With a big planned announcement set for Monday, March 23rd,2015 at Liberty University Sen. Cruz may have tipped his hand to announcing an official entry into the Presidential Race of 2016. 'The announcement set off speculation that Cruz is just days away from officially throwing his hat in the ring for the 2016 presidential race. While no one in Cruz's camp would confirm the content of his upcoming speech, a political staffer told The Daily Beast, "You're going to want to be there."

If that indeed proves to be the case we certainly hope that Sen. Cruz is up to defending his ineligibility in the United States District Court as part of his opening ceremony in cutting his teeth in the Presidential Race. Indeed Sen. Cruz may be performing an invaluable service for our Country because he's not partially black and most likely will not be defended by the Main Stream Media as a Minority in fending off a Presidential Eligibility Article II Patriot stand as 'racist', unless he decides it 'racist' that his Canadian Native Citizenship by soil and his father's inherited Canadian and Cuban Citizenship are foreign/alien national identities that the United States is bound to honor in the Office of the Presidency for the United States of America.

Indeed if the a ruse has been undertaken by Sen. Cruz in deference to Obama we are obliged to counter his play in defense of the United States Constitution so many have bled for giving life,limb and liberty in their heroic actions in service of our Republic.

In a recent stained carpet exploit Sen. Cruz's defense as eligible was snipped by Attorney Mario Apuzo and reported at The Birther Report. The all is fair in treading upon the U.S. Constitution's demand for a natural born Citizen in the Office of the President was undertaken in a report entitled "On the Meaning of Natural Born Citizen" as Commentary by Neal Katyal & Paul Clement embarrassingly sporting their credentials as former Solicitor Generals in dereliction that any difference at all exist between the foreign national U.S. citizen first generation, and the time honored natural defense on behalf of our national security and tradition of a two generation buffer identified as natural born Citizen required only for the Office of the President and Vice President.

Indeed Neal Katyal & Paul Clement forming a scholastic tradition of their own law, published by none other then the same Harvard Law Review Obama was credited as President of without a single word or published Review available and the dicey accusations that Obama actually was financed by a twenty million dollar donation of foreign fiat, have embarked in a challenge that puts the words of Chief Justice Roger B. Taney featured on one of this Blog's most widely read FEATURES to the test.

Indeed we are left with motive and we also notice herein that Harvard has served equally both Sen. Ted Cruz in his conferred J.D. in Law as well as Obama.

As a unofficial Presidential Candidate who has not yet entered the race for 2016, Cody Robert Judy is watching very carefully what Sen. Cruz decides to do because Sen. Cruz's first hurdle into the Presidential race might be doing more than having a go at Iowa in two years. It could very well be his retirement party from being an embarrassed TX. Senator who chose to 'Tread' on US rather then defend the U.S. Constitution as his oath required.

From the early traditions of America the Gadsden Flag reminiscent of even Founder Benjamin Franklin who delighted us with his renditions and use of the rattlesnake in an insinuated satirical cartoon co-opted by England's tradition of sending known criminals to America he disassembled to represent the 13 Colones. The inference was that those attempting to take the next step crossing the line of illegality on the U.S. Constitution were indeed stepping into a danger zone that could result in a venomous attack by a sharped fanged predator. The use of a rattlesnake coiled and ready to strike with a rattle was indeed a warning not to take another step nearer the line that was about the circumference of the snake.

In the tradition of holding the line that a 'natural born Citizen' is exactly a two generation defense of our national security holding those Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents have a longer time honored America loyalty distinguished from first generation Americans I have sent the following letter directly as it relates to preparing what seems to be an afront upon America from both sides of the isle in directive assault upon the natural defense of our U.S. Constitution and willingness of Candidates from both major parties to do so.

Would you consider filling suit for me as a Presidential Candidate, pro bono , against Sen. Ted Cruz as he is expected to enter the Presidential Race this coming Monday, March 23rd, 2015.

You may know the actions I have filed in 2008 against Sen. McCain that also involved Sen. Obama. Then I filed in 2012 against Obama to N.H. Supreme Crt., Georgia Supreme Crt ., and U.S. SUPREME CRT.

My current and last chance case against Obama I have Just filed a Notice of Appeal from 10th Circuit Crt. 14-4136.

My biggest question regarding appropriate standing is can I claim Sen. Cruz is taking contributions from me by his entry even though he is not the Republican nominee?

My considered answer is he is causing a whole lot of damage and extra work for me contending for the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN clause as I'm battling and spending so much time now fighting with Republicans that it is wasting precious resources away from my campaign for President.

In 2012 I ran as a Democrat. In 2008 I ran as a Write-In. I have not ruled out running under the D Party Ticket, neither ruled out an Independent Party Ticket for 2016 but have not officially entered yet as either. However, I'm feeling more and more inclined as a Democratic Party Ticket mostly because of Cruz and Rubio and the fact the courts in 2012 ballot challenges didn't really care I was a D against Obama. I think damages are being inflicted upon me across party lines from the moment of entry.

The two frontal assault is not at all foreign to me as I sued Sen. McCain in 2008 and continued that with Obama as a Presidential Candidate in 2012, 13, and the latest work in Judy v. Obama 14-4136 appealed as reported with a Notice of Appeal here.

One of the biggest reason I have related to every Court I have appealed to that the U.S. Constitution in the eligibility clause was being attacked by both parties was that non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 included three major candidates for election Sen. John McCain, Sen. Hillary Clinton, and then Sen. Barack Obama. Indeed we might say especially if Hillary Clinton enters the Presidential Race and wins that this resolution included the winner of America's Presidential Elections for the last three Presidential Contest making it very significant as far as non-binding resolutions go.

If the Judicial Branch fails to act as a check and balance to the major parties in the Legislative Branch, and the breach of both the Democrats and Republicans controlling the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch continues rolling over the U.S. Constitution, indeed the Judicial Branch might soon find itself irrelevant also because without a living Constitution their appointments are also moot and that includes the life long paycheck of those who are in the U.S. Supreme Court who perhaps muse at Obama's recent pander that a new U.S. Supreme Court and mandatory voting might be fun as was reported again on this blog piece in The Blaze link:

The Courts thus far in the Article II, Section I, Clause 5's demand the President be a natural born Citizen have been willing to throw back the responsibility to Congress avoiding the issue under a doctrine political question argument and at the same time thinking their responsibility is impervious to a political or military action. Obama's muse should be taken to heart as he said some 22 times as was reported by House Speaker Boehner he could not by executive action change the Court's stand on Amnesty, but we know now he has done it.

While the threat to the U.S. Supreme Court was veiled as a long term process by Obama and the eligibility argument has been repeatedly refused by the Court making Obama feel comfortable in the Office of the President, the Court should understand that a different objective from Obama might supply the motive for its more immediate change and that the eligibility argument might have been the only one they in fact refused, which in the end spilled their blood as traitors to the law they were sworn to protect as the Supreme Law of the Land.

