THE AMERICAN MANDATE TO MAKE OBAMACARE MOOT IN ONE WEEK

The clock says 3:33 AM, and I was just wrestled out of bed with a dream that has agitated me out of my sleep. Maybe similar to the bad dream of one of the millions of Americans who have recently received a cancellation notice of their health insurance being agitated out of their sleep by Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro’s promise they could keep their health insurance suddenly and swiftly becoming the predatory lie that has cast their family into the cave of an Obamacare exchange?

It’s not that we didn't want change, it’s just that we didn't expect the change would be an exchange of the principles of freedom and liberty to those of the mandatory mandates that Minnesota Senator Paul Ryan claims supersedes the Constitution. I wonder if he was the rough riding cowboy who road in through the barroom door about the same time I was headed out with his dark horse practically knocking me down on the floor with his impolite barge?

At first I was worried there wasn't going to be a single Republican Senator who would see through the nightmare of Obamacare as it strewn its surprised victims in the streets and filled the gutters with live bodies the insurance companies were just dying to unload.

I had no idea in the thick fog mixed in the breaking light of dawn advocates of free enterprise would see Obamacare as a dumping ground that in the short term could increase their profits, but Senator Paul Ryan did as the House Budget Committee Chairman . I never expected the rising star of Ryan, who was chosen above Gov. Chris Christie to fill the Vice Presidential seat of the Republican 2012 Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney, to be a determined republican standing up for big government in the middle of probably the biggest purge of the free market system, indeed assuring "Federal Workers" that at no time will their jobs be in jeopardy based on Obama's bullying tactics of, "Its my way or the highway", certainly tells the rest of America to shove-it who are losing the healthcare. Maybe Ryan likes or is use to fighting with one hand tide behind his back based on his experience with Romney, but I don't. Working for the Federal Government maybe risky when there is a Usurper in the Office of the President and it was poor judgement for Ryan to stack Obama's deck with Aces.

In deed the big embrace of Gov. Chris Christie and Barack Obama, as the Governor pleaded and was grateful for relief for his State from the Hurricane,

paled in comparison to the paradoxical french kiss Paul Ryan was just seen giving Obama as he promise to be his betrothed whipping boy. Whilst reports of Gov. Chris Christie’s bear hug and support for Obamacare are cast across the country with pictures, American might have missed the kiss of Judas coming from Ryan.
In case you missed that, let me draw you the picture and let me be clear and very transparent for I wouldn’t want to offend you by saying I was going to be transparent and then pulling the wool over your eyes so thick you couldn’t see, and then by God swearing, “Well, you could keep your health insurance “IF” you could afford to?”, while I laughed to myself walking off the stage that, “you had to be out of your mind to think that you were going to be able to afford to keep it”. Remember Obama is done being elected..right? Do you think he cares?

Indeed I have found discrepancies in Obamacare’s willingness to pick up pre-existing conditions by in fact causing more conditions of ‘mental agitation and dis-order’, tax hikes, unemployment, then its willing to cure. Nancy Pelosi explained Sunday morning, in half truths, on Meet-The-Press we should all be patient, because we are all patients in the fundamental transformation transition stage from the freedom and liberty of the Republic, to communism and it has always been rough for other countries too. Why would America think or expect to be any different?

Millions of Americans are suffering from Obamacare’s purge of the sick and afflicted and guess what? Paul Ryan in fact pointed out yesterday that Republicans have seen the light of Obamacare as a ‘mandate’ rather then something that could be de-funded by The House in a line-item funding stalemate with Democrats.

Yes, Paul Ryan rest-assured millions of Americans yesterday they didn’t need to worry about the Government not funding Obamacare because its a mandated entitlement, nor did they have to worry about Republicans defending the Constitution as one. Wait a minute; Did I hear that right? Yes, you did.

Paul Ryan just declared Obamacare to be a Government Mandate and the Constitution subservient to it rather than the Constitution being a mandate and Obamacare being subservient to it. The only problem with that chicken and egg question is we know the Constitution did come before Obamacare. We know that the ‘natural born citizen’ clause required of the Office of the President is in the Constitution and is not the same as the “citizen” requirement of Representatives and Senators and it takes less than a 2 minute commercial to understand that.

Yes, I’m quite certain I heard somewhere that individual Senators and Representatives and Judges were not free to construct additions to the Constitution without ¾ of the Congress agreeing to that and as far as I know any ACT of CONGRESS, more especially one that's viewed as an mandated entitlement, according to the Constitution, must be at the very least signed by a legitimately qualified President at the very least unless that competent legitimate and constitutionally qualified President’s veto was over-ruled by 60% of Congress.

We don’t need to worry about Obama’s veto being over-ridden by 60% of Congress because according to the Constitution 100% of Americans agree the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, Obama is not qualified as a natural born citizen –Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents.

Yes, I’m quite sure all of the political leaders of this nation swore an oath to the Constitution and that all aliens being naturalized today by law also swear by oath to support the Constitution of the Untied States of America and understand that Obama is not qualified to be President. Now getting our Nations elected leaders who have swore an oath to preserving and upholding it might seem incredibly redundant if at the very least aliens sworn in yesterday as American Citizens have been called to grasp it, but here we are in fact informing them.

What Sen. Paul Ryan did yesterday is assure millions of American they can’t trust him to defend his oath. They cannot trust him to defend them as Americans in the opportunity to be United States Citizens. Of course Congress has long been the cash register at the check-out line but Sen. Paul Ryan just declared that if you got Obamacare the Government doesn’t charge you for it, because in a sense they just deducted it from your savings account and your children’s’ savings accounts by forgery and fraud. That's akin to allowing Obamacare to be enforced without a qualified Pres. signature. You know the leaders in Congress can play dumb all they want but the day will come if they don't hold a hearing on Obama's eligibility that the burden of disaster will rest squarely on their shoulders for American history!

You know what I just can’t’ get over? That these tax freak Republicans living the life (maybe we should say living the lie) of lower taxes just gave up their biggest bargaining chip to lower your taxes on the biggest tax hike in American history! No wonder they lose elections! They can’t get their math right. They think avoiding a government shut-down to preserve the 9 million Americans jobs furloughed for 3 weeks during the Government shutdown equals more votes than the hundreds of millions of Americans whose insurance is going to be canceled or already has been due to Obamacare that 61% of America now sees as despicable?

Ordinarily I would take that as disastrous news but as an Independent Candidate for President in 2016 championing the Constitution, the opportunity that freedom and liberty presents, respecting your civil rights as an individual, calling for a congressional hearing on Obama’s fraud and deception that has held the Principle up across political party lines, I have to say I am thrilled with Paul Ryan’s revelations that you don’t need to worry about Republicans defending what you sent them to Washington DC to defend.

