The tragedy of Civil Rights under Obama, like the lost origins of the Greek tragedy play, has yet to be impressed upon the Republic. The “Prologue” was indeed the sophisticated story of Obama presented to the public as Obama’s history. Strung out like a hopeless investigation of Congress that will take years, Obama released a fabrication of his long form birth certificate at the end of April 2011. That was odd after 4 years but did little to raise the eyebrows of Congress. However we are left wondering with a picture of Obama’s finger on the red button wither he just gained control of the nuclear weapons in time to help Congress make their decision, or if that had already happened?

Justice often does seem served up on a plate with the one who has power to administer it with force. Ask any who have received a delay, reprieve, or subsidy on Obamacare without Congressional approval. Sometimes the American People are slow, but we are learning very quickly now- take for example Crimea.

Much has been said about Putin manipulating a referendum of the public with propaganda towards a vote that would allow Russia to Annex Crimea. Those opposed, many in the U.S. and E.U. Governments, do so under the historical tragedy of the world sitting back watching Hitler take over country after country before engaging him with force. The pretext is the election wasn’t legal and shouldn’t be recognized which Obama repeated. Was Obama’s election legal under the false pretext of identity and qualification under the duress of propaganda?

Picture perfect Crimea basked as a wonderful vacation location with mild winters and extraordinary summers in this Tragedy Play as the character of your Civil Rights; let’s include mine in that to okay? I want to be part of you guys. Now understand that Obama has done more to destroy Civil Rights in America then Putin has done to Crimea, yet Congress points a finger at Putin’s 2 Million Man molehill whilst Obama destroys 300 Million People’s Civil Rights?

“Sanctions for Putin”; Excuse me, do you totally understand what Putin is laughing about now? If you don’t you, you don’t understand the difference between 2 million Russians, and 300 Million Americans, and you have wondered into “McCainland”.
That’s a place where you get two Acts of Congress domesticating your alien rights as a citizen of a foreign country, to impress upon the American People you are qualified as a natural born citizen for the Office of the President. Yeah, breaking news, it wasn’t a military hospital you poor Republican fools. Come on, who needs two acts of Congress to tell them they are a natural born citizen if you were born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents? Think about it; excellent cover fire for Obama wasn’t it?

Yes, we can tell you it was cover fire that co-sponsors Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama happily lay down upon the American Public that worked in the same fashion as the anger S.O.S Hillary Clinton drummed up with the blame of a certain video as the catalyst of hatred consuming Benghazi. Yes, and Hitler wasn’t responsible for shooting any Jews either was he, but “what difference does it make now” that she’s compared Putin to Hitler and totally ignored Obama?

Will some reporter in the Tragedy please ask her if it was a threat to Chelsea so we can get an idea of her consent or collaboration? If you don’t get to it, I promise I’ll bring it up in a debate somehow. We do need to know to what degree Obama has gone in the blackmailing tactic to cover up his identity fraud and if she wants our trust she really needs to be honest about that.

Yeah, what difference did it make with all the Democratic Party deep-pockets just waiting for her announcement? So let me see, go to a foreign country make them hate your homeland, wait a minute didn’t Obama send over a drone and kill an American Citizen who did that recently? Yes it was that, Anwar al-Awlaki guy, who was stirring the pot of hatred in the Muslim communities against America, just like S.O.S. Hillary Clinton did blaming that video-tape on Benghazi. I wonder if his mistake was not coming back over to run for President. I guess we’ll never be able to ask him.

So Hillary comes back after stirring hatred up and gets rewarded with a Billion to run for Office? I guess it didn’t make any difference and she was right? You poor Democratic Party fools, come to think about it why didn’t Hillary Clinton take a stand against Obama’s fabricated identity and save us all from these scandals, unless of course she was a party to them? What difference does it make now? Gosh it seems to make a big difference when the Democratic Party can use it against Gov. Chris Christie in bridgegate.

Bridgegate of course stirring up the hatred of the people on the bridge delayed. I can tell you as someone in the West, that did not affect me, but what Hillary Clinton did with the video tape did in fact put me and my family in much greater harm’s way.

The “Parodos of the Tragedy” indeed has been the living nightmare that none too many of the Main Stream Media has cared to comment upon truthfully but that is indeed part of the developing story.
The “Exodus of Tragedy” of course is what we are all looking forward to hoping the tragedy doesn’t suck us in so deep that there is no going home after the play because we are living it.

Barack Obama sold to the public as the civil liberties communities’ great hope masqueraded with the indomitable smile was a tragedy upon the American trust. The smiling politician we actually wanted to believe in is now something we actually want to steer away from because we were beguiled with that smile and our broken trust is inherited upon our innocent children.

Obama, a former constitutional law professor, pledged to run a transparent and open government. Spying, Profiling, and Targeting the American Public while covering his own origins in shrouds of mythical tapestry has become the transparent scandalous tragedy that every college attending, working, and voting American has come to realize was his hope towards change. The reality of the danger we are in begins to set in with scandal after scandal after scandal and Obamacare 1/5 of the entire economy with its multiple layered lies we have all recently begun to understand.

Obama has become a civil libertarians nightmare: a supposedly liberal president who instead has expanded and fortified a more intrusive and authoritarian federal government doubling down on the proceeding administrations disguised ‘patriot act’. If you’re a Democrat and can’t see that this is where liberalism parts with liberty and joins forces with obstruction of your Civil Rights I’m certain you do not know the difference between 2 million and 300 million.
So, a cooperating government in corruption, well at least their cooperating and that pleases the Media who can’t stand dissension and government gridlock.

I’m upset about this because my Civil Rights, that I thought the Democratic party was a champion of ,have been so far removed from me that as a Presidential Candidate objecting to my campaign being forced to run against a campaign like Obama’s who wasn’t any more qualified for the Office then Putin is, was, and has been run off the road and its Congress’s job to hear it. That’s what the courts have said.

You know in America the little guy is supposed to have individual rights protected in a Constitutional Republic. That’s how the Constitution serves every individual in America with that ‘justice’ for all. As a presidential candidate I expected to get in a race and have it be fair at the very least by the qualifications demanded by the Constitution which outline those offices for us.

So what does it tell you when the Judicial Branch won’t listen and the Legislative Branch who’s suppose to listen and has been told to listen by the Judicial Branch’s actions still won’t listen?

What does it tell you when a professional criminal investigative team like Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse has repeatedly gone on the line with their reports and whole careers at stake, telling us that Obama’s long form birth certificate is a fabrication, his social security card is a mis-match, and his draft registration has a phony dated stamp on it?

What does it tell you when Obama’s father was Kenyan and his Mother was American and he inherits both citizenships, but dual citizenship is prohibited from the Office of the President because a natural born citizen is born in the U.S. to citizen parens?

What does it tell you when Hillary Clinton, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney, and a Republican Controlled House, and a Democratic Party Controlled Senate will not even look at the facts of the biggest fraud perpetrated upon the American People in all of our history?

