MY MUSIC MY HEART


If every single person had to write a song that reflected their personal life, what would that song be and what would it sound like? Would it be a "Happy-Go-Lucky" song, would it be a "Love or Romance Ballad", would it be a "Tragic Melancholy", would it be a Violent, Angry, or Frustrated Headbanger? Truth is, everyone of us has a few songs on each subject we could write.

Maybe you are not putting 'notes' and 'rest' and 'rhythm's' to your song because you don't know the first thing about writing music and only know how to listen to it. That's great, but you are still writing a song about your life. We all are. Maybe it doesn't come through to your ears, maybe you are a painter or an artist of a different understanding; words,stories, experiences all become a part of your song, but make no mistake about it, you are an artist.

The words in a document like the United States Constitution are a song, as are the fittings of a plumber, the casing of a carpenter, or the engine of a car all contributing to our collective song. Mine is unique as is yours, we are not the same people. We are individuals.

Do you remember the movie "WALK THE LINE" starring Joaquin Phoenix, Reese Witherspoon, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Robert Patrick? I always remember in that movie when Johnny Cash played by Joaquin got his first try out. He and his band went and played an old gospel song. The Studio Producer said and I'm paraphrasing here, 'Well, I've heard enough you guys got anything better than that? We've all heard that song played that way a hundred times. If you were about to die, is that the song you would choose to play, or would you play something different?" You can see a little reminder of that scene here at about 29 seconds. Of course in the movie Johnny Cash plays a song he had written while in the army "Folsom Prison Blues".

The point here as I reflect is we all are indeed writing a song with our lives and while we are all unique in our songs, we all sure can relate to each other and the problems we all have that are similar but different. Sometimes the success of a song really depends on how well other people can relate and incorporate the words of the song in their own life.

Many of you know me more for standing up for the Constitution's Principles, especially the natural born Citizen clause required in the Office of the President that I filed in Court as a matter of record in 2008 and 2012 and now 2014 in Judy v. McCain and Judy v. Obama. The principles in our Constitution are important and using them as a guideline and direction really has kept us out of a lot of trouble.

Of course when they are violated the consequences are seen also and we pay for them in much the same way as you would buy something that was very expensive. Mistakes in our lives are costly. Of course we all hope we can learn from our mistakes and do better, but when we don't learn from our mistakes often they are repeated in our life and that can be said of a whole country also.

American exceptionalism is a strongly debated topic. Many say America is not really number one at anything when you start looking at the numbers and manipulating them. Defense and protection is very important when you have a tyrant at your door wanting to dictate terms on your life. That is where our Constitution becomes real as a set of guidelines for the liberties and freedoms we have agreed upon as law.

Of course some lawyers and elected leaders might say 'law' is really only what is actually enforced. Meaning for instance when you have an unqualified person in the Office of the President, he stays there unless the law is enforced that says we require as a qualification a natural born Citizen, "Born in the U.S. to Citizen parents" which of course is the sensible application of the law to avoid a foreign influence at the head of our armies and military.

When Congress debated this in 2000 the testimonies were really interesting and reflected that something amazing happens in a second generation American that does not necessarily happen or is not necessarily felt through the veins and heart of a person as a first generation American that is poignant or pervasive so the qualification has not changed even though it has been considered fairly recently in our own history. Most Americans probably have no idea what was said in those hearings and chalk it up to 'trusting their Representatives' with a comment like, "That's their job- That's what we vote for them to do".

Elected positions are not really so much about popularity contest as they are a 'trust' to do a job, much the same as if you asked your son to go to the store and buy a gallon of milk and hoped and trusted he would come home with milk rather than a bag full of candy. It seems simple enough, but often it becomes a regrettable circumstance and our elected leaders come home with a bag of candy to rot our teeth out instead of some milk to fortify our calcium intake that will strengthen our bones.

Well, my point here in this blog piece was really to say that standing up for the Constitution for me is as important as my music and both are reflections of my own heart. I can't see laying either of them down because they are both apart of me.

I don't write my songs because I think they will be big hits. I really don't. I write them because that's what I have coming through me. I don't take a stand for the Constitution or run for political office because I think it would be cool to have my picture taken with other foreign heads of state. I take a stand for the Constitution and run for political office because I understand how important those principles are for the people in our Country and a Country is really defined by the people, otherwise the value is maintained by the animals.

As soon as we lose appreciation for the principles of our Country's Constitution we really become an oppression upon our Country seen as something worse than the animals for at the very least they aren't oppressing nature but are abiding within nature's laws. I know that's kind of heavy, but there are truths that can be recognized with in it if one has a mind to look for them.

One song doesn't define me, I've written over 60 songs. Trying to pin me down to one song is certainly denying the other 59 in so many words. You can do it, but it doesn't hold all that much water. I'm certainly more than one single song and I'm more then one day in my life or one period in my life.

I do feel quite misunderstood often about much in my life and I've done quite a bit to try and open the box that many people would try to cage me in and label me as so as to do my part in helping people understand me. There are many who try very hard to keep me in their little box. They spend quite a considerable amount of time seeing to it I'm kept where they think I belong.

As I reflect on this 'effort of theirs', I have to ask myself why? Why do they do it? The answer comes back with the definition of 'fear'. They are afraid of their own reflections if it is discovered they are oppressors or in other words, trying to maintain me in their definition and little box. This is the action of a 'cover-up'. I do not try to cover them up, I'm not anxiously engaged in suppressing their music, or suppressing their 'likes' or 'hits'. I'm not even in the position to entertain doing that,but they are.

I am well aware of this effort of 'cover-up' and 'containment'. It happens on the Internet. There are interest, some might call them 'special interest' because they are a reflection of individuals who have planted the seed, nurtured it, and seen to it that it has grown. There efforts are not valiant, honorable, or beautiful by any stretch of the imagination or definition of the words. They are corrosive, corrupt, and disingenuous in nature. They do not reflect any appreciation, but reflect instead bitterness, fear, and contempt.

