The ruse or subterfuge of #CPAC2015 (Conservative Political Action Conference 2015) is that the organizers refuse to support the very stalwart foundation of the United States Constitution in the demands for a 'natural born Citizen' in the Office of the President, or invite anyone to speak at the conference who embodies the conservative nature of which this very important principle rest as a national security measure for our Nation. The deception this year was actually worse than last year when the Republicans had some kind of an excuse not to call for hearings on the ineligibility of Barack Hussein Obama because the Democratic Party controlled the trial house of Congress or U.S. Senate.

The deception actually took place during today's Sen. Ted Cruz speech with conservative talk show host Sean Hannity interviewing Sen. Cruz after his CPAC2015 speech February 26th,2015 and covered rather well on RAW STORY.

Hannity: Alright, I want to warn everybody. I am asking this question because I know the liberal media will. So might as well get it out of the way for them. That's my job I get paid to do that.

Cruz: No, I have not stopped beating my wife. (Laughs) (Crowd Laughs)

Hannity: Ok ,Your mother was an American citizen, you talked about your Dad coming from Cuba. You were born in Canada. You had dual citizenship There are a bunch of Liberal birthers out there that would try to make the case that your not eligible? Just a quick.. short answer.

Cruz: “Look, I was born in Calgary, my mother was an American citizen by birth. Under federal law, that made me an American citizen by birth. The Constitution requires that you be a natural born citizen.”

Hannity: Ok.. now we're going to do our quick lighting round cuz were running out of time...]

Like a "candid camera moment" or a 'Precious Moment", Cody Robert Judy candidate for President created I-CPAC AMERICAN 2014 so that you could tell the GOP just how unhappy you are with their "conservative" stand on 'principles' of the Constitution.
Cody as a Presidential Candidate in 2008 took Obama and America's most unpopular U.S. Senator according to a recent poll by Fox, Sen. John McCain to task in 2008 for not being a 'natural born citizens'. McCain having been born as a native son of Panama and being naturalized 11 months after his birth by a Congressional Act, and then receiving his 'natural born citizenship' from his good ole boys club in non-binding U.S. Sen. Resolution 511 in 2008 sponsored by none other then Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama. Judy proceeded to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 without so much as a hearing.
Its understandable then that Cody has actually stood fast upon the principles of the Constitution wherein only a 'natural born citizen', born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, was qualified for the Office of the President. Mr. Judy has stood up time and time again asking Republicans to hear his case in Congress presented with the evidence of professional law enforcement witnesses in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, which many of the courts defer the issue to on the basis of the political question doctrine.

REPUBLICANS TAKE OVER HOUSE AND SENATE IN 2014

Now Americans, facing huge premium increases with Obamacare not being able to keep doctors as they were promised by Obama are faced with the dilemma that the Republican Party has not called for hearings on Obama's ineligibility which would in fact halt Obamacare mandates as not being signed by a legal president. Instead Sen. Cruz rambles on he will be the savior to the American people by offering promises as an ineligible candidate for President himself.

Its as if the American People are seeing in front of their eyes the whole reason the U.S. Senate controlled by Republicans now have not called for a hearing on Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse's report finding many deceptions in Obama's long form fabricated birth certificate and draft registration, that being to protect Sen. Ted Cruz's ineligibility!

To hear Sen. Cruz admit that he was an "American Citizen" by birth, not a natural born Citizen needed to qualify for the Office of the President was tantamount to the bait-n-switch tactic of a fraudulent sale, however, this bait-n-switch has power strings attached to it that include being the Commander-In-Chief of the whole American Army and sitting in the Oval Office as President of the United States.

Cruz admitted his 'citizenship' comes from his mother, and then cites the Constitution telling us that 'natural born citizenship' is what's necessary to qualify for the Office of the President nodding his head as if he is now qualified for the Office. There was absolutely no confusion in the interview of what office he was being interviewed for. Sean Hannity recites in the interview: "President Cruz".

Folks have we heard this story before? A former adjunct professor of Law turned politician and as a freshman U.S. Senator deciding to enter the U.S. race for President?

