Inside the Establishment's TOP SECRET Denial hating Americans

Love American Style was a hit television series that aired from between 1969 to 1974 on ABC starring many legends including Ron Howard and Marion Ross I watched as a kid.

The song introducing the program was one of those if you got in your head you were done for. While the song was also something you never minded because it was "Love American Style", it just might be the key to the reason in a nutshell that former Florida Governor Jeb Bush decided, after one of the most well financed campaigns in modern American History 150 Million Dollars worth, to suspend the Campaign. Jeb said in April 6,2014 :

"But the way I look at this -- and I'm going to say this, and it'll be on tape and so be it. The way I look at this is someone who comes to our country because they couldn’t come legally, they come to our country because their families -- the dad who loved their children -- was worried that their children didn’t have food on the table. And they wanted to make sure their family was intact, and they crossed the border because they had no other means to work to be able to provide for their family. Yes, they broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s an act of love. It’s an act of commitment to your family. I honestly think that that is a different kind of crime that there should be a price paid, but it shouldn’t rile people up that people are actually coming to this country to provide for their families."

Politico ran a story Feb 20,2016 two days ago entitled "Inside Jeb Bush's $150 Million Failure" by Eli Stokels basically blaming all of Jeb Bush's woes on his own Political Counselors failure to predict Mr. Donald Trump with commentary of the epic misread of the GOP Base's hostility towards any Establishment Candidate 'tragicomically mismatched to the electorate'.

"Trump baited Bush into a fight, staking out a position to the far right of the Floridian by calling for an end to automatic citizenship to any baby born in America. He ridiculed Bush’s earlier comment that immigrants who come to the United States illegally do it as an “act of love” for family, and called him unelectable."

Of course Trump was talking about what would become Jeb Bush's nemesis- U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and Bush's remark out of the conundrum of “anchor babies” in that he would be a tough enforcer of immigration law, but failed to pull the trigger on Marco Rubio as ineligible for the Office of the President because Rubio in fact was one who achieved his [U.S. Citizenship] by birth on U.S. Soil from statute, declaration, or constitutional Amendment, with foreign parents. The only claim of U.S. Citizenship was the line of the Border of the United States, but of course this didn't make Rubio a [[natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents], distinct from congressional statute or adoption of [Citizen] as the requirement states or is allowable for U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives.

Indeed the so-called 'Positive Spots" Jeb's Campaign was trying to maintain in high-ground were not working nearly forcing the JEB! Campaign to go negative infuriating the bur under his blanket Rubio. The biggest problem with JEB'!'s negative attacks against Rubio, estimates of 36 Million Dollars worth, is they did not encompass the moral high-ground of 'Love American Style' or the U.S. Constitution's qualification for the Office of the President.

ART II, SECTION 1, CLAUSE 5
[No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.]

The 14th Amendment was never a referendum meant to make the qualifications of the Office of the President found in Article II, Section 1, C-5 moot, and so the false narrative is exposed of those born in the U.S. automatically being [natural born Citizens]. Indeed neither was U.S. Senator Ted Cruz's claims derived from the Naturalization Act Nationals and Citizens at Birth Title 8 § 1401 a-h upon his mother's U.S. Citizenship, but it gives everyone a very clear picture that [U.S. Citizenship] can be achieved by both birth or soil heritage and also what is termed 'conferred' citizenship or Parentally inherited.

One of the biggest problems with [conferred citizenship] is that, yes a baby at the time of birth can receive a U.S. Citizenship from a mother or father, but it has to also be considered the baby receives the foreign parent's citizenship in mutual respect making up the [dual citizenship also termed dual national] or with a fractured allegiance prohibited from the pure American [natural born Citizen]ship required for the office of the President seen in Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

The Office of President was the only Office reserved as LOVE- American Style; as such offering a positive incentive to acquire the status of All American.

JEB! CAMP was warned or notified repeatedly but refused to recognize it as a national security concern. In two emails to Jeb Bush's Campaign from the CRJ TODAY FOR A BETTER AMERICA TOMORROW, the conflict was out-lined and the road to take but Jeb refused to [Go BIRTHER!] or in other words, take a stand for the U.S. Constitution or umbrella of supreme law Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz both violate with their failed [time credentials] to the Office of the President according to the American Standard or U.S. Constitution. Both emails were unheeded, and as we see disaster followed the JEB! CAMP rather than the hero status an actual stand for the Constitution could have earned him.

