Part III. Obama/ Holder FED's OPEN FIRE on Utah Governor's Declaration to State Agencies to HAULT 1300 SAME-SEX Marriages

The great shake-up continued in Utah today with the same-sex marriage war as Attorney General Eric Holder under the executive hand of Obama at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue representing the Federal Government just said the 1300 marriages performed, that the Governor of Utah stated yesterday would not be recognized by his state agencies, would be recognized by the Federal Government. Rush Limbaugh just featured it on his show comparing the Feds engaging in executive orders of this kind, like Obama would, basically waving a magic wond saying the Governors words in his own state should be “moot”. The Governors of the individual States represent the executive branch of the State, as Obama represents the executive branch of the Federal Government and typically it falls on the executive branch to be the “enforcer of the law” while the Judicial Branch represents the “interpetation” of the law and the legislative branch represents the “law makers”.

Jan 8th,2014, the State Representative LaVar Christensen, original sponsor of Utah's Amendment 3 that actually became part of Utah's Constitution Rod Arquette show made the argument that Utah’s Referendum passed in 2004 declaring “marriage” to be only between a man and women was simply an insurance policy of the inalienable rights assured under the laws of nature that God had given as was previously discussed in Part I and Part II of this saga.

That the ‘marriage’ statute of the State was not given by man, but was a right given by God was the argument Utah State Rep. Christensen made, basically stating it was well within the State's right to legislate morality and it did. He mentioned the Creator in the Declaration of Independence, "Under God" in the pledge of allegiance as examples of our Nation being a Christian centered nation with the laws of morality coming as inalienable rights. Of course the Constitution says very little about “married couples”, but says a whole lot about protecting ‘individual rights’ regardless of race, color, or previous conditions of servitude.

Citizen(s) is/are determined to be those born or naturalized in the United States, which takes ‘gender’ out of the discrimination line ,Amendment 19, and it does say in Amendment 14, Sect 1. , that “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protections of the laws.” The protections of the laws or benefits to ‘married couples’ then must be equally accessible to every citizen without a bias of religion or gender. “Marriage” of course has nothing to do with the rights of procreation under inalienable rights. God has granted the rights of a women to get pregnant within a marriage contract or without, which we then would ascribe as a ‘natural law’ verses say a state statute of marriage.

The word “Marriage” has been used for thousands of years to describe a union of a man and women where the wife would represent the female part of that marriage, however, concubine also goes back thousands of years to describe a union of a man and a women as in Abraham’s time in the Bible as the the legislature brought the “moral” aspect of the Biblical Christian nature of our nation was founded upon into his interview with Mr. Arquette.

As I’ve listened to Rod Arquette on his shows about this issue, as he has admitted himself, this issue is to him about like stuffing a whole chicken down his throat with the feathers on. He is compassionate to all people, but really guards that word “marriage” to be only used by a man and a women. There is nothing however in the words “Same-Sex Marriage” that is shared with “Hetrosexual Marriage” accept the word “marriage”. Sodomy, Adultry, Fornication, and intercourse all share in their communication or understanding the word “Sex” depending upon who’s saying it to whom. The abbreviation of the word Book Of Mormon (B.O.M) does not infringe upon the word BOMB. The point of course is it wouldn't be the first time the State of Utah as represented by authorities was wrong, mistaken, or in other words had just hooked up the cinch to the bridle of the horse. Yeah, it doesn't go there.

If you were anti-mormon you could say the B.O.M. was a flop or wasn’t considered a cannon in your religious opinon, or if you were mormon you might say the B.O.M. was dynomite in your opinion and argue it was a cannon of religion. Of course if this were argued in a church meeting the factual evidence would declare the truth, but you have to understand the State of Utah has in more then one instance denied facts like these and in a completely dillusional state of mind incarcerated a person(s) before, for over eight years.

In the 9th Century BC the prophet Elijah proposes a direct test of the powers of Baal and Yahweh. The people of Israel, 450 prophets of Baal, and 400 prophets of Asherah are summoned to Mount Carmel. Two altars are built, one for Baal and one for Yahweh. Wood is laid on the altars. Two oxen are slaughtered and cut into pieces; the pieces are laid on the wood. Elijah now orders that the altar of Yahweh be drenched with water from "four large jars" poured three times (1 Kings 18:33–34). He asks God to accept the sacrifice. Fire falls from the sky, consuming the water, the sacrifice and the stones of the altar itself as well. Elijah seizes the moment and orders the death of the prophets of Baal. Elijah prays earnestly for rain to fall again on the land. Then the rains begin, signaling the end of the famine.

