict taking the stand for the Constitution for YOUR rights, which you see the Government violating with wire taps and hook ups with about 50 social networking companies basically treating you like criminals?

Why would it be me fighting for these rights and not your elected officials who are famous rather the infamous? Why am I doing it IF I'm the bad guy?

Why isn't Mitt Romney doing it? He should be doing it according to everyone. So why am I doing it? And I don't mean that in a self aggrandizing way I mean that as a why- or-how-does-that-make-any-sense-to-you-at-all kind of a way?

Do you think people might start to think perhaps about the "unlawful prosecution" of my "infamous" notoriety and to question the backbone of that? Or do you think by chance people might start to grasp their politicians elected are wolfs in sheep clothing?


If by the fruits of politicians you will know of what sort of tree they are from good or bad, what are my fruits as a politician and what are the fruits of the entire U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate and former candidates of the Republican Party in 2008 and 2012 when it comes to Obama's ineligibility?

Why hasn't the entire Congress ushered in a special prosecutor to dissect the Cold Case Posse's investigation sanctioned by Sheriff Joe Arpaio in AZ. with over 2500 hours of competent and legal professionals trained to do that stuff ultimately confirming Obama's long form birth certificate and his Selective Service Record altered? Why has his social security number issued from Conn. been over-looked as problematic in an identity fabrication for one whose long form birth certificate was altered in the same pattern as those nefariously doing the same thing?

Why am I the one who has taken this to the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the Georgia Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court? Wouldn't someone whose "infamous" like NOT be doing things to stand up for your rights and your National Security concerns?

Make no bones about it, Sheriff Joe said Obama's fraud is the greatest national security risk our Nation has ever faced and the Cover-ups are really the proof for Congress that what he has said is true, and the interesting thing is that's exactly what I've been saying for even longer.

Sheriff Joe's investigation was released in March 1st of 2012, but my law suit was filed first with McCain & Obama in 2008, and subsequently with Obama in 2012. I packed Sheriff Joe's findings into my Georgia lower State Court March 2nd, 2012 the first in the Nation to do so and it was finished in the United States Court Jan. of 2013.

Now Congress's usual bid for NOT addressing something that's in Court is well it has to work its way through the Courts. WEll, it has! Now what?

You think because the Courts never tried it on the merits because of the "political doctrine question" which frowns on the Judicial Branch's interference in elections somehow negates your responsibility to uphold the Constitution especially after cover up after cover up after cover up is warning you of immediate threat to the American People?



You know by the report of Mitt Romney's Summit in Park City its just not Republicans freaking out it Democrats too. Isn't it ironic that Mitt Romney's greatest concern came when the IRS bomb was dropped. Yea, screw the Constitution but don't mess the bank account? Is that how it goes?

I mean you start messing with rich people's money all breaks lose but take the freedoms away guaranteed by the Constitution such as rights of evidence, habeus corpus, or heck lets just take the first big four parts of the 1st Amendment Congress shall make no law respecting the free exercise of religion,( I assume funding the Muslim Brotherhood is as close to that as Americans care to digest), abridging the freedom of speech ( especially in religious meetings I gather) or the press ( wire tapping the A.P. no no no no no...no!)

We all appreciate the 2nd Amendment and the right to bear arms, but I mean why do you have to prohibit felons from caring weapons if your going to arm Al-Qaeda and the drug lords of Mexico Congress? Who the hell appropriates money? CONGRESS DOES!

Congress get off your thumbs and get to opening up a Judicial Committee investigation on Obama's eligibility. Let's start at the beginning to regain the integrity of our Government and quit being such Whores. People wonder why I interjected scenery from my bedroom into the video introduction of my YouTube Station and I have two reasons primarily:

1)The U.S. Government is spying on you so get used to not having any secrets in bed.

2)They can hear and watch you and your spouse or bed partner having sex with your iphone on your night stand so the Government is in your bed, you might as well know what I look like in mine if I'm asking for your vote at the very least as to witness some integrity back into the Government.

If you’re a member of the Democratic Party based upon some of the good ole Democratic party values of inclusion, value of the individual to stand up against corporations, intrusive and overbearing Government in civil rights, and the semblance at least some fairness, you have got to be watching Obama in a nightmare, or worse, a sci-fi horror movie starring Stallone in Demolition Man, in the demolition and destruction of the Democratic Party.