" The real weird part of this whole thing, is Jeb's love for foreign allegiance both Cruz and Rubio exhibit in their dual citizenship qualifications was greater than what he showed Americans of no foreign allegiance. Its really incredible to think about", Cody said, "but it really is something the Establishment's of both the Republicans and Democrats have not got through their heads yet as to the anger of the anti-establishments in both major parties.

"Americans want some reserved privilege as well incentive in total Americanism, and the Politicians wanting to be inclusive to all the Citizenry end up sacrificing true blue Americanism for foreign allegiances which ends in a sense of hatred towards Americans in the first instance- its not LOVE AMERICAN STYLE and the bases of the major Parties are punishing Politicians brutally for it. It hasn't hit Hillary Clinton yet, but I think it will."

Trump, who has never filed a single legal paper, or contributed a dime of legal help towards any Presidential Candidate with standing against any unqualified Candidate has played the fence. He has used the media to draw the attention to the matter, but has not trusted the Judicial Branch to uphold what we all learned in school: [natural born citizen is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents].

He has played it well as far as splitting hairs and appearing as an altar boy to the GOP Base who are angriest at the lack of political courage that has both allowed and financed Barack Obama for 7 years. Trump has pummeled Ted Cruz over his foreign birth and foreign parents, ( Cruz's mother is thought to have made an oath to Canada in order to vote in elections and work at the time of Ted's birth making her a dual citizen of Canada) Ted Cruz's mother Eleanor holding citizenship in the U.S. at the time of Ted’s birth, she could have registered Ted as a dual citizen at birth, Canada by Native birth right and citizen of the U.S. through his mother’s citizenship in the U.S. however she did not register Ted as a dual citizen at birth, but rather as a Native Born Citizen of Canada alone as the lawsuits sprouting up contend.

The Parliament of Canada thus enacted the Canadian Citizenship Act 1946, which came into effect on 1 January of the following year. New immigrants were then required to recite the Oath of Allegiance for Purposes of Citizenship, which was an adaptation of the original Oath of Allegiance: "I swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King George the Sixth, His Heirs and Successors, according to law, and that I will faithfully observe the laws of Canada and fulfil my duties as a Canadian citizen- [grant of citizenship to a foreign woman married to a Canadian man after one year's residence as a landed immigrant]

Gov. Jeb Bush definitely had standing to bring the legal question to the Court questioning both Cruz and Rubio's official [qualification time] necessary to occupy the Office of the President should either be elected and to claim Campaign Damages from their pulling delegates away from his campaign, but he lacked the constitutional courage and political chutzpah although he did not have a problem attacking their political records.

If you just think about that for a minute you start to getting the idea forming in your head that millions of Americans also have. Why is it necessary to attack someone's political voting record if they are not qualified for the Office in the first place? Disqualify them for not being qualified and you are supporting the Constitution. Supporting the Constitution isn't 'bad for America' and is positive, but negative politics can easily be called 'going negative'.

It is difficult to address legally because there are no laws prohibiting someone who is not qualified from running. In other words, the Government feels the Candidates oath unenforceable. I disagree with that presumption, said '08. '12' and 2016 Democratic Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy because if the Candidate has certified himself or herself as qualified should they be elected to the office they are running for, they are binding themselves to the rules of the race with an oath. Stating there are rules that are unenforceable is an absurdity or just plain stupid.

A false statement made to a judicial officer is a criminal liability under criminal rules of False Statements especially if the Candidate actually holds a Government Office at the time it is made such as Rubio, Cruz, McCain or Obama who were all U.S. Senators at the time they began their Presidential Campaigns.

The problem is you need an attorney general willing to prosecute that crime and these guys have tons of political connections and are willing to use them for their own political ambitions. Don't get me started on Governor Christie a former U.S. A.G. prosecutor.

Jeb Bush as a former Governor was perfectly positioned to actually do just that with his own collateral standing outside the U.S. Senate, but we are to assume he did not want to win actually employing or using the U.S. Constitution for a stand.

Unfortunately, this leaves all the people who do not have 'standing' to sue out in the cold as far as remedy; and the presumption of enforcement willy-nilly or wide open to any one really wanting to run for Office who is or will become a citizen by means of soil or parentally conferred status, lashing out at the [natural born Citizen] requirement in the U.S. Constitution as a polluted term rather than a pure one.

