The biggest problem with the Democratic Party 2016 exclusivity mentality might just be listening to the Candidate with the highest negativity in the TRUST or Truth Department. According to an article at The Hill - "Clinton is now viewed unfavorably by 55 percent of the electorate, according to the HuffPost Pollster average, which tracks findings from 42 different polling outfits."“The No. 1 reason that her favorability is so bad is that you have large numbers of Americans who say they don’t trust her,” said Democratic strategist Brad Bannon. Unfavorability of Obama at this point  in 2008 was 33%. A recent FOX news poll finds Clinton's unfavorability at 61% and former Pres. Clinton says "Remain Calm"?

With the number one Problem being 'Trust', getting the Truth out of Hillary Clinton might would be the very last thing you could count on. That means, Democrats, the last person in the world you would want to be asking questions about problems that involve Hillary Clinton is Hillary Clinton. Millions have cast votes for her in the Primary and Caucuses around the United States and California's is coming up June 7th, and the Clinton Campaign is prepared to blame everyone of her choices on Republicans and politics, who are just in it to win?

Ask Hillary Clinton about the "Email Thingy" and the FBI is simply conducting a routine security inquiry. FBI Director Comey says the FBI does not do 'security inquiries' only 'investigations'.  Ask Hillary Clinton about the unique problem with the Private Server being set up to allow her flushing capabilities? It's nothing that other Secretary of States haven't done and we should trust her personal judgement about which of the 50,000 should be flushed and which should be saved? Debbie Wasserman Schultz was forced to admit the Private Server had never been done by a Secretary of State.

She made a choice she says was unfortunate but it was mostly to do with convenience? Well, it certainly wasn't your convenience when 40 FBI agents have been charging you for their investigation over a year now at an estimated cost of $20,000,000.00 Million, but that's just routine?

You know even if the investigation ends up not indicting Hillary Clinton in this FBI Investigation the unfortunate 'convenience' for Hillary Clinton is that it has rubbed every American the wrong way and there is no way six months is going fix that memory Democrats before the General Election!

Well, things just could not get any worse for Hillary Clinton's supporters who have shoveled out big time bucks near 290,000,000.00 Million, but they just did. For all of her claims of not doing anything illegal or wrong the State Department Inspector general's office just said otherwise.

Quote: “Secretary Clinton should have preserved any federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary. At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.” (That’s on document page 23, page 26 of the pdf. Check it out.) Mr. Autin Bay, a retired U.S. Army Reserve colonel and Iraq veteran with a PhD in Comparative Literature from Columbia University, wrote: Under no circumstances should Hillary Clinton ever serve as President of the United States. From the White House, her War on Honesty will become a war on the American people. ]

I suggest it already has.

The biggest concern I have at this point is that the Democratic Party is left very vulnerable and it's not something Hillary Clinton started. Indeed the election of Barack Obama in 2008 was mired in the conspiracy a $10 dollar long form birth certificate released a week after he declared could have been released but wasn't for three years and when it was it was declared a forgery by a law enforcement investigation.

Even without the law enforcement investigation, the Court's have been reluctant to try Obama's claim that he is a [natural born Citizen]. Yes, that is still going on. Judy v. Obama 14-9396 a Motion forma pauperis was denied arbitrarily by the U.S. Supreme Court. Court Records show Mr. Judy's finances were and are still below the Federal Poverty Guideline. The war on the poor in the Halls of  Justice is real.

The significance of this is that Hillary Clinton may indeed have thought she could get away with anything because she had a key of Obama's ineligibility which she would use at any time that she felt like "promise made to her" in 2008 to step aside in the order she would be 'next' failed. This emboldened Clinton to cross all kinds of lines that normally would have been seen as a nightmare for most politicians.

Some of Clinton's speeches came on foreign soil. He was paid $1 million for two speeches sponsored by the government of Abu Dhabi, for example, around the same time the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security were negotiating with the city to build a U.S. diplomatic mission aimed at easing visa restrictions on travelers.

Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal- Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife,Hillary Rodham Clinton.][His donations through the Fernwood Foundation included $1 million reported in 2009, the year his company appealed to the American Embassy to help it keep its mines in Kazakhstan; $250,000 in 2010, the year the Russians sought majority control; as well as $600,000 in 2011 and $500,000 in 2012. Mr. Telfer said that his donations had nothing to do with his business dealings, and that he had never discussed Uranium One with Mr. or Mrs. Clinton. He said he had given the money because he wanted to support Mr. Giustra’s charitable endeavors with Mr. Clinton. “Frank and I have been friends and business partners for almost 20 years,” he said.

The Clinton campaign left it to the foundation to reply to questions about the Fernwood donations; the foundation did not provide a response.

Mr. Telfer’s undisclosed donations came in addition to between $1.3 million and $5.6 million in contributions, which were reported, from a constellation of people with ties to Uranium One or UrAsia, the company that originally acquired Uranium One’s most valuable asset: the Kazakh mines. Without those assets, the Russians would have had no interest in the deal: “It wasn’t the goal to buy the Wyoming mines. The goal was to acquire the Kazakh assets, which are very good,” Mr. Novikov, the Rosatom spokesman, said in an interview.

Amid this influx of Uranium One-connected money, Mr. Clinton was invited to speak in Moscow in June 2010, the same month Rosatom struck its deal for a majority stake in Uranium One.

The $500,000 fee — among Mr. Clinton’s highest — was paid by Renaissance Capital, a Russian investment bank with ties to the Kremlin that has invited world leaders, ..]

While Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Charity Foundation may have been the big winners raking in the cash in what seems a pay-to-play scheme of epic proportions, the losers very well might be the Democratic Party who in the interest of exclusivity refused the Democratic Party Candidate most willing and able to expose what Hillary Clinton held over Barack Obama's head - His Ineligibility all along. 

The case for the eligibility of a Presidential Candidate must be brought by another Presidential Candidate in order to fulfill standing rules in the Judicial Branch. That case was painfully difficult lasting now through three presidential Elections and lands in the U.S. Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 only to have the Court refuse it arbitrarily denying a Motion for forma pauperis. 

If anything the Court could have cleared it up by hearing it and making an Opinion on the natural born Citizen clause, instead they avoided it like the plague. The question must be asked by every American: If the U.S. Supreme Court has never as many Constitutional Scholars claim, ruled specifically on the meaning of natural born Citizen in the qualification clause of the Constitution, why would they refuse the opportunity to do so, unless it negatively impacted the Election of 2008 and 2012 in a constitutional crisis? 

But here we are in 2016, and the crisis has branched out proving the decision an error.

The small amount of Main Stream Media (MSM) in television, radio, and print that have un-covered the lies and details of the 9/11 terrorist attack in Benghazi Libya three weeks before the 2012 election, that led to the travesty of American's being murdered in the service of their Country in U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, and CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty all heroes to America in their service and actions of 9/11/2012, have once again Focused the Nations attention with more intelligence emerging yesterday for better judgement in deciding who will lead America in 2016 with the upcoming elections. 

From my own perspective they, (the MSM), for the most part have not Spotlighted their Focus on what may be the worst part of the entire Benghazi Terrorist Attack minus the loss of life and from a strategic political perspective, which is the "Abuse" of a "particular Religion" to manipulate the United States of America's Presidential Election of 2012. For the life of me I can hardly imagine any Religion feeling favorable about a Presidential Candidate willing to castigate an entire religious sect in a frame job, but that's exactly what Obama and Hillary Clinton did by blaming the 'video'. I really struggle with Democrats applauding this or rewarding Hillary Clinton with Delegates.

They "used" , stood behind, and employed a FALSE FLAG actually framing Islam as "the cause" of 9/11/12 to get Elected by stating falsely the cause or entire motive was the Video! Perhaps that is because I have been prosecuted by the Government before based on Religious Sentiment that the State did not understand, or relate based on facts and evidence, that this is keen in my own awareness.

In my opinion, Benghazi was much more than Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton not wanting to label the Event as it was [A Terrorist Attack]. They instead 'FRAMED' a 'whole, entire, or Particular Establishment of Religion. The Terror Attack had compelling evidence in it's wake- murders or nefarious killing attached to it-  loss of life with a Presidential Election hanging in the balance happening in three weeks.

