EVERYONE HEARD 🎧 I went to Prison. The Marriott Event Center Fireside in 1993 was a disruption of a Religious Meeting of 23,000 broadcast World Wide and was Reported by World News Tonight Feb 7th, 1993.

The Message was 🎯 clear and concise 💼 - a Religious Message and Warning given to me by our Lord Jesus Christ that was Rejected by the LDS GENERAL AUTHORITIES because I was a no- body . . Weak in the eyes-of-the-world by accolade, achievement, and economics.

They say if a Message is True you'll see the Fruit of it and if it be bad or good. It was a TALL ORDER for change. Something I had difficulty accepting myself as it required a Change of my core person or history of beliefs.

It shook me to my Core. . But I could not deny the Truth of it, or in other words, I knew doing so would be a regret far worse. I was a pretty good kid. . No juvenile or adult record. That changed when the [State] entered that [Church Meeting] and decided what my words meant contrary to the Evidence and my Testimony.

I have since run for Public Office - U.S. Representative, U.S. Senator (3X) and U.S. President (3X). I didn't win. 25 years have passed and the World has Changed and is on a Road that will change the World forever in ways to witt Parents will weep of the disaster they left their children, children will hate their Parents for, not the children's wickedness and sins, but their Parents own hypocrisy of Celestial Laws.

There are penalties short and long term you cannot escape from when you fail to do what God has said. I have suffered 25 years with the Media's [Frame Job] but that is nothing compared to suffering lamentations for Generations.

This life is short! 25 years have passed and my book has not made the New York Times Best Sellers but I think that is also going to change.

For when People realize The Message is more important than the Spelling of a word or two , they will SEE their Focus-on-False has been blinded, their thirst for Truth unquenchable with deceit, their Investment in Trust Bankrupt.

Then... they will sell their grandmother's china for the Truth. Then... what was or seemed important will be seen as a mirage sold to them by the author of all Lies.

The Truth for me, being obscrure hasn't been bad. It's in my book a blessing. I don't crave the spotlight or publicity. Far from some people's perceptions who don't know me very well.

I hope what I have done would be just enough to get-the-job-done that no one can or will say,
"Cody Robert Judy should have done more" I don't know very many days I haven't worked on making that so, because of the LOVE I've been shown.

It's an interesting Fact all the Devils of Hell are not satisfied with what they made. God is Satisfied with what he made. What does that mean?

Well, all the Devils of Hell are trying to get in to Heaven. They are held without by Sentinels. The opposite is not happening. We are not seeing God trying to go down from Heaven to Hell. The damned Devils are trying constantly to go up and they are lose on this Earth... and yes, they resort to all manner of devices, deceptions and deceit to pull God down. 

Revelation 16:14 “For they are demonic spirits, performing signs, who go abroad to the kings of the whole world, to assemble them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty.”

That's a merry way of saying " Don't be fooled! You will not be satisfied as you THINK you might be with all the sins you hold close and say are no sins but your peace. You cannot hold non-Celestial Principles up and say these are God's and will do just fine by me for Eternity.

Glenn Beck had Zuhdi Jasser, a moderate practicing Muslim, on his show March 15th, 2017. He advocated a new Americanized Islamist Muslim was the recipe for giving Muslims some breathing room rather than throwing the whole Muslim Population into the same pot.

“I admit, Islam has a major problem within it. We’re frustrated. It has cancer. We are in the 15th century. But we need at least a little oxygen. Give us some breathing room to say, you know what, maybe reform is possible,” Dr. Jasser said.

As for the push to assimilate many more immigrants to balance the National Debt per population demands, Americans have not been pulling their weight in producing children, and that has put pressure on the Politician to produce for them to make sense of the numbers rather than just saying "NO", we can't afford that.

The next 25 years will be crucial for the Christian Populations who faces a distinct change of 'norms' from abroad if they do not adapt to producing more children in the bonds between male and female and make it more friendly rather than hostile as Utah just did.

It's an embarrassment of hypocrisy that the State involve itself as the "GOD" of Marriage and Sex with consenting adults, chasing good people and children away from the nice homes of affluent and wealthy people as fast as they can. 👫 👫👫👫

I can think of no greater Charity or Tenant of Religion which brings more opportunity under an umbrella of Christianity then the Religious Tenants and practices of Plural Marriage and Concubine Sealings practiced by Abraham, Moses, and advocated by Jesus Christ himself to Prophets Old and New.

Surely no one doubts the 12 Tribes of Israel numbering as the Sands-of-the Sea, yet so few Religions now days embrace the practices by which they were conceived and born under? Hummm.. that's a little like sayn God's successes are false?

Surely a greater witness has not been seen of the Head becoming the Tail, and the Tail the Head? Religions now days cowering in fear of their State Governments who steal and lie and tell people who and what to pray to and for?