Taking this lightly could easily be their undoing by a political party ruled so far to the left that even a Democratic Party centrist like Hillary Clinton in the Democratic Party is spurred and worthy of being sabotaged by no less than six investigations as Rush Limbaugh's transcript reported Obama's operatives were leaking to the press.

You might say you can't take it with you and you'd be right; My job is really just to make it clear as a bell and you'd think Obama was seconding the motion with his speech in Cleveland, Ohio Wednesday. Today former Governor O'Malley was seen in Iowa as a runner up for a Hillary Implosion but given the political climate change I could see a Democratic Party debate between O'Malley and myself with the stark difference that I actually was taking a stand for Civil Rights and doing something about the Republican infringements on the U.S. Constitution by a Constitutional uncaring Sen.Cruz.

Yesterday, Wednesday- March 18th 2015, Obama spoke in Cleveland, Ohio. His words were like a soothing balm to me as I realized a little miracle displayed from his words no one else picked up on. The miracle is unveiled in the pondering the question: “How many words and speeches has Obama spoken since 2008?” I can assure you I do not know, but I do believe God knows every one of them. Out of all those thousands or millions of words and speeches what do you think the odds are that I brought the exact speech of Obama's up Obama himself was going to speak and make reference of in two days, prior to his speaking and did it in the U.S. Supreme and U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in a NOTICE OF APPEAL?

I’m sure there are some odds there that would flabbergast the mind and impress Las Vegas in some kind of effect or extraordinary event in our physical world that surpasses all known human or natural powers but short of stating I was just ‘lucky’, I attribute them to a Divine Supposition of Spirit. God makes much more sense out of things I don’t understand than the things I don’t understand make sense out of God.

Now the speech was covered more as a criticism of the GOP Budget but that wasn't the part that I had raised eyebrows about. The part that was a confirmation to me that Obama and his minions are collectively surrounded and do not believe it, or know it, is the part wherein he mused about it being rather fun to transform the U.S. Supreme Court and the Country. Nearly six thousand have shared the story at The Blaze which is like a burning brush igniting across the Country helped along with hundred mile winds.

Now, I can't believe I just found that video because look at the quote I placed on the NOTICE TO APPEAL to the U.S. Supreme Court from Sen. McCain, and Obama Monday?



Now I made the quote because I included that my Appeal was taken partly pursuant to the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act that I feel is important because as Obama even admitted I don't think America's elections should be decided by 'foreign money' or worse 'foreign entities' like Obama himself is to the requirements of a 'natural born Citizen' found in Art. II, Sect. I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. Wow, what a coincidence or miracle I'm citing Obama's speech made in 2010 and he's talking about the 'fun process' eliminating the U.S. Supreme Court would be in Cleveland Ohio in 2015, two days after I've submitted it to U.S. Courts of Law.

The letter written by our first U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Jay to our First President George Washington stated as much. On July 25, 1787, John Jay wrote to George Washington, presiding officer of the Convention:
'Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government, and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.'

Natural born Citizen was expressly made clear as a step above the "Citizen" requirements in comparative likeness to age and time in the U.S. as compared to U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators. Accept for those born at the time of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution who were either not U.S. Born or had one or two foreign parent in which they inherited a foreign national loyalty at birth requiring a naturalization process. In the closest case we have defining the measure at the U.S. Supreme Court level Minor v. Happersett.

At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.

One of the best defenses to this confirming my own stand and defending the assault and recent pimp of Sen. Ted Cruz by two ex-solicitor generals cracked as "The Harvard Law Review the meaning of natural born Citizen" is found here. In a great appreciation for the foreign influence of either a parent or a foreign birth reputable and honorable attorney Mario Apuzzo points out clearly in his Article entitled, “What Do President Obama and Senator Cruz Have In Common? They Are Both Not Natural Born Citizens,", the Naturalization Act of 1790 was repealed with the Naturalization Act of 1795, with the lead of then-Rep. James Madison and with the approval of President George Washington, and specifically changed "shall be considered as natural born citizens" to "shall be considered as citizens of the United States."

That Wong Kim Ark 169 U.S. 649 (1898) and Rogers v. Bellei, 401 U.S. 815 (1971)considered children born out of the United States to U.S. citizen parents to be naturalized by acts of Congress.

As Chief Justice Roger B. Taney wrote in Holmes v. Jennison (1840) as to the importance of every word of the U.S. Constitution:
"In expounding the Constitution of the United States, every word must have its due force, and appropriate meaning; for it is evident from the whole instrument, that no word was unnecessarily used, or needlessly added. 'The purpose of the presidential eligibility requirement was to ensure that those born with a naturally divided allegiance be excluded from ever becoming our commander-in-chief. For this reason, qualification as a natural born Citizen was like a logical AND operational defense; thus one must be one hundred percent exclusively American, both of blood (of two citizen parents) and of dirt (within our territorial jurisdiction).', assuring a two generation period of time of absolute American loyalty unpolluted of any foreign influence.

I like this quote from Paul L Hollrah, "The acid test for those who claim natural born citizenship involves two factors, and two factors alone. The first is “place” and the other is “parentage.” Individuals born in a foreign land, to alien parents, can become “naturalized,” but never “natural born” citizens; “anchor babies” born to one or more non-citizen parents on U.S. soil can be “citizens,” but never “natural born” citizens; and those born anywhere on Earth to one American citizen and one who is not, can be American “citizens” with dual nationality, but never “natural born”

What I really appreciate is the current directions involved and declared at the Homeland Security Site in how and who can claim 'naturalization' from those foreign born but who have at least one parent who is a U.S. Citizen. All of the differing circumstance are discussed and reassert "Citizen" not 'natural born Citizen'. Thus in an effort to 'include' all circumstances they exclude "naturalized" "Citizens" from the Office of the President as naturalized.

Of course those born in the U.S. to alien parents are covered in the naturalization process of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution indicating that "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States." The Supreme Court of the United States affirmed in United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), that the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees citizenship for nearly all individuals born in the country, regardless of their parents' citizenship or immigration status.

In the 'naturalization' process all of the different criteria are mentioned; all of which exclude "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents" again reaffirming the truth about a process of Government we call "naturalization" that is actually foreign to 'natural born Citizens. Anyone who is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents is prohibited (exempt) from the 'naturalization' process. The exclusion is the witness that 'natural born Citizen' is "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" and thus is defining of the requirement asserted for the Office of the President where no foreign influence for two generations is required by birth and parents.

THE CHRISTIAN RESPONSIBILITY TO TRUTH and WHY CHRISTIANS ARE BEING WARNED THEY ARE IN DANGER OF THE WRATH OF GOD IN AMERICA FOR DENYING TRUTH AND EMBRACING THE LIE

Let's discuss a little bit about the broad TRUTH or responsibility of American Christians to stand up for the Truth here in the United States and what that means to us which is totally different than the expectations to uphold truth if you are a Christian in a different Nation, Country, or State that does not have the U.S. Constitution umbrella over it. I think its very important to understand our Truth is not reflective of their Truth when it comes to endorsing the lie of Obama's fraud in a conflict of Truth or opposing Obama's identification fraud in a stand for the Truth.

