No Doubt Beck's Carnival-Circus Theme Generated For State Of The Union, Roots to Obama's long form fabrication handed out to the press in the White House press core room and Obama's comment about Birthers being those who he called 'side shows and carnival barkers'.

When Obama handed out his "long form fabrication'in the White House Press core room, on his MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY extrication of Donald Trumps strangle hold the press was quick to label Birthers those who Obama called "Side Shows" and "Carnival Barkers".

Like Nixon who a year after Watergate Investigations but before the tide turned on him said " One Year of Watergate is enough" at the State of the Union address of his second term, Obama exemplified the same fear about any Congressional Hearing on his eligibility by pre-depicting those who would indeed take his long form fabrication to school.

Remember no one knew Obama's long form birth certificate was indeed a fabrication and it wasn't until the official report came out of a professional law enforcement investigation that we really had a respectable source that a court of law might have to take into consideration. As it has proven thus far, not even the Courts with the information in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 which went clear to the United States Supreme Court have prevailed in taking the facts into account for justice with their admonition that it was a matter for Congress to take up.

Just two weeks after Nixon spoke to the joint session of Congress, the House voted, 410-4, to give the Judiciary Committee authority to investigate impeachment charges against president Nixon.

People have been asking me, "What are your feelings about the State of the Union address?

Well, if you haven't read my "Dire State of the Union" piece go there now, but let me share a few thoughts and text of mine I'm sure the NSA has on file by now. By the way Glenn Beck had me rolling today with the comment that he just might have had blood spurting out of his eyes today with his monologue about it, but surrendered to my thoughts of Obama's circus act and carnival barkers in the way The Blaze covered the SOTU Address.

Beck's probably heard my song Obama's Carnival Barker or listened to all three verses of it, but it might have paid off if he had in 2012.

I readily agreed with Rush Limbaugh today when he iterated that Obama was doing his best to 'believe' what he was saying and actually capitulated with me, "Obama is a Fraud".

Back to Glenn Beck, he was excited with the "Planet Hillary" shots that looked a lot like his "man on the moon" shots and featured a story about it entitled Planet Hillary: New York Times magazine cover looks an awful lot like the artwork from Man in the Moon

Citing the article Beck says, "But our Man in the Moon poster and the Man in the Moon thing that we did is an iconic look, and it’s very different,” Glenn said on radio this morning. “You know, we didn’t want to create something that was the same of what everybody else had done… Now the New York Times is using that for Planet Hillary. And I’m telling you, it is a direct rip-off of the Man in the Moon. I mean it’s incredible. It’s absolutely incredible.”

"While the color scheme is certainly different, the angle of the face in the moon is almost exactly the same. But, at the end of the day, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery."

Well, it just so happens that's exactly what Glenn Beck did to me. In fact his Man On The Moon Project cropped up after my "Moon Walker" video finished March 21st,2012. Clearly at 1 min 05 seconds - 1 Min 12 seconds of Moon Walker Glenn Beck flattered me with his idea to do "Man On The Moon" July 6th,2013 for which production had been occurring for a year at best, which puts him at July 2012, just four months after my video/song was released.

"The show was designed to tell the story of America, freedom, and man’s struggle between light and dark from the beginning of time until today" which was just ironic because Moon Walker was also a time story from my birth until today told from the perspective of the man on the moon.

You know I probably wouldn't have said anything until Glenn brought it up about Hillary Clinton's Planet Hillary, but as soon as he did it started a coal on fire inside me about it. Then, this whole "Circus" theme for the State of the Union address, that he did on the Blaze when it directly relates to my song Obama's Carnival Barker and the origins of that with Obama's reference to "side shows and carnival barkers" just makes me know Glenn Beck's staff is and has been certainly getting my Press Releases.

Its just kinda funny I guess that the idea's coming out of the American Birther Campaign so closely mirror Glenn Becks, but at the same time you know Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh for that matter have remained very distant to the whole fight for the Constitution that's been going on since 2008 on McCain and Obama's eligibility which I've been fighting for so long without their help whatsoever.

When you start adding up all the scandals of 2013 and here's a top 7 list from Fox and you start to ask yourself, "Could this have been stopped or prevented" by just standing up for what the Constitution says regarding the qualification demands for the Office of the President in the United States Constitution?

You know often if dirt can be swept under the carpet it will be and its only the 'exposure' of the dirt that the 'clean up' really begins or even can begin. If Glenn was for instance not so against Birthers from the beginning, and the Tea Party for that matter who at first positioned itself with Birthers, then rejected them, and now has embraced them again with Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse's investigation, all of the deaths and scandals relating to deaths of those Americans in Benghazi including Ambassador Stevens, Fast & Furious agent Brian Terry might have been avoided, or even the crippeling of Sergeant First Class Cory Remsburg,the Army ranger who was nearly killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan and received the biggest applause during the State of the Union address last night?