What does it say about the one Presidential Candidate in all of America who stood up for your Civil Rights in Judy v. McCain and Judy v. Obama in 2008 and 2012 financing out of my own pocket with my whole fortune these documented court records that actually included on March 2nd, 2012 these reports of the Sheriff’s into the Courts of law that were appealed clear up to the United States Supreme Court?

Now who out of all these options can you trust? Who missed the biggest fraud ever to hit Washington DC and who saw it coming before it ever hit? Who do you know will not turn his back on you or the Constitution that protects your rights as Americans when it comes to race, religion, and color and gender?

Do you suppose if you missed the BIGGEST FRAUD in history on purpose, that these ‘minor’ details of your Civil Rights are a big deal to anyone of them? I can tell you their records bear out to you what is important to them, and it is not your rights, your protections, and your liberties under the Supreme Law of this land. They don’t care about the cause if they did they wouldn’t let Obama have this pass in the White House allowing the elections of 2008 and 2012 held under the propaganda of false information stand. I do care. However, the question is, “Do you care that I care and they don’t?”

Obama's long form birth certificate has been exhumed to be nothing more then a long form fabrication by professional law enforcement standards and that was brought to the attention of the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276, for which I served as the Presidential Candidate running in the Democratic Party and after the primary, as an Independent Presidential Candidate securing the 'standing' necessary for the complaint in 2012 and 2013.

Orrin Hatch R - U.S Senator from Utah and Mitch McConnell R- U.S. Senator from Kentcky just requested two sheriffs kits produced by Michael Volin of WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) with the purpose of informing the public and elected officials of the forgery of the long-form birth certificate image posted since April 27, 2011 on the White House website. Startled out of my sleep I awoke with a heavy heart at the period of time we are coming to. In the upper chamber of the House I heard a blood bath. Screams of death penetrated the halls as I stood helpless to do anything about where I was not. The Obama Aftermath may present to us the biggest challenge of our time as Hell’s fury unleashes with an excuse that is hard to quell.

Birthers by nature are indeed a conservative bunch and it is indeed a big purchase of snake oil to believe America at heart is not in a general sense conservative. News Flash: The greatest national security threat I’m afraid both former Governor’s Mitt Romney and Governor Sarah Palin got wrong. It wasn’t Putin’s Russia, it was Obama himself, and they both missed it in their potential leadership roles.

As Obama talked about his biggest fear of a nuke going off in Manhattan, I believe he was, or might, have just been revealing publically, rather idly as it may have seemed, the very real threat made to elected leaders. If his eligibility became an issue of his being tossed out of the White House, then his own national security threat would indeed become a real national security threat.

Somewhere in my own humble opinion without any facts; oh, accept the glaring fact that Congress with a majority of Republicans in the House has consistently refused to hear the facts and torrid of evidence that is conservatively gaining speed in regards to the lawful investigation of Obama’s identification fraud, resides this haunting thought. If America’s been blackmailed we’ve already lost by extortion.

The long form (fabrication) birth certificate, a mis-matched social security card, a phony year dated stamp on his draft registration, school records sealed accept on Obama/Soetoro’s official Indonesian foreign adoption grade school records showing he was enrolled as an Indonesian Citizen, self purported Bio given on his book as Kenyan are all presentations of evidence but still are rather small in the greater light of evidence that “citizen”, perhaps if his mother was old enough to give that to him at the time of his birth marred in the fact that she also had to be 5 years a citizen after the age of 14, his self purported father also gave him a Kenyan citizenship which indeed makes him a dual citizen at birth all prohibiting him from acting in the Office of the White House as a “natural born citizen” or indeed anything but a usurper according to much better investigators then myself in the Cold Case Posse Record’s of Sheriff Joe Arpaio acting in the trust of Arizona citizens and Obama’s own grand self expose’.

I believe this idly cuffed, or couched, threat is the one that has been plaguing our elected leaders from acting on Obama’s ineligibility for quite some time. You see if there is a nuclear weapon already primed and simply waiting for the push of a button that will somehow in Moscow’s own words, “turn America into ash”, then this is much more than a cold war revived. The conspirators rather are thrusting and thirsting for world war.

Identifying a threat is indeed however the very numbing characteristic that dissolves it because it carries the culpability of responsibility for the world to see. What a horrible thing to do to America the World will say. What an evil empire! Indeed nothing did change. Is that what Moscow sees as a return to “Glory”? I don’t think so. So push the f%*#@ing button and see what happens. God will receive his own and you’ll be dealing with your own hell on Earth, the United States of America, very United!

Now as I was saying we have to begin dealing with the Obama Aftermath right now because Plan B really involves America tearing itself apart domestically in a way not seen before the Civil war.

As I said Birthers are indeed a conservative bunch, but there are a few on the communist side of liberalism that bans homosexuality, hates any color other then Caucasian, that would just as soon put all minorities to death and that includes tying women to the bed post and raping them any time that suits them. Plan B includes that scenario and also is Anti-Birther.

One thing they love to hate about America is indeed, in their opinion,” The damn United States Constitution which doesn’t discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion or even sex. Oh they hate that principled ‘thing’. What rights do these American’s think they have? You have to discriminate so the human race isn’t pure what; trash?” They hate the Constitution that gives to all equally and abrades not.

Doesn’t that sum up pretty much what people who hate the United States Constitution really think? Well, the answer is ‘yes’ because the Constitution of the United States was actually created to set the human race free under the law and to restrict the liberty of only those wanting to kill in order to create a ‘special human race’ tailored to their identification infatuation.

It’s probably the most loving document every put forth from a Government that is inclusive to pretty much everything that was seen as a problem by those who hated others. I mean even if you didn’t believe in God you’d have to acknowledge that’s a pretty wide gate for acceptance and tolerance.

If you did believe and give credit to God for that kind of love, because it’s hardly seen in the whole world and it sure has been an example to the world of such overwhelming and beautiful love, you could claim your God was indeed very loving and tolerant in the site of all.

I mean really, just sit back for two seconds and think of the country if it was controlled by ‘force’ of any particular minority? Can you imagine how you’d feel being a heterosexual and being controlled in a homosexual ruled Government where “procreating” was handled by the Government and just to be safe, heterosexual coupling was prohibited? In my opinion that would be a nightmare.

Imagine a world ruled by blacks where white people were slaves as such being shot after their useful work was done, where strict regulations prohibited procreation of whites, and their breeding was skillfully handled by the Government creating out of the women sterilized trophy sex-slaves for the black men ruling as leaders. That would be a nightmare to.

Imagine a world ruled by women where masculinity was mutated by the Government leaders as 99% of men were castrated and the 1% was incubated for sperm selection of a stronger female population. A nightmare.

Imagine a world ruled by Muslims, or Catholics, or Protestants, or Mormons where you were given so much time, maybe a week, to repent and accept that particular faith before you really lost your head in a basket. A nightmare.