In fact,I can’t imagine things going any better for me? That’s exactly what I need at this time. I need Republicans and Democratic Party voters to understand clearly that their Government Leaders have forsaken them, dumped them in the gutter, and are treating them just exactly like I was treated in prison with 24/7 hour surveillance, canteen once a week, and your Constitutional Rights to do anything about it stripped away.

Thank God we can still vote and run for office according to the 15th Amendment without discrimination on race, color, or prior condition of servitude.

The sad part is I didn’t want that to happen to you in order for you to understand how important our Constitution was. I didn’t want you to have to go through what I did, but I can’t stop it now. It’s already happened.

Your phone lines are all tapped, you’re actions are all tracked, your life is all mapped out and soon the prison door will slam shut and there will be no exit until you see the parole board. You will not ever have the opportunity to do what Bill Gates did, or Henry Ford, or Alexander Bell Graham for the Government will take your business babies from you before you ever see them go to school just as mine were in real life. Obama's philosophy of "you didn't build that" will take over your creations.

You will suffer the eternal heartache of a parent whose child was snatched out from you as the Government looked on and laughed at your lack of ability to do anything about it. Its seen on the 3rd largest story of the Blaze right now as the State took custody of a teenager whose parents were to active in her healthcare, and you probably have heard by now the Senate Chairmen Harry Reid is delighted with the "nuclear option" change in the U.S. Senate he vehemently apposed when the Republicans ruled the roost. Can you say disaster Democrats when Republicans take over and many of your Judges are impeached?

Reporters and journalist may even write stories of you in the Reader’s Digest of the good ole days when the uninsured were rich enough to invest in their dreams before the Government locked them out of the pursuit of happiness and declared them all prisoners in the general population of America.

You see.. while what’s happening to you is not so different from what happened to me, the difference between you and me is I’m fighting for you and you never fought for me. I’m okay with dying as a fighter as long as I’m fighting for you and our children. The question remains are you okay dying from getting punked in prison?

Are you okay with seeing and watching your children’s future get raped and then watching cut into pieces the opportunity that was once your child’s? If your okay with that don’t’ send me any contributions, just continue on as you are. Don’t bother sending this to any of your friends who actually would understand the facts. Don’t send this to anyone who is really still cognitive of reality, because that would not be what Obama wanted. In fact you probably should just stop reading right now and go on about your business.

Obama wants you steeped in the ideas that scandals are not really mistakes, and the promises that, ‘you can keep you health insurance’. I mean he said it many times and he also said he was a ‘native born citizen’, but you and I know he hasn’t said he was a “natural born citizen”.

You and I both know he isn’t qualified for the Office of the President so everything he’s doing in that Office is really just a hoax under the masterful fraud of god Paul Ryan supports.

If that isn’t what you support or if that isn’t what you have subscribed to I’d like to ask you for something? I sincerely would like to ask you for your help in this fight. You see there is no getting around the fact that you know one way or the other these tall politicians with big fat war chest of money have either received it from you or at least from someone you know.

There’s a record of support that is kept by the Federal Election Commission that every single person can look at. If you look at that record you’ll see I could easily have been nominated for the least well funded candidate for President in 2008 and 2012 because I didn’t even get to the minimum of $5,000 which is required to start reporting, which doesn’t mean my Campaign didn’t match Romney’s or Huntsman’s in political commercials web sites, etc.

What it means if you look at my web site, that I actually built myself, at www.codyjudy.us which actually is performing much better than the 650 million dollar web site of Obamacare, ( a little jib-jab to the obots who have for years made fun of mine) is that a house can be built in many different ways and the way I’ve built my campaign is from what we’d call sweat equity.

I done that before you know against all odds. Built an entire house myself with just the materials I purchased. When the bank came in and evaluated the House for long term financing I was found in the 5 months it took me to build it actually having the equity of half of it paid off already. How many people would love to have their house half paid off the day they moved in?

Well, in short that’s what American can do when they put their mind to something. There is more than one way to do something and Obama has the Republicans believing it is his way or the highway and that’s just not true. Millions of Americans have also bought in to the idea that an Independent Party would always be the little party that actually was the cause or fault of the right or left party winning because they took just enough votes away from the loser to make that happen.

I think that’s a lie too. Republicans and Democrats have loved their little game of “good cop” and “bad cop”

they have been able to play on Americans. Let you think the Republicans were against Obamacare with examples like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee

while Paul Ryan was the designated gate-keeper who wouldn’t let you out of the door and knocked you back on your seat with words like “It’s a MANDATE Republicans have learned can’t be defunded”.

I think its really time for America to fund an Independent Candidate for President in ways that will shake Washington DC right out of their good cop bad cop boots! While I’ve done everything I could do as a Candidate for President in 2008 and 2012 in providing a level fair testimony of principle that I showed by action in court against McCain and Obama that the ‘natural born citizen’ clause of the Constitution was violated making Obama’s signature on Obamacare moot, and his occupation of the White House a usurpation, America has not shown Washington DC they cared for that.

America has not put their money where their mouth was, or maybe they have, and all this complaining about being dropped by insurance companies and not getting exemptions like big corporations and Government workers is nothing more then hog-wash? I’m here to tell you if you will fund me BIG TIME AMERICA that Republicans will grow a pair of balls really fast and Democrats will also move in a shape-shifting ways you never thought you’d ever see.

You know there’s been a lot of talk I’ve read and heard on the internet about the CIA Assassinating Obama to protect the interest now of Democrats and Republicans because they just can’t duck and cover from this eligibility pink elephant standing in the room. There are just too many accomplices in elected high offices and judgeships that if Obama was removed legally by Hearing in the House and the Senate would implicated.

I am praying for Obama’s safety and I want all America to pray for his safety. I want Obama to live to testify against everyone for immunity and maybe his life on trial, because I want the rat-bastards who have held this prick up. I think there is a lot of impeachment around the corner for those who are qualified for office but just didn’t do their job.

You and I know that we weren’t involved in the cover-up of all these scandals but there is responsibility that will come knocking. It’s coming and is on a path of direct course to head off those who think they got away with something. They will find they didn’t get away with anything and it sure wasn’t worth it.

What I would like is for everyone to actually see that standing up for the “principles” of our Constitution is indeed valuable and that stomping on them, getting over on them, and in general committing crimes in violation of our Constitution is indeed prosecuted treason. Indeed there may be only a handful of judges and elected officials who get prosecuted, convicted and shot, I think it will be minimal, but the message will be very clear.

As Americans we demand that the mandate of the ‘natural born citizen’ for the Office of the President be upheld as born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents fulfilling the original intent as a national security perimeter of two full generations in order of the office, and we will not whore or prostitute the office out.