How will ZION ever Break Fourth as a Dawn while such animosity exist for her tenants? How will we face God our Creator, and Maker, and say we would like to inherit ALL the Glories of his Highest Kingdoms whilst we Practiced and Advocated the tenants of Hell among the sons of Perdition and recommended them to our children?

Surely, if WORDS could change the Hearts of Stone they would? Surely, if ZION's appeal were foremost in the Hearts of the Shepherds the flocks would follow?

We would have to conform the job title and description to Shepherds leading the people to Hell if it is not Zion right?

I was down on my knees this morning (March 12,2017) at 4AM supplicating and complaining about the saddest thing in my Heart, in my Life.

It wasn't I went to Prison for 3018 Days, half spent in solitary confinement, for Religious Tenants, not my loss of near the entire life's of my oldest three children, or the heart ache of losing 3 wives and 3 Estates, it was of my seeing, receiving, and knowing so much of ZION but it having such a inconsequential effect.

I can hardly explain in words how inconsequential. Shall I yell at the ocean to yield her bounds or scream at the Mountains to flip my Pancakes, or stop a river with a rope type of inconsequential?

I can hardly conceive of a greater report of absolute and total failure in context with God's Successful Laws. 

Surely failure is my name and I missed the Planet ✈ I was expected on for success?

"For I am amongst those who can't stand God. Who hate his policies and practices?" "I do all in their power to cling to Hell as the last loaf of bread on Earth?" Is that the modern day Christianity Message?

The success among colleagues I must surely not seek here, but must travel back in Time for in an inclusion of Generations past. If God sent me to do a small thing, like cut a blade of grass, surely it is my call in life to return to him and say, " I just could not do it. I failed! "

I really hate that thought. Once you have tasted the Fruit of Zion you just can't go back though. I've tried that rationalization. It's miserable.

On U.S. Supreme Court Clerks in Judy v. Obama 14-9396

     A Criminal Complaint has been filed today to the U.S. Attorney Generals' office regarding 'False Statements' in the obstruction of justice upon the U.S. Supreme Court Clerks office today in a Case with Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy claiming damages against the 2008 and 2012 Campaigns of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro. The following outlines that legal Complaint that has the Top Clerks Office in the Country under Criminal Investigation. 

  CRJ CRIMINAL COMPLAINT/Ltr. Clerk following the February 11, 2016

Cody Robert Judy said in a statement today, " You know, this Country was founded on the principles of Freedom and Liberty and Justice for ALL. Mr. Trump, the leading GOP Republican Candidate has threatened to sue Sen. Ted Cruz for not being a [natural born Citizen] qualified for the Office because he has standing as a Presidential Candidate.

Damages include much more than the [Office of the President] when your financing your own Campaign. Of course there is no penalty for those running for Office who are not qualified and it is a great burden for those Candidate's stating those who are not qualified are guilty of damages because you have to prove they are not Qualified under the Constitution. This becomes the battle of two individuals over qualifications with the Standard represented in the Constitution. The only way to decide a case between two individuals is in a Trial in the Judicial Branch.

The Legislative Branch only has Trials through the U.S. Senate to impeach or find an acting defacto president as a [disability] by a 2/3rds majority according to Amendment 14, Section 3.


[No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.] What does it say to you the American Public when the Court has totally misrepresented the truth of a Case against Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro in first denying a totally justified Forma Pauperis by the standards of the poverty line of the United States of America? And second, stating a Writ of Certiorari was Denied based on a standard of poverty?

What that should tell Americans is there is a level of great corruption within our Highest Court and it just might take a Criminal Investigation to get to the root of the problem, that then allows an ineligibility Case to proceed pending now.

Cody Robert Judy said, " You just have to understand that there is absolutely NO WAY that the U.S. Supreme Court can even LOOK at a Writ of Certiorari without first receiving payment of fees or granting a Motion for Forma Pauperis. With that understood, you gain a sense of the scheme of the Court Clerks office to cite that my Writ of Certiorari was [denied] when that is just not true. To be politically correct you'd say it was indeed a FALSE STATEMENT punishable by the Federal Statutes prohibiting such claims in the scheme of obstruction of justice.

The failure to file or docket my MOTION TO REOPEN AND RECONSIDER THE MOTION FOR FORMA PAUPERIS is a defense for Justice Reform, a defense for the poor in our Country, and a defense for Access to Justice. Ultimately, it is a defense for Civil Process and to uphold our Laws for the peace and tranquility of the Nation.