The paradigm of truth is that it travels faster than light. Truth’s continuum is that the darkness doesn’t comprehend the fragility of existence. The latter is overtaken by the former in a brilliant spectacular action. We witness this every morning as a light switch is flipped, or the dawn chases the night away. Of course darkness has a matter of existence, but it is one of fleeing terror from the light as the lie is overtaken by the truth.

What is the truth? Well it certainly isn’t the darkness in the light, but the light in the darkness that is uncovered. Of course there are many lies told to protect us from a whole bunch of things and to make our experience much better. If you don’t think God has a story to tell you just like the one you told your kids about Santa Clause you probably forgot that you are a child of God’s and his intelligence far surpasses yours.

Tis the unquestionable right of a parent or Father In Heaven to follow a plan or story laid out even as you have done with your children. Of course so many of the elect have fostered the Obama is eligible story that even they believe in Santa Clause and in general believe it is better at this time to let the rest of the children continue to believe Obama is eligible under the United States Constitution as a ‘Citizen’ rather than the specified and required, ‘natural born Citizen’.

Of course they have come up with quite a few stories and myths to protect the legend of Obama but the truth is Obama is not Santa Clause. For those children who might read this under 3rd or 4th grade I’ll stop there and won’t interfere with their parent’s wishes at this time. Cracking that innocence and wonderful belief is sometimes hard on children.
Now for adults who are acting like children the same effect can take place. This is my best guess of making sense of such a lie. Of course we are told there must come a massive cover up so great that even the elect would be deceived. Is there any greater cover up than the entire U.S. Congress’s complete and foolish belief in Obama’s forged and fabricated I.D.’s actually presented to them by law enforcement?

Why would Obama go to such lengths and why would Congress go along? Did we really elect the bottom rung of citizenry in the United States of America that positively could not comprehend a report of law enforcement that states Obama’s long form birth certificate is a fraud as well his draft registration. Does Congress believe, in a moment of hypothesis for instance, that Jesus Christ has returned as Obama without a birth certificate, draft registration, or social security card that was unused by someone else and that in order to benefit all of America, they had to doctor the identifications so Jesus Christ could reign supreme in the body of Obama? Has the Media actually concurred and agreed with this speculation or hypothesis I’ve presented? It appears so.

Let’s go back to that first paragraph I’m sure you’re dying to understand more about because it is a bit of a mind blower. Of all the words I could have documented in a Court of Law Monday, how in the world, why in the world did I choose the ones that Obama spoke in 2010 in the State of the Union Address that he also chose to speak about on Wednesday in Cleveland Ohio?

If you do not believe that is a miracle your no worse off then you were yesterday, but you gotta admit Code’s pinning darts pretty close to the bull’s eye and that light is moving up on the darkness pretty fast. I try very hard to read a chapter in the Scriptures every night. I don’t just skip around I read them one after the other in the bedtime story discipline. Last night I just so happened to begin the book of Revelation.

The Holy Bible Revelation Chapter 1, verse 13-20 was intriguing as it relates to this post and Obama not being Santa Clause and certainly not being Jesus Christ in the reality of proving Congress wrong if they thought so.

“…one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the floor and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire. And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.”

And he said to John, “Fear not; I am the first and the last; I am he that liveth and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

Meant in simpler terms or a summation Jesus might have said, “ I know the whole the story from front to back”. We talk about keys and you might think of the keys to your car or the keys to your house. The car you use to get you from A to B. You open your front door to get inside your home with the right keys. Ever tried to open a car door or fit in the ignition of your car or front door the wrong key? It doesn’t work very well and is especially troublesome when you have an arm load of groceries or something heavy you’re carrying.

I wonder if he’d said, I have the keys to your car and house if that might have rung a bell for you. Of course that might mean something more to you right now then “Hell and Death” or “Heaven and Earth”? My real point is what he was naming was the things that we fear most and he was telling us not to be afraid of those things because he had the keys and we could rely on him. Wow, if you don’t have any friends you always know you have the best one in Jesus.
So if you know the story from beginning to end do you think you know what Obama’s words are going to be two days before he speaks them? Of course you do, and do you think you could recite those to someone else if you wanted to? Of course you could.

Before I leave that subject I do want to say that for what we may go through here on Earth that equates to all the pain, all the misery, all the sorrow, all the losses that we might call “all hell” in our broken hearts Jesus has assured us he has the keys and with that the power to heal us. So whatever you are going through personally in pain and suffering know that God the Father through his Son Jesus Christ delivered the power to heal, to restore, to bring back, and to comfort you no matter what it is and it shall all be done in a matter of time.

I don’t pretend to know what you have gone through as well as I know what I have. Only you could know that, but I certainly know God included you in knowing you like a book he’d read many times. I’ve never professed to hate Obama. I don’t feel that in my heart. I hate some of the things he’s done, but I didn’t like it much when my own 5 year old son tore off the bathroom sink either. I picked it up, fixed it and expressed to him that he not do that again.

There are so many Americans who don’t understand Obama and this whole mess we are in. They don’t understand how he is allowed to persuade and to coax so many and to finance it all with fundraising he himself said on Wednesday he was very good at. When you’re good at something it comes very easy. Obama is very good at lying. It comes very naturally to him. This is why he has been so successful with the public and the press who look at him as if he’s Santa Clause and look at his fabricated birth certificate and draft registration card and stolen social security card as necessary evils in order that darkness triumph.

This is an explanation that exists in the face of criminal evidence brought to one by law enforcement that would be so adamantly and might I add vehemently discarded by the elect. One of the most important elements of Christianity is the element of defending Truth. Jesus Christ in fact died standing tall for the Truth of who he was- The Savior of all men who would repent. His record is having suffered in the Garden of Gethsemane for those sins which caused him to bleed from every pour. This is the foundation of Christianity in confessing sins that Justice might be served.

Jesus paid the price and suffered the sins of those who would repent and call upon his blood in the order that Justice might be served and not perverted. He didn't suffer one drop of blood for those who would not repent or call upon his name for the omission of sins. Jesus warned us that denying truth was in the order of denying him for he was the way, the truth, and the life. John 14:17

The U.S. Congress has all but denied a hearing for the Truth on Obama's Ineligibility. They have doubled down on the lie, refused to in fact hear, or see, or embrace the truth in an Eligibility Trial that evidence of Obama not being a 'natural born Citizen' or qualified might be heard. They have been served many times over the Sheriff Kits provided at no charge to them in 2012 and 2014. They have refused to heed the transcripts of the 10th Amendment CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial in 2010 where a Jury of Twelve ruling in Truth for a clear conscience found Obama was not qualified and was guilty of many offenses of fraud and was ineligible to serve under the U.S. Constitution. I testified under oath in that trial.

