BREAKING STORY- SCOTUS INELIGIBILITY CASE Shatters Records! What's Going ON?

The Month of June is forecast to be one that is quite challenging and perhaps even rocky for the psyche of Americans in many different arenas. Chief nauseate maybe the details of putting lipstick on a pig and deciding what label best suits reinventing the pork chop, which is still a pork chop. Of course on the eve of the Bel Monte Stakes Race with American Pharaoh scientifically prophesied to lose the last race of the Triple Crown, the premonitions of doom looms grandiose; "if it hasn't happened in modern history, it isn't going to happen!". Yet quietly our heart 'hopes' that indeed greater things can and will happen that defy the-egoes-of-intelligence. Take for instance the U.S. Supreme Court deciding to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 which lays before the Court on a silver platter as to the testing qualifications of the Office of the President that used to be considered elementary American intelligence, but also acts as a double edged sword upon the Achilles heel of any Presidential Candidate who is not a 'natural born Citizen' - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

The whole Nation hopes against these 'prophets-of-doom' for a greater cause and a greater hope to be unleashed that defies their small mindedness packaged as Dark Vader's controllers of the universe. Snuff out 'hope' and what do you have? Control, it's not meant to be 'fair', it's not meant to be 'equal', and it most certainly is not meant to include 'Justice for all'. That notion is absolutely ridiculous to these malicious arbitrators who also harold the American Dream deceased; just as soon as their pockets are padded well enough of course. The protection of current elected Politicians is to put up with, endure, and to stamp out 'hope' of a Triple Crown winner that comes out of America's Justice system. Alas, where would we expect to find 'justice','truth', 'integrity', and 'wisdom' and the courage it takes to actually implement them?

AVOIDING OBAMA
The empty-handed and insolvent strategy 'dealing' with Obama's identification cover-up?

What else could it be called when your long form birth certificate has been proven a fabrication by law enforcement; you social security number can't even be put in the system to sign up for Obamacare because it comes up 'used'; your selective service registration just doesn't match up with the stamps used at the time; and you've made matters altogether un-transparent by your own executive order and unwillingness to open up other forms of identification like College Transcripts, marriage licences,divorce records, and professional licencing bureaus; like Obama has done? Obama has made transparency when it comes to his name a 'dirty word' by his own actions.

The excuses:
1."It's to late",- which translates- 'If it isn't instant, its not worth it to me, as long as my car, wallet, and identity haven't been stold'
2."Citizen" and "Natural Born Citizen" mean the same thing - which translates- the Founders were just idiots anyway and put the two terms in the same sentence as a repetitive word so we would all be so confused.
3."Credibility" of the Whistle Blower - which translates- Someone 'perfect' like Jesus Christ is the only one who could bring this action to Court and since he isn't an American natural born Citizen running for President, he has no 'standing' and is not within the 'jurisdiction' in our United States Courts.

Does that mean, not even Jesus Christ can help us in this domestic Mess?

Everything has been used and manipulated to avoid the issue in Court. The saddest prospect of Obama's empty promises of "hope and change" has been placed upon a crumbling foundation. The building is tall and a lot of material has been placed on the faulty foundation. Any engineer will tell you that no matter how much material you pile on a foundation, that will not help the quality of the foundation. In fact the more you pile on, the more obvious it becomes that it is faulty and will fail. Cosmetologist and Surgeons will tell you they can use make-up and surgery to dress a person but the laws of nature cannot be altered nor the gender of the baby changed which is the foundation of a person.

Of course the strategy of ALL of this was running and skirting through the years as quickly as possible for Obama, after he made the devilish deal with the Republicans in U.S. Senate Resolution 511 co-sponsored for McCain by H.Clinton and Obama. The HOPE then was no one was qualified with standing to challenge the devil in any of the details. If that sounds familiar to you your not alone.

Carly Fiorina , the former Hewlett-Packard CEO and 2016 Republican presidential candidate questioning the TPP said the 'devils in the details', but thus far seems to notice no problem at all with Obama's 'job-application' that spells out FRAUD. What does that tell you of her 'business experience'? Is she willing to hire illegal immigrants without work permits? That shouldn't surprise us if she's willing to let the Office of the President be usurped by someone who fails the Constitution's qualifications set as the Standard by WE THE PEOPLE, throughout a much greater period of time than our modern day.

Of course none of the other Republican Candidates making FOX Debate criteria of popularity in the Polls, has had the courage to tackle the foul play on America either. You'd think if they were going to be a Champion for the People they would check the foundation very closely upon which they build. Governor Rick Perry's grasping answer as he announced his 2016 Candidacy for President? "We'll make it through the Obama years", and, "The question of every candidate will be this: When have you led?" Perry said in a slightly-edited Cruz line. Then he turned it. "Leadership is not a speech on the Senate floor. It is not what you say. It is what you have done."

So, what has Governor Rick Perry said or done about Obama's ineligibility in the Office of the President? (crickets)

I challenge them, "What have any of the Republican Candidates for President said or done?" Donald Trump is predicted to enter the race June 16 and says he was proud of getting Obama to release his 'long form birth certificate' but with all Trump's money do you know he has not supported a Candidate for President who challenged Obama as ineligible in Civil Court with a single dollar bill of his? What does that tell you about the importance Mr. Trump places upon our U.S. Constitution and the Domestic Mess we are in? Those actions really seems to advocate a policy that 'rewards power and influence' while 'disposing calls of the poor and minorities' as garbage in the way of his road paving prosperity? Is that the kind of defender America wants preserving, protecting,and defending the Constitution?