With the death of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia an additional element of suspicion arises to the public of if by any circumstances his death has any thing to do with the motivation of Presidential Candidates or even a defacto President who very necessarily could be removed from office or find their Campaigns put out on Main Street as frauds and deceptive acting organizations who really could not qualify for the Office of President if they actually were voted in causing real Constitutional Crisis in our Country. In other words, the case is HUGE! and has very real Constitutional ramifications for the Union. Unfortunately, Justice Scalia was on record just a few months ago (May 2015) stating as a leading conservative member of the Court that he did not know, or wasn't sure that a [natural born Citizen] wasn't Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

It's probably the biggest confirming statement against Americans that a U.S. Supreme Court Justice has ever uttered besides the one that conservative Justice Thomas reported to Congress under witness that the U.S. Supreme Court was evading Justice in the [natural born Citizen] Principle of the U.S. Constitution.

The case for obstruction of Justice is being made by '08,'12 and 2016 Presidential Cody Robert Judy who believes that the rules of the race for President prohibit those with fractured loyalties or dual citizenship's to foreign countries by [Place of birth] or [conferred citizenship's by parents] who were foreign or not U.S. Citizens. The fact that we have Candidate claiming both place of birth as well as one parent as a U.S. Citizen confirms to everybody that these two elements are both needed, but its much more intended confusion to the general public not to have a Professional authority of the U.S. Constitution defined in the Constitution to be such evade the question and it is acting as a cruelty and oppression towards his person and campaign.

 The Standards of our Constitution in the qualification of the Office of the President were not meant to be Fair to every Citizen. It was meant to be an incentive to be American - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, with no fractured allegiance. This was meant as a Standard and a Protection in the Standard only required in that particular office as well the Vice President's office, mostly because the Office was a pinnacle of an entire Branch of Government in our checks and balances of three branches.

" It is not just silly to see a real danger of not upholding the principle qualification for the Office of President, its very dangerous to our general citizenry. Those who make fun of Birthers really are making fun of the necessity of national security and mocking everything that keeps Americans safe. Its funny until people start being killed as we saw in San Bernardo then its not funny.

Just today with the Nevada Caucus a few days away RNC Conservative Steering Committee member Diana Orrock tweeted:  "Rubio and Cruz are ineligible,". She is a Nevada Republican National committeewoman who serves on the RNC's Standing Committee on Rules and is a member of the RNC Conservative Steering Committee. She's also running for the Nevada state assembly.

This is happening right now and the U.S. Supreme Court is precariously stating they are not the Branch of Government to handle cases of eligibility between two Presidential Candidates? That is simply not the case and they have one right in front of them right now that doesn't require an interference with any forthcoming election which is the safest way to handle this. Obama has served 7 years, what's it going to hurt if he's retired a year early. No one's going to tear the Country down with a 2016 Election happening and him not apart of it. We have contention on this issue from myself and Mr. Trump so both sides of the isle are represented in the Complaint Judy v. Obama 14-9396.

Mr. Trump two days ago made the statement that if Ted Cruz didn't apologize to him he was going to or may sue him for not being eligible for the Office with his standing but appeals could wind up in front of a eight member U.S. Supreme Court.

"For the Court to throw it out, or in fact DENY me access to Justice as they have been doing thus far, is totally an obstruction of their duty to defend the U.S. Constitution and those engaged in that behavior ought to be thrown out for Bad Behavior. They are there for a reason and that is to wade through these types of things with all the evidence available not slink back as cowards of the Constitution. That behavior is sickening and they have never opened this up for a hearing... ever!", said Cody,"I've been trying for 7 years with two cases in the U.S. Supreme Court 12-5276 and 14-9396. This Criminal Action I have filed is just one more step in telling them that obfuscation and arbitrary malfeasance is not going to be tolerated on the bench without consequences; let them come that may RIP Justice Thomas of 'natural causes'."

Today Americans will be reflecting of the nightmare that occurred on 9/11 in 2009 when 3,000 people lost their lives in the attacks on on the Twin Towers and also in 2012 when Chris Stevens and 3 others lost their lives in Benghazi.

9/11 Tribute





We reflect not only on the lives that were lost but the circumstances surrounding those tragedies in our history that are all to often forgotten. The latter portion of this video is indeed a tribute to the lives that were lost, but the beginning of this you tube video reflects on the jokes Obama made at the correspondence dinner about his identity poking fun of the stand for the Constitution so many of us have stood up for in the qualifications for the Office of the President he fails, also a recognition of the circumstances around Bid Laden's death said to perpetrate and mastermind the 9/11 attacks that must be recalled and the 'honorable' burial at sea Obama was said to give Osama as a respect for Muslims when no muslim state would take his body, rather than bring Bin' Ladens' body back to the U.S.

If the very essence of stopping world war is to criminalize the actions of a few, rather than allow the actions of a few to be blanketed upon whole populations, criminal investigations can save us from global catastrophe and are very important.