Senator Barack Hussein Obama-1961-taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School for twelve years, first as a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996, and then as a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004

What a coincidence both men are ineligible due to one parent being an alien citizen, and being born outside the U.S. We have to assume due to Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse Obama was not born in Hawaii because he's leaned on that as his qualification horse and forging a birth certificate doesn't make a bit of sense unless something's being covered up that would disqualify him from that which assumed is the criteria and meets qualification standards.

If Cruz, Rubio, and Obama's ineligibility is put to trial Folks they are toast. There is no way they can stand up because the whole purpose of 'natural born Citizen' was to exclude any foreign citizenship from the Office of the President.

The Framers of the US Constitution decided, after much debate, that the President must be a 'natural born Citizen',not just a US Citizen, but a 'natural born Citizen.' Only the President is required to be a natural born Citizen. This incorporates two full generations and prohibits any foreign king from even financing his children to the Office of the President of the United States. All other offices like U.S. Representatives', U.S. Senators', even Supreme Court Justices' need only be a Citizen of the United States.

During the Constitutional Convention of 1787, discussions and intelligence between Founding Fathers John Jay (who would become the U.S. Supreme Court's first Presiding Judge), Alexander Hamilton ( who became the first U.S. Secretary to the Treasury), and George Washington (who became the first U.S. President) led them wisely to choose the definition of natural born Citizen provided by Emerich de Vattel's "Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law," Book 1, Chapter 19, Section 212, (1758).

According to "Law of Nations," natural born Citizen is a child born in the USA of two (2) U.S. Citizen parents. Vattel's Law of Nations defines how being a Natural Born Citizen differs from a classification of citizenship given to those simply born in the United States. Natural born and being born in the USA do not share the same meaning. The parents can be US Citizens by birth or they can be US Citizens by Naturalization after immigrating to the USA. But to create a natural born Citizen of the USA, 'both' parents must be US Citizens at the time the child is born on USA soil.

Permit me to hint whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national government ; and to declare expressly that the command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on any but a natural born citizen.

Now the recommendation is as good today as the United States of America is coveted by foreign nations. Has the USA lost any such charm- is it not a jewel to the world with its vast expanses of land, cities, and natural resources or has it all pretty much been spent now? If anything the U.S.A. is sought now more then ever by even greater and more cunning powers then sought it at the time of its founding. To this no doubt Obama, Cruz, Rubio, and McCain would scoff, but our national security is no laughing matter.

I'm not laughing with the audience and Sean Hannity at CPAC 2015. I want to point something out about this letter. Not only is the letter an EXPRESSED DECLARATION that the President/Commander-In-Chief of the American armies not to devolve on any but a natural born citizen ( a clear dedication and warning to two American generations) , but a very strong check is also to be given to any 'foreigners' (first generation citizens) being admitted into the National Government.

Its a very clear warning we should even be very cautious about First Generation Citizens of the U.S. who were still considered foreigners either by one or the other parent or by birth place, and were not as trust-worthy to the U.S.A as a second generation American termed 'natural born Citizen'. Now it was decided that the qualifications for U.S. Reps and U.S. Sen's as far as Citizenship would include first generation Citizens meaning children of foreigners born here, or immigrants and their children born here but even the time for being here was made a stronger check for U.S. Senators then U.S. Representatives as well as a 5 year age difference.

This shows a very clear progressively stringent qualification paradigm according to the responsibilities of the office. U.S. Reps are only elected for two years, U.S. Senators for six years. For the President one can serve two four year terms however two full American generations in a pedigree is required and was seen as long enough to wipe out the plans of some ill intended foreign scheme concocted for the nefarious purposes of the Snidely Whiplash or foreign Despot.

To witness Sen. Ted Cruz perform that snazzy bait-n-switch was just exactly what America needed to see to understand what lies beneath his skin and how easily it comes to him- the forked tongue of a Republican. I've hypothesized Sen. Ted Cruz with such a willingness to defraud the American Public in their hard earned contributions for an Office if he were elected to he would not qualify for, is at best 'pretended' and his 22 hour hold-up of the U.S. Senate over Obamacare funding also nothing more than deceptive practices to gain American's trust and insert the knife with a thrust. He has shown those colors now very emphatically. I wouldn't trust a retainer to that guy now to file a will for my dog.