We are left contemplating "What if" Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity had those people like myself who have fought so hard for the Constitution's demands for a qualified 'natural born citizen' on their shows, spotlighting them to the American People, and had featured their fight as one that was away to push Obama out of the White House simply by upholding the Constitution rather then sweeping it under the carpet on the sound and tried principles of qualifications?

If the Birther Movement has gone main-stream instead of being pushed underground or down river by them, could Congress have covered up what the Cold Case Posse uncovered, and might the heat have been raised on Congress or for that matter the Courts into the United States Supreme Court and the scandals prevented that are ripples of Obama's usurpation?

Asked about the State of the Union address here are some of my own text:

" It was wonderful! I don't think I could have asked Obama to say anything more to piss everyone off into complete hysteria "

"Glenn Beck is spurting blood out of his eyes..about it haha ;) It was really awful and dispicable. I mean I'm just sure Congress is livid this morning"

"If Obama's resignation isn't happening within a month I'd be surprised. He basically said he was going to Govern as the King from now on and anyone opposing him was a traitor..directed right on Congress and The U.S. Supreme Court. I'm just gonna be surprised if something isn't done about it. I just think O went into the wrong lanes and drove like a drunk'n idiot last night.'

"As far as laying low and just letting his last 3 years roll by..he just got up and told EVERY elected Congressman they were jackasses if they opposed him. It was a demonstration of the most aggrandized power drunk I've ever heard. It hurt!:) lol"

There's lots of stories pulling apart Obama's State of the Union address today, and I'm sure you can read those stories to find out the details which I don't need to repeat. However, those stories don't have an answer and are about pissing people off with little or nothing as to what can be done about it.

I hope that's where my blog is different because I present a clear picture of what can be done to actually solve the problem. Solutions for America are certainly not a new story, its my honor to say they've been around since our Constitution. We just need to hear them.

Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.

The very first blog post of the new 2014 Year. Hummm.. comes as a notification to Israel that, highlights and educates with facts, the refusal and failure of Israel’s leadership, as well the majority of the people who find Israel dear to their heart, about their own ability to recognize what threatens Israel’s people off the face of the map in a scattering, that could well be seen as reflections of Israel’s past, being as close to them as a recommendation for them to look in the mirror to see what and whom they are supporting in the fraud of Obama.

Israels’ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s did an interview with Sean Hannity that was recorded on the 3rd day of the U.S. Government shutdown right after the women was gunned down by Capital police at the White House with her crazy driving episode we all recall in a kind-of-an-over-all warning of the dangers of Radical Islam.

To understand my points of this we need to very quickly review the Prime Minister of Israels’ “recommendations and proper responses” to three key players in the area Syria, Egypt, and Iran.

Syria – Netanyahu spoke of the conundrum presented by supporting the Muslim Brotherhood faction of rebels in Syria verses the current Administration of Assadd alied to Russia.

Egypt- Point of agreement for peaceful negotions and a return of U.S. Aid

Iran- Israel’s interest includes a determination that weapons are not passed on to militant groups in Lebanon- abiding interest for the U.S. and Israel and the people of Iran not to have a Nuclear Iran. Pursian King Cyrus 2500 years ago told Israel “Go Back” to Jerusalem dating Israel's determination of Jerusalem.

The Prime Minister of Israel noted Iran now has two paths to producing high grade plutonium for a weapons hot nuclear bomb including high pressure water plants that really are not necessary to produce normal nuclear power as Canada or Mexico does simply buying rods, speaking of which spent nuclear rods which the U.S. has a lot of, may be a way to use or unlock the shale oil production in the West to something far richer in oil then Saudia Arabia has.

Hannity stated after the interview in so many words, we have got to stand with Israel in backing the real clear and present danger of Iran’s nuclear enrichment program, in the prevention of a modern day holocaust.

We learn that if you have the facilities to enrich uranium to the 5-10% used for energy, then you can very quickly with the right machinery rapidly upgrade that plutonium to weapons grade material.

In an illustration of the incorrect stand upon Iran’s nuclear program the Prime Minster used a parallelogram to the world or U.N’s demand that didn’t ask Syria to cut down 20% or 30% of their chemical weapons program, they asked for it all to be dismantled.

Now in 2013 by far the biggest story has got to be just how many scandals has rocked the White House. Can you imagine two dozen Obama White House and administration scandals and counting? Indeed 2013 revealed the characteristic of Obama fraud like 2008 or 2012 could in no way have imagined!