Our hearts can not help but grieve for our losses. The troubled waters of our peace cannot forget watching all the buildings fall at different times and under different circumstances as we watched suicide planes crash into a couple of them, and we must recall the 'video tape' that was blamed on Benghazi by Obama and his Administration just a month before the 2012 elections generating the sparks of unrest and infuriating muslims all over the world after September 11th, 2012 in the arab springs saga.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand the differences of why Obama chooses to honor Muslims in a burial of Osama bin Laden, yet infuriate a blind rage within their radical elements against America blaming Benghazi on a videotape. Why the White House and our Government strongly objects to pictures and analysis of a shot dead Bin Laden for a forensics and a criminal investigation, but request removal of multiple video's showing beheadings of american journalist only after they have gone viral, like the video tape they attributed to Benghazi's circumstances.

May God Bless America for the truth and help us with our troubled waters. May we as Americans continue to understand as the example that our Constitution defends all religions and the freedom established here. May we as Americans continue to understand all religions also are afflicted with the challenges for good and bad that people in their individual capacities are trying to overcome as weaknesses and that we in defending our own personal religion must fight to defend that which we may not entirely agree with, that in this resolve peace can be found and a harmony of spirit championed we distinctly call American.

That religions of all types in their essence have a purpose to make good people even better, wishing to worship God according to the dictates of their conscience, allowing all men to do the same and that to be just we must act justly realizing in our Constitution the qualifications for the Office of the President, when corrupted, can quite easily lead to the corruption of our religious peace dividing us in a disrespect and discord.

My prayer for the United States of America is to preserve our Union and to this end I have dedicated much of my time,my passion, and my life in the understanding of how very important our United States Constitution is as the Supreme Law of this Land upon a happy people.

If it were not for the Main Stream Media within the United States you’d think bombing Syria was a bad idea; however that is not the case, so we must ask the question why has our Government all of a sudden decided war in the name of intervention was the best option?

Boehner, McCain, Kerry champions for Obama in an assessment that interference between religious factions within Syria is absolutely necessary and within the scope of the United States vital interest, may come as a surprise to the National Security Council and the United Nations, but when considering the agenda of destroying America as a superpower, should not come as any surprise.

Making the United States the laughing stock of the world, Obama in Sweden, makes the case for a military strike on Assad’s Government in Syria for chemical weapons use that Secretary of State John Kerry bellows is without question the responsible party for firing, leading to the deaths of some 1,400 people. (?)

At the same time, as the Rush Limbaugh Show reminded us yesterday, last summer Rebels in Syria against Assad actually took over a chemical weapons plant around the same time John Kerry was dining with Bashar Assad and Britain was selling chemicals to Syria with U.S. knowledge of that.

So the question is, “Would the Rebels we know are led by Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood, release the poison gas as a tactic to gaining the United States Air force and Navy as an ally in toppling Assad through the use of bombs and missiles they carry, because Obama announced to them the only way of getting the U.S. on board would be to cross the red-line of chemical weapons use on their populations?”

What exactly is the boots-on-the-ground reasoning from other Countries with interest regarding Syria?

Russia’s President Putin announced yesterday a delegation to the U.S. Congress was “timely”, in the face of Secretary of State Kerry’s testimony to U.S. Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee, to influence them against a military strike in Syria. Russia has as big of an investment in Syria as the U.S. has in bases in Iraq. Putin made the reasonable argument it would be military suicide for Assad to be using “chemical weapons” on his population when his own military is advancing in the same territory. It would be akin to killing his army.

China’s Leadership reasoned that interference in Syria’s religious war was unwise. Dependent to the tune of about 75% of their oil coming from the region, China does not want to destabilize that pipeline and reasons; containment of civil war or disagreement would be broadened with the destabilizing factor of outside interference for either side that it would stabilize itself if left alone.

Britain’s Prime Minister Cameron announced Parliament’s vote in England to stand down in supporting a military strike in Syria leading military commanders for the U.S. excusing England’s military Commanders from sensitive military planning strategy briefings. England sold Syria chemicals with U.S. knowledge of that.

Obama now is making argument for military action in the Syria Civil War, with some very interesting reasoning, that if we considered relevant and the tables turned on him, would certainly kick him out of the White House as a threat to our vital interest and a national security threat as ineligible for the Office of the President because he’s not a natural born citizen.

Obama says:
1) His reputation is not on the line – it’s the international community’s reputation that is on the line.
2) His authority supersedes the Security Council’s and the United Nations.
3) International law prohibits chemical weapons use upon populations.
4) 98% of Governments agree with International Law.
5) Profound and dire implications from not acting would result encouraging more violations.