All of these nightmares actually were taken into consideration and are addressed in the United States Constitution. It’s also open to be amended but hasn’t been for a pretty long time. In other words 2/3rds of Congress hasn’t come across such a brilliant idea that it was passed and became part of the United States Constitution, and that actually includes the ‘natural born citizen’ requirement for the Office of the President, although it has been given a thorough shaking quite often over the last 20 years.

So is it a matter of pride or prejudice for Americans to consider that only the Office of the President set apart from the qualifications of the Representatives and the Senators as “Citizens”, required the person to be a “Natural Born Citizen”, born in the United States to Citizen parents, in order to maintain as the Commander-In-Chief’s duty is extolled the preservation, protection, and defense of the Constitution and see to it that the laws of Congress were faithfully executed when considering all the justice afforded and included under the law in being American?

That is the question that has divided America into Birthers and Anti-Birthers and it can be summed up in not being ruled by nature’s foreign influences and being ruled by distinctly American natures. Has the world become a better place for all because of the distinct and unusual American circumcision accepting in race, color, religion, gender, sex?

Is the world a better place because of the example of America for women, for all races and colors, for all religious denominations, and for all sexual orientations? I believe whole heartedly the answer to that is “YES”.

Opposing America indeed is set in opposing the very laws of nature and the disciplines of allowances under the law put forth as a recipe in the bread of the United States Constitution. America did not annex Iraq or Afghanistan or call for a referendum. America serves as an example of individuality and respect of many extremes in human features, natures, and characteristics, and really discriminates on only one basis and that is the basis of not allowing the minority to live.

This is embraced in the land of the free and home of the brave in ways thought impossible in such a large continuity of minorities. If living your life without killing someone different is okay with you and you can do that in the borders of the United States, you’d probably count that as the pride of America under the umbrella of a very loving God or Creator.
No, you don’t have to believe in God, but don’t kill those who do, you’re actually free to go some place and not pray or cover your ears while someone does. Christians are not threatening your life if your knee doesn’t bend and as far as I know there’s not a church you are forced to attend.

I suppose the point is the conservative bunch of us who throw our horse shoes very slowly as compared to those who have tossed theirs onto the ring of Obama already in his identification fraud, are going to have to prepare for the horror of those who have. Not much has been said about the Obama Aftermath and there are not probably not ‘councilors’ waiting for your call.

When the truth hits and your found outside of it actually opposing the United States Constitution, in league with those who want to exterminate all blacks, and bring women back into subjugation as liberalism does in its hidden agenda of communism however Hollywood has dressed it, there are going to be not some, but a lot of people who have drummed up within themselves a self admitted hatred the likes of which have not been seen before.

How many blacks actually voted for Obama? Good Lord, think about being in your skin and hating it so bad that you’d be willing to pour white lightning all over yourself and light a match? There is whether we like to mention it or not indeed a line in which spiritual and religious tenants meet the political arena in the voting booth.

Think just for a minute about how many people prayed about who they should vote for in the voting booth when the curtains were drawn shut and they found themselves as an individual indeed wanting to vote for a qualified candidate who would represent the Constitution of the United States in all the glorious love and acceptance of minorities?
Okay, think about how many didn’t pray and had already in their mind self determined by the facts known that day Obama was eligible and could do the job without a revocation of the whole United States Constitution with all its loving principles for minorities?

Hopefully that covered every person, but the bottom line is there is a whole bunch of people who are going to find out they were deceived. Now how they handle that is certainly going to vary in scope and degree right?

I’m sure there will be those who let it roll off their back like water off a ducks and say, “Well, if I’d known that then I wouldn’t have voted that way, but I didn’t, so better luck next time; carry on”. That will be mixed with those who actually incorporate a hatred that has a lot of fuel behind it and guess who that is going to be presented to as heat?

We could see a rate of murder go up on blacks not ever witnessed in America’s history. You can meet the white devil on many terms but that is not one any black person really cares to have chasing their children or knocking at their door in numbers justifying violence by the deeds of a Mr. Obama/Soetoro.

Now besides that as I said, there will be a number of people who are black who have a heap of guilt they burden upon themselves in a shared responsibility of being so gullible as to buy Mr. Obama’s snake oil. Those are perhaps some of the lovely Christian folks who will be searching for answers and feeling the hell fire flames burning within them at an awful rate who are lots of different colors and races.

It is going to have to be Birthers who don’t throw gasoline on the fires already ignited. If we are conservative in our Christian beliefs we are going to have to be the good Samaritans that extend love, extend our hands, and use those blankets of consolation upon those suffering in all ranges of the human experience.

Think for a minute of the anger of losing money on a candidate who was not qualified that will come from corporations and political action committees and how that anger will be channeled and to whose purpose that will serve? These questions we must be thinking of now and you may not agree with me on any one of them, but it was indeed the Constitution that brought us together and we must communicate that this was an individual act when it is all said and done, not an act of a particular race or color.

As Americans we serve the principles of our Constitution not the prejudices of communism. If this is meant to tear us apart it will be used as such and we will see a divided America like we have never seen before and it will be the deceit of communism and prejudice that ultimately threatens all of us. We must never forget the magnitude and herculean effort of great and inspiring leaders of our communities that opposed Obama and were also black, brown, red, yellow and white.

We must hold up examples to the white folks enraged with fury and seeking the extermination of blacks that principle favored prejudice in the wise and fair counsels of Dr. Reverend James David Manning who loved the United States Constitution more then he loved the color of his own skin. I held hands and embraced members of the Atlah church who took Christianity to a higher level. This is what America is about and I will never forget the experience of the Obama Trial held there, or the verdict of ‘guilty’.

Individual responsibility is something Obama doesn’t want you to believe in because he doesn’t want to take his own crushing choices home to roost. He can’t afford to do that and so he could very well push the button or ask Mr. Putin to and that is how World Wars are started.

Let the world continue to be a better place because of the example America sets on upholding the United States Constitution. That is our respect, our honor, and our duty. Let us work very hard to be the example of America God has given to us in love, acceptance, and a peace that prevails under the law of our United States Constitution with so many differing minorities. Let us always be mindful of these and let our actions speak loud and clear; WE ARE AMERICA, I AM AMERICAN.

It is my firm belief that if we will take a stand for our Constitution that the blessings of God will be ours and the rewards will follow. If we fail of course this responsibility a deprivation will be ours that we haven't seen in this generation. It is with this urgency that hope you will change and understand the importance of the United States Constitution for America.

We are all judges of ourselves, and each other. Being monetarially rich is not required for happiness or blessings. I've seen God help me so directly in so many circumstances. His eyes are on all at all times, and you are never ever forgotten. What can I say about the inspiration of this song? Truthful, I heard my Mother-In-Heaven singing it in a dream. It was so beautiful, I awoke, penned it, put the score together and sang it, then went on location filmed it, and did a little editing in a one day project. I am always so grateful for the Spirit of God which gives to all and abraideth not. Be open to/with your gifts and talents - share them. Mercy cannot be underestimated. These kits (Get Yours Free Here) contain the same evidence released in March 1,2012 (and a little more) that I included in my case against Obama that went from Georgia State- Georgia State Supreme- to U.S. Supreme 12-5276 in Judy v. Of course accidents happen; your entire focus had forgotten what you were holding in your hand. The paper plate loaded with guacamole suddenly folds during a conversation you’re having with another guest and you’re ashamed that you have to go tell the Host you’ve made a mess.

