U.S. House Republican Select Committee Show Boat of Failure : All-Smoke- No-Steam?
The political world erupted in a Halleluiah as House Speaker John Boehner announced the formulation of a select committee to investigate the terroristic-style murders of four dead Americans including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and Sean Smith, U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer, and two very brave CIA contractors, Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty, former Navy Seals who fought hard to save them.
Many Libyans acknowledged the late ambassador and even staged public demonstrations against the Obama backed militias that had formed during the civil war to oppose leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi. Congressional approval and a declaration of war was something Obama didn’t have time for in fueling the Libyan militia’s operation spring.
After the Arab Spring movements overturned the rulers of Tunisia and Egypt, Libya experienced a full-scale revolt beginning on 17 February 2011. Without Congressional approval over a billion dollars of U.S. Tax Payer money was used in air support for the Obama backed militias. On 7 July 2012, Libyans voted in their first parliamentary elections since the end of Gaddafi's rule. Libya's Prime Minister-elect Mustafa A.G. Abushagur declared Sharia Law was to be the guiding force behind the new government and was later forced, with outrage over suspending the Constitution and the Supreme Court, to step down.

Initially, it was reported that the Benghazi attack emerged from a spontaneous protest against a video, entitled Innocence of Muslims, according to Finding #9 of the Senate Intelligence report. The 9-11-2012 Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, appointed by Obama, was not prepared for the violence that erupted right after a ferocious battle that toppled Gaddafi.
On April 18, 2014, Judicial Watch after nearly two years obtained 41 new Benghazi-related State Department documents. They included a newly declassified email showing then-White House Deputy Strategic Communications Adviser Ben Rhodes and other Obama administration public relations officials (presumably SOS Hillary Clinton) attempting to orchestrate a campaign to “reinforce” President Obama and to portray the Benghazi consulate terrorist attack as being “rooted in an Internet video, and not a failure of policy.” This of course was pre-election 2012.
Breitbart News reported in a story entitled Smoking Gun: Benghazi, “This has been a long battle. We filed our first Freedom of Information (FOIA) request on October 12, 2012, to gain access to documents about the controversial talking points used by then-UN Ambassador Susan Rice (decoy for SOS. Hillary Clinton) for a series of appearances on television Sunday news programs on September 16, 2012. Ultimately, we had to sue to get them. But it was well worth the effort.
The release created a frenzied fire storm in the media who were beside themselves with being caught under the covers with the cover-up. How many stories would they have to re-write? How many Television Shows, articles, how much money had been used to sell the lie? How would the public re-act to the particular media sources that helped sell this story to the public?
This is a small story in the comparison to the cover-up that has been in play selling Obama as a qualified candidate for the Office of the President with documented foreign citizenship that combined makes a dual citizenship not allowed in the Office of the President. I would ask the reader at this time to understand that under Obama military deaths happen nearly every day. I don’t want to seem callus at the death of any American and it is my intent that if any should die they at the very least did not die in vain, and as a relief to the families the truth is what they wanted.
I think that would give more rest to the families than anything else with the desolate loss of their loved ones. Look at this objectively if you can and realize the facts that also must be starring the Select Committee being formed in the U.S. House now with Rep. Trey Gowdy being heralded as the prosecutor that is going to bring truth to light and Obama down for an impeachment hearing.
“What evidence did you have ( ) that this was an escalation of a protest rooted in spontaneity that got out of control and resulted in the murder of four of our fellow Americans?” he asked. “ There was none”, came the response.
Republicans, who can imagine the select committee lasting through the midterms and into a lame duck president’s final years, are clamoring to be in his jury, and that’s the problem. Look, let’s just say in the worst case scenario a grand cover-up was dutiful pressed. If the chain-of-command is used, remember the 9-11 SOS Hillary Clinton retired her position Feb. 1st 2013. Isn’t it easy enough for Obama to say about his dearly departed, “she had a bad day, but it’s good that she’s resigned- I won’t have to fire her”?
Hillary Clinton is the head Obama needed? She’s gone and the chain is broken for responsibility. Congress isn’t holding hearings on Obama using 1.1 Billion dollars of tax-payer money to topple Gaddafi, that’s not the argument in the Select Committee, but Congress knows and understands quite readily that tensions in the new Libya regime run high.
