In my dream they asked me what I wanted. I wanted to be heard in SCOTUS 14-9396 which was dismissed unjustly on a Forma Pauperis Motion that was Denied. It cost about $4,500.00 printing 40 Booklets  plus $300 for Filing Fees unless it's waived. I did not have the money.

Even with a waiver 11 copies + 3 cost about $100.00 which I covered.

I fear rather seriously now Republicans are in charge and control that the [ natural born Citizen] requirement is lost forever as the confirmation of Nature and Nature's God -Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

Dems may have rallied against the Qualification of [natural born Citizen](NBC) for Obama, but Republicans will never let us forget it, or repeal the Corruption or mired qualification with Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, John McCain and others in the way with a much deeper bench of ineligible Presidential Candidates.

The Executive Office of the President has been breached and without Judy v. Obama 14-9396 being heard , the highest office of the Land has been usurped by foreign inherited citizenship by soil and parent.

I think Trump, as he did in the Primaries, will not push legally for Order against the Bully of the Office. He will say it's over. Perhaps he will say it's settled.  Our Republic then will forever be without the Law. Democrats have Lost forever.

They Democrats were used and abused and then  while in Office failed our Civil Rights with corruption and a unconstitutional immorality that a illegal Usurper in the Office of President represented.

Democrats should be weeping and howling. Twas the folly of our Elected Leaders, their lack of courage or cowardice for Civil Rights which has destroyed our Republic. The only sane thing between individual Civil Rights we find in a Constitution Republic v. Might-Is Right Democracies.

Carnage now will replace Civil Argument. Rape and Murder shall replace Restoration and Marriage. All Hell shall be literally lit up for the Breach the U.S. Supreme Court failed.

Of course you will say, Cody, you talk in extremes and no such thing is connected to the breach of the Office of President and I will say as President John Adams said, " Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

Moral and Religious People? If you think that means going to Church please show me the importance of that mentioned in the 10 Commandments. Surely, if going to Church made moral and religious people we will find in the Big 10 "Thou Shalt not fail to go to Church"?

You know what? It's just not there.  Shall we visit ALL the Churches and ask ALL the People in them how many gave a Donation to Cody Robert Judy, who is and was the ONLY Candidate for President with a case against Republicans and Democrats Taking A Stand for the [ natural born Citizen ] Principle Post of the Executive Branch of our Government?

Why do you suppose Cody had no money if the Morality and Religious Qualities were in and with the People found in Church?

Did I not raise my voice enough? Was I silent? Did my FB Page , my Twitter Page, my Blog, my Web site, my Federal Court Record, my Press Releases to over 300 outlets usually bi-weekly Fail?

Well, yes.. I am crushed! Tears are flowing down my face now😓  But it is not because any of those things failed. It is because all of those failed to make a difference.

There was only one consolation in my dream last night with Hillary Clinton. She, and another very bright Lawyer were also in a Federal Prison with me. That is the best place to be for me to talk some sense into them.

If I were going to make Defenders of the U.S. Constitution out of mishmash where would I do it?

The answer seems simple to me as I know where the Lord did it to me. It's sad to say but I didn't really care about the U.S. Constitution until all my Rights were violated, I was in Prison, and suffering like I'd never suffered before.

Did the Lord let up on me and make it easy? Well only if you figure 3018 Days was a piece of cake.

Who does Hillary Clinton and a Lawyer in Prison represent if it is not The People who are immoral and hypocriticaly religious?

How can you distinguish yourself unlike that unless you gave $1 to Cody Robert Judy? Who of you could not give $1? Who of you could give or could have given more?

Who thinks it's about the $1 verses say those who think it's about establishing and keeping good and moral faith?

You will be your Judge but God knows the Circumstances are beyond your control. People don't generally pass on things that sting them nor can they avoid the Hell that awaits them.

I naturally hoped to be a better example to you, but in God's Hands an Example is not always what you'd call good if you're being bad. . Right?

I may celebrate MartinLutherKingJrDay in theory but it is very hard to celebrate what we now are so far away from my fellow Democrats, Republicans Americans

The reason Cody wants you to understand that the Race for the Presidency is a really tough marathon race is because of the Standards of the Race that are defined in the U.S. Constitution have been something he specifically has stood up for with the standing that is represented by competitors in the Race.

[I don't care what the Lower Courts said, the U.S. Supreme Court would not hear this Case because they knew they could not rule in Obama's personal favor. It would have just been impossible for them if I was up arguing it. 

1- There is no way you can have a people who are Citizens of the U.S. Constitution before it was ratified. That ratification created a new LEGAL JURISDICTION of LAW with which to be born under: 

2- That's the REASON that ART. II., Section 1, C-5 included two different Qualifications for President in Time:       a- [CITIZEN] at the Time of the Adoption of this Constitution       b. [NATURAL BORN CITIZEN] for those thereafter ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents 

3- Congress cannot make [natural born Citizens] with [naturalization (or in other words Adoption Law)]. The two terms are polar opposites as clearly as Adoption is from a literal Blood Birth] Congress has [naturalization powers] 

4- It is well said that the Constitution does not in fact say what a [natural born Citizen] is because there is no doubt that [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] clearly negates any Act or Determination by Adoption. There is  no Judge in the United States who is going to say that anyone who is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is not a [natural born Citizen]. Get that? Zero! 