On the way to grab the host and report the problem you question yourself, “Could I have resisted what looked so good in the first place, just once?” You’d never in all your life seen such awesome looking guacamole. You just had to have some! So it was the Hosts fault for making such fantastic guacamole?

Some people would say it was the Host’s fault for having paper plates at the party in the first place. Should you express that sentiment to the Host? Ultimately you know if your focus had been on that plate from the time you left the food line to the time you sat at the table, the other guest would not have guacamole now taped to their shoes as they spread it around the beautiful flush cream colored carpet you had told the host was so beautiful just an hour earlier. The thought screams inside your head, “Its Reeeeeeeed!”

It’s not their fault. They are just trying to walk around the mess you spilled. The horror picks up speed in your mind, as you see the mess spread on the carpet to encompass a much larger area then you had ever imagined it could, simply because there is such a little isle for everyone to walk through to get to the dining tables, again, you think about blaming the Host for poor planning on the construction of the party and even “his house”!

“Where in the hell is he anyway”, must you walk the entire house, search in every bedroom, and cover the entire property to find him. This is ridiculous! Is this really “your job”?

Yes it is ridiculous, and yes it is your job. Ever think about cleaning it up yourself? “No?” that had never dawned on you. You couldn’t be seen cleaning up a mess you had made right?

This is the press room in the Main Stream Media, and the lack of responsibility to investigative journalism that actually has the self governing principle of a ‘free press’. There’s very little to say about the amount of time they actually have spent vetting Barack Obama.

Whether it was harassment, intimidation, coercion or just plain ignorance, gullibility, or the thrill up their leg with the candidate, they haven’t really given the time-of-day to the principles of the qualifications of the President, when it came to the investigative reports of a Cold Case Posse’s over -2500-hour investigation; reports and court evidences that Obama’s social security number didn’t pass e-verify a system set up specifically to prohibit multiple users of a number for work related purposes. Yes, the President works for us. Draft Registrations certainly would be something that a candidate could get to and change unless they were a time traveler, or could, wait a minute, break-ins happen remember Watergate? How big of a story was it when Sen. McCain and Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama’s pass ports were found to have been targets? Oh yes, there was a murder involved with that wasn’t there?

The courts have been full of law suits. Citizens, Lawyers, and even Presidential Candidates with standing from both sides of the isle have presented their evidences to the Courts all over the land including the United States Supreme Court to report the mess, but the Host was Congress said the Judges and the check and balance system of reporting a problem just wasn’t working. A of course the guacamole was spreading around the world as the once pristine and respectable house was turning into a sea of smashed dirty and hair covered guacamole. Yuck! Who thinks this good to eat now?

When I look at the picture of the World and the respect the world has now for Russian President Putin because he is at the very least qualified under Russian standards to be President of Russia, I am ashamed at my own Country’s ability to roll in an unqualified usurpation of the Office of the President. Accidents happen - true, but pride must not be the rusty squeaking hinge we cling to now in resistance to cleaning it up.

Do you really think if the voters had known that Obama wasn’t qualified to be President under the Constitution as a natural born citizen they would have voted for him? Do you really think the voters if they had known about an identification fraud that incorporated a long form birth certificate fabrication, a miss-matched social security card, and a phony draft registration, would have voted for Obama? The answers are “No”, so why would you say he was ‘elected’?

Of course an election is not illegal, but the results of an election are most especially illegal if the Candidate elected is not who he said he was Mr. Barry Soetoro adopted Indonesian Citizen and Kenyan Born according to multiple and self reports of the candidate i.e. Obama’s own literary agent who scampered an interview, his wife, and grandmother, all have been mistakes right?

Respect from the world is not based in an antedote of America’s electing a black man but in honoring our own U.S. Constitution, if the black man is black because of the false identification that is criminal obfuscation according to the very simple standards of the United States Constitution, what harm has that done to our respect around the world? Why an immediate hearing in The House of Congress and would not be justifiably warranted is bewildering, don't you think?

Of course the United States of America is a successful sea of multiplicity that has both thrilled and enraged the world. If Russian President Putin hasn’t forgotten about restoring pride to Russia, we as Americans should never give up on restoring honor to the United States by at the very least having an unquestionably qualified President according to our own standards of the Constitution. Let stay the course of the Constitution, my Dad used to say, "When in doubt follow the route."

One of the perks of losing a Presidential election is the ability to say “See I told you so” when something you may have represented or said in a debate actually comes to fruition. The platform you stood for looks even stronger for you as a leader when your words actually ripen on the vine. We’ve heard that exact scenario resonate from the post-presidential platform of former Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney, Sen. John McCain, and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. Sen. McCain was the GOP Candidate in 2008 with Vice Presidential running mate Sarah Palin and Mitt Romney ran with Sen. Paul Ryan in the V.P. slot of 2012.

We have heard a lot from all four prestigious former candidates of late on a range of political hot topic issues like foreign policy, the economy, employment, taxes, healthcare and a dozen or so scandals in 2013 that mainly have to do with the failed leadership policies of Barack Obama in all of the above, right?

If you ask Democrats if our Healthcare system is any better now than it was 6 years ago when the Obamacare Tank ran it over, I think their answer is pretty transparent when they hold out one hand asking for money from the DNC, but with the other hands held up as a STOP sign saying, “Obama is welcome to stay in Washington; thank you very much.”
If you ask Democrats if the United States is more respected now then every before around the world like Obama promised it would be, I think you’ll find them hiding under rocks when it comes to Israel , UK, South America, Spain, France, Brazil, Afghanistan , European Union, India, Iraq, Libya, Egypt, Syria, Ukraine, Iran, China, Russia and even Saudi Arabia’s answers.

In fact, the capitulation is perhaps quite transparent when Russia, China, Iran, and Syria might agree they actually do like what’s going on with the condescending tags pillaging the Obama sanctions as examples of how pathetically weak they believe we have become in more than one arena. Of course you don’t go around with a brush and a bucket of red paint walking backwards unless your goal is to weaken.

When it comes to more jobs, unemployment answers, and production I think the America people are looking around at the skyrocketing food, gas, and premiums taking more and more out of their paychecks and writing their Congressmen saying we can’t live with a modest one dollar raise on minimum wage we need a unparalleled doubling to make ends meet. That’s far from a good sign of recovery or quantitative easing for that matter.

The signs of the times are all about redistribution and all about Americans giving up what they have had. Even the business moguls’ like Warren Buffet- yesterday predicting a stock market bubble burst any day and laying it all on Obama’s shoulders for determination of Big Government fixes isn’t a good sign; Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerman with a rallying cry for cheaper immigrant labor, a roll back on payroll taxes (which would really put a cramp in that 5-7 year unemployment benefit folks democrats have been so fond of extending); and retail consumer tax increases to pass it on and raise revenue. Oh gosh, did these guys really vote Democratic Party straight ticket?

