Why Mitt Romney Would Not Be A Good President

Much has been said about Mitt Romney as the developing candidate of the Republican Party and why he would be a good President. Personally, I don’t think, “It’s his turn”, is any reason to vote for someone as President, because sooner or later it would be Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger turn, Sen. Marco Rubio’s turn, or even Glenn Beck’s turn, though the latter would be more constitutionally qualified than the formers.`

Opponents on Mitt’s right, even more so than on his left, seem determined to continue the assault upon the former Governor of Massachusetts and Salt Lake City, Utah Olympic turnaround C.E.O “Mitt-Romney-Tender” over his flip-flopping ways. But hey, a coin or a dollar’s assessment is made valuable by both the heads and the tails of it.

Proponents of Mitt Romney like to exploit the fact that because he has flip-flopped on many issues, he would appeal to the conservative democrats and independents, and by that means perhaps gain favor in a general elections, thereby making flip-flopping a positive incentive for all candidates.

That said the dream I had last night ( 11-29-2011) makes more sense than all of these and I believe it points to the truth of why Mitt Romney would not be a good President. The dream seemed to come as an intelligence report more than a scene or a play.

‘Mitt Romney would not be a good president because of his temperament. Although Mitt would be invaluable in a key position of any administration such as in Labor, Commerce, HUD, or the Treasury Departments, more is needed when it comes to being President.”

Mitt Romney’s work for Bain Capital, the Salt Lake City Olympics had to do with trimming the fat or finding the excess and he was good at that because he is exceptional at dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s of detail in a micro managerial way, but more is needed to be President in the temperament department and that’s a weakness of Mitt Romney and not one we need right now as President.

Personally, I’ve never met Mitt Romney but I’ve heard of rumored nasty outburst that happened at the Salt Lake City Olympics, and I saw the way he acted when Gov. Rick Perry TX., interrupted him in debates, and I think these would classify the pugnacious disposition I’m referring to.



Now the reason I thought that this ‘intel’ dream was interesting is because “Temperament” does reflect in a direct way to a person’s actions in leadership capacity. While I related I’ve never met Gov. Romney, he’s never met me either, but he knows who I am as a Mormon.

Protesting the leadership capacities of the Mormon Church Hierarchy I spent nearly a decade in prison in Utah, not because I physically assaulted or maimed anyone, or destroyed or took property that wasn’t mine, or even brandished a weapon. I simply stood up and said I don’t think your being honest leaders.

I demonstrated my protest and feelings with a “Book Of Mormon” that is abbreviated B.O.M. in a LDS Religious or Mormon Fireside Meeting, standing up in that meeting, and taking a stand for my beliefs on where they were going wrong. Of course I was Mormon at the time and felt obliged as long as I was, to voice my opinion which I had tried to do earlier in the week less spectacularly but found myself rudely recognized.

Of course my interruption of the meeting made the people of the Mormon Faith angry at me because they do think their leaders are directed by God, and can’t make any mistakes. They were so angry with me they lost their tempers and beat me and assaulted me. This was all recorded on Tape the LDS Presidency has copyrighted.
The “Temper” part of Temperament that is bad happens when equanimity has lost its place in composure of the United States Constitution. My incarceration was unlawful based upon insubordination of Constitutional Rights not given to us by the Constitution but defended by the Constitution.

One might ask is it a sin to ‘protest’ a wrong, or be convicted of protesting by a mutiny of the Constitution? Well, I think you probably understand the point of my saying my case was an ‘unlawful prosecution’ in Criminal Courts, although the Church Discipline of excommunication was completely within the lawful bounds of the religion.

Perfect examples don’t come along often, but when they do, they should be shouted as precedent.

Now if Gov. Mitt Romney says his Mormon Faith or ties or obedience to his Religious leaders would never be compromised in the position of United States President, and we know of a case where in the Religious Leaders of the LDS Church were in collaboration with the Civil Authorities in the Constitutions protections of rights of evidence of the accused in a criminal proceeding, wouldn’t it be fair to expect Gov. Romney to side for the Constitution in such a case, even if it angered his religious leaders?

Has Gov. Romney acted for the Constitution in his Mormon Faith, or against it in my case? Well, he’s certainly aware of my case, just as he is aware of the case that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen by Obama’s own revelation that his father is not a U.S. Citizen on his long form birth certificate. Mitt Romney’s campaign received every press release I ever sent out in his 2008 campaign for President while I sued Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama.

In defense of the Constitution Governor Romney’s response to his personal knowledge of my case within his own Religious Faith’s bounds, and his personal knowledge of Barack Obama’s not being a natural born citizen have what in common? Silence: These are the tough questions he should be asked in debate.

Silence in defense of the United States Constitution is not something that is required by the oath of the President. However, Silence in defense of the Constitution might well be described as a prerequisite for the hope and change of the progression of communism or Totalitarianism, or perhaps even a Theocracy such as is the desire of the radical jihad known in parts of the Middle East as Islam’s Sharia Law.