5- Clearly the Qualification for Representatives and Senators is [Citizen] and not [natural born Citizen]  It's a Constitutional Right that America can propagate her own [natural born Citizens] and a violation of our Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution to adhere otherwise.

6- The 14th Amendment when ever it was used in argument was and always has been a [naturalization] argument not a [natural born Citizen] argument. (for those who argue Wong Kim Ark changed anything) 

7- Minor v. Happersett clear states there was never a doubt that those born of the Country to it's Citizens are themselves the [natural born Citizens] and to the others there have been doubts. That's U.S. Supreme Court precedent. 

8- Congress men and women 8 times since 2003 tried to change the definition but those attempts failed in Congressional Votes. Ask yourself why? Why attempt to change anything on the [natural born Citizen] requirement for President if it always meant [Citizen] as the requirement for Representatives and Senators has been? And why was [Citizen] actually mentioned in the Constitution for those who were present at the time of the Adoption if they could have been [natural born Citizens] in the first place?]

Check Mate is still a question as long as the U.S. Supreme Court has Action Available. That action could be sustained as a Court Error or Clerical Error very easily.

Shooters purchased weapons legally, so Hillary Clinton's assertion of the "wrong people" getting weapons of war does not make sense without dis-arming all "SUSPECTED Radical Islamist" in America making it a Felony to possess firearms or explosives for All known Muslims.

The threat has reached a Tipping Point where the lines between [Radical Islam] and [Islam], preaching all Gays should be killed, preaching an intolerance against religious plurality, and subjugation of women, is so blurred, and out of assimilation of American Tradition, a Public Danger has been Transmitted that must be dealt with Politically.

In order to maintain the Religion of Islams free speech, Islam of course [wants to maintain] here in the USA , the suspension of all those member adherents of the religion of Islam as a Group shall have their second Amendment Right considered a privilege revoked, until such time as Congress should see fit to Establish a Test of Good Faith in restoring the Constitutional Privilege, accept by those in Military Duty, whom the Military can under their military Order appropriate privilege on an individual basis. Service in the Military should not be prohibited, or those Muslims in active duty suspended.

Until the Radical Element is purged from within America by Islam Clerics, who will have to Take A Stand and preach the Holy Hell out of Radical Islam, just like gang member affiliations, and known felonies also suffering [weapons restrictions], the radical elements of the Islamic Faith, [convicting] tolerance among ISLAM's MUSLIMS ,must suffer a penalty conviction in a sign of strength rather than weakness.

Advocating penalties of death understood in the physical attribution ,correlated with the action in our modern era, from a religious pulpit; for sexual preference identity , an intolerance for Religious Plurality with penalties associated of any physical cruelty advocated, as well the subjugation of women or minorities based in race or color has worn out the privilege of the Second Amendment in America.

Let them preach what they may, but let the 2nd Amendment not be seen as necessarily guaranteed.

The U.S. Constitution and it's Amendments are earned with good behavior, and that Trust is granted to All Americans. However, like it is granted, it's elements can also be revoked by bad behavior.

To preserve the safety and tranquility of the population with consideration of the multiple violations of the Trust, a purge of Domestic Radical Islam must be authorized by Congress and signed by a qualified Commander-In-Chief.

With the two deadliest attacks in America happening with the known theocratic Geographical Islamic States, an Official Declaration of War must be called for With Domestic and Foreign Ramifications by Congress, and with harmony the interest of the United States must be made clear.

In the interest of Domestic National Security and Obama's lawless disregard for Border Security, Obama must be called Constitutionally Ineligible as he is not "Born in the U.S to Citizen Parents" with a Congressional Act. He is not a [ natural born Citizen]. He is a violation of the Office of President.

As the ONLY Candidate for PRESIDENT with bi-partisan Standing Recorded on Official Federal Court Record, objecting to Obama's Qualification, I am the only person legally, with the right to the Office made so by Record, also subject to the U.S. Senate's approval, deposed to call for the ACT of Congress. All other Candidates in '08 and '12 have forfeited that right with failure to prosecute and uphold the U.S. Constitution.

I call for the U.S. Senate to OPEN HEARINGS to substantiate these Claims, and hear them in Open Trial in regard to the Facts and place Barack Obama burdened with a Defense with all powers of Trial, Evidence, and Witnesses as the Defendant.

The Day of using the element of America's free speech in the FIRST Amendment to preach taking up arms in violence against minorities, LGBT, plural Religions acceptance, and subjugation of woman, expecting the 2nd Amendment won't be revoked, should end for those so profiled by bad behavior.

Obama's rhetoric against ALL Americans guns, with a suspended or restricted 2nd Amendment in mind against guns, is grandiose, and out of balance with the Red Flags of both 911 tragedies, and the two worst mass shootings in U.S. History in conjunction with the MODERN ISIS Element our Military is currently engaged at War with in the Threat to our National Safety and Security.

We must maintain the Right to Revoke the 2nd Amendment against [Groups] so indulged and even associated with known terrorist or our Peace and Tranquility Rights are unequally threatened. Equality demands Protections equal to the choices made by individuals set to the Standard of our Laws.

If Islam is a Religion of Peace and not war, let their associated Members embrace this recommended temporary 5 year 2nd Amendment Domestic Suspension, as an opportunity to arrest and relieve the Public fear with a wise understanding, demanded by the Terroristic Events calling for this, as a necessity for the Public Peace in the first place.