In relation to Obama’s own ineligibility to be President of the United States based on law we would say:

1) Obama’s reputation was more important to him than the United States reputation for its own Constitution.
2) His usurpation of the Office of the President superseded any law within the Constitution demanding a Natural Born Citizen and by an ignorant democratic bully majority instituted him with his foreign birth and foreign parentage against the law of the Republic for which we stand.
3) The United States Constitution is the Supreme Law of the United States and has different qualifications for President, Senator, and Representative that prohibit usurpation by unqualified persons.
4) 100% of the population of the United States is under the ruling law of the Constitution and to amend the Constitution certain regiments and rules must be followed.
5) Obama has bombed 6+ countries without Congressional approval, yesterday called the U.S. military “My” military instead of “Our” as a representative for The People of the U.S., and has handed out from the White House Press Core room a long form fabrication pertaining to his own identity.


The People of the U.S. ,as well the world ,are witnessing the profound implications and dire consequences of the U.S. military in the hands of someone who is not eligible or qualified for the Office of the United States President as a natural born citizen.[ *1 Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents]

Not adhering to this qualification and eligibility requirement has fostered and will encourage more violations of our Constitution most notable recognized as “policing” other countries through force, and instigating the destabilization of Countries including Syria; potentially within three months destabilizing the largest Countries into World War Three.

How important is the qualification of the Office of the President for the U.S. and for the world? Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the United States Supreme Court, one of the greatest cases ever filed in Court, concerned this vital interest on our U.S. National Security unbelievably receiving no hearing or attention.

Congress now has the responsibility, power, and moral duty to act on Obama as a “disability” [U.S.C. Amend 14, Sect.3] holding hearings on his eligibility to even wield the powers of the United States Presidency or risk the unrestricted powers of war acting as a scourge consuming the world as a profound consequence of their error.

With the sound reason and factual evidence advocating no military action in Syria necessary, the agenda of war seems on its face value the overwhelming desire of the U.S. Government in the hands of your elected officials passing amnesty and leaving the southern border exposed to Iran’s silent army recruitment poised to infiltrate the soft southern border of the United States, especially exposed with our military involved in foreign affairs.

In the spirit that ignorance is war’s best friend while wisdom and understanding are the companions of peace; the best defense from this agenda is your passing on this knowledge to your neighbor, because the two dozen scandals of Obama's Administration in 5 years seem to be collating the OBAMA FRAUD, and that's no LOVE COMMOTION.

Its Not Over - America Should Prepare For Yet Another Bombing Attack

Another bad dream..

I saw in my dream that it wasn't over, speaking in reference to the horror and terror of the Boston Twin Bombing attacks.

In the dream I saw another bomb go off this time in a different place that seemed out West. There was two again and the network that is watching has been ascertaining the damages as the goal is to really start bring terror to the U.S.

I saw and heard the explosion in my dream "BOOM" it was deafening, and saw in the dream a man running with a second bomb. Something had evolved as to the delivery and the mechanism from the Boston Twin Bombing because I saw the second man running scared out of his mind.

I saw the military was searching for him. I saw tents set up. He was close to the military both circumstantially and in proximity. I saw a soldiers hand come out of a tent searching searching, his hand searched as one inside a tent would put a hand under the bottom of the tent but not be able to see. I saw his hand searching and panting the ground around and there was grass that kind of seemed un-kept, almost like a field or grass that was green but hadn't gotten any water, pasture grass comes to mind, but he couldn't find the back-pack even though he was very close to finding it, that this second guy had his bomb in.

It was kind of the same type but like I said had evolved a bit because I saw this guy with the bomb in his back-pack avoiding the search by the military. I wondered how he could do that. How they could pass right over him in a search and him slip behind the search?

I saw a search had been conducted and he had fallen behind the search and been missed somehow; almost as if he was in or part of the military himself? This was very scary because it makes it much harder and gut wrenching to have our military turn on itself and have to start making themselves part of the investigation or on the list of suspects.

I saw him running scared with his back-pack, which I think was dark blue, and there was many many citizens looking and people being made aware to report suspicious back-packs left or sitting alone. I saw him throw or hurl his back-pack and I saw it was at "innocent" people.

My heart just ached at the absolute terror of this. I saw that the "buzzer" or detonator had become separated from the bomb itself.

As he was running I saw a great big sliding steal door that was very close to another, like, back of a building, as if only one body could fit between this great big door and the adjacent wall. I saw it open or sliding open and it was maybe 6 inches thick but slid easy. It was more the type that was covered with light steel or tin, old looking, worn. The buildings seemed like old warehouses, and I recall train tracks in the area.

I saw a hotel room where they had been. One thing that I saw was that the bomb area was like around a circus.

I remember in the dream running and a man calling my name very loudly. I turned toward him and recognized he had recognized me by kind of smiling and then racing off.

I saw our military in the streets and the military had set up almost like a tent city and were searching for this guy.

When I woke up I was startled up, breathing hard, and terrorized just like the dream I had April 8th,2013 ,a week prior to April 15. I thought about Nevada and Circus-Circus and wondered about those places.