Here in America we are a mixing pot of religions and our Constitution declares Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. Mitt Romney’s silence in my case shows his temperament for respect of the Constitution.

Silence in these cases I’ve outlined is the attribution of rebelliousness and harm of the Constitution, and I forthwith do not portend that as a useful character in the office of the President of the United States who is sworn to uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution as the Leader of the freedom and liberty of America. The ripening of a leader in America may well come from America’s dysfunction rather than its elite function. That is why America doesn’t need Mitt Romney as the next President.

Sure the President has to submit budgets and recommendations to Congress, and no doubt the President’s job is a tough job, but many people have forgotten the number one job of the President is to preserve and protect and defend the Constitution because it provides the opportunity of America all of our rights listed in the Constitution defend. That is also why Barack Obama is a walking talking violation of the Constitution and the very rights and opportunity of all America.

This election is about our Constitution, and the Constitution is about the health of our economy. Gov. Mitt Romney may be able to help our Economy, but he has not been a fierce defender of our Constitution and that has everything to do with being a good President.

The Pit & Obama's Socialistic Pendulum

Imagine for a brief Halloween Horror that you are tied down with your back against the wall and you legs are scrunched up against your chest. A razor-sharp pendulum threatens to slice into the first piece of skin it meets and it’s already too low to put your legs under.

What pray-tell is the body part that will receive the first stinging slice as the pendulum moves, hissing towards you? This of course is a nail biter because everyone’s toes are so sensitive. That’s sure not the way I want to spell bologna.

This is how I see the Socialism of our day. As the Government increasingly becomes a parent or a nanny state, the demand for money increasingly moves in closer and closer. The Government becoming ever more militant in its demands for money, and where and whom to get it from, starts looking for the food it craves in an economic death spiral of a healthy economy?

We witness California issuing IOU’s, after they have endorsed Cap & Trade, raised taxes at levels to compare with the highest in the Nation, moved to attack farmers by calling cows more pollutant then cars, create artificial droughts to protect fish, and transform beautiful pristine farm land back into desert all in an effort to break the back of production, and in the crisis doesn’t REALIZE getting out of the way is a balanced positive incentive for growth.

Socialists generally share the view that capitalism concentrates power and wealth within a small segment of society that controls the means of production and derives its wealth through a system of exploitation. They blame the capitalistic state for not providing an equal opportunity to everyone. What do we see happening with Obama and his social agenda in his controls and means of administration of power?

We witnessed a takeover of health care; couldn’t we say eliminating competition drives the PRICE up and competition drives the price down? That’s why pharmaceutical companies were behind Health Care it puts a small segment of society in control of it all? It skyrockets cost rather than brings cost down. Why not keep the word ‘Choice’ involved, and also realize that the Health Care Act as I see it now, could be fashioned as the Public Works Projects that mirror the Panama Canal, The Interstate Highway System, The Hoover Dam, or the Golden Gate Bridge just to name a few we’re familiar with?

The financial reform bill: Places the Government at the head of every business that barrows money. We actually saw Obama fire the GM’s CEO Rick Wagoner. Barack Obama is to unveil “his plans” for the auto industry the plan is based on recommendations from the Presidential Task Force on the Auto Industry, headed by the Treasury Department. This puts a small segment of society in control and at the head of every business.

A failed stimulus package that rewarded billions to foreign banks and did little to stimulate growth and the rise of unemployment because of the fear companies have of growing or sticking their toes out and getting hit with the first slice of flesh of his pendulum. When they do not know what Obama is going to do next, and the fear instilled of what he has done, that mentality is going to make them even more vulnerable. This is the damage of fear instilled with power rather than concerns met with valuable assistance tempered with wisdom.

We are seeing the fruits of a socialism that is a sickness for America. Dependency meets a lack of sovereignty, meets the new crutch of Government, meets the small segment of society who seeks control, all in the name of capitalism is the enemy. Is it meant to help, or hinder?

Pure honesty in trying to help someone doesn’t have a 2000 page bill set up to take over your business if you make the wrong decisions. They say they want to prevent it from ever happening again and the only way to do that is to ‘control it all’, placing a small segment of society in control. Is this the same Democrat Party during Bill Clinton’s Presidency that delivered the crushing blow of letting go of the Glass-Steagall Act in 1999?

The repeal of the Glass–Steagall Act of 1933 effectively removed the separation that previously existed between Wall Street investment banks and depository banks and has been blamed by some for exacerbating the damage caused by the collapse of the subprime mortgage market that led to the financial crisis of 2007–2010.