Anyway, if you will America, I would like you to consider banning together in your neighborhoods, talking about the problems, and understanding the solutions that actually funding me as a Presidential Candidate will accomplish. This isn’t just about Cody Robert Judy being president, it’s a much bigger message that Washington DC will translate if they see $10 come into a campaign from one hundred million Americans, I can almost guarantee both Houses will have hearings on their schedule the very next week on Obama’s eligibility and Obamacare will indeed be seen as ‘moot’.

They cannot build upon a house in the sand but that the rising tide will come in and wash away. The foundations of our Constitution are sure and it is on those we as Americans must build our house. Now make your contribution of $10 by getting together with your neighbors and presenting this solution because money talks to Congress and someone else getting it is just what will cure the disease of Obamacare.

I’m kind of bashful when it comes to tooting my own horn about being the ONLY MAN IN AMERICA who sued MCCAIN and OBAMA on the natural born citizen principle who ran for President but I am. That’s what makes me a unique instrument in your hands who can "make moot" Obama's race card when it comes to his qualification for the Office of the President Congress has coward under.

This isn’t tooting my own horn this is feeling real sorrow for those losing their health care, being taxed for Obamacare, and for those not getting exemptions that actually are going to pay for it. If Republicans, Democrats, Independents of every sort are happy; if the polls of Americans ‘all time dis approval of Congress are dead wrong; and if the approval of Obama at 37% are all way off, I suppose there is no well to draw from, but if those polls are correct, Americans are searching for solutions and eager to put this behind us.

I believe this will work very well. I would like you to pass it on to your neighbors and to your social media groups and to move on it. Parade me as your Presidential Candidate and Washington DC will roll the red carpet out for you!
You know just a little funny thing I want to share with you. I always think after every blog piece, “Well, that it. I’ve said all I have to say and I’m not going to say another word. Its over!” I’m serious I haven’t ever run a race that I actually didn’t think that about nearly every day of the campaign. But my Heavenly Father, gets me out of bed and tells me to pull up my boot straps and shows me where I need to get going.

I’m so thankful for that and for his eternal well of wisdom and understanding which certainly provides me with the greatest hope for the United States of America. Thank you for this consideration. The factual evidence is overwhelming and I as a candidate for President in the Democratic Party was subject to injury without Judicial Hearing from the United States Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 twice 2012, and January 2013. I have no other recourse but to appeal to Congress to hear the evidence and facts with my standing on the principle of eligibility of the Office of the President untainted by 'race' because I first in 2008 took Sen. McCain to court on his eligibility prior to his receiving the nomination. This will make a difference as it’s the principle I've held up as a candidate without regard to race, the main complaint of mainstream media.

I am a candidate willfully run-over against the laws of our Constitution and I demand a House Hearing to relay the U.S. Supreme Court Clerks 6 month delay in giving me a case number only after 2 other cases from Georgia came to the Court with no Presidential candidates so as to slide my case in with theirs as "without standing" and strategically placing the court "out of session" to hear my case. If I had been given a case number without any problems or changes made I would have been heard the session before the election.

The damages I've suffered compel justice Sir. I should not have to bear this burden of injustice especially with the legal and professional witnesses of law and order testifying to my cause and complaint.
I await your response and answer to my request with a "Yes" or "No".

Two days ago on Fox News Chris Wallace interviews Representative Devin Nunes- California (Republican) who reports he has sent a letter to House Speaker John Boehner (Republican) asking for 9 questions to be answered on Benghazi. This shows that there is more divide within the Republican leadership and the younger Republican Representative(s), and that a complicity may exist understood to be compromising national security between the GOP leadership and the White House Administration compromising truth and the standard to protect Americans for political gain.

But that might not be the only compromise under the microscope with new exasperation many Republican Representatives may be feeling with the heat under the color rising to a boiling point that may soon see eruption. As Thanksgiving and Christmas approach so does round two on the 'debt ceiling & obamacare tussel' lawmakers are looking forward to about as much as the nightmare in-laws with cousin Eddie overstaying the holidays.

Americans increasingly are lighting the flames under their law-makers pants and drinking the water under the tree that threatens with a tiny wire malfunction the flash fire of the tree and thus the entire House over the cancellations of their insurance policies and thus their forced entry into Obamacare.

As if Obama 'thought' the consequences of his actions would never cause any problem with Americans he is shocked that his own grandiose plan of communism resembles the rising lava flow of Mount Etna, also erupting 2 days ago, when Americans are marched to the concentration camps of Obamacare.

The pressure for answers are over-whelming Representatives who are torn between 'getting along' and 'their futures'. Which one is the flickering light in the corner of their eye? The bottom line of 'getting along' may not be as fashionable as a continued job if they don't call Obama's eligibility up from the growing list of scandals as the mother of them all.

The fight on the debt ceiling may be a breaking point if O's not willing to compromise and Americans keep up the pressure for Obamacare's elimination. No one saw the Gov. shutdown coming either,.. we could have a rematch w R's wanting more leverage!

One thing Lawmakers should not need is schooling on getting a legally qualified President's signature on an ACT before it becomes law. In the rendition "For Dummies" we see :
"After Congress passes a bill, it doesn't become law without the president's signature, and if he vetoes it, it may not be enacted at all (although Congress has the option of overriding the veto). Thus, the president is an immensely powerful presence throughout the legislative process despite his small constitutional role."

So what happens to Obamacare if Obama is dismissed as a 'disability' under U.S.C. Amend 14.,Sec 3 in a type of 'disability impeachment hearing" the House has in a live broadcast on CNN under the same transparency Obama has promised?

Well, Obamacare is certainly put on hold as Republicans desire to hold it for a year and guess what? It doesn't matter how much the devil stomps,shouts,and screams if you are not a qualified President, if your not 'born in the U.S. to Citizen parents, as the natural born citizen clause demands, you do not have authorization to sign an ACT of Congress, and thus Obamacare is made moot or the featured editorial describes is a Constitutionally Compromised Act.

Four weeks ago Senator Harry Reid was put on notice in a letter revealed two weeks later to a very limited number of media sources of an upcoming House Hearing scheduled for sometime in January. The contents of that letter were released October 31,2013 here.

While I cannot discuss the conversations of detail, it is of paramount importance that the American People know, understand, and are informed at this exact time of the letter that has been faxed to the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, House Chairmen of the Government Oversite Committee Darrell Issa, House Representative Eric Cantor who as House Leader was named in House Resolution 368, which was passed by the House Rules Committee on the night of September 30, 2013, the night before the October 2013 government shutdown began.

He was thusly named the only member of the House with the power to bring forth bills and resolutions for a vote if both chambers of Congress disagree on that bill or resolution. Prior to the resolution's passing in committee, it was within the power of every member of the House under House Rule XXII, Clause 4 to be granted privilege to call for a vote. This amendment to the House rules was blamed for causing the partial government shutdown and for prolonging it since Cantor refused to allow the Senate's continuing resolution to be voted on in the House.

