Democrats face void of Truth

One thing that Democrats might be good at and that's "making labels up" for Americans- Birthers- Truthers- Alt-Media- Deplorables to name just a few. In fact, Truther had it's originating base line copied for the term Birther, even though more than half of Democrats believed Bush was complicit in 9/11. The lost defense of TRUTH hit Hillary Rodham Clinton hard in the 2016 Election. The good thing about that was the showing for all Americans that Truth still has value after all it was indeed Obama who waited three years before handing out his long form birth certificate and it was more than half of Republicans who didn't believe Obama was ever born in the U.S. or qualified as a [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. 

Alt-Media was a term Hillary Clinton made famous in her Presidential Campaign speech, but what it really signified was Media the Democrats couldn't control affecting the Altered-Media the Democrats force-fed as controlled Mainstream Media. So if Altered Media and Alternative Media are confusing to you, let's explore the MVP of Altered Media -Obama and understand the Alternative Media only became alternative because the Altered Media was throwing good apples out behind the barn with the rest of the horse biscuits and calling it Horse Sh*t which confused many people with no experience as a stall boy.

As a former professional horsemen and the son of Farmers with all kinds of animals in the barn, I have had a lot of experience with cleaning out stalls. To save sawdust my Mom used to engage us in "picking up the horse biscuits with our hands because a pitch-fork took out too much sawdust with the waste. The key in that process was getting to the mess before it was strewn around to much. We cleaned stalls every day and we took pride in a clean barn. Another way you might say that which we heard quite a bit about in the Presidential Campaign Crowds of President Elect Donald J. Trump was 'draining the swamp'. 'Draining the swamp', 'cleaning the stalls'-  it all has to do with a fresh clean slate to lay down in and be comfortable without smelling the stench so bad that you pass out, lose interest, walk away, or don't vote.

Democrats today are voting for a Speaker of the House. A position Rep. Nancy Pelosi has held for 14 years- eight of which have been presiding over losing 1,000 seats across the Country to Republicans. Still Democrats laud her ability to "Raise Money". Well, if raising money was about winning, she's proved to us the two do not go hand-in-hand. 

If raising money was her gift to Democrats why would she stop raising money for Democrats if she lost the Speaker-ship? If she stopped raising money on the basis of her position, couldn't the money she is raising in her position just be called blackmail/extortion money anyway? Thus Democrats should theoretically not worry about the money Rep. Nancy Pelosi has raised, it should come in anyway if it's the Democratic Party Platform that counts right?

Of course Rep. Nancy Pelosi has hung on to her gavel with 134 votes, but it also came with a price tag - fewer coronations and more reality checks in the interest of young Democrats noticed as hung out to dry in the leadership pariah-of-the-clan that gathering opposition steam represented by a surprising 63 votes! 

Represenative Nancy Pelosi indeed may have raised some good money for the Democratic Party, but Republican Establishment favorite Jeb Bush blew through a 100M and Democratic Establishment favorite Hillary Rodham Clinton blew through a Billion with identity politics as the small rudder navigating a large ship that has lost its way in bedrock values such as fairness, equality,  and opportunity for quite some time now.

Still the Democrats persist money is the key to winning and Obama is on a tangent about alternative media which sounds a little more like a Defacto President who is decrying freedom of speech - one of those staples we all know he defends? The problem for the Democrats is presented as a conundrum represented in the picture of this Post.

Obama installed as a usurper of the U.S. Constitution cannot possibly be it's defender. He is and never was qualified for the Office of the President demanding in the Qualification section a natural born Citizen ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. 

Obama is as legal in the Office of the President as Jack-a-lopes bound the prairies of the United States. They normally don't have horns and abnormally do.  Rabbits with horns don't exist and neither does a legal Constitutional Qualified President in Barack Obama. It has only been the Altered Media that has thought so fabricating , just as Obama's long form birth certificate was fabricated and proven such by a law enforcement investigation, suppressed by the MSM, Congress, and the Courts.

On one hand Obama understands that without the U.S. Constitution minorities like Muslims [insert any religion]Americans, Irananian-Americans, Turkish Americans, Mexican-Americans, and every other [ [insert foreign state-Americans], male[insert sex]-Americans are not subject to fairness, equality, and opportunity, and the Democratic Party has been a big champion for minorities. They have counted on that vote, but haven't done much less of standing up for American-Americans. 

In their desire to help and assist minorities there begin to be a real hateful disparaging discrimination against American-Americans- ie. The natural born Citizens [born in the U.S. to Citizen parents]. They turned blindly against the foundation of propagated Americans that was not dependent upon the 14th Amendment or any other naturalization act of Congress that the Office of the President was reserved for exempting only those born at the time of the Adoption of the U.S. Constitution. American-Americans felt that and spoke out about it in the 2016 Election. President Elect Donald J. Trump saw the opening plain as day and Obama had no answer accept an attempt to pacify with this fabricated long form birth certificate certified by his mother's friend Loretta Fuddy, now deceased, at the Hawaii Health Department and his childhood friend as Governor. 

In the conundrum of the Post Picture, Obama laments that if we didn't have the Constitution, including the Electoral College System held within it, Democrats would have won the Election. So, you have an unqualified candidate in Obama who is a walking talking violation of the Constitution that Democrats are supposed to defend, lamenting that, gosh, if we didn't have the Constitution's Electoral College , Democrats would be winning. 

No they wouldn't. 

Because most Democrats are minorities and depend upon the U.S. Constitution for a defense. This presents a big problem for Democrats. Defend Obama or Defend Minorities but you can't do both or you lose. That's a real truth. Democrats will never gain any kind of high ground until they acknowledge Truth. Obama is not Qualified under the same Constitution that is the Supreme Law of the Land and is represented as the Republic for which we stand. Maybe Democrats feel the Pledge of Allegiance is out-dated too and they would prefer a message from 'Anonymous' for our elementary school children to the Pledge that protects minorities with "Justice for All" Citizens under the Constitution? 