You know since we have seen Christians beheaded and torched on fire by ISIS many have made reference to Jesus Christ as one who laid down his life and gave it. Many have made reference to Jesus's acts of Love. Many Jews have not believed in Jesus as the Son of God who came as a medium for humanity to make an offering so that Justice could be satisfied and would not be perverted. Many forget Jesus's defense with a whip upon those who were polluting the temple. They don't believe Jesus was behind God's order of Pharaoh's made in Egypt that specifically was reversed taking every first born Egyptian sparing Israel's first born.

Pharaoh's heart had been hardened so many times through awful plagues and he would not believe just like many do not believe that Jesus Christ was prophesied to come in the meridian of time as a medium to satisfy Justice and that was full filled. Many don't ascribe to thinking that Jesus was the Son of God from the beginning of the story down through Moses till he came to Earth himself, and that he now continues and will still be the Son of God when the story ends. I mention these things to encourage a recognition of how important Justice is. Justice for all in our Pledge of Allegiance does not exclude me as a Presidential Candidate denied Justice of a fair presidential race in 2008 and 2012.

Obama did not win fair and square. He in fact cheated and lied and is enjoying the benefits of that upon the whole USA. This lie wasn't like a promise that somehow he just couldn't meet like "Read my lips ..no new taxes" Bush Sn. This was a lie attached to his very identity and in such his qualification. Those who have defended him have done so viciously accusing those who have stood with me racist in spite of my law suit for the exact same principle against Sen. McCain in 2008.

Obama himself has fed those flames and poured gasoline on them in an effort to pull as many down with him as possible. In fact he has a lot of company now. Couldn't we agree all of Congress has for the most part doubled down and refused the truth that Obama was not a natural born Citizen? What about all the people who voted for Obama? You know 60% of Republicans were reported at one time not to believe Obama was qualified. Its really hard to have 60% of Republicans knowing something is not right and think about 60% of the Democrats not having any idea what that was about.

The truth is something Jesus Christ protected, defended, and advocated for. So if Christians want to believe that Jesus is supporting the lie of Obama they need to remember that Jesus only died for those who would repent. Those who would not there is no Savior for and Justice is going to come down on them with a smoking heat that will prove their worst fears come upon them. Of course Jesus doesn't want that for any of us. He's given us lots of warnings and signs for the Truth and for those who have embraced that of course you have nothing to fear, for the Truth will make and set you Free from the hot flames of Hell and Death that we know Jesus has the keys to now from the verses in Revelation, like your car and your house.

You might say you can't take it with you and you'd be right, but when you get on the other side do you really think you're not gonna want transportation and a heavenly home? If you don't think that's true why are you so possessive with your transportation and home here on Earth? I'm trying to convey to you its very important that you understand exactly what your embracing here. My job is really just to make it clear as a bell and you'd think Obama was seconding the motion with his speech in Cleveland, Ohio yesterday.

The White House insists Congress will play a role, but that the coequal branch of government should only act how and when it's told to act.", when it comes to Iran. Do you think Obama should not be throwing stink bombs or firing Saturday night specials at Congress w Executive Amnesty?

Why not work with Congress in drafting a resolution that in the end might be successful with Congress before drafting with the Islamic Republic of Iran? Perhaps Obama prefers working with terrorist more than his own Countrymen? Or perhaps foreigners are his countrymen over Citizens of the U.S? He does have a fabricated long form Birth Certificate and draft registration that have been apprehended by local law enforcement including every Sheriff in America that you can also get here. Its important to realize Obama's skewed version that really doesn't view Congress as elected by the People.

Tensions between Congress and Obama have grown after Obama's foreign diplomacy was anchored last week by Congress's invitation for Israel P.M. Benjamin Netanyahu to speak on the threat's Israel was facing with ISIS and Iran. The speech was roundly and warmly received by everyone really but Obama and a small contingent of Democratic Party Elected Officials who boycotted the speech.


Investigations are now underway as reported by WND in the U.S. Senate regarding Obama's infiltration into Israel's elections through a $350,000 dollar grant and Obama's own key elected managers given to the State Department jump-boarding in Israel's Election. “Funding” to OneVoice Movement, which is a partner in a get-out-the-vote drive with a newly-formed Israeli political action group calling itself V15 that list the U.S. State Department under Obama as a partner.

'V15, short for Victory 2015, attracted U.S. media attention after it hired 270 Strategies, a consulting firm whose senior leadership is comprised mostly of former top staffers for President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign.'

Obama's Veto pen has largely been taken out due to the recent election of 2014 where the American People trounced and doused the Democratic Party by voting a new majority into the U.S. Senate and further increasing the majority in the U.S. Congress. Recent Obama impalements include vetoing the KeyStone Piple Line Bill which the U.S. Senate failed to override March 4th,2015.

Gasoline was poured on the Congress by Obama's Executive Amnesty Veto threat, in the in-vitro-fit of Obama telling a U.S. Federal Court Judge he had no power to stop him.

Recently the U.S. Senate caved to a Crominbus spending bill that hinged on a defunding of Homeland Security. When it came down to it the spending bill the U.S. Senate surrendered to Obama, and many of the U.S. Senators didn't care for that much. This led to even Sen. McCain supporting and defending his joining the 46 Senators who signed the letter organized by Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark. to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

I'm actually really happy Sen. McCain and I could agree on something as I was tasked by conscience to suing him in 2008 because he had a native born citizenship to Panama which in my opinion precluded his run for U.S. President in 2008. See Judy. v. McCain. McCain said as reported by AZ Central, "I signed that letter, and I believe that it is a direct result of the president's statement that he would veto any role that the United States Congress should play in the ratification or non-ratification of a pending agreement. And that is what triggered the letter from Senator Cotton, and that's why I stand by it."

THE SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL

The letter fired off Saturday Night Style by White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough for Obama while admitting Congress was a coequal Branch of the Government basically told them they didn't come first which gives us a little insight into Obama's mind when it comes to equality. Its all good as long as he comes first.

After reading the letter, I thought Obama's strategy for Iran was very evident. He wishes to make a deal then politically hammer it home in the public and make Congress look silly if they reject it. This is how Obama has worked for a long time, but it may be one of the first times that Obama is in fact acting on the defense side of an action of Congress simply informing the Islamic Republic of Iran that they need to be mindful that Obama is not King indefinite and his lame duck last two years is really that of an incapacitated carnival barker that literally any rogue terrorist organization can summon for a nickle, including their rival gang for power ISIS. Armed by Obama's with draw without bringing our weapons home and assisted by Obama's training camps, the Iraq Dirty Brigades armed and trained under Obama now committing mayhem upon civilians and being investigated for war-crimes.