I have no other recourse but to appeal to Congress to hear the evidence and facts with my standing on the principle of eligibility of the Office of the President untainted by 'race' because I first in 2008 took Sen. McCain to court on his eligibility prior to his receiving the nomination. This will make a difference as it’s the principle I've held up as a candidate without regard to race, the main complaint of mainstream media.

I am a candidate willfully run-over against the laws of our Constitution and I demand a House Hearing to relay the U.S. Supreme Court Clerks 6 month delay in giving me a case number only after 2 other cases from Georgia came to the Court with no Presidential candidates so as to slide my case in with theirs as "without standing" and strategically placing the court "out of session" to hear my case. If I had been given a case number without any problems or changes made I would have been heard the session before the election.

The damages I've suffered compel justice Sir. I should not have to bear this burden of injustice especially with the legal and professional witnesses of law and order testifying to my cause and complaint.

The law demands that any ACT of Congress be signed by a qualified person for the Office of the President. Obamacare, or the Affordable HealthCare ACT, is certainly not a valid law if it is not signed by a qualified President. In a desperate plea to stem the tide from more Americans hopping on the Birther wagon as a way to remove Obamacare Obama himself in a desperate move has pledged to what.. bully insurance executives or just change the law real quick?

Obama wants to force all the insurance companies who have canceled policies based on the demands of Obamacare to re-issue the policies. That should come as no surprise, for bullying Americans into purchasing Obamacare with penalties and taxes is consistent with the bullying of the companies who are working in a free market or for profit margin.

Obama always says, “Let me be clear” and that doesn’t mean ‘transparent’ by the way. It is very clear, Obama doesn't see himself as a dictator but his actions are speaking louder than words. The American pain has begun to hit home in the conflict between the free market business system and a state controlled communism in a field every American is affected by. It may have just come in the nick of time.

Dashing hope of the illegality of Obamacare the United States Supreme Court ruled Obamacare legal as a TAX which Congress could impose, they did not receive the challenge Obamacare was illegal based on Obama not being qualified for the Office of the President; although they do have a record of dismissing most all the cases on Obama’s eligibility for lack of standing: or direct hurt in a Presidential Campaign.

Nothing has been changed about an ACT of Congress needing the signature of a qualified President to become law. The United States Supreme Court has refused to hold a hearing on Obama’s eligibility brought to them by a plaintiff with standing as a presidential candidate in the Democratic Party, hurt by Obama’s fraud as recent as January 2013, in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, but that doesn’t stop Congress from holding a hearing. In fact it encourages Congress to open the door on Obama’s eligibility!

Lock-n-step with the popularity of shared pain and a chance for political manipulation, even Sen. John McCain has come out now and said his own mother doesn't approve and essentially what Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Mike Lee have been saying all along during the government shut-down; Obamacare is fundamentally flawed causing unemployment, reducing hours, and cancelling insurance policies by the millions.

Millions of Americans didn’t care if the Senate didn’t produce a budget for four years, or that the debt ceiling has been raised through the roof several times because it didn’t immediately hurt them. In fact it’s no secret Obama himself picks and chooses the laws to enforce at his convenience born out in the Obamacare exemptions for many in Government and Big Business who..” just can’t afford it”, I guess.

The point is the Constitution has been breached many times by those in Government but it passes until there is a disaster, a war, or too many people are suffering. Obamacare is declaring itself to Americans just such a cause to rally behind the natural born citizen clause of the Constitution.

The notice in the mail that their insurance premium as skyrocketed, canceled, or the sticker shock for those who have managed to signed up on the crap-shoot web site of Obama-scare has hurt them immediately. Its noticed in pay-checks, premiums, and thus in the economy with what people have left to spend.

Now by the millions people are searching for ways to eliminate what could easily be classified as the biggest tax increase in United States history. They didn’t care about the qualifications of the Office of the President to be a natural born citizen –Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents – but they do now, because in theory it, when lawfully applied, has the power to put Obamacare on hiatus before its ever fully employed while at the same time sending Obama job hunting.

Standing up for principles that stand as pillars in our Constitution is what America’s defining character is all about. Those pillars of freedom and liberty became a great light in the darkness of the unknown by the un-insured. Security or the ‘sure thing’ was understood as diabolical and when the masses put their trust in it, it was understood that it was indeed bound to let them down. Indeed, risks defined American character with boldness and the chances we took under God with our pledge of allegiance to the Republic carved out of the rock the United States of America.

Politicians have for far too long won elections on “promises” of what they would do. Many of those promises came on the backs of not caring about the future generations paying for them or insuring their oaths were honest towards the Constitution. Why did they care? They would never be paying for it. It would be the future generation’s problem and their management of the Government would be over by then.

They would ride the wave till there wasn’t any wave to ride, then they themselves would hold out their hands to the future leaders in America if they hadn’t lined their pockets deep enough. This has been the mentality of many politicians in Washington DC and it’s got us where we’re at with the cancellation of the American Principles coming in the mail as insurance cancellations. Indeed its where the rubber meets the road and the public see's the light.

Restoring the principles is indeed the only way to stop the cancellation notices and because it’s happening in the very dangerous and precarious health insurance business effecting everyone , the Government take-over illegally of Obamacare, is raising the American ire. In pondering solutions readily and available to us, we simply have to uphold the principles of the Constitution to eliminate Obama-scare and retake the Office of the President that’s been usurped unlawfully.

The cancelation notices do not know any race, color, or gender. It’s a scourge crossing America like a cloud of doom and even now most of the Democratic Party shaking in their boots is unbelievably defending Obama’s eligibility when he’s not a natural born citizen. Obama was not born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, hence his credibility as President is unqualified and Obamacare is moot.

A choice to follow with no guarantee of a participation trophy is yours; a guide of trusting principles came to be the hope that so many immigrated to America for. They were willing to roll the dice on chance let the consequences follow when they were provided with an opportunity to explore freedom and liberty hailing a future of freedom and light. Security was understood to be the ‘belief’ in who, what, or how you chose to worship rather than the State of Government as your faith.

Typhoon Haiyan that ripped through the Philippines nationally was not insured. The Philippine national disaster agency raised the death toll in the wake of the second category five Typhoon to 3621 and charity has come to the rescue. The great example of charity that comes even from other countries when disaster hits far supersedes mandates that insurance companies pay up and is a wonderful example of why Obamacare won't work.

America has contributed or pledged something like 12 million and China pledged 2 million after it was criticized by a Chinese newspaper for an initial pledge of $100,000. I don’t believe the Chinese people to be any less generous or hospitable or industrious then Americans, what may be understood is more Americans make $20 per hour and Chinese makes $2 dollars per hour based on a Government system of communism, but indeed charity is able to help more ultimately then communism or force which is the fundamental flaw of Obamacare and the use of the IRS as its enforcer.

