The Greatest Crisis to hit the American Political Arena in American History


As more and more people find out and start discerning what is happening right in front of them,I must say I can hardly keep up with the attacks upon me personally ad hominem, as well surrounding and not to be soon forgotten, my action in the United States Supreme Court entitled Judy v. Obama 14-9396 in the cognitive dissonance that the simple truth causes.In psychology, cognitive dissonance is the mental stress or discomfort experienced by an individual who holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values at the same time, or is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas, or values. If that doesn't explain the plight of Americans for what is the truth about prohibiting aliens and foreign nationals from the highest office of the land, I don't know what does.

The ad hominem attacks, which in layman's terms are methods used to shoot the messenger or attack the person's character rather than have to address the truth of the arguments on the facts to the national security crisis we face. That Crisis is that a 'natural born Citizen' is a distinct qualifications for the Office of the President and Vice President (who could if the President was harmed be forced to step up in that position),as a separate and distinct qualifications from the U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators qualification stated within the U.S. Constitution as "Citizen".

Indeed "Citizen" is used in the qualification clause for the Office of the President, but in a limited way upon which there was an expiration date of its use. That expiration date was set upon the death of anyone living at the time of the adoption or ratification of the Constitution. You see, how could a new Constitution demand 'natural born Citizens' upon an office when it first became law? There was no way those living at the time could be born again to Citizen Parents. They were the Country's first children. This is a perplexity that no one has yet seemed to figure out that offers the wisdom for which the terms were progressively adopted as the new Citizens of the United States bore the burdens of the jurisdiction of the United States of America and their children became the first 'natural born Citizens' under the laws of the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Constitution itself tells us what a natural born Citizen is by telling us that there is a progressive enhancement of trust that is required for the Office of the President. It's all there in one sentence. Far from prohibiting people of new American citizenship from voting our laws today allow a citizen whose adopted into our society even one day the right to vote but the percentage of people believing a citizen of one day is qualified to be President is said to be infirm at best and crazy at worst.

In an April 16th 2015 article by JB Williams entitled "Ignorant American Voters Now Greatest Threat to America?", JB asserts a recent on-line survey that was posted to more than a dozen 'conservative' Facebook (FB) groups that asked:

"Do you believe that 14th Amendment "anchor babies" and "undocumented citizens" are "natural born Citizens" eligible for the Oval Office?"

Within hours JB reports 166 members in those FB Groups shared the post and approximately 100 members voted in the survey within hours of the post. Given the options of "No", "Yes", and "I don't know" 100% were reported as answering "NO". That sounds like good news and that conservatives at least have some diligence in protecting and defending the Office of the President defined in the U.S. Constitution from foreign entities.

JB cites the American Voter as the danger to ending American Sovereignty from just two factors:
1) The human tendency to follow that which we want to be true, despite knowing what is true
2)The tendency to ignore reality in favor of a political fantasy

JB goes on in the devastating article, to the Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio candidacies for President, to skewer those supporting 'conservative values' who when the dots are connected and they find out that Sen. Ted Cruz is a 'undocumented resident alien' born in Canada to one Cuban and one U.S. Citizen parent both who may have become Canadian Citizens for work purposes and neither who did the proper paper work on their son which is why Texas elected a Canadian Citizen for a U.S. Senator as attested by Sen Cruz's denouncing that citizenship just a year ago now, and Sen. Marco Rubio is in fact an "anchor baby" who was born to Cuban Parents who did not become U.S. Citizens until years after Marco's birth.

As soon as the facts are understood that neither of these Candidates qualify to be the President of the United States, a cognitive dissonance takes place away from the truth that is known, and towards a pacification. Indeed at the heart of the question in the mind of supporters is 'How am I different then any democrat who leans so far left as to have the will to dismiss the entire Constitution, the Congress, and the United States Supreme Court in favor of making Obama a life long King, because they really can't stand the idea of Hillary becoming President?"

Yes, Obama may have had an outer layer of epidermis working on that pacification upon Democrats that justified with dissonance his not being a natural born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President also, with his own representation of his long form birth certificate that he passed out and hung in the White House declaring his father was a Kenyan at the time of his birth.

Now, you really need to know the history of friends before you conclude JB is mine even though I'm quoting him. You know I objected to McCain's Candidacy in U.S. District Court as a Candidate for President in 2008 and JB had no problem letting me have it because he wanted to 'justify' McCain who essentially was in the same position as Cruz being born in Panama, on foreign soil, but having a claim to being a Citizen by an Act of Congress, you might say was kind of like the 14th Amendment accept especially for those foreign babies born abroad to U.S. Citizens in Panama, whose first breath their parents at least might recall, was not that under the jurisdiction of any "State" in the Union of the United States.

JB fiercely apposed me and my Candidacy in 2008 as well as my Democratic Party Candidacy against Obama in 2012 and as far as my Candidacy in 2016 he's not written a word about it or the facts that Judy v. Obama 14-9396 is in the U.S. Supreme Court and if heard could really nail down the definition for both Republicans and Democrats. The good news is I really haven't heard anyone state emphatically they hope the Court doesn't hear the case.

Isn't it strange to you that you haven't seen any Tea Party Groups thus far anyway celebrating or supporting my Candidacy as I've come out against as of late the Candidacies of Sen. Cruz and Sen. Rubio the same consistent way I fought against McCain and strangely Obama whose case is just ripe enough to actually be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court as they have an understanding that the "States" are not upholding the Constitution of the United States in the qualifications enumerated for the Office of the President. This certainly may have been there hope as the Ballot Challenges came to them from me in 2012 from New Hampshire and Georgia State Supreme Courts.

This in fact was an exhaustion of State's Rights in the Appeal Format from the earliest point of the 2012 primaries Democrats all hated my guts for. Now, with all the Republicans for Cruz and Rubio,I'm sure if Glenn Beck had a Gestapo
I'd end up in some dark ally. It really cannot be denied Mr. Beck is a fan of the Constitution by his words, but when you're attacking the nucleus of the Constitution with a fervor while protecting the parameters of it, can you really be considered a friend of the Constitution?

This is at the heart of the Greatest Crisis to hit America in the Political Arena in our History. Has Glenn Beck, along with the Tea Party and Republicans eroded the word "conservative" to the point of a calibrated fascism? Fascism is an authoritarian and nationalistic right-wing system of government and social organization. It nearly fits like a glove to want the authority in an authoritarian tyranny rather then supporting authentic qualifications in the check and balance system designed in our three co equal branches of Government.