He seems to me a born loser. A guy who would snake his way into a GOP Nomination and then portend, "I did my best, but it just wasn't to be." You know form Secretary of State Hillary Clinton might even gain some advantage by a GOP Nominee like Sen. Ted Cruz and let me explain this by a question. You might think the Birther movement was started by the Tea Party or Republicans but it wasn't. It was actually started by Bill and Hillary Clinton in 2008. But lets just say after losing to Barack Hussein Obama in 2008, because she either refused or was somehow threatened that if she challenged Obama's 'natural born citizenship' it would be bad news,do you think she would back down twice or be nice to a GOP Nominee who wasn't a natural born citizen?

Now I'm laughing, because if you don't think every Democrat Senator would be called upon to cry for a Trial at the top of his / her voice in the U.S. Senate, as well as every Court appointed Judge Democrats now control with a whole bunch of appointments from President Bill Clinton and Barack Obama you have a really scary suicidal sense of well being, not to mention the Media hasn't exactly warmed up to Republicans since the 2014 election. Do you really think by the definitions of U.S.C. Amend. XX regarding Sect. 3, a "President Elect shall have failed to qualify,", meaning a president can indeed be elected by the public but still fail to qualify, that would not be used by a Candidate Runner Up like Hillary Clinton after what happened to her in 2008?

Bettina Viviano is one of my facebook friends and I've had quite a few FB Conversations with her over an extended period of time since 2008. She was a vice president with Amblin Enterntainment, Steven Spielberg’s company, before launching her own film production company in 1990. In 2008, Bettina was asked to produce a documentary film about voter fraud within the Democratic Party. Remember it was 2009 James O'Keefe who just last week tipped the jar over of Al Sharpton with is project Veritas Eric Garner & Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown all have in common video published Feb 23rd,2015 and pushing over 300,000 views already, who uncovered the ACORN SCANDAL. So you know fraud was happening when Bettina was assigned the production in 2008.

A number of the Democrats she interviewed refused to appear on camera and told her that their lives and property had been threatened by people working with the Obama campaign. She also heard former President Bill Clinton say that Obama was not eligible to be president because of his lack of birth records. In fact, she said it was common knowledge around many top Democrats. Bill Clinton has often said that he would go public with the information when the time was right. Before that could happen, his close friend and head of the Arkansas Democratic Party, Bill Gwatney was murdered in his office and then someone told Bill that he was next if he said anything about Obama’s eligibility. In the video {linked here} below, she said that Clinton was not intimidated until someone associated with the Obama campaign told him that his daughter Chelsea would be next if he opened his mouth. From that point on, the Clinton’s remained silent about Obama’s birth certificate or lack thereof.]


Now you think after all of that Bill and Hillary Clinton are going to sit back and watch a Canadian Born Cruz with a foreign Cuban father walk into the White House as President? No., that's not happening. However, it might be the best way to get rid of U.S. Senator Cruz because if Texas is like Kentucky for Rand Paul he can't run for President and be a U.S. Senator. He has to give one or the other up and he's a self declared wimp about taking a stand for the Constitutions qualification of natural born Citizen as I reported this week. Potential 2016 candidate, Sen. Marco Rubio has said he will not run for both.

So, it might be good riddance to both Cruz, Rubio, and Paul in one sweeping presidential run that could really benefit Democrats taking back the U.S. Senate in 2016 with perilous GOP Scandals so 'conservatively' racking up points with the public hazings of the U.S. Constitution while they spew hypocritically and state they are the party of 'national security' and we all vomit understanding how perilously they have not only exposed us but are set and willing to exploit us.

The denial of so many is of course a fear of being called 'racist', but on this issue specifically R's and D's have teamed up with three of the major Candidates for President Sen. McCain, Sen. Hillary Clinton, and Sen. Barack Obama in non-binding U.S. Sen. resolution 511. This is the biggest reason both R's and D's are not petitioning the courts on the definition. They teamed up to usurp the definition, but that is not how America works.

The "Independents" are a voting block in the United States of America that basically have been deciding elections for quite some time now. Republicans and Democrats have been in a tussal for their vote more then once, sometimes swinging between parties. The key is that there aren't too many politicians who don't know that without the I=Independent vote there won't be a winning elections.

Independents drive the GOP and the DNC bat crazy, because they have everyone else in their pocket, or shall we say putting money in their pocket. This is actually the catalyst to things like Rep. Nancy Pelosi's cockamamied rhetoric "We Have to Pass it so we can see what's in it". Its a way of projecting on to Independents a slobbery gobelty goop in the hope they can sneak by and maintain their vote.