One thing we do know is that ‘charity’ and love of country has guided the Birther Movement more than any financial gain received for standing up for the principle. No Birther has gotten rich with contributions the way that Representatives, Senators, and President’s pad their political war chest. This is a humble movement that has limped and gimped along in the strength of charity and a forging principle.

I recently spent some time over at a conspiracy web site that is dedicated to ridiculing Birthers. They are in a hyper-animated state over the fraud of the birth certificate which is fine but is only a small part of Obama not being qualified based on the fact he wasn’t born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. Shape-shifting is one of their best tactics and they have never wasted anytime heaping the persecution on me for taking a stand in a particular religious meeting I was once a member of that the state came into and took over in a secular determination of words rather then allowing religious sentiment to peacefully have her way.

In some ways it was an awful sentence to be taken in a religious meeting out by the State after being beaten and mauled by a riotous crowd and by definition persecuted with a prosecution of the state for the evidence of a simple book I'll only use the abbreviation of B.O.M., but it came to shape me for years to come in ways I could have never imagined in the political arena running for office with a sheer determination and a developed appreciation for exactly what our Constitution provides as I suffered the unconstitutional prosecution. You can read my book Taking A Stand for the details if you wish, but the point is I learned first hand what a disaster it is not to have the Constitution enforced when you need it with your life hanging in the balances of justice.

The whole purpose of Birthers was to take a stand for the principle of the “natural born citizen” clause of our Constitution more than question the race card Obama supporters and the mainstream media is on record many times shamefully over and over airing. The qualifications we as Americans desired for the Office of the President is indeed a part of the Supreme Law of our Land. It is lawful and has been broken unlawfully perhaps even criminally in a deliberate deceit by Obama who handed out his long form fabrication in the White House press core room in April 2011.

The qualifications of the President in the Constitution have stood the test of time and ridicule coming under assault in many different directions while slavery was terminated the qualifications for President was not. That tells you it’s a big Principle when put under a microscope of law in an open hearing as a national security detail.

The respect for the qualifications of the Office of the President as law isn’t even opposed by anti-birthers for they recognize it as the law. They rather try to twist and contort the law searching and scheming of ways to contort it rather than subscribing to the clout and trust dedicated to our national security that it must take two full generations for an individual to be President. That’s what Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents does. It separates with two full generation’s alien nationality.



Now as the 2000 hearings held in The House, if you’re a Dictator in a foreign country with loads of cash how easy would it be to wed, impregnate, finance and claim your heir to the Presidency with an American women taking over the whole U.S. military during one lifetime? That is what’s possible when we eliminate the “Parents” aspect of the two prong test of a natural born citizen – Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? Snowden’s leaks of the NSA spying on Americans certainly demonstrate the notion that spying on foreign governments hasn’t lost abit of fashion and Obama seems to have relished in broadening that aspect to include our allies.

The fact still remains that the grandfather clause of the eligibility requirement for the Office of the President allowed the founders to run for President, who indeed were born in America, such as Thomas Jefferson, before the Constitution was ratified, lending us the credential of the principle, that had it not been stated so, those who were born here in America with only one parent or with neither parent as Citizens of the States who were aliens, were not eligible as ‘natural born citizens’.

Anti-birthers despise the grandfather clause of the eligibility criteria found in Article II., Sect 1, Clause 5. “or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of the Constitution” because it clearly distinguishes a “Citizen” is not necessarily a “Natural Born Citizen”. Though laws maybe broken by past examples as Presidents such as Herbert Hoover,Chester Arthur,Andrew Jackson in the same slight of hand way Obama has intended, they didn't live in a digital age under the surveillance of government as we are fighting against either. The natural born citizen clause may be just what the American Doctor ordered as its applicability has not worn out with Obama but his policy's and scandals have worn out with us.

Now, I think it’s a revealing tenant of anti- birthers steam rolling for Obama to point and reach for the ‘race’ card as the reasoning for Birthers. Indeed being born in the United States was never the quintessential definition of a natural born citizen as many of the signers were born in America but still would not have been able to run for president without the grandfather clause.

All one has to do is ask the question, “Why?”: “Why weren't some of the founders and framers considered ‘natural born citizens’ if they were born right here on America soil? That question was answered with the grandfather clause.
While many American Citizens were aware of Obama’s birth in Kenya as written about by his publisher and in Chicago papers

as a Senator, and his father an alien, not many understood McCain’s shenanigans, but have come to understand more about Sen. McCain than ever before as a progressive aligned against the U.S. Constitution.

Many in the Republican Party twisted and contorted the principle to conform Sen. McCain’s Citizenship when he wasn’t born in the U.S. or in any U.S. Military hospital. He is a native son of Panama and maintains a dual citizenship by his birth with Panama and the United States. Dual citizens cannot be President and McCain used two ACTS of naturalization of an alien by Congress to first obtain his Citizen status at 11 months old, and the second as non-binding senate resolution to obtain a ‘naturalization of an alien ’ to the Office of the President, to be a natural born citizen, sort of qualified by half of Congress and purported by former Sen. Hillary Clinton as really weak although she and Sen. Obama were co-sponsors.

McCain’s abuse of the military has reached far and wide ranging from a prank he played ending with the deaths of many in a fire resulting aboard a cruiser from a wet start of an airplane to this slap-happy prank he’s pulled on the public about being born in a military hospital in Panama while slapping around the principle of the natural born citizenship clause with the pranks of non-binding senate resolution 511 he abstained from voting for himself as the driest of all humors towards the rank and file of all the GOP Senators of 2008 that led to my filing and serving the suit three days before McCain was made the nominee in 2008 in Judy v. McCain Las Vegas Nevada Federal District Court anti-birthers and the media don't like to talk about as it dilutes Obama's race card as well as Birthers in general.

Whilst the 11 in 480 million –times-many-generations chance of a military person born over-seas running for President after the Constitution was established is a possibility, that remote possibility has not ever happened. It certainly has far more dangerous consequences then simply upholding the natural born citizen clause as part of the Constitution our military men and women are sworn to uphold rather then sworn to trample.

Its only been read by about 1,715 people so far, but Judy v. Obama Case No. 12-5276 was actually the very first State and Federally filed complaint that incorporated as evidence in Sheriff Arpio's Cold Case Posse results found by detective Mike Zullo which was released March 1st,2012 that included over 2500 hours of professional experts who have training in the fields in discretion of Obama's long form fabrication. The State Court receiving that was Georgia's State Court that Obama though served by an Administrative Court refused to appear at but was represented by in the Judges' opinion and in appeal of that was a "Response to a Motion to Dismiss" by Obama's attorney you can see on page 10, and signed March 2nd,2012.

Recently, Democratic Party leader Senator Harry Reid received at his four FAX stations the request in a letter that the Senate take up and hold a hearing on this matter and thus far it has been refused. Recent reports now find that the Democratic Party advantage of the government shut-down has all but vanished and the Republican Party now is seen as receiving the election or political benefit over the disaster of Obamacare.

