Book: Taking A Stand - The conservative independent Voice
Its not just the fact that someone who is not a 'natural born Citizen' as is the requirement for the Office of the President, its the stating under oath that you are qualified and collecting dollars in a campaign from people who think you are qualified that makes those who run frauds, bullies, and domestic enemies of the United States by the standard of the United States Constitution.
Its really heartbreaking to see a hero become a zero in one fell swoop and an honorable oath becomes a lie, but that's exactly what U.S. Senator Ted Cruz faces in his decision to officially enter the race for U.S. President in 2016. Of course his greatest defender for doing such as a un-qualified ineligible candidate is Barack Hussein Obama. This of course completely turns every word U.S. Senator Ted Cruz has said about the usurper around and places him on the same side of the isle as those who support Obama in the Office of the President.
The argument from this article states that if the qualification for President is so archaic than why doesn't Congress change it? Well, McCain thought the same way and sought for a change. He managed a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution because he, like Cruz, was not born in the U.S. . McCain retained a birth right citizenship from Panama and Cruz has inherited one from Canada where he was born.
There are some four U.S. Supreme Court cases that include in the equation, including McCain's Res 511, that parents are a factor in deciding along with birth place a 'natural born Citizen'. Like the age qualification or 'discrimination' as those who want to abolish the qualifications for the U.S. Presidency would have us believe, the qualification for President is different than the qualifications for U.S. Representatives or U.S. Senators.
When people ask "why" I'm astonished at the absence of common sense or deductive reasoning. Is not the "President" duties, responsibilities, and job requirement more than "U.S. Representatives" and "U.S. Senators"? Oh yes, the President commands the whole military and U.S. Reps and Sen. simply fund it. Yes, that is a big .. huge.. monumentally large difference.
'House Republicans are itching to pass a variation of the DREAM Act that would grant citizenship to illegals who were brought here at a young age by their parents on the theory that the place where you’re raised is more likely to shape your patriotic loyalty than the happenstance of your birth. If those kids are trustworthy enough to help decide at the polls who the president should be, why shouldn’t they be eligible for the presidency themselves?'
Of course the United States does allow Citizens like McCain, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Santorum, and Obama great opportunities to take a part in deciding the shape of our Country in the qualifications of the Offices they have held legally. Of course one of the great characteristics of a 'bully' is once he gets his foot in the door he just keeps on pushing and if you don't push back according to the standard of the Constitution as it stands as the law now, they just keep pushing.
Its not as if the qualification demands haven't been challenged and continue to exist as they are. McCain and company tried before in 2000 when the House Judiciary Committee heard arguments both pro and con, and decided to stop it and leave it alone. I sued McCain in 2008 as a presidential candidate as a violator and an unqualified candidate because he failed the 'natural born Citizen' clause for the President even though he was a qualified U.S. Senator as a Citizen.
Denying the differences of qualifications of "Citizen" and "natural born Citizen" really opens the door for any foreign president to also come over, become a U.S. Citizen, and take over our military crumbling us from within rather than attacking us from without. The Constitution serves as a very good burglar alarm with its qualifications and right now the Constitution actually testifies that in the order of a 'Citizen' to become President, one had to be such a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.
Since everyone has died who was a Citizen of the Country at the time of the adoption of the Constitution and McCain and Cruz were not born yet, the law applies only those who are 'natural born Citizens' born in the U.S. to Citizen parents qualify. If one understands the checks and balances of our Government one perfectly understands the vital national security concern of the qualifications that are much higher in all three qualification considerations already established for the Office of the President.
Those who seek to change the U.S. Constitution have the ability to do so by proposing legislation for the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate to approve and than it is signed by a qualified President. Short of this process of altering the U.S. Constitution, those conspiring to bully over it are nothing but bullies.
One very important consideration I believe we all must ask anyone who runs and is not a 'natural born Citizen', (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents), is why don't they if they are elected to a office in the House or Senate, propose honestly a change? Minus the obvious standard of changing the Constitution, doesn't their actions of not proposing such legislation actually show for you their own un-American character?