Its not my job to change them. That is their own song and I shall not hinder them from making their own song. My job is to give to you my songs and give to you my heart., for that is what I have to give, and for that I am grateful to be able to give you something. Yes, there might be quite a few things wrong with it and it might not be satisfactory to you because of this imperfection or that imperfection, and your certainly able to trash it.

What I am thrilled about is that there are people who love it and appreciate it. I want to say thank you to them and this message is to them for sharing, caring, and loving me. I love you for that reflection and I hope to reflect that love you've given me back to you. Its a lovely process. (smile) Its not that I can't improve either, or that I haven't improved from days gone by. Day by Day, here a little there a little, I don't think there is any one of us who wakes up one morning and things my goal is "not to improve" is there?

Even in our tragedies, sadness,and bitterness we are seeking improvement. With that I want to thank you for all you have done for me. Each and every one of you, critics and collaborators alike. I don't believe you would criticize without caring in some ways for me. I recognize this. My own mother is my worst critic and justifies it based on her freedom to do so. I do not think she does not love me. My own father, God rested his weary body also was a great critic of me falling on my face. If I can take the harsh criticism from my own mother and father, I can surely take yours with some ease.

As we look upon our lives as vehicles often times driving a sports car is not practical on a bad snowy day where an SUV is so much nicer, but we all recognize a sports car is in many places pretty cool and fun. Every star in Hollywood has bad snowy days when they wish they were home driving the SUV before they turned into the sports car. Maybe that's were shape-shifting is a good thing and those who can do it and don't depend on just one certain vehicle are better off in life's changing roads and climates?

I've never depended upon being elected, neither have I depended upon my songs making a living for me. I am more than being elected, or being a one hit wonder and so are you. I want you to believe that and trust it because its the truth.

With that I want to thank everyone who through invitation, came to the private debut of my new single, 'I'M FEELING A NEW LOVE'. It was wonderful! I cherished each and everyone's compliments and have tucked them away in my heart to treasure the rest of my life very sincerely. You came, you listened, and you valued the gift of my heart to you. That means the world to me and is a buffer for being burned, quartered, and trashed. (smile)

You my friends are a joy to me and enrich my life. I could only hope to be some small smile in your lives and hearts.

The Presidential Porn Sting and The Ring of Fire


The solicitation of scantily clad and nude women was something I’d seen before and there are plenty of citizens out there trying to make ends meet involved in that kind of solicitation for a living. I for one understand that. One thing I didn’t expect was to be reporting to the public that it was a favored tool of what I will call a Presidential Porn Sting against me as a presidential candidate. Believe me when I say this is a worm hole and those involved are as low as worms can go.

One of the most powerful tools against Conservatives and shall we say in general middle America is indeed a collusion of exploitation upon a necessary body within the politic. On one hand the Constitution has within it a very revered principle to conservatives and liberals alike we know as ‘free speech’ and ‘free press’. On the other hand traditional conservative people who love the Constitution would most likely turn away from someone running for office exposed as a regular solicitor of pornography, and therein lays a big problem.

Somewhere in the middle ground of ‘free speech’ and conservatives ‘moral principle’ regarding porno a breached and divide can be wedged quite easily as a tool in a left wing sting with the use of unsavory propaganda upon the public to favor themselves in the political arena in a divide and conquer strategy.
Exposing this strategy at the root of maniacal manipulation is I believe something worth exploring and reporting in an effort of exposing in a fair and transparent way to the public the lengths of which opposition is willing to descend to in a power tussle of an election. I believe this is one of Obama’s favorite tools and he understands if very well dating back to his first win as a U.S. Senator in Illinois when he went for the jugular of his opponent in reveling in divorce records.

The unseedy elements of this I have been subject to as a Presidential Candidate are probably only beginning. As a matter of transparency I must address my reality in the matter as I’ve traced solicitation of what can only be called ‘porn’ perpetrated upon my phone and computer under the cover of “ group conversation” text to my phone and computer that I have traced unbelievable back to military individuals associated with military groups of our Government.

What specifically happens is I will receive a message that includes a group of up to 40 individuals in what is called a ‘group conversation’ of a solicitation of porn. Then what happens is you will find the perpetrators of the conversation exiting the group conversation as quickly as it is sent. In other words this is not a group conversation for which the sender wants to be a part of; it’s a deliberate sting, frame job, or set up in what we’d call a traditional cover-up.
Now, someone sent those ‘group conversations’ can exit those groups but it’s not as easy as you might think it ought to be. It takes a pretty proficient knowledge about how social media works and all the ins and outs of your phone and the applications on the social media network to corral and exit yourself as a target. In the mix of that you can definitely be set up.

The excuse of not knowing how to do something while your operating a car is not always a good excuse but it is an excuse. Think about how many people don’t know how to change a flat tire on their car or actually could be charged with a ticket for an accident relative to any number of car fluids being low and causing the accident. There are probably a lot of people who don’t know the difference between their car washer fluid depository and their brake fluid or motor oil depository, but they can drive a vehicle just fine. This is what I’m alluding to. Just because you have an i-phone or a computer doesn’t mean you know how to program it, use it, or prevent others from using maliciously.

We could all ask Obama when he entered the white house as a non eligible or constitutionally unqualified person in the Office of the President why the secret service had to overhaul his blackberry phone and while we are asking, we could include how he surmised not being a natural born Citizen didn’t make him a bully voiding out the actual qualifications for the Office of the President? Most of us don’t have the benefit of the secret service watching out for us.

What I’ve learned to do, as I said I’ve seen a ton of those pornographic messages and what I usually will do is simply look to see if the first person exiting the group is the sender or perpetrator of the message. If it is, you can generally assume you’re being stung in a sting operation that someone who sent the group message or gathered the group of names together, and folded the message to as a trap or set up. It’s not enough I’ve found to simply exit the group conversation which I did a number of times and found I was still the subject to the group message another day because I was on the list.

