Road the Birther Horse to the White House, but then Horse Traded?

You either had to be a Birther or Donald J. Trump to understand the tsunami Anti-Birther Wave of political insult hurled your way in the Election of 2016. The President Elect did a share of protesting Sen. Ted Cruz about his ineligibility for being foreign born and having a father who was native Cuban  but defector citizen along with his mother to Canada, at the time of his Birth insinuating America's Qualification for a 'natural born Citizen' - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents was not something Ted was standing up for as a Presidential Candidate but was something he was subverting. Donald J. Trump did not and does not have a Birther Problem as a Constitutionally Qualified American natural born Citizen : born in the the U.S. to Citizen Parents at the time of his birth.

Trump will not be taken to Court over that Principle in our Constitution- for no one doubts it a single bit - born in the United States to Citizens not owing any foreign allegiance. The position was made for the USA in the USA and by the USA representing two generations- It's takes awhile for no one to dispute your being a [natural born Citizen] but after two generations of true red-white-and blue, it happens. 

Let's face it - Obama's inherited foreign father representing a Kenyan-Citizenship was not representing any other country but Kenya, and his birth place was the subject of criminal investigation by lawful authorities because of Obama's own personal choice amounting to a three year delay on his long form birth certificate. This also is undisputed.

Obama's declaration for President was on February 10, 2007 and his long form birth certificate he released was on April 27, 2011 which represented fifty months (50) of stoking the fire and blowing on the coals of The Birther Movement. Did the fire cease? Oh no, it only increased because now the fifty months (50) of not releasing a ten dollar $10 document (which I don't think any American would have a problem turning over if it meant you could be President), was crucially the investigation of the Cold Case Posse under Sheriff authority who is responsible for keeping the peace and enforcing the law.

The Feds may have forgotten but Sheriff Joe Apaio didn't. He understood as a sheriff, an elected official of his County, he is known as the highest law enforcer of the county and the Sheriff has law enforcement powers exceeding that of any other state or federal official. Sheriff Joe was one of the first law enforcement officers to endorse Donald J. Trump and the Birther label they both wore equally if you recall Trump standing up on The View and saying I think he should show his birth certificate.

I remember feeling like that when the U.S. Supreme Court almost unbelievably denied my Motion for Forma Pauperis waiving the printing cost ($4,500.00) and (Filing Fee $350) the lower Federal District and 10th Circuit Panel Courts had granted in the same year. Federal Courts ask for a prior year of information, so it makes absolutely no sense to have a granted Federal Forma Pauperis Motion denied in the same year by a Federal Court (which the U.S. Supreme Court is) with a Presidential Candidate who has standing.

Trust me, its no fun showing up for a job that you liked the last day of the job, but it's really no fun running as a Presidential Candidate and having the party your running in treating you like the U.S. Constitution is the last thing that is important about whose going to be their Candidate when that has a lot to do with the job in the first place.                                                                                                                                                   With the standing  you receive as a Candidate for President, comes the responsibility also to those who do not have standing, mainly those who will be your constituents- The Voters. You kind of get those same looks from people who are populist for their Candidate who is running but ineligible. Well, yes, he's black and beautiful but he's illegal as the devil in heaven in that office folks.                                                                                                                                                             Now you may be right but we all know what they did to Jesus Christ and he was right also. Sometimes being right is not what makes you friends or makes you a populist Candidate like Barack Obama. In fact, often a Presidential Candidate is viewed as valuable by his deferred prosecution stand rather than his prosecutorial adherence to law. Well that may be the reason Donald Trump chose not to file legal papers on Sen. Ted Cruz, but the tit-for-tat on the national debate stage was cemented in millions of peoples minds far more than my two cases in the U.S. Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and 14-9396.

However, I thought it was telling and also the greatest insult to the Democratic Party's Progressive Stand in defense of the poor, to stand by and witness the stain produced by Justices of the United States Supreme Court denying justice based solely upon the disadvantage of economic disparity defiling Justice for All.  

Trust the Media? You got to be kidding me? Can you imagine the court jesters laughing as witnesses to that most nefarious cruelty? Well, as you can see their faces now, as their party is over, what they have done may be coming back to them?

There are many farewells happening as Obama poses for a few last pictures at his final and last news conference.   He said ,"At my core, I think we are going to be OK." "We just have to fight for it, work for it, and not take it for granted."

ObamaConspiracyTheories.org  a dedicated anti-birthers site of which I have been a bur-under-the-blanket labeled as a Bad in the catalog of the Good the Bad and the Ugly is also saying Farewell.  In fact they pronounced Trump a former birther when he in September 16, 2016 announced Obama was born in the United States. The media frenzy over that seemed as jubilant as Trump was about getting the long form fabrication out of Obama April 27th, 2011. Now, Trump like regurgitating Obama in 2011, says "We've got better things to do."