Where is the 'honest legislation' from U.S. Sen Ted Cruz to come in the front door of the Office of the President by changing the standard or qualifications of the Office of the President in the U.S. Constitution? If he is unwilling in broad daylight to propose such an 'amendment' doesn't it say to all Americans he is the kind of man who is more than willing to do the opposite to America than the duties of preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution that the Office of the President demands?
Where is U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz's 'faith' in the United States of America if he is not about following the law? If its not about preserving, protecting, and defending the U.S.C. its just about EGO.

Paul’s words are as relevant today as they were yesterday and our trials politically seem poignantly exposed to him as if he were talking to us this very instant. U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz on the MARKLEVINSHOW.COM, in a discussion on the OMNIBUS spending bill that flabbergasting-ly was filled with pork spending, funded Obamacare, Obama-amnesty, corporate welfare, crony capitalism, payoffs to lobbyist, and funded K street, noted there was a corruption in DC that was bipartisan amounting to a full Constitutional Crisis, that Obama had, “usurped both the Legislative and the Executive power into the presidency”. Wait a minute, rewind that, “usurped”, I just wrote a blog piece about the definition of usurpation as it relates to Obama here. Do you suppose U.S. Senator Ted Cruz read that?
There are a lot of words that can be used in identifying someone in office who is legally qualified for the Office but is using power beyond the Office’s outline. If for instance Cruz touted, ‘impeachable’ as in “Obama is engaged in actions that are impeachable” then we gather Cruz believes Obama is qualified and eligible for the Office of the President but has overstepped the bounds of power. Usurpation is an attribution of injustice uniquely eloquent in a short term description of Judy v. Obama 14-4136 being considered in the U.S. 10th Circuit Court right now, however is uniquely identifiable as assuming an Office of power illegitimately and failing the qualifications and eligibility of or demanded by the Office as a bully would kick out the teacher of a math class and then leave the damages for the real teacher to clean up after a mess had been made upon the removal of the bully.
Sen. Cruz is a word smith and I believe chooses his words intelligently and I’m not sure there is stronger language that can be used in addressing Obama as an unqualified ineligible person in the White House without saying Obama is not a ‘natural born Citizen’ born in the U.S. to Citizen parents. I believe those facts precisely engage and embolden Cruz to the precipice of the “usurpation” of powers language and it is also precisely those facts which prevents Congress from censoring Cruz himself for the ‘chip against the trust’ that would be if it were not true. As a new majority leader for the U.S. Senate I could fully support U.S. Senator Cruz and it would be a humble prayer of mine others would see it so.
The reverence I have for Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell and much of the ‘incumbent elected officials’ needs some attention that many I’m sure will say is outrageous, but still needs to be said. There is a respect for a man who is satisfied with his office. Who regards the office he holds as the pinnacle of trust he will ever reach. Who understands that though he will never be elected to a higher office when one exist that the benevolence of the one he holds is a great joy and satisfaction to him. That my friend is the ‘meekness’ Paul talks about in ‘considering thyself lest thou also be tempted’.
We all know Sen. McConnell has no intentions or farfetched dreams of running for the Office of the President so his motivation to speak out might not be what we hear from Sen. Cruz in the same position as Obama was when he ran for the Office of the President as a freshman Senator, sneaking by the eligibility and qualifications of the Office with at first a very long and drawn out three year delay in releasing his long form birth certificate in much the same spectacular fashion as Sen. Cruz has hired attorney’s to somehow change the place of his birth in Canada or disrespect the citizenship of his father from Cuba at the time of Ted’s birth. We see the concern U.S. Sen. Things do change every day, but generally believed is that the place of our birth is one thing that doesn’t change and it is one of the elementary test of being qualified as a ‘natural born Citizen’ along with the citizenship received from both mother and father. If there is foreign citizenship in any one of the three places, that must be honored in a respectful way. If we have to remind the people who have such in their history we should point that out hopefully in a way that reminds them of honoring their mother and father the sixth of the Ten Commandments. Pointing out the respect and honor is a better way and if the consequence precludes one from legally holding the Office of the President it is truly only a potential 8 year position compared to the damages that can result in disrespecting the land of your birth and your mother and father for a lifetime and in a historical and U.S. Constitution political heresy.