 It was much more their insidious 'frame job' we saw in their willingness to conspire in conspiracy, (not unlike Obama's own release of his $10 long form birth certificate fully three years after taking office, that now law enforcement experts have called a fabrication), using a whole or entire Particular Establishment of Religion in that scheme or conspiracy. This was the Government on the wrong side of the Framing Job of a Particular Religion.

 The First Amendment of the Constitution states in part "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion" meaning favoring a particular religion in the passage of laws, appropriations of money in their duties. Have we have seen Obama and Clinton actually 'abuse' this given Foreign Theocratic States?

The topic was featured in a Presidential Commercial in 2012 just before the Iowa Caucus entitled Obama's Religious War.

Indeed, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton were not a part of Congress at the time. However, how much money by Congress was appropriated in the wake of  Benghazi and how many laws were passed in the wake of Benghazi in the [frame job] of "Islam"? Just the Benghazi Hearings cost Americans over $5,000,000.00 Million Dollars and the State Department reports 14,000,000.00 Million Dollars! How much money was spent in the Arab Springs in Egypt that put in place the Muslim Brotherhood. In Libya 1.1 Billion was spent for what we now know was a vacuum for ISIS to emerge.

 It kinda makes you wonder if Congress is delusional about the simple long form birth certificate that would have cost Obama $10 to release a week after he declared in 2008, but also would have thwarted all of this expense we are going through?

This is absolutely despicable! New documents released prove the collaborated FALSE Story to the American People Blaming a [Terrorist Attack] on Muslims based in the "video" wrongly with no truth to it.

It's as if Obama and Clinton blamed or framed a [whole] or entire Religion falsely. They made commercials about it.

This is really insulting to Islam to be blamed nefariously to become elected in the United States of America.

If you switched out the Religion you may easily grasp what I'm saying. For instance, if Clinton and Obama had said, " The cause of the Trump Rally Riot in New Mexico where many police officers were injured was based on a Video with a negative conotations or themed against [all Christains] rather then violence against American's [for and by illegal aliens] that was Reported. How would all Christians feel about being [Framed Falsely] like that? There is no doubt the majority religion in the Democratic Party as well as America is Christian.

According to a Pew Research Study of Religious Groups and their Political leanings based on exit polling in the 2012 Election the following graph indicates 62% of Muslims are preferred by Democrats to only 17% of Republicans in that faith, but the false 'frame job' of Islam has not been reported as such by the Media, but has got to be felt.

How information was used, and the truth of that information is imperative to understanding what the capabilities are of Hillary Clinton the predominant holder of Democratic Delegates in the coming Democratic Party National Convention happening in July.

Has or was the information available to those who voted prior to this information coming out been accounted by the Population or the Voters?

How may this account to literally millions changing their mind, just as they would have changed their mind had they understood 9/11/12 was a Terrorist Attack on Obama's watch! Given the closeness of the 2012 Election results Obama won by only a very small margin in the popular vote- Obama 51.1% to Mitt Romney's 47.2 with enough independents voting to change the outcome.

Mike Lee who by the way would not stand up against Obama's Ineligibility ‪#‎Utah‬ has a very poor Record of Standing up for the Constitution in the greatest test, but they could also be proud of a Resident son as a Candidate for President in '08 being the only one to take a stand across party lines against McCain and Obama in Federal Court which was why my Testimony was valued at the Trial on Obama's Ineligibilty. ‪#‎Utpol‬ ‪#‎Democrats‬ fighting ‪#‎politicalcorruption‬ ‪#‎CRJ2016‬‪#‎DemDebate‬ say what you want about me, but the Record will not ever be erased in Heaven or on Earth and it is one that Stands for Truth.

If by the [simple] you are found Traitors and Tyrants of the U.S. Supreme Law, why is the complicated necessary?

If I look forward to the Judgement Bar of God having the Courage of the Truth, how will you fair opposed to me and this Record?

Do not pollute the simple foundation as irrevalent as a Qualified President's signature is Required to pass any piece of Legislation including Obamacare. Literally 10Trillion Dollars has been illegally authorized that includes Seventy Thousand Dollars for every man, woman, and child in the United States.