I hope Rod Arquette and the Utah Legislatures and Governor don’t start cutting on themselves and throwing themselves off of tall buildings as the fire from Washington DC in Obama and Holder comes down to them, when they themselves have been unwilling to uphold the United States Constitution in Obama’s eligiblity choosing rather to sacrifice over 2 million dollars in the defense of the referendum of 2004 and certainly all of the money that went in to getting it past as well.

The first amendment certainly guarantees the freedom of speech and it seems Utah’s referendum of 2004 deals more with semantics rather than ‘laws of nature’ which we would consider inalienable rights given by God, so I think there is more in the Constitution that requires the State to recognize the rights of every individual’s preference to a union of our species as citizens under the Constitution or Supreme Law of the Land.

Now, our Constitution includes “Citizens” so I don’t think those people who want to marry their cat or dog or horse should be given a marriage licence with the full benefits of federal and state agency protections under the law. The cat, dog, and horse are not ‘citizens’ upon which the Constitution applies.

Indeed in another analogy Rod Arquette and the State of Utah law makers and Governor have ignored the laws of nature and not had any problem with endorsing Obama as “President” , even though he is not a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ qualified under the Constitution’s demand for the Office of the President which is the only difference actually distinguishing in the Constitution’s language for the Office of the President from U.S. Reps, and U.S. Senators whose designation is "Citizen".

If discrimination is the word for "different age qualifications" use it as you will, there are differences in qualifications afforded to us for very good and well thought out reasons standing as principles of the Constitution. In short, a ‘natural born citizen’ requires two full generations void of alien citizenship to be the commander in chief of the armies and President of the United States. The distinction was put in place to prevent a foreign dictator from placing an heir in the position. A Qualification for an office is indeed a legal discrimination, but if you'll notice it wasn't based on race, color, or previous conditions of servitude, or gender.

If a person is born in the United States to Citizen parents, there is a two generation protection. That protection, considered to be a national security measure, was respected until Obama usurped the office against Laws of Nations mentioned in Article I, Sect. 8 for which Congress is given charge stating : “ and Offenses against the Law of Nations;”. Capitals not paraphrased.

The United States can not afford not to recognize the 'natural born citizen' clause of the demand for the Office of the President regardless of race, color, or previous conditions of servitude or gender. Just because Obama is black doesn't mean that he doesn't have to be a natural born citizen to be president and at least 35 years of age.

Utah’s only defense on the enforcement of the Federal dictation would be that Obama is not a qualified enforcer of federal law that is recognized by the States under the United States Constitution agreed upon by the States in the Union.

This of course would be like throwing the book at Obama who has taken it upon himself to line item veto any part of Obamacare ruling by edict, and it would actually be a recognition of the law of the Constitution upon the Office of the President, void Obamacare, and certainly would be a notable charge for the State’s rights to at least recognize their own authority upon their state agencies.

Of course Governor Gary Herbert could I suppose still authorize the Driver's License bureau in Utah not to change the drivers liscenses of those seeking a change due to the same-sex marriage recognition of 1300 couples as well as insurance policies etc., but that is an uphill fight that I believe he will come out on the losing end of because so much is afforded in individual rights that has not been recognized in Utah.

Now I like my Utah Governor Gary Herbert, I sure do. I think him to be an honorable and reasonable man. I believe he works his tail end off for Utah and I believe in his heart he is doing what he believes is the will of the people in Utah. What I do think is missing in this argument is an understanding of the argument for the people.

You get a crowd going in one direction its not likely that each individual has had the time or the argument laid out for them as a Judge might.

That's exactly what happened with Obama in fact, and how we got a usurpation of the Office of the President. The crowd got excited about a first black president, and the media loved the story even more than the wisdom of the law. Its one of the most important aspects of the United States Constitution and Utah's Constitution also, those of the rights of the individual over the mob or crowd.