Democracy in it's purest form is the bully of the crowd trampling the rights of the minorities. Minorities need to be very afraid of that for good reason. They will lose their rights and privileges to a pure Democracy. They are clearly outnumbered and shouldn't forget it. That should make them the biggest defenders of the U.S. Constitution and the biggest opponents of Barack Obama. I understand it as a Democratic Candidate for President in 2012 and 2016, but do you think Rep. Nancy Pelosi gets it?

No she doesn't. 

If Obama was a painting Nancy Pelosi was the brush stroking the canvas. She was included in two different forms signing off to the States he was Constitutionally Eligible in U.S. Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama No. 14-9396. She lied and its cost Democrats over the last eight years much more money than Rep. Nancy Pelosi ever raised for the Party. The Democratic Party swerved left for a fast gain and now has hit the wall against Americans they put up themselves. They turned their back on the Law, but in their defense it took a lot of complacent Establishment Republicans including Mitt Romney also decried by President Elect Trump a big loser.

In opposition to an editorial run in the Miami Harold I made the following comment based mostly in the fact that there is a lot of truth hanging in the balance of the MSM and Journalist of the Altered Media that somehow the Constitution's Qualifications for Office are Racist ( also clearly defended in another Editorial here ) which only firms up the discrimination against American-Americans leaving the hole exposed by Democrats that lost the 2016 Election. The Altered Media is the MSM in it's delusion. Americans are getting it!

If American-Americans can't even have one office reserved for them in their own land and instead feel the dragons breath of the MSM, what incentive is there? Well, clearly the American-Americans heard that call and felt the fire of being called another name made up by Hillary Clinton "Deplorables". 


The facts that the MSM have altered, their participating General Public perception, is as evident as the General Public not hearing about Judy v. Obama 14-9396 from the inception of it being filed in Utah's Federal Court system to the U.S. Supreme Court but the opposite happening in the Same-Sex Court Cases. There have hundreds of Press Releases they have "sat on" in participation of the cover up. That is what 'altering media' is. It's altered the Public Perception of Truth - which was in fact the U.S. Constitution's Qualification.

As another example, the cover-up that Hillary Clinton avoided FOIA with her Email Set Up was also altered as a "Convenience". Avoiding FOIA is a crime for a Government Official especially against The American People.  Convenience had less to do with it than avoiding accountability and responsibility to the Law, but the laws that most applied were not the ones the FBI held her accountable too. 

If Truth prevailed with the MSM regarding [Birthers], they would understand the two part qualification of soil and parents with [natural born Citizen] and that it has nothing to do with [religion] which they would like to present as a  narrative of bigotry. This is false also. The Qualification for President in the Constitution of the United States has no religious test.
The truth is Obama was enrolled in a Muslim only elementary school in Indonesia and was registered in it as a Muslim by the name of Barry Soetoro. 

  Of course people in the U.S. are free to change their Religions and the fact that he was registered Muslim has little to do with his present religion and that has less to do with any qualification required by the U.S. Constitution. His recorded foreign adoption might however in legal theory and has some merit in truth as far as his mother's inherited citizenship to him. 

If a traitor to the U.S. gives up their U.S. Citizenship for a foreign citizenship, being a U.S. Citizen no longer applies. Anwar al Awlaki born in the State of New Mexico to foreign nationals of Yemen held dual citizenship America and with Yemen and Obama sent a drone over to kill him.

In the respect Obama is not qualified for U.S. President neither was Anwar al Awlaki, yet both may have run for Representative or Senator which only requires [Citizen] and is included in the naturalization act Title 8 subsection 1401, a-h. Obama like Anwar has an inherited citizenship from Kenya from his father. The place of Anwar's birth made little difference to his inheriting citizenship to Yemen through both his Parents. 

If the Birther issue was 'racist', how did (Caucasian) McCain, Cuban Rubio/ Cruz and Indonesian Jindal get on the SCOTUS Record of my presidential petition and claim to the U.S. Supreme Court? And Why has the media hidden those aspects away in participation in the cover up to the General Public unless they are participating in a cover up of altered media?

The U.S. Supreme Court denied me a Hearing based on not having the funds to pay when my poverty condition was in fact accepted in lower courts as well was given to them in official record. This amounted to a #waronpoor and against Justice for All. How do Democrats feel about equality and fairness in a Presidential Race? Well, their treatment for Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders is documented, but let's not forget my Campaign or for that matter President Elect Donald J. Trump's who has never held Public Office Dems. 

The jury may still be out on whether money trumps truth or wither truth can save Democrats and MLK Jr. seemed to agree stating:

Paul’s words are as relevant today as they were yesterday and our trials politically seem poignantly exposed to him as if he were talking to us this very instant. U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz on the MARKLEVINSHOW.COM, in a discussion on the OMNIBUS spending bill that flabbergasting-ly was filled with pork spending, funded Obamacare, Obama-amnesty, corporate welfare, crony capitalism, payoffs to lobbyist, and funded K street, noted there was a corruption in DC that was bipartisan amounting to a full Constitutional Crisis, that Obama had, “usurped both the Legislative and the Executive power into the presidency”. Wait a minute, rewind that, “usurped”, I just wrote a blog piece about the definition of usurpation as it relates to Obama here. Do you suppose U.S. Senator Ted Cruz read that?

There are a lot of words that can be used in identifying someone in office who is legally qualified for the Office but is using power beyond the Office’s outline. If for instance Cruz touted, ‘impeachable’ as in “Obama is engaged in actions that are impeachable” then we gather Cruz believes Obama is qualified and eligible for the Office of the President but has overstepped the bounds of power. Usurpation is an attribution of injustice uniquely eloquent in a short term description of Judy v. Obama 14-4136 being considered in the U.S. 10th Circuit Court right now, however is uniquely identifiable as assuming an Office of power illegitimately and failing the qualifications and eligibility of or demanded by the Office as a bully would kick out the teacher of a math class and then leave the damages for the real teacher to clean up after a mess had been made upon the removal of the bully.