If by God, God showed up, what will you say to him about The Truth? Whose Record would you appeal to in your Defense? Whose Record will hide your shame and embarrassment from the haze of the All Penetrating Eye?

It is ONLY for the GREATEST LOVE I have ever known , understood, or comprehended that I have anything to say at all. I emplore you, I beg of you, I certainly do love you in this Day of Restoration.

Of course healthy debate is good for the Democratic Primary Candidates for President to help them get warmed up to meet the Republican Nominee. By picking and choosing easy Debate Primary Challengers the Democratic Party is doing its best to cover up for Mrs. Clinton .. again, and it is a quick way to assure Democrats lose.

The Video is divided into clear segments that haunt Mrs. Clinton's past as Secretary of State and are bound to come up in Debate and Commercial barrages by the Republican Nominee and the march of Super PACs stashing money for the election in 2016.

Segment 1 - Benghazi - If Mrs. Clinton is willing to 'use' radicals Islamist to further an election agenda, how will American's Trust her or believe she will not turn them over or give the enemies of the United States weapons that will be used to kill American sons and daughters?

Mrs. Clinton essentially was willing to blame a little known videotape which was ultimately American's free speech, for the attack on Benghazi, when now it is known the attack was preempted 10 days prior to it happening, in collusion with weapons be funneled from Qatar to Turkey details coming from the re-opened investigation of Benghazi and Judicial Watch'es uncovering SECRET EMAILS. [Judicial Watch announced today that newly revealed testimony from the Obama State Department under court order directly ties Hillary Clinton, for the first time, to the now-debunked Benghazi talking points used by United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice to claim that the attack was the result of a “spontaneous protest” gone awry.  The Obama administration also sent false talking points about the attack to Congress.  The State Department is refusing to divulge the contents of the email, citing a discretionary “deliberative process” privilege.]

Segment 2 - The Clinton Foundation Foreign Money Contributors and Public Speaking making Mrs. Clinton filthy rich in a very short time which really begins to look like a 'Pay-To-Play' scheme has been worked out for those seeking access to the White House. This then could count to compromise Mrs. Clinton's decisions by dozens of  Foreign Corporations as well as American Corporations working in the interest of promoting foreign slave labor for higher and higher profits.


Segment 3- Begins with Mrs. Clinton's Email Server being confiscated by the FBI after she had told she would not turn over the Server. Of course government business as an official employee with a top 20 Security Clearance has a funny way of compromising your 'privacy' when you make the decision and choice as Mrs. Clinton did choose to use her own private server for Government Business while on duty.

The objectives of course in Mrs. Clinton's words were that it was a simple convenience for her. The result was that Government Freedom of Information Access or FOIA request could actually be fuddled because the Server was not Government Property. Also, as you see at the end of the Commercial Mrs. Clinton make very clear she is the one who makes the decisions on what is private and what was work.

So, she compromises Government Security for her own protection from FOIA request that allows for full or partial disclosure of previously unreleased information and documents controlled by the United States Government.  In short, Hillary assures the U.S. Government cannot look over her shoulder, but she insist they look over yours. Its the old adage of wanting to have your cake and eat it too, which makes no sense when it comes to transparency and working for Americans as their public servant.

There is no doubt Mrs. Clinton's in a partnership with The Clinton Foundation has received literally millions of dollars from Foreign Governments and it is known that some of these were received during her tenure as Secretary of State which is highly suspect of a pay-to-play conspiracy that could compromise U.S. Intelligence. This places Hillary Clinton in a key position for a bidding war also in order for the access. Her husband Bill Clinton also paid literally millions of dollars for speaking engagements while his wife is that position.

This is not centered in just 'Foreign Contributions' to the Clinton Foundation but spills over into the Domestic Corporations of which have done the same thing easily presumed to be a compromise of the Office of the President when/if she gets there. How does a President stand up against an unruly Corporation if that Corporation owns her and threatens her if they are subject to laws that pertain to smaller businesses? Its the recipe for disaster and America just cannot afford Mrs. Hillary Clinton and neither can a healthy Democratic Party.