Mass Punishment is never an easy answer, however it has been used as a barometer for behavior for Groups or particular Religions before with elements uncondusive to American Interest at particular times. For instance: as in the Unions demand upon The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Edmonds Tucker Act prohibiting polygamy, seen as a Religious Tenant of Marriage by that particular Religion, as a prerequisite for Utah's Statehood, still maintained by the U.S. Supreme Court.

The #LGBT Community has forever been scared by the horrific shocking terrorist attack in Orlando, FL. This is going to require a healing period of Time, and there should be no objection to the balanced proportional restrictions I am recommending to Congress especially given the boasting claims and responsibility of allegiances noticed and correlated with ISIS and these horrific memories we all have been dealt a savage blinding-of-an-eye with.

Is OBAMA'S IMPALING HIMSELF WITH EXECUTIVE PEN? This is the question surrounding a Saturday Night Letter fired off on behalf of the Obama Administration to Congress last night. The White House insists Congress will play a role, but that the coequal branch of government should only act how and when it's told to act.", when it comes to Iran. Do you think Obama should not be throwing stink bombs or firing Saturday night specials at Congress w Executive Amnesty?

Why not work with Congress in drafting a resolution that in the end might be successful with Congress before drafting with the Islamic Republic of Iran? Perhaps Obama prefers working with terrorist more than his own Countrymen? Or perhaps foreigners are his countrymen over Citizens of the U.S? He does have a fabricated long form Birth Certificate and draft registration that have been apprehended by local law enforcement including every Sheriff in America that you can also get here. Have we heard that before?

In the three page letter first seen at The Huff (& Puff and I'll blow your house down) Post the White House Issued Saturday Night a Warning to the U.S. Senate about Iran. Its important to realize Obama's skewed version that really doesn't view Congress as elected by the People.

Tensions between Congress and Obama have grown after Obama's foreign diplomacy was anchored last week by Congress's invitation for Israel P.M. Benjamin Netanyahu to speak on the threat's Israel was facing with ISIS and Iran. The speech was roundly and warmly received by everyone really but Obama and a small contingent of Democratic Party Elected Officials who boycotted the speech.


Investigations are now underway as reported by WND in the U.S. Senate regarding Obama's infiltration into Israel's elections through a $350,000 dollar grant and Obama's own key elected managers given to the State Department jump-boarding in Israel's Election. “Funding” to OneVoice Movement, which is a partner in a get-out-the-vote drive with a newly-formed Israeli political action group calling itself V15 that list the U.S. State Department under Obama as a partner.

'V15, short for Victory 2015, attracted U.S. media attention after it hired 270 Strategies, a consulting firm whose senior leadership is comprised mostly of former top staffers for President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign.'

Obama's Veto pen has largely been taken out due to the recent election of 2014 where the American People trounced and doused the Democratic Party by voting a new majority into the U.S. Senate and further increasing the majority in the U.S. Congress. Recent Obama impalements include vetoing the KeyStone Piple Line Bill which the U.S. Senate failed to override March 4th,2015.

Gasoline was poured on the Congress by Obama's Executive Amnesty Veto threat, in the in-vitro-fit of Obama telling a U.S. Federal Court Judge he had no power to stop him.

Sheriff Arpaio argues the president’s amnesty will lead to more illegal immigrants in the future, which means his department will have to deal with more crime and a higher workload. The favor Obama has enjoyed is definitely changing as Town Hall reported March 4th, 2015: "A solid 55 percent of registered voters oppose President Obama's most recent executive actions on immigration.'

Recently the U.S. Senate caved to a Crominbus spending bill that hinged on a defunding of Homeland Security. When it came down to it the spending bill the U.S. Senate surrendered to Obama, and many of the U.S. Senators didn't care for that much. This led to even Sen. McCain supporting and defending his joining the 46 Senators who signed the letter organized by Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark. to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

I'm actually really happy Sen. McCain and I could agree on something as I was tasked by conscience to suing him in 2008 because he had a native born citizenship to Panama which in my opinion precluded his run for U.S. President in 2008. See Judy. v. McCain. McCain said as reported by AZ Central, "I signed that letter, and I believe that it is a direct result of the president's statement that he would veto any role that the United States Congress should play in the ratification or non-ratification of a pending agreement. And that is what triggered the letter from Senator Cotton, and that's why I stand by it."

THE SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL

The letter fired off Saturday Night Style by White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough for Obama while admitting Congress was a coequal Branch of the Government basically told them they didn't come first which gives us a little insight into Obama's mind when it comes to equality. Its all good as long as he comes first.

After reading the letter, I thought Obama's strategy for Iran was very evident. He wishes to make a deal then politically hammer it home in the public and make Congress look silly if they reject it. This is how Obama has worked for a long time, but it may be one of the first times that Obama is in fact acting on the defense side of an action of Congress simply informing the Islamic Republic of Iran that they need to be mindful that Obama is not King indefinite and his lame duck last two years is really that of an incapacitated carnival barker that literally any rogue terrorist organization can summon for a nickle, including their rival gang for power ISIS. Armed by Obama's with draw without bringing our weapons home and assisted by Obama's training camps, the Iraq Dirty Brigades armed and trained under Obama now committing mayhem upon civilians and being investigated for war-crimes.