Many people say, and it has been written in opinion, that the Constitution had a problem because it did not expressly say what a [natural born Citizen] was. Indeed, the reason based on the Founders and Framers of the U.S. Constitution who cleared the way giving Congress the powers of naturalization. They themselves were also naturalized U.S. Citizens by the terms of the Declaration of Independence.

They realized the powers of naturalization could not have any power over natural law, or the laws of nature. It was a false narrative or paradox to say that a [natural born Citizen ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] could be [naturalized or adopted as aliens, foreigners or nationals could], thus any statement presuming such was easily proven a fraud.

Thus, the fact [natural born Citizen] definition was not articulated was indeed a positive format and not a misnomer of statute. This was the reason the 1790 Naturalization Act language of [natural born Citizen] was deleted for the 1795 Naturalization Act replacing it with [Citizen]. The acts of naturalization could not have any hold upon a natural born Citizen and these were indeed naturalization actions of congress as their titles expressed.

This is why it was stated in the qualifications for the Office of the President that 'Citizens' at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution were considered eligible. There were no 'natural born Citizens' even though many had been born in the providence of the early colony States, none were born under the jurisdiction of law the U.S. Constitution created so they were adopted in or there was a process of law articulating their qualifications.

Any articulation of citizenship having any force of including a member outside a society to one inside uttered by law is a statute, or declaration of law. In other words it is a compliment to [natural born Citizen] not to be articulated in law not a pejorative.

A [natural born Citizen] as written in the opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett are those of the Country born to Citizens of the country and are never doubted to be [natural born Citizens]

Jeb Bush just didn't have the political courage to take a stand for that. It might also be because of the endless whip lashings of the media towards Birthers rather than Article II Patriots taking a stand for America's national security concerns. Politicians live and die on stories written by the Media framed in the slants of negative and positive formats towards the individual.

If the Media felt that discrimination was involved instead of qualification, indeed they let you have it as Donald Trump was made the subject of in 2011 flat out called racist by the Main Stream Media in several stories: here here here The media has never apologized nor has Mr. Trump been called a racist like he was with Obama with his articulations that Ted Cruz is not a natural born Citizen qualified to run in 2016.

As a personal statement Cody Robert Judy, the only candidate for President in America with a record to really present to the Federal Courts in a bi-partisan stand against both McCain and Obama in 2008 2012, and now 2016, said, " I've always simply stood for the law not letting popularity of a person stand in the way of the principle of the law. I think that's simply what Americans wanted. Its love towards them no politician is articulating. It just made more sense to me to let the chips fall where they did understanding that popular candidates fade with time, but the law remains unchanged. I've always invested in time rather than cash because principle holds power through times and seasons regardless of the storms of such that come and go. I'd rather have been known as a man of Principle forever, then as an popular impulse for 7 years that fades as a lame duck. I may not have slept or eaten in the White House, but my sleep has been sweet and I have dreamed in green pastures that are sweet to me."

"In the BIG BOWL of anti-establishments I really believe a new allegiance is being formed and made and those with indifference towards the U.S. Constitution will find their rights undefended when they feel they are needed most as payback or ultimately the harvest comes, and they reap what they have sown. We are all adults here; everyone clamors for the door of the ark that's shut tight, after the rain starts and they realize they are outside and not on the inside anymore. We're witnessing right now the tables being turned over. Former Gov. Bush's 150 Million could not buy anything of value. It was a total waste. I have the utmost confidence those with money will get the message very soon."

On U.S. Supreme Court Clerks in Judy v. Obama 14-9396

A Criminal Complaint has been filed today to the U.S. Attorney Generals' office regarding 'False Statements' in the obstruction of justice upon the U.S. Supreme Court Clerks office today in a Case with Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy claiming damages against the 2008 and 2012 Campaigns of Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro. The following outlines that legal Complaint that has the Top Clerks Office in the Country under Criminal Investigation.

CRJ CRIMINAL COMPLAINT/Ltr. Clerk following the February 11, 2016

Cody Robert Judy said in a statement today, " You know, this Country was founded on the principles of Freedom and Liberty and Justice for ALL. Mr. Trump, the leading GOP Republican Candidate has threatened to sue Sen. Ted Cruz for not being a [natural born Citizen] qualified for the Office because he has standing as a Presidential Candidate.