So all the work and money for a political election comes down to two parties working their tail ends off and then basically being subject to the "Independent" vote which swings winning the election either way.

The odd thing is both the Republicans and Democrats think they hold sway over Independent voters and a third party will never in a million years ever just leave them both for a strong third party candidate.

So, if the Independents are actually the American Political Party that swings elections there is no question on whether America has a two party system. America has a three party system. Over the last 12 years the Independent American Party has been the fastest growing party in America with more and more voters deciding to vote for the particular person, rather then just straight party vote.

Its been my dream however to have on the ballot the R for Republican Party - the D for the Democrat Party and the I for Independent Party. I think it would serve our Nation much better in actually getting a bigger voter turn out which could actually help all the parties. Let's face it, they say Obama won the election because the Republican Base didn't turn out, so there was actually a "protest" vote going on. America, meaning everyone, needs to work towards eliminating the 'protest' vote and I think an I on the ticket for Independent would do wonders for it giving Independents a much more fair or equal shake in the National Elections. Isnt that something that would appeal to Democrats? Fair and Equal.

Of course there are a lot of different kinds of Independent voters that vary in the pendulum from conservative to liberal, but especially in the Presidential National Election the Independent voter has not been well represented in having a candidate heard. Most generally you see live debates with the two as we saw with Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in the 2012 election cycle, and then the Independent Vote is swinging one of those two parties to the victory or the win.

Its a way that the two party system has manipulated the Independent Voters in America to decide on either one and whose going to be the winner. As the Independents have grown in to such a large group in America though, I don't think that's exactly productive for either of the two major parties because it says, "we can't win on our own".

The love-hate relationship between the two parties and Independents is caused indeed by this kind of abusive relationship. Rep Nancy Pelosi's own words, "Why would anyone get married unless they were crazy about someone?" Well, let Democrats be crazy over Democrats, and Republicans be crazy over Republicans and let them separate themselves from Independents rather than depend on them in a obsessive abusive relationship.

There is the theory that you lose an election because these independent voters didn't vote for you. That's what has the GOP basically doing calisthenics right now for different minorities because they see a need to court the minority vote in order to win. Gosh you'd think they'd rather just help create on the ballot an I for INDEPENDENT voters and be done with them.

Rush Limbaugh who say Republicans lost election because they did'nt stay on the conservative side, which means basically people stayed home in a protest vote and its termed not getting your base out to vote. That's based on the GOP Leaderships choice for a candidate, as well as the Media picking the darling, rather then the conservative base.

Many don't think there are enough Independents put together to actually win a National Election, but I don't think that is true, especially if there was a choice of the I for Independent on the ballot. What may happening is the Independents don't have enough of a central body to firmly grasps as a platform, but I think the times are a changing and I believe its the central feature of the Republican Parties ideals with the Democratic Parties ideals that are merging and leaving the Constitution behind that leaves everything that is American and the Supreme Law of the Land in between for the taking. An Independent American Party might just do that, and the GOP and the DNC could put their dollars to better use instead of courting the swing voters.

The core feature that we have witnessed taking politics out of the principle field in the last two elections has undoubtedly been the qualification clause of the President that both Republicans and Democrats flat out trample and tread upon with ferociousness. It hasn't mattered to them what law enforcement investigations have said, it hasn't mattered to them what evidence was in front of them, they are totally together on the issue of Barack Obama not being vetted or qualified and simply printing up fabricated documents of identification to say that he is qualified according to the Constitution. If you don't believe ask any of them and see what they say. The courts, and I've been through a lot of them all the way up to the United States Supreme Court actually admit they want to avoid it as its Congress's place to hold hearings on it.

Its as if they applaud a man with a long form fabrication, a mis-matched social security card, and a phony year dated stamped draft registration as fearlessly daring to go where no honest man would. It is as if they would follow the devil down to hell without so much as a hearing to discuss why his skin was red, why he had horns, and why he had a tail. If that costume is so glorious that it spell binds Congress into some kind of a trance then its time the American People flat out called them on their not having a hearing and objecting with their support of a candidate who has taken a stand on the eligibility in a non-partisan way instead of just going to hell in a hand basket.