That is a fundamental paradigm shifts of the power of the United States Citizen that the world has stood in shock over. However, any right can be violated if Good Men do nothing and refuse to take a stand, which is another reason Obama still resides at 16oo Pennsylvania Avenue and our Nation is distressed and stretched domestically so far from the United States Constitution that unlawful prosecutions take place and the rights of many are trampled under foot by those who believe themselves to be appointers of the law but not subjects to the law as has almost become common place in America now days.

What I do know is the days have come when no man can live on barrowed light and that each and every individual must search out for themselves the wisdom of the Constitution which I continually find sound and admire in its simplicity,direction, and course. Our forefathers knew that to have a Nation full of diverse religions wouldn't necessarily be easy, but it would be worth it, and that is why Congress it was said, "must not make any law respecting a particular establishment of religion" and why marriage should be afforded to any consenting citizen according to the age particulars afforded by the States Laws in which they reside, and why I not only think Utah's Referendum was wrong and indeed is unconstitutional, but why the 1887 Edmunds-Tucker Act of the United States Congress is just as equally wrong and unconstitutional. So if Holder feels it necessary to over-turn a Utah Referendum about marriage let him not be a hypocrit and not overturn that Federal Referendum or Act of Congress.

Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

‘The Wright Women’ of the United States of America Protecting Charity

Conflict Free Metals – have you heard the term? We live in a day where catchy phrases and slogans capture our attention, and of course money. Yes, money is indeed an attraction, as is security and a life free of free radicals that cause cancer and upset government.

How could love be a part of the free radicals that bring about disease and all manner of death? The perception o f peace amidst the conflict of war is indeed conflicting. If you’re going to have “conflict- free metals” why are you fighting for anything including peace? Is it not just a conundrum or paradox of the left and rights’ turmoil for profit in the corporate world anyway?

“Conflict-Free Metals” is a term used by an organization whose name is “ENOUGH!”. They are a subsidiary of Center for America Progress who aligns itself with the left espousing progressivism which is pretty far left to have anything to do with the center. They champion a concern about the metals we use in all of our gadgets and appliances that have caused conflict in the Congo.

The conflict centers among tribes for control of the mines and jobs that produce nearly 20% of the metals that are used to build tools the whole world uses like iphones, pads, laptops, computers, toasters and pretty much every and any appliance. INTEL is a corporation behind ENOUGH! attempting to use conflict-free tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold)in their microprocessor products.

I watched an INTEL in-house sponsored conference yesterday, I guess we could call it a softball game, with three guest being thrown questions by an M.C. Marc Gunther (The Guardian) they could hit homers on with their answers. It actually kind of reminded me of a modern day Obama White House Press Conference where Obama is allowed to stand up and hand out long form fabrications of his birth certificate and everyone applauds and accepts the documents as a measure of extending the truth, so it must be the truth, but it’s not.

The problem is, and maybe this affects you and maybe it doesn’t, knowing what I know I can’t stomach the atrocity of fraud, nor can I not count the damage of the lies any longer based on some unknown and calculated fear of the truth. I think for women the truth may be more important than it is for men because of the measure of security in the truth.
You see I’ve been the whistle blower many times in my life but it’s been a trumpet for truth only because I know how good it feels to be free from the chains of a lie. I mean if there is anything that will make you feel like you’re carrying a burden around that is so heavy you can’t fly it’s a lie that entails cover-ups for personal fortunes. Indeed the truth sets us free.

As an example, Glenn Beck, on a tirade for truth screaming out on the radio yesterday in so many words regarding former Secretary Gates revelations about Obama and his Administration being for the military but against the cause of Afghanistan iterated, “We’re looking for someone who has the BALLS to stand up! We’re looking for someone who has the BALLS to represent the Constitution! We’re looking for someone who has the BALLS in this administration to lay down their stars and say I can’t take another day, instead of waiting for the damage to be done and then coming out with a book deal as some morsel of truth to feed the public for their own personal gain.”

Beck said he wasn’t against “books”, nor against “selling a book to make money” but why keep your mouth shut against your own conscience like Secretary Robert Gates did or Secretary Clinton for that matter, until you’re retired? In other words collecting a pay-check until you retire from the position and then selling your own disagreements to the actions you helped contribute towards causing the damage?