As a candidate for President in 2016 which Sen. Cruz in his actions for contributions, meetings with big donors, and trips to Iowa seem to be entertaining he falls from Hero to Zero. Sadly, I’m not so sure because of this contradiction in terms that the motivation for Cruz is on par with being satisfied with the office of a U.S. Senator in which only a “Citizen” ship is required, because he fails the ‘natural born Citizen” ship test not being born in America to two Citizen parents the same as Obama fails the test. It’s an elementary test children in kindergarten could actually be taught to pass.
Cruz remarked Senior Elected Officials both Republican and Democrat drape their arm around you as a junior elected Senator and say, ‘Lad, that’s what you tell them when you’re campaigning, not when you’re governing’ The temptations of course for Sen. Cruz is that in forgetting the ‘meekness’ he is overcome in ‘running for President’ in assaulting the Constitution which he is charged with defending. Many have elaborated that Obama has got away with it as if the statute of disrespecting his mother his father his place of birth and the fraud upon every voting American has a statute of limitations of 6,7, or even 8 years? Hitler was in power 12 years but did his sins come back to create his hell and is that something to be envied and used as collateral on a resume for following the same path in public office?
Bipartisan agreement Cruz noted in DC was in affect sitting around a circle and saying “ok, we’ll fund your project and your project and your project and spend a trillion, and that’s how we bankrupt your children, and our grandchildren in a generational theft, something we heard from another ineligible Republican candidate name of Sen. John McCain born in the Panama hospital whom I also sued in Federal Court addressing hundreds of millions of dollars that had been spent on his campaign of fraud attested to by two acts of Congress coddling communism. Cruz machinated, ‘While all the elected officials are scratching everyone’s back and no one is standing up for the working men and women at home 18 trillion gets added on the debt’, may we please see by a show of hands who has taken a stand for the Constitution on behalf of the Office of the President wielding such great power upon every American as the as semblance of “Constitutional Crisis” has been annunciated by a member of the U.S. Senate?
Why is it that over the last two presidential elections, 2008 and 2012, that this has only been taken on by one man running for President in a bi-partisan stand with McCain and Obama who has never been elected?
Cruz remarked that many in DC are engaged in trafficking in personal destruction as both parties spend a lot of time painting pictures he related as a challenge in Washington DC upon those they disagreed with others, and he said we are in a full constitutional crisis because of the actions of Obama. Where on God’s green earth has Sen. Ted Cruz been in the legal fight against Obama? How many case numbers does he have officially? Oh you’re right, zero. You don’t earn points by not filing any official action and your words turn into rhetoric when your actions appear to be zero and words appear to be many especially when you have actually been elected. What Trial has U.S. Senator Ted Cruz so painfully requested on the ‘usurpation of legislative and executive powers’ so declared?
Are these not facts regarding U.S. Senator Ted Cruz we must take into consideration or do we crave those flattering words of ‘hope and change’ tingling in our ears from young aspiring politicians emboldened by the power of offices they have come to be elected in? I for one, have run for Congress in 2002 and U.S. Senate in 2008 and 2010 and if I had won those contest, I would actually be totally embarrassed from the duty of my office to have not said one word about Obama not being a natural born Citizen or elaborating in my office the facts that were provided to me in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse investigation of Obama’s fabricated long form birth certificate and draft registration.
I don’t know Sheriff Joe, have never shook hands with the lead investigator Mike Zullo, or even had a conversation with them, but at least I know what the evidence says and the result of many professional and expert investigators who have a history of criminal complaint investigations. When it comes to the Office of the President can you imagine a U.S. Senator’s following if he were to actually just cite the evidence from the podium declaring to his colleagues what is true about the person in the Office of the President?
This reminds me of story I can briefly relate in my past employment as a professional horse trainer for Disney back in 1989-90. I was hired as a trainer by a Veterinarian who was also a horse trainer for Disney at the time Michael Eisner was the CEO of Disney. We had been hired to buy and train the livestock that would be featured in the Euro-Disney’s “Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show” that was to be a feature at the Paris, France theme park.
We had to buy quite a bit of livestock horses, bulls, and were flying all over the country to get the job done. I think we had to buy over a hundred head of livestock and train them. They had to be trained to really stop on a dime and turn fast with the slightest cues as those who would be riding them were both Indians and cowboys. The Indian horses especially had very little equipment in the order to do this so their cues had to be very light. In getting the horses I became aware that the Veterinarian who had the Ph. D., was making a dysfunctional profit by charging Disney two or three times what we were buying the horses and bulls for under the salaried employment of Disney.