Now all this can be explained away in a manner of speaking as a form of teen mischievousness or even a low end adult adventure trying to make an extra dollar or two and I would normally at first associate it with something like that. As a next step to it being somewhat bothersome, I begin “blocking” the person who I noticed was sending the message and exiting the group very quickly which I figured would block me from getting the messages as presumably I would block the person who had the list I was on from sending me the message.

Now to find that same list with someone else sending you the same message implies the person you blocked had friends or accomplices in the teen prank or adult adventure show. They are not acting alone. Let’s say you go through several friends blocking them in turn like you did the first with imaginative names that also have profiles that look pretty legitimate on a social network, so you assume they are real people. Imagine the shock when you find after a few blocks the same message linked to a profile of a military person associated with a military group in our Government. That connection is a little too close for comfort and you can probably assume with relative ease your being targeted by the Commander-In-Chief as the military order exclusively directs in a chain of command.

This is what’s happening to me as a Candidate for President in 2008, 2012, and 2016 as the only Presidential Candidate in America who in court record opposed John McCain and Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012 because presumably the ‘race card’ doesn’t work as well with me as it might with other politicians who oppose Barack Obama’s qualifications but maybe even perhaps a bit unwittingly gave McCain a pass setting themselves up as dominoes for the ‘race card’ Obama employs so easily.

Now when you find yourself in a sting operation maybe under even presumptuously good intentions relayed by those in seats of power like what we heard from A.G. Eric Holder about the good intentions of Operation Fast & Furious leading to deaths of an unfortunate border guard, or the good intentions of former SOS Hillary Clinton in Benghazi in testimonies to Congress related to the deaths of a few others subject to a sudden collapse of national security, being relayed in contempt of Congress literally or the shrill of contempt in a statement like “What difference does it make now”; you have to start asking the public to put two and two together and start discerning a line between those actually opposed to the Constitution who are saying they are for it, and those actually standing up for the Constitution subject to stings of those who are with their actions not standing up for it, but are saying they are.

That is a responsibility to you the voters and supporters of politicians who really can’t exist without your support and contributions. What would I have you do when confronted with nasty revelations?

Arm yourselves with truth. That is literally the best defense against false accusations remembering ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. How can you take ‘porn’ out of the hands of your opponent’s arsenal as a weapon in the political arena? You ask people to support ‘free speech’, You understand your free speech is on an alter of sacrifice in your assault upon someone else’s right of free speech to burn the American Flag in a protest that makes your blood boil.
You understand your free speech is connected to the free speech associated with ‘pornography’ that makes you kind of sick to your stomach. How do you do that with something? You start looking for the kernels of truth in something that makes you sick to your stomach so there is at least something to hold fast to that prevents you from stomping on your own principle that you hold dear.

How could a church going guy or gal married and dedicated to serving the interest of their union find a kernel of truth in porn? By realizing their own acts of love together could be presumed as starring in a porn film in the site of God if God so chose to look upon them that way. We all have bodies and beauty in the body in an art form rather than a negative light is a perception. Seeing beauty in an art form takes the power out of an evil perception. That is a kernel of truth and what we are fighting against more than anything because if your eye is only upon evil what light has your body been filled with?

Dependents upon your presumption of evil is of course a tool in the political arena where standing for principles should over ride much of the rising tide of debauchery that can be or is employed in desperation and the lack of being able to stand on solid Constitutional Principles. If I had a prayer or a wish to God that’s what it would be. If we can change our perceptions to look at and for truths, well, then we will go places upward rather than dwelling with the worms beneath.

Religious hypocrisy has got to stop at the door of examination and a celebration of the truth, with the foundation of our Constitution as a guide to employ. That is not easy by any means, but it is worth it. You can understand how politicians, especially those who not single like myself, could be framed and really bullied with a porn sting, which would amount to a ring of fire upon their marriage or divorce for that matter. Sacrificing Constitutional Principles with the use of extortion upon the marriages of politicians is a weapon easily used and must be seen as the actions of a worm.

We as a public must start understanding much more as a collective that the benefits of America are our opportunities to employ our Constitutional Principles upon our politicians and that may very easily be in defense of someone who has been or is being framed.

There is another equally important guide we must all take in moderation and a balance and that has to do with 'police brutality' being taken and used as a tool to employ uprisings for the purposes of a justification for martial law and a crackdown on our 2nd Amendment Rights, rights to free speech, rights to peacefully assemble all under attack.

While in my own heart I feel it a tragedy anyone unarmed is shot down by police who somehow figured a net, peppermace,or a baton was not adequate force in a take down and instead made a decision of lethal force the revelation of six bullets in the body is certainly a reason for concern in Missouri. However looting, pillaging and robbing other people is not an answer or quick route for justice. In fact, if you wanted to consider those engaged in that behavior as acting as a significant force on behalf of martial law, or a justification somehow manipulated in an order to destroy the Constitution's 2nd Amendment you could very easily stay on that path and see it. Minorities have every reason to be concerned with being used this way and in actions they find justifiable really see themselves used as pawns in the tool to destroy individual rights of liberty.

WE as Citizens must be able to discern how and when an escalation of violence on behalf of an individual can be used as a tool of justification of and for a certain brutality upon the public with a significant emphasis on the principles of our Constitution. Are individual rights of people supported or slain in a communities uprising and protest?

If you can answer that individual rights are slain you can figure some force is really out to manipulate the security of the community. This is precisely the advocate I have maintained in the civil arguments in court advocating that having someone in the oval office who is not a natural born Citizen, (born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) is very much in an extraordinary position of defamation of our Constitutional Character representing a national security threat.

As the State's National Guard is called out in on a symptom of the problem I cannot help but advocate to protesters that if you are going to protest "Police Brutality" and not make a mention of the "Presidential Brutality" upon the public amounting to the usurpation on the Office of the President, your protest is nothing more than a manifestation of hypocrisy towards the justice in truth you seek.