Indeed, Obama seems bent on arming ISIS, Iraq, and Iran with automatic weapons ( look at the pictures!) while at the same time he is disarming Americans. If you take a look at the weapons Obama chose to leave in Iraq you'd see Democrats profusely confused and scratching their heads about Eric Holder calling for Ferguson police to be dis-armed and the recent action causing a shock wave of 80,000 AR-15 rifle and ammunition enthusiast to come out of the woodwork against proposals that would have set a precedent for all rifle ammo.

Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, said he is “pleased that the Obama administration has abandoned its attack on the Second Amendment.”

Indeed, Americans were told and sold, "They could keep their Doctor", and that the 10 Trillion spent on Obama's watch was a reduction in the deficit. We were also told when Obama was campaigning he would include the Congress in making decisions rather than pummel Congress by executive action and veto. You might recall Obama's also retelling the story about not knowing in advance about Benghazi and the assassination of Ambassador Stephens, Foreign Service Information Officer Sean Smith, and CIA contractors and former Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty during the terrorist raids , and blaming the youtube video on the death of our Americans? Also that his Administration would be the most 'transparent' in history. Remember "Fast and Furious was a field initiative started by the prior administration" that led to American Border Patrol agent Brian Terry's assassination and of course "not even a smidgen of corruption".

If that's not a good reason for the U.S. Senate to send a letter informing Iran of a fundamental American disagreement between equal houses of power and understanding the trust they can have with Obama is on par with American's Trust that has been shattered time and time again with his lies, I only wonder why the other U.S. Senators withheld their agreement and didn't sign the letter free hand.

I also wonder why the whole U.S. Senate doesn't open up an investigation Eligibility Trial upon Obama for his ineligibility as a non-natural born Citizen required for the Office of the President by the Constitution with the mountain of evidence that exist against him before he gets us in a whole lot more trouble with our allies then we ever bargained for with his disastrous and dangerous foreign policy sympathizing with terrorist and interfering with foreign elections.

Zuckerburg (founder of Facebook) had been funding an immigration advocacy group for technology workers, and the White House posted an announcement video on Facebook featuring Obama promoting his primetime address to the nation. Goler connected those dots and interrupted Earnest at the beginning of the press briefing, asking if posting the video on Facebook was essentially done as a 'thank you' to Zuckerburg.

If you didn't know that the questions in the White House Press Core room were screened before hand you might almost get the feeling a Reporter was actually on to something. However, because the White House Press Core Sessions are essentially staged plays we have to assume it was a 'thank you' and an effort from Obama to gain support for his edicts. This comes after CBS, ABC, NBC were hit by the White House for not covering the 'primetime' address.

Essentially, Obama's primetime has been reduced to social media.The two Hispanic-focused networks, Univision and Telemundo, will broadcast the speech live. Univision is even delaying the Latin Grammys broadcast for the speech. CNN, MSNBC and Fox News promised to air the speech live which poses a conundrum for why? Are CBS, ABC, and NBC actually starting to understand 'unpopularity' as Obama's numbers dip into the 30's recession arena? Is Fox hoping to outrage their listeners into the Republican Tank action?

The issue is debatable but one dot that can be connected Obama is planning and hoping to produce over this a massive immigration surge into the United States for those hoping to lay claim on some aspect of his decrepit benevolence within the bounds of every cell phone.

Connecting the dots has always been a fun game and its exciting that Reporters actually in the White House Press core room are beginning to do just that with the trivial, because hopefully some day we will see them connect the bigger more important dots like the ones laid out in this scenario.

Of course after the game is complete of "Connect the dots", the question is not where the dots connect, its what you can do about the dots connecting. That's where the Constitutional Teeth come in. Without the Constitution there is no teeth.

The presumable teeth that can be effective in stopping 'Executive Orders' is Congress passing a Bill that says otherwise. The problem with that is the President can Veto a Bill and that can only be tipped with 60% of Congress. The other alternative is waiting around two years for a new President to rescind the old Executive Orders of the prior president.

Does anyone think we have two years, or in other words, does anyone put it past Obama to make the next two years so devastating that the USA is unrecognizable afterwords? Just remember that one filth of the entire USA's economy was condemned in a government takeover known as Obamacare the first two years.

Unfortunately for Americans, but fortune making-ly for many, the government teat has basically had a boob-job over the last 6 years for insurance agents/carriers of Obamacare selling it and those virtual reality telemarketing doctors . While they are busy signing up people and diagnosing people on facebook, the Bureau of Economic Analysis is busy spinning the way they actually report boom and bust.

The only other teeth to stop Obama seems to be the ones Congress is least willing to use. That is the Constitutional Teeth that are Obama's achilles heel. They are included in the Constitution's demand that the Office of the President only be seated with someone who is a "natural born Citizen", born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

The Constitution declare 3 offices distinctly seated with "Citizens", which means any immigrant gaining Citizenship can after the amount of time declared per office run for the office of U.S. Representative and U.S. Senator. The other office was the Office of the President at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, but since no one is alive from that timezone, the conditions are that the Office of the President be confirmed on only one who was born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, placing two full generations of any foreign alien-ship between an immigrant and being the Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Military.

Essentially, those wishing to confuse the terms "natural born Citizen", and "Citizen" hope to remove that national security feature that in real time has prevented the U.S.A. from becoming just another democracy hell bent on bully tactics in harms way of our Republic honoring individual rights.

Why that might not translate into your preception in daily routine as an American, it quickly is realized as a confiscation of all property to a state property, which basically bankrupts Zuckerburg and the likes of Bill Gates, and every entertainer, businessman, professional sports person worth millions. Yes, forget about the opportunity to own property, because that quickly is lost to the State or Emperors Treasury.