Well, unfortunately we have had too little too late from the GOP. The Conservative base is actually more unhappy with the Republican leadership then it was in 2012, if that was even thought possible. I mean you really have to admit something has gone terribly wrong when in 2012 the GOP had the conservative talk show host Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh,and Sean Hannity in their back pockets and narrowly lost. Can you even imagine the loss with Glenn Beck shouting hashtag defund the GOP (#defundthegop) with the news wrecking crew expanding at The Blaze now?

Rush Limbaugh saying today the GOP had lost their way on Obamacare saying they can fix it rather than repeal it. Rush's book Rush Revere and the First Patriots has hit Amazon's number one slot. That's not supposed to happen with sequels. Six months! That's not only not supposed to happen with sequels, it's not supposed to happen with books released six months apart. Not done. You made it happen. This is not done. We're gonna end up here -- other than Harry Potter, Harry Potter, that series, of course, is the other exception to the rule. But it looks like on the New York Times best-seller list for children's books, both of them, Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims and Rush Revere and the First Patriots, is gonna be on the list at the same time.

Sean Hannity has endeavored on a RECLAIM AMERICA PAC that touts Believing in the American Dream. You really can't have all three of these guys basically coming out and telling the GOP that they are losers losers losers, when they were supporting them in 2012 and they still lost!

The Conservatives of American have to face the facts, face the reality that they just can't keep up the pace with their leaders abandoning Constitutional principles just as fast as they can spend money and spiral our debt in a pact with devil for BIG GOVERNMENT.

The GOP doesn't even have an island on which to stand upon and say they are fiscally responsible and want to reduce our debt, lower taxes, and down size government bureaucracy after being solely responsible for funding Obamacare through their own U.S. House Majority, because Democrats sure didn't fund it with their majority.

This is what I am proposing. If the GOP will "NOT" hold hearings on Obama's Eligibility and hear the evidence of my standing as a Presidential Candidate, hear the evidence I submitted that included Sheriff Joe's Arpaio's Cold Case Posse as I submitted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 recognizing I also held in Judy v. McCain the same non-partisan standard of the Constitution in principle, that all Conservatives just abandon the GOP.

If the GOP refuses to hold Obama's feet to the principle of the Constitution on his eligibility issue, which is the root of so many SCANDALS and even deaths in 2013, they sure will not enforce it on their own running candidates like Rubio,Cruz,Santorum,and McCain. I really hope we haven't come to a point where we have not just turned our back on the opportunity that America is with our individual rights, property, and liberty protected from the States confiscation of it like communism threatens in the voice of Putin not to many days ago in fact. We put sanctions on him, he'll confiscate all the Corporations of America's investments over there. Yeah, he'll just take it. What every you have in the bank, in business assets, whatever he'll just take it. Is that what you want Hollywood? Is that cool with you? You better wake up and start appreciating the United States of America's Constitution because its the only thing standing between you and the State of Communism.

The GOP has become an empty shell of the once proud conservative base, and the Democratic Party who once championed civil rights has flushed them down the toilet and become the embarrassment of the Constitution. Oh its such an embarrassment to. An Independent ticket is bound to pick up what was once the base of the Democratic Party.

If we work hard and pull together and start representing one another in the common ground we have, we might start finding our way into a few straw polls and at least find some media coverage. We need people working in every state on this, but I think we can actually take the middle of the Country and start chipping away at the South if you will start supporting and helping me. I know America wants you.

It is imperative for you to know that there were indeed other candidates for President who stood their ground against Obama on the eligibility question, but there was only one who stood his ground with Obama and McCain. And while it wasn't an easy road to travel, there is not one major media source that has ever called me a racist and had the grounds for it to stick. That is my non-partisan secret.

If you insist on supporting others who did not throw down on Sen. McCain equally you are in fact perpetrating the lie of racism upon those of us who took a stand on the principle for the Office of the President "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that covers both nature and nurture, and provides the base protection of two generations to the Office of the President without partisanship.

If you cant see the value in that with regards to the liberal mainstream media, then your politically blind as a bat, as well as indeed having some racist tendencies that certainly will not do the Constitution a bit of good or the conservative principles of the Constitution. The Office of the President controls one third of the whole Government and its the enforcing branch of law as the executive branch. Obama.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

This is probably going to sound more like a journal entry then a blog piece, but I am moved to express some things that I think are important at this time.