As I discovered this I thought it was a real dis-service to our employer who had hired us and was paying us to do a job that this s.o.b was exploiting in the worst way. I felt like it reflected upon all horsemen and trainers a like in the poorest taste. I agonized over it every day understanding if I told anyone else of this higher up that it would indeed place a very uncomfortable wedge between me and the Vet, but on the other hand I had been hired by Disney those who were higher then he to do a job and I felt that encompassed some honesty in the trust they had given to my expertise in training and picking out livestock for their profit.
I lived with this knowing in my head for three weeks as if it were compounding in weight and a burden on my shoulders until I finally had to come to terms with myself over the benefits of employment. I confronted both the Executives of Disney about the unsavory activity and confronted the Vet in a nasty fight. True to my fears, I was fired by the Vet and the Disney Executives above had absolutely no reward for my integrity, but I did have something that I could live with which was more important; myself.
Imagining yourself as a Congressmen in the House and the Senate with the strings of power at your fingertips, rubbing shoulders with ‘the big boys’, and understanding that keeping your job was incumbent with going along to get along with those who had been in office a very long time and had learned how to play the game of the politically powerful, how do you balance that with what you were hired on to do?
Add to that the dependency you get upon the job with your family members as subjects and if you came from nothing your return to nothing is not all that bright of a picture. Of course returning to the private sector in many instances would be a more lucrative job without the headaches, but still we have seen no doctors or lawyers or professional people in Congress who have risked their very election to take a stand against Obama in the usurpation of the Office of the President with evidence handed to them.
I read with great admiration Congressman’s Jim Bridenstine’s Dec 17th, 2014 speech featured at www.frontpagemag.com “Weakness is Provocative” he gave at the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s 20th Anniversary Restoration Weekend that took place Nov 13th -16th at the Breakers Resort in Palm Beach Florida. It clearly outlined the pragmatic interest in humanity that defending and securing our borders represents and the tragedies unfolding on the cues of Obama’s Amnesty rhetoric which when you read are not only reprehensibly sickening but flagrantly swept under the rug by most MSM.
The speech was stirring, inspiring, and endowed the reader that hopeful integrity actually existed in Washington DC among those who are elected, but it at the same time devastates you that folks elected have done nothing regarding Obama’s eligibility and the requirements that are elementarily defined in our U.S. Constitution. I often reflect upon my own actions in Court taking Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama to task in 2008 and continuing with Obama in 2012 till today in my ongoing fight for such an elementary concept as holding the Office of the President to the requirement of a ‘natural born Citizen’ as my troubling the water in stark contrast to those in elected offices whose actions they harold as for peace?
In truth and balance there is no ‘peace’ that propping up Obama has for the United States of America. In fact, the propping up of a usurper has only the drum beat of death, rape, and pillaging to it that I hear and though hundreds are not lining the streets or buried today in mass graves in New York that we see their deaths are not yet counted, nor the cruel imprisonment in the nefarious slave sex trades exploited, nor the impoverishment accounted for in the mess yet to unfold.
In fact we are as yet to recognize the absolute horror brought to every family in America by the bully usurping the Office of the President and the mess left to clean up after all of this denial and anti-constitutional action. We are yet to recognize the vast amount of death that will be attributed to ignoring a elementary qualification for the Office of the President that our forefathers thought wise to require only for the Office of the President unlike the offices of a Representative or Senator, that they certainly assumed there would be no possible way to mistake about.
You see my friends; tyrannical neo-communism is not peaceful. By its very nature it is not satisfied but continually consuming like a bully who can’t help being what he is. Hollywood has pulled a comedy down in a real tragedy called “The Interview” bending to the whims of what can only be described as tyrannical neo-communism. The dis-service goes far beyond scrubbing a 200 million dollar movie that was once set to be released on Christmas Day by the blackmailing tactics of hackers and the evidence and applauded efforts of North Korea saturated in brotherhood with Cuba, China, and the Russia.