Now Obama's mess has been piling up for years and years while my challenges in Court have been proceeding in a civil way. I had to exhaust State remedies first as process requires and moving continually upward until now it has finally arrived at the U.S. Supreme Court in a Federal Civil Rights Claim and a Congressional ACT Violating Claim. One third of what I hear is pedantic to say the least, "you mis-spelled a word" so your credibility is lost? Excuse Me? I'm not running a newspaper here, its a Blog. No other Presidential Candidate has taken the most serious problem that we face as a Crisis or Domestic Mess piling up since 2008 as I have on a bi-partisan stand. Its not going to move itself out or retire which is the 'hope' Gov. Perry expressed.

The dereliction of my grammatical syntax is that you are to darn lazy to print out my Blog Post, walk it down to YOUR local Reporter who is a polished professional writer and ask them to re-write the story. They make a living at it I don't. Ask them to type out a story that is, well, "professional". Why haven't you done that?! There's a lot of Reporters in this Nation in most every city, town, and corner. On top of that, you do not donate a single dollar to my Campaign so I can hire it done? Yeah, I'm not feeling sorry for your laziness and lack of support. I'm working my fingers to the bone and my time-crunch on the bridge that I have to work with? Imagine yourself, suddenly running for President and at the same time paying all your bills and maintaining your Campaign? That's me. Didn't even President Bill Clinton say, " I have to pay my bills" in affect defending his need to accept foreign money in the pay-to-play Clinton Foundation?

Domestic Mess! Believe me, I've cleaned the horse, cow, and pig pens out as a boy long enough to know that a tractor and manure spreader don't operate by themselves. You actually have to get on the tractor, hook up the spreader, get the pitch fork, pile it up, get the loader, load the spreader, and take it out where it belongs to help the wheat and barley pitch up. Its a messy stinky job. I believe what the other Presidential Candidates are proposing is that "the piles built up over the last few years just don't exist", which is delusional. WE ALL SEE IT! The fabricated identifications, the policies, the favors, and the arming of our enemies before they are converted to America's Freedom and Liberty as allies. That's the recipe of harm to America and I've always said, its a national security nightmare.

Asking for your help humbly doesn't come through frivolously motivation but with action you CAN SEE HAPPENING. So, if your able to help get your check book or card out and put your complaint to work in an honest way instead of riding my back and coat-tails in a hope for you and your family to live the American Dream. I do pray for your humble pardon and forgiveness for what I have done, or perhaps could not do under circumstances present, that you might have seen as a mistake that was 'preventable'.

Allowing your mind to 'excuse' me for all of the many reasons you have excused 'others', I would very much appreciate knowing my own weaknesses are many and my character yet rough on the edges while this task is monumental. My love for you in my actions are very strong and I pray you will let this work its way into your heart. This love which I express is as best as I can describe the Love of our Creator inspiring our Constitution through great men of our history and thus should not be taken lightly.

Now for some GOOD NEWS!
The REPORT on this Blog posted yesterday has exceeded really any expectations with nearing 6,000 views. It was the TRIPLE CROWN of this Blog won by American Pharaoh by five lengths! Wow! We thank you for passing it on which is the only way that happened. As a comparison in 2012 when we went to the U.S. Supreme Court we peaked at 10,000 for that 30 days/or month. So what does it say to see that double to over 20,000 on the announcement of the June 18th U.S. Supreme Court Case in 2015? Well, it tells us everyday Americans are seeing a much greater value in the qualifications of the Office of the President and perhaps more importantly the disaster created by not strictly adhering to the Constitution's Qualifications. That's good news that should be spread.

BREAKING NEWS - OBAMA INELIGIBLE? Judy v. Obama 14-9396 HEADED to U.S. SUPREME COURT Conference

Today the United States Supreme Court announced that the Case Judy v. Obama 14-9396 dealing with Obama's Ineligibility would indeed go to Conference June 18th,2015!

"Probably the most important thing for people to know", '08,'12 Cody Robert Judy - Candidate for U.S. President 2016 said, "is that there is no reason to panic or not to continue your daily routines while the Government sorts this out because it is primarily just that, a sorting out the Government will address. So there's no reason that we all can't still have some fun while this is going on. I went swimming the other day for the first time this Summer and went to the new movie San Andreas which was Earth Shattering to say the least. So, work hard, Go to the movie, go shopping, relax and watch an amazing process unfold that was figured out at the founding of our Nation by those who hoped our generation would remain free; the liberty of her Citizens preserved, protected, and defended by our United States Constitution."

Of course the anticipation for this Case has been rising ever since it first hit the U.S. Supreme Court docket Report! American's are definitely in tune, and tuning in more and more on this from many different angles and perspectives. Key among those for Republicans is indeed wither three declared Presidential Candidates, U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, will be forced to retire their Campaigns for President, because they are indeed not eligible for the Office of the President failing the 'natural born Citizen' test of "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents"; again quite different than the qualifications in the Constitution set for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators which is "Citizen".

This definition and differences of the Qualifications of those Offices has never reached the United States Supreme Court with two Presidential Candidates: one at odds with the qualification of the other, in our entire American History. This is presented as one of the KEY questions in this particular Case before the Justices of the Court.

The date first anticipated for this Conference was indeed June 4th, 2015, but the CertPool.com Cert Pool site for the Tenth Circuit Cases in the U.S. Supreme Court was so overwhelmed with inquiries after our post its been shut down with technical problems every since, so we can not give you any more information off of that at this time.

WHAT'S NEXT
To explain a little about what will happen now that the United States Supreme Court has Docketed this case for certain Conference the 3rd Thursday of June,2015.

All that is needed in the Rule of Four test for Writ of Certioraris' is that four of the Justices must desire to hear further argument of the Case. The importance of that should be understood as you do not need a majority of the Court of nine, but a minority of four suffices. We do anticipate this to quite easily be the case, especially given the new relativity and neutrality given the Court because plainly it is not partisan, but affects both sides of the isle in the major political arena with Republicans and Democrats.