HILLARY'S BAD EXPERIENCE

Candidate for President Mr. Judy understands he also has his weaknesses being incarcerated by Republicans in the State of Utah who paid no attention to the Constitution, with an unlawful prosecution, but that could work a little better than the cover-up of Benghazi through the 'video tape' fable Mrs. Clinton paraded around the networks, as well as compromising National Security that was alone Mrs. Clinton's choice with no one but herself to blame it on. 

Democrats should be very concerned that Mrs. Clinton is in the position to take a fall for Democrats leadership in the White House and we should stand strong and appose this.  Don't let Mrs. Clinton be the Candidate for Republicans hope for.

Today Americans will be reflecting of the nightmare that occurred on 9/11 in 2009 when 3,000 people lost their lives in the attacks on on the Twin Towers and also in 2012 when Chris Stevens and 3 others lost their lives in Benghazi.

9/11 Tribute





We reflect not only on the lives that were lost but the circumstances surrounding those tragedies in our history that are all to often forgotten. The latter portion of this video is indeed a tribute to the lives that were lost, but the beginning of this you tube video reflects on the jokes Obama made at the correspondence dinner about his identity poking fun of the stand for the Constitution so many of us have stood up for in the qualifications for the Office of the President he fails, also a recognition of the circumstances around Bid Laden's death said to perpetrate and mastermind the 9/11 attacks that must be recalled and the 'honorable' burial at sea Obama was said to give Osama as a respect for Muslims when no muslim state would take his body, rather than bring Bin' Ladens' body back to the U.S.

If the very essence of stopping world war is to criminalize the actions of a few, rather than allow the actions of a few to be blanketed upon whole populations, criminal investigations can save us from global catastrophe and are very important.

Our hearts can not help but grieve for our losses. The troubled waters of our peace cannot forget watching all the buildings fall at different times and under different circumstances as we watched suicide planes crash into a couple of them, and we must recall the 'video tape' that was blamed on Benghazi by Obama and his Administration just a month before the 2012 elections generating the sparks of unrest and infuriating muslims all over the world after September 11th, 2012 in the arab springs saga.

Sometimes it is difficult to understand the differences of why Obama chooses to honor Muslims in a burial of Osama bin Laden, yet infuriate a blind rage within their radical elements against America blaming Benghazi on a videotape. Why the White House and our Government strongly objects to pictures and analysis of a shot dead Bin Laden for a forensics and a criminal investigation, but request removal of multiple video's showing beheadings of american journalist only after they have gone viral, like the video tape they attributed to Benghazi's circumstances.

May God Bless America for the truth and help us with our troubled waters. May we as Americans continue to understand as the example that our Constitution defends all religions and the freedom established here. May we as Americans continue to understand all religions also are afflicted with the challenges for good and bad that people in their individual capacities are trying to overcome as weaknesses and that we in defending our own personal religion must fight to defend that which we may not entirely agree with, that in this resolve peace can be found and a harmony of spirit championed we distinctly call American.

That religions of all types in their essence have a purpose to make good people even better, wishing to worship God according to the dictates of their conscience, allowing all men to do the same and that to be just we must act justly realizing in our Constitution the qualifications for the Office of the President, when corrupted, can quite easily lead to the corruption of our religious peace dividing us in a disrespect and discord.

My prayer for the United States of America is to preserve our Union and to this end I have dedicated much of my time,my passion, and my life in the understanding of how very important our United States Constitution is as the Supreme Law of this Land upon a happy people.

TAILOR MADE BLACKMAIL- THE CON GAME WITH OBAMA TO CONGRESS

FOX NEWs unloaded on Obama this week with a couple of their superstars. Sean Hannity and Judge Jeanine Pirro, as a guest on the Michael Savage Show, in a closely approximated narrative blurting out “Manchurian Candidate” and the "I" (Impeachment) word with Obama as the declarative nativity surrounding the circumstances of their displeasure.

Is this feigned disgust or just another one of the rant and raves we’ve become accustomed to with Fox acting out in panderous outrage about the latest scandal with the promise of a parent that if he does it “one more time” after the 24 other scandals he’s through, insinuated former 1998 House prosecutor of Bill Clinton's Impeachment trial S.C. Senator Lindsey Graham whose facing a primary in deep rooted red state this Tuesday.