Sen. Cruz is a word smith and I believe chooses his words intelligently and I’m not sure there is stronger language that can be used in addressing Obama as an unqualified ineligible person in the White House without saying Obama is not a ‘natural born Citizen’ born in the U.S. to Citizen parents. I believe those facts precisely engage and embolden Cruz to the precipice of the “usurpation” of powers language and it is also precisely those facts which prevents Congress from censoring Cruz himself for the ‘chip against the trust’ that would be if it were not true. As a new majority leader for the U.S. Senate I could fully support U.S. Senator Cruz and it would be a humble prayer of mine others would see it so.

The reverence I have for Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell and much of the ‘incumbent elected officials’ needs some attention that many I’m sure will say is outrageous, but still needs to be said. There is a respect for a man who is satisfied with his office. Who regards the office he holds as the pinnacle of trust he will ever reach. Who understands that though he will never be elected to a higher office when one exist that the benevolence of the one he holds is a great joy and satisfaction to him. That my friend is the ‘meekness’ Paul talks about in ‘considering thyself lest thou also be tempted’.

We all know Sen. McConnell has no intentions or farfetched dreams of running for the Office of the President so his motivation to speak out might not be what we hear from Sen. Cruz in the same position as Obama was when he ran for the Office of the President as a freshman Senator, sneaking by the eligibility and qualifications of the Office with at first a very long and drawn out three year delay in releasing his long form birth certificate in much the same spectacular fashion as Sen. Cruz has hired attorney’s to somehow change the place of his birth in Canada or disrespect the citizenship of his father from Cuba at the time of Ted’s birth. We see the concern U.S. Sen. Things do change every day, but generally believed is that the place of our birth is one thing that doesn’t change and it is one of the elementary test of being qualified as a ‘natural born Citizen’ along with the citizenship received from both mother and father. If there is foreign citizenship in any one of the three places, that must be honored in a respectful way. If we have to remind the people who have such in their history we should point that out hopefully in a way that reminds them of honoring their mother and father the sixth of the Ten Commandments. Pointing out the respect and honor is a better way and if the consequence precludes one from legally holding the Office of the President it is truly only a potential 8 year position compared to the damages that can result in disrespecting the land of your birth and your mother and father for a lifetime and in a historical and U.S. Constitution political heresy.

As a candidate for President in 2016 which Sen. Cruz in his actions for contributions, meetings with big donors, and trips to Iowa seem to be entertaining he falls from Hero to Zero. Sadly, I’m not so sure because of this contradiction in terms that the motivation for Cruz is on par with being satisfied with the office of a U.S. Senator in which only a “Citizen” ship is required, because he fails the ‘natural born Citizen” ship test not being born in America to two Citizen parents the same as Obama fails the test. It’s an elementary test children in kindergarten could actually be taught to pass.

Cruz remarked Senior Elected Officials both Republican and Democrat drape their arm around you as a junior elected Senator and say, ‘Lad, that’s what you tell them when you’re campaigning, not when you’re governing’ The temptations of course for Sen. Cruz is that in forgetting the ‘meekness’ he is overcome in ‘running for President’ in assaulting the Constitution which he is charged with defending. Many have elaborated that Obama has got away with it as if the statute of disrespecting his mother his father his place of birth and the fraud upon every voting American has a statute of limitations of 6,7, or even 8 years? Hitler was in power 12 years but did his sins come back to create his hell and is that something to be envied and used as collateral on a resume for following the same path in public office?

Bipartisan agreement Cruz noted in DC was in affect sitting around a circle and saying “ok, we’ll fund your project and your project and your project and spend a trillion, and that’s how we bankrupt your children, and our grandchildren in a generational theft, something we heard from another ineligible Republican candidate name of Sen. John McCain born in the Panama hospital whom I also sued in Federal Court addressing hundreds of millions of dollars that had been spent on his campaign of fraud attested to by two acts of Congress coddling communism. Cruz machinated, ‘While all the elected officials are scratching everyone’s back and no one is standing up for the working men and women at home 18 trillion gets added on the debt’, may we please see by a show of hands who has taken a stand for the Constitution on behalf of the Office of the President wielding such great power upon every American as the as semblance of “Constitutional Crisis” has been annunciated by a member of the U.S. Senate?

Why is it that over the last two presidential elections, 2008 and 2012, that this has only been taken on by one man running for President in a bi-partisan stand with McCain and Obama who has never been elected?

Cruz remarked that many in DC are engaged in trafficking in personal destruction as both parties spend a lot of time painting pictures he related as a challenge in Washington DC upon those they disagreed with others, and he said we are in a full constitutional crisis because of the actions of Obama. Where on God’s green earth has Sen. Ted Cruz been in the legal fight against Obama? How many case numbers does he have officially? Oh you’re right, zero. You don’t earn points by not filing any official action and your words turn into rhetoric when your actions appear to be zero and words appear to be many especially when you have actually been elected. What Trial has U.S. Senator Ted Cruz so painfully requested on the ‘usurpation of legislative and executive powers’ so declared?

Are these not facts regarding U.S. Senator Ted Cruz we must take into consideration or do we crave those flattering words of ‘hope and change’ tingling in our ears from young aspiring politicians emboldened by the power of offices they have come to be elected in? I for one, have run for Congress in 2002 and U.S. Senate in 2008 and 2010 and if I had won those contest, I would actually be totally embarrassed from the duty of my office to have not said one word about Obama not being a natural born Citizen or elaborating in my office the facts that were provided to me in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation of Obama’s fabricated long form birth certificate and draft registration.

I don’t know Sheriff Joe, have never shook hands with the lead investigator Mike Zullo, or even had a conversation with them, but at least I know what the evidence says and the result of many professional and expert investigators who have a history of criminal complaint investigations. When it comes to the Office of the President can you imagine a U.S. Senator’s following if he were to actually just cite the evidence from the podium declaring to his colleagues what is true about the person in the Office of the President?