With what Obama did- 10 Trillion of more debt, over 50,000 bombs dropped the last two years, and a melee of legislation recorded as the worst in modern history, God help us if at his heart he thinks we are going to be OK. What a revelation to the [framed story] by the Media and the scholastic report card?

Indeed Democrats have not found a friend in Obama on whose heels the party lost over 1,000 seats and in whose legislative pinnacle Obamacare currently finding its way into the grinder of repeal and replace, was the biggest broken glass promise America has every had to melt and drink. 

Still Obama has not lost any of his 'cool', but America sure has with an unconstitutional president. Am I happy about Trump being a [natural born Citizen]? Why oh yes I am. I feel no greater pleasure than admitting Trump more than likely won't have a single law suit saying he's not a [natural born Citizen] make it to the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Am I happy about the U.S. Supreme Court Justices being silent on the case that represented a Presidential Candidate v. Presidential Candidate  on the Constitutional Term [natural born Citizen] whose silence elected Trump? 

I can't say 'Yes' to that any more than any Democrat can say they are happy about the Russians influencing the Presidential Race (if it was significant or if Podesta and DNC Emails had just been about flowers), or Recounts not coming out in favor of Hillary Clinton. It goes without saying as my  comment at Obamaconspiracy.org reflected :

We can indeed suppose as Hillary Clinton also reflected in National Debate beginning at 2m45sec Trump started his political activity based on the Birther Movement we can see the barbs did not have affect. IF the U.S. Supreme Court had not been silent on 14-9396 denying it unjustly due to poor circumstances amounting to less than $5,000 dollars in the bank, Donald Trump may not have become President. How do the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court feel about making Donald J. Trump President?

Trump is about to get an education on Establishment Republican Construction and Democratic Party Delay by way of Regulation, but it will cost him a second term Presidency for lying to the People.

Trump has prided himself in the private sector as a Builder.  Building SKYSCRAPERS under budget and ahead of schedule seems to have been kind of a Trump Trademark and went hand-in-hand with the confidence Americans saw in electing him. But that Trademark is about to hit a Huge Wall called his own Republican Senate and House.

It's a wreck I called awhile back now believe it or not. In the fast age of intelligence people have come to expect more instantly.

In 2008 when Obama was the freshman senator entering the White House he had the benefit of Democrats or same party super majorities in the House and Senate. Obamacare was literally shoved down the Public she throat with that power Dems felt was a Mandate. Obamacare was passed or built in less than two years.

Democrats didn't play it safe and say " We might get to it in 3 years" , the way R-KY Sen. Mitch McConnell and a bunch of majority Republicans from the House and Senate just did.

Of course I was waiting to hear that story, but didn't think we'd hear it before President Elect Trump was sworn in.

I know first hand about the Judicial Branch's slight upon Justice with Obama's Ineligibility.

How they protected Obama in a massive cover up that had tennicles that aloud his Defacto Presidency against the sound, historical, and legal precedent of the U.S. Constitution. I was disparaged by both Republican and Democratic Establishment but it was not for being wrong on the definition of [natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, it was for not going along.

Americans saw a hope in President Elect Donald J. Trump as a rich guy who built things. They felt he knew how to get things done.

But as the following letter reveals time stamped during the Campaign before Trump's VP Pick ,  Trump may have intentionally blown what would amount to the biggest Campaign Fraud upon the American Budget affecting Incomes in every household. That was the ability to Legally Repeal Obamacare without a Super Majority of Republicans.

As the following correspondence with the Trump Campaign and my Campaign reveals Trump probably made himself a one-Termer with his choice for VP, because in that single choice he lost the highground to Repealing Obamacare with the stroke of an Executive Order declaring Obama Ineligible for the Office of President.

Sure he can certainly write the Order now as he would but there is no doubt it would immediately go to Court with a hundred Democrat Lawyers.

If Trump says now Obamacare was never signed by a Constitutionally Qualified President's, the Judges would say " You're telling us this now. Where's your Record of protest and defense of those Qualifications? " Trump's only record would be " things he said against Obama and Cruz.

The Court would say, well so you believed it kind of sort of, but not enough to bring it to Court for Official Record? That doesn't sound like you believed it very much. Your certainly not hampered by not having enough money for good lawyers, Court costs, and Printing fees like that Candidate for President Cody Robert Judy (CRJ) was.

In fact, we have a Record he was asking for your support and assistance financially as far back as 2011, but you didn't give him a dime. That doesn't sound like you believed it very much way back then.