How many parents would literally let their kid get away with 24 and counting scandals and issue ultimatums that if it occurred one more time they would discipline the child? I don't believe there's anyone from South Carolina that would let that happen in their home. We have literally seen Congress throw a temper tantrum at Obama with the “Enforce the Law Act” passed in 2014, yet Obama as the belligerent child has basically turned the tables on Congress. One wonders if the Legislative Branch has a check and balance equally on the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch how is Obama so errant. How does he gloat with such disdain if the check and balance system is so effective? What does he have over Congress? How is he able to treat them like puppets on a string?

Blackmail is the use of threats to prevent another from engaging in a lawful occupation of writing libelous letters or letters that provoke a breach of the peace. The offense of blackmail is often taken or carried out during an act of robbery. This occurs when an offender makes a threat of immediate violence towards someone in order to make a gain as part of a theft. For example , “your money or your life”, is an unlawful threat of violence in order to gain property. Blackmail is an act, often a crime, involving unjustified threats t make a gain or cause loss to another unless a demand is met. It may be defined as coercion involving threats of physical harm, threat of criminal prosecution, or threats issued for the purposes of taking the person’s money or property. Blackmail can be considered a form of extortion or taking of personal property by threat of future harm.

The short answer to this quarry is Congress has used up its “check and balance” powers with the Executive Branch under Obama, and Obama knows it. Creating a legislative act to state what the executive branch is rogue as Congress did in the entitled “Enforce the Law Act” was about as severe a measure as Congress can put out to announce their displeasure with action of the President to enforce the laws. Of course this Act feigns disgust to their constituency at home as a matter of fact. Therein lays both another problem and the question.

You see somehow, some way Congress bought into the fact that Obama was eligible to serve as Commander in Chief in the Office of the President simply because of an “Election”. Now you might think or say, “Cody, after an election it’s all over, that’s it”. If you are saying that it is simply your naiveté about the Constitution’s language that if a “President elect” shall fail to have qualified he can be removed in many ways but for Obama as a disability”.

You mean to tell me that after an election if the President fails to qualify under the Constitution’s qualifications clauses he can still never be allowed to hold the Office of the President? Yes, that’s right. Election be damned, the Constitution’s qualifications for the Office of the President is what comes first and foremost. That is the oath all take before they even get to Congress, over and above bringing the pork home. So, how did this “Pass” Obama received slide out from under Congress’s noses and how does it prevent Congress from acting in a more severe measure to “impeach” or "remove" Obama?

Well, no one knows better than Obama that he actually isn’t qualified as a natural born citizen. Yes, you heard me right, no one knows better than Obama himself. Oh the tangled web of regret Congress has now in tangling with the spider that has them all wrapped up. The tailored way this happened actually occurred when Obama was a Senator in Congress himself.

A deal was constructed with the Democrat Party and the Republican Party that McCain would get his ‘non-binding’ U.S. Senate Resolution 511 declaring him a ‘natural born citizen’ from at least half of Congress and Obama would never be challenged on his because the deal would have been impossible without the majority of the Democrat Senators voting for it along with every Republican U.S. Senate accept Sen. McCain. (Text of 511 here.)

D- Senator Barack Obama and D- Senator Hillary Clinton were actually co-sponsors of that non-binding senate resolution but EVERY SINGLE Republican Senator voting for it added another nail to the coffin of the Constitution, accept McCain who abstained from it basking in the glory he had been drafted by his esteemed colleagues who insisted even upon his adamant vote to refuse such glad tidings. Who would have ever thought a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution would have such a long lasting and incredible defense for Obama and simultaneously cost Americans untold fortunes through future generations?

There was no objection vote in Congress’s Counting of the Electorate in 2008 because every U.S. Republican Senator had bet heavy on McCain and come up short losing their bet in the election. They would just have to ‘deal’ with Obama even though they might not like it for four years until Gov. Romney would bail them out right?

Certainly they could handle it for 4 more years; they’d done it with Clinton but they had “impeachable powers over Clinton to keep him in line a little bit, and they demonstrated it over a little lie to Congress. Obama has over 24 scandals, big ones, and nothing? Who can escape the illogical and apparently obvious fairness of it all?