I would like you to share share share because at no time in our history with Obama has it become more important to show a legal and positive solution to the Obamacare scourge affecting the country and we need every American to become more informed and educated on the matters that are politically going to effect their future to write, fax, and call their State U.S. Representatives and State U.S. Senators with the facts and knowledge that we know Obama is not qualified and that Obamacare can be made 'moot' without a qualified president's signature.

You really have to start to wonder where the GOP's logic has gone if they are willing to denounce principle's of the Constitution and wonder why they lose elections. If Obama's D's won't stand for the Constitution and neither will the GOP, is it any wonder the Democratic Party win's elections? I find it very interesting that the GOP is wondering how to get the 'minority' vote, when they won't take a stand for the minority?

How is it possible to respect the GOP's unwillingness for millions of Americans to lose their healthcare coverage, and for taxes to escalate so high according to the implementation of Obamacare (scare) while realizing they are unwilling to actually take a stand on principle of the Office of the President's qualification demand?

Millions of Americans could easily blame the GOP for this over-site and unwillingness to take a stand against Obama when they have the ability, responsibility, and duty according to oath to do just that. The Democratic Party leaders also have that duty and were FAXed this letter that makes it clear.

Republican leadership in the House need only take up the Constitution in order to win and permanently shelve Obamacare. If the principles by which our United States Constitution are not used in fairness, protecting my rights as a Presidential Candidate, your rights are no less valuable and that the lesson you should take to heart if the GOP refuses to hold a hearing on the eligibility of Barack Obama/aka Barry Soetoro.

What is America going to do with the choice of communism and capitalism being forced upon them through the IRS that is set to siege a quality we have come to count on and expect in our health care? Maybe the better question is, “How can America resist communism?”, and, “What is the positive incentive to resist?” Could the answer be found in what happened at the CMA Awards broadcast last night?

Last night the CMA Awards show featured a skit with Carry Underwood and Brad Paisley hosting that has America in snitch’n stitches this morning. Underwood grabbed a computer and pretended to sign Paisley up for Obama-scare. Brad inquired why the computer was ‘going around’ in its wait-just-a-moment-while I-access-your-request- mode’ simulation that is illustrated by a square on the computer screen that has a circle chasing itself tirelessly around like a snake eating its own tail. Carry said in a tone that hinged on bitter embarrassment and belated excuse, “Ohhh..it always does that”.

Brad drove the stake in with his next comment and wonder about someone not getting what he thought was very obviously a fraudulent scheme in the computers own witness something wasn’t right that had nothing to do with a Government Clean Air Act, “Why is it smoking?”

Underwood responded in acquiesce of the obvious clinging in a desperate hope of a fast fix to impress him, “Maybe we should shut it off and turn it back on”, with the line of thinking that sometimes you have to re-boot a computer to get the bugs out of it or to stop the mal adjusted spy-wear that infiltrates its network system.

Paisley begin a spoof on the song Amarillo By Morning in singing Obamacare by morning, spoofing about being up all night trying to access the web site addressing the actual medical problems that will accompany everyone but the 6 people its served so far trying to get on like, hemorrhoids, sleep deprivation, eye fatigue, a severe mental dis-orders of frustration as well as a total incapacitate if you actually had a pre-existing medical problem you were desperately in need of care for based on the incompetence of the Marxist communistic police type government run health care.


Glenn Beck reported Faith Hill and Tim McGraw were not laughing because they are staunch Democrats. That begs the question, “When did being a member of the democratic party become the lack of a choice Obama-scare seems to be for 88% of the people who liked what they had and not liking a 88% increase unfolding with millions of people being either dispatched from their once pleasant coverage to an all out purge of pre-existing conditions from health care insurance providers because they now see someplace to send their sick and afflicted?”

Of course this was anticipated by Obama who has planned all along, as a brief read of the wiki page will enlighten you in on, on placing a wedge between the protection of the world’s best health care system and the hands of the Doctors while prying the means of protection of the Republic in the United States Constitution out of the People’s reach.

Using empathy and altruism falsely as a fraud, Obama has promised to police those without insurance with a wealth of care and those who have had great care no significant difference. I heard millions of american people have been dismissed from their good health insurance provider so far, there is more coming, and I’ve actually experienced with my own family being dismissed in emergency rooms by two hospital system based on the changes Obama-scare represented.

What’s been promised has been disappointing to all and this is just the beginning as was quoted coming out of Moscow before Obama hit the Senate. What happens when the tax increases actually do come crashing down on those who can pay much more, and at the same time they one by one get forced out of their private insurance because of some minor change here or there and they find themselves actually being the poor and down-trodden they once hoped communistic health-scare system would help? Suddenly the celebrity charity ability vanishes to a communistic-police-run-state that neither celebrity nor Citizen can move. We're not there yet, but we are very close and what is it we have to guard that communism seeks to destroy?

Yesterday I was so conflicted in torn in the understanding that so many Democrats are sympathetic to the poor plight of people in a genuine concern that has attracted them. That altruism however can be used as a weapon warped by politicians out of the field of charity into the field of a police state. Now I don’t think Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are communist, but Obama is, and they've definitely been taken, deceived, and are being manipulated. Obama's using people who are affluent and monetarily struck with the paradox of pure capitalism that has simply looked over-seas for the new slave market to make more money and enrich profits of major corporations, keeping American principles of our Constitution bright, and avoiding the pit-falls of totalitarian rulers that are wolves dressed up in sheep clothing included from both parties.

The insatiable appetite of communism that Obama has been trained with however is also a weakness. Its eager to grab 100% of income and delegate all to the State who then will appropriate, delegate, and oversee much as a King would. Obama’s own reach and use of power in his little history of executive privilege bears this out not so much present in exxecutive orders as percentage of U.S. Economy effected as well as the scope of data being kept on Americans in essence spying on those who elected him in the name of data confirmed in NSA Spying and IRS profiling.

About the only issue the Communist has disagreed about with Obama on is Syria. I’ve long wondered about that conflict to? Why is the stage all of a sudden changed when Russia as a communistic based government who has camouflaged a little regulated democracy into a policed state opposed to an anti-imperialist that Obama represents in the conflict in Syria?

Well, Obama doesn’t meet the blood standard of the pure communist because he wasn’t’ born in the mother-land of Russia and his bloods’ infiltrated with the American tint of his mother. Interesting that the similar argument is made about Obama by the pure-communist from Russia, that Birthers make about Obama not being qualified for the Office of the President because he is not a ‘natural born citizen’, as he was not born in the U.S. to Citizen parents. This of course represents the breach between Obama-scare and the Republic. It has not been signed by a President who is qualified by the terms of the United States Constitution. It seems when it comes down to it both Governments respect 'natures laws' more then we might think.