Of course they do not make up the entirety of America. In fact recent polls released indicate a greater and greater number of Americans are entering the voting fields for elections as Independents, many because of the desertion and estrangement they feel towards the major parties abandonment of the principles characterized in the United States Constitution. In a recent Gallup Poll conducted January 2015 in fact Independents outnumbered both Republicans and Democrats in percentages: Republicans- 26% Democrats 30% and Independents 43%. This is just one of the many reasons Cody Robert Judy explained to the Court that deference to Republicans and Democrats should not be given in the representation of JUSTICE for America, especially in the Political Arena.

Cody said, "We are constantly seeing the Media feed America the stories of the Republicans and Democrats but though I've run in the Democratic Party primaries, I've always ended up in the Independent Arena because the old guard establishments acted as bullies in many ways. For instance not giving me as a Candidate in their party the names and email addresses of the members of the Democratic Party nation wide or even refusing to send out an Email I asked them as a Candidate to send out. This constantly happened in the 2012 Election while I was challenging Barack Obama for the Democratic Nomination. Of course a Court battle over something like that would take you a year, so its beyond the election and any Court would say so. This is not really representing America and all her interest and diversity as the Parties Champion in appearing to have BIG TENTs.

Of course this is a political contest, a political race, and you have people in at the Control Booths making things difficult for those Candidates they personally don't favor. I have Emails to Debbie Wasserman Schultz in 2012 testifying of what I'm saying. As the Democratic National Chairmen her name is on my law suit for just this particular reason. The one thing that is not, or we hope is not, confounded or controlled by the BIG Party money and influence is JUSTICE. If Justice has been bought and sold out to the political party than principle is indeed lost.

The entire reason for an Independent Branch of Government we call the Judiciary, or Judicial Branch is that at its head are Justices that have life tenure for the very reason of not being forced to cater to an 'elections' process requiring money and influence. These Justices in the United States Supreme Court have a very high seat in that neither Republicans or Democrats can particularly tell them what to do as far as voting. That neutrality was the goal anyway for the most part it works. We saw Justice Roberts go a different direction than what many in the Republican Party expected on Obamacare the first go-around. He didn't get impeached for his position.

So is "Independent" America being represented in Justice? This is a good question. One of the KEY reasons, I have never endorsed after the Primary Barack Obama was to maintain my 'good standing' in opposing his qualifications. That is why after the Primaries and the Democratic Party had chosen him in 2008, and 2012 to be their nominee I went as a write-in or an Independent Candidate.

The Standing Argument holds that only a Presidential Candidate can challenge the qualifications of 'natural born Citizen' on another Candidate because they are the ones receiving 'direct' harm where 'voters' are not in the Race. But what we have seen in the past reflections of the Court, for instance the U.S. Supreme Court Case I had in 2012 Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that originated from State Ballot Challenges from New Hampshire and then down to Georgia were not even granted a hearing by any Court in the Judicial Branch. On its face, that is quite an outrage to Independent Voting Americans.

Of course its never been articulated by any Court in a hearing, and both major parties have marginalized the request for Justice in hearings at the Legislative Level in Congress in what has been articulated as a protection of their own or good ole boys club formed in 2008 against the 'natural born Citizen' clause in a union between Republicans and Democrats legislatively in non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 for R-U.S. Senator John McCain, but also co-sponsored by then D-U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton and non other than D-U.S. Senator Barack Obama ILL. talked more about on the June 2nd Post of this Blog.

We here at the Campaign would certainly wish to extend a GENUINE HAT-TIP to The Drudge Report for saying in so many words with 5 Favorites of CRJ2016 Tweets "I don't have a HEADLINE to put on The Drudge Report about this!". We were quite excited Drudge shared that pain with us. At least someone in the Major Political Arena of Reporting recognizes the dedicated hard work Cody has gone through over the last six years unsung and unwritten in the pursuit of Justice for our Republic in really what is an unparalleled story of taking a stand for principle that holds the keys to the United States of America's national security. This week Bob Schieffer admitted The Media had not been diligent in vetting Obama. In a stunningly candid format Schieffer painfully minimized the damage soft padding and coddling Obama had caused by placing the burden where he thought it should go. The answer not surprisingly deflected responsibility shifting it to "The Other Candidates". This of course goes in line with the responsibility placed upon "Candidates" running for Office in managing their Campaigns to under 'fair and equal protections' challenge unqualified candidates as well as character of opposing candidates. Mr. Sheiffer's comments were lit up by Glenn Beck on The Blaze Radio broadcast this morning and here is quick 1 min:30 second highlight reel from The Birther Report:

The most compelling evidence from a senior news Reporter now unfolds upon his retirement announcement? Its on the Candidates? Well, let's thank Bob for his candid revelation and statutory endorsement of my own Candidacy that has flailed in the mud slinging thrown upon it as a "Birther Candidate" from the Fourth Estate Media, while attempting to honorably do the job of vetting opposing Candidates in 2008 with Sen. John McCain who received 'citizenship' by statute, and some alien form of 'natural born Citizenship' also by statute, and Sen. Obama as well in 2012 that stands in the U.S. Supreme Court now as Judy v. Obama Case No. 14-9396.

The Media seemed all to willing to report to the public on the Birther Law Suits headed in the U.S. Supreme Court 2008 and 2012 that reached the U.S. Supreme Court as long as they did not have a Presidential Candidate involved, especially one who couldn't be accused of 'racism' based upon equal treatment under the principle of the law. It shouldn't be forgotten that the Media's willingness to publicly rehearse the dirt Obama's Campaign dug for in his 2004 U.S. Senate Campaign, was in fact how Obama won the incumbent Republican he faced Jack Ryan.