That is why it just amazes me why Oprah Winfrey as hard as she has worked is willing to give away everything to Obama? Oh yes,..she isn't in principle. Well, its principle that we are talking about here and if you don't think that principles matter almost certainly you will find out within your life time they are every bit considered to be all your power as a person.

That is why I have fought tirelessly for the qualification/eligibility principle of our Constitution in the Office of the President. Oddly, you would think that was deserving of great support in political contributions as people supported me in this endeavor, but just the opposite has actually been the case. Instead of "welcome", I've been shunned: Instead of a pat-on-the-back I've received character assassination. Its all kind of backwards and strange.

Part II. of the exclusive interview I did with Editor-in-Chief Sharon Rondeau of The Post & Email has just been published there regarding Judy v. Obama et. al.,. The Complaint has a return of summons and service filed that would put an answer to the complaint and summons due this coming Tuesday –August 5th, 2014.

The Complaint is of course public information now and is available for anyone to read and last time I checked there were 116 reads. From the time it was published after the law suit was filed and served there is 116 reads.

It’s a 30 page document double spaced which is about 15 pages of reading that might take an average reader about 15 minutes to scan through. It really is a boring process to read someone else’s complaint when it doesn’t apply to you isn’t it? Besides, filing a complaint and actually winning a case are two different things.

I might expect that from the average citizen who really didn’t see a connection between the corruption happening in front of their face but it’s a little more difficult to say excuse the media from reporting it in a format that readers could understand or at least be notified about and this is what I wanted to kind of focus on today.

All of us are part of a community and in many respects are parts of what is happening around us in our communities. Local news is alive and well last time I checked. The news usually comes on about 5:30pm, 6:30pm and again at 10 pm in my community. Last night coming home from work I passed a multiple car accident scene that had happened about 5 minutes before my coming upon the gruesome scene.

The police and ambulances had not arrived yet, but had been called. I passed slowly noticing a man still pinned in the driver’s seat with an air bag exploded in his chest. He looked around and seemed a little dazed to his surroundings. The front end of his car was totaled, set right in the middle of a four lane street in kind of an intersection of urban areas, where the speed limit was appropriately set at 55mph.

At least 10 other cars were pulled over. They had happened on the accident as probable witnesses of the scene. Some had set themselves as post to steer traffic to the side and past the accident until police got there. At least six others were attending as best they could to a women with grey hair laid out flat on the paved road. I noticed blood on her head and thought she looked the worst at the scene with her car mangled.

Another car at the scene looked like it had actually been sandwiched in a crushing machine, the remains of a convertible I thought that had rolled completely over at least once. Debris was scattered in what looked like an area you could put a football field in. 55mph doesn’t seem that fast until you hit someone going the opposite direction at the same speed combining the force in whopping 110mph collision. I had no idea what had happened and my mind struggled to put the scene together, as it was not an intersection and the cars involved all faced the same direction.

Had it been a part failure, like a tire blow out where someone had lost control while passing? Had someone become distracted and then looked up and over corrected?

You pass a scene like that and your heart just melts with horror for those involved and with your even being in such close proximity to the accident. My mind traced my steps back where I had been delayed just 5 minutes which would have had me watching or even being a fatality at the accident scene.

“This had happened in the community where I live”, I thought. Three police cars passed me within the 10 seconds after I had passed the accident. Imagine the lives that had changed upon waking up this morning. Someone’s grandma is either in the hospital or the family is planning a funeral; someone’s dad wouldn’t be going to work this morning and all the bills would just keep on coming.

Can you imagine an accident happening like that that affected every community in the entire United States of America?

Barack Hussein Obama has shown us a fabricated long form birth certificate. His draft registration card has a fabricated year date stamp on it. He’s using a social security card someone else assigned to a dead man. Why?

Glenn Beck had an interesting man on his Radio Program yesterday I took in bits and pieces of. He defined the positives for businesses in tending to What, Where, and Why and the extreme success for businesses like Apple who answered the “Why” for people in the business goals rather than just their product representation discussed by “Start with Why”’s ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sioZd3AxmnE ) Simon Sinek- Author of “Leaders Eat Last”.

He discussed how ‘fear’ in a company’s management style is much different then ‘trust’ which allows for ‘risk’and ‘freedom’. See a clip of the episode here.

Simon said, “The world is filled with danger, but when we feel safe within our community’s we can face the dangers and seize the opportunities. When we have to protect (or feel we have to protect) ourselves from each other than the organization starts to break down.” I thought of the people at the accident and what they were doing before any officers or paramedics had arrived. A character was being shown to me of a culture or group right there in plain site.

“Culture is the character of a group of people”, so how does the culture of the media, act as a group when it comes to Obama’s fraudulent identification and being a watchdog for the public? What is their ‘collective belief’ on the subject and why are they in such denial?

Is that truly based in ‘fear’ and ‘covering their butts’ so they won’t get fired, or so they won’t get sued, or lose their license by the threats of some Government Organization in charge of manipulating them like the Federal Communications Commission - FCC? Why is that considered a 'service to the public'?

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been involved with law enforcement some 55 years. Elected 5 times I believe to his Office as Sheriff and was asked in 2012 by constituents to thoroughly investigated something no other law enforcement agency has investigated in Obama's identification credentials that Obama himself handed out and posted on the White House web site for all Americans; he responded with forming a Cold Case Posse. That investigation led to the acertation that the long form birth certificate is a forgery and so is Obama's draft registration.