This Socialism that redistributes wealth and demands social justice is a different animal than taking care of our sick, or elderly in our Social Security or Medicare and the righteous intensions that inspired those programs. People always try to put the two together and that’s a twist that turns the good into bad. Like the sun giving light and warmth, its affects can also be linked to your being burn from over exposure and causing cancer. Over one half of our trade deficit is tied to purchasing foreign oil. This also sends jobs out of America, and projects no real interest in solvency. America, there is no reason we should not be solvent and be able to take care of Social Security and Medicare without sending our elderly generations over the edge with increased cost, and lowered standards of care.

Socialist argues that capitalism is either obsolete or approaching obsolescence as a viable system for producing and distributing wealth in an effective manner. Common sense tells us it’s the balance that is missing. Like a pendulum I have compared the Republican Party and the Democrat Party to swings of the pendulum, ever inching towards your pound of flesh. Glenn Beck has affectively called the two party system one party, and we certainly do see that in the Obama eligibility silly game that both parties are playing now in a delusional disorder.

The craving for power ruining the best of intentions, I’ve said before, those who don’t have skin in the game to lose often make poor councilors. The sham is our Constitution has been in the game, but our politicians are out of it. They might be neutral, but their motive is clearly profit or power. It might take some looking, but you’ll find that profit somewhere, and it might be time, talent, money, but whatever it is, the reward is had.

We’ve all put into the Social Security System as a means of contributing towards the day we couldn’t work or retired. The government wanted to barrow that money and now our system is near collapse. 401K’s were packaged up and have created a huge chunk of money that the Government now has its eyes on for the “good of society”. You can see how the pendulum moves closer and those who have contributed towards their independence are hated and not rewarded, while those who are a glut are coddled and rewarded. How long before the Government finds a way to swing you out of your 401k as part of social justice or a redistribution of wealth? The U.N. could say Africa doesn't have a 401k, and America is responsible.

“The Pit and the Pendulum” is a short story written by Edgar Allan Poe and first published in 1842. The story is about the torments endured by a prisoner of the Spanish Inquisition, the narrator of the story describes his experience of being tortured. How is it that we cannot see America in the pit, tied to a post, with the pendulum swinging back and forth between these parties with you in the middle?

They say justice is blind, but it was said so for good reasons in order of justice for all in America. Ronald Reagan said the problem with socialism is eventually it runs out of other people’s money. What is becoming clear is without principle prosperity is fleeting and that is the greatest incentive for us to return to the roots of our Constitution and realize that Obama is not qualified to be president, and those that put him there, who covered up the Constitution, that include Republicans and Democrats will indeed destroy America if America doesn’t destroy them by sending me to Washington DC to do the job in the U.S. Senate that needs to be done.

CIA Columbia Obama Trial Standing Find is Still Standing

Can the all important legal precedent of ‘standing’ used as the harpoon that laid waste to dozens of law suits in 2008 challenging the presidential qualifications of McCain and Obama, be found as missing from the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA TRIAL held in Harlem, New York, May 14-19th, 2010?

Most agree thousands of hours and millions of dollars were laid waste in the Federal Courts protecting the grounds where the Constitution forbids any to tread in the 2008Federal District Courts contest of presidential candidates. Grand Old Party lawyers didn’t hesitate to use the Constitution in their defense arguments with a defense of “lack of standing” against those bringing the Constitution’s qualification for president to the Federal Courts against foreign born Senator’s John Sidney McCain III and Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro.

Though Senator McCain came clean with his long and short form applications proving his foreign soil birth in Panama, making him ineligible,(*1) Barack Hussein Obama/aka Barry Soetoro was rushed into the White House as a usurper, after Congress failed objection protocol, and after the Presidential Oath was haphazardly administered twice in as many days by the Chief Justice. Obama quickly issued his first cloak on transparency affectively burying deep the proof of his own identity of school, college, and work records; while his long form birth certificate is reported as non-existent by a representative who worked as a manager at Hawaii’s Health Department.

As if the faux-pas of the administration of the presidential oath wasn’t enough, the double candidate nomination forms signed by Nancy Pelosi, one for Hawaii, and one for the other 49 states, signed the same day, certify for the 49 he was not Qualified under the Constitution, but was the candidate preferred by the Democrat Party, really manifested double trouble, especially when compared with 2000,2004. How all of these floundering configurations could not be seen as Freudian slips of the false being covered with bits of truth spilled out is the stand upon which the CIA Columbia Obama Trial catches the lawyers in their own pit dug for opponents on the barrage of cases dismissed because of “lack of standing”.

In an article by Josh Richman, Oakland Tribune published 08/28/2008 19:23 PM PDT, entitled “Lawsuit over McCain Citizenship Should be Tossed”, GOP lawyers say and the Judge upheld, the clear reason for legal dismissal of the action Markham Robinson, chairman-elect of California’s American Independent Party brought against Senator McCain was that Robinson was not in the presidential race, and therefore lacked ‘standing’. (*3)

Republican lawyers with that argument could not dismiss the verdict of ‘guilty’ on all accounts from the CIA Columbia Obama Trial jury, because of the testimony of me, Cody Robert Judy. I’m in Utah running for U.S. Senate now and my testimony is seen in the trial transcripts on Day 2 pages 48-77 (*4)

My testimony erases the ‘standing’ defense used by the high powered attorneys of the GOP as I was indeed a candidate in the race, and suffered direct damages from the qualification deficiencies of McCain, and Obama challenged respectively. Nothing in my past could or does come close to erasing these indisputable facts as I witnessed them in the Trial of the century if not the millennium. My witness is available for every United States Senator, Department of Justice lawyer, and citizen of the United States to read.