Well, I guess the answer to that would be a perceived win-win situation for Gates or Hillary Clinton and the balls or courage in the face of someone Mr. Glenn Beck like, and I’m just you know throwing names out here like say, Terry Lakin a Military Doctor with 5 tours and something like 18 decorations who was thrown in prison and dishonorably dis-charged for questioning the qualifications of a commander-in-chief whose long form birth certificate has been certified under oath by qualified officials to be a false document in cases like mine in the United States Supreme Court Judy v. Obama 12-5276 coming out of the Georgia Supreme Court and New Hampshire Supreme Court or HUGH MCINNISH represented by Larry Klayman in Alabama that is under review for 10 months now? Something Glenn Beck hasn’t had the BALLS to see the light of day on.

I had to laugh at Glenn Beck screaming the word “BALLS” out so many times in the same paragraph, on the radio because if I didn’t laugh I’d certainly would be breaking down and weeping at the courage so many have had that has been swept under the carpet and assaulted by the press in the massive cover-up of Obama’s ineligibility and the question of why does that matter any way in the Congo?

Conflict Free Metals is of course a modern day concern that we as consumers are using the very technical tools causing the death of husbands and fathers and the subsequent rape of their wives in front of the children that actress producer Robin Wright commented about as nefarious atrocities in the Congo.

Of course the solution would presumably be to get the metals used for iphones etc from some where’s else and a half of dozen other places were named by the three member panel being interviewed that included ENOUGH!’s Project Policy Director Sasha Lezhnev , Wright, and I believe a representative of INTEL Brian Krzanich CEO.

Now you want to talk about irony and getting the cart before the horse, ironically, the people in Congo Wright pleaded for she said were chanting “Obama Obama Obama” as if America’s attention could certainly help them. The attraction to Congo’s metals is no doubt propped up by corporations fixated by price and their ability to make a profit on their product sold worldwide that then promotes the jealousies sparked in tribes for jobs in the mines which the Congo Government owns tyrannically and wars break out for that control.

Interestingly enough very quickly the panel surmised it wasn’t something to be fixed by Government, which I thought was telling, but should be fixed by the Corporations, although Robin Wright said her motive was perhaps to testify to Congress.

Why wouldn’t corporations want Government assistance in a matter like this? The government fix would of course be either military intervention sold as a peace mission which would be a fight, or, a Tariff raising the prices of import metals, or the manufactured product made with slave labor into the USA which would not necessarily be good for sales.
So basically the craft of ENOUGH! is about talking about the problem raising awareness to satisfy everyone on the left so the left wont accuse the left of the profit of the right they had assumed? We have the same problem happening here in America with healthcare now, and I have to say we get it.

Obama’s ruling by Presidential Edict has provided members of Congress to get pre-tax advantage healthcare preferential of the millions of American’s losing their health insurance who are now forced to go to the exchanges for an after tax health care coverage. No less then fourteen changes have been made to Obamacare by Presidential Edict since the ACA passed the Senate and the House announced Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson in his law suit today which is a violation of law and presidential powers.

While the House of Representatives is controlled with the majority Republican Party, and Obamacare is not technically signed by a qualified president which is a technical requirement; collaborated with the fact Obamacare begin in the wrong house making it again technically illegally because, as the United States Supreme Court confirmed it was a tax, dismissing one challenge to it, its origination in the U.S. Senate was illegal according to Article I. Sect 7 “all Bills raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives”, which the United States Supreme Court threw out without a hearing much the same as they threw out my challenge of Obama’s ineligibility as a Presidential Candidate in the Democratic party myself in 2012. ( Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and 2013 included professional sheriff's investigation of long form fabrication Obama handed out of Press Core Room), they have yet to act in an OPEN HEARING.

One begins to see how all these technicalities just keep adding up and adding up like a “House of Cards”, not so much played but rather stacked on top of each other as a House built upon a compromised foundation just like the NetFlex series “HOUSE OF CARDS” which Robin Wright ironically stars in displays the American Flag upside down signifying a distressed union, in its opening and closing credits.