I relate this and say I don't think this has anything to do with the massive amount of media on the Boston MA Twin bombing I actually have not seen reports or watched on TV. This dream seemed pretty "out of the blue" again.

One thing I believe in relating a dream is what the Lord says...when relating a dream, just tell the dream. Don't elaborate or try to out guess it. Just be honest about it exactly. "Warnings" can come in dreams.

I had a comment come to me that really railed against me making a political issue out of a tragedy. I told the guy so if you see a thief coming to rob the house, you just want to keep your mouth shut?

The point here is I don't tell anyone ALL my dreams. I only tell what I'm impressed to tell and I don't try to tell more then what I have received.

I believe the Lord God in Heaven has an "All Seeing Eye" and none can hide from him. I thought many people really don't like God being brought into any circle that they haven't given him the freedom out of. They want God in a tight little box because they are very uncomfortable with him.

Many people believe many things about God and do not understand the very nature of God. They can't comprehend "Why?" bad things happen or if God were God why he wouldn't stop that from happening. They really take a position that keeps God nailed down on the cross and that's exactly where they'd like to keep him.

How does a living God fight your battles? How does a living God see all and remain silent because of judgement. How does he tell as an act of grace?

The Lord is terrible in battle! The mercy we can comprehend of our own children we'd like to spare hard times, or make things a little easier for then we had it.

Guardian angels protect all of us and they are under the Lord's command. How do you suppose Jesus Christ cast out the worst devils unless all of hell was bound to listen?

My mind shifted this morning on the term of innocence and how many people think they are innocent, but didn't vote. Did you know "not voting" is an act, just the same as voting is one?

What isn't political if we separated those who voted from those who didn't? Believe it or not when bombs go off the political question is right around the corner. Asked Libya,Yemen,Somalia,Pakistan,Iraq,and Afghanistan if they've had a bomb dropped on their country by Barack Obama and then explain innocent life's lost in a political expedience?

You know the Lord can do what he wants to do, and if there is a political lesson for the United States to learn about taking a stand for the Constitution, not taking your freedom and liberty for granted, understanding that many many life's have been sacrificed in our military for what we have, you can be sure we will learn that lesson.

Now, there are lots of ways to learn a lesson. We can learn the hard way. We can learn the easy way. We can learn the short way and we can learn the long way.

Which way do we want to learn? How does, just for instance because we can all relate to this, Congress and the United States Supreme Court actually learn to defend the Constitution's demand for a natural born citizen in the Office of the President? If for instance "Congress" has to be taught a lesson in Constitutional law and The United States Supreme Court needs to be taught how to defend the Constitution rather then treading on it, if you were God, how would you do it?

I'm just guessing here there are very very few people who relate what's happening to our Country directly to the decisions of our Legislative Body and our Judicial Body's decisions that have forsaken We The People in decisions that have come to them; Pleadings that have been buried.

So if your God and you have seen every drop of blood spilt literally by millions of men and women in Heaven who suffered bled and died for the Constitution absolutely begging God to do something about the disgrace of the Constitution in the White House at this time, and pleadings and filings and court cases have all been shucked off with a wink and a grin, what are you going to do?

What do you do with your children when they go ape shit and totally throw a tantrum in the store? Well, love dictates that you teach them a lesson. God is a wonderful teacher, he is wise and full of understanding and great love.

I pray for his grace and love every day and night with great fear and trembling because I know some of the lessons in life are so very hard to learn. Why or why did this or that happen; How on God's green Earth did we ever deserve this or that?

Well, soul searching is never a bad thing and I can assure you mocking the blood that has been spilt to build this Nation by winking and grinning Obama 8 years through a second term is probably NOT a good decision. The HOPE that you won't get caught or there won't be ANY PENALTY is like hoping that God doesn't love this Country.

You know there is a lot to be said about the good out weighing the bad and a drop of poison spoiling the whole 5 gallon bucket of water.

Can't you just hear them? "Oh Lord Lord, we did this and we did that..so don't we deserve this?"

You know the thing about the Natural Born Citizen qualification for the Office of the President is its way down on the basics of 2+2=4. Its elementary. So when you start ignoring the most rudimentary and elementary aspects of the Supreme Law of the Land, you're pretty much like a teenager on a joy ride robbing banks in broad daylight and your butts gonna get busted.

It will be a very loving Heavenly Father that teaches you the lesson and I'm just stuck with you, so lets all just do the best we can to help one another, care for one anther, and lets' get back on the Constitutional track. Obama's gonna have to go because he's not eligible for the Office of the President.

Now if you think he is, then we have a difference in opinion and God will teach us which one he respects. I can't begin to enumerate the insults Birthers have gone through and by God if your hard headed about this its my guess we're in for one very wild ride.

God might let you know he knows exactly what's happening while your being drug behind the lose horse through a very green and wet freshly fertilized field. I hope you can hold your breath a long time.