Through the upheaval and standing there remains only one Candidate for President who has consistently stood for the principle of the Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President regardless of party, and that was myself, Cody Robert Judy. I think it was an excellent statement that Bob Schieffer made because it is true. As a Candidate for President you do have a responsibility to first size up your opponent's qualifications for the office that your both running for. Why would anyone need to say anything about someone's character if his whole Identity was a violation of the qualifications of the Office he sought? It seemed very simply Obama is not qualified by the Constitutions different qualifications for Representatives and Senators as "Citizens" and the Office of the President's requirement of natural born Citizen. That requirement was not included for Representatives and Senators.

At the trunk of the tree is the eligibility of a Candidate for any Office and the requirements for that office in the Constitution. Those are the parameters of the Trust of that Office given to we Candidates as principles afforded by "WE THE PEOPLE". The Courts should respect that power and parameter so it should not be any surprise they have complaints come to them on any violations of that TRUST.

Now I think it is saying much more about a Candidates honest character to go after that if another Candidate doesn't measure up to the TRUST first,, before you go after anything else. I did not particularly agree with the line of thinking that other Candidates brought up as a way to go after Obama as Sarah Palin mentioned in this video , as she states "an attempt was made to destroy those who were telling the truth in bringing up the name of Jeremy Wright the pastor of Obama's church, and Bill Ayers Obama's friend and candidate for ghost writing for Obama's Dreams of my Fathers.



Yes, the attempts to destroy those telling the truth was made, but in 2008 I think Reverend Wright's "America's Chickens are coming home to roost" video had gone viral and I didn't see any shortage of Bill Ayers's name mentioned. What was particularly noticeable was the silence on Obama's Eligibility, and Sarah would have been dropping anchor on her own V.P. selection to go after Obama on that because McCain's was just as vulnerable. That explained the quid pro quo good ole boys agreement made in U.S. Sen. Res. 511 as plain as day which was for McCain but co-sponsored by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama making a nice tryst. Sarah Palin was just as culpable as a cherry on top. Did she have a choice? Yes, as a Governor she could have used her Bully Pulpit to influence a public outcry on the devastation. I'd have been screaming at the top of my lungs about McCain if I were her at the Republican convention and I did in Federal Court days before he was even made the nominee.

You can be an anchor baby and serve in the military. Just serving in the military doesn't make you eligible for the Office of the President. That's just really stupid to think about if you just imagine Putin crossing the border with his wife, dropping a kid in Texas, and financing him to the Presidency in 35 years as a qualified Candidate. Are you really that stupid to think that if that was an option to ascend to America's highest post it would not be implemented?

There was just one thing wrong with U.S. Senate Resolution 511, it failed to inform America that the United States Constitution had been breached in an unlawful manner in the TRUST the People had given politicians. If Americans could not depend on Republicans and Democrats to stand up for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification for the Office of the President because of this unholy or unconstitutional alliance had been struck between three Candidates, and Mitt Romney's mouth was gagged shut because every Republican Senator had signed on, who was left? Only Candidates like myself even come close to having Standing demanded by the Courts. If the Courts' hear my case your dang right the Media is going to tell THAT story!

Nixon said in his discussion that he believed "If the President does it that means that it is not illegal", so is the will of one Hall of Congress all that is needed to Amend the Constitution, or does it require both Halls and a President's signature?

It is a fact that the Constitution can only be amended with 2/3rds of Congress including both the House and the Senate and it must be signed by a qualified President. Why would the 'natural born Citizen' requirement even need to be considered by The U.S. Senate if in fact there was even a question. I am a natural born Citizen, born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents and Congress has not had to consider whether I'm qualified with a resolution. McCain had two! That tells us something was not right in the first place and these elected officials were up to something.

In fact over the last two Presidential Elections haven't those three Candidates been considered the major party Candidates? So, does Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John McCain think they can destroy the TRUST America has given to politicians by breaching the U.S. Constitution's qualifications for the Office of the President?

Here is a stunning tail-to-tell everyone including the Fourth Estate Branch - Media. If the U.S. Supreme Court in their soon to be scheduled conference fails to hear Judy v. Obama 14-9396 than that's exactly what happened! American's had their basic qualifications for the office of the President changed illegally simply because the U.S. Supreme Court fails to hear a Candidate for President who was not "in on the deal", "in on the illegal cartel" that formed a monopoly against the public TRUST.

If any other Candidate for a major party were to stand up and challenge this my Case, Judy v. Obama 14-9396 would be brought up as the Court having already decided that issue in the negative, and what say you that the Court becomes irrelevant upon any Actions the Legislature takes that are unconstitutional? The gates open and hell marches in! The entire reason the Third Estate or Judicial Branch was formed to check and balance the other two is made null and void, and what's worse is my case becomes the precedent case to prove that for incoming Presidents.

People think my question to the U.S. Supreme Court's existence was too strong of language in questions for the Court to consider, but it is not and this reasoning forms the very real and logical conclusion, but would any of the Main Stream Media consider that a report of a Campaign to Report to the Public? We are not seeing it yet that's for sure.

What exactly is The DRUDGE REPORT trying to say in favoring no less than four of our latest half dozen tweets at the Cody Robert Judy for President 2016 Twitter account? Of course Matt Drudge has been named one of the most powerful and influential characters in the Political Arena today. On May 7th the political powerhouse The Hill run a story with the headlines, "Is Matt Drudge the second most influential man in America?" calling him the single most influential man in America Media and posting the question is Drudge the second most powerful man in America?

The power of The Drudge Report has been in the simplicity of the political and eye-catching headlines in a world being drowned out or inundated with headlines. Reliability and trustworthiness have been noticeable hall marks attributing to the Drudge Reports success over its tenure. They would have to be or the credentials of news would be lost in a hurry. Consistently you can scan The Drudge Report and find the general speed of the Nation and World Reports. Does that make The Drudge Report a good Reporter writing detailed reports of everything going on? Absolutely not, that makes The Drudge Report a very good collector of headlines in the news.