The question purposed is what check and balance if any does the United States Supreme Court have on the Executive Branch or Office of the President if the Court refuses to hear and thus makes a tacit implication that the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch are more permissible in defining the Constitution in the demands of qualification for the Office of the President?

I purpose with my Writ of Certiorari that the Courts very existence is in jeopardy with its refusal of my case. If the Court refuses my Case sooner or later, a dictator will rise up and dismiss the entire Court as a hindrance to his important projects and agenda. The vengeance of a person coming out of the Legislature who has had a piece of his work dismissed as unconstitutional by the Court is all the motive that would be needed and should be all the motive needed for the Court to uphold the qualifications of the President defined in the U.S. Constitution.

Don't you see the devil coming out of the Legislature? "I worked so many hours, cutting so many deals to get this piece of legislation passed at the risk of my office which has cost millions, and you Justices 'think' that a hammer down on a piece of legislation deemed unconstitutional is not going to be remembered?" Oh how silly that notion is!

Oh how silly is the notion that in working with colleagues in the Legislature one who gives you at the time a needed vote or two or three would not develop into a 'good ole boys' club that in many ways protect and defend one another. We saw that in 2008 with Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama sponsoring so kindly for and with Sen. John McCain U.S. Sen. Resolution 511 that kindly was a Congressional Act trying to usurp nature calling Sen. McCain a 'natural born Citizen'. Hey get a clue, if you have a need for a ACT of Congress your not a natural born Citizen which needs no ACT of Congress to be defined for nature has defined it in her own dictionary that has been recognized since nations were formed.

Ohhh how happy the Main Stream Media was to see the two children walking hand in hand loving one another. But wait! What is that? President Cruz? President Rubio? Ohhhh my Democrats, now you have a powerful force wanting to break the children up seeing Hillary not so youthful and our Cuban Brothers coming on shore, maybe they will change parties and vote in the Primaries for them because in theory they are stamping Obama's work as OK. And this really gets to my point of exposing the 'political parties' willingness to part with principle based on fads of popularity.

The United States Supreme Court was made for something like this. I really don't think the Legislature, given their history of trying to change the Constitution's qualifications for President eight times since 2003, is up to policing the qualifications of President. Those failures should remind the Court that the People have spoken through their Elected Officials and if it had changed there is no doubt, the Court would be expected to uphold the Change if it was an Amendment to the Constitution which they are supposed to in theory uphold.

People frown on what's called legislating from the Bench, but its the Constitution that forms the wall the Justices find themselves standing behind when ever their decision is deemed unpopular. In Judy v. Obama 14-9396 the Legislature has been given 6 years to control themselves and we've seen that hasn't happened. No hearings have been called with the revelations that everyone in Congress pretty well freely admits shows the Office of the President compromised or in fact usurped. What do you call it "Lazy" or "Complicit"? Neither one works for me because I'm in the trenches doing the work they were elected to do and have not done!

It is a fair assessment to say that without the Judicial Branch's willingness to ACT its part in the three legged chair we call our Government under the Constitution that chair falls and with it we all tumble down sacrificing our crowns as citizens to the chains of servitude. I don't think their is any greater part in the check and balance system of our Government then for the Judicial Branch to check the qualifications of a person as a natural born Citizen for the Office of the President. If I had to pick one of the three qualifications to be skipped by the public's popularity contest in political parties, I'd have them skip the age requirement of 35 and the residency requirement of at least 14 years. So of the three strict requirements in my opinion those you have elected have and are ignoring the most important one. The fate of our Nation the Legislature has turned their backs on and in such a grave situation the Supreme Court of the United States is the only place short of war and revolution that we have hope to secure our liberty.

You know for all those people who blow hard wind on the Eligibility Issue of the Office of the President? You know who I'm talking about don't you?

Don't you remember the cash machine that whipped out thousands of dollars for the Bill Boards all across America? Can you think of a good reason for them to sweep this story under the table?

WND has covered nearly every case of eligibility on Court Record if there was an attorney representing it. I had an honorable mention by them for my Case in Georgia if you recall by Bob Unruh "Judge whacks Obama in Eligibility Case" , but has there been a peep from them regarding this United States Supreme Court Case since it was docketed or has a more sinister recognition of reality come to us with WND tacit consent of Senator Cruz and Senator Rubio's candidacies? They did cover Texas Rep who was decidedly overwhelmed with cognitive dissonance about embracing Obama and Cruz in his statement regarding Cruz, "He's as eligible as Obama". So has the wish of Obama that WND would change come true?

You know there comes a time when you say, "If you can't beat them join them", but its devastating when joining them means bowing as subjects without the rights you once had as citizens. A new modern slavery is well within the grasp of the decision on Judy v. Obama 14-9396 and that might be one of the reasons that we are witnessing what is an unprecedented docketing for Amicus Curiae's at the United States Supreme Court for this case.

Have you ever seen that on the Court's Docket in an Eligibility Case? I haven't, but if you have please make a note in the comments for me of which case that is. I just saw this today on my Case even though I reported it April 27th on a post here, its now May 7th and just showed up.

A sweeping breath of fresh air came over me actually and I had a little bit of hope creep into me thinking, "Ok, Obots and CruzBots and RubioBots now is your chance to actually get what you think a 'natural born Citien' is on RECORD in the United States Supreme Court. You can quit castigating those of us who have brought it to the Court as in some kind of a derision or diluted state of mind and put up with pride what you've been defending for years on Court Record! Hey Doctor, Doctor what's his bucket Conspiracy, call your Obots to pitch in a little pool and get a qualified Lawyer whose got a licence to practice in the United States Supreme Court and write a Brief as a friend of the Court. My work could be your opportunity today because as the Docket says, your BRIEF, it doesn't have to be long, can be "for one or the other or neither party". If there was ever a call to defend Obama in the Office of the President what would hold those warriors of mysteries cloaked in anonymity and creative jargon back?! Red dawn broke across the crooked sky and the vibrations of Americans’ marching could be heard all across the land. It was an outlandish thought that the leaders of both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party had stirred such ire with their actions against the Constitution as well as their inaction for the Constitution in Washington DC that the people had lost hope in their representation.