This reminds me of story I can briefly relate in my past employment as a professional horse trainer for Disney back in 1989-90. I was hired as a trainer by a Veterinarian who was also a horse trainer for Disney at the time Michael Eisner was the CEO of Disney. We had been hired to buy and train the livestock that would be featured in the Euro-Disney’s “Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show” that was to be a feature at the Paris, France theme park.

We had to buy quite a bit of livestock horses, bulls, and were flying all over the country to get the job done. I think we had to buy over a hundred head of livestock and train them. They had to be trained to really stop on a dime and turn fast with the slightest cues as those who would be riding them were both Indians and cowboys. The Indian horses especially had very little equipment in the order to do this so their cues had to be very light. In getting the horses I became aware that the Veterinarian who had the Ph. D., was making a dysfunctional profit by charging Disney two or three times what we were buying the horses and bulls for under the salaried employment of Disney.

As I discovered this I thought it was a real dis-service to our employer who had hired us and was paying us to do a job that this s.o.b was exploiting in the worst way. I felt like it reflected upon all horsemen and trainers a like in the poorest taste. I agonized over it every day understanding if I told anyone else of this higher up that it would indeed place a very uncomfortable wedge between me and the Vet, but on the other hand I had been hired by Disney those who were higher then he to do a job and I felt that encompassed some honesty in the trust they had given to my expertise in training and picking out livestock for their profit.

I lived with this knowing in my head for three weeks as if it were compounding in weight and a burden on my shoulders until I finally had to come to terms with myself over the benefits of employment. I confronted both the Executives of Disney about the unsavory activity and confronted the Vet in a nasty fight. True to my fears, I was fired by the Vet and the Disney Executives above had absolutely no reward for my integrity, but I did have something that I could live with which was more important; myself.

Imagining yourself as a Congressmen in the House and the Senate with the strings of power at your fingertips, rubbing shoulders with ‘the big boys’, and understanding that keeping your job was incumbent with going along to get along with those who had been in office a very long time and had learned how to play the game of the politically powerful, how do you balance that with what you were hired on to do?

Add to that the dependency you get upon the job with your family members as subjects and if you came from nothing your return to nothing is not all that bright of a picture. Of course returning to the private sector in many instances would be a more lucrative job without the headaches, but still we have seen no doctors or lawyers or professional people in Congress who have risked their very election to take a stand against Obama in the usurpation of the Office of the President with evidence handed to them.

I read with great admiration Congressman’s Jim Bridenstine’s Dec 17th, 2014 speech featured at www.frontpagemag.com “Weakness is Provocative” he gave at the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s 20th Anniversary Restoration Weekend that took place Nov 13th -16th at the Breakers Resort in Palm Beach Florida. It clearly outlined the pragmatic interest in humanity that defending and securing our borders represents and the tragedies unfolding on the cues of Obama’s Amnesty rhetoric which when you read are not only reprehensibly sickening but flagrantly swept under the rug by most MSM.
The speech was stirring, inspiring, and endowed the reader that hopeful integrity actually existed in Washington DC among those who are elected, but it at the same time devastates you that folks elected have done nothing regarding Obama’s eligibility and the requirements that are elementarily defined in our U.S. Constitution. I often reflect upon my own actions in Court taking Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama to task in 2008 and continuing with Obama in 2012 till today in my ongoing fight for such an elementary concept as holding the Office of the President to the requirement of a ‘natural born Citizen’ as my troubling the water in stark contrast to those in elected offices whose actions they harold as for peace?

In truth and balance there is no ‘peace’ that propping up Obama has for the United States of America. In fact, the propping up of a usurper has only the drum beat of death, rape, and pillaging to it that I hear and though hundreds are not lining the streets or buried today in mass graves in New York that we see their deaths are not yet counted, nor the cruel imprisonment in the nefarious slave sex trades exploited, nor the impoverishment accounted for in the mess yet to unfold.

In fact we are as yet to recognize the absolute horror brought to every family in America by the bully usurping the Office of the President and the mess left to clean up after all of this denial and anti-constitutional action. We are yet to recognize the vast amount of death that will be attributed to ignoring a elementary qualification for the Office of the President that our forefathers thought wise to require only for the Office of the President unlike the offices of a Representative or Senator, that they certainly assumed there would be no possible way to mistake about.
You see my friends; tyrannical neo-communism is not peaceful. By its very nature it is not satisfied but continually consuming like a bully who can’t help being what he is. Hollywood has pulled a comedy down in a real tragedy called “The Interview” bending to the whims of what can only be described as tyrannical neo-communism. The dis-service goes far beyond scrubbing a 200 million dollar movie that was once set to be released on Christmas Day by the blackmailing tactics of hackers and the evidence and applauded efforts of North Korea saturated in brotherhood with Cuba, China, and the Russia.

Congressman’s Jim Bridenstine’s “Weakness is Provocative” is coming home to roost at Angelina Jolie’s nest as more emails were released stating she was ‘seriously, quite out of her mind’ (http://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/sony-hack-angelina-jolie-branded-seriously-out-of-her-mind-in-further-embarrassing-leaked-email-thread-9932691.html ) and the tentacles of racism comes to the door of Sony Pictures co-chairperson Amy Pascal in remarks about Obama.

Hollywood and all of us are getting a great demonstration of neo-communism even tearing Hollywood apart with its appetite. The United States Constitution is your protection of free speech and a free press that to preserve must come upon the conscience. Do you remember all of the massive demonstrations that occurred when a pretty tan Italian Stallion beat up on very black Clubber Lang in Rocky III? Rocky agonized in his come-back having nothing that was real because he had been protected in the fights by his trainer. Fear gripped him as they struggled in the comeback and the thought of losing, but at least losing with no excuses.

If you don’t’ remember those demonstrations perhaps you remember the huge demonstrations when the new Red Dawn was released in 2012 and the North Korean populations in America went ballistic?