Damages include much more than the [Office of the President] when your financing your own Campaign. Of course there is no penalty for those running for Office who are not qualified and it is a great burden for those Candidate's stating those who are not qualified are guilty of damages because you have to prove they are not Qualified under the Constitution. This becomes the battle of two individuals over qualifications with the Standard represented in the Constitution. The only way to decide a case between two individuals is in a Trial in the Judicial Branch.

The Legislative Branch only has Trials through the U.S. Senate to impeach or find an acting defacto president as a [disability] by a 2/3rds majority according to Amendment 14, Section 3.

[No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.] What does it say to you the American Public when the Court has totally misrepresented the truth of a Case against Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro in first denying a totally justified Forma Pauperis by the standards of the poverty line of the United States of America? And second, stating a Writ of Certiorari was Denied based on a standard of poverty?

What that should tell Americans is there is a level of great corruption within our Highest Court and it just might take a Criminal Investigation to get to the root of the problem, that then allows an ineligibility Case to proceed pending now.

Cody Robert Judy said, " You just have to understand that there is absolutely NO WAY that the U.S. Supreme Court can even LOOK at a Writ of Certiorari without first receiving payment of fees or granting a Motion for Forma Pauperis. With that understood, you gain a sense of the scheme of the Court Clerks office to cite that my Writ of Certiorari was [denied] when that is just not true. To be politically correct you'd say it was indeed a FALSE STATEMENT punishable by the Federal Statutes prohibiting such claims in the scheme of obstruction of justice.

The failure to file or docket my MOTION TO REOPEN AND RECONSIDER THE MOTION FOR FORMA PAUPERIS is a defense for Justice Reform, a defense for the poor in our Country, and a defense for Access to Justice. Ultimately, it is a defense for Civil Process and to uphold our Laws for the peace and tranquility of the Nation.

With the death of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia an additional element of suspicion arises to the public of if by any circumstances his death has any thing to do with the motivation of Presidential Candidates or even a defacto President who very necessarily could be removed from office or find their Campaigns put out on Main Street as frauds and deceptive acting organizations who really could not qualify for the Office of President if they actually were voted in causing real Constitutional Crisis in our Country. In other words, the case is HUGE! and has very real Constitutional ramifications for the Union. Unfortunately, Justice Scalia was on record just a few months ago (May 2015) stating as a leading conservative member of the Court that he did not know, or wasn't sure that a [natural born Citizen] wasn't Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

It's probably the biggest confirming statement against Americans that a U.S. Supreme Court Justice has ever uttered besides the one that conservative Justice Thomas reported to Congress under witness that the U.S. Supreme Court was evading Justice in the [natural born Citizen] Principle of the U.S. Constitution.

The case for obstruction of Justice is being made by '08,'12 and 2016 Presidential Cody Robert Judy who believes that the rules of the race for President prohibit those with fractured loyalties or dual citizenship's to foreign countries by [Place of birth] or [conferred citizenship's by parents] who were foreign or not U.S. Citizens. The fact that we have Candidate claiming both place of birth as well as one parent as a U.S. Citizen confirms to everybody that these two elements are both needed, but its much more intended confusion to the general public not to have a Professional authority of the U.S. Constitution defined in the Constitution to be such evade the question and it is acting as a cruelty and oppression towards his person and campaign.

The Standards of our Constitution in the qualification of the Office of the President were not meant to be Fair to every Citizen. It was meant to be an incentive to be American - Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, with no fractured allegiance. This was meant as a Standard and a Protection in the Standard only required in that particular office as well the Vice President's office, mostly because the Office was a pinnacle of an entire Branch of Government in our checks and balances of three branches.

" It is not just silly to see a real danger of not upholding the principle qualification for the Office of President, its very dangerous to our general citizenry. Those who make fun of Birthers really are making fun of the necessity of national security and mocking everything that keeps Americans safe. Its funny until people start being killed as we saw in San Bernardo then its not funny.

Just today with the Nevada Caucus a few days away RNC Conservative Steering Committee member Diana Orrock tweeted: "Rubio and Cruz are ineligible,". She is a Nevada Republican National committeewoman who serves on the RNC's Standing Committee on Rules and is a member of the RNC Conservative Steering Committee. She's also running for the Nevada state assembly.