Wait-a-minute, what happened with that great advice six years ago or weren’t these guys concerned, that we were going to have a fixed economy, a transparent government, and the hope that business as usual was coming to an end in Washington DC with a flush control of Democrats in all three Branches of the Government? Did you find Obama wasn’t listening or didn’t listen, I’m confused?

I mean, for all the hoopla of Republicans having little tea parties, has there been any repeal of law by Republicans or a refusal to fund it all? Oh yeah, there was that two weeks of panic, but it was really a glass of water spilling and not the tidal wave coming in that it was hyped up to be.

Are Republicans really ready to lay all the blame on “Democratic and Independent Voters”? Sniffle, sniffle, “Yeah, because we didn’t have a majority in the Senate and the House, so we just had to fund everything because of the squirt gun pointed at our heads?”

I felt like gasoline had been poured all over me while Mitt Romney had chucked a lit match as I read his op-ed, ‘Reminding America about the Devastating Price of Obama’s’ Failed Leadership’ printed in the Wall Street Journal, Fox News, IJ Review, Memorandum, Washington Times, the Hill, and on and on and on. He said, “Able leaders anticipate events, prepare for them, and act in time to shape them”. We’ve all heard Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin’s ad nauseum, “I told you so” when it come to Russia being the biggest foreign concern in a bid to heighten their lectern a notch or two.

What about the responsibilities of the Candidates running for President who have standing and all this money pouring in from the faithful to challenge the opposing parties illegal or unqualified candidate? What did you want your speech protected so much you wanted to make sure Obama stayed in come hell or high-water of the Constitution, was that it? Well, applause claps for you. Vomit!

Let’s talk just a moment about failed leadership? How can you debate a guy twelve feet away from you a number of times and not take issue with his being a walking talking violation of the Constitution’s requirement for a natural born citizen? How does that not get printed several hundred times in every newspaper in the Country if you’re a leader of one of the major parties in America?

Mr. Obama/Soetoro, you say you have an American mother citizen granting you citizenship, but you also have a Kenyan father granting you a citizenship..no? Well, first the Constitution is not saying you don’t get that from your mother, the Constitution is saying what you got from your father is different and with respect Sir, a dual citizenship prohibits you from legally holding the Office of the President according to our Republic’s Constitution. That is the Supreme law of the land Sir. Say that in your debate or op-ed.

Last time I heard, and I try to keep up with Amendments to the Constitution, the “Citizen” part was a qualification for the U.S. House and U.S. Senate, but the U.S. President Citizen part was only for those who were Citizens at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, after that this dual citizen thing actually disqualified you. A Natural Born Citizen is born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents. There are no tinges of foreign citizenship allowed in or for the Office of the President!

Congress has had many hearings on the record saying exactly that. John McCain’s foreign birth in Panama made him a citizen son of Panama; he was not born in a military hospital and required two acts of Congress in his lifetime to do what he has done as a ‘citizen’ and a ‘natural born citizen’ neither of which qualified him to be President. In fact both ACTS of Congress strongly witness against it as naturalization of alien citizenship action of government.

“Yes, all of this and more on Obama’s identification my friends”, cant you just hear that coming out of Sen. McCain’s speech? “More.. what could you possible mean by “more”?, Mr. Judy? Well, let’s start with a long form fabrication for a long form birth certificate handed out in 2011..hello! Of course there is the miss-matched social security number we commonly see happen with people who don’t have a legal long form birth certificate, and a phony draft registration date stamped on it. That’s not even the cherry on the top. College records sealed in secrecy, the ole whiffed waffle on the bio that your literary agent gets from you saying you were born in Kenya; and of course family, friends, and acquaintances that have all said it as witnesses. Okay, it’s a little package all wrapped up in what’s called a Sheriff’s Kit you can get for free, but you still refuse to open your big mouth about any of it? Humm, leadership failure?

Okay, so you have this little excuse called, “What you can’t do anything about you just keep your mouth shut about?” So shut your mouth about jobs, the economy, foreign policy, and healthcare already?

Last time I checked we lived in a Constitution Republic; do you know what that means? That means you don’t need a majority of the people voting for you in an election to make a difference. That’s right, look I’ve got a record that says Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in the United States Supreme Court and one that says Judy v. McCain filed in the Las Vegas Nevada Federal District Court that says Benghazi, the IRS Scandal, NSA Spying, heck all of the scandals in 2013, Obamacare, the sell out of our military, the sell out of our respect in the world, and the abuse of the Constitution in the Office of the President never would have happened because Obama wasn’t qualified to be in that office.

That’s what my leadership record shows. Your leadership record has a sign on it that says,” it’s ok with me, let it all happen!” Now, how can you even open your mouth now days and say different and not be seen as the pitiful laughing joke of the world right along with Mr. Obama?

I never tried to hide any of these findings from Mitt Romney campaign in 2012 or McCain’s campaign in 2008. I made it my mission to ask for help from them with a press release sent directly to their campaigns at least weekly full of information. In fact, I’m pretty positive the NSA has a record of that and I know the FBI does because I made a complaint with them about it.

The pledge of allegiance says, “And to the Republic for which we stand”, NEWSFLASH GOP and Mitt, it’s a Republic; you don’t need to have a majority to win on a principle like the requirements of the Office of the President in the Constitution. Heavens, one guy should be able to go in there and say look here Judge, this isn’t right, especially if you’ve got money coming out your ears and dollars rolling in a campaign like the ocean tides flowing in billions of gallons of water up on a beach that at the very least says, Judge if you don’t like the Constitution, I’m going to see to it your purged off that bench. This isn’t obscure, this is fundamental and construction laws prohibit changing the Constitution from your bench.

You know if you don’t get the Judge to hear you, guess who’s got the money to put that in the paper and broadcast it to all the voters until they see it, understand it, and can speak it. You have a million dollars worth of signs outside of the United States Supreme Court ready to re-plaster it if they don’t give it a hearing! Believe me, if it was McCain or Romney it would have been heard. You know when you run and become the nominee for a major party like the Republican GOP, what’s wrong with the truth and just taking a stand for the Constitution? Isn’t the Constitution worth preserving, protecting, and defending before you get into office or is that a sudden urge when you get to take the oath?

My hand is still extended to you in your leadership conferences because as we have seen Obama sure hasn’t started upholding the Constitution. He’s actually bound by his own actions and lies to discard it for years to come. Can you afford that?

So, what’s it really worth for you to take up the National Security threat that says the guy in the White House isn’t who he says he is? That’s usurpation. Do you think you could start asking for Congress to hear it with a majority in the House of your own party?