Everyone agreed there wasn’t one of those whose names were mentioned as leaders that had been elected for the purpose of destroying the United States Constitution, but that is exactly what their actions had entailed in blocking the Constitution’s Qualification demands for Barack Obama. Obama had not destroyed the Constitution as a walking talking violation of it, he’d had help.

The hardest thing to digest in the assault upon the people was the reasons why? Communism was thought long done for-as anti-American. The people delighted in building themselves a business or home to raise a family in, finding their little niche in the spoke of capitalism where each could keep the fruits of his labor. The concept wasn’t new it has been hoped for in many generations like the children of Israel hoped for a deliverance from the bonds of slavery out of the hands of the Pharaohs in Egypt.

Yet here we were again fighting an oppression that had come upon us in the form of slavery where every man women and child had a debt upon his head upon entering this world of $52,000 which greedy politicians had necessitated as necessary for the coming generations knowing full well it was generational theft. Indeed the piper had come to collect in the form of taxes so burdensome and inflated by convoluted reasoning that no one was expected to read the law before it was passed.

Hope had drained out of the merciless representation the people had been flogged with and a new hope had risen in its place of a restoration. The house had been overrun by pigs, polluted with feces, and resembled more of a barn then that of the Halls of Congress where the Constitution was King.

Where once all men could consider their petition heard, even the Halls of Justice had denigrated itself with Justices that thought more of their positions in power retained for a lifetime, then the principles they had been given a duty of stewardship over. Thoughts of bad behavior did not cross their minds as petition after petition after petition crossed their dockets unheard and dismissed grossly blacking the eyes of justice with assault, imprisonment, and torture.

They did not see their actions for what they were, blinded by their own sense of security, but the ground was swelling underneath them and the ants were marching towards them. Little tiny creatures they had called “pests” were marching in by the millions undeterred by their size or strength. God had given those marching orders and an operation to achieve in the spring was heard. It had been a long hard winter as the power gloated had feasted upon their kills of principle and they had whispered amongst themselves, “It is done”. #TeaPartyFireAnts

Yes, a red dawn was breaking across the crooked sky they did not see the bolt of lightning coming from on high. Long had they dismissed the ant as small, weak, and only good for a nonsensical rant? Operation American Spring was moving according to the Washington Post through Drudge the small trails of a few were combining. Courage was coming for those who had lost it. A Few Good Men still existed.

I watched the movie last night A Few Good Men with Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson and Demi Moore. If you haven’t seen it you should.

The parallels of the story and what we face now are easily gleaned. Indeed there has been a shrugged duty for a long time to put on the witness stand those who are in official positions that have doctored the books, obfuscated a sacred duty in representing principles upon which they had taken their oaths, and worst of all actually turned upon the people who had elected them for seats in a communist party.

How had it happened in the United States of America was not as important as that it had happened. The three branches of Government that had acted as a check and balance to one another had fallen when a communist unqualified candidate had been portrayed in a false identity for the Office of the President. Unbeknownst to those who voted were the dark secrets that the once faithful watch-dog of America had been poisoned over?

Barack Obama was not a qualified candidate for the Office of the President. All of Congress knew it and all of the Mainstream Media (MSM) knew it, yet somehow they didn’t think it was important. It was unbelievable that the importance of each leg on a three legged stool had been lost to the minds of those who were in the seats that were now failing, and who were being named as falling short of their elected duties.

The raw-meated story had been passed on by so many of those in Hollywood and the MSM that they were actually losing the rights of the biggest story in American history! It seemed improbable that they would cast their crowns down and walk away from the powerful exclusive, but even Barbra Walters was retiring with the bone story stuck in her throat.

In the Rob Reiner acclaimed drama A Few Good Men the story opens up the big picture of the dangerous difference between following orders and following one’s conscience. Cruise stars as a brash young Navy Lawyer who’s teamed with a young gung-ho litigator played by Moore. They are confronted by complex issues of loyalty and honor with Senior Members of the Military including a rising general played by Nicholson, who has gone rogue in office with his own brand of government– including the sacred duty to uphold the code of the Constitution over the orders of killing.

The scale of balance LT.Kaffe(Cruise) faced as a lawyer was knowing if he didn’t get a confession of truth from the COL. Jessop (Nicholson) his career would probably be reduced to teaching type-writer maintenance as the reward for falsely accusing an Officer of perjury , but if he shirked the duty of defense that was needed two marines would go to prison for the rest of their lives.


Courage has been the factor that one see’s lacking in the face of the entangling web siding with the Obama Cover-up which represented the greatest assault upon the people via the assault upon the Constitution . While movies illustrate for us the courage that is needed as an audience we face no repercussions to watch.

Courage is not something movie stories have tucked into plots for no good reason. It is needed in real life much more now than ever before. Far from Hollywood has been the courage in real life actually to stand for the Constitution that honors free speech, free expression, and the liberty of civil rights with Obama and his regime in the Office of the President because penalties are real. They include as I know, a loss of freedom and liberty as well as a loss of revenue. Included in pledging our life’s, our fortunes and our sacred honor are the very real consequences of losing them for the greater good.

Every military person is a father or a mother to the Constitution of the United States upon which they take an oath. They are pledged to defending the principles over any person.., even the person in the Office of the President. Here in the United States of America we pledge our oaths to the principles not the person mostly because we know principles will not fall even when men do.

I pray for the spirit of courage to be restored to our Nation as a polish of the dross that has covered our golden principles.

For the Office of the President the qualifications are being over 35 years of age, a natural born citizen, and having lived in the U.S. 14 years. The "Natural Born Citizen" requirement is different and not the same as the requirement for U.S. Reps. and U.S. Senators requirement of "Citizen". This is the Constitutional Reckoning.

By easily reasoning that "Citizen" WAS used in the qualifications for president in the Constitution for those who were such at the "time of the adoption of the Constitution" only, we know that afterwards being a "Natural Born Citizen" was the requirement. Minor v. Happersett defines from the United States Supreme Court the precedent case where we know "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" was qualification undoubtedly. I used this in my own case as a Presidential Candidate in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the United States Supreme Court that did not receive the courtesy of a hearing.

It has only been the abstraction of logical reasoning that has engaged the thought that construction of the Constitution might be legal at any pass wherein an individual was really not qualified. The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land however and is much more popular than any particular candidate who has a passing fancy for the crowd at the time. Many more have actually died for the Constitution and its a great disrespect to dishonor that blood the Main Stream Media has been engaged in.