In the U.S. Senate Resolution every single Republican U.S. Senator had basically voted to change the Constitution of the United States without consulting the House of Representatives, because their vote was a vote for a ‘hands off’ Obama on his Eligibility Question in exchange for McCain’s Res. 511 which Republicans did not have the vote to carry in a majority controlled U.S. Senate in 2008. Why do you think Democrats were so eager to say, “Sure, we’ll give that to your boy, Sen. McCain”? We won’t allow partisanship to stand in the way of something like that.

Now when someone’s got you over a barrel because you’ve done something wrong in the first place, they can roll you over and over and over that same barrel because the only way to get off that barrel is to admit you did something wrong in the first place. That is always hard to do. As a lie is built upon so are the cost of the lie increased and also the damages of the lie recognized as needing to be defended until it’s “too big to fail”. When did we start hearing that? Federal Reserve Chairmen Ben Bernanke defined it in 2010.

But Truth was what we were taught would prevail. Truth is what we were told would set us free, and cannot stand a lie, especially when the cost of defending the lie threatens the national security of U.S. Sovereignty and future generations wanting and deserving a chance at American’s opportunity and dream. Let me tell you something about former SOS Hillary Clinton's vision of 'globalization'.

It doesn't bode well with individualism and the blessings we seek here in the United States of American. It bodes well with a sacrifice of the individual's rights for what the State sees as the greater good. That message is being channeled through everything she's apart of and says "State first, Individual second" right down to her clothing if you have an understanding of it.

Globalization at what cost? The cost is greatest with the individual, the threat of the individual is the greatest threat perceived by the State. That was the fear of allowing the United States to exist in the first place remember!

Congress can threaten to impeach Obama, but no one knows better than Obama that you cannot “impeach” a person in the Office of the President who isn’t qualified. Impeachment is reserved specifically for a “qualified person in the Office of the President” who has done something wrong. We all recall former President Bill Clinton’s impeachment due to a lie stated under oath to Congress that he had not has sex with Monica Lewinsky, which Lewinsky’s own affidavit and testimony confirmed.

What put President Clinton over the barrel were actual recorded conversations Lewinsky had with a friend she did not know about that were recorded. When those tapes came out Lewinsky’s own word was as muted as President Clinton’s was. She couldn't cover for him with a lie anymore. Sex was not what the Impeachment was about; it was about lying to Congress, impeding justice in a cover-up of what had actually happened. It was the truth we wanted.

If those tapes had not been made and released the whole thing would have never been uncovered. President Clinton surmised it better to be prosecuted for lying than a sexual relationship with an employee or intern subject to his authority. In the end it proved the best course and the U.S. Senate excused him. That acted as a dousing hose on the flame in the House of Representatives. So picture Congress saying to Obama we're going to impeach you and Obama saying "You Can't" as his defense! Congress is caught in their own trap, and Sen. Hillary Clinton is a big part of it and has been from the beginning. She was of course a co-sponsor of U.S. Sen. Res 511.

Now over the course of five years many laws and policies have been enacted under Obama including the granddaddy of them all Obamacare- indeed 1/5 of the entire U.S. economy is under this Act. 1/5 of the entire U.S. Economy represents a lot of money that Congress didn’t have to spend before and now they do. Neither the Republicans nor the Democrats want it to “Go Away” due to it not being signed by an eligible President. Like U.S. Sen. Res 511, the Republicans and Democrats are united on Obamacare. If that wasn't true Republicans wouldn't have financed it in the House.

You do recall that every Act must be signed by a Qualified President right? Think about the "National Defense Authorization Act", that provides indefinite detention of terrorism suspects without trial.

All those laws and all that money, and all that 'control', would just go “poof” if Obama was found “ineligible” to be signing with the authority granted a President’s pen in the Office of the President. Congress would in affect be throwing out a ton of work they have been doing for years. The more time Obama has been in office the more laws have been passed and in such the more insurance Obama has that his “Eligibility” as President would never be questioned in Congress.

The more insurance Obama has that:

1) Congress wouldn’t/doesn’t want to lose all their work, and
2) Congress would not want to admit they did something wrong by not challenging his eligibility right at first regardless of the bi-partisan pass that was given to their loser McCain in Sen. Res. 511.