Think of the embarrassment in the Senate to excoriate the facts and evidence laid down by expert witnesses, testimony, and documents actually handed out by Obama himself, not to mention maybe even seeing the CIA plead the fifth on not having Obama’s DNA sample off the glass. I think that would be a recipe for a landslide in 2014 don’t you? I mean ‘fraud’, ‘forgery’, ’deceit’ all upon the people’s vote in order to get elected? Come on!

You are absolutely right: “Able leaders anticipate events, prepare for them, and act in time to shape them”, and thus far on the biggest American fraud in history, you’ve proven yourself deaf, dumb, and blind. We might be able to live with one of the three, but we can’t live with all three.

The Anti-Conspiracy Voice v. The Anti-Birther Voice

Today an article appeared on the "Before It’s News" World Report. A community of individuals who report on what's going on around them, from all around the world, anyone can join, anyone can contribute and anyone can become informed about their world.

You can read just about anything there from the Economy and the dollar about to crumble, Ukraine turmoil, 7.0 mega Earth quakes caused by HARP WARS, Missing planes, missing nukes, Putin threatening to turn the U.S. into ash, even sodomy in the White House. I'm thinking the 'turning the U.S. into ash was not linked to the sodomy in the White House, but I guess it could be depending upon who survives.

That's why I was so surprised to see the Anti-Birther Voice of Dr. Conspiracy featured in a story at BEFORE ITS NEWS. When I did a search at BEFORE ITS NEWS for my name I came up with three or almost four pages of stories listed.

When I ran a search for the self proclaimed Anti-Birther Dr. Conspiracy (not to be confused with "King of Conspiracy", but rather "King of Anti-Conspiracy" which he hopes is always a good thing)I came up with a 10 page search list and went through about 5 of them to see they were at least cognitive of the same person.

What's interesting is the CIA actually employed the word Conspiracy to push away or block investigations into JFK's Assassination and it’s become one of the most successful propaganda initiatives of all time. The CIA intention was to make a conspiracy believer a target of ridicule and hostility, which ironically they were experienced with of course by foreign governments.

That's the way a foreign spy operation was suppose to work, deflecting with a skewed reflection puts someone off the mark. When did "Truth" become a conspiracy theory? Well, in a nut shell it was when it was decided by someone, usually in an authority seat, that 'For the betterment of all, it was just best to keep it hidden'.

That prevailed as the line of thought for Obama's long form birth certificate until it hit the BIG Crowd and that included about 67% of Republicans and 40% of Democrats. Then at the urging of Donald Trump, Obama produced at the White House Press Core room a long form fabrication to cut into the margin percentages, which it did in a big way. It was brilliant reflection because it really in a big sweeping way swooped up all the Media into the Obama go-cart.

That's not to say they weren't kind of there anyway, but now they were really in the slammer because of their own lack of journalism. That's the kind of weapon Dr. Conspiracy keeps by his bed stand at night. The MAIN Stream Media was put into the slammer because finding out for whatever reason they were 'wrong' actually meant they would have to disavow and could that possibly be good for the Nation?

This isn't Mission Possible, this is Mission Impossible that gets pulled off, but Obama has nothing to lose because he's in all the way. He only has to convince a few of the Mainstream Media outlets who begin to doubt that if they indeed ever doubt again, they have to disavow him completely. "Would that be for the betterment of the country?", said Mr. Obama to the United States Supreme Court in the meeting as the tangled web that was woven was put into place.

Such a heavy burden is the truth. Isn't it just better to understand the sheep cast their vote according to the information they had at the time, maybe even like SOS Kerry interprets, Crimea residence did for the Referendum today to join Russia, at gun-point? You'd think that communism had come full circle when a vote cast by the people in a referendum is disavowed by the Government of the U.S., or has it?

The part of the BEFORE ITS NEWS report that Dr. Conspiracy, (remember this guy is what's his name,hummm, well, one thing you can always be sure about when it comes to Conspiracy deception or perpetration is that you won't often find they have real names, they go by anonymous code names pictures, and scurry about threatened with their ip addresses tracking them, which is all part of the "plan" to represent the truth right? You know these guys really need the U.S. Constitution. So they don't take a lot of 'selfies' to auction off for charitable causes, "What difference does it make at this point?" Hey, who said that recently?

Oh yeah it was that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton piping loud to the crowd at a Congressional Hearing that Benghazi and who commited the horrible actions leading to the deaths including that of Ambassador Stevens that didn't really matter and neither did the truth because it was 'better for all of us' right? Well, that's not what a Congressional Hearings Report found when it examined the evidence.

Quoting the REPORT here at BEFORE ITS NEWS Dr. Conspiracy who certainly thinks he has a way with words says:

Misinformation about Obamacare..Huh? “We are in a gigantic financial asset bubble,” warns Swiss adviser and fund manager Marc Faber. “It could burst any day.” Faber doesn’t hesitate to put the blame squarely on President Obama’s big government policies and the Federal Reserve’s risky low-rate policies, which, he says, “penalize the income earners, the savers who save, your parents. Billion-dollar investor Warren Buffett is rumored to be preparing for a crash as well. The “Warren Buffett Indicator,” also known as the “Total-Market-Cap to GDP Ratio,” is breaching sell-alert status and a collapse may happen at any moment. I wonder if Dr. Conspiracy is part of the economy we are part of?

Now I thought it was quite complimentary of Dr. Conspiracy to assert, in his reference to, [my] the article was 'main stream'. Hey, that's a huge difference and turn around for anti-Birthers. I mean after the pejorative insults I've endured in the Foggy Bottoms of anti-birthers has very few limitations especially under the code of secrecy they employ with weird little names and funny little alien and creature feature pictures; they glory in anonymity. Like some kind of wild freak show they drink all kinds of colored watered ink shows.

That brings me to another point. It’s actually the Constitution that protects them in their dark of night Hunger Games Show. Under Putin, they'd be toast and behind bars. The irony of hating the Constitution so much that 2500 hours of law enforcement investigations, legally binding under statutory authority is of no consequence doesn’t make a real bit of sense. These guys at the Cold Case Posse of Sheriff Joe Arpaio have been doing this professionally.

Anti-Birthers might like to think Obama is a professional at EVERYTHING, but you know what? When it comes to investigations of a criminal nature I think I'd trust my local sheriff department to get to the bottom of criminal investigation over Obama or his appointments, especially when the investigation had to do with him. I mean who does Obama want to appoint in the investigation of Anti-Birthers the butcher the baker or the candle stick maker?

Now in fairness, Dr. Conspiracy is correct in saying that Birthers have not won anything. But what does any criminal investigation win? It’s a heart ache and a burden when someone is found to be illegal. Ask the families of those who have come across the borders illegally. Ask yourself how you feel when you've been pulled over and handed a ticket for speeding. I've never really seen a cop do a dance on his way back to his car after handing a speeding ticket out have you?

Dr. Conspiracy might have you think it was such a "glorious joy" in the words of Will Ferrell's character Jackie Moon in Semi Pro to learn he had successfully navigated his way to ownership of a real NBA Team, and that we'd be so happy we couldn't even feel our arms swinging about while they ate a big bag of horse-poop. I can assure them that is not the case.