In short, how can a solid purist a-communist be opposed to a sort of b-communist Obama represents? The answer I believe is the recognition by Russian President Vladimir Putin that Obama is still vulnerable to The People here through the United States Constitution and the Republic for which we stand in the United States of America. The threat of one communist’s hammer, like Obama’s in America, being bigger than another communist hammer in Russia forms the angst that has a serious consequence towards the investment in Syria both tactically and economically by Russia or less likely it could be nothing more the a ruse of cover.

Now what does this have to do with America waking up to the communist threat Obama represents as a sort of puppet-pawn for the Communist and how does something like the CMA Awards show, Jon Stewarts The Daily Show mock, or Saturday Night Lives skit of Obama-scares web site being a total disaster represent?

This one at 1 min 39 seconds takes a pot-shot of Obama's not being a Citizen either.

What those little plays or skits are disclosing is what we call the expectation of American exceptualism guarding our Republic. Americans have an appetite for the best on a much grander scale then the rest of the world because we have had the freedom and liberty our Constitutional Republic, yes that’s the Republic for which we stand, given to us, fought for us, and carved out of the rest of the world for us.

The competitive nature of capitalism our United States Constitution avails conducts a beautiful symphony that requires the best in a product Government excluded. When the Government gets involved in anything other then national security like the police-state-forced-take-over of a product like health-care not to many things are expected to go right.

Now with the damage control that Obama-scare has itself announced through glitches and failures like the web site, millions receiving cancellations of their insurance, and even the exemption status being written in for major corporations and elected officials who most certainly don’t want their profits hurt is like a shot out of the cannon or pepper mace sprayer directly from Russia’s and China’s old-school communistic failures and Americans have just got a good dose of it right in the face.

Yes, the rich have got richer in America, but the poor have benefited too not only in the charity of America but as the top rises so does the bottom in many ways. Choking off charity through a policed state is not the answer for America and neither is Obama.

Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley’s skit simply points this out and like any product in America that was thrown away because it wasn’t attractive, didn’t work, and certainly left the field open for obvious improvement, America’s Hollywood Celebrities still have power against a policed state in free speech to state the obvious dereliction of Obama-scare.

Communism in America might just be impossible when it comes down to it without a full-fledged invasion attempt and then it would be a fight against ingenuity American’s still demonstrate with courage and conviction. I was so proud and excited at the courage it took the CMA Awards Producers to simply speak the truth.

Of course we do have problems in America, but don’t forget how many we have solved in holding fast to our United States Constitution. Blessings from our Creator God have unfurled themselves with intelligence and innovation and there is no reason not to hope that process can and will continue through our faithfulness to the Republic’s principles in the Constitution.

That is why as I visited Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Virginia )’s blog a few days ago and responded to the piece he wrote as the designee of the House to admit any resolutions to be voted upon by the House coming over from the Senate which was the resolve to put Obama-scare on hold, to his plea that Obama quit acting like its’ “his way or the Highway” that, “ perhaps the GOP should indeed show Obama the highway.”

In that piece he poignantly pointed out only about 130 years of 224 of the United States existence has had a complete dominance of the House, the Senate and the Executive Branch and the rest of the time somehow we had to compromise, but that Obama refused to do this and represented a “Its my way or the highway” stance especially on Obama-scare that many Democratic Party Elected Officials agree should be disabled, even if it’s for a period to sort it out to see how bad it is.

The problem is the GOP Establishment leadership has not invoked the Constitution on Obama to show him the highway of our Constitution and his walking talking violation of even being qualified for the Office of the President. Sen. Orin Hatch has de-cried the technical embarrassment of the web site of Obama-scare but he hasn’t come to grips with principle of reducing BIG GOVERNMENT that seeks to spy, tax, and destroy the American way of life the way Ronald Reagan Republicans used to and in many ways the Democratic Party has been taken so far left its locked up in Obama and his american version of communism.

Yes, the Constitution can save us if the Republicans and Democrats all in one fell swoop will converge towards it. Can you imagine 1/6 of the American Economy not being important enough for them not to invoke the Constitutional qualifications of the of the Office of the President on Obama in the justice I have demanded in an open hearing of the facts of the fraud and deception of Obama on the American People?

It shouldn’t be that tough of a call. I have stood up for the principle against Republicans who have violated it and against Democrats including Obama as a Presidential Candidate. I have simply stated by case law in Judy v. Obama and Judy v. McCain, showing the damages directly hurled upon me just like a vehicle running over me causing bodily harm, that the laws of the land need to be equally administered upon all including Obama as it applies in the U.S.C. Amendment 14, Sec 3 that insist Obama be removed from the White House as a disability, because Obama is not qualified as an "impeachable President", he fails the qualification for the Office.

Why and What Congress Is Debating In The Natural Born Citizen Silence

To the American People:


Certainly is disconcerting to say the least when attacked so viciously as I have been the past few days by those supposedly known as Birthers in regards to my last post here. One might presume to ask where such flagitious defamation comes from especially considering the supposed common cause of our United States Constitution and the absolute destruction we are facing now with Obama-scare which if fully implemented will be the greatest tax hike in United States history under the coat of the biggest United States fraud - Obama?

Let me say first, It is my hope that all Birthers can come together under the Constitution for that is the reason we were called Birthers ultimately, with each one contributing what they can. You know I'd like to start right out of the gate with a statement: it wouldn't bother me if Obama was removed as a disability through a disability impeachment hearing and I had nothing to do with it. I am quite simply one of you, going to work and paying my bills as best as I can. Many members of Congress are debating 'disability hearings', 'impeachment hearings', and a combination called a disability impeachment hearing. Why and What they are debating is certainly up for good ole debate and speculation which everyone is able to chime in on. Let's take a little walk, you and I and just discuss some things.

Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity have repeatedly spoke about Obama playing his 'race' card, and this has been the very most effective tactic against Birthers by the mainstream media in the secret meetings behind closed doors. Yes, the 'race card' has not been something off limits for them to discuss. In fact I believe that is the reason the conservative talk show host are not out right Birthers. The bed they made with McCain in 2008 is a very large bed.

Now its debatable wither they were either "going along" with Republican leadership with non-binding Senate Resolution 511 in the Senate which ever single Republican U.S. Senator voted for in 2008, or the trail of tid-bits enticed them with money. It doesn't matter now it is spilt milk, but that's also when Obama-scare was passed with a full majority of Democrats in the House, the Senate, and the White House with many smiling faces.




In 2010 Republicans took over the Majority in the U.S. House, and the U.S. Senate received its first dose of new Republican's who had not voted for non-binding Senate Resolution 511. These new guys coming in the House and Senate are staring at Obama-scare in their sites saying, "no way", and, "we didn't vote for Senate Res 511 so we are not bound to deals the Republicans made in 2008."