This is happening right now and the U.S. Supreme Court is precariously stating they are not the Branch of Government to handle cases of eligibility between two Presidential Candidates? That is simply not the case and they have one right in front of them right now that doesn't require an interference with any forthcoming election which is the safest way to handle this. Obama has served 7 years, what's it going to hurt if he's retired a year early. No one's going to tear the Country down with a 2016 Election happening and him not apart of it. We have contention on this issue from myself and Mr. Trump so both sides of the isle are represented in the Complaint Judy v. Obama 14-9396.

Mr. Trump two days ago made the statement that if Ted Cruz didn't apologize to him he was going to or may sue him for not being eligible for the Office with his standing but appeals could wind up in front of a eight member U.S. Supreme Court.

DID YOU KNOW 538 Cases in Alabama this week? The Cost at $400.00 per Case just to file them $215,200.00. That doesn't include the time, gas, and talent spent arguing the Cases before an executive branch court that is conducting most of the Ballot Challenges or cost of appeals of those decision. The USA is staggering in the 19 Trillion dollars of National Debt rising faster in 13 months than the last Trillion was added making the projecting anywhere between sixty and seventy thousand dollars per person- 10 Trillion attributed just on the Obama Watch. While it is staggering, few people would ever connect the disaster of this debt directly to the violation of the qualification for the Office of the President in the 5th of the 10 Commandments, but let's take a look at the promise of God, the link between them, and the qualification for President in the Constitution and see if there is a connection we can make?

Most people would agree that with positive action comes positive reward and with negative behavior a negative result. We would agree hopefully 2+2=4 and 2-2=0. While an immediate cause and affect of a negative equation within our daily life may not be seen the very next day, (many people do wrong and do not get struck down by lighting in the sky the next day), most agree that when overdraft occurs on your bank account the penalty is an overdraft fee and not just the loss of your original money. While we understand banking terms, we seldom figure that into our TRUST ACCOUNT with God, but we should.

Wall Street is paying attention now losing 529 Billion on Tech Stocks that most agree do very well in a bustling economy. With what I'm about to show them, you would think they would be the biggest defenders of the [natural born Citizen ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] qualification clause for President in the Constitution, and thus my biggest contributors, but they haven't discovered the link yet. Perhaps another Trillion is necessary?

Is TRUST important? Ask 2016 Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton who is fighting off the widely held problem of trust as Voters tell Pollsters they think she is a Liar. A throttled sixty percent reported by Salon.com of Quinnipiac National Poll regard the character trait of truthfulness unfavorably with Hillary Clinton. The tie here is the TRUST issue as well as the tie to the TRUST ACCOUNT of the USA being factored into an accountability presently malingering and weighting us down like a ball and chain. We know 'lying' ties into the 9th Commandment -Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

Now that we have established a link to the importance of TRUST and the economy, let's take a look at the link between the the qualifications for the Office of the President and the 5th Commandment because obviously we have a big problem with Politicians who are not qualified running for Office and sucking the wind out of those Campaigns who are qualified, by reason of their politically motivated lies; could we say?

Exodus 20: 12 " 12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.
Deuteronomy 5:16 16 Honour thy father and thy mother, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee; that thy days may be prolonged, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

When we look at these verses, especially Deuteronomy we see the Lord telling us in my own parlance, listen you need to honor both your mother and father with a tied blessing to the land which the he has given us, as well as a blessing of living long upon the land. The Land or Country offers the Jurisdiction of Law we are born under. For those born in the U.S. that law is the U.S. Constitution: Citizenship by Place.

A lot of folks like to go back to the Naturalization Acts of 1790 or the correction of understanding orchestrated by President James Madison then a Representative in the Naturalization Act of 1795 when it was realized Congress did not have power to naturalize a natural born Citizen. Some like to go back to 1757 Vattel that influenced many founding father's doctrine with many such as President James Monroe noticed, Benjamin Franklin, and George Washington, however one thing we know they were all pretty keen on was the Holy Bible.

The Blessings of the Land in Deuteronomy tied to [PLACE] are noticed with honoring FATHER and MOTHER [PARENTS]and there can be no doubt whatsoever, these are indeed the factors in the qualification of [natural born Citizen] unique to the Office of the President from the difference noticed in U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators articulated as [Citizen] in the U.S. Constitution.