First I do want to thank and pay a tribute to those who are fighting the good fight; those who are raising their voice and going on the record. I know the last week I have received more of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals treatment #5 (Rule 5: Ridicule is man's most potent weapon) these weeks then I have ever received. It’s nasty, distasteful, and ugly.

Here’s just one example that’s tame enough to print-
“Anyone that makes videos of their self trying to be Pres and claiming Obama is not qualified to be Pres needs help. I hope U get that. Do U have a doc? Mental disorders R not to be made fun of. I hope U don't hear voices but help is there 4 U!”

I do kind of agree with him that ‘I need help’ but its more on the financial side in contributions then from a doctor trying to convince me to abandon the Constitution in favor of Obama’s State of the Union and usurpation.

If anyone could comprehend how many people support Obama and picture them all ganging up on me you’d get some idea of what my mail box looks like in the above times 10,000.

I thinking I’m not sure what’s worse:

The precarious status of the Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear units and the risk presented by the enormous inventory of radioactive materials and spent fuel in the event of further earthquake threats with 1,565 fuel rods translating into 460 tons of nuclear fuel stored in a pool in a barely intact building on its third and fourth floors that could result in a catastrophic radiological fire that could wipe out most of the northern hemisphere; certainly it would be a massive civilization-breaking event or Obama’s eligibility going un-checked, ignored and avoided by the U.S. Supreme Court?

I know people in Washington DC don’t think about the most prestigious monument representing our first President George Washington in the cracked Washington monument with a 5.8 magnitude earthquake hitting east of the Rockies for the first time since 1897 or Hurricane Irene blowing through the same geographical area a few days earlier being the first of the Hurricane season showing exactly how bad the cracks were, or the 700 mile storm front that bee-lined from Chicago to Washington DC, causing 3 million to lose power -The very symbolism of losing power in an area like The Beltway is as poignant as it is profound, not to mention Obama's same course from Illinoise to Washington DC being traced; as part of God pointing out Obama’s ineligibility, but if you had to trace God’s finger it’s no stretch of the imagination to say our Founding Fathers are pissed off people!

To read Ann Barnhardt’s sentiments about the situation involving Obama’s ineligibility and the U.S. Supreme Court’s majority ruling which “Ok’d” a tax on every American’s very existence making it a possible crime to be born breathing if you don’t pay, well she said it very well I think:

I do think she’s probably right about the Government as it stands now never repealing any part of ACA whether Republican Mitt Romney is in charge or Obama’s ineligibility never meets the U.S. Constitution head on.

She says thoughtfully as Ann always does, Republicans ‘will start referencing the fact that ObamaCare is SCOTUS-approved, and approved by Chief Justice Roberts, no less. They will also start to argue that it would cause “chaos” to repeal it. Day by day, this rhetoric will increase. It will begin on the news channels, then spill over into the faux-conservative blogs like HotAir.com . I wait with bated breath for Ed Morrissey or Allah pundit’s piece on how “sensible folk understand that ObamaCare simply cannot be repealed.” Oh, just you wait. It is coming. I promise you that.”

She continues, “You HAVE to wake up and acknowledge that Romney is a sociopathic liar who is simply bullshitting, and that is the word for it – bullshitting you people in order to raise money. He will say ANYTHING in order to raise money and maybe “get elected.” You are being conned just as sure as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, and if you aren’t smart enough or mature enough to see when you are being blatantly conned, then you deserve what you get.”

Sadly it appears the payday for politicians exist if they do “lie”, if they don’t tell the “truth”, they are rewarded with what you “hope” they are going to represent. Romney reportedly raised 100 million in June. Well we all know what path that led us with Obama, but somehow we always hold out “hope” for a politician who actually means what he says and does what he says he’ll do.

With history as a guide to Washington DC actually having the power to beat the constitution-swords that go there elected with good intensions who then get beat into plowshares wanting to go to the latest Washington DC cocktail party, you’d think Citizens would understand the best remedy would be to send someone there whose actually done time for ‘Taking A Stand’. I mean is that the kind of courage you want or is that just crazy to you?