This is why we're seeing the fraction taking place in the U.S. Senate with folks like Ted Cruz elected in '12 and Mike Lee elected in '10 that came in after Obama or prior U.S. non-binding Sen. Res 511 passed in April 2008. These new people are looking around asking themselves, "What can we do about what happened before we came in that was wrong and shouldn't have happened, and still have a working relationship with our colleagues?"

The problem with a regular "impeachment hearing", [which I might remind you can only be held upon a Constitutionally Qualified President which Obama is not], with Obama in total frustration of every single scandal coming out in 2013 is the 'security question' that comes under the President of the United States to enforce the law, as well as preserve, protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution with. That responsibility is given great regard to the President by Congress as it is necessary. Obama knows that and so does Congress.

That said, the events of Benghazi, the IRS Profiling, the NSA spying, even Fast & Furious come under the 'security' of the White House and the Administration can indeed simple state the word "Security" to justify every single decision. Frankly, when Hillary Clinton screamed back at the Legislature "What difference does it make now?", she was absolutely correct. It was a "Security" decision made by the Executive Branch Congress has limited checks to.



The justification for 'lack of security' can be made against a full blown escalation which would have been a another choice other than a 'video tape' used to justify the opposition's heightened state of anger. That said there is little recourse for the "legislative branch" who are 'law makers' more than 'law enforcers'.

In reality, there is only one avenue available to remove Obama with a "security" principle, and that is the qualifications of the Constitution demanded by the qualifications of the Office of the President in the Constitution, which Congress can come in on with hearings in drafting and passing an ACT of Congress, and the Senate is deemed able to also as well as hold trial on.

The reality of this is not a secret. Everything that I've related covers the facts. Our Nation faces a very difficult choice now. Can Obama implement Obama-scare while Congress's hands are tied behind their back with the 'race' card, that McCain actually instituted, propagated, through a very large ego or can we stop it and how best to do that?

We shouldn't need a reminder that a 'natural born citizen' does not need two Acts of Congress about his Citizenship and his Natural Born Citizenship for identification as McCain has had. Both actions declare with a very loud voice, "naturalization of alien." I've said many times I'm a natural born citizen Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents and I didn't need an action of Congress to tell me that. McCain needing two, should tell you something at the very least.

The challenge Congress has got is to figure out a way to take the 'race' card away from Obama on a 'national security issue'. Read that again, let it sink in deep and understand it. How can that happen if Obama's race card has folded in it every Republican Senator in 2008? That challenge is made only by hearing someone who was hurt in the Presidential Election directly, on the Democratic Party side for two reasons.

1) First it is the point of the "first liability for standing". Within the Democratic Party was a fight for the nomination and Obama's constitutional qualification challenged from the moment in 2008 when he was made the nominee by me as a candidate and from the point of nomination in 2012 is certainly unique in acquiring standing within the race months before any Republican nominee would have the chance to claim an interest as the nominee of the Republican Party would after he was made the nominee. Which in no way shape or form still would never clear the 'race' hurdle of letting McCain have a pass and throwing down on Obama in the main stream media's eyes.

While Democrats didn't think it relevant at the time, if their nominee was discarded on qualifications of the Constitution in the race after he was made the nominee you better believe they'd see to it the next nominee from their party was qualified.

This could be the single biggest lesson to political parties in the entire United States that Congress could enforce much like a Court striking down a law Congress had worked to pass as un-constitutional. It doesn't matter how much work, time, or money went into passing it, if its not constitutional, its a leaf in the wind.

2) Second, is in affect and effect the issue of being "non-partisan". The importance of this cannot be over-looked. If a GOP Congress is seen so bull headed that its strictly Republican v. Democrat the American people will see to it Republicans are punished in the 2014 Election. They can't take that chance unless its very thoroughly discovered and understood all their bases are covered.

Now, there is only one Presidential Candidate who sued McCain in 2008 included Obama and also sued Obama in 2012 as a Presidential Candidate. That candidate was me.

No one else in the entire United States can put that glass slipper on, but at least for God's sake someone can! Shouldn't everyone facing the monumental tax increase Obama-scare seeks to reel in via the IRS be jumping for joy? Maybe jumping for joy rather than being so furious with the messenger that can fill the shoes needed that they simply try to destroy with a character debate what happened to me twenty years ago?

If you open the can-of-worms of 20 years ago and my past, you mind find a protest of a particular religion which is perfectly legal and an un-constitutional prosecution that violated many aspects of our Constitution. Of course it happens in America but we don't like to talk about it.

If you do open it, open it thoroughly not half baked and buried like it was with the media twenty years ago and while your doing that you might as well open up Obama's can-of-worms twenty years ago also and find out why his Mother did not have him listed on her passport, and why his passport was tampered with in the first place under the cloak of McCain's and Hillary Clinton's and why someone who saw that is dead now.

I'm very prepared to open either, but I'd much rather do that in front of Congress where it matters rather than with someone who has absolutely no authority or position of direct standing in the argument of Obama's natural born citizenship violation.

Lawmakers have had their hands tied, and they are shall we say "fit-to-be-tied" about it as one might imagine. Is Obama-scare so bad they would admit my witness is indeed relevant as far as being non-partisan, non-racist, and actually that my actions and position of standing on McCain and Obama speak many more volumes then people with only words do? Or on the flip side of the coin, can my witness unravel a very tangled web law makers find themselves in facing the barrel of the gun we are calling Obama-scare? I can attest my witness ought to be heralded by Congress as a a voice of angels in making life easier for all Americans.

Do actions speak louder than words? Find me a single Presidential Candidate who had a campaign of integrity with commercials, websites, news reports ect., representing and standing for the Constitution in 08 and 2012 on the biggest fraud in American history that does what mine did, suffering the intolerable losses by the edicts of the Constitution directly as its documented in Courts of Law and I think you will still come back to my campaign. If you think that is not valuable, start adding up what Obama-scare is going to cost this Country with everyone in it and you'll begin very quickly to see the value of 1/6th the entire economy, not to mention freedom and liberty lost.

Speaking of value, let me relate another little tid-bit for everyone who may be concerned. The total receipts taken from outside sources or campaign contributions on my Campaigns for U.S. Congress 2002,U.S.Sen. 2004 & 2010, and U.S. Pres., 2008, 2012, and 2016 thus far are probably around $500. The fact is, related as simply as it can be, if my witness amounts to anything in Congress, it certainly didn't cost the American People anything, which should be a great relief to them or even a matter of joy to be excited about. So, where is all the excitement? Well, right now I'd say its lost in mis-understanding the facts as they have been laid out quite reasonably to you.

This testimony, stands as a witness for everyone how important the United States Constitution is to me, and the respect I have for our framers and founders as well as those who have spilt their blood on our soil as well as foreign soil for our freedoms and liberties. Make of it what you will, my record exist to stand any test especially one from Congress.