What Does Congress think of the Information becoming available? This video underscores the tepid respect that is seen in the Halls of Congress with Republicans and Democrats. Let's face it they all know but don't hold or embrace the value.

I'm honored by the value of our Constitution and if there was no difference between the way I thought and those in Congress there would be no reason for me to run for President. I'd be honored with your support as I have managed my respect in Judy v. McCain and Judy v. Obama by deed which in my opinion is much stronger than the flippant words of those others who may be running. I actually have respect for lawful investigations like Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse and used it as evidence to the judges in my case that was appealed clear up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

How You Can Help

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentucky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

A Critical Analysis of the Birther Movement- Inventory of our own House

Introspection can be very positive for growth. To criticize oneself is to assess your own damages and that can be done both individually, and collectively.

You are one, we are two, and with your neighbor we make three. I received a poignant comment on my last article here that was posted on the World Net Daily (WND) Facebook site, because I want you to answer it to. (That post had a ton of information on it please visit all the links to it I provided you.) This is it verbatim and then I want to discuss a little bit where we are at as far as a national movement is concerned.

“Nobody seems to care about this Constitutional requirement. And the Repubs are not saying much about it either. Cruz, Rubio, Jindal are NOT qualified either yet many encourage them to run. Conclusion: most people have no clue what it really means “Natural Born”. [Reference to the ‘Natural Born Citizen’ clause of the U.S. Constitution for the Office of the President.

My Answer:
“Well, I think the biggest problem w that has been money, and the R’s and D’s willingness to circumvent it. I’m the only candidate that sued McCain and Obama in ’08 and 2012. The burden has been huge and contributions scant. The problem in educating comes w money and also in actually changing someone’s support because of a direct dis-satisfaction. I take your comment gratefully. I can say positively our movements successes are received nationally so the little support is spread out like butter on bread. The evidence of it hitting the public hard is that the switch will actually happen in the D’s. I say that because as you pointed out correctly, the evidence of support for Rubio, Cruz, and Jindal as well as McCain in ’08 is more tight in the R main body. You don’t see interestingly enough the D’s packed deep w unqualified candidates. Remember at one time Donald Trump pulling the long form fabrication out of Obama, 65% of R’s were in and around 40% of D’s. The numbers are there, its just a lack of money. I know the principles are w me, but the integrity or spirit is weak. It’s a test of truth and lies. There are people who care, many people, but relative to the masses we are so few it does seem we are no one I guess.”

Elections are typically what people think about in America as a time to make a change. We are 6 months away from a congressional election cycle, but it is not a Presidential election cycle that happens every 4 years. The good news is it doesn’t always have to be that way. We actually in the next six months could see Obama removed and President George W. Bush handle the reins as the last qualified person to hold the Office of the President, while we have a Presidential Election this coming November all because Obama is not qualified for the Office, and neither are his decisions or his picks for the entire Executive Branch.

That would all be quite constitutional; I mean the means are provided to/for us for just such a case as we are in, within the principles and directions of the U.S. Constitution. Its as if the Founders and Framers knew we would hit this road block and it is just a witness to how brillant they were in trying to reach out to us.

What needs to happen for that to happen? Well, you need to get your check book out or go directly to my web site www.codyjudy.us find the contributions button and send money. If I could get one dollar from every American we would see that happen. The problem is I can’t even get this message out to 10,000 Americans.

What happens on facebook is you have a group of people come together. Sure you might have a big group of 5-20,000 people of which I’m a member of a few, but people come home and scroll through twenty messages on the top and if yours isn’t there, you only were seen by 20 people in the group. You times 20 people by 120 groups and you see the people I can actually get this message out to. Its not that many. My campaign needs the ability to raise funds directly to people's email, direct to their door and yes it cost money, but at the very least in supporting my campaign you are sending politicians in DC a message that isn't going to be lost in the disemination of funds as they are being lost in many other groups and parties.

If a monitor, or leader, of the group decides your message is of value they can headline it on facebook so its stays on top for longer so more people see it. There’s also the choice people make on wither to re-post your article on their time line which dramatically increases exposure exponentially. This is huge and we have seen it happen once with the Bundy articles I wrote here and here that quickly became the two top rated post of this whole blog over 7 years and 415 entrys. That's the power passing it on and sharing has!

There was a recent story that I read that framed the Tea Party as receiving a lot of contributions but not giving it out to the candidates. I for one can validate that I have never received one dollar from a PAC or a Tea Party Group and it seems incredible to me that they are taking in the money that they are, and that they are not focusing it in on something that could really make a difference like a candidate as myself that wouldn’t be called a ‘racist’ because I sued McCain and Obama on the natural born citizen issue and included that in records that string clear up to the United States Supreme Court. I'll say it this way. Supporting the Tea Party is not going to get Obama a Disability Impeachment hearing in Congress. It shows the people in power now, nothing about that lazer focus we have to aim, with credibility,authority and standing. Its the one thing that could turn the Operation American Spring OAS a real execution of American power but leaders have be cordinated and focused or it will just turn into another meet-n-greet gather-and-go-home.

You cant tell me Congress has not met in hearings on Benghanzi, IRS Profiling,Fast & Furious, Obamacare, and a host of other scandals, but what havent they met on? Obama's eligibility.. they never have had a hearing to get the Executive Branch back in order.

Political Action Committees get their money as a middle man to do with what you hope they will do. But its just like giving your money to 90% of charitable cause 90% of the money can be earmarked for getting more contributions which take callers, mailers, and hiring companies with servers that can handle large bundled emails that go out to you and end up in your email junk box. Maybe you read them, but more likely you press “Delete all” button and never see them.

That’s why I’ve always thought direct was best, but I've never refused PAC money either. I just haven't had any. If you like what a candidate is doing, then hit his web site and make a contribution. Don’t suppose for a minute he is not floundering in the water, or gasping for oxygen. I mean really how do you keep the lights on? When your bills don’t get paid your lights will get turned off. I need your help to continue.

I always ask for contributions at the end of my post but this year I received two contributions one for $10 and one for $5. You know Anti-Birthers make stuff like this headlines. Over the last two presidential elections I’ve received less than $1,000 in total from outside sources: most of that coming from an average of $20. My web site cost $25 a month to keep up and if you times that by 7 years you get $2,100 and can already see I’m existing not on what you have contributed, but what’s been coming out of my own pocket. That means I’ve contributed about 40 million dollars in sweat equity.