The Republicans have ever bit as much control on funding Obamacare, if it was a legal bill, as any other bill argued as an entitlement, but we have both parties fighting to see who is going to be pasted as the poster child of bad will and whose going to be the poster child of good will all happening of course while they collect a pay check. It’s a win-win situation, but one that is stacking against the American People and jobs.

It’s like blinders on the horse with Congress upon the facts that more men and women have been killed now by police in America then the Afghanistan war, and 1 in 4.5 Americans now are on parole, probation, or incarcerated and America’s prison population is the greatest in the world. The domestic cause seems a hard sell while the foreign aid seems an easy one.

War and Rape and Murder is knocking at our door and while the left props up talk-shows promoting the communist agenda of spying operations on most all Americans which can lead to the easiest of black-male of any one American including Congressmen and Senators and Supreme Court Justices to shirk the duty of the equality under the law, my heart is broken that our Constitution has so few people in Hollywood that will stand up for it, especially celebrity women.

In the movie ADORE, Robin plays a mother who it is said about, “You’re the only one who didn’t behave badly” and in a HOUSE OF CARDS she plays a wife who it is said of by her husband played by Kevin Spacey, “ I love that women … like sharks love blood” and here she is as a spokeswomen and celebrity representative of ENOUGH!, and I can’t figure out where or why the women of Hollywood can’t figure out what a dangerously volatile track we are on for our children when our Constitution is being ripped and shredded and indeed is hanging by a thread in the light of all the Court actions and campaigns of politics.

People may hate politics and say they do not care for it, but it is politics always comes before and after war. I see the dangers we face projected clearly and arriving as golden intelligence.

Who will help the world if the United States of America should fall? Who could help the Republic of Congo? Who could help Egypt? Who could help the fictions of Global Warming in 7.45 Billion dollars given by America as foreign aid? Right now I don’t care if your right or left, what I do care about is that you’re not going to have a country to help anyone of the ninety-three million on unemployment assistance or food stamps and who or what will you be turning to then?

That is why the Constitution of the United States is so vital to all of us. It’s much bigger the space Obama fills in his suit and if the Supreme Law of the Land is violated over and over and over respect for the law deteriorates and our enemies are emboldened.

Financially the United States is being picked apart and while 17 Trillion is quite a debt load it is still something we can handle. I’m less worried about that than I am worried about the people who don’t see the writing on the wall before we have a big fall.

We have got to back-track a little bit and pick up the pieces of the Constitution that have been run over and uphold them as pillars of our independence, freedom, and liberty to help others. Charity begins at home. You can’t’ be charitable if you don’t have a little bit to give first.

We need you at home American Women; we need you to pick up our standard where it has fallen. We need you on the battlefield of freedom and liberty. We need you championing the United States Constitution which in fact testifies against Obama’s qualification as he is not a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President, and is a fraud.

America needs you to see it’s not about black or white, it’s about principle, responsibility, and integrity for the future. The future is our children and their imaginations and ability to project their dreams after we are gone. This is our ark for them and the spark they need from us. Will you help the United States of America by championing the cause greater than yourselves in a way that is so unique to women’s concerns and close to her heart so that our charity to the world can continue?

You can probably count on a battle for years while gay couples happily marry and begin contemplating suing churches for discrimination of not being wed in the churches and temples next, because that's going to be very lucrative against congregations if the churches and the state keep mixing-up and combining the terminology of marriage. I wonder who the stay would have gone to if Sotomayor wasn't an Obama nomination?

Wow! If you ever thought that if you lost or won at the Federal District Court and Appeals Court that you couldn’t win or lose at the United States Supreme Court level, this case just proved your idea’s wrong. Of course it doesn’t happen that often, but don’t say it hasn’t or never will happened. The United States Supreme Court Justice Sotomayer issued a “stay” today on issuing same-sex marriage licenses in Utah after the stay had been declined by the Federal Court and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

A same-sex marriage is now once again illegal in Utah and in the legal cross-hairs lays 900 couples and families that were formed in the interim of the action that opened the flood gate the 27th of December 2013 to Jan 6th, 2014.
Of course it’s the custom action of political warfare to use the time frame as a time when the guard is down and the public attention is on Christmas and the New Year, so to say this wasn’t politically planned or that it doesn’t strategically work out for the left is kind of a stretch of the imagination.