So what does it tell you when The Drudge Report favorites four Tweets of the Cody Robert Judy for President 2016 Campaign? Well, you can decipher it yourself, but what that tells us is even Matt Drudge cannot believe there are no headline stories being written about the little known Democratic Party Candidate whose run for President in 2008, 2012, and now 2016 with not a single National Story Report written in the face of Herculean Deeds for the Republic that constitute a politician whose doing much more than spouting off words to capture headlines and is much more about deeds that actually go to the root problem we face in America of our whole Republic being saturated with fraud.

Where does the story rank in anyone's mind of the very real possibility that Mr. Obama is escorted out of the White House in handcuffs for fraud upon the Republic, fraud upon all of the contributors to his Campaigns for President,fraud upon the last two elections of the United States of America, and fraud upon Cody Robert Judy's Campaigns? Maybe the much simpler question is what is bigger than that in anyone's mind when it comes to a National Stories?

Is ISIS bigger? Is Iran Proliferation Bigger? Is the Floods in Texas Bigger? Is former Governor Martin O'Malley's entry into the political arena or Hillary's Campaign or anyone of the twenty Republicans in the field for President now bigger? Is any national world story of any other foreign Country bigger? We think Matt Drudge at The Drudge Report grasp a sense that nothing is bigger or affects more American's and he just can not believe not a single national reporter for a single open news organization has grasps it, or the power in it.

Just looking at the details of the Presidential Candidate with a case in the United States Supreme Court against Obama is pretty big..win.. lose or draw; not a single other Candidate for President in the fields on the Democratic or Republican side has anything remotely considered as a Primary Candidates consideration for actually taking a Recorded Action to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. We remind everyone that is actually in the oath of the Office of the President.

The other thing that we think Matt Drudge of The Drudge Report realizes in the detailed duty of his organization is the very real tear occurring in America that signals a greater problem than we have ever faced in racial divide. And that Cody Robert Judy in his actions over the last 6 years breaches that divide with character and the principles that The United States Constitution reflects upon the Nation, building a bridge for the racial barometer Obama seems bent on exasperating.

The Media has constantly picked upon The Birther Issue as racial, but what do they say to the law suit Cody Robert Judy filed first as a Candidate for President in 2008 that if Sen. McCain had won very well could have tail spun the Nation into another election with the circumstances of an elected Candidate, who still didn't qualify for the Office as is spelled out in circumstances of happening in Amendment XX, SECT.3? Indeed in Judy v. McCain the District Court Judge delayed, and delayed, and delayed again his ruling until after the election and than used the election results to determine the case was "moot".

While that doesn't reflect upon Obama it does reflect on the conditions of the 2011 release of Obama's long form birth certificate, proven to be a fabrication that could not have possibly been a copy of an original document, and that has been submitted as evidence within the U.S. Supreme Court writ of Certiorari in Judy v. Obama 14-9396, along with other evidence that details fraud upon Obama's Selective Service and Social Security identification. Indeed the whole identity of Barack Obama/ aka Barry Soetoro is indeed now questioned in the strict criteria of A) Who exactly was elected and B)Is that person even qualified under the standards of the expectations "We The People" have decided are the qualifications for the Office of the President?

We have a barrage of both Media Reports, populations assumptions, and scholarly opinions that now are saying the qualifications for the U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives as "Citizen" is the exact same qualifications for the Office of the President's qualification of "natural born Citizen"; lending the question of why exactly would the founders have gone to any effort to make any of the Office qualifications different in the first place? That is in fact what the representations of U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio and U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz as well as Florida Gov. Bobby Jindal's campaigns for President are resting on, and its not a sure foundation at all.

The KEY to their success actually rest upon Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Hussein Obama/aka Barry Soetoro et.al Case No. 14-9396, being dismissed and swept away like some car in a Texas Flood never to be seen again. Believe the fact that there is a great deal of political force being waged now on the behalf of Mr. Obama's legacy by Republicans and Democrats, but we must ask ourselves at what expense to the Republic and those who do not affiliate themselves from any party on the conscripts of fraud?

Does anyone personally staked out to become the victim of Fraud really attribute that as something they hope and aspire to elect and find in a Presidential Candidate? Why not look for the Candidates in Prison who have robbed banks, forged checks, and cranked out false identities with the goal of taking the life savings of your grandparents, parents, and children or those people you call family, and using the proceeds for themselves without asking?

Who is famous among you that will stand up and state "I desire to be the victim of fraud?", George Clooney, You? Oprah Winfrey you? Tom Cruise, You? Brad Pitt, You? How about Angelina? Does she put up with Fraud Brad? You ask those people if they would like to have their life savings taken away with the use of Fraud, and see what they will say? We really don't even think drug dealers like to be taken in fraud. In the prison systems fraud will get you killed so you actually might be dealing with someone with some integrity if you did elect someone from prison.

We know Hillary Clinton doesn't like fraud, or does she? She has personally been invited to file an Amicus Curiae in taking a stand for the Qualifications for the Office of the President twice on Twitter from CRJ2016's Camp, but we have not seen anything from her attorneys yet. So, we have to assume the answer is, "Yes, and she loves and admires those who commit fraud upon the American Public".

There hasn't been a story written with those headlines for the Drudge Report to post. That actually might be a time sensitive story Hillary Clinton could not avoid or control, because of the natural time procedures of the Case in the U.S. Supreme Court reflecting upon her actions of being a champion of character for the people that she says she wants to be.