At least admit with me that had Republicans challenged Obama on his eligibility it would have been an injury to their cooperation with Democrats with U.S. Sen. Res 511. Now you know why Obama can push them over and over the over the same barrel and they just emphatically claim Obama won the election and there's nothing we can do about his fraud and forged documents of identity. In fact, we just have to tell America that forensics on documents is a lie and keep repeating it until its believed.

Obama knows they cannot “impeach” someone who isn’t qualified. Impeachment is reserved for a qualified person who’s done something wrong. The only measure left to Congress is to toss all their work out and admit they messed up pushing politics over principles of the Constitution in order to gain powers since U.S. Sen. Res. 511 was passed.

This is the tailor made blackmail Obama has come to push the envelope on over and over and over in scandal after scandal after scandal.It wouldn't be blackmail if the Constitution was being upheld, it would be politics, but Obama's a walking talking violation of it in the Office of the President. That makes it blackmail. He knows, Congress knows it, we all know it, but Congress doesn't want to trash all the work built up on Obama's false narrative so they keep building upon it which is only going to increase the toxicity and damage of it when it crashes.

The only freedom from this tailor made blackmail is that Congress hold a “disability-impeachment” proceeding which effectively removes Obama as an unqualified candidate and certainly gives up every law that has been signed by Obama as pending for the next qualified person in the Office of the President. I think we could actually make it through that transition smoother than anyone might think.

Now you know what’s at stake, the interesting question to ask is, “if you were in Congress which way would you go?” Well, of course to the Congress as of now they have sided with Obama and the cover-up right through 24 scandals and counting.

The latest has Americans’ screaming about the exchange of 5 Taliban Leaders for one soldier who has allegedly been reported as a deserter by some of his fellow soldiers but has been called by the Obama Administrations Susan Rice as serving honorably. The same Susan Rice who was the star of the Sunday talk shows in claiming Benghazi was the result of a videotape that an investigation supported by Congress has now been leveled as false and Benghaze preventable.

Congress now debates their bloody noses being rubbed in the dirt of Obama’s ineligibility at the cost of 13 years of war in Afghanistan, all the life’s that have been lost, and all of the danger now presented to Americans for a greater incentive to take American’s hostage all over a non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution allowing a unqualified candidate who was not born in the United States to be declared by an Act of Naturalization that he was a “natural born citizen”. The second such Act of Congress the Senator from Arizona has had on his foreign alien-ship.

Do you think it was worth it? All of the life’s lost, all of McCain’s contributions a waste, all of Romney’s contributions a waste, all of the money Afghanistan has cost in getting the 5 caught and captured over the ten years a waste, all of the 24 scandals and counting Congress has not been able to do a thing about, and all of the cost and rights those scandals have cost every single American?

Only one candidate for President in America sued McCain and Obama in 2008 and 2012 that has continually held his hand out to Congress and the Judicial Branch Courts as an aide and a servant of the Constitution in “Standing” to stop the madness. Only one candidate in America with a record of holding ‘principle’ over ‘politics’ regardless of party and irrespective of race. That candidate is I, Cody Robert Judy, and of course that’s another big reason Congress with all of its potential presidential candidates thus far refuses to shake my hand in the offer. Ask yourself a good question, "Who resents the truth and Why?".

In shaking my hand, they also admit they have allowed this mess and it doesn’t bode well on their aspirations for President. That is what you call a tailored blackmail because the Constitution is what’s right and every Congressmen and Justice for that matter is being held up from doing what’s right because they are caught doing what isn’t right and that is covering up this identity scandal and the Constitution's claims about it. They’d just as soon keep me covered up in the dust of the dustpan, which represents the biggest cover-up of all.

Your recognition of this is the other key of the puzzle. In truth We The People indeed do have a choice right now to support the truth and pass it on. "Truth is Real" may seem like kind of a weird campaign slogan when you first read it. However, reflect on it abit. Think about the destruction a lie can cause in your marriage, in your business dealings. When you have been lied to and lied to and lied to what becomes so valuable that you would price it like gold in value? Truth.

If you think “Truth” is worth it, support it and quit supporting the lie. That is the beginning of change, or we can just keep on going down this road and see where it leads with Obama. Which is it going to be?