Hollywood and all of us are getting a great demonstration of neo-communism even tearing Hollywood apart with its appetite. The United States Constitution is your protection of free speech and a free press that to preserve must come upon the conscience. Do you remember all of the massive demonstrations that occurred when a pretty tan Italian Stallion beat up on very black Clubber Lang in Rocky III? Rocky agonized in his come-back having nothing that was real because he had been protected in the fights by his trainer. Fear gripped him as they struggled in the comeback and the thought of losing, but at least losing with no excuses.
If you don’t’ remember those demonstrations perhaps you remember the huge demonstrations when the new Red Dawn was released in 2012 and the North Korean populations in America went ballistic?
If you didn’t know the enemy in Red Dawn originally was the Chinese and wondered how North Korea (population 25 million) got to be cast as the invaders of the attack on the Unites States (population 315 million) in the movie, it may help to understand that the original screenplay for this remake named the invaders as Chinese. After principal photography was completed on the film in 2009 and its studio (MGM) went belly-up, the enemy identity was changed to North Korea by reshooting several scenes, redubbing lots of dialogue and using digital adjustment to change the looks of flags, uniforms and insignia on trucks and tanks.
Did this involve a change in ideology in Hollywood? Not really. A marketing genius figured out that China is one of the biggest markets for American movie exports, and North Korea generates unimpressive box-office bucks for Yank product, as the trade papers like to word it? So, was it all about the dollars? The astonishing politically correct has infiltrated Hollywood to the point that they are feeding on themselves rather than understanding the concept of ‘entertainment’ and the fact that with every type of entertainment not everyone is going to be satisfied with a particular type. The fascination of this is Hollywood is becoming restrictive and restricted in the United States of America with the telling tale that the United States Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land needing to be restored.
Neo-communism uses racism like its bitch and sadly the trifles like Barack Obama dressed up in a tuxedo and being asked to get some coffee as a waiter and Michelle Obama being asked at a department store to help get down an item much higher then the customer could reach, instead of being seen as actions of helping a fellow American out with service are touted as ‘acts of racism’ against being recognized as the president or being recognized as the first lady as was spotlighted in Dec 17th,2014 People Magazine. These are not actions of peace but actions of war and division.
“I would be honored to get you some coffee, I would be honored to get a hat box down for you. I would be honored to serve you…”, is this what we hear from elected officials? To add emphasis to this premiere story deflating egos, Jesus Christ washed the feet of his disciples and when Peter tried to correct him saying you’re not washing my feet what did Jesus tell him?
John 13: 7 Jesus answered and said to him, "What I do you do not realize now, but you will understand hereafter." 8Peter said to Him, "Never shall You wash my feet!" Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me." 9Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, then wash not only my feet, but also my hands and my head."…
In my own story I have not been rewarded with parties or ceremonies or accolades for suing McCain and Obama and taking a stand for our U.S. Constitution and the rights of Hollywood actresses like Angelina Jolie, or any person in America, I haven’t not received contributions for such, nor been elected to office. In fact, just the opposite has occurred, rather reminiscent of my experience with Disney where I explained what was happening and was hated for it. Yes, there are a few a very few who have appreciated what I have done and I do not mean at all to step on that sincere appreciation. Jesus healed ten lepers and how many come back to thank him?
There is nothing that I have done that Jesus didn’t do first. I’m honored in many instances to follow him and regret any past experiences where I feel I have fallen short. Thank God for repentance, or in the words of Obama, change, for they mean much the same thing. (smile) We all can change, it happens every day and it is my hope that we can change and be better and do better than we are now in debt 18 trillion dollars with governments and people subjects of usury rather than citizens of law.
You know when I think about the fights I have lost I'm okay because I know those fights were fought for the best interest of my kids. I can live with myself and I'm okay with losing for the right reasons. Sometimes its not winning or losing but really all about trying and doing your best. I might not ever be elected but I haven't quit standing for the U.S. Constitution just because I've lost a few elections. Truth is real and seems the hardest thing for people to believe in, but when you think about it lies take a whole lot more energy out of you and waste a whole lot more time. That's why Truth is Real. Truth might sometimes be painful but I would rather live with the truth then live a lie.

These times are hard times in the trenches. It seems to be the nature of contributions and donations to follow winners, rather then those who are maintaining the high ground. WHAT'S NEW IN AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS? Let's Dive In!