Excusing one form of brutality and justifying another amounts to a call for change from black people who by all means should be engaged in a preservation of their Constitution as Americans, every bit as important as everyone elses. I call upon them to consider their mistake in Barack Obama and consider the mounting evidence of the truth rather than the blatant actions of looting that saws upon the cross of Jesus Christ as a cross saw.

If police were armed with cameras and video recorders like i-phones rather than tier gas and bullets a speculation of justice in court rather than on the streets might be a much better weapon of choice. Rounding up thugs who loot on a predatory impulse as a ring of justice is captured by police watching might serve the community as a much better example that your not getting away with anything. We will find you with your actions caught on tape and visit you soon after you return to your home with the loot.


Regarding the protest of the police bullying in regards to shooting unarmed people here in Utah and across the Nation. I wonder if your familiar with what exactly is happening with the police force and who is behind militarization of the police?

This was Obama's plan from the beginning everyone. In this video you see police even firing at the media. Now, what's important about this? Well, people have not understood the importance of our Constitution's qualification for President, especially the Media. You object to being fired upon but conceal a cover-up of Presidential required qualifications and wonder what rights you have as a Media Reporter? Your trampling on your own rights..don't you see yourselves as you are seen?

Obama is not a natural born Citizen. When you protest police violence and condone violations of the Constitution your in fact at odds with yourself. I for one am fighting this fight taking Obama to court on these violations because these violations are mirrored images of the police brutality at its root. Bullying you're way into the White House is brutality upon a lot more of the public then a bully of a police force upon one individual, but you give excuse to Obama and condemn the police?

I just want you to remember out there today how important our Constitution is and in a true sense understand this brutality is often used to provoke unrest for justification of further crackdown on 2nd Amendment rights, free speech rights and free press rights.

Fighting for the Constitution is a fight against the government bullying/ not just one against police. I wonder sometimes why people will not support a peaceful legal battle in a court of law before they take to the streets in protest of a symptom of the problem rather than addressing the root of the problem. Tear gas, formally known as a lachrymatory agent or lachrymator (from lacrima meaning "tear" in Latin), is a non-lethal chemical weapon that stimulates the corneal nerves in the eyes to cause tears, pain, and even blindness. Common lachrymators include pepper spray (OC gas), CS gas, CR gas, CN gas (phenacyl chloride), nonivamide, bromoacetone, xylyl bromide, syn-propanethial-S-oxide (from onions), and Mace (a branded mixture).

Lachrymatory agents are commonly used for riot control. Their use as chemical warfare agents is prohibited by various international treaties. During World War I, increasingly toxic lachrymatory agents were used.

Could the use of chemical weapons upon Americans now be laid at the feet of Obama? Were the pursuits of Syrian citizens for safety in their shops and homes any less valuable to Asadd as the security and safety asked for by Lauree Salmon who said,"We feel for all households for the safety of all families. We want the National Guard to be brought in, we can't afford another night of what we went through"?

Police shot and killed a black man and the justice for it erupts into an all out binge of looting, riots,and revenge upon the whole community? How is it Hillary Clinton thinks Syrian rebels should be armed, trained,and educated in Syria but she doesn't see the need for it in St. Lois,Missouri?

Oh, that's different? Is it really? America needs to wake up to the hypocrisy laid at their feet here. Why aren't the looters and rioters armed with rpg's, and why are black people still looking for justice or an excuse to run rampant into stores for some free stuff if Obama's magical long form birth certificate and social security card are legit and ruling by race is better than ruling by the Constitution?

Why are the heads of foreign states held accountable for local up risings and hoodlums but our own national leaders are excused? I think you understand my point here. How can we excuse ourselves from not seeing the problems at home first while we point fingers abroad? People need to understand the conundrum of arming rebels of foreign states and the reluctance to furnish the same arms to rioters in St. Louis Missouri. Where is Hillary Clinton on properly arming and educating the looters and rioters with the good stuff, some heat seeking missiles and tank artillery? Yeah, its a little ludicrous to think there is a difference when you start asking shop owners in Syria and Ferguson.

How do we nationalize local problems abroad holding foreign state leaders responsible but localize them so well here in the U.S. removing Obama from problems in Missouri especially when it comes to domestic issues? This tendency is going to get us in more and more trouble. The results of that phenomenon have billions of tax dollars being wasted, miss used, and manipulated for political gains here.

Obama's race and ability to rule by race rather than using the Constitution starting with his own lack of eligibility has little to do with leading and Hillary Clinton has demonstrated here lack of trust in the U.S. Constitution supporting Obama. She may try to distance herself from him now, but her heart is quite attached as she has demonstrated for 6 years and continues to demonstrate by not taking a stand for the eligibility requirement in the Constitution for the Office of the President. Is Mrs. Clinton a racist because she put race ahead of the Constitution?

How is it Attorney General Eric Holder and the FBI are involved with criminal behavior with the poor black folks wanting justice while they are looting and rioting over a police shooting that left a black man dead, yet the head law enforcement agent and agency in our domestic backyard, make no bones about Obama putting out a forged long form birth certificate and fake draft registration? Is that a form of black on black violence happening that we all should be outraged over,or is it not seen that way by Democrats?

Its the hypocrisy of our government that people can't stand. It encourages riots, looting, and criminal behavior because they get away with it, the incentive is there for others. Quite a few potential presidential candidates for 2016 are followed by the media that have done nothing, absolutely nothing about the outrage of ruling by race rather than ruling by the Constitution. The difference is an inequality among races that is an outrage!

You can google what Rand Paul,Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and Hillary Clinton said about Barack Obama's policy, but what have they done about Obama's ineligibility and the Constitutional Crisis we are in right now because of it? I struggle with other presidential candidates even having a leg to stand on when they criticize Barack Obama about any policy and dismiss their own inaction in taking a stand for the Constitution that is violated with Obama's ineligibility. Has Obama, or have they provided a service to our Country in this?