While that investigation has little to do with Obama not being a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President, the conclusions reached are a mirror image of Obama's culture and the horrific accident happening to the United States of America in and upon probably the most important aspect of our culture - Our Elections.

People are hurt in this accident, some people are stopping by assisting those involved in the accident, some rolled up after the accident happened and are just watching or passing it by because it looks like everything is being handled and they can't help, don't want to help, or are just not of the mind that it is going to effect them.

The bully tactic is one used often by those in authority positions. They are used to telling people what to do without explaining themselves. They get away with it almost all the time. Its where they use their offices to move people where they want them. Of course in some situations and circumstances you really do need to obey without question or you could be the cause of an accident.

If a policeman tells you to move your vehicle there is probably a really good reason to move it. When a policeman tells you to strip on the side of the road and you notice he turns his video camera off, there's probably a pretty good idea in your mind he is abusing or is about to abuse his authority in moving you and if you don't question it, your absolutely living in fear of the police, rather than the comfort of your rights detailed in the United States Constitution as well as the laws in your community.

With the exception of a very few brave souls in the Media exhibiting courage, our Media is living in a fear zone that is unprecedented in our Country. The rewards of this are not serving us, but are really hurting us and that culture is bound to break down. Hitler didn't win, but he did leave a pretty big wake in his path to remember.


If I lose the Civil Rights Complaint I have filed I'm sure the Media will think, 'We were right not to cover that', even though in reading the Complaint you could come up with a few facts acting as a jury member yourself. If I won the law suit, can you imagine the Media's blank stair at not having even read the complaint, or understood the merits of the case?

The elite culture of fear is truly an amazing belief many in the media have in the justice system not being a culture of equal justice under the law for everyone, but one of a perceived justice for those who are elite and have money. Inspiring a culture of character is indeed about setting a precedent of courage for the right; for the truth; for the Constitution that has come to be rewarded with a faith in liberty and freedom so many were willing to die for with only a reward in heaven.

Having courage for the truth actually does apply to the mercy and forgiveness your sowing as seeds of character. Many complain about others living off of them rather than choosing to work, but we are all less inspired by a culture of hypocrisy which denies Obama is qualified to serve in the Office of the President. That root is the biggest problem with the GOP at this time and it is not inspiring a culture of character.

The Psychological job conspiring fear rather than trust is at the root of our problem here in America and identifying "Why?" is also a key to change. That's the 'Why?' of my own action. I love America and am inspired by the actions of those who also were inspired to defend, protect, and preserve our Constitution and declaring the 'Why?' of our Nation in the first place in the Declaration of Independence.

During the last 7 months, or the first 7 months of Obama’s second term as occupier of the White House the public has been spoon fed no less than one big scandal, ( make that “phony” scandal in Obama’s words), per month and you have to ask yourself, as I ask myself, ‘ Why?

Isn’t it a little disconcerting to you and the Obama State Controlled Media, that they managed control over the one issue haunting Obama’s First Term calling Birthers “nuts”, but soon after the Second Term began the lid blew off and all hell broke loose on a plethora of scandals? How could this be? How come they couldn’t protect Obama as they had from “Birthers” claiming Obama wasn’t a “natural born citizen” and his hand-held released long form fabrication was error free?

Well, you might think that one of the scandals mentioned above actually might be “The One” to bring Obama down, but the truth is there isn’t one that doesn’t shrivel in the eyes of Congress with one word, “National Security” and the “Rights” of those charged with administering it in our “best” interest.

Sarah Palin was recently interviewed by Greta Van Susteren, Host on Fox News, and held up what she called a “Red-neck white chalk board” with the 7 month scandalous affairs scribbled in black magic-marker down the big white envelope, while whistle-blowing that her mouth had been taped shut during her brief courtship of the Vice Presidency in 2008 by GOP leader and former presidential candidate John McCain.



There was one scandal left off of Sarah Palin’s ‘red-neck white chalk board’ I noticed, and that was Obama’s long form fabricated birth certificate and his fraudulent selective service registration. Both of these, are credited by lawful persons qualified to investigate and determine professionally to be “phony” and thus illegal, constituting actionable cause of criminal offense with and in behalf of National Security interest in mind.

The likes of these, mires Obama as unconstitutional and unqualified for the Office of the President according to the Supreme Law of the Land, or Constitution. Now, what are all of these other scandals built upon if not Obama’s phony credentials?

Birthers have been completely vindicated and the load of “nuts” used by the Obama’s State Controlled Media to vilify them has completely run out. What must be done then to save the god-king Obama, emperor of the world, and chosen one as savior to us all?

Surely only mad-men would continue on the course of seeing Obama removed as a liability and a disability according to Amend 14, Sect 3 of the Constitution in the order of holding the integrity of United States Supreme law together. Could there be any such mad-men in Congress searching their own souls as “good free men” willing to do something rather than be king men watching humpty dumpty fall off the wall?

“All the Kings Horses and All the Kings men couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty together again”, isn’t that the way its suppose to work when Humpty Dumpty builds upon an “un-constitutional wall” occupying the office as a usurper hoping against odds no one will see him as the emperor with no clothes on striding down MainStreet un-covered by and naked of the United States Constitution’s demands for President?