The absurd argument that my witness is somehow not credible for a past conviction unrelated is to argue that someone hit by a car is somehow guilty because of interrupting or protesting a meeting 17 years ago. The two are so unrelated in deference to justice that the argument assumes anyone being accused or convicted of anything has somehow sacrificed their claim on justice for all time which is simply corrupt thinking to begin with, and certainly doesn’t stop me from being qualified to run, hold office, or being a witness to these illegal actions of fraud on every voter voting democrat and republican for that matter.

In the last consideration of value of my testimony, lawyers will and have argued that I would have to beat, or it should be better stated, that I could beat that opponent. This argument is one in which for all intensive purposes kicks lawyers out of the sound ground of reason and fact and places them on the ground better reserved for the clergy in churches who at least have a fair claim on ‘prophesy’.

It’s Sunday, so why not use and example out of the Bible. If those lawyers could prophesy of the affect that dis-qualifying Sen. John McCain or Sen. Barack Hussein Obama would have no affect on someone’s candidacy their argument is laughable at best and unsound in the least. Even as laughable as the prophets of Baal that Elijah mocked as the 450 of them contested his challenge to call down fire from heaven to burn their bull laid on an alter as a sacrifice recorded in 1st Kings chapter 18 of the Bible.

In 1st Kings Ch: 18:27 we read, “And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.” They cut themselves, and bled all over the place but there was no answer. Then Elijah told them to soak his offering with water three times and the Lord took everything up in a fire from Heaven.

That’s what you call taking the bull by the horns and respectively not taking the bullshit. The lawyers argument that no candidacy would be helped by eliminating a reputable candidate who was through his not being qualified attempting to de fraud every single vote cast for him/her on an alter or platform of fraud, is really a bunch of bullshit. How could anyone’s candidacy not be helped by such?

While Obama has stated he can’t go around with his birth certificate plastered to his forehead as an answer to a question unrelated to that subject from Brian Williams, the two questions that ought to be asked by every Republican in Utah: “How in the world can we trust a Republican Lawyer for U.S. Senate like Mike Lee, who is out of the same pattern as the Republican Lawyers fighting against the Constitution’s qualifications for president?”, and , “Why aren’t we as Republicans angry our vote was wasted on an unqualified candidate for President in 2008?

Mike Lee the constitutional lawyer champion he is touted to be, could right now be using the transcripts of testimony found in the CIA Columbia Obama Trial as evidence in a U.S. Senate Trial to kick Obama out of the Whitehouse, thereby declaring the policies that Obama has signed into law void, or moot. He's vowed to fight policies of Obama but is doing it with the hand Obama wants tied behind him.

All those bills do not have any legal standing; they are non- binding without a qualified President’s signature, as is required to make them valid; neither is any executive order Obama signed valid. Obama is the one with no standing, like the emperor with no clothes we simply need to recognize this as the laughable action it is.

Remember the childhood song “Ring around the roses, pocket full of posies, ashes, ashes, they all fall down”? Well, Obama’s lack of qualification is not complicated it’s just that simple.

Tag'him and Bag'him Whitehouse October Surprise?

“Tag him and bag him” the Whitehouse finally issues the noose to be pulled on Osama bin Laden in the October Surprise for mid-term elections. Could it be that the recent resurgence of information regarding Osama bin Laden’s messages has been meticulously orchestrated to perk the ears of Americans once again in timely fashion for the mid-term elections? And could that be a foreshadowing pre-cursor of the coming October surprise that Democrats would/could use to gain support for the mid-term elections?

It’s really hard for me to believe, as I suspect it is with most Americans now, pondering the money and availability of all the technical realms of our great military that Osama bin Laden’s whereabouts is not known in the cross hairs of the CIA or our military right now, and the right moment in time is being pondered by the political strategist as to simply tightening the noose around his neck for a major kickback in the coming election.

Of Course I’m not the only one anticipating something big from Democrats whose ability and agility has come into question regarding the care to unemployment, confidence to United States Businessmen both large and small, and fear of a looming tax hammer that is about to come down upon all of our heads minus those crossing our borders without proper work permits and just basically here illegally making a mockery of those who have in affect stood in line, and worked hard to be here legally.

It’s oh so sad that a focus of problems abroad that have so little to do with the real problems we face here in the States could factor in the mid-term elections, especially given the problems we face in the States are what we need our political leaders to get-out-of-the way of, with incentives like a federal tax sabbatical as a show of confidence, that investment in America will be unfettered.