People might say I don't criticize Obama's policies enough like Republicans and Democrats do, when the criticism amounts to a tacit endorsement of the Constitutional violation of his very real lack of qualification per the U.S. Constitution. If Obama's not eligible for the Office of the President do you think any of his policies are legit? I mean it really is like daring a 6 year old to drive a car without a license and than pulling him over and ticketing him for not signaling.

There are a few people who point to my own conviction 20 years ago as some indication of lawlessness, when it fact it serves as just the opposite. In fact there is a lively discussion about that under amazon discussion under the heading of sensible examination of Obama's long form certificate of life birth or COLB. When my law suit against Obama was brought up in the discussion as interesting, the only thing relative to that was a prior conviction 20 years ago? Its unreal what mysteries the left and right are willing to grasp at in order to prove a point rather than sensible facts and it goes to the heart of what's wrong in American Politics and why people are losing faith and confidence in the law.

I saw a really poignant saying the other day on facebook that I think is very relevant: "When your past calls, don't answer. It has nothing new to say." (smile) Personally its amazing to me to see Democrats who are so willing to excuse Obama's identity fabrications by slamming me with a violation for protesting. They excuse Hillary Clinton from leaving Ambassador Stevens and the others who actually died behind while distancing and gracing her with distance from Obama on 9-11 (September 11th,2012) just two years ago, but pounce on me for something that amounted to an unarmed vocal protest where no one was hurt, no property damage occurred, and I spent 8 years in prison for over twenty years ago?

So I've paid for any trouble and every political leader not opposing Obama are guilty of misprision of felony, the only thing lacking is the prosecution and sentencing? I mean what's worse the illegal action happening today among and abroad with our political leaders, or the one dearly paid for with obscure and sensible reason for excusing twenty years ago that was a protest in a religious meeting that was actually quite legal if you actually allow the facts to stand for themselves? If your not willing to do that, then of course your satisfied with the exactness of punishment served?

Responsibility comes in many sizes, shapes, and forms but one thing you will not hear from Democrats or Republicans is an appreciation for me taking on the responsibility for others mistakes just to sure up any and all differences. Has Obama taken on the responsibility for the looters and rioters in St. Lois Missouri? Does he want to? I can tell you it is really hard to do, and when that happens its called a sacrifice. But what is really an ultimate insult is when people deny the facts of my case in a religious setting with a religious book as proof of the protest abbreviated B.O.M. and they print 'fake-bomb'. Its really an insult to facts printed by the Media, much the same way Obama's covered up identity is coddled by the Main Stream Media. Most people would agree the Media is involved in a huge cover up.

People have asked me how I got to be such a good lawyer?(I'm smiling)Well, fighting for your life is a good motivation. I really can say I had no interest in politics before I went to prison in 1993 twenty-one years ago, but the experience of losing my Constitutional Rights as an individual sure came home to roost in my lap all of a sudden, but I am so grateful for that experience now.

If I had not had that experience do you think America would even have one single Presidential Candidate who stood up against McCain and Obama in 2008 and 2012 and said "No, you are not qualified" and I don't care what your race is? Republicans and Democrats don't want to discuss this with me, they want to discuss a 'criminal conviction' they also want to distort the facts. That is not even sensible or reasonable.

I believe in the American People, black,brown,white,red, and I don't care what color you are because it doesn't matter when the Constitution is kept afloat. When the Constitution is buried you better believe your going to see race and religion rule and woe be unto you if you are not in the majority of that riot!

Many people have a difficult time understanding or even comprehending my passion for the very beautiful United States Constitution. I myself can not even imagine being a minority and not being swooned by the powerful purposes of her principles, one of which just happens to be that, 15th Amendment 'no prior servitude shall be held against you' in running for a federal office or voting. One in five Americans on parole, probation or incarcerated lets you know I understand being a minority.

What a magnificent tool I have been given in spotting people who hate the Constitution and have clearly marked themselves as domestic enemies of our freedoms and liberties. All they have to do is light a match about my past servitude and they manifest themselves as haters of the Constitution. It doesn't take to much digging to find them on the out skirts of the loving Constitution's warm blanket and in the realms of a loathing cold case of communism and tyranny willing to take away freedoms and liberties and even your food while you look at them behind the barbed wires of the prisons they feel you're safer in.

I have a first rate understanding of the injustice minorities might feel, especially if the justice of the Constitution is no where to be found inside America. That to me is a wonderful service I have to offer everyone as President of the United States of America. When the power is given to you to turn your life around using the trials you have faced in a positive way a great light is yours to hold.

That opportunity I believe is what stands so supreme in America and makes her exceptional. Fighting for those exceptional principles are really what I call being engaged in a good cause that serves everyone. America should not be involved in being a police force for the world to call upon as some pathetically weak regime who cannot change the hearts and minds of men based on the poor example that is in the Office of the President or the poor examples of potential presidential candidates who mindlessly utter critics without doing or following up their rhetoric with actions that speak as loud as their words.

I am grateful for the internet where so many people can actually research the facts about me and do not have to be the subjects of a biased and false news report. I believe people are intelligent enough to understand basic facts and I think most 5 year olds can see through hypocrisy much easier than parents give them credit, why not an adult voter?

There maybe some bitterness in me about my lengthy and illegal incarceration the likes of which I don't think any one would want to face what I have faced for standing up for what was right, which I can always debate with people who are willing to be open minded and actually weigh things in the balance of justice. Why debate with fools who have no intentions, or heart, for justice and have long ago sold themselves out for a window of bars and a steal door slamming behind them as a reward for their deeds as they reap what they have sown.

If the sum total of feeling worthiness for the Office of the President revolves around spouting your mouth about issues of the past that you had power and a choice to change but refused in your elected or appointed office of trust with the American People, why doesn't the oath of the President involve that? You know the oath of the President is different then U.S. Reps and U.S. Senators just like the qualifications of those offices are different. "Preserve, Protect, and Defend the Constitution" is in the oath of the President within the Constitution and in the oath of a Representative and Senator is the only the word "Support" the Constitution.