I built a house like that before. Did it all myself, the whole thing,on two and half acres in Ca. minus a couple days labor from essentially what I could not physically do myself. I just bought the materials and did it. The value was there when the bank came in and did their assessment, but when it comes to a political campaign it’s just not the best way to do things because you need people that have a stake in both your wins and your losses.

The entire Romney campaign was worth what, say a Billion, and did what for taking Obama out of office because he was not qualified? The conservative answer is “nothing!” Romney didn’t even try and my guess as to why, remains somewhere between McCain supporters in 2008 and being called a racist by the Mainstream Media with McCain posed as the biggest reason to support that. Conversely if I say Democrats or anyone for that matter, oppose me for upholding both McCain and Obama's Natural Born Citizen qualification for the Office of the President, what does it tell you about them? It is very declarative of their intentions and desertion of the law all-together.

Why would you want to waste a billion dollars on a Presidential Campaign and not win? I think Romney wanted to win, but he knew so many in the Republican Party actually had excused McCain, that if they challenged Obama on his ‘natural born citizen’ qualification, they would be exercising a very racist view. That’s the way the Main Stream Media saw it, and really is it that far off?

McCain was not born in this country, and holds by virtue of his birth a Panama citizenship, and with it a foreign citizenship to that of his American Citizenship: dual citizens can’t be President. Why would Ted Cruz be undertaking a very expensive renouncement of his Canadian Citizenship if what I’m saying were not true? I mean really, why would anyone want to renounce the citizenship of where they were born?

There might be a few disadvantages to being dual citizens, but many Nations allow that to happen. In America you can be a U.S. Representative and a U.S. Senator with a dual citizenship and that’s a-ok. I mean that’s quite an honor. There’s only one office in America that as a requirement for the Office upheld by all the people in the U.S. Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land which no State can usurp,demands being a Natural Born Citizen and that is the Office of the President.

Even in the U.S. Constitution we were told when “Citizens” actually could be President, and it was to those who were “Citizens” at the time of the adoption of the Constitution. U.S.C. Art. II, Sect.1, Clause 5.


How important is the Qualification of the Office of the President?

Well, again I wish Ronald Reagan were here to tell you. I wish George Washington were here to tell you. Hell, I even wish George W. Bush were here telling you, but the only one you have who stood against McCain/Obama in 2008 and Obama in 2012 is me. I’m sorry to be such an embarrassment to God for you, but I don’t think I’m an embarrassment to truth. In fact I think I’m the only one that has stood up for the truth in a bi-partisan way. Is that of no value to you?

The reason the qualifications for the Office of the President are so important is first unlike the Body of the Judiciary Branch that is made up of thousands of Judges in Federal Courts all over America, 13 Federal Appeals Courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court; and second, unlike the Legislative Branch which is now made up of 233 Republicans and 199 Democrats for a total of 432 in the U.S. House and 51 Democrats , 47 Republicans, 2 Independents for a total of 100 in the U.S. Senate, there is only one person in the whole Executive Branch who authority is given to under the U.S. Constitution and that is the Office of the President.

None of the Cabinet’s under the President’s Office or their secretaries or Bureau’s under the Executive Branch holds any authority given to them outside of the Office of the President of the United States.

Now the Executive Branch is the enforcer of the Federal Law. If that weren’t true why would Congress be passing an “Enforce the Law Act” in 2014 directed right at Obama for all of his exemptions in Obamacare?

So you know all those Judges in the Federal Judicial Branch and their interpretations of law have no way to enforce the law without relying on someone in the Executive Branch under the Office of the President. A.G. Eric Holder is the chief law enforcement officer and he is under who? The Office of the President. Does he have any power granted to him by We the People in the Constitution outside of the Office of the President? No.

With the recent power struggle in Nevada that pitted a militarized BLM at the Cliven Bundy Ranch, does the enforcement arm of the BLM have any enforcement power outside the Constitution given to them that does not come from the Department of the Interior under the Office of the President? No.

Does the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines or National Guard have any authority given to them outside of the Office of the President? No.

Does ole Uncle Sam’s Internal Revenue Service department have any authority given to them outside the Office of the President to collect a single dollar of your taxes?

Now if you want to neuter all those departments and bureau’s effectively from the power invested in the Office of the President by We the People through the U.S. Constitution all you have to do is put someone in that office who is not qualified. That’s one of the reasons that the requirements for the Office of the President are not very lengthy.

Our Framers and Founders thought certainly they could handle just a couple, I mean being over the age of 35 is indeed discriminating against those who are 34 and under, but it’s the law. And the standard of being a “Citizen” as in the case of the U.S. Representative or U.S. Senators’ qualification has actually been raised by the bar of only allowing a “Natural Born Citizen” in the Office of the President. They are not the same thing and every law student knows it.

Please excuse me if somewhere I missed the fact that the U.S. Constitution is not the Supreme Law of the Land with the rights and privileges of all the Offices in it being enumerated upon, but if it is not, neither are the offices filled with Judges, Representatives, U.S. Senators, 5 star Military Generals, Secretaries of Cabinets and all the like set with any authority to them. They might as well all go home because they are not elected under the Republic.

Please tell me you now know why the Office of the President MUST be filled with a Qualified Person?

You know what I feel like? I feel like with every post I write, (Note: Out of 415 post there is only a handful that don’t touch on the Office of the President and the important fight that this has been), I light a candle and it gets blown out.

You know the modern day Tea Party is only as great as the leaders in it who actually support by word and deed the Constitution. If I were the leader of the Tea Party and I said just for instance;
“I support the natural born citizen qualification for the Office of the President and Obama doesn’t qualify”, and then I turn around and don’t support ANY CANDIDATE who has taken a stand for that with a single dollar what does that make me?

It makes you “NO DIFFERENT”, no different from Republicans who spent a Billion dollars on Romney’s campaign and no different than the Republicans who spent half a billion on McCain’s campaign. It actually makes you quite susceptible to being called a racist, and there being some merit to it.

Not a single dollar from the Tea Party have I ever received. Now you be the judge. They can say but..but..but… all they want to. They are still fighting a fire without any fire. They are still spinning the lie that castigated the Republicans and Democrats on this very simple line in the sand that cuts to the core fabric our body politic.