I have a huge respect for our military and the intelligence and ability they have developed. I admire our local police forces and salute the all the integrity of the law which they both uphold. I pity any organization that pits itself against God for they will see but still be blind, hear but still be deaf, walk but go no where and that's all really frustrating!

I applaud Zullo's lead as an investigator here working to uncover a fraud/criminal action. However, we all must keep in mind Obama's not only not a natural born citizen by virtue of his birth, but by the fact that both his parents are not Citizens. His father never was a U.S. Citizen. Minor v. Happersett makes it clear that those who are born in the U.S. to Citizen parents there have never been any doubts to their being natural born citizens. The blessings that attend the Office of the President cannot fall upon one who is not qualified or assuming the office illegally as a usurper. The damage done here will haunt us. I've apposed it clear to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.

Breaking Info on Boston Bombings! Tamerlan Tsarnaev and the Naked Man -Maret Tsarnaeva the aunt of Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the suspected Boston marathon bombers has revealed to me that she can positively identify the oldest nephew Tamerlan Tsarnaev as the man who was stripped naked and placed into a police cruiser during the manhunt for the suspects. The question then to be asked is how did the suspect arrested get free and have a gun fight with police where he was shot and killed? He was positively ID'd by his Aunt as a man police had in custody.

ObamaQuake is Coming

Had a dream last night that I used my cell phone to call 911 twice on two separate, but related incidences, on a robbery and authorities would not respond. Left me with an ominous feeling and I thought this morning when I woke up that it was as bad as authorities not responding to Obama's fraudulent identification and non-natural born citizenship status. When the law fails us we are alone in times of trouble. When the people we have entrusted to enforce the law fail to do so, the law indeed has become corrupt. Its a bad feeling and a tragic societal suicide that comes in ObamaQuake. I just have a bad feeling we're headed for a pit of hell unparalleled in our Country.

It seems troublesome at best especially in the wake of this news about such gains with the Dow also touched a record intraday high at 14,716.46

In the past whenever I've dreamed of a cell phone its signified for me that I was pretty tuned in and receptive to what was about to happen. This accompanied with the two repeated 911 calls lets me know their is a BIG lesson headed (my) or our way perhaps the authorities haven't even seen coming?



You know I wouldn't wish it on anyone but I know when our Government aligns itself against the Constitution, somethings going to give and I don't think its going to be the Constitution that carries so much valiant blood with it.

As the breaking of the dawn unfurls upon a New Year sliding across the Nation as a dark shadow giving way to the light, we contemplate January 4th wherein two big things are going to happen: 1) Congress by HJ 122 resolution has agreed to count the electoral college vote rather then January 6th or 7th or 8th: & 2) The United States Supreme Court will take into Conference Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which is basically an election challenge to Barack Obama's eligibility for the Office of the President made by another candidate for President, myself,Cody Robert Judy. This is a good time for all of us to contemplate our futures.

A Day late and a Dollar short many United States Judges have been hedging on upholding the Constitution in the Barack Obama eligibility scandal banking on the buck of futures, understanding what many have called the 'death knell' in a ruling that actually upheld the Constitution's demand for a 'natural born citizen' in the Office of the President as demanded by Article II,Section 1,Clause 5.

Denial of due process, discrimination against other presidential candidates, upholding voter fraud, elections fraud,identification fraud,document fraud,social security fraud,contributions under false identification fraud, all have roots in upholding Obama's occupancy in the White House over and above the Constitution's demand that only a 'natural born citizen', born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, or absent all foreign influence as natural law affords, dawn the Office of the President.

In an abbreviated form its a type of domestic terrorism or assault upon the United States Constitution. In the long form the hole gets deeper; the Judges banking on future appointments and rewards.

One of the most logically upheld statutes that has not been assaulted in the Constitution, which I think may even be harder to overcome than the 'natural born citizen' clause, is the "two-term" limitation of the President. Bill Clinton couldn't over come that one.

If we do have to wait it out another four years those Judges are in fact banking on the very short term of Barack Obama's tenure, which will indeed be replaced. Case in point, pit-bull attorney Larry Klayman, a former Justice Department prosecutor and the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch- authoring latest book called “Whores: Why and How I Came to Fight the Establishment.”, recently cited in a WND article:

When betting on the Buck, Obama's horns are about two years away from being a lame duck anyway, so I'm not so sure he's the right Buck to bet on? Americans have a really nice way of patiently waiting for justice. It may not come tomorrow as we hoped, but it will come!

Which of these Bucks would you bet on for the future, one who has about two years to go, or one whose got about eight years of future in the White House?

I don't know what god these Judges are praying to, their religious practice is not my concern, but they may need religion a lot sooner then they supposed on the record of their performances against the United States Constitution in the biggest scandal to hit this Nation's history books. Their bet on futures is about as stupid as placing it all on a two point buck deer rather than and eight point buck deer who waits just inside the tree-line obscure from view right now.