Can we have a witness to the blessings of the Land being withheld by the occupation of the Office of President of someone who is not qualified? I suggest 10 Trillion in 7 years is a staggering witness without a hint of it being paid down, or a robust economy. Obama's father was not a U.S. Citizen, but was a citizen of Kenya and thus Obama fails the test of being born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

Of course many do not understand that in honoring only his mother as a U.S. Citizen and not honoring his father as a Kenyan in the Office of the President qualification, we have in fact dis-honored his father. Honoring his father's conferred citizenship of Kenya would necessarily confirm to us that Obama is a usurper in the Office of the President of the United States and the blessings of God would retract as his father is dishonored by the entire Country accepting such as a witness of dis honor.

For those who poo-paw the significance of someone's ability to lead being totally separate from qualifications understood in the Constitution, the argument they represent is that Leadership doesn't matter and that it doesn't really matter who is in the Office of seat of the President. I challenge that frivolity of argument in asking the extremes; "Is their no difference than between the Savior Jesus Christ and the devil Lucifer or Satan and their leadership? Leadership and Example do matter and have vastly different outcomes.

Of course Obama likes to blame the economy of 2008 as a reason for his own bewilderment on the debt, and much could possibly be attributed to the invasion of the Bush Doctrine to another 4 to 6 Trillion which is a violation of the 'Defense' of the nation that turned into an offense or invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan which has cost us TRILLIONS for a pittance of positive reward, but that is a different problem for a different post.

What we really want to focus on in this Post is the fact that God has told us that if we will honor the father and mother in the land that our days might be prolonged, and the blessings of the land would be given to us. That's what we need now!

When I think about this, I can see clearly as a Christian, how important the Law suits are that I have brought in defense of the Constitution's Principle for a [natural born Citizen] against both Obama and McCain. I understand and stand boldly with confidence, and attest that the inspiration of God to take the actions I have, have been sound and firm in not only American Principle, but Universal Principle of right and wrong.

I can see with crystal-clarity that Sen. Cruz like Obama is not [honoring his father] at the time of his birth in self-declarations that subvert the true meaning behind the qualifications of our U.S Constitution; and in such are really asking for the blessing of God to be withheld from the United States of America on the supposition of holding the Office of the President.

America, We the People cannot afford another Constitutionally unqualified President.

Now I want to turn to another subject and that is the rise and popularity of Mr. Donald J. Trump in a hope that the establishments of both parties can be remedied with Principle for the betrayal Americans are feeling. Governor Sarah Palin said this of Mr. Trump on her Facebook Page:

For President: who is best on national debt, the economy, jobs?
*Who's the only candidate who hasn't voted to add to our $19 trillion debt, and...
*hasn't voted for Obama's devastating fast-tracked TPP trade deal;
*is expert on national and international trade and economics, actually understanding our destructive, unbalanced trade deals that are struck as favors for the cause of crony capitalism;
*operates in the real world on balanced budgets instead of supporting annual unsustainable deficits, recklessly rolling along spending other people's money;
*actually creates private sector jobs to secure the middle class instead of supporting bureaucratic agencies that chase our businesses out of country;
*hasn't enticed illegal immigrants with taxpayers' "free stuff" - and even their gifts of teddy bears and soccer balls - to illegally cross the border and take American jobs for corporate campaign donors' cheap labor;
*inappropriately prioritized tax dollars that's led to illegals receiving better care than our Vets;
*understands and supports Constitutional government and rule of law - which is abused by politicians supporting their exemption from laws they foist on you, including Obamacare; citizen's tax laws; FOIA, disclosure, and privacy rules; etc.
*has self-funded months of his campaign to break donor class shackles that own other candidates;
*hasn't lived off the government teat an entire career but, like you, has had to put up with an out-of-control government while working, building, employing, generously giving, and creating equal opportunity for families to reach their American dream?
*... and whose unarguable record of success proves the will and ability to fight victoriously for our country, which will empower We the People to make America great again?]

Let's tackle this list in regards to what we have discussed of the importance of Character in the Office of the President best suited to make America better from the sick state we find ourselves in, but first let's take a look at one of my favorite quotes from President George Washington who spoke plainly about God being the one alone able to help us, if we would take a stand for the Principles of our Constitution they scratched out with that iron pen.