If history is a judge of Romney’s path you understand very clearly exactly what Ann (not Romney’s wife) is saying. You gotta give that pack a dynamite Ann credit where credit is due. She’ speaks the truth about the big fish in the race getting contributions for the office their running for, but she still hasn’t got a clue to actually putting her mouth to work for someone who is running for office and could certainly use a little positive support and help out here and we all need to ask ourselves the same question:

How will we respond to these and many of the other upcoming events which are poised to take this world of ours by storm? Who are we supporting and to what extent does our support towards that person represent our making the best decision we can?

Are you ready for some hard answers God has for you? All of those answers can be found within. Now is the time to go inside and ascertain the true meaning for each person in the contemplation of your family’s future.

Of course you want someone who pays for it all for you, who pays the bill, and makes the sacrifices so you don’t have to. But how in the world could you gain any appreciation for what our Constitution actually give you if it was all for FREE?

Indeed your participation in helping build a house makes it YOUR HOME.

You know in the Court cases I’ve represented against Obama about 99.999 percent of you haven’t paid a dime. You haven’t raised a single word of support. I’m not so sure you don’t deserve what you pay for. One thing I am sure of God’s going to give it to you, oh yea, you can count on that. But .. I still find myself wishing.

That brings me to the chapter I read in the Bible last night which was so telling of how things should be, or maybe how things are when they are done right and correctly in 1st Chronicles chapter 28:29 David outlines that not only has he gathered all that he has for the Lord’s Temple but he has himself given his own wealth to the project-

“Besides, in my devotion to the temple of my God I now give my personal treasures of gold and silver for the temple of my God, over and above everything I have provided for this holy temple: three thousand talents of gold (gold of Ophir) and seven thousand talents of refined silver, for the overlaying of the walls of the buildings, 5 for the gold work and the silver work, and for all the work to be done by the craftsmen.”

Then David asks a real simple question? I think its telling, but here he is in charge asking people to give of themselves. He isn’t saying for instance if you breath your taxed as our own ACA is mandating.

David says: “Now, who is willing to consecrate themselves to the LORD today?” The response was incredible and amounted to much more then could have ever been collected in a forced mandated tax, because of a simple few words, “ The people gave willingly”. Wow! How incredible is that power of genuine love?

“Then the leaders of families, the officers of the tribes of Israel, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of the king’s work gave willingly. They gave toward the work on the temple of God five thousand talents[d] and ten thousand darics[e] of gold, ten thousand talents of silver, eighteen thousand talents of bronze and a hundred thousand talents of iron. Anyone who had precious stones gave them to the treasury of the temple of the LORD …”. “The people rejoiced at the willing response of their leaders, for they had given freely and wholeheartedly to the LORD. David the king also rejoiced greatly.”

Please take note of the words “GAVE” to the 4th power or used 4 times in those words, also “FREELY” and “WHOLEHEARTEDLY” associated with the acts of giving and the reward of freedom the Lord had given Israel from bondage, and then not only that but the feeling of “REJOICEING” by everyone at what was accomplished together. Imagine our world if our elected leaders gave so willingly to the Constitution?

All of this “taxing” and “putting people in prison” for stupid stuff, and not standing up for our freedoms and liberties that are inalienable rights given by God is not us. That’s not the United States principled under the United States Constitution.

WE ARE CAPABLE OF SO MUCH MORE and its important not only to us here in the U.S. but its important to the world who sees us as a shining beacon of light on a hill representing what people can do with freedom and liberty. We can’t let this go.

I say as David said, “What “change” have you to give towards REALLY standing up for the Constitution and my campaign for upholding it? Will you send me your change?

If my Campaign is the only one holding up the Constitution’s demand for a ‘natural born citizen’ against all the hatred, and devils crying foul, how much more can you count on me then Mitt Romney or Obama’s lies?

To understand the work and courage behind Cody’s Eligibility Clarion Call would fill a volume that will be shared by our future generations as pivotal in United States history, however, we don’t have time here, so let’s break it down to bare bones, which you can grasp in a few bullet points.

As candidly and transparently as possible let’s shock you with a revelation; the GOP Candidates cannot legally defend the Constitution’s eligibility requirement from Obama without committing what is termed a hate crime.