Indeed, Obama seems bent on arming ISIS, Iraq, and Iran with automatic weapons ( look at the pictures!) while at the same time he is disarming Americans. If you take a look at the weapons Obama chose to leave in Iraq you'd see Democrats profusely confused and scratching their heads about Eric Holder calling for Ferguson police to be dis-armed and the recent action causing a shock wave of 80,000 AR-15 rifle and ammunition enthusiast to come out of the woodwork against proposals that would have set a precedent for all rifle ammo.

Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, said he is “pleased that the Obama administration has abandoned its attack on the Second Amendment.”

Indeed, Americans were told and sold, "They could keep their Doctor", and that the 10 Trillion spent on Obama's watch was a reduction in the deficit. We were also told when Obama was campaigning he would include the Congress in making decisions rather than pummel Congress by executive action and veto. You might recall Obama's also retelling the story about not knowing in advance about Benghazi and the assassination of Ambassador Stephens, Foreign Service Information Officer Sean Smith, and CIA contractors and former Navy SEALS Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty during the terrorist raids , and blaming the youtube video on the death of our Americans? Also that his Administration would be the most 'transparent' in history. Remember "Fast and Furious was a field initiative started by the prior administration" that led to American Border Patrol agent Brian Terry's assassination and of course "not even a smidgen of corruption".

If that's not a good reason for the U.S. Senate to send a letter informing Iran of a fundamental American disagreement between equal houses of power and understanding the trust they can have with Obama is on par with American's Trust that has been shattered time and time again with his lies, I only wonder why the other U.S. Senators withheld their agreement and didn't sign the letter free hand.

I also wonder why the whole U.S. Senate doesn't open up an investigation Eligibility Trial upon Obama for his ineligibility as a non-natural born Citizen required for the Office of the President by the Constitution with the mountain of evidence that exist against him before he gets us in a whole lot more trouble with our allies then we ever bargained for with his disastrous and dangerous foreign policy sympathizing with terrorist and interfering with foreign elections.

There has been a volume written on Hillary Clinton's partial release of emails, but at the heart of the issue as the people see it is the "Deterioration of Trust". We along with Hillary agree in hind site it would have been better to use two different devices: one for work, and one for personal. It wasn't too much to expect with a job so important as Secretary of State that is of course dealing with sensitive issues and top secret material on a daily basis.

My feelings are that in any discrepancy like this Hillary's Choice not to use two devices in hind site, should not be the American Peoples loss. Indeed, Hillary was in that office when the Government seized upon General Petraeus's Scandal. As it happened in that, when he wouldn't tow the line, this information became public very fast by the FBI. They knew he and is fling were using the same email account. He would leave a draft email she then would log on and find and visa-a-versa to communicate.

This type of collaboration could very easily have been happening just as easily with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton but she insist that we are understanding and trusting of her judgement to throw away and delete personal emails from Government Emails. Her choice to involve her personal email server in Government work is tantamount to losing her privacy in the concerns of treason.

In fact, we also have her in Office admitting the Clinton Foundation has taken money deemed unethical by the Obama Administration from Foreign Nations. The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments having a dispute with the U.S. It was intended to prevent the undermining of the government's position and destroying evidence of her Family's Foundation while she's in office when it involves foreign nations is something we should TRUST was not done especially given the revealed donations and contributions of foreign nations deemed unethical by her boss at the time Obama.

Wednesday, the Republican National Committee released a biting video of Obama stating foreign money was "a threat to our democracy." and Mrs. Clinton was standing and smiling next to a few Middle East Leaders. March 7th was the Saturday before and former President Bill Clinton was defending 'their' acceptance of and resuming of foreign funds.

He said being interviewed by comedian Larry Wilmore, "“We do get money from other countries and some of them are in the Middle East,” he said. “For example, the U.A.E. gave us money. Do we agree with everything they do? No, but they are helping us fight ISIS, and they built a great university with NYU.” Similarly, he said, “Do I agree with all the foreign policy of Saudi Arabia? No.” But he said that country is making advances in education for women and girls."

This is tantamount to admitting their Foundation was involved in a Foreign War and the treasury was being built up for it. How does that preclude the Clinton's out of office from the Logan Act violations? There were some foreign donations accepted while she was Secretary of State and it is hard to believe that these contributions don't have an email trail leading directly to Clinton's Email Server.

An erosion of trust has taken place with the circumstantial evidence involving highly classified material and our Governments position in foreign affairs. As the dollars to run for President are gobbled up by folks who are actually either not qualified for President like Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio as Obama did in the 2008 and 2012 elections, are we to assume no finance what-so-ever has taken place for a Hillary Clinton run at the Office of the President?

As readily as oil and a stash of cash is sold, the evidence points to American Elections coming dangerously close to being financed by foreign money and in that process a huge disparity exist towards Candidates not positioned as closely as Mrs. Clinton is to it as well as a compromise of our American Republic.

"If any person or persons, owing allegiance to the United States of America, shall levy war against them, or shall adhere to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States, or elsewhere, and shall be thereof convicted on confession in open Court, or on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act of the treason whereof he or they shall stand indicted, such person or persons shall be adjudged guilty of treason against the United States, and SHALL SUFFER DEATH; and that if any person or persons, having knowledge of the commission of any of the treasons aforesaid, shall conceal, and not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President of the United States, or some one of the Judges thereof, or to the President or Governor of a particular State, or some one of the Judges or Justices thereof, such person or persons, on conviction, shall be adjudged guilty of misprision of treason, and shall be imprisoned not exceeding seven years, and fined not exceeding one thousand dollars."

This is not just about Hillary's Email, involvement with foreign contributions, or running a shadow war. The suggestion that Hillary is protecting herself from Obama in what she calls her choice in hind sight that would have better served the American Public with one phone for Government and one for her Personal Use, is Hillary Clinton may have information on that server that holds Obama as ineligible in the Office of the President. Remember, she was one of the original Birthers? Now if that proves to be the case and she has not confided it to a Judge as I've asked her to write an Amicus Curiae several times in Tweets to her reported on this blog, then she makes herself very vulnerable to the follow up: Whomever "Shall conceal, and not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known to one of the Judges of the United States shall be adjudged guilty of misprision of treason"

Its no secret Bill Clinton was reported as stating Barack Obama was not eligible to serve as President and that they would release evidence to this when the time was right.

This article was fantastic! "So by way of our passiveness and ignorance, we permitted them to soldier our children, dumbing them down to become either passive compliants like ourselves, or evangelists for Marxism with no critical thinking skills to protect themselves or our union.", Nailed it!

As the only Presidential Candidate in America on record in U.S. Federal Courts , with a bi-partisan stand against Sen. McCain, and Sen. Obama in '08, '12,'13,'14 , the latest 14-4136 U.S. Tenth Circuit , for the 'natural born Citizen' qualification (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) , you can't imagine the sadness I feel for being so totally ignored by Conservatives about such a vitally important subject principle for the safety and interest of our children in national security.