Decided to do a little research on the Cases that were also placed on the Pending Orders list in the June 18th Conference. The findings were interesting and revealed my case as rather an enigma in regards to the 'forma pauperis' standing being denied. There were 7 Cases in all that were denied proceeding with ' forma pauperis status or standing in the June 18th Conference.
It is true that if the Court finds in a case the petitioner to be abusing the Court process in multiple filings that Rule 39.8 was established to 'Deny' forma pauperis standing, or process to the Court without filing fees being paid. Rule 39.8 states: " If satisfied that a petition for a writ of certiorari, jurisdictional statement, or petition for an extraordinary writ is frivolous or malicious, the Court may deny leave to proceed in forma pauperis."
The biggest question I had for the Clerk in my phone call was if my Case was denied based on this wouldn't it be mentioned that it was in pursuant to 39.8 and the clerk informed me that it would.
As I researched the Cases in deed I found that to be true.

That left only two other cases mine and this one: 14-9747 Macak v. McDonald Sec. Vet Affairs I found the dismissal by the Circuit Court for Veterans Claims (link).
I called Mr. Macak and inquired wither he had paid for any Court fees in the lower courts. Based on the fact that this was essentially a veterans claim originating from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit case No. 1015-7011, there was never any cost involved.
In speaking with him I gathered that he is between 75-80 years old, has no more dependent children living with him ( his youngest was 18 and he had twins that were 22 years old). He had a $1,200 dollar mortgage. His retirement entitlement between social security and disability was $4,100 per month.
I couldn't help but think good Lord if I was clearing half of what he had coming in a month with no dependents I certainly could afford 2-4K in printing cost and a $300 Court Fee and I'd feel like a pretty dog-gone cheap skate if I didn't. This was a guaranteed income that Mr. Macak had. He has not filed for a Reconsideration from the Court on the denial of forma pauperis. I did and was given the conference on the motion for reconsideration for Sept.28th.
My income you have to deduct product cost from sales. If you do not pay for product you certainly have no sales not to mention my business is subject to 'seasonal fluctuations'. Try to explain that to a Court that wants to know "gross", not "net" and you can understand why a Magistrate Court Judge might 'get it' in the Lower Courts but the Supreme Court might have missed it.
Anyway, its just really bothered me that mine was denied and seeing this information helped me make some sense of what may have happened in the Supreme Court of the United States. Also seeing the debunking of so many insults that have come to me over the insinuation that my case was amongst those whose was dismissed due to Rule 39.8 also made me feel better.
I really felt like our fundraiser was hampered by these assuages by those who are trying to derail this Case at every step of the way. They do not care how its done, only that it gets done. Its important to me for people to understand this has been a great burden on me and I am beside myself with the lack of help from the American public, even if I was rich enough to afford the fees and printing cost.

NOW you see Mr. Trump start to duck and dodge a little about Mr. Cooper's question about wither Mr. Trump believes that Mr. Obama was born in the U.S. Rather than candidly state that the requirements for President and Vice President as 'natural born Citizens' are different than those for Senator's and Representatives as 'Citizens', Mr. Trump brings in the mainstream politicians Hillary Clinton and John McCain who he claims wanted to prove Obama was ineligible but didn't get as far as he did.
Check-check, that true, Mr. Trump was noticed by the Main Stream Media as getting a long form birth certificate out of Mr. Obama., but that was it. He stopped. Mr. Trump with 10 Billion Dollars could not get Obama out of Office dispite his claims of 'giving Campaign Donations to both parties' and 'both parties Candidates doing what he said when he called in favors'. Mr. Trump says in this interview, "They do what I want. I told Bill and Hillary Clinton to be at my Wedding they were.'
So, why couldn't Mr. Trump 10 Billion Dollar Man get Obama out of Office if he is ineligible? I mean it would seem a simple law suit filed as Candidate for President claiming damages against an ineligible Candidate would be all that was needed? Really its that simple., but Trump raising 1 Million for McCain in 2008 and Trump donating $5,000 to Hillary Clinton's Senatorial Campaign was not enough to get either of these two top tiered Candidates to file a law suit that would make them a Constitutional Hero? That doesn't seem like it should take a lot of arm twisting.