Do you want a Champion who turns her back while fraud is committed and gives Barack Obama a big hug and says how much she really appreciates him and the outstanding job of fraud he has committed himself to? The real story is that these words are not fringe or harsh at all in the reflections of the Standard placed in front of the Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396. These words are very civil in nature.

The Drudge Report doesn't write stories, they post them, but if there are no stories written, what possible headline could Drudge Post on the Drudge Report? If he posted a headline directly from the communications of this Campaign it would most certainly be seen as a bias because he doesn't do that for other Candidates. The Drudge Report makes clear notices or favoring Tweets is not considered an endorsement of any Candidate. So, the public, the Drudge Report, and this Campaign are stuck at an impasse of reporters willing to write a story and that seems to be a bridge we all find ourselves on. This brings us to another topic.. Twitter.

THE MANIPULATION OF POLITICAL TWEETS CORRALLED BY TWITTER

Two days ago, my campaign was indeed able to communicate this story to a list of regular top notch writing reporters. That's normally how you get a story out to a reporter fast and easy. Hey, here's a Pulitzer Prize for you that involves some 5 Presidential Candidates pretty directly, and the rest very easily indirectly as they all must indeed realize the Constitution of the United States provides a list of qualifications for the Office of the President they are running for. That ought to be a very ground floor basic consideration for them before the foreign policy is asked about.

The next question would be how many of them would like their Campaign's sabotaged with fraud based upon their meeting those criteria, but someone else not measuring up to those qualifications and winning an election and calling them poor sports? Does that sound like someone else we know? Lance Armstrong was found out but not before winning how many world cup races and destroying the lives of those other racers who might have won? He was stripped of his titles from years back for cheating in the races and enhancing his performance with un-natural and illegal means. The same can be said for Barack Obama who in know way would have been elected if he came out and said, "Listen, these are my fake identifications. Here's my long form fabrications, my selective service fabrications, and you guys already have seen that my social security card could not pass and that I couldn't register for Obamacare. Now based on those qualifications and a couple of great speeches in 2002 please elect me because there's not likely to be a Candidate for President who has standing and makes a Case to the U.S. Supreme Court? So basically, I can get away with it for years!"

There is no way that happens! So why should Obama be allowed to finish his 1.5 years in office with a record of damages another 'racer' is and has brought to the U.S. Supreme Court for Justice? Cody made the point very clear when the question came in?

Why not just let Obama finish his term of 1.5 years? Well, it takes a lot of time to exhaust state remedies and Cody's got some 15 Cases that have cost him quite a bit. Additionally, look we have many Senators and people in Offices now pushing and bullying the Qualifications in the Republican field and the action is dangerous to our National Security.

How would anyone of us like half our incomes suddenly confiscated or our cars taken? This easily attributes the pain and damages motivating Cody's pursuit of Justice. He genuinely has suffered a lot of damages, and has not given that up. Now just because other Candidates did give up, doesn't make Obama's actions right, and it doesn't make Cody's legal actions any less significant either as fraud against anyone is a negative action. In fact, by giving up those other Candidates conceded the elections, Cody has never done that and the U.S. Supreme Court has his argument and his record in front of them.

Recently, Cody sent the headlines of this story to Twitter to a group of Reporters who may just not have known about what was happening. There "Handles" on Twitter he includes here for the public consideration. These are reporters who have written major political stories of some kind very recently and had those published many featured on The Drudge Report. They include:

Additionally, Cody has released his stories to at least 4 to 5 Reporters in 2 to 4 major newspapers in every State of the Union and many Nationally Radio and Televised Programs on all the Major Networks consistently with a dozen articles written on this Blog just since the U.S. Supreme Court Case was Docketed. As far as being a great communicator it is very difficult not to see the over 500 Post on this Blog as a Book Report to the Media of every step politically that has transpired that would be called a transparency unparalleled with most of the Candidates self written work and action. The silence by the Media can only be described as a capitulation of Obama's Fraud due to not reporting the complaint to the public.

Today, Cody tried to send out a Tweet on the CRJ2016 Twitter account @CodyRobertJudy2016 and received a message that he could not include Twitter addresses in his Tweets of people that did not follow him, even though the list above went out two days ago with no problem and none of those reporters followed him. What this does is make it very difficult to communicate a story to a Reporter on Twitter if they don't follow you. Cody did not abuse Tweeting to them numerous times, it was a single Tweet made to four or five of the reporters at a time due to the 120 character restraints placed on Tweets, but at least we do have that on his Twitter Record and the Public knows now.

If these reporters are being threatened in anyway, they can certainly report that on their own account and social networks. They could even Tweet, "Hey, I can't write a story about CRJ2016 Judy v. Obama 14-9396, Boss said "No"", and I'm sure the public would understand.

Not everything is recorded on the Docket Reports that are presented to the public view Cody continued, " I remember from my experience when I filed a Emergency Motion for the U.S. Supreme Court to hear my Case in 2012 based on the term of the Court expiring before the coming election, and it was listed as a Supplemental Brief by the Clerk of the Court, which hardly gives a clue to the Public Eye of what is before the Court. That was filed July 16th, 2012 in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which would have if heeded given the Court and the political arena plenty of time to adapt for the Nov. Presidential Election. The result of course was not in the public interest or favor of fair elections in 2012 and represented an excruciatingly painful wound for all of us to bear.

"What this suggest is my case is not on the fast track to be dismissed as might otherwise be the case if it was or had been distributed for Conference on June 4th. On that web site, you'll see "BIO" and that stands for "Brief in Opposition" requested and you see that on this particular case listed on the Docket Report of the Site here. This of course tells us that the Court is wanting a response by the Respondent that was not otherwise filed or where the Waiver was filed first. On the other case listed on the BIO Reported cases thus far seen here, you don't see that same Report on the Docket, which exemplifies or emphasizes my point that not all that is happening in a case is seen on the Docket Report.