You know when horses are fed the good alfalfa hay; they look forward to being fed every feeding. They perk their ears up and look at you with beaming excited eyes and ears. Sometimes during winter months some of the good hay not dried properly has gotten old and is borderline mildew.

The horses of course are hungry but they look at you like, “Can’t you see I haven’t finished the old crap hay you gave me this morning and now you’re putting more crap hay in my manger”. There is a tolerance level horses have with mildew hay.

They can eat a little but not much or they will colic and die. A farmer is loathe to feed it, but he has also paid a high price for the hay, especially if that’s all there is. He almost apologetically must feed the horse or it will die of starvation.

So, what happens when the ugly bad news is all you have to report but the public has been fed so much ugly bad news they’re near the toxic level of indigestion about the highest office in the land, and why would you do such a thing any way?

The public is near sick to death from so much scandalous feedings and no law to do anything about it? It’s as if they are trapped by the Congressmen unwilling to take a stand for the good hay. Why has the farmer fed so much bad hay anyway?

Well, I’ll tell you why. It’s because there are no more “nuts” to feed the public about Birthers and they are desperately trying to increase the toxic level of indigestion to the public to a point where the public wouldn’t care if Obama wasn’t a “natural born citizen”. They just want to make it to the next season without dying- Make it to spring and a new crop of hay, or in other words, the next election.

The only way to do that now, Birthers have been completely vindicated; now Birthers are seen as having the only immaculately clean barns; and now Birthers are seen as having fed the truth, which is good clean hay to the public, is to create a toxicity level high enough that the public is near death and awash to the decision on wither it is better to eat the good hay the Birthers have furnished up to preserve the Constitution, or wallow in nauseous smelling barns eating bad mildew hay until the next election risking death and a national security catastrophe?

Ordinarily that would be an easy decision, if it weren’t for the fact the load of “nuts” had been fed to the public about Birthers in the first place, it would be a very easy decision.

So, the question is formed,” How can the god-king Obama rape, pillage, murder, and plunder devouring all of America and her future generations, against the law while all the kings horses and all the kings men fret about wither they can get re-elected to office feeding the mildew hay, because all the nuts are gone?”

Neither, Congress or the Media can say the Birthers are “nuts” anymore. Obama is ineligible for Office. The Cold Case Posse 2500 hour investigation has been submitted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 in what amounts to an authorization to defraud my campaign of 20 million dollars by authorizing Obama candidacy without investigation or even hearing the evidence supporting the facts Obama is not a 'natural born citizen'.

I'm not sure when the rest of you had 20 million dollars ripped off from you but it makes me damn mad. Obama has ripped me off, all those who supported me as a qualified candidate, and why stop there. Obama has defrauded and ripped off every campaign for President since 2008 by billions of dollars. Any one reading this think you'd be okay having Obama come in your house and rip off everything? All your savings, all your hard work, all your time, energy, and leave you buried in a hole so deep no one can see you?

Oh yeah, silly me, if your an American he has had done that to you too. Just because you are living on borrowed time in your fancy house and driving your fancy car doesn't mean your not a slave sold as such by the American debt some 17 Trillion dollars now and growing faster. Just because your pointing at me in my decadent hole doesn't mean the ground isn't falling out from under you and that as Obama erodes the foundation of America's Union, the time will come when you won't have any power to recover from the cave in.

Probably more disturbing then any loss of property is the stripped principles and integrity of the United States of America. As one tearfully remembers the winter of Valley Forge and the meager rations sometimes every other day of a piece of bread the naked soldiers of Washington endured, with few having blankets, shoes or even pants to cover their nakedness in harsh winter the principles of integrity burned in their hearts and they did not abandon them as deserters of the Republic for which we now stand, or at least did stand.

In the dead of winter men fought for our freedom and liberty for the Constitution which was a promise to future generations of the opportunity not to be spied upon, not to be profiled by the IRS, have witch hunts upon reporters,to have marines told to stand down in protections of our embassies,to fund known enemies and terrorist abroad siding with a particular religion rather then fighting for the freedom of all.

The grievances of George Washington and his men would make you weep and cry to begin to reiterate made so many times by what President Washington referred as the discernible dilapidation of quality person's in Congress. The heart grows heavy with the many times all hope was in reality extinguished from the cause of the Republic with out-numbered forces, traitors, and tyrants.

However the rays of hope burn bright to just how many times Congress called a day of fasting and divine providence turned the winds towards the prayers of those fighting for independence, even as we are now helpless having appealed to the United States Supreme Court multiple times, having petitioned Congress over and over and over again.

Tis my prayer, the Almighty of the Universe indeed look upon our Republic and see the discrimination, the unjust wicked plundering, the slaughtering of innocent blood, the pilfering of property and monies,the grievances formed from wicked intentions and release us from the enslavement for which we have been disposed as children of the Republic and upon our records make his righteous judgments.

Come what may I would like everyone to understand we all must see where we are on these facts. Election Challenge Presents: Has Justice been Jacked in America?

I pledge of allegiance to the flag – Of the United States of America – and to the Republic for which it stands- One Nation – Under God – Indivisible with liberty – And Justice for all.

Our Pledge of allegiance ends with a profound statement encompassing every American with justice. So what does it tell you about what’s happening to justice in America when a simple definition of a ‘natural born citizen’- ‘born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’- has thus far been hi-jacked by the occupant of the White House as well as the Courts?