Mr. Trump has had 63 people contribute to his Campaign over $250 that's $15,750 but he's raked in totals are roughly $96,000! Understandably Mr. Trump doesn't need the money, but they are contributing as a sign of support. Yet consider this, Mr. Trump for all the great good that he is doing opening up the conversation on illegal immigration and encouraging a dialogue for improving veterans benefits and health care he cited McCain as rather neglecting and hurting the missing in action (MIA's) and prisoner of war POW's efforts, has no chance, that's zero ($0) chance of removing Obama from the Office of the President? Zero! ($0).
Now it just seems like there are a lot of people out there that are angry about Health Care going up exponentially as well as the many many broken promises of Mr. Obama like "You can keep your Doctor", "Closing Guantanamo", as well as his administration being much more expensive in BOMB-dropping in foreign territory than Pres. George W. Bush. [Those who voted for Obama in 2008, expecting a shift in defense policy, must face a sad fact: The United States would have likely spent less money and spilled less American and foreign blood in its wars had the President simply continued on the path charted by President Bush. Instead, we now have Bush Plus.]
Yet, support for Republican Candidates is rising and here I am filing as a forma pauperis. It hurts, and then it makes me angry. There should be no way that I have to file this and its not my fault. I lay that at the feet of the PUBLIC, and the PRESS.
It is true, the National Press has had a big part in not covering my Case. Not even the 'conservative media' in Glenn Beck, Russ Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingram, and all the rest of the conservative Radio Show program host and talk show crowd has even mentioned my Case, yet they get every PRESS RELEASE from me. They are culpable in having a hand from exposure which could bring at least more people into the knowledge and thereby the help for my circumstances and this Cause.
I have not had a single donation/contribution since July 14th when the OBOT CROWD I suspect infiltrated every discussion and every request published at Birther Report and The Post & Email as well as Facebook with this bogus story about my case being denied because of the Rule 39.8 which I have shown you is a big fat lie.
You know, me and my family are at a very big risk in doing this. Does anyone disagree with that? You know the day the Court hears this and puts it on the Docket will my family have protection? Do you think there is any unstable Obots in the crowd that are Muslim and make their living chopping heads?
I am angry but mostly disappointed simply because of what's at stake and the absolutely pitiful way that I see people acting on this Case which is just huge in magnitude and repercussions. I know angry is not the way to solicit contributions, but we have had a pitiful, pitiful response from begging nicely. To add insult we have had no less response in the Posts I have written regarding this.
To illustrate this June 5th we celebrated 225,00 Views, yesterday we celebrated over 270,000 Views. Nearly 50,000 Views in a month-and-a-half and none of those because of a National Featured story. By God, that is a very sad story of my working my tail end off and you watching 30 Post I've written without contributing a dollar. That kind of hurts. I'm not sure how you feel about upholding our Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land, but without it the United States of America is ruined. I think that's an easy conclusion, because if the States are not one Union, every single one is a country to itself, much like Europe.
What does 'shame' mean? Shame is a painful feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the consciousness of wrong or foolish behavior. I ask you,"Do you feel my Case is Right?" For those who do, why haven't you contributed a single dollar to support this effort? I know we have more than thirty-five people who care but that's about all that have contributed. I have to agree with a comment made from England stating it was just staggering that the USA could not come up with $5,000 to get the filing fee of this Case paid. I tell you I am sick to my stomach over this. Its not because I don't think the Court is going to hear my Case. I think they are going to hear it. I'm sick to my stomach because of the blessing you might have received for being apart of this and refusing it. Now the Obama Administration says it has a particular interest in the Constitution in intervening in the Case. Gosh, what happened to that Constitutional Interest that requires Obama be a 'natural born Citizen' ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? Do you realize that under Obama's Ineligibility, prosecution by his Department of Justice is illegal? Can you think of a better way to help Sheriff Joe than to help my Case 14-9396 by supporting my Campaign for President in doing what Mr. Trump just cannot afford?

Not one report written over at WND, no not one about this Case in the Supreme Court of the United States from a Presidential Candidate with standing encouraging support. You have to go back to 2012 to find a story mentioning my name. How much money did they rake in on the Where's Obama's Birth Certificate Bill Board Campaign? This is how we function? You support efforts that have no prosecutor powers accept for public sympathy, and abandon those that actually do have standing? It makes no sense.