[1. IRS targets Obama’s enemies: The IRS targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups prior to the 2012 election. Questions are being raised about why this occurred, who ordered it, whether there was any White House involvement and whether there was an initial effort to hide who knew about the targeting and when.

2. Benghazi: This is actually three scandals in one:

The failure of administration to protect the Benghazi mission.
The changes made to the talking points in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video
The refusal of the White House to say what President Obama did the night of the attack
3. Watching the AP: The Justice Department performed a massive cull of Associated Press reporters’ phone records as part of a leak investigation.

4. Rosengate: The Justice Department suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails.

5. Potential Holder perjury I: Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress he had never been associated with “potential prosecution” of a journalist for perjury when in fact he signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal.

6. The ATF “Fast and Furious” scheme: Allowed weapons from the U.S. to “walk” across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. The ATF lost track of hundreds of firearms, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

7. Potential Holder Perjury II: Holder told Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the Fast and Furious gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier.

8. Sebelius demands payment: HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare.

9. The Pigford scandal: An Agriculture Department effort that started as an attempt to compensate black farmers who had been discriminated against by the agency but evolved into a gravy train delivering several billion dollars in cash to thousands of additional minority and female farmers who probably didn’t face discrimination.

10. GSA gone wild: The General Services Administration in 2010 held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas, featuring a clown and a mind readers. Resulted in the resignation of the GSA administrator.

11. Veterans Affairs in Disney World: The agency wasted more than $6 million on two conferences in Orlando. An assistant secretary was fired.

12. Sebelius violates the Hatch Act: A U.S. special counsel determined that Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made “extemporaneous partisan remarks” during a speech in her official capacity last year. During the remarks, Sebelius called for the election of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina.

13. Solyndra: Republicans charged the Obama administration funded and promoted its poster boy for green energy despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy. The administration also allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm elections.

14. AKA Lisa Jackson: Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used the name “Richard Windsor” when corresponding by email with other government officials, drawing charges she was trying to evade scrutiny.

15. The New Black Panthers: The Justice Department was accused of using a racial double standard in failing to pursue a voter intimidation case against Black Panthers who appeared to be menacing voters at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia.

16. Waging war all by myself: Obama may have violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.

17. Biden bullies the press: Vice President Biden’s office has repeatedly interfered with coverage, including forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.

18. AKPD not A-OK: The administration paid millions to the former firm of then-White House adviser David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Obamacare. Some questioned whether the firm was hired to help pay Axelrod $2 million AKPD owed him.

19. Sestak, we’ll take care of you: Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.).

20. I’ll pass my own laws: Obama has repeatedly been accused of making end runs around Congress by deciding which laws to enforce, including the decision not to deport illegal immigrants who may have been allowed to stay in the United States had Congress passed the “Dream Act.”

21. The hacking of Sharyl Attkisson’s computer: It’s not clear who hacked the CBS reporter’s computer as she investigated the Benghazi scandal, but the Obama administration and its allies had both the motive and the means to do it.

22. An American Political Prisoner: The sudden decision to arrest Nakoula Basseley Nakoula on unrelated charges after protests in the Arab world over his anti-Muslim video is an extraordinarily suspicious coincidence. “We’re going to go out and we’re going to prosecute the person that made that video,” Hillary Clinton allegedly told the father of one of the ex-SEALs killed in Banghazi.

23. Get rid of inconvenient IGs: Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin was fired in 2009 as he fought wasteful spending and investigated a friend of Obama’s, Sacramento Mayor and former NBA player Kevin Johnson. The White House says Walpin was incompetent.

24. Influence peddling: An investigation is underway of Alejandro Mayorkas, director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, who has been nominated by Obama for the number two post at the Department of Homeland Security. Mayorkas may have used his position to unfairly obtain U.S. visas for foreign investors in company run by Hillary Clinton’s brother, Anthony Rodman.]

Now let's take a look at the Major Media Owners and what's happening with them as it pertains to the relationship of them with the cover-up of Obama's fraudulent identity and the scandals which represent basically the cover-up of Obama's actions that are scandalous or fraudulent.