If you didn’t know the enemy in Red Dawn originally was the Chinese and wondered how North Korea (population 25 million) got to be cast as the invaders of the attack on the Unites States (population 315 million) in the movie, it may help to understand that the original screenplay for this remake named the invaders as Chinese. After principal photography was completed on the film in 2009 and its studio (MGM) went belly-up, the enemy identity was changed to North Korea by reshooting several scenes, redubbing lots of dialogue and using digital adjustment to change the looks of flags, uniforms and insignia on trucks and tanks.

Did this involve a change in ideology in Hollywood? Not really. A marketing genius figured out that China is one of the biggest markets for American movie exports, and North Korea generates unimpressive box-office bucks for Yank product, as the trade papers like to word it? So, was it all about the dollars? The astonishing politically correct has infiltrated Hollywood to the point that they are feeding on themselves rather than understanding the concept of ‘entertainment’ and the fact that with every type of entertainment not everyone is going to be satisfied with a particular type. The fascination of this is Hollywood is becoming restrictive and restricted in the United States of America with the telling tale that the United States Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land needing to be restored.

Neo-communism uses racism like its bitch and sadly the trifles like Barack Obama dressed up in a tuxedo and being asked to get some coffee as a waiter and Michelle Obama being asked at a department store to help get down an item much higher then the customer could reach, instead of being seen as actions of helping a fellow American out with service are touted as ‘acts of racism’ against being recognized as the president or being recognized as the first lady as was spotlighted in Dec 17th,2014 People Magazine. These are not actions of peace but actions of war and division.

“I would be honored to get you some coffee, I would be honored to get a hat box down for you. I would be honored to serve you…”, is this what we hear from elected officials? To add emphasis to this premiere story deflating egos, Jesus Christ washed the feet of his disciples and when Peter tried to correct him saying you’re not washing my feet what did Jesus tell him?

John 13: 7 Jesus answered and said to him, "What I do you do not realize now, but you will understand hereafter." 8Peter said to Him, "Never shall You wash my feet!" Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me." 9Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, then wash not only my feet, but also my hands and my head."…

In my own story I have not been rewarded with parties or ceremonies or accolades for suing McCain and Obama and taking a stand for our U.S. Constitution and the rights of Hollywood actresses like Angelina Jolie, or any person in America, I haven’t not received contributions for such, nor been elected to office. In fact, just the opposite has occurred, rather reminiscent of my experience with Disney where I explained what was happening and was hated for it. Yes, there are a few a very few who have appreciated what I have done and I do not mean at all to step on that sincere appreciation. Jesus healed ten lepers and how many come back to thank him?

There is nothing that I have done that Jesus didn’t do first. I’m honored in many instances to follow him and regret any past experiences where I feel I have fallen short. Thank God for repentance, or in the words of Obama, change, for they mean much the same thing. (smile) We all can change, it happens every day and it is my hope that we can change and be better and do better than we are now in debt 18 trillion dollars with governments and people subjects of usury rather than citizens of law.

You know when I think about the fights I have lost I'm okay because I know those fights were fought for the best interest of my kids. I can live with myself and I'm okay with losing for the right reasons. Sometimes its not winning or losing but really all about trying and doing your best. I might not ever be elected but I haven't quit standing for the U.S. Constitution just because I've lost a few elections. Truth is real and seems the hardest thing for people to believe in, but when you think about it lies take a whole lot more energy out of you and waste a whole lot more time. That's why Truth is Real. Truth might sometimes be painful but I would rather live with the truth then live a lie.

Forgive me Father, for they know exactly what they do: Is Anyone Really Being Fooled?

There are a lot of things that we do ignore for some time, and then it all kind of builds up and comes out. Hopefully we have learned to let it come out in positive and constructive ways. I like Glenn Beck and think he’s a very intelligent God, Family, Country loving kind of man. I also like Barack Obama who I believe loves his God, his family, and the USA for providing his paycheck for the last while. While I don’t like Obama serving as President of the U.S.A. because he’s not qualified as a natural born citizen and is a walking talking violation of the United States Constitution in that Office, I don’t mind him on the golf course or basketball floor, or playing with his kids. I didn’t even mind him being a U.S. Senator as “Citizen” is the qualification and I gave him that ground with an American Citizen for a Mom evan though she was not 5 years a citizen after age 14 to grant such.

One of the things that really bother me is hypocrisy. If you’re going to make an allowance for yourself, certainly you can make allowance for someone else or everyone for that matter in the same arena. We make age related qualifications for people to drive, or to drink alcohol coming in the form of laws for good reasons.

Of course we’ve all seen laws made up that seem to violate common sense, but the natural born citizen qualification for President holding Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents wasn’t one of them. The reason it has not been rescinded lawfully is it makes a lot of common sense to Legislatures when you start bringing in the witnesses, and really looking at the evidence, as has been done as recently as 2000.

Children have an uncanny ability to notice things that don’t make sense. Let’s look at some things that don’t make sense. Glenn Beck recently came out in an absolute tirade about burning human tissue in an incinerator and making a profit out of it. Never mind crematoriums, mortuaries, even land sales who profit off people dying, if there is a profit to be made out of dead people it’s an outrageous grievance according to Beck and soon will lead to "Soylent Green ” or the consumption of human flesh which even he reported his kids understand now from watching the movie.

The Oregon Power Plant selling power of human DNA aka burning fetus’s , amputated limps, tumors are reported to have stopped this practice at seeing the public outcry. Hooray you say? I wondered whats next for Beck? If DNA could be proven to be in fossil fuels/oil, would Glenn Beck be against the pipeline, stop driving his car, or perhaps come out against the pipeline and oil drilling all together along with energy independence for the United States? If DNA was found in the dust of the concrete used to make hospitals, houses, or Glenn Beck’s office would he stop paying for it? In Glenn's mind there is no time difference between someone whose dead tissue died yesterday and someon'e that died 400,000 years ago.