When the truth comes out, and the truth always comes out, I don't think these men and women will be able to get a job judging a rodeo or an elementary art contest. Their careers are in ruins already, they simply haven't got the memo yet and that should be the message to Judges across the Nation who swore oaths to the Constitution; not Obama.We should not discriminate against Obama for not being a natural born citizen. Obama deserves the truth of the Constitution just like anyone else.

You know another up and coming President appointed and elected by WE THE PEOPLE, just might unfurl the biggest ring of impeachment trials this Nation has ever seen! Where in the hell will these Judges hide? I can tell you right now as I recall a scripture verse that says something more about the caves and rocks rather than under a desk.

Klayman put it very nicely I thought:

"As of last Friday, despite the urgency of resolving Voeltz’s presidential election challenge, Judge Carroll was still sitting on our motion for rehearing, despite our renewed emergency request to grant us a hearing, vacate his dismissal order and allow my client Voeltz due process of law. According to his assistant, with whom I spoke late that day, the judge was indeed in his office all week, perhaps now hiding under his desk for cover. Unfortunately for Judge Carroll, it’s only a matter of time when he can no longer run and hide from the law or, if that doesn't work, the wrath of those patriotic Americans who will call him to legal account in an appropriate, peaceful way.

Revelations 6:16 says it more boldly: "And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:"

Now why on God's green Earth would the Lamb of God have cause to wrath, or anger? And what could we infer about those who make a mockery out of justice in our courts and that saying about the warped judgement being whipped out of courts?

Was that John 2:15? Something about "Jesus made a whip from some ropes and chased them all out of the Temple-King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)traders whom the covetous priests and rulers encouraged to make a market-place of its courts.." - huh? That's kind of interesting.

These traitors.. oh I mean traders where doing unholy things in places they ought naught be doing them, I guess, is a way to look at it.

So if a Judge in a Court of law basically over-rides the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land, that would be cause for the people to elect someone who would see to it that justice was restored to the Courts and the best way to do that would be to see to it that Judges who "winked" in the biggest case of United States elections fraud be impeached or undergo impeachment trials?

Seems to me a President who is in charge of the Executive Branch of Government could bring such Trials to Congress and an Attorney General.

Well, the bottom line is that Eric Holder isn't going to be the Attorney General forever and Barack Obama is indeed not going to be in the Office of the President forever, but these Judges have made decisions which really need to be given some due process.

If ever there was a demand made by a Judge for attention, I'm thinking the biggest fraud in United States history just might deserve that kind of attention in a few short years.

I only have one thing to say about that, "Good luck with that future investment you're making because I think that it would be an understatement to say, "there will be all hell to pay", from a future American President elected by the people. They may find themselves gift wrapped and sent to China as a large down payment on our debt.

There are many things I actually look up to China, as well as Mormons for: Frugality and Industry, are staples in their diets. The good people who cultivate this for their children are to be admired. On the flip side the gluttonous actions in Washington DC are often embarrassing to us when it comes to these principles that are sound and wise.

Of course $500 dollars a month to build apple computers, that includes overtime, may be half of what American's minimum wage jobs pay and maybe seen as a luxurious job in China for a million people but I'm pretty sure that's not minimum wage in America, and Mormons might not take the freedom of speech literally in their religious meetings if someone calls out the abbreviation of the Book Of Mormon or B.O.M. in their meetings backed up with evidence, but they are trying to improve these things as religious sentiment is expressed. I think my case 20 years ago was the last one that put someone away for that. Man did I ever 'LEARN' to appreciate the Constitution there! Sadly, it took losing my rights for me to pay attention, but I am now grateful for the experience. Its taken a long time for me to say that, and understand it.

I think my example of more time in prison then many murderers with the Constitution locked up as well, when it came to evidence, cementing a union of church and state,as well as my sincere apologies have sufficed to shut people up. I certainly do not want to defend any hypocrisy and when I'm wrong I admit it, which is what I'm wondering about all these judges betting on Barack Obama on the side of hypocrisy towards our Constitution and the absolute fraud of a "natural born citizen" Obama is? This obstruction of justice has taken our Nation and set it off balance and our debt is a symptom of the sickness.

As we struggle to find our balance, I am so proud of Americans who have cut up their credit cards, or have decided that insurmountable debt is a weight that is near to slavery and miserable, and that a pay-as-you-go-balance can afford a much healthier lifestyle of happiness. We as Americans desire this health and freedom which is accompanied with liberty for our future.

We have integrity and want to pay off our debts, but we cannot be shackled down by the intolerable glutton our Government has become made so by the decisions as comparable to the corruption of foreign metals in the purifying process of gold that have burned us and sold entire generations into bondage.