Because the Qualifications of President and Vice President are the same, Trump in choosing CRJ could have claim on CRJ's Record. The fact CRJ didn't win in Court is not a sticking point when your in Court determining whether Obama was Constitutionally Qualified.

If a PresidentTrump was a Defendant in Court it places the burden of proof on the Plaintiff. in other words, those 100 Democratic Lawyers would have to have every Record of Obama's in there proving his eligibility beyond any reasonable doubt simply because Trump wields Executive power .

Not to mention Trump would have a very powerful Ace in the United States Attorney General. Now, Trump still has that A.G. Card, but the Court could give him grief over his lack of defense when he had responsibility as a Candidate for President with Standing and didn't make a whimper in Court.

President Elect Trump as said "LEGAL" how many times during his Campaign? He's said "Law and Order" how many times during his Campaign?

Trump is essentially set up to take a very big fall and he won't have Republican Elected Leaders sticking with him through the fog of political war. Republican Leaders in the House and Senate have already made very clear how weak their loyalty is to him if it only takes a recorded conversation off tge cuff ten years back for them to abandon ship.

Trump's smart when it comes to leverage and getting things built, but Obama's 8 years and avoiding accountibility to the Constitution was no easy run. Every conceivable trick in the book has been used.

For my own part, no its not easy to lower my Presidential Candidate flag in submission to Trump's Campaign when I wrote the letters to his Camp. But my thought was in a long term recovery and indeed making America greater. Hopefully Republicans and Democrats can work together with the interest of our Constitution in mind.

With Obamacare Premiums kicking in 2016 the hurtlocker for families and small businesses begins with Obamacare. I agree, sometimes it's dividing and divisive to spend the time and energy fighting an opponent after a Campaign is over.

The problem is without wiping Obamacare off the map by convincing America and the Court's he was not eligible in the first place , you've bound yourself and your own progress to the Crooked road that Obama created in two years.

Blaming your opponent won't last 3 years for Trump, the way blaming Bush for 7 years did for Obama. Can you really imagine Trump taking 3 years to knock a building down let alone failing to build its replacement for 3 of his 4 year term?

This was a proposal I sent Carson and Trump. I believe a lot of people will try and use the "21 Million People" will lose their insurance fear mongering tactic on any change.

But the bottom line is it was never a right and the mandate made socialized nightmares happen that we also feared.. high prices .. long lines.

The KEY to remember is what happened in 2 Years with Obamacare?

If Republicans think they can tax the Holy Ganoly out of Americans with a Healthcare Jack , they will lose seats in 2018 and 2020 will be Trump's end of POTUS.

Socialization of Medicine wad not the Mandate this Election. Anyway, Trump's got to implement a Replacement but first a Total Repeal or he will get dragged into Court on every little hiccup of Obamacare that's he wants to Repeal.

Yes a new PLAN might keep some things, but it won't be part of the Old One with legal hurdles to jump in order to implement.

The anticipation of the first Fox News Republican Debate is rising, but the rise is offset by the lowered expectations for the Candidates. Politico's theme demonstrates with headlines what I'm talking about - Fox Lowers Threshold for Early Debate. Many may not be exposed to the lowered expectations I'm speaking about, because they're way to familiar with the dramatic comedy twist of SNL skits placed on 'lowered expectations'. ie.,See the short clip for understanding.

No, its not that kind of 'lowered expectations', its much much worse. To expose that we turn to a Fox News Commentator who to retain his/her free speech, I mean his/her/ job, asked for complete anonymity.

"Although we are relaxing one component of our entry criteria- the requirement that candidates must score 1% or higher in an average of five most recent national polls- all other components of the criteria remain in effect for the 5PM/ET debate. Participants must meet all U.S. Constitutional requirements ( "you see our No. 1 requirement", our insider said again asking for complete and total anonymity, "right there is SO messed up because if that were true, U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz and U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio and Gov. Bobby Jindal would be disqualified because they are not natural born Citizens ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents . Sobbing the insider weakly confessed his emotional, or her emotional, outburst as a defense for Carly Fiorina. "If it wasn't for those illegal men my girl would be on at 9PM!"  )

We agree and patted his/her shoulder assuring we would not divulge the insider's name at Politico. It is certainly a sad day for Republican and Democrat Women everywhere seeking an interest in Presidential Politics. We asked our insider why he/she thought that Carly or Hillary for that matter didn't charge these men with being Constitutionally illegal for the Office of the President? "Probably because they are women", he/she said, "and they just don't feel comfortable in the good ole boys club enough to do it."