Now, the Plaintiff(s) of course argue there are now 900 family’s lives that will be altered inexcusably in the negative if their marriages are now considered to be “moot”. Can you imagine if heterosexuals being married woke up one morning and found the Government all of a sudden breaks the news to you that you and your husband were not bound? How’s that going to work out on the tax filing for these married couples this year? Do they get the marriage tax credit or is the year broken up with a Government Mandated Divorce?

The United States Supreme Court issued the stay on performing marriages for same-sex couples, thereby creating a Governmental Discrimination Wall between those same-sex couples who rushed into their marriages and those who had actually have planned their weddings into the new year that of course has placed a great deal of frustration for the Grooms, and.. the Grooms in the Bridal affair.

Can’t you just hear Barack Obama screaming like Ronald Reagan did to Gorbechev about the Wall in Russia, “Tear down this Wall” to the United States Supreme Court?

If anyone’s been through the wedding planning process you know this “Wall” probably just created one of the biggest domestic violence issues of our time that the Government can be held liable for? Don’t be surprised if the domestic dick-tying knot that stayed the weddings comes crashing down on the State of Utah being sued for the botched wedding collapses, financial ruin, heart ache and mental anguish for a lot more than 900 couples, which could triple the State’s expenses over the matter.

The State of Utah’s had a great year, but this issue has the potential to wipe out the whole State’s rainy day fund even though the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to expedite hearing the case issuing a February deadline for written briefs and a March date for Oral arguments; which in no way reflects a sexual preference or performance for the parties.

A colleague barked to me that I “should forget about “social issues” and get back on the track of saving our Country by only concentrating on electing Senators and Representatives to combat Obama and make him moot, because he would never be impeached because he was the first black president.”

I just kind of casually remarked that issues indeed were products of “principles” and these principles have potential to in fact weaken or strengthen our whole country; for instance the issue of “slavery”? Did we not fight a very bloody civil war over that divided national principle? How about “prohibition” that created wet and dry states and put a stain on the Constitution that is still there for everyone to see? Anyone recall the Utah War when the Federal Government sent out a battalion of the army on an expedition to put down the ‘Mormon rebellion’ over marriage? Of course these are not issues that ever come down to the shedding of blood right? Wrong.

Of course we should only concentrate on the State’s elections of Senators and Representatives to make Obama moot, how silly of me?

She conjectured it was ludicrous to think of Obama serving a third term, and I asked her if she based that ludicrous thought on the fact Obama had upheld so many of the other parts of the Constitution sacred as well as construction laws of the Constitution?

I continued; Thinking that there was no way he could get that part of the Constitution changed in three more years compared to what he has done in the last 5 years with Obamacare taking over 1/5 of the nation’s economy, gutting the military ranks, and the more than 2 dozen scandals that have erupted we are finding out took place over the last 5 years beginning with the violation of the qualification of the Office of the President held within the Constitution Obama is a walking talking violation of, is the real underestimation of the past deceptions and fraud don’t you think? Being delusional certainly comes down to a denial of the secular facts.

This stay by the United States Supreme Court was not the first that Justice Sotomayor parted ways from the Obama Administration. Briepart News reported also on forcing Nuns to either sign a waiver or carry condoms as birth control to hand out at the “Little Sisters of the poor” sanctuaries. If the nuns didn’t sign they’d get shot by the Obamacare with millions of dollars in fines and if they didn’t carry condoms (birth control) they’d get shot by the gun toting IRS, either way they get shot! What choice is that? The nuns felt if they signed they died, and if they carried the died to based on their religion.

This is very poignant to understand for it sets the precedent of strictly being able to abstain; and I understand that very well. What it does is plain and simply bashing the brains out of the free conscience with a sledge hammer!

How far away from the free conscience, free expression, and free enterprise has Obama and Hillary Clinton departed from in the visionary creative imaginative paradigm of Steve Jobs who was so gifted in those realms of order in Apple Computers, and in fact the 60’s revolutionary that the spying and wire tapping in America is puttering out in the rotten core of leadership? Is this what America was all about in the 60’s?

Can we in fact look forward to a fresh start in pioneers forging ahead in technology without the shackles of Government locking the conscience down when the tenders of our Constitution are burned by those who have become what they hated and fought against when they were young? How could they have come to this?