Of course no one’s going to find DNA in motor oil because its broken down, but we know it’s there. So let’s follow the extreme and see where it leads us. Certainly if burning dead human tissue and selling it as heat is an absolute no holds barred no-no to Beck, then everyone using fossil fuels in their car should quit driving cars? It’s a very well known and understood fact that oil and fossil fuels comes from Dinosaurs and the humans that walked the earth a short 400,000 years ago and while you can’t find DNA in oil, we all agree at least in fossil fuels that there is a very real possibility that human DNA actually plays some part in the make-up of oil and even concrete. Glenn Beck is burning dead humans in his car every time he takes a drive and very well could be living and paying for DNA in his house and work properties everybody.Soylent Green!

Glenn Beck goes Birther; a little extreme and its not what you think. Well,if we followed that path that Glen Beck treads, where are we? Burning babies on our Sunday drives and living in the dust of dead men’s bones. This is a really poor line of defense for pro-lifers in my opinion but I agree it creates sensationalism. So now what? Funeral arrangements for dead tissue,amputated limbs, and tumors at the hostpitals? No just burn it, but don't sell it to consumers! Burn it and bury it where from dust to dumptruck it can work its way into cement?

One of the things Glenn Beck has hated about real Birthers that I know about is our ‘distraction’ of the real important issues of conservatism, which excludes the qualifications of the Office of the President in Glen's history. One of the things that is important? Glen absolutely green-jello-gloated in yesterday's radio broadcast in the Blaze’s determination that they should not side with Cliven Bundy; and Cliven Bundy’s racist comments understood to have been manipulated and engineered by left-wing gay progressive writer Adam Nagourney of the New York Times was the reason why and got to the bottom of the issue, and more importantly why the Blaze wasn't the first to cover this story. This is where Glenn bragged he'd gained as many supporters as had de-friended him over his stance against Bundy.

I'm always a little saddened to see a gay minority beat up on a black minority when it involves exposing the saddest elements of its cultures in society, but perhaps gays have felt the heavy handed black caucus upon their choices, especially in Illinois. One of the best articles I’ve read on some of the lessons from Cliven Bundy came out of an article from the Canada Free Press by Tim Dunkin “Some Lessons from Cliven Bundy”. Beck joined in the chorus of stomping Bundy into the ground yesterday gloating in the fact he had not stepped in the cow crap of Bundy.

Now the really odd thing about this I thought as I’ve thought about The Blaze’s stories and reputation is how many stories and sensational articles they have been written or showcased that involve a knock out game. I just thought about that for one instance and not even having been on The Blaze for some time, threw it in on my browser in a search on the Blaze and found when putting in "knock out slap game "33,090 entries on 1,324 pages of stories". Now how many stories on the Barack Obama's fabricated birth certificate and Arapio's Cold Case Posse investigations or Presidential Candidates law suits against Obama featuring the only candidate in America that actually sued both McCain and Obama with yours trutly? Stories 0.

I scrolled a few stories and sure enough there was a story about a teen slapping game. I thought, oh, I wonder if that involves someone who is black and clicked on it. Sure enough, there’s a teen age black girl shown slapping a fast food worker who is also black. Of course why would I think that of the Blaze when it comes to featuring stories that show black violence?

Now what is the hypocrisy of highlighting this over and over and over again and then stating in some kind of tirade Bundy’s comments were racist? Zero stories about a bi-partisan Candidate standing up for the Principles demanded in the Office of the President holding both parties feet to the fire, and thousands of stories about black violence?
I understood quite clearly from Bundy's comments that the state of negroes yesterday in slavery prior the Constitution's 15th Amendment , is indeed similar at the very least to those black people of today dependent upon the welfare state; 40 people shot 9 killed just in Chicago over Easter Weekend. There's very little hope and change without a recovery or a vibrant U.S. economy created by adhering to the U.S. Constitution.

The same could be said about any race in America however, Bundy knows that the Media and the U.S. has someone in the Office of the President whose claim of fame is being black. Its understandable blacks are in the focus much more now because of Obama. So Bundy grasp for the straw the media uses over and over again in somehow making a comparison of the welfare state and debt we are in with a popular guy in the White House? Is it racist? How about educational that something isn't right?

Highlighted over and over again however by the Media has been the glorious white guilt that elected Barack Obama as the first black president qualifications of the Constitution, the very document that has protected blacks, gays, every other minority, and the “free press” be damned. That is hypocrisy! As Glenn Beck said that is flying upside down, not knowing it, and pulling up while your actually pulling down and smashing the plane into the ground.

I’ve heard Glenn Beck say he can’t wait for Jesus to come back and set things straight. I keep wondering what he’s going to do when Jesus is setting him straight and telling him ‘Beck, your way out of line! You haven’t even stood up with the Birthers while your bragging of standing up for the truth, in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse of professional law enforcement agents who have discovered Obama’s long form birth certificate is a fabrication, his draft registration is a phony, his social security indeed as was highlighted in a recent story, assigned to someone else, what truth are you covering up?”

In my mind receiving Jesus Christ always had something to do with living correct principles so at the very least Jesus Christ was comfortable around you and you wouldn't melt because you were filled with such corruption you couldn't stand his glory. The bigggest reason Jesus hasn't come back yet is because of his mercy upon us. He's giving us a chance to get it right,but we keep screwing it up.

Glenn has repeatedly denied the truth of the Obama identity crisis story and in such have denied all of the blessing given to actually tell the truth all the other Media Networks have denied making everyone wonder if Glenn's Network is in the pockets of George Soros also? I'm not sure Glenn Beck is really ready for Jesus to come back and kick some butt, because I don't think there is a network that would be left standing and that includes the Blaze. It might even be the first one on fire.

We do notice and are not fooled Glenn Beck and Barack Obama, that hypocrisy makes a very poor example, and terrible bedfellows but believe it or not Glenn your sleeping with Obama. You cover it up and he covers it up.

In my own experience suing Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama as a Candidate for President I have caught, shall we say hypocritical-holy-hell from both Republicans and Democrats on both sides of the isle for many different reasons? I’ve even caught hypocritical-holy hell from Birthers who defend McCain’s being born in Panama as a foreign son receiving a foreign citizenship as a gift of being born on their soil, to be excluded from the ”natural born citizen” qualifications in the principled argument that dual citizenship is not allowed in the Office of the President.