More than anything, we need our Government to quit placing the fear of capitalism into the minds of main street and businessmen, with the grandiosity of global governance, global citizenship, and a redistribution of wealth held in high esteem of Countries and Governments who love the standard of living we have in the United States, but who hate the United States Constitution and the individual rights it defends as inalienable rights given to us by our Creator.

One might think the world would grasp a beacon of light for what it is, that here in America the freedom and liberty allowing a man to worship freely according to his conscience is a moral fidelity good for Government and business, that allowing a man the right to his property without fear of the phone call wiping out all you worked for over a life time is an incentive for production.

That in spite of lower slave wages that communist and dictatorial democracies have a tight noose on in other countries, that our Constitution Republic has been a great success in the United States, promoting happiness because it allowed men the pursuit of happiness.

I am so thankful and so happy that our United States Constitution was trenched out of what seemed impenetrable walls of elitism conspired with varying recipes of slavery. I’m happy to be an American boy born and bred in the United States. While I don’t mind other countries claiming their own strategy for success, I am perfectly content with the United States, for while we do have problems with politicians adhering to our United States Constitution, the elections in America have indeed proved a well and good process of removing bad ones affectively.

The process is seen in a stark reality of my own State and the removal of Senator Bennett in the Republican primary held earlier this year. While it is a great reminder of holding the politicians feet to the fire, and while the “party” might be able to clean house in one state, the pragmatic conservative ideals will not necessarily be espoused by the “party power” at the National level, thus in affect not pushing home the message in Washington DC.

This is why America is prime for a Restoration Revolution; and Utah could lead in pushing home the idea that “Party Power” held by the Republicans and Democrats in Washington DC is indeed a fading light that is growing weaker, and that the real success of America is held in high regard; it's the "independence" stupid.

“We The People” hold in high regard our Constitution, because at times our Constitution is seen reigning back the rule of the mob that over centuries has proven a weakness of democracies, to a higher standard of independence and for the individual.

The mental cruelty of Global Governance is the demise of the individual. If this was not true, Global Governance would probably not have a problem with adopting the United States Constitution as it’s model, rather than working to destroy it, and with it the rights of the individual.

One thing I believe is a common thread among all the wealthy and powerful. Their biggest fear is losing it all. So let us agree that Republicans, Democrats, and Independence in America have a strong core of individual protections binding them from Tyrannical Governments that seek to redistribute all their wealth and power to say Africa, Mexico, or Brazil as in say awarding deep water oil drilling contracts to dangerous for the U.S.

Now it is up to the People to throw off their chains and to recognize the power of the individual, and to recognize America has been a very generous help, but that our help was not forced or compelled and that makes the biggest difference in a free man, and a slave. Helping one’s self is always faster and provides more confidence recalling an impressive demonstration recorded with Pioneers coming out to Utah.

In an assertion of weakness the political mainstream is feeling, American’s should be weary of an October surprise that places the current Administration in any better light than the dismal battery that is running out of power. Without a re-charge of our United States Constitution and the principles and protections of the individual our Government is suppose to champion, there will be no resurgence of confidence needed to turn our unemployment around because that is the key to turning it around, that is the key to providing confidence of investment.

The Word of The Lord came revealing The Dragon Prophesy

Today September 27th, 2010, its now about 4:44pm and I have had a dream about an hour ago as I lay down being tired, I’d like to share with you, along with a promise from the Lord, if you will hear this message. First of all I’d like to say it has been a very long time coming, and though I am thought of as crazy and nuts, I do not take something like this lightly.

First let me preface this dream with a couple of Bible verses that have been given to me that go along with this dream.

Joel: 2:16
“Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck breast: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.”

Joel 2: 28
“And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: (vs.29) and also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. (vs. 30) And I will shew wonders in the heavens, and in the earth, blood and fire and pillars of smoke. (vs.31)The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come. ( vs.32) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.”

Joel 3:16
“The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. (vs.17) So shall ye know that I am the Lord your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.”

Now for the dream which I had which I understand is full of symbols and meaning for anyone to glean. The Lord says to be true and faithful, to tell a dream as it is and not to hide any portion of it. This I also understand opens the door to people poking fun of it, and to scoff it, and to ridicule me, and to this I say, “Why that aint nothing new, for I do not give this so much in trembling before the scoffers and mockers, as I do those who will simply do the words of the Lord and receive of his promised blessings, and for this it is my pleasure”

This Dream I will call:
THE DRAGON PROPHESY
I was walking about on sidewalks in no particular significance or city I recall, and the word of the Lord said to me, “Catch hold of the prophesy dragon and sure word of prophesy shall be given to you”. I then saw a dragon with a wing span of some 8 feet on each side whose height was about my own and I did leap up as he swooped and caught him in the air. Laying my hand on his throat to hold him, and pointing a sharp steel rod through his skin near his shoulder that hurt him I said, “you will tell me the more sure word now, or I will not let you go.”