"Of course...of course", we lamented with him/her. "That is the reason if Hillary Clinton owned a men's razor factory and had gathered 50 male models together, let's say in the U.S. Senate Chambers for a commercial, she would not be interested in their opinion of how the razor works on their beards in their shaving patterns."

Bursting into a big smile and wiping away his/her tears our anonymity political insider at politico just delightfully called out, "You.... You... YOU get it! You are so wise." It was then that in a rush we felt a bond and a need for a group hug. I thought that would be fine. Our insider just happened to grab my left cheek and squeezed it gently and rolled his/her eyes at me and it was then that I realized this could be a set-up to enrage my.. well, lets just say I pulled away and extended my hand in a friendly handshake.

It is true, that Fox News has lowered the expectations of the Republican Candidates but the worst part of that lowered expectations is the insult to the qualifications of the President that Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal present and the least bothersome is the Polling place of the lower tiered candidates. Let's be honest and as Obama has coined "Let me be Clear", the Poll has replaced the President's Qualifications in the Constitution as the Prequalifier of the Fox Debate.

We assume the financial disclosure was a means of checking to see if the Candidates were on the 'millionaires list'? That is quite important for Republicans unless your a qualified minority who is not 'completely white'.

It's quite amusing that Fox News chose to include in their report that Jeb Bush has received the least amount of time since declaring their Candidacy June 15, but delayed longer because his millionaire donor list was longer then any of the others. After you declare officially you can't count on as much cash from them as you can in the exploratory stage. Heck, he even raked in some of the Democrat Donors Cash as Hillary presumed to encourage DemocratsForBush in an panic-attack against Trump securing the bond of the Repubicrat formulated with U.S. Sen. Res. 511 of which she was a co-sponsor along with Obama.

This of course pushed through the security wall Americans counted on as a protection by selling short the qualifications for President as a 'natural born Citizen' as 'Citizen' that had failed in Congress 8 times since 2004, as a non-binding agreement between good ole boys, that then Sen. Clinton sewed herself into.

You know the greatest heartbreak for me as a man wanting to see women be able to progress to the Office of the President, if you're interested in my opinion incidentally that Hillary Clinton is not in the least bit interested in? The blade for shaving a man's whiskers needs to be a little sharper a little thicker for a good shave.

In other words, no one is sabotaging Carly Fiorina or Hillary Clinton's Campaigns. They are their own worst enemies holding themselves back. Frankly I have to tell you Carly Fiorina is one sharp Lady. I've listened to a couple of her speeches and even included her in a post April 17th , May 17th, June 5th, July 6th  here, but she learned nothing from my suggestions to stand up in order to stand out.

Can you imagine for instance if Carly Fiorina had started out her Campaign as a security for the Constitution, which of course is the President's prescribed job articulated in the Oath of the President. Can you imagine for instance where she would rank among the Republicans if she had single or evenhandedly removed Rubio, Cruz, and Jindal by simply using her pulpit to declare they were not Qualified under the Constitution. She didn't even have to do it in Court. She could have just said you know, "That is what the job requires that I'm running for and that's what the majority of Americans deserve." How often do you have the chance as a women to actually dismiss three men from a job they are not qualified for in front of all of America?

That's what Principle over Party means! For Democrats the same opportunity has been given to Hillary Clinton with Barack Obama but she has failed badly, miserably and terribly to barrow the connection of adverbs to verbs hailed by Trump. The worst part is she has 50 Million already in the Campaign war chest but most of that came before Democrats had a dose of her Record becoming public.

Has it really been the stand for the Constitution that has aged among Republican and Democratic Party Candidates for President or do they just not really think the Constitution of the Untied States is pretty cool? I actually do- but Hillary and Obama and all the Rest of the Republican Candidates involved in the last Presidential Election if you recall were not leaders in defending the rights of all Citizens to even marry by the promise of the 14th Amendment which states:
 "..No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of Citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law: nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protections of the laws. of equality and happiness.

Ronald Reagan is remembered for a lot of things, but one thing stressed by those 'establishment Republcrats' is that of remembering the 11th Commandment noted in the Holy Wikipedia, '" Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican". I really believe former President Ronald Reagan, who I just loved, admired, and have read a couple of biographies of, would have stopped short of not reprimanding fellow colleagues as Candidates for President who were not Qualified under the Constitution of the United States. even his gentle 'opinion'. I can almost hear him say, " You know, there you go again, but you are not a qualified natural born Citizen' and that is what you need to be for the Office of the President. "

Leaders are more often 'Right' before being 'right' is popular. Its the nature of being a leader, being a pioneer, or even what some liberals describe as 'progressive'. Are Republicans celebrating Abraham Lincoln as 'progressive' in his stand against slavery in the interest and preservation of the Union securing the freedom of slaves in the 13th Amendment or has 'progressive' now days become a bad word to them?