They know doubt will exacerbate their claim that being born somewhere creates a natural tendency of affection for every individual, and thus no nation on Earth would deny citizenship to someone born on the nation's soil, but will undoubtedly provide some tempestuous naturalization act of Congress as exempting the natural born citizen clause of the Office of the President to exclude “Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’ to which according to precedent cases of law there never was a doubt. There should never be a doubt when it comes to assuring the Office of the President is filled with a qualified person, leaving open the door that leads to the authority for the executive branch. This is the creation of a Constitutional Crisis and it doesn't matter if its one day into the administration or 6 years, the crisis will materialize and come knocking for the debt.

Without such, the whole executive branch is successfully neutered of authority given or granted to it by We the People in the United States Constitution. If you don’t think that is important take a gander at the cabinets and bureaus underneath the Office of the President and take a look at say the Federal Judicial Branch’s ability to enforce any law or court order without the executive branches help. Take a look at the Legislative Branch’s ability to enforce laws also? There is none!

They have none which is why Congress is beside themselves with contortions of malfeasance earmarked for Obama and Eric Holder in their “Enforce the Law Act of 2014” hullabaloo. Why would the Legislative Branch be passing an Act like this if they could enforce the Federal law?

My experience with black people is and always has been very good. Why just in 2010 I found myself as a witness in the chair as a Presidential Candidate. The hospitality of Dr. Rev. James David Manning very gracious and kind at the CIA Columbia Obama Trial in New York who found Obama guilty of sedition and fraud on many counts. I found a beautiful people in his congregation that understood the importance of the Constitution, worked hard, and were very industrious- Praise God for that reputation. Congress everyone has received a copy of the transcript of that trial. What discrimination has that verdict received in the halls of Congress?

Of course we the people are not fooled by this and understand completely the desire to uphold the Constitution is found in at least holding a hearing on Obama’s eligibility in a disability impeachment proceeding for the sake of the law. Without the Constitution no one has protection from discrimination, no one in a Congressional Office has an Office either if you think about it.

There is no election that has been held lawfully that included Obama’s long form fabrication, phony baloney draft registration, and death contracted use of someone else’s social security number Sen. Mike Lee. So don't sit there and tell me someone was elected in 2008 and 2012 in the Office of the President.

Calling a cover-up too big to be uncovered in fact denies the very prophesy of Jesus Christ that everything will be uncovered and known. Of course he didn’t mention Glen Beck as living in a time when the biggest fraud was taking place and his key position being part of the cover-up, but we are witnesses to it.

In this case we must all admit, forgive them Father for they know exactly what they do; and simply pray for God’s mercy on justice and the United States of America. For the last thing in the world these people involved with the cover-up of Barack Obama want,believe me, is Jesus Christ showing up on the scene because they will be found outside of the truth.

Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

Why and What Congress Is Debating In The Natural Born Citizen Silence

To the American People:


Certainly is disconcerting to say the least when attacked so viciously as I have been the past few days by those supposedly known as Birthers in regards to my last post here. One might presume to ask where such flagitious defamation comes from especially considering the supposed common cause of our United States Constitution and the absolute destruction we are facing now with Obama-scare which if fully implemented will be the greatest tax hike in United States history under the coat of the biggest United States fraud - Obama?

Let me say first, It is my hope that all Birthers can come together under the Constitution for that is the reason we were called Birthers ultimately, with each one contributing what they can. You know I'd like to start right out of the gate with a statement: it wouldn't bother me if Obama was removed as a disability through a disability impeachment hearing and I had nothing to do with it. I am quite simply one of you, going to work and paying my bills as best as I can. Many members of Congress are debating 'disability hearings', 'impeachment hearings', and a combination called a disability impeachment hearing. Why and What they are debating is certainly up for good ole debate and speculation which everyone is able to chime in on. Let's take a little walk, you and I and just discuss some things.

Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity have repeatedly spoke about Obama playing his 'race' card, and this has been the very most effective tactic against Birthers by the mainstream media in the secret meetings behind closed doors. Yes, the 'race card' has not been something off limits for them to discuss. In fact I believe that is the reason the conservative talk show host are not out right Birthers. The bed they made with McCain in 2008 is a very large bed.

Now its debatable wither they were either "going along" with Republican leadership with non-binding Senate Resolution 511 in the Senate which ever single Republican U.S. Senator voted for in 2008, or the trail of tid-bits enticed them with money. It doesn't matter now it is spilt milk, but that's also when Obama-scare was passed with a full majority of Democrats in the House, the Senate, and the White House with many smiling faces.




In 2010 Republicans took over the Majority in the U.S. House, and the U.S. Senate received its first dose of new Republican's who had not voted for non-binding Senate Resolution 511. These new guys coming in the House and Senate are staring at Obama-scare in their sites saying, "no way", and, "we didn't vote for Senate Res 511 so we are not bound to deals the Republicans made in 2008."

This is why we're seeing the fraction taking place in the U.S. Senate with folks like Ted Cruz elected in '12 and Mike Lee elected in '10 that came in after Obama or prior U.S. non-binding Sen. Res 511 passed in April 2008. These new people are looking around asking themselves, "What can we do about what happened before we came in that was wrong and shouldn't have happened, and still have a working relationship with our colleagues?"

The problem with a regular "impeachment hearing", [which I might remind you can only be held upon a Constitutionally Qualified President which Obama is not], with Obama in total frustration of every single scandal coming out in 2013 is the 'security question' that comes under the President of the United States to enforce the law, as well as preserve, protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution with. That responsibility is given great regard to the President by Congress as it is necessary. Obama knows that and so does Congress.

