Michael has earned respect in the intelligence community for his analysis of previously unacknowledged post WWII covert operations against the West by organisations based in Washington, Munich, Paris and Brussels and which are continuing in post 9-11. ) "reported Obama's purported mom was not pregnant in 1961 and that Obama was born in Kenya in 1960. He said Kenya was under British intelligence files and that Obama's father ran guns for the Mau Mau. He then dropped a bombshell claiming the CIA did covert DNA testing on Obama at a fundraising dinner and the test came back with no match to the claimed grandparents. Shrimpton said Rudy Giuliani's people knew and sat on the intelligence and further stated he spoke with Hillary Clinton's people and that they were quite interested."

The above is reported as not being apart of the Cold Case Posse Report and findings I submitted in Judy v. Obama in the United States Supreme Court Case Judy v. Obama 12-5276, nor what is to be further released in March 2014.

Megyn's got a good point, whose going to enforce a Judge's order when the Executive Branch is the enforcer., which is why Republicans' can't go half way on this, if they are going to do it, they need to hold Obama to Art. 2, Sect 1.Clause 5 and submit the evidence I have to U.S.S.C Judy v. Obama 12-5276, that includes Obama handing out a professional criminal investigated fraudulent long form birth certificate to the White House Press Core May 2012, Obama's mis-match on social security number, and the evidence of his draft registration being fabricated with a false stamp. If Obama is using every tool available to him, and Congress won't use an "disability impeachment proceeding" according to Amend 14, Sec 3, isn't The House also picking and choosing what laws Obama can get away with and which he can't get away with according to their whims? I have offered my testimony to them because I sued McCain and Obama in 2008, and 2012 as a D Candidate for President, so Megyn don't call me a racist, I stood for the principle and the qualification of the Office of the President regardless of party. Republicans' are wanting it both ways if they can pick and choose just like Obama wants to- We're not fooled. I spoke directly to not one but two of Rep. I mean how much more can the American People stand of this? Are we not really seeing Republicans totally approve of Obama's fraud, forgery, and deceit in his identity documents understood as his long form birth certificate which is proven by law enforcement officials to have been a forgery or fabrication, seeing Republicans give Obama a pass on his mis-matched social security number assigned to someone else, and seeing Republicans give Obama a pass on his draft registration which has a fraudulent dated stamp on it?
Are we really seeing Republicans recognizing ALL OF THE ABOVE, and not holding Obama accountable yet holding hearings on Obama's over-reach as Rep. Tom Rice explains in his S.T.O.P Resolution with 111 co-sponsors?
The President has repeatedly ignored this Constitutionally-mandated duty, to include:
His one-year extension of the “substandard” insurance policies.
His one-year delay in Obamacare’s employer mandate.
Granting deferred removal action to illegal immigrants.
His waiver of the welfare work requirement under TANF.
Okay, combine the grievance of all four claims and add them up, are they half has bad, are they a quarter as bad, are they a tenth as bad as Obama's long form fabrication presented to the American public who voted for some Barry Soetoro and didn't even know it?
How many people are involved in the deception of Obama's long form fabrication? Oh, let's see, every single American who voted for him obviously hadnt a clue to the deception, and every single American citizen who didn't vote for him probably would have liked to see their guy in the White House instead right?
"All of America', Republicans, that's whose been hurt by this usurpation. Please if your going to do anything don't make a mockery of the Constitution by picking and choosing what "parts" of it your going to hold Obama accountable to and sweep under the carpet the qualifications for the Office of the President held in Art. 2, Sect.1, Clause 5, while you try and spot light the fact he hasn't "faithfully executed the laws" according to Art. 2, Sec 3.
I mean what do you expect Obama to do when your reading past the qualifications section "for" him, and stopping and pausing at this section? He's laughing at you!
The abrogated irony of your holding him to the requirements of the Constitution to faithfully execute the laws you pass, is twisted by your conclusions that you even expect a usurper, who you won't otherwise rein in by the facts he's not qualified for the very office mentioned only two sections back, is the hyped champion of dysfunctionality.
However, I do applaud your efforts to at least investigate the fact that if the House brought a suit against Obama, managed standing with the resolution, through the Judicial process in the Judicial Branch that according to my own time-table of having to drag Obama through that same process to the United States Supreme Court from 2008-2013, your might get dismissed by the fact that Obama hasn't been in office for over two years in 2018.
Now if your going to do this, and your really intent on the Constitution over-reach then why not have a hearing on his eligibility or include that in this resolution H.B.442? The House has every right to hold Obama accountable to the Constitution and to hold "Disability Impeachment Proceedings" that then can be sent to the U.S. Senate. Whose to say their isn't a few Democrats who don't want to go down with Obama as being of defending the biggest fraud in American history?

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more then a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.
Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits (Get Yours Free Here) contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Obama.
Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.
If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