Do you think our U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators are supporting the Constitution when they wink at Obama's qualification? Do you think Obama is preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution as he is a walking talking violation of it in his ineligibility? Do you think Americans are impressed with that? Well, their disapproval is certainly at an all time high and the approval of the Congress and Obama at an all time high. Maybe,.. just maybe Americans are not impressed and are looking for something, oh, I don't know, a little more real?

"Good Morning - I'm Cody Robert Judy Candidate for U.S. President 2016 and I have some news I'd like to report to you that effects each and every American from sea to shining sea.

On July 7th,I filed in the U.S. Federal Court, District of Utah, a Civil Rights Law Suit for damages to my candidacy for President in 2008 and 2012 as well as the ongoing damages in my 2016 candidacy thus far.

With my complaint and attached to it were the 20 day Summons of the defendants that included, Barack Obama - The Democratic Party Leadership, as well as Barack Hussein Obama's Organization for America- In sum, those responsible corporations for the campaigns of Barack Hussein Obama.

Approximately a week later my motion to proceed was granted by the Court's assigned Judge and I received copies of the Summons I had delivered to the Court the prior week, in the mail, to be served.

The Court stamped Summons were served to the Defendants at the Democratic Party Headquarters, along with the Complaint July 16th and a Return Summons was filed in the Court the same day.

On July 21st Notice of a change of Judges was recognized by the Court in the form of an Order of Recusal by Judge Jenkins and Chief Judge Ted Stewart was reassigned for all further proceedings. That order signed by Judge Jenkins July 15.

The twenty day Summons served and Return of Service to the Court filed July 16th allowed Defendants to respond and oppose the facts so stated by August 5th, with a mailing of 3 days August 8th at the latest.

Forty years ago on August 8th,1974 President Richard Nixon announced his resignation. As Americans we celebrated truth and transparency that day from the cover up of just one person who happened to be, at that time, in the Office of President.

Today is August 9th, neither the Court nor I have received any dispute of the facts so stated in the complaint that presented evidence Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro is not a natural born Citizen qualified under the United States of America's Constitution.

The facts are undisputed, in the U.S. Court, a nefarious cover up has taken place involving fraud and forgery, involving one person, who just happens to be in the Office of the President.

Undisputed facts in a recognized U.S. Court of law that amounts to an admission of guilt - an admission that Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro is not a natural born Citizen qualified for the Office of the President according to the standard of the United States Constitution.

Imagine coming together with all your colleagues in an order of peace; a rest from what was formally a competitive nature normally associated with your identified field of expertise removed in favor of what you collectively agreed upon. All the major plumbers of America coming together, joining hands and singing songs that harmonize in one voice, the sounds of which were heavenly thrilling to your ear.

Now imagine a speaker that was set a couple of notes off and did not allow the group to hear their collective or individual voices as they actually sounded and the rest of America listening to the absolute shrieks of flats and sharps altering what was thought to be good as really the definition of a choir of hell.

Rather than nice tidy plungers and snakes meant to dispose waste and direct it in the right direction, the tools of the group backfired exploding waste and creating logs and jams where no one would want them. The combination of their work instead of making everything smell nice really dispensed sewage and a horrible smell upon everyone.
How many wrong turns does it take to put you on a course for a different destination? Of course freedoms and liberties in the fields of speech and the press are holy grails of media so you can imagine the horror descending upon them as they hear as they are heard, and are exposed as they are seen.

Under the speaker Barack Obama who is not qualified or eligible to be in the Office of the President according to the Constitution’s requirement for a natural born Citizen, the protections of free speech are squelched, the liberties of a free press are distorted. They have to be or he is not allowed to succeed.

The law must be altered and distorted but the people of the press must be re-educated by the new state of affairs that changes the direction of all the waste that used to go down to the sewer but now is meant to cover everyone in shame or really bad smelling incarnations.

In the name of “Good Causes” like clean air and water, good nutritious food, healthy discussions, individual rights, a union of left wing media 1,000 associates plugged in under the name of “Gamechanger Salon” was recently uncovered by Media Trackers. Ordinarily normal people would not be opposed to such an effort but what do you expect to happen to good causes when they are fundamentally begun under a doctrine of corruption?

Well, instead of clean air and water you find a horrible field of pollution. Instead of finding a respect for individual rights you find a bizarre disregard for the individual and almost an eager willingness to sacrifice for the collective corporation. Instead of a conservative moderation of power you find an environment of extortion, disdaining gluttony and extreme displays of exploitation in an executive abuse of power. Instead of healthy dining you find troughs of slop; instead of a sweet smell you find a repugnant stench.

The idea of coming together in groups is not a bad one. In fact in the United States Constitution Amendment I we find the right of the people to “peacefully assemble”. So it comes as a great surprise to see 1,000 of our Countries finest media personalities assembled in what amounts to the game changer of destruction.

When you’re not as interested in the qualifications in the Constitution set up for the Office of the President as much as you are defending the right to peacefully assemble, or defending an individual whose protesting in an exercise against the abridgement of free speech and a free press then you are well on your way to defining your mission as destroying the United States Constitution and all the freedom and liberty rights set therein in favor of prison, slavery, and despotic tyranny.

When you look at the actions of Vladimir Putin’s retaliations of trade made willingly on food or the life support system you understand perfectly that politics and protein are terrible bedfellows with the dollar. Obama’s willingness to dismiss the Constitution’s demand for a natural born Citizen authorizing instead a definition that would allow Putin’s son from an American mother to become President of the U.S. in a clear violation of the qualifications for the Office of the President’s distinct and unique qualifications from U.S. Representatives or U.S. Senators, is way off tune and spreading disease and scandalous corruption all across America.