Well, I’ve run for President in 2008, and 2012, and have begun 2016 and I tell you justice has thus far escaped me as an American in the demand that only a ‘natural born citizen’ could qualify according to the Constitution Article II Section 1,Clause 5 for the office of President.

The problem with that, and the reason you should be concerned, is that justice has escaped you also. Justice for you has been jacked for quite some time.

On January 4th, 2013 the United States Supreme Court meets in conference to discuss a couple of things regarding my case Judy v. Obama 12-5276. Among them the ripeness of the case, the competitive standing of the petitioner (me), and the reconsideration ultimately that the Courts can’t have it both ways as far as the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification demand for the Office of the President.

Justice can’t demand the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification for the office of the President be upheld in denying a ‘naturalized citizen’ the ability to run for President as the case in a Sept.28, 2012 ruling in the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia Hassan v. F.E.C;11-2189, by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, in principled terms concurring that the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification demand for the Office of the President within the Constitution’s Article II, Sect. I., Clause 5 had not been “trumped, abrogated and implicitly repealed” by, the Equal Protection guarantee of the Fifth Amendment and the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, as was the case by an Administrative Court ruling in Judy v. Obama, the subsequent Superior Court, and Georgia Supreme Court holding that the 14th Amendment did in fact over-rule the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification demand for the Office of the President within the Constitution’s Article II, Sect. I., Clause 5.

There could not be a plainer simpler determination to see in the presumption that justice has been jacked.

It seems that just as soon as the name Barack Obama is not included in the action before the Court that all of a sudden the Court upholds the ‘natural born citizen’ qualification as a standard that demands no foreign influence in the office by birth or parents. This is how it was suppose to be as the unique demand for’ natural born citizen’ only exists for the President and Vice President Office and is not a part of the qualifications for the Offices for House of Representatives or U.S. Senate.

The Constitution itself in the clause lays bare the exception to a ‘natural born citizen’ occupying the Office of the President as it declares that ‘a citizen’ is able to occupy the office if the person was not a ‘natural born citizen’ prior to the signing of the Constitution.

The Judicial Branch of our Government has long been held as the Branch most dedicated to upholding justice for individuals. The Courts is where we go when we have been wronged rather than the gun cabinet as was so often frequented in the Wild West. We are a nation of laws and our Constitution has long been held the factor that made the United States ‘indivisible’ in our pledge of allegiance as we uphold that as the Supreme Law of the Land.

Of course States could vary on many issues, but upon the United States Constitution every State and every Political Party for that matter came together lest civil war unfurl its banners with death and mayhem being carried out dividing us in our own backyards as a Republic.

Ask yourself if you’re questioning that document if you’d appreciate a few States being allowed to incorporate slavery again? Women’s suffrage? 2nd Amendment Right to bare arms? Or even prohibition?

Hollywood might engage support in terminating weapons meant to throw off a repressive Government clearly out of step with the Supreme Law of the land, however, just as soon as you remove the ability for them to use weapons in the movies, or curtail free speech in a Hollywood Drama in anyway including Broke Back Mountain, you might see Hollywood reaching for and supporting the 2nd Amendment very quickly with an aim that is very sharp.

Yes, it’s just a matter of liberty and freedom when it really comes down to it that is very important to all of us. This freedom and liberty has unleashed Hollywood to spectacular heights in the eye of the world but those heights also mean that the fall can be a painful one if our Constitution is not upheld.

I’m sure they get it and don’t need a lecture from me, accept sometimes people think they can have it both ways. In the past we have done a pretty good job in maintaining balance in America which is not easy. You've got to want it badly. The forces against women especially are continually urging for repression and the defense is continually assaulted.

That’s why it pains me so bad to see especially women standing against the United States Constitution in the demand for a “natural born citizen” in the Office of the President. I mean you want to talk about slavery again, putting a veil over your face, losing your right to vote as a citizen, and a return to the dark ages, those who voted for Obama seem to have no clear idea of exactly what a termination of the Constitution means to them personally or the effect upon our Constitution through the office of the President.

Yes, I have long been denied justice in my runs for President. I have long been denied a fair race. Obama has seen himself as an exception to the rule of law. Many courts have seen that and concurred. Obama’s lie about being a ‘natural born citizen’ is probably only surmounted by his lie to women that he does not want to see them stripped of their citizenship.

If actions speak louder than words, and they do, it is clear or should be clear, that not holding up the Constitution in the demand for a ‘natural born citizen’ in the office of the President is just as good as wiping away a women’s citizenship completely. There is no better way to get the task done.

You don’t think he’d do it? Well, you must be very good at lying to yourself, and to others, to have this lie perpetrated against you. Obama is a perpetrator in your house- the same house that has protected women’s rights in the United States Constitution.

Here’s the question: How long are you willing to wait for justice to roll around to hearing your cry again? How long are you comfortable weeping? 2008-2012-2016, have you ever thought about how many years it will take you to gain justice again for your plight if the Constitution is null and void?

And the worst part of it? It was done by your own hand…your own vote.

I am the biggest advocate for women’s rights you have at your disposal. I have been serving you in all the years that I have been denied justice in this fight to defend the ‘natural born citizen’ clause of the Constitution for the Office of the President. I pray to God that my suffering won’t translate into your suffering, because once that takes place I cannot guarantee that you won’t be denied justice just the same as I have been denied justice for as many years and that is pain I don’t want to see you experience…again.