"2nd Point, and that LITTLE something that doesn't seem to bode all that well for me is that the U.S. Supreme Court Clerk has listed the Caption of my case as (CODY ROBERT JUDY vs. BARACK H. OBAMA, President of the United States et. al.,) and that is of course not how it was filed. Ask yourself how often you see the Clerk changing the caption of a case from how it appears on the papers they receive from attorneys? The public can see the Writ of Certiorari that was filed here on SCRIBD.

"3rd Point- of this would indeed be the actual Response that I received from Donald B. Verrilli Jr. the current Solicitor General just yesterday which was quite interesting in the way it was written. A. it was NOT signed! Now if I filed a Record to the Court that was not signed, it would not be counted as 'valid'. This of course would indeed be considered a HUGE error and represent a formal LACK OF RESPONSE to the U.S. Supreme Court Order. The Court in my case has gone to great lengths in the past to shall we say 'pull my hair out' with trivial points of crossing t's and dotting i's and has not been very lenient to me as a prose litigator causing me great pain at times. This has also been recorded as when they sent my Writ back to me needlessly costing me additional paper work that is expensive with mailing expenses over years as well as providing 'time' for the Respondent and successfully delaying the Case.

"B. It also listed the Case differently than is presented by me in the Court, listing the official position of Barack Obama in the Government as President of the US. last I checked the abbreviation written by most juveniles for the United States of America is was the U.S.A; therefore the wording of "US" pertains directly to, perhaps a small group of people that is not elaborated upon? Your guess is as good as mine. Who is "US"?

"One of the biggest points of my Case is if Obama was elected with fabricated identifications, forged long form birth certificate, fabricated selective service record, fake social security number that couldn't even pass e-verify as was the example when they tried to show how easy Obamacare was to register for, as well as not even being a qualified Candidate that, should he be elected is able to lawfully qualify for the Office and operate the powers of the President by the vested power WE THE PEOPLE have directed for the OFFICE after being both qualified and elected, then how is it possible to even admit Obama in the Court as "President of the US", unless it certainly doesn't mean U.S.A?

"Given the most equitably and lenient discernment possible we come to the body of of the Solicitor General's argument on the Waiver, which states, "The Government was never served in this case and has not appeared in any of the proceedings. The Government hereby waives its right to file a response to the petition in this case, unless requested to do so by the Court" and then.. it's unsigned. (?)

"While I do agree "Government" can be used properly in this case by the Solicitor General based on Rep. Nancy Pelosi's involvement and Sen. Harry Reid in the combination of a functioning 'cartel' formed in the corporations of the DNC and Obama's Campaign Corporation, unsigned its validity is worthless which DEFAULTS the Governments representation. And, let us not forget that May 20th was the date that Obama was given by the Court to Respond and he has failed to Respond by May 20th through any Counsel he might have privately for his defense also constituting a DEFAULT to the Court's Request that RESPONDENT'S file that on or before May 20th.

"4th Point and evenly appreciated is the fact that I did open the case up for any friend of the Court to file an Amicus Curiae Brief. These are filed and appear as little blue squares listed as "Amici" on the Certpool.com site. Of course when people are interested in say 'defending Obama' because they would like his policies protected against any disaster befalling his ability to function as President rather than having his ineligibility exposed by someone with standing in the U.S. Supreme Court and his ineligibility exposed thereby also nixing policies, we see none have been recorded for Obama.

" Summing this up very specifically and technically, the Court has not been addressed as it has ORDERED by either the Government or any person involved in this that was served. Obama was served at the WHITE HOUSE by signature if you remember I have recorded here, and by appearances we see the Court is mulling this over. I think we have 5 Justices that are inclined to hear the case."

The fundamental question for American Politicians is, "Are you keeping up with America or has America passed you by?" At first it may seem a strange question. America has been rooted in its own traditions even as it is considered a very young Nation, but at the heart of America is Liberty and America's Politicians have become increasing despondent to her calls. A great transformation is occurring in America's yearning for nature, natural, and vintage. The real deal is sought in our water, food, and lifestyle. That translates to America's Political Arena, where liberty is threatened posing a second question; Why have America's Politicians been clamping down on Liberty when the opposite is at the heart of America?

Protection and security have been the staples of an ever increasing mandate of force we have seen stalking us ever closer into the minute details of our lives rather than the protection and security that we needed for our liberty. Barack Obama's forged identity was used as a fabricated package harnessed to cage America into a slavery with its guilt based identity of color rather than character. America increasing feels the call of organic natural food in healing and holistic living, but has had the laws of nature violated in an unqualified ineligible person in the White House who is not a "natural born Citizen" violating America's Constitution.

The false narrative has been fed to American's as a package to supersede nature, like an artificial sweetener, steroid injected meat, or mutated seed that fails to reproduce itself as a standard of control away from nature. So what is, and what has caused the fascination America has right now with 'nature', 'natural', and even 'vintage' that is pushing the limits of nostalgia we might see as a Revolution of canonical proportions?

Isn't it interesting to see the Citizens associated with clean air, clean water, organic food rooting their noses in the mire of exactly the opposite of what they staunchly defend as a diet when it comes to the politics of voting for Barack Obama who is as fabricated and unnatural as a hybrid seed that has had its chromosomes altered to a point of failing to produce itself? The Founders and signers of the Constitution of the United States had high regard for the Laws of Nature because they had a great interest in forming something that would actually last and perpetuate itself by the greatest laws known to man which the Laws of Nature represent.

High above the realms of man-made laws and interventions are those we call The Laws of Nature and it is these laws that have in deed lasted when man-made laws falter and implode upon themselves and the populations that seek to over-rule the laws of nature. Some of the tell tale signs that a population has drifted into the margin call opposing the Laws of Nature are seen as voluminous amounts of legislation seeking control of nearly every aspect of our lives. Another tell-tale sign striking at the heart of guilt is that the prisons become overflowing; another, leviathan national debt robbing future generations.