I'm so heart broken at the seeming non-chalance and lack of Courage from groups like CLC, and CPAC for this antibiotic of division and racism in our Country based so incongruently on the fact I have not been elected before.
The qualifications for President do not include being elected to lower offices first like Gov. Scott Walker, nor do they include being economically rich like Dr. Carson which I think showed amazing Trust by our Framers and Founders in looking at the heart rather than the outward appearances.

The articles here at PolitiChics I think are outstanding and I admire the Editor and my FB Friend Ann Marie Murrell. I read them with joy in my heart for Freedom and Liberty, but also with a tear of sadness in the requisite state of our Nation, and the abandoned critically important Principle outlined in our Constitution regarding the great amount of work I've done and taken a stand for.

This site provides an excellent vision of why the Democratic Party is failing. In just the last 4 articles that is very clear, but I do fear the Republicans might be wasting the last Golden Opportunity in not calling for congressional hearings on the Ineligibility of Barack Obama.

As conservative principles go, it is difficult to find a deeper rooted one than the National Security fence of the two generation American loyalty clause unique to the Office of the President understood as "natural born Citizen".
No central feature of our Constitution over-run points so clearly to a poress border, socialist takeover of health care, great piracy on the treasury, an escalation of arming ISIS, Leaving weapons behind in Iraq, a treatise with Iran and works terror organizations whilst at the same time a Domestic triangulation of ammunition, and a erroneous tax payer finance of a Country within a Country.

It is true, Birthers haven't won anything. I know that the fight has been long, hard, and drought stricken in finance. However, the Principle is very strong! It is deep rooted and clearly R's and D's feel it too disastrous to uphold. The consequence of not upholding it though appears rooted in the demise of our Nation!
Racism has been the Claim for not upholding it, but that is only as good as keeping me swept under the carpet because I have standing as a Pres. Candidate and sued McCain first in Las Vegas NV, U.S. District Court.

How can my stand against Obama be called Racist? It can't! Yet, no one will write about it, no one will have me speak about it. Being too BIG to Fail? Having so many implicated in corrupt government practices or inaction.. Excuse .. Obfuscation.. doesn't necessarily mean the Country will not topple because 1 persons stand for Justice was swept under the carpet, but we sure are seeing 1 persons tactic of nefarious intent for our Country demonize and ruin it.

If 1 person can do so much damage, why can't 1 person do so much good? All the damage Obama does only provides more evidence to me how important the qualification principle of natural born Citizen is and was-Divinely inspired .
While R's hypothesize on how to undo what Obama has done, but deny the Power of the Divinely Inspired, how successful do you think God will let them be? In terms familiar to Christians, that's like acknowledging a form of godliness but denying the Power.

Its a gamble and bad bet to underestimate Obama and the ability of Republicans short of an Ineligibility impeachment Trial to stop him. Caught up in the devils trap refusing to call upon God for deliverance doesn't make a bit of scence. The outcome is also being over come.

With regards to People "hoping" that something in the Courts was not affected by what is happening outside the Courts, it is a real difficult balance to say that 'things happening outside the Court do not affect the justice happening inside the Courts. As an example of this I often quote the U.S. Supreme Court Decision that slavery was tolerable in Dred Scott v. Sandford .

I cite this case to help people understand how valuable their support is and how the Courts do look to what's happening in society to base many of their crucial decisions. Of course no Court of Law has entertained a single hearing in my cases of ineligibility. In deed Justice Thomas has said in open Congressional Testimony the Court is 'avoiding' the eligibility requirement under the Obama Administration.

We had millions of people in Washington DC, in fact the largest gathering protest seen in the DC Mall history with conservatives regarding TARP, but the support for a Candidate with standing who sued both McCain and Obama so as to prevail the 'racist' tag by the leftist mainstream media has been minuscule. It has clearly been as if once you got in Court people just hoped their support was not necessary because they had no part in the formulation of Justice.

Nothing could be further from the Truth in fact Justice is often and has been decided by the mob in retrospect of Obama's Reign. He did not 'earn' the position 'fair and square', he was 'given' it. Its been kind of a might-is-right mentality for a minority as if our Constitution had no respect for "individual rights". This has been a very dangerous road to travel for it is the road of discrimination towards race, gender, and of course our Constitutional Rights.

While I can only do so much there is a lot left for you to do. Our fear is shared when we see almost on a regular basis another unprecedented power grab by the Obama Administration thought previously untouchable. The play card of Republicans has been a disaster and while it may have translated into more offices won it has not translated into Principles Won but rather politics unified with the Democratic Party.

The change we need is a positive push for TRIAL on these issues as it relates to Obama's ineligibility. The implications of not doing so is basically rewarding Obama with a resolve to destroy the Country in his transformation. This is why we desperately need a restoration but it magically happening in Court is a hail Mary pass. Without the support of Patriots, it has more of a chance to fail then it does of success which is again why your support is vital in so many ways. There is a limited amount of time left to Appeal the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Decision en banc, and much less of a chance in the U.S. Supreme Court without a resolve to support this from conservatives across the Nation. The Choice or ball seems to be in your corner. I'm willing only if your willing, otherwise its not going to get done.

The other political move Hillary Clinton actually has in play is to support such a Campaign in Court. This would bring Democratic party Birthers out of the walls and closets. It is rumored Hillary Clinton is centrist in the Democratic ideals field and Obama does not fancy her taking over the helm because it does not fit his far left agenda. With that rumor is another she is under no less then six investigations instigated by Obama operatives leaking information to the press. If Hillary decides to fight back she may well beat Republicans to the punch and be seen as the Civil Rights Hero saving America from the grips of an unlawful unqualified ineligible person in the White House.

The lack of Conservative Support only increases the likelihood of that happening and is a huge gamble by the Republican Party with many more potential presidential candidates unqualified and ineligible than the Democratic Party in Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Marco Rubio. Democrats might only suffer one while Republicans have a flurry of young and vivacious men who would be the young elephants run over with a Democratic Party Stand on Art. II, Sect. I, Clause 5 defining qualifications for the Office of the President.

BREAKING NEWS: JUDY V. OBAMA et.al., 14-4136 RESULTS OF POLL JUST CAME IN UPDATE POST


As PROMISED: ,I said I would keep you updated as things happen and discuss my case in more detail as we find out what the Court's decision is. I received this ORDER from the Court last night about 6pm. The results of the Poll taken by the Court on a rehearing consideration was negative America. The same Court that has honored individual rights for each American to 'marry' has rejected the petition for every American to have the same applications of qualifications applied when it comes to the qualifications for the Office of the President in this Rehearing En Banc.