That said, the events of Benghazi, the IRS Profiling, the NSA spying, even Fast & Furious come under the 'security' of the White House and the Administration can indeed simple state the word "Security" to justify every single decision. Frankly, when Hillary Clinton screamed back at the Legislature "What difference does it make now?", she was absolutely correct. It was a "Security" decision made by the Executive Branch Congress has limited checks to.



The justification for 'lack of security' can be made against a full blown escalation which would have been a another choice other than a 'video tape' used to justify the opposition's heightened state of anger. That said there is little recourse for the "legislative branch" who are 'law makers' more than 'law enforcers'.

In reality, there is only one avenue available to remove Obama with a "security" principle, and that is the qualifications of the Constitution demanded by the qualifications of the Office of the President in the Constitution, which Congress can come in on with hearings in drafting and passing an ACT of Congress, and the Senate is deemed able to also as well as hold trial on.

The reality of this is not a secret. Everything that I've related covers the facts. Our Nation faces a very difficult choice now. Can Obama implement Obama-scare while Congress's hands are tied behind their back with the 'race' card, that McCain actually instituted, propagated, through a very large ego or can we stop it and how best to do that?

We shouldn't need a reminder that a 'natural born citizen' does not need two Acts of Congress about his Citizenship and his Natural Born Citizenship for identification as McCain has had. Both actions declare with a very loud voice, "naturalization of alien." I've said many times I'm a natural born citizen Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents and I didn't need an action of Congress to tell me that. McCain needing two, should tell you something at the very least.

The challenge Congress has got is to figure out a way to take the 'race' card away from Obama on a 'national security issue'. Read that again, let it sink in deep and understand it. How can that happen if Obama's race card has folded in it every Republican Senator in 2008? That challenge is made only by hearing someone who was hurt in the Presidential Election directly, on the Democratic Party side for two reasons.

1) First it is the point of the "first liability for standing". Within the Democratic Party was a fight for the nomination and Obama's constitutional qualification challenged from the moment in 2008 when he was made the nominee by me as a candidate and from the point of nomination in 2012 is certainly unique in acquiring standing within the race months before any Republican nominee would have the chance to claim an interest as the nominee of the Republican Party would after he was made the nominee. Which in no way shape or form still would never clear the 'race' hurdle of letting McCain have a pass and throwing down on Obama in the main stream media's eyes.

While Democrats didn't think it relevant at the time, if their nominee was discarded on qualifications of the Constitution in the race after he was made the nominee you better believe they'd see to it the next nominee from their party was qualified.

This could be the single biggest lesson to political parties in the entire United States that Congress could enforce much like a Court striking down a law Congress had worked to pass as un-constitutional. It doesn't matter how much work, time, or money went into passing it, if its not constitutional, its a leaf in the wind.

2) Second, is in affect and effect the issue of being "non-partisan". The importance of this cannot be over-looked. If a GOP Congress is seen so bull headed that its strictly Republican v. Democrat the American people will see to it Republicans are punished in the 2014 Election. They can't take that chance unless its very thoroughly discovered and understood all their bases are covered.

Now, there is only one Presidential Candidate who sued McCain in 2008 included Obama and also sued Obama in 2012 as a Presidential Candidate. That candidate was me.

No one else in the entire United States can put that glass slipper on, but at least for God's sake someone can! Shouldn't everyone facing the monumental tax increase Obama-scare seeks to reel in via the IRS be jumping for joy? Maybe jumping for joy rather than being so furious with the messenger that can fill the shoes needed that they simply try to destroy with a character debate what happened to me twenty years ago?

If you open the can-of-worms of 20 years ago and my past, you mind find a protest of a particular religion which is perfectly legal and an un-constitutional prosecution that violated many aspects of our Constitution. Of course it happens in America but we don't like to talk about it.

If you do open it, open it thoroughly not half baked and buried like it was with the media twenty years ago and while your doing that you might as well open up Obama's can-of-worms twenty years ago also and find out why his Mother did not have him listed on her passport, and why his passport was tampered with in the first place under the cloak of McCain's and Hillary Clinton's and why someone who saw that is dead now.

I'm very prepared to open either, but I'd much rather do that in front of Congress where it matters rather than with someone who has absolutely no authority or position of direct standing in the argument of Obama's natural born citizenship violation.

Lawmakers have had their hands tied, and they are shall we say "fit-to-be-tied" about it as one might imagine. Is Obama-scare so bad they would admit my witness is indeed relevant as far as being non-partisan, non-racist, and actually that my actions and position of standing on McCain and Obama speak many more volumes then people with only words do? Or on the flip side of the coin, can my witness unravel a very tangled web law makers find themselves in facing the barrel of the gun we are calling Obama-scare? I can attest my witness ought to be heralded by Congress as a a voice of angels in making life easier for all Americans.

Do actions speak louder than words? Find me a single Presidential Candidate who had a campaign of integrity with commercials, websites, news reports ect., representing and standing for the Constitution in 08 and 2012 on the biggest fraud in American history that does what mine did, suffering the intolerable losses by the edicts of the Constitution directly as its documented in Courts of Law and I think you will still come back to my campaign. If you think that is not valuable, start adding up what Obama-scare is going to cost this Country with everyone in it and you'll begin very quickly to see the value of 1/6th the entire economy, not to mention freedom and liberty lost.

Speaking of value, let me relate another little tid-bit for everyone who may be concerned. The total receipts taken from outside sources or campaign contributions on my Campaigns for U.S. Congress 2002,U.S.Sen. 2004 & 2010, and U.S. Pres., 2008, 2012, and 2016 thus far are probably around $500. The fact is, related as simply as it can be, if my witness amounts to anything in Congress, it certainly didn't cost the American People anything, which should be a great relief to them or even a matter of joy to be excited about. So, where is all the excitement? Well, right now I'd say its lost in mis-understanding the facts as they have been laid out quite reasonably to you.

This testimony, stands as a witness for everyone how important the United States Constitution is to me, and the respect I have for our framers and founders as well as those who have spilt their blood on our soil as well as foreign soil for our freedoms and liberties. Make of it what you will, my record exist to stand any test especially one from Congress.