I love President George Washington’s words ..

“ I am sure there never was a people, who had more reason to acknowledge a divine interposition in their affairs than those of the United States; and I should be pained to believe , that they have forgotten that agency , which was so often manifest during our revolution , or that they failed to consider the omnipotence of that God, who is alone able to protect them. ”

It just seems like every time I read that quote, tears swell up in my eyes understanding that it is indeed the witness of President Washington that the odds were against us. That no earthly sound minded person placed any hope in what we were trying to accomplish, but the passion of liberty and freedom burned so deep within their chest, that they were willing to try anyway and in their seed of faith, the blessings of God poured out upon them because they qualified! That [divine interposition] has an affect in reality!

God alone is able to inspire the ingenuity and creativity of our People in the formation of a robust and thriving economy that can pull us out of debt, but his divine interposition is predicated upon our, at the very least, upholding the sound principles of our Constitution much better. Mr. Trump has indeed employed ten's of thousands, but I also have employed people and after you employ one it is just a matter of duplicating it to ten's of thousands.

I apposed TPP; operate in the real world of budgets; have created jobs; have not relied upon other people's money for my businesses; understand with my actions Constitutional Government and the Rule of Law probably much better on that than Mr. Trump in my Court Cases; Have advocated for a nation with borders; Have acted against being the worlds' Policeman and getting involved with religious wars; Advocate for better treatment of our Veterans; advocated a shared risk and competitive health care to drive down cost; Have self funded my campaigns minus about $2,500.00 in contributions; Have not lived off the Government Teat an entire career; and I have built buildings and know every phase of construction from the foundation to the roof top, generaling even my own house, and I've certainly lived with you through all of this recklessness of Government bringing us today to what we are dealing with.

Who am I though, Cody Robert Judy, that Mr. Trump is not?

Well, I have been fighting this and supporting these Constitutional Principles with my own time and money for over 7 years now. My Record for preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution is gold while Mr. Trump's is tin. My name recognition is not well known by the General Public, but it is well known in the Court's of Law.

Cody Robert Judy is the only one who is/has actually done anything Legally in our Civil Judicial Branch of Government advocating the Qualifications for President be upheld, and I am the only Candidate in America who has a bi-partisan federal court record of standing for the Principle that we have just tied the blessings of our Land to, as well as the retraction of those blessings we have experienced.

While respecting Mr. Trump’s business savvy, if we forget the Constitution’s Rule of Law, what makes us any different than looking to a King to fix all our Problems Economically? A King set against the Principles of this Nation is no better then the defeated one of England we fought 240 years ago- All his money and all his men, cannot fix Humpty-Dumpty again?

We cannot expect God to bless us if we do not honor our father and mother and recognize that the Blessings of the Land are predicated to the detail of [ natural born Citizen] ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents also emphasized in Deuteronomy 5:16. Sometimes taking a stand is nasty business, but who wants a President without courage. Fighting civilly is a trademark of a gentlemen rather than a bully.

Parents and Place – could not be tied to Blessings of God referred to in President George Washington's ” the Omnipotence of God who alone can protect them “, better.

Please, maybe Donald can finance his own Campaign, but we cannot escape the responsibility as Presidential Candidates with STANDING not to fight with all our might, mind, and strength for that Divine Protection.

While I have been willing to finance this defense as my record indicates, Mr. Trump does not want to spend the money to do that within his own Republican Party. He said so, in the following video he said he at 25:05 minutes "that's probably why I want to save the legal fees, you know.".

I can hardly imagine being a 10x Billionaire and saving even $1Million dollar on legal fees to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution to this huge problem. I look at it as 'cheap' and 'unprincipled' to the character needed to be in the President. Frankly, I hope he sees this as a big mistake and changes his mind.

Trump has repeatedly suggested that Cruz may not be eligible to serve as president because he was born in Canada, raising the question of whether Cruz meets the Constitutional requirement that the president be a natural-born citizen.]

I agree with Mr. Trump, it is very nasty business. It's very hard to look someone you know in the eye as a fellow candidate and tell them you are not qualified. We all want to go a long to get along sometimes. However, when we start to factor in the consequences to our families, our children, the future of God's blessing upon our Land, how can we not say to ourselves, " I as a Candidate have the responsibility of standing, and I have to do this or I'm just not going to be a good President?"