And the dragon spoke and said:

Call a solemn assembly, assemble the children, and raise your voice to all you can. Tell them all that the Lord has a blessing in store for them if they will receive it. Tell them all to go home and give your web site out www.codyjudy.us to 5 others. Give a promise to all whom will do this that the blessing of the Lord will come to their house.

Then I saw through the dragon that I did raise my voice to all that I could not knowing beforehand whom would hear or what would come of it. I did plead for a commitment that the children would go out, and that they would go to their neighbors, even as the Lord had said to go to 5 and tell them my website www.codyjudy.us

Then that assembly went out and I was left wondering if they would.
Then a certain black man who I had done time with came to me and said, “Shall I call a fast and a solemn assembly?” I said to him, “If you believe in me, yes!”

And he went out and did ring a mighty bell, and the way in which he rang it was terrific, for he did use his whole strength, yes and he did cause that all the black people did hear him as he gave this message, “Tell 5 people, your neighbors, your family, your cousins, your strangers, but please tell 5, commit to 5, and tell them to tell 5 the blessing of the Lord will come to you and them who do pass on to 5 also, just tell them www.codyjudy.us ,that’s all you have to convey. It is a promise made sure with the words “Thus saith the Lord” Tell them with your voice, with your email, with your text, it does not matter, just simply tell them and the blessing of the Lord will come to your house.

Then I saw that some did do it, and as many as did do it, did recognize blessings for their house and as many as did not do it, did not receive or recognize blessings and it was because of the righteous few that a great work was done.
Then I saw the work mature rapidly and I was sealed to a bride, and then to another handmaid and a multitude did call me than a good husband.

This was the end and I awoke.

My thoughts on the matter:

I do not know what the blessings are or what they will be. But for this I am sure, when the Lord Jesus Christ promises a blessing, rest assured they are tailored for each person and they shall come and they shall be recognized by the individual.
You know, this is or could be the biggest chain letter ever given. It was given not to any specific region or any particular people, but to all and this was kind of an interesting thing to me. That the Lord is no particular respecter of persons to those who will obey a commandment there is indeed a blessing.

For those who may want to know, I’ve never issued anything like this before. It is as peculiar to me and as foreign to me as something I have never done. In other words, I’m not in the habit of inventing chain letters or actually forwarding them myself.

Of course I am curious as you are also about the dragon which I caught. I cannot ever remember seeing a dragon in my dreams or having been focused on one lately in my waking hours that might cause a reflection in my sleep. I decided to look up some scriptures with the word dragon in them to see what I could find.

The first Isaiah 27:1
“In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.”

This one was interesting to me because it had also a sword piercing a serpent or dragon, much like I did in my dream.

Second Isaiah 51:9 “Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the Lord; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not it that hath cut Rehab, and wounded the dragon?”

Interestingly enough a comparison with Isaiah 51:9 in 2nd Nephi 8:9 with only one word variation: the word “he” instead of “it”

Third-Ezekiel 29:3

“Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.”

This one grabbed my attention because the word of the Lord, saying “Thus saith the Lord God” was used in conjunction with the word dragon. I think in relation to this, and a dream Rush Limbaugh had I recall listening to him tell, where he saw a big sphinx with the head of Obama on it and all working on it as slaves, has enough of a tie to Pharaoh king of Egypt to make a correlation to Obama and his thoughts of what he has built in the political world of the United States, saying “My river is mine own and I have made it for myself”, which defies the works and credits of God. That’s not really a good position to be in. I can easily say I wouldn’t want to be there.

Fourth Revelations 12 is full of symbolism using the word dragon as a metaphor for Satan here in vs. 17

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ’
Recall in my dream that I laid my hand on the dragon and poked a steel rod some two inches in diameter through his skin to extricate information from him.

It’s an interesting thought, but if you would reason in your mind a question to yourself: “How would Satan know what to fight against unless he knew somehow the plan of God insightfully, and then worked to frustrate that plan?”

How would he even know what to do? Of course he is bound to deceive, but to deceive one must first know some truth of which to twist or alter. Obama has done this with the natural born citizen clause of our Constitution.

Now the next interesting thing to me was that I would be called a ‘good husband’, that was really strange for I’ve been through like 3 divorces but husband, and husbandman have greater meanings.

Look at James 5:7 “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain”

Here the precious fruit is symbolically metaphoric with the word of the Lord, coming from one who is patient for it., even as a farmer is patient for the rain to sprout his crops from the seed, and also to nourish them along with the latter rain, both are needed to secure a harvest or to collect the fruit.