In crime and law, hate crimes (also known as bias-motivated crimes) occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group, usually defined by racial group, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, social status or political affiliation. Here’s how Obama has used this to silence the GOP Candidates.

The Republican Nominee Sen. John McCain was born in Panama, which is a foreign nation. He was not born in a military base hospital but in a Panama’s hospital and his citizenship was granted to him 11 months after his birth by an Act of Congress specifically for the Panama Canal Zone in a process we call naturalization, or in other words adopted as a citizen the same as any other immigrant applying from Panama or any other foreign country would be.

In 2008 all of the Republican U.S. Senators, accept Sen. McCain, voted for non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 which announced to the world Sen. John McCain was a ‘natural born citizen’. This was co-sponsored in a Democrat controlled U.S. Senate by then Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama.

Cody Robert Judy was the only Presidential Candidate in the 2008 Class of Presidential Candidates to oppose this legally in the Federal District Court in Nevada prior to Sen. McCain being made the Republican nominee; that law suit also objected to Sen. Barack Obama’s Eligibility as Kenyan Born and to a father who was not a U.S. Citizen and a mother not old enough by law to confer U.S. citizenship.

There is no Presidential Candidate no matter how popular or politically experienced that can survive the legal rationale of racism. The media, amenable to slander, aired such claims with ABC’s Whoopi Goldberg, NBC’s Lawrence O'Donnell, and CBS News host Bob Schieffer against Donald Trump capable of suing them in court for slander, who also incidentally received a new 65 million dollar contract after bailing out of his toe-dip Presidential run, providing the stage for Barack Obama to release his long form fabrication i.e., birth certificate.

For a Racism or Hate Crime to be justified on a third party, one must first have 2 opposing parties with which to discriminate. In the 2008 Presidential Field, we had Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama both constitutionally unqualified. By giving McCain a pass for being a natural born citizen, albeit unconstitutional, and his being a foreign born naturalized citizen by not 1 but 2 Acts of Congress, the legal assumption would be if you didn’t give Obama the same pass he would have a claim of being treated differently under the exact same laws, justifying a legally abusive verbal ‘hate crime’.

That is right; Cody Robert Judy stands alone on being legally able to bring Obama’s Eligibility up as a grievance to Congress and in his campaign, made possible by his Constitutional Stand against both McCain and Obama. Do you see any reason to support Cody’s Campaign yet?

While some have used Cody’s not being elected to any office in the past as a claim of his not being qualified, we recall Cody is more Constitutionally qualified than the present occupant of the White House, and Obama’s voting ‘present’ as a Senator certainly didn’t act to qualify him, and by no means is any Governor running prepared either for the vast differences of any particular state compared to the Nation as a whole, but Cody has the record of preserving and protecting the United States Constitution that we want in a President.

Cody Judy challenges DEBATE for Ballot Contenders Mike,Sam,& Scott in U.S. Senate Race Utah

As the time for the voters to become familiar with all their choices on Nov. 2nd 2010 draws closer, I would like to extend my invitation to debate all the U.S. Senate Candidates listed on the ballot Mike Lee for Republicans, Sam Granato for Democrats, and Scott Bradley for Constitution Party.

Just a word or two about each.
1- Mr. Scott Bradley believes that non-citzen terroris should be given the same rights as an American Citizen, which I believe pollutes and dilutes the privilege of U.S. Citizenship towards global citzenery.
2- Mr. Sam Granato may be the one candidate that I am just not sure has even read read the Constitution as I have watched a few of his answers interviews. When asked about certain measures he has responded over generally rather then specifically as if 'being our brothers keeper' was his answer to most everything Constitutionally speaking. Well, that is in line with the socialist point and he loves Obama and believes it's a health care ought to be a Constitutional right.
3- Mr. Mike Lee has pretty much laid down the gauntlet on Social Security and Medicare stating "not one more dime" you can see here and for a guy who says he believes in the Constitution sure wants to change it a lot, and never mentions Barack Hussien Obama's lack of Constitutional Qualifications.:



Here is the email I tried to send to Mr.Scott Bradley personally several times with a server error coming up on his 'contact' page. I also tried to tie this to my comment on Connor Boyacks' Connors Connundrums blog, but my comments have been cut off.

So last chance I had was to publically offer this up for discussion to all who might read this. I'm available for a debate.