Through the lack of trust and the fears of insecurity they have calculated that risks are no longer viable. If there ever was a death wish they magnify it and compound it exponentially in their pollution of the minds in America. We have a far more dangerous and greater pollution going on in the minds of our young people then we do in the dirtiest cities of America when it comes to the carbon footprint from the left being tread upon the Constitution.

Unfortunately Obama is to the Democrats of today what Nixon was to the Republicans in the White House for Republicans in the 60’s, an embarrassment who needs to be fired now as a disability!

Consider now what is happening just with this case in Utah for just one moment with me. What happens to our Nation when we have States that allow same-sex Marriage and States that don’t allow same-sex Marriage? Isn’t a chasm created within our Nation that weakens it? How long in the divisions of these principles of our Constitution is it before one State refuses to fight alongside another State?

Can you see one State seeing another State in the United States bombed and one or the other states thinking, “that’s ok, it’s not our problem and frankly they deserved it?” That’s how important the decisions on the social issues of our day are, and the way in which they are fed to the American People. When you force feed someone, or in fact force nuns to sign or carry, what sympathies do you create?

One of the very good things happening in our Country right now is the sides are being declared with very loud trumpets and that everyone is being effected like a virus that has broken out, it’s being carried to each house. Obamacare exempts no one from the law in its final determination, ( of course Obama has provided exemptions from those who don’t have the stomach at this time to be force fed Obamacare big corporations, Government workers in divisions, and even some small businesses), which is the way of gaining a coalition of support politically.

If it was such a good law why not lay it down for everyone at the same time the way our Constitution establishes that everyone could be fairly treated under the law?

In fact, Obamacare in its own form of discrimination through exemptions declares an inequality showing you plainly Obama is not re-distributing wealth based on a fundamental financial equality, he’s securing it for himself and those in his income bracket of elite cronies who have simultaneously been propping him up out of the law securing for us a ‘natural born citizen’ in the Office of the President?

Like a puppet on the fat Republican Rhino strings of Bohner, why do you think there has not been an OPEN HEARING on Obama’s eligibility thus far in the House of Representatives? Why else wouldn’t there be one on the schedule right now with a stop so thick on the finances of Government that Obama and the Senate were choked out of their own pay checks because the House demanded only themselves fit for a pay-check until our Constitution and the facts of Obama’s Eligibility were aired out in the transparency promised to us?

We are on perilous ground right now folks with an abandonment of the United States principles of equality under the law that is weakening, dividing, and threatening with an invitation to enemies of the United States an invasion of our own backyards. War is being courted and danced with by our leaders in Washington DC who have refused the invitations of peace and prosperity through trust and productive innovative good risk of our conscience with the fundamental fraud of Obama’s ineligibility at the wheel of the emperor walking down the streets with no clothes on.

Like a homophobic fever unleashed upon the U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators there’s a naked man at the wheel and they refuse to see his appendaged pride flopping around or at least having the courage to dismiss him as a disability with the Constitution’s demands for a natural born citizen as a man would properly protect his wife and children from an exposing assailant. The duties of a gentleman have been removed from the House’ and Senate’s Order, and what can be said of these hired assassins and pirates of principle?

What are we left to do but to plead to our God to open the eyes, and unstop the ears, and expose with equity and justice the solutions we seek as these are our brothers who we would rather fall by the sword for, than take up arms against.

We do know that our tears are seen, and our voices are heard, and that our God is on time and that the Union will stand. The events needed to preserve that will happen for love is perfect and will have her perfect way on Earth as it is in Heaven. I pray we are granted the strength we need for the day in which we live.


Note Dec 26th,2013: Breaking News : Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. These kits contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Obama.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3, than they would ever hope to find fighting this and appealing to an unauthorized usurper's recommendation of Justice Sotomayer; and it would happen a lot faster because there is no stay in place while they fight it in court.

You can probably count on a battle for years while gay couples happily marry and begin contemplating suing churches for discrimination of not being wed in the churches and temples next, because that's going to be very lucrative against congregations if the churches and the state keep mixing-up and combining the terminology of marriage. I wonder who the stay would have gone to if Sotomayor wasn't an Obama nomination?