Kind of interesting you go through the whole Bible to find the word “husband’ reverenced in symbolism rather than a literal position of the household, at the end in Revelation 21:2

“And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”

In Isaiah 54: 5 we see that the Lord is reverenced as a husband:
“For thy Maker is thine husband; the Lord of host is his name; and thy Redeemer the holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called. (vs. 6) For the Lord hath called thee as a women forsaken and grieved in spirit, and a wife of youth, when thou wast refused, saith thy God.( vs.7) For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee (vs.8) In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy Redeemer.”

So the Lord has made a promise to you that I have conveyed to you from Him. This is a marvelous promise from the Lord in our modern times. Now it is up to you to believe in the promise and to do the work to obtain the promise for your household.
I would say it is a wise purpose to consider the future generations and our Country and Constitution for the Lord to make such a promise in the political arena just 34 days before Election Day. This is amazing!

Thank you for your respect and honor of an American Patriot Lt. Col.Terry Lakin over his refusal to follow orders until Barack Obama documents his eligibility to be commander-in-chief on Citizen Wells, which is very much appreciated.

You inquired as to status of the Amicus Curiae I filed in support of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, and I am sorry to report to you I have some very deep concerns over his defense team.

Proper procedure for something like this would be for the defense team to surmise how my Amicus Curiae information, availability, and unique circumstances could aid or help the defendant. As an equal to 2008 Candidate Barack Hussein Obama filling the " Standing " requirement first, and then as a witness for Lt.Col. Terry Lakin who faces charges of imprisonment, very serious and grievous penalty, and a life riddled with hell, abuse, slander, and dis-respect for simply standing up for the Constitution that we all love, and which has given us so much in freedom, liberty, and relief from a destruction and overthrow of our property by a heavy handed Federal or State Government; the defense team for Lt. Col. Terry Lakin has in my opinion, been negligent.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin's defense 'dream team', shall we be frank and call it a nightmare, has done absolutely nothing in activating the Amicus Curiae as a defense for their client. My heart is very heavy in this very important, and unique set of circumstances which seems to me would necessarily be a wake up call to all Americans of their very freedom and liberty being upset, and our own Constitution which protects each one of us from malicious charges with Habeus Corpus, unnecessary high bails or cruel and unusual punishment, and in very clear language protects us with demands for Congress to punish 'offenses of 'The Law of Nations' in which outlines natural born citizen requirements with the very terrible proposition of any person usurping the Presidency, that we all clearly face right now at this time in our United States of America.

My report to you is sober, and very ominous of clear and present danger every American faces at this very moment in time. I report to you that I have not been contacted whatsoever in a single line, jot, or title regarding my very strong testimony that has to do with exactly what Lt.Col. Terry Lakin now faces in grievous charges. My testimony is not racial, as you may know I sued Sen. John McCain and served him and the Republican party 4 days before the 2008 Republican National Convention wherein he was made the nominee.

The judge in Judy v. McCain was so afraid of what Sen. John McCain would do to him, and seeing I did in fact have standing, seeing in fact McCain was not a natural born citizen born in Panama and naturalized by a law of Congress after 11 months after his birth, defied odds and delayed any rulings on my case until after the 2008 election results. Its a fair assement that America cannot depend upon a single District Court Judge, or a single Military Judge to take such a nefarious case into consideration, because of fear of retaliation, the same fear that grips 99.9% of the military even at this time. Its one thing to swear to uphold the Constitution, quite another to die because you couldn't find some rock to crawl under and die. After the Judge in Judy v. McCain said that to me, the burden of proof goes to the winner, I turned my attention to Barack Hussein Obama.

I offered a new witness and new information that could have sustained very good legal reason for Reconsideration in Barnett v. Obama with a Motion for Joinder in Barnett v. Obama in California. Amazing timing, it was in court precisely 3 days before Orly Taitz's "Motion for Reconsideration". Again, this was perfect timing for Orly Taitz to bring in my Motion as a Reason for reconsideration, she was served that document as was the court, and the defense, and not a word to me, and not a word in court about it.

Now comes the problem of choosing the authority to punish Mr. Will Manning for releasing some 76,000 secret reports from army intelligence.
Wait a minute… hold everything, someone just asked me about his defense and a defense for this guy?

If he were smart he'd claim there was no authority to press Treason charges because the Highest Office of Authority is not a natural born citizen, his COMMANDER IN CHIEF is a fraud, constitutional violator, which was simply the example being set for him...gosh.." if the President can do it, why can't I?" type of defense. This is the problem we now face as Americans, how can we justify prosecution of this Will Manning and excuse Barack Obama?

We do have a much bigger problem; what if Will Manning was the President with that kind of ambition, with access to all of America’s top secrets that would make Will Manning’s deed look like double dipping a chip in the dip?

Can you imagine the President leaking Intel to foreign enemies to put our boys in harm’s way? You say it couldn’t be possible but yet you don’t consider the very foundation of Barack Hussein Obama to be a lie, and every vote for him a deception of the highest order of hell to supplant the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land of which rivers of blood have ran to defend? You don’t think that’s a crime worthy of consideration? Oh how Jesus Christ hated the hypocrites! He reserved his greatest rebukes for just such as this with the publicans and those in high seats of authority excusing themselves, that the law could have no hold upon them, yet meeting out punishment on the same acts from the lower and middle class. This was the ultimate cause of the downfall of Governments past and present.