I’d like to talk about my fears right now if you’d allow me that indulgence. This is after all critical analysis.

I went to prison for a very long time because the U.S. Constitution wasn’t upheld in the United States of America. I’d never run for Political Office prior to my entering prison twenty-one years ago in 1993. The lesson I learned in prison is not about what happens to you when you do something majorly wrong. The lesson I learned in prison is there is nothing you can do about being incarcerated or thrown in prison without the Constitution’s Principles.

I learned that lesson and it was drilled into me over, and over, and over, and over again. You know people talk about why Ted Cruz is so galvanized against Obama and it’s because he was raised by a dad who lived and breathed under a communist Cuba. You ask Esq. Orly Taitz why she is so determined against Obama and she references in a heavily Russian accent her experience as a little girl born in Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic and fleeing oppression.

But somehow their experience is valid and mine is not valid? Both have to do with not having the principles of the United States Constitution available. Having them not upheld is equal to not having them at all. Losing a child to death and never seeing a child because of a divorce, an unlawful, and hiding mother has the same affect upon a Dad. The kids are missing. You can argue the differences but the affect is equal.

The thing I fear is that my experience is not enough for you to learn from and that to learn the lessons you will have to endure the same treatment. Then as far as I’m concerned everything I have gone through was just for my own learning experience and the value of it is greatly diminished.

The ravages of war are so very painful. I am afraid they will come to us on all sides and death will touch each family that has not stood up for the Constitution of the United States of America. I said in my comment that this is a war of truth verses the lie. There is no doubt that TRUTH will win, but if you are found supporting the lies coming out of Washington DC and you are championing people who are filled with lies, the kind that actually shred America’s futures then you might as well stand up and say God is not just and he has had no hand in carving this country out of stone with his own hand.

You declare yourself an enemy to God, a supporter of lies, and condemn yourself unfit for the privileges reserved for those who actually are Patriots and understand the opportunity that our U.S. Constitution provides. You basically sign yourself up for those who will only be saved with an understanding that comes directly from NOT having the U.S. CONSTITUTIONS protections. I can tell you how miserable that is and I have in my book Taking A Stand- The Conservative Independent Voice. You actually have to read the book to get anything out of it.

The 5 pages right here you have read are a condensed version of it so if you don’t want to take the time to read my book and are moved to contribute to my campaign and with your contribution at the very least have something to show to God what you actually did in supporting the TRUTH for America I think it would be good.

There are very few campaigns that you can actually do that with. Most running for Congress now did not choose to stand up against McCain or Obama. They are of the understanding that you can talk a big game but your actions don’t have to be the same when you get to Washington DC.

I can say at the very least that my actions spoke louder than my words. If you want someone like that in the Office of the President then your actions also have to speak louder than your words. I love this Country and the United States of America. I hope and pray they remain the same. I invite you to support my campaign now.

How You Can Help

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more than a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

Thanksgiving approaches, I begin to think about all of the many things I am grateful for. I’m patting the back of my sleeping son thinking about the men on the battlefield in our Revolutionary War. Fighting for idea’s, principles, and standards that were Revolutionary that were yet to be penned in the United States Constitution, they died on the battlefield I’m sure wishing they were home with their wives, children, brothers, sisters, mom and dad.

The sacrifices they made were ultimately for the love of their families in the future. It had to be or their sacrifices, and the United States for that matter, were indeed a lost cause. How could they know or have an inkling of an idea that they were fighting for what would become the great world power on the backs of their valiant efforts.
That war ended but in a way it never has ended. Since the birth of the United States of America a constant barrage of hatred, scheming, back-stabbing assaults, and fights have come to be known as American history included in both our foreign domestic affairs.

Our standards burn bright but there never seems a lack of individuals who are willing to cast aside those standards of law both from within and without. In 1769 the Revolutionary war had just finished and President George Washington called for a day of Thanksgiving. It wasn't supposed to be an annual thing, nor was it until 1863 Nov 26th in a speech given by Abraham Lincoln he inviting and declaring that the last Thursday would be considered an annual Thanksgiving. Roosevelt changed in 1939 the day to the 3rd Thursday hoping to stipulate the economy with more shopping days between Christmas, but in 1941 the effort was declared a bust.

The Birth of our Nation was forged in gratitude for just a “chance” an “ un-compelled opportunity” that was not insured, and those Birthers were around to take a stand against tyranny; against the dictates of a king, against taxation without representation, and certainly against the state sponsor of any particularly named religion. The broad strokes of an American standard were indeed not polished at first light but over time they have shined throughout the entire world.

We the families of those fighting in the Revolutionary War have lived to reap the reward of those who had their last meal in the trenches of war amid the meagerness of food, clothing and bedding. I cannot stand not to be grateful for their Herculaneum courage and sacrifices.

The fronts have shifted a bit but there are those who indeed say one thing and do quite another and the one that comes to my mind right now is this one “You can keep your insurance” while millions have received cancellation notices. It’s estimated by next year over 160 million will have their insurance canceled in one form or another and its all due to a short two year period when Democrats ruled all three Branches of Government from 2008 to 2010.

Withstanding any form of negotiation from Republicans, the Usurping Administration grabbed hold of power and decided to abuse it in removing freedom and employing force, in removing choice and employing the lash, in standing for mandates yet ignoring the standards of the Constitution.

We Birthers declare Obamacare is a compromised constitutional act without the signature of a President.

The Birthers founded this Nation and it is the Birthers who continue to protect this Nation. When you hear the media rail against the Birthers don’t picture them calling Cody Robert Judy the most insulting names of ridicule they can conceive, picture them calling those signers of the United States Constitution and those who have died on the battlefields “criminals” and “extremist”.

You know to all this fuss about losing your health insurance the Birthers are just shaking their heads telling them “I told ya so” and yet the Mainstream Media still won’t acknowledge the actual qualifications of the Office of the President declared and mandated in the United States Constitution as the law. They hear Barack Obama say “We are a Nation of Laws”, but they deny the very principles and standards that have brought them so many blessings.

The natural born citizen qualification clause that is still the Constitutional law; that is still the principle of protection in the United States of America declaring a full two generation separation between foreign states and the United States Office of the President, declares the signature of Barack Obama a fraud upon the law.

Obamacare is unsealed, unlawful, and is not the standard by which we as Citizens of America have employed. We didn’t give the power to our Government Leaders to usurp the Constitution – We gave the power to protect and defend and preserve it.