From the UK comes a story that the entire Verizon Wireless Network that has been either enlisted or co-opted by the NSA under Executive Branch head Obama to collect all the phone calls all the email addresses in an all out spying effort on Americans under the nightmare of the Patriot Act over the last 7 years.

While the Judicial Branch has problems in the political doctrine theory they have used to give Obama cover for his forged and fraudulent long form birth certificate, apparently the Judicial Branch has no problem signing secret spying orders on all Americans using Verizon Wireless under the guise of national security. As a Verizon wireless subscriber I’m furious about being targeted as a terrorist as I’m sure all other innocent people are.

From the implant of Obamacare into the supposedly politically neutral hands of the IRS comes the story that Obama’s own “campaign manager” is attending meetings to officiate the code of conduct for the apologizing-Tea Party/Conservative-voter-targeting-arm of the Obama Government to manage the health care of all Americans where to quote officials, “Some will live and some will die” according to the IRS’s neutrally political directives.

From Glenn Beck comes the Democratic Party sci-fi horror statement that is not only compelling but downright disturbing that The Tea Party be the new Civil Rights Party? How could it have come to this? How could the Democratic Party have lost that mantle? Well it’s pretty easy when the guy in the White House is employing tactics of the Red Scare.

Why would we hear about this from foreign reporters? Well, we also know that Obama is making investigative reporting and those that do it here in America an espionage criminal act prosecuting more reporters than any other administration in our history and we have the A.P. Reporter tracking list of conversations and emails to back up the tip of the ice-berg of the nixonian watergate type tactics employed by Obama.

Isn't it enough that reporters for the most part have completely ignored the eligibility argument taken to Court in Judy v. McCain in favor of preserving a ‘race’ card for Obama to play for every eligibility case in Obama-usurping history, accept for mine, in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the U.S. Supreme Court?

We are not threatened by intelligence or knowledge, we are threaten by ignorance or lack of knowledge and Obama’s greatest cover-up lies in his own identity fraud made so only by championing ignorance rather than championing the pursuit of happiness which is knowledge.

Yesterday on the Blaze, the lack of intelligence on Obama’s years at Columbia University rose quickly to a high ranking story. In the on-air report Obama’s supposed and miraculous transfer from Occidental College as a C student defied not only the odds of reason but the odds of everyone ever remembering him at Columbia including Wayne Allan Root former V.P. Candidate for the Libertarian Party and George Stephanopoulos of ABC.

Along the same story over 400 political science students attending around the same years as Obama questioned about it in an Fox news report also had never seen Obama or could remember Obama attending, which was also noted in the comments of a political science professor there who stated in a public speaking engagement, “he had his doubts” Obama ever attended, to the gasps of the audience.

This report was featured in the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA SEDITION AND TREASON TRIAL held in New York with Dr. Pastor James David Manning where Obama, by a jury panel of American Citizens from all over the United States was found to be guilty of many counts of fraud and sedition along with the findings Obama was not eligible or qualified as a natural born citizen to even be seated in the Office of the President under the United States Constitution.

I testified as a presidential candidate for the first time in United States history at that 2010 Tenth Amendment trial against another candidate for President in Obama, beginning on page 49 of the Trial Transcript link, and brought to the attention of the world the fact that McCain’s “natural born citizen” exclusive grant by Congress defied nature as an action of man and was co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on a quid pro quo good ole boys agreement.

Speaking of gasps from the audience, it is interesting to see story after story emerging as the one has of a conference of sheriffs and law enforcement personal brought up to speed on the document forgeries of Obama’s long form birth certificate and selective service registration by a Cold Case Posse with over 2500 hours on the documents.

Mike Zullos’ investigation sanctioned by Sheriff Joe Arpaio was submitted by myself for the first time and originated in the State District Court of Georgia the day after its release to the public and worked its way thought the Georgia State Supreme Court and up to the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in January of 2013.

Since that time cover up after cover up after cover up has haunted America from Benghazi gun running into Syria to gun-running into Mexico that actually was arming gangs, the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as Al Qaeda.

As Americans don’t you think we have got to start wondering about the sanity, fear, or manipulative tactics of those pointing fingers at the Birthers calling them crazy?

As a proud Article II Patriot and Birther I say from the trail-blazing work myself and many others have done at our own peril as sacrifices for the Constitution of the United States that includes our Civil Rights visible through the rear view mirror of our vehicle, that the rest of Conservative Republican and Democratic Party people sitting in disbelief,as these events unfold, are only now beginning to catch up to what we have known and been sounding an alarm for.