From everything I have ever heard from lead investigator Detective Mike Zullo on the Cold Case Posse, they actually set out to prove Obama right not wrong. That's a pretty big dish or burden of proof that says innocence before being proven guilty. And that's the way anyone of us would want a criminal investigation conducted if we were the one's handing out our fraudulent long form fabrications, using a miss-matched social security card, with a complimentary draft registration that had a phony stamp on it.

Innocent before being proven guilty: That's exactly what Obama has gloriously bathed in the salts of the hot tub from a Mainstream Media that actually would not examine Obama's long form birth certificate before announcing its legitimacy. They got caught in the 'black president' sensation crawling up their legs, but that didn't do blacks any good. Look at the embarrassment they are facing because of this? That doesn't make me feel good.

Remember I testified as a Candidate for President Witness at the CIA Columbia Obama Sedition and Treason Trial held in Harlem New York by Pastor James David Manning in a trial sanctioned by the tenth Amendment.When Obama was found guilty there was a relief truth had prevailed, and justice was somber in that reality of the truth. My testimony was chosen because I sued McCain also who wasn't born in the U.S. but is a foreign son of Panama. My testimony was non-partisan and non-racist for the principles of the truth.

That's where it all begin for McCain, no doubt about it, and it wasn't in some military hospital either. That's real and Dr. Conspiracy seems to cling to things that are real. He wants to portray himself as grounded in reality, but he's actually just a conspiracy spook for Obama, or at least for the biggest Conspiracy of all American History. That doesn't represent the truth of expert witnesses including Reed Hayes, the Certified Document Examiner (CDE) used by Perkins Coie, the law firm whose partners have provided Barack Obama’s personal defense over the last five years and Lead Posse Investigator Mike Zullo, whose report and findings went into Judy v. Obama 12-5276. These men put their careers on the line, what has Dr. Conspiracy put on the line besides his wet clothes and some chicken to jerky?

He is indeed a King of Conspiracy himself, and for a spy to admit he's a spy is actually the truth, so he digs it. For all his claims that Birthers are addicted there is indeed in the mirror at home for him. One that says, "I have an anti-birthers addiction".

As Diane Feinstein said you just can’t spy on your own country and you'd better be telling the truth when you come back here. No conspiracy there, the CIA went in and searched her Committee's computers. What's the CIA say, "Of course we are not spying on them"

Hopefully the TRUTH is the Justice for ALL Parties in a case like Obama's foreign identity crisis that is a Constitution Mandate. We can't go around trimming and gleaning at it because construction laws prohibit that. There's a way to Amend it and its been tried several times by McCain including his non-binding Sen. Res. 511 that Hillary Clinton and Sen. Barack Obama co-sponsored.

Congressional hearings have been held on a lot less important things then the President's Qualifications and Dr. Conspiracy is right in the fact no one has heard of a hearing in Congress yet, but that doesn't imply BIRTHERS have lost anything either. We just haven't had a chance yet. If he wants to beat his chest at that and gloriously wave his arms about, let him do it. I do like his cowboy hat and I’ve been known to wear one myself on occasion in my professional horsemanship days.

I think I like Ronald Reagan might just be as happy on a horse as I am anywhere, and that is far away from Washington DC politics. There are no days where I jump up and down for joy because I was compelled to run for President because McCain and Obama were not qualified natural born citizens and I knew I had to have standing to take it to Court. So I ran as a write-in in 2008 and ran in the Democratic Party in 2012 finding my way to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276.

There were more childhood dreams riding horses for me rather than dreams of taking people who were not qualified for President but had a billion dollars to spend in a masquerade of the principles I had come to admire as a kid in the opportunity uniquely qualified as American. I wish Congress had done their job as elected officials, but when they don't and refuse the burden is left to anyone who will pick up the burden. I guess along with horses comes a job of cleaning the stalls and I did a fair amount of that pooper-scooper work to know how to get it done. Maybe all Washington DC needs is a really good stable boy?

The "Independents" are a voting block in the United States of America that basically have been deciding elections for quite some time now. Republicans and Democrats have been in a tussal for their vote more then once, sometimes swinging between parties. The key is that there aren't too many politicians who don't know that without the I=Independent vote there won't be a winning elections.

Independents drive the GOP and the DNC bat crazy, because they have everyone else in their pocket, or shall we say putting money in their pocket. This is actually the catalyst to things like Rep. Nancy Pelosi's cockamamied rhetoric "We Have to Pass it so we can see what's in it". Its a way of projecting on to Independents a slobbery gobelty goop in the hope they can sneak by and maintain their vote.

So all the work and money for a political election comes down to two parties working their tail ends off and then basically being subject to the "Independent" vote which swings winning the election either way.

The odd thing is both the Republicans and Democrats think they hold sway over Independent voters and a third party will never in a million years ever just leave them both for a strong third party candidate.

So, if the Independents are actually the American Political Party that swings elections there is no question on whether America has a two party system. America has a three party system. Over the last 12 years the Independent American Party has been the fastest growing party in America with more and more voters deciding to vote for the particular person, rather then just straight party vote.

Its been my dream however to have on the ballot the R for Republican Party - the D for the Democrat Party and the I for Independent Party. I think it would serve our Nation much better in actually getting a bigger voter turn out which could actually help all the parties. Let's face it, they say Obama won the election because the Republican Base didn't turn out, so there was actually a "protest" vote going on. America, meaning everyone, needs to work towards eliminating the 'protest' vote and I think an I on the ticket for Independent would do wonders for it giving Independents a much more fair or equal shake in the National Elections. Isnt that something that would appeal to Democrats? Fair and Equal.

Of course there are a lot of different kinds of Independent voters that vary in the pendulum from conservative to liberal, but especially in the Presidential National Election the Independent voter has not been well represented in having a candidate heard. Most generally you see live debates with the two as we saw with Barack Obama and Mitt Romney in the 2012 election cycle, and then the Independent Vote is swinging one of those two parties to the victory or the win.

Its a way that the two party system has manipulated the Independent Voters in America to decide on either one and whose going to be the winner. As the Independents have grown in to such a large group in America though, I don't think that's exactly productive for either of the two major parties because it says, "we can't win on our own".

The love-hate relationship between the two parties and Independents is caused indeed by this kind of abusive relationship. Rep Nancy Pelosi's own words, "Why would anyone get married unless they were crazy about someone?" Well, let Democrats be crazy over Democrats, and Republicans be crazy over Republicans and let them separate themselves from Independents rather than depend on them in a obsessive abusive relationship.

There is the theory that you lose an election because these independent voters didn't vote for you. That's what has the GOP basically doing calisthenics right now for different minorities because they see a need to court the minority vote in order to win. Gosh you'd think they'd rather just help create on the ballot an I for INDEPENDENT voters and be done with them.