So, when reasonable standards of law are ignored and Congress has gone crazy to the point of not even being able to defend our nation with a natural defense the first Birthers like our first President Birther George Washington and first United States Supreme Court Justice Birther John Jay as well as all the framers and founders who signed our Constitution like Birther Thomas Jefferson and Birther Benjamin Franklin administered to us in the natural born citizen clause for the Office of the President in the Constitution, we must consider the standards we valued for our politicians a little crazy. Maybe, and I speak to all those conservatives of the Republican and Democratic Political parties, we need to re-evaluate our standards of said politicians, because if the standard that is set is not in harmony with whose in Washington DC we are toast?

When the leaders in Congress fail to employ the law “We The People” have administered to them they are in fact law breakers and property takers which amounts to nothing more than criminals of the law. We plead for them to be reasonable and employ the law. How many hundreds of millions of our Citizens will they ignore?

Congress has on their desks, and has not dismissed as of yet using, my lawful testimony seen here and here as a complaint of the direct damage the violation of this natural born citizen qualification law has imposed. As the only candidate for President in 2008 and 2012 who sued R-AZ. Sen. John McCain and D. IL. Sen. Barack Obama in all of America I am proud to uphold the standard and principle equally between both parties all the way up to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 who refused to give me hearing presumably based upon it being the “job of Congress” to give hearing on such a matter affecting greatly the election process, but affecting even more now with distress from healthcare.

So let ALL OF AMERICA judge herewith wither the Republicans, having the power of the purse strings in the House as a majority now, are sincere about eliminating the pain of 160 million people losing their health care over the next year, by simply employing the law of a qualified President rather than ignoring it by simply opening a hearing on Obama's eligibility with boldness for transparency, or wither they have also become so corrupt that their pointing fingers at the Democratic Party, whilst they can do something about it, doesn't make any sense.

Obamacare is simply not a legal mandate without the signature of a qualified President in office; it doesn't matter how many people voted for Obama; many more men and women have died for our Constitution than have died for Obama. Our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and Obama is a usurper whose had a 5 year run on the treasury and our Constitution that has not been checked.

You know I’d love to take credit for the brilliance of demanding a qualified president sign into law any ACT of Congress unless overridden by 60%, but I can’t. That was administered to us by the People and their representatives and has stood the test of time with literally hundreds of assaults as recent as 2000.

Why Sen. John McCain would actually need to team up with Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen.Barack Obama after it failed to change in 2000 in a Senate ACT or NON-BINDING RESOLUTION 511 to say he was a ‘natural born citizen’ if he already was a person Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is a testament of holding themselves as individuals above the mandates of why we elected them?

What possible motivation besides EGO and POWER would either Sen. John McCain or Sen. Barack Obama have in skirting the lawful requirements to the Office of the President if they actually were qualified? I am so broken hearted over that handshake that took place that basically said with a wink, “We won’t require the law on your candidate if you won’t require the law on our candidate?”, but it’s probably the biggest reason America needs a third party President now.

If absolute power corrupts absolutely, its past time to even consider any of the elected people in Washington DC who have missed the biggest fraud upon the voting citizens in United States history. Whatever you do or may have against me and my past, I at the very least didn't miss that on either side of the isle and I hope that is a measure of trust between you and me.

They conspired against the American People in that handshake and they ‘hood-winked’ the law. Of course America has millions of people breaking the law speeding down the freeway right now and some will get tickets from the small police force but most will get away with it, but the example to remember that's been set up by Obamacare is that everyone will get caught. Everyone will get a ticket or get fined. They want the law equally applied right..accept for those given exemptions?

I still maintain that someone creating a law for everyone to be penalized by, should also be held accountable to indeed the Supreme Law of the Land applied to everyone in the natural born citizen qualification clause, that seems fair; more especially as it spells RELIEF for so many Americans who are suffering in losing their insurance or having premiums raised through the roof?

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and know that I am here for you, fighting and defending, preserving and publicizing as best I can the remarkable gift of the Constitution which just keeps on giving to us so much of what we are grateful for this Thanksgiving. I love that snowmen fall from the sky unassembled, meaning the wisdom of God comes down and it’s our job to assemble and put the principles together as a standard of freedom and liberty.

Thank you for this consideration. The factual evidence is overwhelming and I as a candidate for President in the Democratic Party was subject to injury without Judicial Hearing from the United States Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 twice 2012, and January 2013. I have no other recourse but to appeal to Congress to hear the evidence and facts with my standing on the principle of eligibility of the Office of the President untainted by 'race' because I first in 2008 took Sen. McCain to court on his eligibility prior to his receiving the nomination. This will make a difference as it’s the principle I've held up as a candidate without regard to race, the main complaint of mainstream media.

I am a candidate willfully run-over against the laws of our Constitution and I demand a House Hearing to relay the U.S. Supreme Court Clerks 6 month delay in giving me a case number only after 2 other cases from Georgia came to the Court with no Presidential candidates so as to slide my case in with theirs as "without standing" and strategically placing the court "out of session" to hear my case. If I had been given a case number without any problems or changes made I would have been heard the session before the election.

The damages I've suffered compel justice Sir. I should not have to bear this burden of injustice especially with the legal and professional witnesses of law and order testifying to my cause and complaint.
I await your response and answer to my request with a "Yes" or "No".

Hope & Change v. Your Family Defense

An interesting thought has come up this morning with Glenn Beck commentary about the 2nd Amendment which I think is very relevant to the Natural Born Citizen qualification of the Constitution for the Office of the President. Why not just change the Constitution if you think you’re so right?

One of the many wonderful things about our progressive Founding Fathers wanting to empower individuals as Citizens rather than Subjects of the King was that they realized in what can only be seen as a bow of humility toward intellectualism that it was true, they may not have been able to predict problems that may arise in the future for which the United States Constitution was not equipped, so they actually put in a direct way to change the Constitution.
If you thought your idea was so good with the population, and so wildly popular there is a mechanism within the Constitution to change it, and it can be done very quickly! All you need is a 2/3rds vote of Congress.

Certainly with the mainstream media behind the usurpation of the Office of the president by an illegal person who’s not qualified for the Office of the President, the consenting Republicans in office like Sen. John McCain who actually received his “Citizen” status by law when he was 11 months old, and his “Natural Born Citizen” status in 2008 by Non-binding U.S. Sen. Res. 511 with only one objection by Republicans, and the majority in the U.S. Senate with Democrats, it would be a cinch right?