This is a deeply upsetting and nefarious discrimination and outrage America upon all of our rights. Today, the Court handed down a poll that said they were not interested in equal rights under the law. A decision that said Obama is an exception and Cody's rights do not count. This is a decision that we would equate to turning back the clock and seeing the Court adopt acceptable forms of slavery based on color. Its a day when we see the Court rolling the rights back that so many Civil Rights Leaders have fought and bled and born the stripes. A sad day for those celebrating in Selma and a reminder of the fight that still needs to be fought.

A day has come to the Court Steps that the full Court has adopted 'elite' babies and rejected those 'poor' ones in an economical and judicial hypocritical nazi eugenics outrage! The Court practice of engaging 'Individual rights' in the same behavior or activity to proceed in marriage but that deny to me the same practices in which to run a fair race for the Office of the Presidency for which they have criticized me in their adoption of hypocrisy is staggering to the Civil Mind.

The Court has repelled the advise of the United States Supreme Court that a 'natural born Citizen' was 'born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents' so advised in Minor v. Happersett and invited the reinstitution of slavery upon the heads of every minority person standing in the welfare line with such sullied discrimination. It truly is a sad day for Equal Justice in America and I just don't know if America sees what is happening or gets it? Evan those opposed to me as a Candidate for President ought to be concerned and at the very least sustaining the Constitutional Qualifications for the Office of the President be applied equally to all Americans according to the Constitutions obvious and acknowledged responsibilities to that office.

PAINTING THE HEART OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT IN THE U.S. CONSTITUTION

There was great commotion in what was known as The Great Hall as The Assembly that had been called was gathering. The Hall in brief consisted of some sixty rows of seats in height in an ‘L’ shape facing the speaking podium. When speaking to the hall the speakers back faced the near three stories of glass that rose behind him. Interest and speculations were being discussed as to the details of such. As odd as it was, even the great ones who were honored in the Hall from many different generations did not know. This “little known” only heightened the enthusiastic atmosphere. What was known by all, was the “Who” that was scheduled for the address. Every Christians eyes turned when The Lord and King Jesus Christ spoke.

His advocacy was like a deadly two edged sword and those who challenged him did so with their soul and utter existence on the line for he gave nothing less then what was expected. You could not presume him to put his soul on the line and then in challenging him expect to put half of yours up. His wisdom and understanding had surpassed everyone’s and time and time again he had proven to know what was best. All of the honored knew, for the United States, the Supreme Law of the Land was the U.S. Constitution; divinely inspired.

How could anyone forget the time David had been chosen out of his seven brothers? Samuel the Prophet sent by the Lord to find which of all the sons of Jesse the Lord had chosen. Even the Prophet was puzzled when none of the seven were chosen that were before them. He was utterly bewildered as was Jesse when the Lord submitted: “Look not on his countenance or on his height of his stature; because I have refused him; for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.”, long before David slew Goliath with a stone from his sling while all the armies of Saul had trembled at the site of the Giant. One might have wondered why the Lord just didn’t tell Samuel, “Hey this guy’s name is David and he’s the little one out herding the goats.”

Had something changed in 2500 years? Sometimes it’s not exactly easy to figure things as a student of the Lord. Why should the Lord deny Samuel the opportunity to learn a lesson at the same time? The story simply illustrates a point I would like to make. Often and so many times the world does not see as the Lord sees even though the world is actually taking part in the production. Like being in a play or a movie you don’t know you’re in. Of course you know your part and what you’ve done, but you don’t often see how that fits in to the big picture or story. And this is the challenge for you.

How does what you “do” and the part you’re playing fit into the big picture? How do you feel about that? And is there anything you’d like to do better? There is nothing insignificant about your achievements. They are to be honored as your life story. We for the most part know our story best, and while it might be seen as insignificant by others, the Lord looketh on the heart and considers things that the world does not take into account. So what are the things you are doing that the world doesn’t see that the Lord might be seeing more clearly and how big of a shock is that to the world?

THE MEDIA TODAY

It’s a wonderful life. You only get one that we actually understand now; one body plus one spirit equals one soul. Yesterday I wrote a note to Greta Van Susteren, American commentator and television personality on the Fox News Channel. Many might not know she’s a former criminal defense and civil trial lawyer. The occasion was actually a post I received of her’s from a friend to post on my FB Wall that basically was politically advocating in a type of campaign a transparency from the Obama Administration regarding Iran’s nuclear stage.

The reason for the campaign was so American’s could just be informed on the matter. With intelligence comes ability for Americans to influence their own Representatives and Senators. The results are accountability to the people. I understood her point very well. If our U.S. Government is in the mode of “We know Best” all the time and won’t inform us, and Iran decides to strap a nuke to an intercontinental ballistic missile and fire away at say New York City you got eight million American Citizens who are going to be wiped out one morning that didn’t really have a say in the matter as it was developing.

Who knows what could have been done different? Generally speaking Americans are pretty hot about Benghazi going down the way it did as our Government Officials sat on their hands, watched, and blamed a YouTube Video for weeks afterwards. Americans find it hard to believe that they can’t make a good decision when they are presented with all the facts. The problem is when all the facts are not understood or in the unknown factor when something very important is on the line.

As a citizen, I want the straight story -- enough of this nod and wink, leaks stuff etc. fueling endless wild discussion by all. The American people should be told exactly what the US govt knows about the Iranian nuclear weapons program. Why should that be classified? What is the big secret? The US Govt can protect sources and still disclose the facts to the American people. And if there is a solid reason not to give us the complete straight story and now -- our leaders should be frank and tell us that and back that up with a convincing argument. We are not getting the facts (the nitty gritty) nor are we getting a convincing argument why we should not have them.

And why do I care? Because the issue of Iran and nuclear weapons is very important to the world and to the United States. For many, this is about survival and for all, it is about changing the world as we know it.
Without facts, we are all flying blind talking about it and that makes it impossible, in our role as good citizens, to encourage our leaders to do or not do something on behalf of us. Some leaders are even dismissive of us and what we want and hope because we citizens are not in the know. The "we know better" attitude.

Enough of the government's "trust us" mantra - I don't buy that anymore. We need to know ourselves so that we citizens can participate in the stewardship of our government.

I want the straight story now - whatever it is. I can handle it. You can, too. What we can't handle is being played by our government. Enough of the "trust us" -- I want the "tell us."]
A MESSAGE TO Greta-, Thanks for the post.(Referring to her request to post Alarm of U.S. Gov't knowledge about Iran in “they know best” mentality)

I would like to say more and more the press is seeing the harvest of not vetting Obama, and not standing for the common knowledge that the Office of the President not be vested in any foreign alienship for two generations- natural born Citizen ( Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents). This should be looked at simply as an age qualification that includes two foreign free generations by birth and parents.

Wise qualifications have protected generations of Americans and FOX has dropped the ball as much as any of the others and allowed Obama a pass.

It wasn't a pass of principle but a pass of division as the race card has been continually played. What's not fair about that and Why is it proved a Discrimination?