1-Murray Rothstein: AKA “Sumner Redstone.” Owner of CBS, MTV, LOGO, Blockbuster Videos, Paramount & DreamWorks Movie studios

2-Edgar Bronfman Jr: Principal holder of Time-Warner Corporation. Media venues include NBC Television, Turner Broadcasting, CNN, Warner/Chappell Music, AOL, & Time Magazine

3-Jeff Zucker: CEO of NBC Television

4-Michael Eisner: Former CEO of Walt Disney Company. Principal holder of Capital Cites which owns ABC Television. Present owner of The Tornante Company which develops companies in the Media sector

5-Rupert Murdoch: His mother, (by which Jews trace their racial designation), is the Jew, Elisabeth Joy Greene. Murdoch owns Fox Television, TV Guide, Twentieth Century Fox Studio, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, and The London Times

6-Peter Chernin: New York born Jew. CEO of Murdoch’s News Corporation & Corporate Director for American Express

7-Mortimer Zuckerman: Owner of US News & World Report and the New York Daily

8- Donald E Graham: CEO & Chairman of the Board of the Washington Post which owns Newsweek Magazine. He is the son of Katherine Meyer Graham, whose father, Eugene Meyer, a wealthy Jewish financier, purchased the Washington Post in 1933. Donald E Graham now oversees the Washington Post operation

If you wanted to highlight what we'd call the Main Stream Media you can certainly see a whole lot of influence here and what has that influence done in covering up Obama's fraud in actual coverage of the truth? Of course Judy v. McCain in 2008 and Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in Jan 2013 were not big stories of 2013, but they with standing highlight an answer to the 24 scandals as well as the course of fundamental principle that if we cannot count on will fail us and our allies in the future.

Of course Congress has the ability to hold hearings on Obama's qualifications and the Main Stream Media has the power to bring to Congress the need for those hearings with information the public receives which undoubtedly puts more pressure on Congress kind of like a snowball running down hill is much easier then pushing a snow ball up the hill.

Thus far the Main Stream Media has made the determination of Obama's fraudulent long form fabrication like pushing the snowball up hill by calling it 'racist' by totally ignoring the principle upheld across party lines by myself as a write-in candidate for President in 2008, and in 2012 a candidate with standing in the Democratic Party!

The danger of supporting people like Obama who are walking talking violations of the United States Constitution is in supporting the fraud of the principles of America, you certainly act as a "The Destabilizer" of your own country Mr. Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu and your own plight begins to appear moot.

The support for Israel cannot begin with hope that the United States Government will always aid Israel, when Israel and her supporters seem to be doing everything in their power to bury the principles of the United States Constitution as it applies to the qualifications of the President in the ground as far as possible.

For Gods sake, if you can point to the support of a single Birther by the Main Stream Media I might not have any point here, but the evidence and the facts actually are standing against Israel in this very important and vital interest which I'm sure if Israel's leaders and her supporters take into consideration and add up will starkly reveal what I'm saying here.

As we take the first steps into 2014 of course new year's resolutions are the commitments we make to ourselves for improvements ahead. If we looked upon Israels supporters and leaders determination for the qualifications of the President held in the United States Constitution as a "problem with drinking" they have had, over the last 5 years, several DUI's involving fatalities, and we'd probably discover the scandals of 2013 as a year of much more pain than pleasure and recommend that a new years resolution to "quit drinking" as a good one to consider.

Now on the lighter side of actual celebration of the New Year. The New Years Eve party at Club Habits was just a blast! We all had so much fun joining hands as friends and celebrating the year 2013 last day while at the same time ushering in the first day of the new year 2014! Did the White House or Obama consider political fallout in a standing ovation of ridicule towards the United States Supreme Court in his own Achilles heel - The natural born citizen requirement for the Office of the President?

Excerpt from The Hill Article-

[Republicans criticized President Obama for disagreeing with the Citizens United ruling in his 2010 State of the Union address. But no one in the White House had even considered the risk of publicly disagreeing with the court.
"During the discussions in [Rahm] Emanuel's office, as well as the president's own prep sessions, the propriety of challenging the Supreme Court had never come up," Toobin writes. "The group was so focused on pushing Obama's agenda that the issue of the justices' presence seems not to have occurred to anyone. The administration's anger about Citizens United was such that (even though no one said this specifically) the Obama team simply regarded the Supreme Court majority as another group of Republicans, deserving no greater deference than GOP senators or congressmen."]

As far as looking at the law with different spectacles there is no doubt that Congress was fed the bed of lies in Congressional Research Report of Minor v. Happersett that had "natural born citizen" suspiciously removed from the inquiring eyes of Congress, and the political embarrassment is far reaching.

Well, I for one certainly understand the United States Supreme Court above holding a grudge, but I sure won't forget that fact that Justice Roberts had to retrieve "The Oath" a second time from Obama because, I believe, it was not administered to a properly qualified person.

That is the biggest reason for The United States Supreme Court to consider that Obama should not be allowed to occupy the office of the President, now they have a damaged candidate for President who has objected to Obama's qualifications, the complaint sitting on their desk as Judy v. Obama 12-5276 before a General Election has taken place, but after Obama was indeed announced to be the nominee of the Democratic Party.

That is my cause of action from which relief can be administered and the American People can at least have the Constitution upheld and perhaps won't be dis-enfranchised of their vote by the authority of those who are to interpret the Constitution.