I believe clean water and food as well as a protection of all our individual rights are fundamentally at the foundation of most everyone's common sense and while near 1,000 people have died from Ebola 106,000 have died from taking prescription medication as it was ordered from a doctor. The idea that the qualification demands for the Office of the President don't add up to raw sewage being dumped on every Citizen in the United States is like saying you should always follow your doctors orders even if it kills you. Wake Up People the Constitution does matter just like what you eat matters, and you are what you eat! There are some groups of 1,000 you just do not want to be apart of.

How Can Obama Avoid a Jury Trial?

Part III. of the Exclusive Interview I did with the Editor-in-Chief Sharon Rondeau of The Post & Email has been published today which you can read here. I certainly don’t want to take anything away from the Interview she has spent so much time doing, but I will elaborate just a little bit on the Judy v. Obama 2014 case. The 20 Summons by the Court is basically due today, so the Defendants will have it filed in the Court or at least stamped by the U.S. Postal Service today.

The courts allow 3 days for mailing time but do expect a post mark at the very least today. If the Complaint is answered electronically today is indeed the last day to get that to and filed in the Court.

What I want to discuss today is a little bit more of what I am thinking we should expect and why. I actually don’t expect an answer to be filed and the biggest reason for that is because Obama et al., in my humble opinion wants to avoid a Jury Trial which of course was demanded in the Complaint.

The reasons for that are multi-faceted. Normally, you would expect that if a “Jury Trial” was avoided by the Defendants that the Justice would come down on the defendants as if a Jury Trial had actually happened and they were found guilty, and the full measure of what the law would allow would be handed down as kind of a reprimand for not responding to the Court’s 20 Day Summons for a response, but that isn’t necessarily the case anymore then taking a decision out of 12 people’s hands and putting it in one persons hands would net the same decision.

By not responding at all, Obama basically eliminates 12 People hearing the evidence, and puts the Judge in charge of what to do. I as the Plaintiff do not receive any reward for Obama not responding without of course a Judge’s Order, either following the Jury’s recommendations or an Order of the Judge’s own legal sentence in the form of an Order.

Although the Judge is not supposed to act as an attorney for the Defendants, that process can be postulated with the Judge’s Decision on whether to grant or deny the demands of the argument based on the legal analysis of the facts of the case under his authority. Included in that arsenal are the slightest technical requirements, jurisdiction disputes, and even the laws disputed in the case upon which his expert analysis forms a decision, for or against the Plaintiff as well as for or against the Defendant.

In a sense even without a disputing attorney for the Defendants, the Judge has authority to throw out a case if it doesn’t meet a standard of basic legal correctness. This of course is easier to do with a pro se litigant who hasn’t been to law school and is hoping and doing the best he can with the little he does know.

Practice of course makes almost anything easier from mowing your own lawn to pitching a golf ball to within three feet of the hole for an easy putt. Although I’ve had a few cases I’ve had to take to Court myself, I in no way would compare my experience to that of a legal professional who is seasoned in legal filings and argument.

Of course this doesn’t even account for the possibility that the Judge just plain out makes a wrong decision that a higher panel of Judges would overturn throwing the case back to the lower court. That can happen to and does so nearly every day.
In a perfect form Justice would necessarily see right through a Defendants decision or choice not to respond as a thumb-in-the-eye to the authority of the Judicial Branch in interpreting the law. This actually happened to me already one time with Obama in an executive court of law or administrative law court in Georgia in the Ballot Challenge in Georgia in 2012.
Obama was summoned to that Court and required to file an answer. The secretary state of Georgia even remarked directly to Obama’s attorney that if he chose not to answer he did so at his own peril. Judge Malihi in that case offered a default to the attorneys fighting the case, which they refused opting instead to argue facts to the Judge. The Judge basically acted as Obama’s attorney and made a defense for him.
There is a big difference in the standard of law requirement for review in an executive branch court and a judicial branch court. They are after all basically in two completely different branches of the Government. Anyway, in that particular experience we saw Obama didn’t show up and it certainly didn’t work to his peril.

This case is not an “Election Case” as a Ballot Challenge is or was prior to an election. This is completely different and those who choose to lump them together are mistaken in their legal analysis. A Ballot Challenge is not a Civil Rights Complaint by any stretch of the imagination, although I’m almost positive every public opinion arguing for Obama’s side would like to lump them together.

So to say we know what, or how or why the Judge is going to rule on this case based on the history of Obama’s successes to skirt the law or manipulate the law so as not to be held accountable as has happened in the past cases due to jurisdiction, technical errors, or lack of standing might happen, but there is also an argument that it is not appropriate in this case that is indeed not a ballot challenge or a law suit against any State’s Secretary of State.

The appropriate conduct for myself as a Plaintiff is to simply remind the Court with a Notice for a Decision on the Defendants’ failure to respond to the Court issued 20 day Summons probably this Friday (August 8th, 2014).

We will know something if no answer is filed by the Defendants’ for me to respond to from the Judge in the case within 30 days. The Judge will have a broad discretion from which to make a decision and I’m certain he will make that decision according to law, the least of which could include slamming Obama for not filing an answer, if no answer is filed.
I have no illusive conclusions of that being necessarily in fact granted in this case, but it would be a fool’s mind who says it’s not possible. Indeed the possibility exist that a monetary Order is made that demands full reparations based on damages according to statutes and applicable laws requiring such. The possibility also exist that Felony Charges are leveled, and a Judge by Order assigns them to an Attorney General for Formal Criminal Charges and to deny otherwise denies principles established by The Sherman Act.

By not answering however, Obama et. al., does accomplish one thing. They basically make the silent argument they do not want this brought before a Jury Trial. If you are playing the odds on the merits of the case, I think Obama understands bringing in a Jury Trial opens a can of worms much less controlled then pinning this on one person, or the Judge.