Welcome to our world as you’ve been spied on, treated as terrorist, punked as stupid, told to shut-up, sit down, and that if you weren’t doing anything wrong you should not mind being treated as a prisoner in America.

It is every and increasingly apparent to you, shown to you as clearly by God as anyone could be shown, that if you do not choose politicians who believe in the Constitution, and when I say the Constitution I very strongly imply the eligibility requirement demanded of the Office of the President that Obama has from day one demolished, that you will indeed have every right taken from you the Constitution frames as inalienable.

The very first thing you should ask yourself in choosing a Representative or a U.S. Senator is are you an Article II Patriot, are you a Birther because if you’re not, you certainly are not getting my vote or my money contributed to your campaign.

My name is Cody Robert Judy and I can proudly say if you consider my campaign for your hard earned dollars at the very least you can consider your Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen upheld and respected without the fear of being called a racist as I have upheld equally the eligibility argument with McCain and Obama. There just are not many politicians who can say that in the entire United States.

Of course if you as Americans’ would like more politicians to sprout up championing your rights, and you’d like your Representatives and U.S. Senators to take a stand, then you have got to show them that there is a direct correlation between their taking a stand for the Constitution on this national security directive and breach and your campaign dollars. Ted Cruz backers say is Natural Born Citizen-Interesting article SF Chronicle

I wanted to make a comment on this article linked below and written by Richard S. Dunham 5-27-13 and so am supplying this info according to your more stringent standards.

The reason I wanted to comment on this article is because I thought it labeled "Birthers" racist and it was directly associated with the "unfair", "biased" , misinformation reported in the article.

This kind of reporting is very irresponsible and propagates through media to the public a perception that is totally averted by simple acknowledgement of facts under-reported or not reported at all. Indeed, if the facts are meant for the public in order for a more perfect union.


McCain was referred to in the article, but left out was the fact as a write-in candidate for Pres. his candidacy was challenged in Las Vegas, NV Federal Court. Judy v. McCain a simple google brings it up..so you can't say its that hard to find.

I also sued Obama as a candidate in the Democrat Party clear to the U.S. Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 The shame of justice should be held at the feet of this court for cowering to hear the case and the media indeed has a part to informing the public of the contest in court and the Courts shallow hearing.

Of course we are not asking the Court to side politically with any party. That is not what this is or was about. Its about the principle of the Constitution that would remind BOTH parties that there was no question with the precedent sited Minor v. Happersett for those born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. The McCain case was considered "moot" after the election, but it could also be reported that McCain and the RNC knew about the law suit days before McCain was made the nominee. Sen Res 511 was co-sponsored by Obama and Clinton and needs to be addressed as "non-binding" meaning it did not replace the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen nor abolish countless hours of legislative hearings the held precedent.

You know showing the facts might lead to a better understanding and less bias and hatred in the public mind. I've always thought this was what we were trying to accomplish..rather than promoting the opposite.

The Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen (NBC) I believe is based in a sound defensive Principle not in race as is insinuated by the SF Chronicle representation. I'm afraid NOT REPORTING intelligence on a subject when it is known merits being an accomplis.

This is also very relevant in the Jack McCaskill Memorandum that more than fogged Congress's brain, but rather deceived Congress on the term Natural Born Citizen according to the case Minor v. I ran articles against Santorum who collected millions of dollars from unsuspecting donors who thought he was eligible along with Sen. Rubio.

Believe it or not, its the Republicans have more immediate candidates that are not eligible then the D's do and this may haunt the D's much more then the R's in the future of American politics.

The concerning thing is that the Legislative Mandate has been upheld for the life of our Constitution. Legal Opinion does not trump natural law and you know as well as I do that Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents prevents the dictators of the world from bedding American Women and financing their heirs on to a thrown rather than the Office of the President. You know this can happen with the direction we're headed.

The only office demanding a Natural Born Citizen was the Office of Pres and VP because it held the keys to the military. Do we really want our nukes used against us? If the world is so welcome why not hand those codes to Russia, China, North Korea, or Iran for that matter if your so sure about that not being a concern on this very dangerous path that concerns our National Security.

I don't think its uncalled for to ask for a consideration of this information to be included as "information" that became available to the reporter after the article was printed.