Well, as a Candidate for Pres in '08 and '12 I sued McCain first and then Obama - Records in U.S. Fed. Court. I have standing. I have a Civil Right to expect and demand candidates in the race are fairly and equally qualified according to the Constitution. It’s simple.

While I have continually had this in front of Courts requiring a monumental effort, the Media through not reporting it has kept and encouraged the Government's position in "We know Best" , now seen as a (the) problem to you as Press.

You are politically, through this post trying to get a story on what the Government knows through public support, but at the same time allowing them the right to hide it by not holding them accountable to what we even now know. What sense does that make?

Please, there a BIGGER STORY here Greta than Iran, and telling that story might spark the fire that protects Americans from the secrecy of which you now are so alarmed by in Nukes to Iran.

One comment I remember from someone was “She’s a paid actress”. I thought that was a rough one for Greta to digest coming from her background in criminal defense as civil trial lawyer and George Town University Law Center schooling JD. I actually defended Greta when I saw that comment.

Who can deny Obama has been given a pass by the Media, including the FOX News Network Greta works for? It’s very hard to see Greta pine for transparency from an administration she’s left covered in secrecy and ineligibility. I mean isn’t that story big enough Greta, or, are you like the reporter that only wants the BIG story she can’t have, rather than the BIG one she’s been given?

Why Greta would you even expect accountability towards transparency in and from a person in the Office of the President who did not win and was never elected by the demanding statutes afforded in our U.S. Constitution’s Art. II, Sect. I, Clause 5? Obama is not a natural born Citizen. You know it, he knows it, and we all know it. This is the BIGGEST STORY or elephant in the room. Reporters in history only dare to dream of such a big story to report.

Greta has had experience in defending people in criminal proceedings she didn’t necessarily agree with. That’s the job of a Defense Lawyer in many instances. Defending someone you know is guilty because you’re given or assigned that job. She knows and understands that side of law. Greta defended Kelvin D. Smith (No. 86-393) in a murder case in which he and others caused the death of Catherine Fuller by inserting a metal pipe eleven inches into her rectum in the course of a kidnapping and Robbery. You might think being a journalist was a little different than being in the Court room though and the ability to tell both sides of a story was given more latitude.

This hasn’t been the case when it comes to Barack Obama’s ineligibility no Court in the Judicial Branch or Legislative Branch has even heard. Of course I’m very familiar with those battles in Court having my name on not less than ten of them. So many people scoff at the ‘loss’ of all these cases and I have to think are they cases that represent a good cause?

Many a soldier has died on the battlefield fighting a battle he was just a small part of. He wonders at who wins and who loses and hopes he at least was fighting for good. He hopes his sacrifices were not in vein. He deliberates on being wounded in battles that were lost. Do those losses on the battlefield and the wounds received in those battles receive no honor? Do we only honor men with medals in battles that were won? Of course not; many heroic deeds and actions occur in losing battles the same as battles that are won. We honor the soldiers who report the actions on the field of battle.

Our national interest and vital protection requires a standing army and we honor those men and women serving our military and decorate them according to circumstances and deeds. How many military men and women would you say would fight to save the President of the United States life if he were on the battlefield himself if they were put in that situation and circumstance?

The honor of the Office of the Presidency is defined in terms within our U.S. Constitution as heading the Executive Branch, being Commander-In-Chief of the U.S. Military, carrying out the duties of the President, and preserving, defending, and protecting the U.S. Constitution. Many don’t know the important differences between enlisted men and the President’s Oath in regards to the U.S. Constitution.

For enlisted men that part reads and by the way is the same for U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators:
“I _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..”

For the President that part reads: “…and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The differences are in the words, “Support and Defend” and “Preserve, Protect, and Defend”. The obligation is much heavier for those in the Office of the President to ‘protect’ and ‘preserve’ the U.S. Constitution. It’s a very difficult job and what’s worse is when someone’s in the office that actually represents subversion and a perversion of the actual qualifications for the Office in the Constitution.

That fight and battle is not even being valued by the Main Stream Media or MSM. In fact, they are on the opposite side of the battle with a degrading term for those who fight that battle called “Birthers”. U.S. Senator Rand Paul runs from the term declaring “I’m not a Birther”. The interesting part of the protections the U.S. Constitution has inherently written in it which has served many generations well is that age particular to American service requirement in the ‘natural born Citizen’- Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

This does not represent a discrimination of any kind. It represents a time honored qualification of American loyalty. I often look at it as a two generation time requirement. Let’s say your parents are Citizens when you’re born and they each 25 years old then it takes you another 35 years to run for President. That’s a combined total of 85 years and really represents kind of a minimum. We’ve never had a President who was 35 years old. Looks look at Ronald Reagan’s age requirement as a natural born Citizen across two generations.

He was born in 1911 his mother was 28 years old a U.S. Citizen at his birth. His father was the same age 28 years old, for a combined age represented in 28+28=56. President Ronald Reagan became president at 69 and his age at plus the combined age of his parents represented 69+56 = 125 years of American loyalty after his birth in the United States. This is how you figure a two generation buffer from any kind of alienship or foreign influence especially considering the Office of the President which is the only office to have such a qualification. No foreign Depot lives 125 years so it’s a natural protector from first generation Americans that could very possibly hold foreign sympathies.

Obama seems to me the epitomic of foreign sympathies and the six years he’s been in office has been a great test for Americans half of which voted for him either not understanding or not knowing he was not a ‘natural born Citizen’. With an assault on the Office of the President only Presidential Candidates had standing to take this to Court hoping the Judicial Branch would at least hear the case. I also took McCain before Obama to Court who also was not ‘Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’ holding both Republicans and Democrats accountable in the national security defense of the Office.

If you translated and honored ever battle I’ve lost in Court with medals like you would an enlisted man in uniform in the military, my uniform and decoration might look something like this, but the world doesn’t see this. They look differently at these things much like Samuel did looking at size and stature rather than heart.

The most vulnerable position in our Government is that of the Office of the President. The reason is because of all the power one man has. In the House of Representatives power is split into 435 positions. The U.S. Senate is split into 100 positions. Those positions encapsulate whole bodies that have to act in a majority within the Legislative Body. The Judicial Branch is split in many more Courts and Judges then even the Legislative Body. Appellant Courts like U.S. Circuit Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court have more than one Judge or a panel of Judges encapsulating their movements. The President’s position has no such restrictions and that was necessary especially in the absolute formation and readiness of a defense when a body of men cannot begin to come together in time to make a defense. One man's Orders are much appreciated in such times.

Paint the picture that God is seeing in you. Deliver it for others to see. In a reflection of Matt. 5:16 Let your Light so Shine that others might see your good works and glorify your Father which is heaven. I may have lost ten court battles but it is a fool’s errand to say that those battles haven’t been fought on the right or sound side of our national security interest or the U.S. Constitution’s provision and I am the only Candidate for President in America bringing the issue to U.S. Federal Court for both Parties. The honor is mine, in the service of my Country so help me God.