Rush Limbaugh who say Republicans lost election because they did'nt stay on the conservative side, which means basically people stayed home in a protest vote and its termed not getting your base out to vote. That's based on the GOP Leaderships choice for a candidate, as well as the Media picking the darling, rather then the conservative base.

Many don't think there are enough Independents put together to actually win a National Election, but I don't think that is true, especially if there was a choice of the I for Independent on the ballot. What may happening is the Independents don't have enough of a central body to firmly grasps as a platform, but I think the times are a changing and I believe its the central feature of the Republican Parties ideals with the Democratic Parties ideals that are merging and leaving the Constitution behind that leaves everything that is American and the Supreme Law of the Land in between for the taking. An Independent American Party might just do that, and the GOP and the DNC could put their dollars to better use instead of courting the swing voters.

The core feature that we have witnessed taking politics out of the principle field in the last two elections has undoubtedly been the qualification clause of the President that both Republicans and Democrats flat out trample and tread upon with ferociousness. It hasn't mattered to them what law enforcement investigations have said, it hasn't mattered to them what evidence was in front of them, they are totally together on the issue of Barack Obama not being vetted or qualified and simply printing up fabricated documents of identification to say that he is qualified according to the Constitution. If you don't believe ask any of them and see what they say. The courts, and I've been through a lot of them all the way up to the United States Supreme Court actually admit they want to avoid it as its Congress's place to hold hearings on it.

Its as if they applaud a man with a long form fabrication, a mis-matched social security card, and a phony year dated stamped draft registration as fearlessly daring to go where no honest man would. It is as if they would follow the devil down to hell without so much as a hearing to discuss why his skin was red, why he had horns, and why he had a tail. If that costume is so glorious that it spell binds Congress into some kind of a trance then its time the American People flat out called them on their not having a hearing and objecting with their support of a candidate who has taken a stand on the eligibility in a non-partisan way instead of just going to hell in a hand basket.

Well, unfortunately we have had too little too late from the GOP. The Conservative base is actually more unhappy with the Republican leadership then it was in 2012, if that was even thought possible. I mean you really have to admit something has gone terribly wrong when in 2012 the GOP had the conservative talk show host Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh,and Sean Hannity in their back pockets and narrowly lost. Can you even imagine the loss with Glenn Beck shouting hashtag defund the GOP (#defundthegop) with the news wrecking crew expanding at The Blaze now?

Rush Limbaugh saying today the GOP had lost their way on Obamacare saying they can fix it rather than repeal it. Rush's book Rush Revere and the First Patriots has hit Amazon's number one slot. That's not supposed to happen with sequels. Six months! That's not only not supposed to happen with sequels, it's not supposed to happen with books released six months apart. Not done. You made it happen. This is not done. We're gonna end up here -- other than Harry Potter, Harry Potter, that series, of course, is the other exception to the rule. But it looks like on the New York Times best-seller list for children's books, both of them, Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims and Rush Revere and the First Patriots, is gonna be on the list at the same time.

Sean Hannity has endeavored on a RECLAIM AMERICA PAC that touts Believing in the American Dream. You really can't have all three of these guys basically coming out and telling the GOP that they are losers losers losers, when they were supporting them in 2012 and they still lost!

The Conservatives of American have to face the facts, face the reality that they just can't keep up the pace with their leaders abandoning Constitutional principles just as fast as they can spend money and spiral our debt in a pact with devil for BIG GOVERNMENT.

The GOP doesn't even have an island on which to stand upon and say they are fiscally responsible and want to reduce our debt, lower taxes, and down size government bureaucracy after being solely responsible for funding Obamacare through their own U.S. House Majority, because Democrats sure didn't fund it with their majority.

This is what I am proposing. If the GOP will "NOT" hold hearings on Obama's Eligibility and hear the evidence of my standing as a Presidential Candidate, hear the evidence I submitted that included Sheriff Joe's Arpaio's Cold Case Posse as I submitted to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 recognizing I also held in Judy v. McCain the same non-partisan standard of the Constitution in principle, that all Conservatives just abandon the GOP.

If the GOP refuses to hold Obama's feet to the principle of the Constitution on his eligibility issue, which is the root of so many SCANDALS and even deaths in 2013, they sure will not enforce it on their own running candidates like Rubio,Cruz,Santorum,and McCain. I really hope we haven't come to a point where we have not just turned our back on the opportunity that America is with our individual rights, property, and liberty protected from the States confiscation of it like communism threatens in the voice of Putin not to many days ago in fact. We put sanctions on him, he'll confiscate all the Corporations of America's investments over there. Yeah, he'll just take it. What every you have in the bank, in business assets, whatever he'll just take it. Is that what you want Hollywood? Is that cool with you? You better wake up and start appreciating the United States of America's Constitution because its the only thing standing between you and the State of Communism.

The GOP has become an empty shell of the once proud conservative base, and the Democratic Party who once championed civil rights has flushed them down the toilet and become the embarrassment of the Constitution. Oh its such an embarrassment to. An Independent ticket is bound to pick up what was once the base of the Democratic Party.

If we work hard and pull together and start representing one another in the common ground we have, we might start finding our way into a few straw polls and at least find some media coverage. We need people working in every state on this, but I think we can actually take the middle of the Country and start chipping away at the South if you will start supporting and helping me. I know America wants you.

It is imperative for you to know that there were indeed other candidates for President who stood their ground against Obama on the eligibility question, but there was only one who stood his ground with Obama and McCain. And while it wasn't an easy road to travel, there is not one major media source that has ever called me a racist and had the grounds for it to stick. That is my non-partisan secret.

If you insist on supporting others who did not throw down on Sen. McCain equally you are in fact perpetrating the lie of racism upon those of us who took a stand on the principle for the Office of the President "Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, that covers both nature and nurture, and provides the base protection of two generations to the Office of the President without partisanship.

If you cant see the value in that with regards to the liberal mainstream media, then your politically blind as a bat, as well as indeed having some racist tendencies that certainly will not do the Constitution a bit of good or the conservative principles of the Constitution. The Office of the President controls one third of the whole Government and its the enforcing branch of law as the executive branch. That is pretty important and definitely is worth at the very least adherence affording the qualifications expressed in our Constitution.

Please urge and encourage your Representatives to OPEN AND TRANSPARENT HEARINGS in the House of Representatives on Obama's eligibility as the solution to eliminating Obamacare. These hearings must be held and the evidence must be heard that are in the Sheriff's kits most all of the Representatives have received now.

If these hearings are conducted in the open and reported in the open, the evidence will mount collectively and the U.S. Senate although it has a majority of Democrats will have to concede to the facts and evidences or will be seen as completely unfit for their duties and as incompetent. Utah would most likely see more benefits come from supporting the Candidates like myself, (well, Candidate as myself because there were no other candidates in the entire U.S.A. who stood up for principle regardless of party), fighting for equal protections under the law in pushing for Open and Transparent Hearings in Congress with two million dollars on Obama's Verification Eligibility qualification hearings on the stage to remove him as a disability according to Amend 14, Sec.3 would be a lot faster solution.