The Book Of Mormon called them the Gadianton robbers, with their secret signs and pass words, they would know who was one of them, and then they could not be subject to the law they espoused. They made covenants with one another that their deeds would be kept secret and their corruption in high places spread like a plague. Yet they see themselves as the rulers, and seek no God to rule over them bound to any wisdom but their own foolishness.

Tell me our Constitution doesn’t demand a “natural born citizen” who is born of our United States Soil to two parents who are U.S. Citizens, and then tell me Barack Hussein Obama is qualified? He is a qualified liar who has deceived millions of votes in America.

You line up and protest the two black panthers for sitting in front of 1 voting precinct with batons in intimidation of voters, but say nothing about the man who actually hit the hand of every American who voted for him with FRAUD. Tell me anyone is not blind and deaf, with their eyes closed and ears shut in aiding and abetting this circumstance of deception and fraud of the highest order!

This is the gravity of which we find ourselves with a President who is willing to lie on his Declaration of Candidacy, thereupon soliciting every vote for him under the auspices of deception and fraud and the same goes for Sen. John McCain.
America is facing a much more serious threat from within right now then from without because of these lies and acts of deception upon the American People. This is why I have pledged to call for a United States Senate Trial for Barack Obama if I’m elected as Utah’s United States Senator, which no other candidate has pledged to do.

Voters Remorse now Offered for McCain & Obama!

Never before offered relief – A buyers remorse on your Presidential Vote of 2008 for Obama and McCain is now available. First of all you just write your U.S. Representatives and tell them the 2008 election candidates you voted for never told you they weren't 'natural born citizens'. This has never happened before! Now you have grounds to get your vote back!

You need to tell them it is their job to see to it that your vote is protected from fraud, and just because Obama needed John McCain to be quite on his eligibility, [John McCain knew himself he was not a natural born citizen, or why would he have tried asked for a U.S. Senate Resolution for his Senator Buddies, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama along with all his other R- U.S. Senators in U.S. Sen. Res 511 ] was no reason for Republicans to abandon the Constitution.

Many people got buffalo chipped when that U.S. Sen. Res. 511 was passed in thinking that made Sen. John McCain legitimate. Of Course Sen. John McCain was not foreign to the problems of his being born in Panama. The Senator from AZ. knew firsthand the rejection of an Amendment to the Constitution to allow non natural born citizens to run for President in the year 2000. YES! This wasn't attempted in the early 1800's, but it was very recent.

The subcommittee heard arguments, received testimony and rejected the proposal on guess what basis... SAFETY! That's right, they rejected it on the same grounds our forefathers introduced it into the Constitution.

Now, the U.S. Sen Resolution 511 that announces Sen. John McCain is not anywhere close to a Constitutional Amendment, which requires 3/4 of the Legislatures to vote on it and requires a signature from the President. Sen. John McCain only had it passed with the Senate. The House of Representatives never heard it or voted on it, and he certainly didn't have a President sign it.

So the sum total of what Sen. John McCain did was try as best as he could to subvert the Constitution and use the power he had gained in the Senate to strong arm everyone into voting for it. There needs to be an investigation into ALL the Republican Senators testimonies as to the conditions they voted on U.S. Sen. Resolution 511.

What exactly did Sen. John McCain tell them?

Now if safety was the issue in not passing a Constitutional Amendment, what position exactly does that put Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama in subverting the Constitution?

I'm sorry to say that it puts them in a treacherous position towards the United States. A treacherous position towards every voter whose vote they wanted to cultivate with un-constitutional poison.

When you think about the enemies of the United States wanting to tear, and stomp, and dis-honor America, of course at the heart of that is our Constitution. Now, we see firsthand how Sen. John McCain has not honored the Constitution and how he has actually spit on it, and dis-honored every drop of blood that has been spilt for it.

When you consider God's infinite wisdom in placing anyone in his particular birth spot with the knowledge of everything, I'm sure McCain/Feingold, McCain/Kennedy, and McCain/Lieberman was pretty straight forward as to saying this guy is a progressive socialist in sheep’s clothing of a Republican. Barack Obama is also not a natural born citizen with a British Father, and as you can see with his policies is a socialist and left as you can get.

There is a special place for traitors of the United States and that is the place McCain and Obama should be sent simply because every single vote cast for them was done so in a dis-honor for the Constitution and without a punishment who may see that their endeavor was successful and say to themselves, "no one will do anything to us and we shall be all the more well for the wear."

Their names need to be stripped from every record, or honorable mention in the United States, and their positions and seats removed for the dirt that they have treated every single United States Citizen in asking for their vote and biting the hand that voted for them with such a venomous strike.