The reason for this is that the population through its legislation begin to make living as a natural man harder and harder confusing the morality taught in religion with the morality taught by nature. Some might say its been the tradition of religions to drift away from the Laws of Nature God has taught throughout the generations of man. Still, they continually choke off the population in the desire for power like corking off the top of the bottle and violently shaking up the mix which eventually explodes in ways that are unnatural and fly out of the normal means of channeling. The prohibition years proved a perfect example of that. America repealed the 18th Amendment that imposed a dry state suffered the consequences and with the 21st Amendment authorizing a wet one repealing the dry state of affairs. We seemed to learn that lesson.

The one we are facing now manifest itself also in a clogging of the Court Systems with nearly everything we would expect from an ineligible unqualified corruption of the 'natural born Citizen' clause in the Office of the President. We are 'told' that 'natural law' has now become extinct in the Law Schools of America and has been replaced by the study of 'man-made' laws. From what we already know the laws of man opposed to the laws of nature usually cause the population a good deal of problems.

The concern of Birthers goes far beyond the 'person' of Barack Obama whose supporters tragically attribute the opposition of as an unqualified, ineligible person in the Office, towards the physical characteristics of his person. The single definition missing from the quantified man-made 'naturalization' laws we find in aliens and nationals is "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents" and it stands as a testament of organically grown. The unique establishment and harvest of America's own home grown that comes from Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

While the office of the President was particularly singled out with the natural born Citizen requirement, the "Citizen" requirement was indeed an open door and welcome mat for those who were first generation Americans. As America has only had 44 President's in its lifetime, the qualification excluding Citizens with a foreign parent or birth place from the Office of the President can hardly be called 'mass discrimination' as if America had no right at all to explicitly require for its President the singleness of heart found in 'natural born Citizen' for and in the protection of our own Liberty.

Indeed, those attempting to drum up other arguments can be shown to necessarily be in the dark works of confining America, her liberty, freedom, and unique Sovereignty in the World. Those who say that Sovereignty is not under constant attack or that America has no need since the end of our Inaugural Revolutionary Ball for concern of elimination are about as blinded in the fog of relative accounts of history as well the evil designs of power hungry men as can be punctuated.

For those wishing and hoping for a more 'natural state' of affairs America in a great historical sense has been a land of just that opportunity. People came from all over drawn in their hearts for a better way of living. A life style of permission they felt deep within their souls. Such beauty was heralding the ability to live as God built them and was/is seen as a Gift from God as pure as nature could have intended.

So why are so many politicians including Presidents opposed to the Laws of Nature? Maybe one of the biggest reasons is that most have come from the worship of the laws of man in their workshops. They saw how their own words could be translated into power over a population from the Districts of Congress, the States of the Senate to the Governorship and for the most part the Laws of Nature in the Office of the President have been historically protected and demanded by America.

The only way in fact to subvert has been by the sly cunning and craftiness of those willing to fabricate, forge, and de-fraud the population for their own gain. This has by its own nature of corruption perpetuated a great dis-trust among the Citizens of the United States of America and a turn is now not only manifesting itself in the populations diet of food, but is beginning to dawn in the political arena of America! Indeed the very laws of nature may be testifying to us as it gets our attention in more ways than one.

If the Laws of Nature are at least worthy of equal consideration in the context of man-made laws and we see the deportation of The Laws of Nature as foreign in our Law Schools, wouldn't we expect those in the Battle to indeed gain our attention? Far from judgement is the argument that is made. This is the time where the jury is listening and that jury now is the United States of America's People. We The People have been charged in forming a more perfect union with the laws of nature that would harmonize and be a construction of peace and good will towards man.

The confusion of darting and dashing from side to side has become the stage for all of us. Do the laws of nature testify that some are born gay and to respect nature our laws in deed must defend that nature by adapting? That consideration is being articulated in the U.S. Supreme Court as we speak. The U.S. Supreme Court also has ObamaCare, ObamaAmnesty, and ObamaForiegn Policy in its cross-hairs yet at the root of all of them is Judy v. Obama 14-9396 is Obama even qualified and eligible to be in the Office of the President wielding the sword as a pen in the Executive Branch of Government and gutting the Constitution's principles as a walking talking violation of the Office.

How can America even look at anything else or not SEE that an ineligible person in the Office of the President is bound to corruption, and in that the corruption of principles, and contempt of the very laws of nature that has kept us pretty well increasing our place in the world as a leader among the Nations? Was it all just a fluke? A happenstance of incredible place in the Universe that can be attributed to the roll of the dice?

We must all ask ourselves these poignant questions and answer them in the quite places of our heart. Indeed, if America had known Obama's social security card, draft card, and long form birth certificate were problematic fabrications and forgeries used to obfuscate an identity that would soil the Office of the President in an unbearable way how could defenders of Obama possible state Obama would have been elected or even state that he was elected? Indeed can it not be reasonable said, that with the considerations of the lie that is Obama- the lie that was elected, the lie which America is suffering now and indeed will continue to suffer in our problematic future,with fullest of confidence which the Laws of Nature provide, and will be protesting getting more and more of our attention as is historically been precedent, that until this be addressed we are bound for an historical hell with Nature unremitting upon even the innocent of our population? Tis with that consideration, I have taken my case to the highest Court available.

These and many more are reasons why I am TAKING a STAND, and representing what I do in my platform and my legal action. Indeed, the unconventional may be just what America is looking for in the coming 2016 election as she yearns for truth more than the lie presented by 'conventional' politicians in typical suits, and typical haircuts, as fake details of their lie rather then the resolve of their character of heart.