Indeed, I am not acknowledged in defending these rights long before Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama were converted publicly. I was more interested in actually doing the job as President in preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States of America than I was interested in the position of President. If that meant losing a race I was in it didn't matter because the principle for every Citizen is something that I just felt was very important to be protected.

The weakness of Democrats I believe in their support for Hillary Clinton, which there is no doubt of, for she is leading in the Democratic Party Arena Polls like Trump is leading in the Republican Arena Polls, I see as expressing more of a 'fear' of being challenged then in finding out who actually is the best Candidate representing the ideals of the Party.

Now does the Democratic Party endorse crime and illegal activity? Of course not. Pushed on that issue even the acclaimed far left social leaning D- Candidate Bernie Sanders said he apposes 'open borders', and listed the idea as one promoted by the Republicans go-to-the-bank-guys Koch Brothers.

Maybe its time the Republicans faced their worst fears of the 'label' being considered 'anti-minority' based on 'illegal immigration', and Democrats stopped being afraid of the Truth that without the Constitution, which also requires a 'natural born Citizen', the 14th Amendment does not exist either confirming voting rights described in the 15th Amendment that include race, color, and previous conditions of servitude?

As a Democratic Party Candidate I challenge every Candidate for President in the question; "Why can't we raise the standards of accountability towards America instead of lowering expectations?" Lowering expectations simply for the position of President only serves to insure a deterioration of America all for the job of President. Its' just not worth it.

For all those comments that have 'jacked' the Birther Movement, which is really the Constitution's demand for a good reason, and don't tell me any of you haven't benefited enormously from The Constitution as well as realizing it’s the only doc that binds 50 States together without which we'd be looking like the Europe or Africa right now, your arguments smack of ignorance. Obama's Eligibility has never hit a Judicial Court yet on the merits, those 100 or so you all say we lost, was due in part because Obama got the jump in 2008 and no one knew he would be the nominee until late. 2012 is a little different; we head him off at the pass objecting to his being on any State Ballot.

The worst thing about the degradation of Birthers is thinking that somehow Obama has the right to use a fraudulent social security number that makes a failure in our own E-Verify System, and backs that up with that long form fabrication. I mean who are you all defending and if you’re defending them why don't you let out all of the guys in prison and protest them being in the joint that have stolen identities and defrauded people like your Grandmother!

And don’t pull that easy ‘racist’ card out like you haven’t done a days’ work in your life. I’m a plaintiff in the Georgia Case. The administrative hearing in Georgia was the very FIRST trial ever that evidence was documented on the merits of Obama’s identity fraud and dual citizenship that prohibits his White house occupancy. Now that was not really a Judicial Court but was an Administrative Court.
That action however was a necessary hurdle that we never had the opportunity to clear in 2008. You all tell me someone who jumps the gun in a race and heads off 50 yards down the track is going to win. Oh yeah, he might win the 100 yard dash, but we are gonna catch him in the 440.

Gosh, do all these Anti-Birthers have some grudge against keeping America’s elections free of corruption? Obama is not a natural born citizen and neither was McCain who lied to everyone and said he was born in some military hospital in Panama. He was born on foreign soil in a foreign hospital and it took an Act of Congress to make him a Citizen and another Act of Congress to make him a Natural Born Citizen. That’s the process we call ‘naturalization’ and it has nothing to do with the laws of nature. Yes it affects both parties and guess who promoted McCain’s Eligibility? That’s right Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama.

Now would you please tell me why, with that ounce of brain you have left that has a conscience?

And before you all pounce on me as some racist, please bear in mind that I was the only Presidential Candidate that sued McCain first… and then Obama in 2008. It is a Constitutional issue, not a racist one. So get over it and educate yourselves on the facts that we don’t want foreign allegiance in the highest office of the United States! Reason why? It’s much easier to use our nukes against our own people in a black mail game against the whole Congress, and drain the treasury. Does that sound like a National Security problem to you? Yes and it’s a BIG ONE.

Obama’s spent more now in our treasury than all President’s combined from George Washington to H.W. Bush. What? Do you all want to see the first part of that conspiracy theory come true before you’ll believe? I mean nearly 5 Trillion dollars is a heck of a big down payment on believing. Don’t tell me you wanna see a mushroom cloud in New York City. That is not cool, and neither are these attacks on Patriots who are defending the same Constitution that all of our servicemen have died for. Don’t make their sacrifice moot in the argument to conceal corruption Nixon wouldn’t have thought of doing.