Now there is another point I want you to consider very carefully hypothetically. The executive branch is the enforcer of the law, and Obama as an “eligible person” in the Office of the President is presumed privileged information on a first hand basis in the position of authority tasked to hold our national security intact.
Lying to the press is a daily necessity for the Office of the President. Withholding information is required for our national security or else every enemy we have is going to just tune into CNN and get the latest intelligence report from the guts of the Pentagon to the latest weaponry. Has Obama lied to Congress under oath as former President Bill Clinton did about Monica?
Obama has never even been subpoenaed to testify under oath. What I’m saying is under the cloak of an “eligible” Commander-In-Chief, wide discretion is important and necessitating a lie to the press may have been in his judgment called for at the time. He as the C.I.C. has every right to say that. There is no oath taken or required before giving a press conference by the President.
So, what exactly is Obama going to be impeached for? 9-11 SOS Hillary Clinton is gone, resigned Feb 1,2013, and in her words “What difference does it make now”? Was this a plea for Congress to recognize something? She’s gone and the chain of authority is broken. Trey Gowdy is good, but he’s can’t reconstruct a chain of authority that doesn’t exist to fire someone whose resigned already.
Obama isn’t going down for Benghazi; Congress lost their chance to object to that when they didn’t object to the 1.1 billion dollars of bombs that were used in Libya. What are we going to find out that we didn’t already know that actually is against the law of our National Security?
Trey Gowdy is being used as what? He is being used as the smoking gun by Democrats who are still one step ahead of Republicans at this point, but that could change on a couple of conditions. They are creating a big stink about the 7 to 5 ratio of Republicans to Democrats on the Select Committee that will investigate and find out what? What we already know and what laws were broken? Ummmm… he had a sworn duty to protect Americans and 4 of them died! Let’s look at that from a military perspective.
Well, that’s right. Four of them died in a hot-spot where 1.1 billion dollars worth of U.S. bombs had just been dropped from the skies not long ago. Casualties of war are regrettable for both sides, but four causalities on your side after 1.1 billion dollars of bombs and some say 60 causalities for the other side in that one battle, those two brave navy seal officers took down before they went down. That’s pretty good and a great report for any Commander-In-Chief to have as a feather in his cap after taking a whole government down wouldn’t you realistically have to say?
Libya was a rebel in Gaddafi who would not suck up to the IMF and tax his population into debt of the new world order. Obama just sucked up his country for the IMF maybe? This is why empathetically I have stressed over and over again Congress needs the teeth of the Constitution’s demand for a natural born citizen to really do for the families what they want done because of Benghazi. Benghazi is yet a horrific symptom of a much deeper root that needs to be pulled up and matter-of-factly the Select Committee for Benghazi is nothing more than a show boat that will never have any steam to impeach Obama as a disability/impeachment hearing on Obama’s ineligibility for the Office of the President would, especially given my standing as a Candidate for President who sued both McCain and Obama in 2008 and 2012 with Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse Investigation in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that was not even given a hearing on it in the United States Supreme Court.
Congress has every right to call that pony up any time they want. Rep. Trey Gowdy, after he took over, the South Carolina Court Administration revealed that two-thirds of the circuit’s cases were half a year old, or older. “I am embarrassed to have the second-oldest backlog in the state,” Gowdy told the press. Right from the start he was building a reputation for taking ice-cold cases, and for knowing precisely how to handle a local media that wanted details of crimes.
Isn’t the Obama Ineligibility case the hot case of the Cold Case Posse and wouldn’t that be the cold case of all cold cases for Rep. Trey Gowdy? If he really wanted to take Benghazi on I think the reputation really is in if Obama is even qualified to be in the Office of the President in the first place, and if you’re going to start an investigation, you had better start from the beginning. The beginning starts with the eligibility of the C.I.C. That indeed might send a shiver up any anti-Birthers spine.
Believe me I think Rep. Trey Gowdy is every bit as good as Lt. Daniel Kaffee played by Tom Cruise who got the confession out of Col. Nathan R. Jessup played by Jack Nicholson, but I think Obama has seen that movie and won’t make the same mistake as Jessup did under oath in the last year of his second term.