If progressive Democrats feel the population is so widely for rescinding the Constitution’s unique qualifications for the Office of the President as a “Natural Born Citizen”, which protects by two generations any person from ascending into the White House by the demand of being born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, then why don’t they just change it? Why haven’t they changed it so that for instance a young Supreme Leader from say North Korea could copulate with an American Citizen and finance his off-spring to the head of the U.S. Government long before he passes away?

I mean talk about a good idea! If you were North Korea’s new leader and you wanted to get your hands on the U.S. Nuclear Stock Pile, don’t you think that would be a good plan? I mean that’s all you have to do. Just snatch a poor young American Girl and have a baby with her and bam you have got the White House!

As a dictator you’ve got your entire Country paying you directly all the taxes just like the King of England’s subjects whose duty was to come over to America and subjugate the wild young colonialist in America. You don’t have to rely on contributions to your campaign; you just take it from your subjects at whatever rate you feel will do the job.
What is wrong with that idea Democrats & Republicans?

You know one of the really nice things about this? You don’t have Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Lora Ingram, Marco Rubio, Rick Santorum, John McCain, Bobby Jindal, Newt Gingrich, even Sarah Palin, and not one of the former Candidate Republican stars who ran for President in 2012 like Mitt Romney or Jon Huntsman speaking out against the idea! What could possibly go wrong?

I mean these guys are acting as the best friend of North Korea or Iran’s Supreme Leaders future children. The foreign leaders wouldn’t even have to copulate with the American girl, they could just fly their sperm over here and have it artificially inseminated into the American mother, and bam 9 months later out pops their kid on U.S. Soil, and 35 years later they have their own son or daughter controlling the whole nuclear arsenal of the United States as well as the treasury.

Don’t you think that’s a good idea? Don’t you think that should be a breeze to change in the Constitution with 2/3rds majority in Congress? Look how easy Obamacare passed with a majority in the House, Senate and Obama in the White House. What’s the difference in doing the same thing with the 2nd Amendment if you’re so opposed to an armed American Population? Change it. Change the Constitution if you’re so sure your idea is so good.

You mean to tell me after 5 years Obama can’t change the “Natural Born Citizen” qualification in the Constitution after it has been challenged in Congress with testimony in the Judiciary Committee’s of the House and Senate over and over and over and over as recent as 2000 and 2004?

If you think the idea of requiring a two generation defense in place for the top position of the Executive Branch of our Government and that not doing so is SOOOOO discriminatory that you’re willing to place the entire American Army and the entire nuclear arsenal in the hands of a puppet or subject of the King, then just change it. I’m sure you have the entire population behind changing it, just like you have the entire population behind changing the 2nd Amendment to read “no one has a right to a weapon loaded with bullets”.

Please, let me spell out what a completely asinine paradox this is. It seems obvious but apparently the so called ‘conservative leaders’ don’t get it, so let’s make it very clear okay?

You mean to tell me I’m unreasonable for saying that the “Natural Born Citizen “requirement as a defense of the people from our Executive Branch of Government, meaning a check point of trust by the people from the President, the one guy that controls an entire Branch of the 3 Branches we have in our Government and the one Branch who has all the weapons at its disposal, the one guy who controls the armies of the United States, and has the ability to topple regimes like say Libya, Afghanistan, or in the future Syria without Congressional approval, is something that you would concede on but you want to keep your rifle to protect yourself from a foreign Government invasion?



Maybe you haven’t read the testimonies in 2000 of 106th Congress’s Judicial Committee’s have heard about the really bad idea of exempting the President’s requirement of a Natural Born Citizen, but I have. I can tell you that somehow responsible people with a lot of love for our Country and you personally have made good decisions in not removing that requirement.
I can tell you that it’s really insane, or stupid, or crazy or delusional to freak out about someone wanting to take your rifle while you give the keys away to a dictator that has your own nuclear bomb pointed right at you!
Okay rational hypothetical announcement here coming over the airways with all the major networks covering the President’s press conference:

“My dear sweet constituents who have voted for me time and time again, we’ve come to a road where I just don’t think it’s very good for criminals to to have a gun period. You’ve put me here and it’s been overwhelmingly humbling because, except for the Birthers and their few bastards who tried to take a stand for the Constitution in the natural born citizen clause in the U.S. Supreme Court, for which we know there is a microcosm of support because they are so awful and foul as to warrant extermination, I have made the executive order that I would like voluntarily for anyone who has a gun to place it in their recycle bin this coming Tuesday. Now, I’ve got the drones equipped with a new metal identifying scanner that can actually see into your house and as far as 4 feet below the surface and plain and simply if that drone flys over your house and detects non-compliance with my executive order this Tuesday, we’ll know your planning insurrection and we’ll with the same drone just drop an incendiary device on your house and your whole family will die. There may be a few women and children that die but you must realize we tried to protect you and simply asked you to comply with turning in a piece of garbage. So it’s really you who killed your children and wife by not complying and if you care so little about your children and wife as to not turn in a piece of garbage, all of society will know your not rational and must be a terrorist. In fact all of your children and wife are probably just as dangerous as you if in hearing this message they don’t turn you in before Tuesday. Now, I’m sorry to interrupt your programming please enjoy the rest of your evening and don’t forget to send me $3 dollars for my Executive Order “Americans for a violent free America.”



This is principally the way the proponents of the 2nd Amendment are seen by the Obama Administration and a good reason to draw attention to it. Why would the Government care about your rifle when they have a nuclear weapon ready and pointed at your head and your entire family as hostages? Don’t you think you’d give up your gun for your children, your wife, your brother, your sister, even your parents?

So the question is who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family? And, how easy would it be to declare those who wouldn’t give up their guns for their family probably not rational people?

Let me just say how much I know and appreciate those who have stood up to Obama and his not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the president. I know they actually love you, love our Country, and love freedom and liberty.

It speaks volumes about someone willing to take a stand against such odds in the political arena. It speaks volumes for someone who realizes that in protecting the Natural Born Citizen clause of the Constitution for the Office of the president, and its intentions of 2 generations as a defense for the people,born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that they have the best interest for your family at hand.

If you find a politician willing to fight for your family like that and defend your loved one, I’d think that was a politician that was worth keeping around. It would just make sense.