By not supporting each other and abandoning the cause for say a Republican Cruz or Rubio or Jindal who is not anymore qualified than Obama because he got away with it is hypocrisy that is held with high contempt when all is said and done.
How many 'honorable mentions' has Mark Gillar ,Sheriff Joe, or Mike Zullo given to this Campaign fighting tooth and nail for our Constitution and respecting their investigation enough to include it in the filing? You know my Case has never depended upon their success? My Case actually holds Obama accountable for the truthfulness of the document he has released and handed out, because it shows he is not a 'natural born Citizen' and that is the qualification for President ie. 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' is. That's the backbone of my Case.
We really don't need the Cold Case Posse's investigation to show Mr. Obama is not a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President. There is no doubt the CCP Investigation and Report is interesting and that it has funneled quite a bit of money into aspects that are dark and fuzzy. Its also true Sheriff Joe has admitted he has no authority whatsoever to prosecute the Case because his investigation stops at the Attorney General's Door or Congress's if he was lucky. Now why would Congress volunteer to prosecute after the majority of U.S. Senators on the republican side voted for U.S. Senate Resolution 511? They wouldn't.
So Sheriff Joe doesn't even have the support of the Republican Congress. They use that as the circumstance that would prohibit the Supreme Court of the United States from granting me any Justice in my Case against Obama 14-9396? How is that different from the same perverse judgement that the Jews used against Christ we read in the Holy Bible?
The way the story is told by the Jews of that time is that Jesus was a malefactor. Accused and convicted of heresy? Now there is quite a few Christians in this Nation who say if they lived in Jesus's time, they would never be part of the convicting crowd? Are you Part of that Crowd? There have been quite a few times in my life where I found myself standing up for the right, I won the fight, but the reward was cheap. Has that every happened to you guys? You know I'll never forget going to bat for the Native American Indians held for decades in maximum security solely on the basis they did not cut their hair to the prison standards for male inmates. Oh it was an official 'dis-obeying' a direct order run-around-game for the warden, but the results were a discrimination of religion based on what amounted to what people looked like. The physical appearance of someone. Imagine just for a minute being held in your bathroom for years based on what you looked like?
I was held in Maximum Security in 'solitary confinement' for over 3.5 years based on that with my petitions in court..waiting. Just waiting and of course not cutting my hair. I was called the same thing Sen. Lindsay Graham called Donald Trump Monday over and over and over again by the prison guards who recited over and over and over the wins for the Prison System on this matter.
I wasn't suing on a religious issue, I hit the Court in a different directions..discrimination of gender on the basis of physical grooming standard. The women had one line..'female inmates can grow their hair as long as they want'.
The men had two pages of requirements. All that hoop-lah about 'cleanliness' was just a wash as they were letting the women be invested with whatever it was they were keeping from the men.
Now, three and half years later fighting for this, taking the abuse, I mean as hard as you can get legally., getting out of a cell only one hour every 24 hours, for about 1,095 days, I suddenly see through a window one day a new inmate man coming through R&O walking down the hall with long hair.
A couple of days later I am shackled and cuffed and taken to Court. I had sued for $10 a day for the violation. What? We'd call that peanuts considering that kind of abuse over your appearance. What that would total about $12,600.00
You know what the Judge said to me? "Well, Judy you got your hair." Case dismissed. The reward in Court was certainly, well, taken out of a 50 cent candy machine. Do you know what the reward was when I hit General Population?
Standing Ovation... you can't imagine men who are children of God so appreciative of the little things when everything had been taken from them. Oh they did what they did to get there, but our Society had set a limit on it and when the freight was paid it was paid it was suppose to be done and society was suppose to accept them back into their loving arms.
Unfortunately, society isn't as perfect as Christ the Lord. But I will tell you, not getting the $12 thousand dollars was not as bad as the conscience that bothers all of those guards and the warden for what they did. Rules is rules you say, well the Nazi's had rules to and you suffer the rules that you stand for.
I was a hero to the General Population in Prison, and there is no reason to expect less from the United States Supreme Court in their decision that Obama, Rubio, Cruz are ineligible Candidates for President.