Let me say, I don’t like particularly being the person bringing the action before the Judge. I do feel a responsibility as a Candidate for President to fulfill the qualifications of the Office if I were so elected and at the very least recognizing legally in my standing as a Candidate a responsibility to those who have contributed to my campaign as well as the oath I took as a Candidate in pointing out if someone is not.

People that contributed to my campaign should not be held responsible for a loss of their contributions on an illegal merit of another Candidate in the same race, or for that matter losing their confidence in me because I kept my mouth shut when a blatant violation and foul of the rules happened.

Maybe Mitt Romney and John McCain can keep their mouth shut but I think in 2012 as well as 2008 it was a real dis-service of the faith and credit towards those contributing to their respective campaigns and much less than what their contributing public deserved. As you know that is a staggering amount of money; Amazing to thing that just in the presidential contest of 2008 and 2012 1.4 Billion Dollars was used just on the Democratic Party side of Obama.

At the same time, I cannot imagine a Judge either, filled with any sense for Justice, really being excited about having a case like this put in his lap. Even though appeals can be made either way with any decision, this is a really heavy burden. At stake might be one of the greatest David v. Goliath stories in our history as the individual is pinned up against the Giant Collective of such a large amount of money, support, and cover-up.

Will or can the law under the principles of ‘justice for all’ hold up one individual and and repel the massive tsunami of corruption? One might ask could any one man part a 200 foot tidal wave coming in? Of course the odds say once something gets that big it can’t be taken down. We’ve even been conditioned to the saying, “To Big to fail”.

I would certainly concur if I thought we were depending on our own selves, but I don’t. I think sacrifices of time, talent, and money as well as the very lives of those who have perished make a bigger force than the one collectively acting as an adversary to the Constitution’s demands and that while it is a big problem; big problems can be solved one baby step at a time adding up to the correct answers.

Part II. of the exclusive interview I did with Editor-in-Chief Sharon Rondeau of The Post & Email has just been published there regarding Judy v. Obama et. al.,. The Complaint has a return of summons and service filed that would put an answer to the complaint and summons due this coming Tuesday –August 5th, 2014.

The Complaint is of course public information now and is available for anyone to read and last time I checked there were 116 reads. From the time it was published after the law suit was filed and served there is 116 reads.

It’s a 30 page document double spaced which is about 15 pages of reading that might take an average reader about 15 minutes to scan through. It really is a boring process to read someone else’s complaint when it doesn’t apply to you isn’t it? Besides, filing a complaint and actually winning a case are two different things.

I might expect that from the average citizen who really didn’t see a connection between the corruption happening in front of their face but it’s a little more difficult to say excuse the media from reporting it in a format that readers could understand or at least be notified about and this is what I wanted to kind of focus on today.

All of us are part of a community and in many respects are parts of what is happening around us in our communities. Local news is alive and well last time I checked. The news usually comes on about 5:30pm, 6:30pm and again at 10 pm in my community. Last night coming home from work I passed a multiple car accident scene that had happened about 5 minutes before my coming upon the gruesome scene.

The police and ambulances had not arrived yet, but had been called. I passed slowly noticing a man still pinned in the driver’s seat with an air bag exploded in his chest. He looked around and seemed a little dazed to his surroundings. The front end of his car was totaled, set right in the middle of a four lane street in kind of an intersection of urban areas, where the speed limit was appropriately set at 55mph.

At least 10 other cars were pulled over. They had happened on the accident as probable witnesses of the scene. Some had set themselves as post to steer traffic to the side and past the accident until police got there. At least six others were attending as best they could to a women with grey hair laid out flat on the paved road. I noticed blood on her head and thought she looked the worst at the scene with her car mangled.

Another car at the scene looked like it had actually been sandwiched in a crushing machine, the remains of a convertible I thought that had rolled completely over at least once. Debris was scattered in what looked like an area you could put a football field in. 55mph doesn’t seem that fast until you hit someone going the opposite direction at the same speed combining the force in whopping 110mph collision. I had no idea what had happened and my mind struggled to put the scene together, as it was not an intersection and the cars involved all faced the same direction.

Had it been a part failure, like a tire blow out where someone had lost control while passing? Had someone become distracted and then looked up and over corrected?

You pass a scene like that and your heart just melts with horror for those involved and with your even being in such close proximity to the accident. My mind traced my steps back where I had been delayed just 5 minutes which would have had me watching or even being a fatality at the accident scene.

“This had happened in the community where I live”, I thought. Three police cars passed me within the 10 seconds after I had passed the accident. Imagine the lives that had changed upon waking up this morning. Someone’s grandma is either in the hospital or the family is planning a funeral; someone’s dad wouldn’t be going to work this morning and all the bills would just keep on coming.

Can you imagine an accident happening like that that affected every community in the entire United States of America?

Barack Hussein Obama has shown us a fabricated long form birth certificate. His draft registration card has a fabricated year date stamp on it. He’s using a social security card someone else assigned to a dead man. Why?
Explain the “Why?” Can you tell me what the “Why Question” even is?

Glenn Beck had an interesting man on his Radio Program yesterday I took in bits and pieces of. He defined the positives for businesses in tending to What, Where, and Why and the extreme success for businesses like Apple who answered the “Why” for people in the business goals rather than just their product representation discussed by “Start with Why”’s ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sioZd3AxmnE ) Simon Sinek- Author of “Leaders Eat Last”.

He discussed how ‘fear’ in a company’s management style is much different then ‘trust’ which allows for ‘risk’and ‘freedom’. See a clip of the episode here.

Simon said, “The world is filled with danger, but when we feel safe within our community’s we can face the dangers and seize the opportunities. When we have to protect (or feel we have to protect) ourselves from each other than the organization starts to break down.” I thought of the people at the accident and what they were doing before any officers or paramedics had arrived. A character was being shown to me of a culture or group right there in plain site.

“Culture is the character of a group of people”, so how does the culture of the media, act as a group when it comes to Obama’s fraudulent identification and being a watchdog for the public? What is their ‘collective belief’ on the subject and why are they in such denial?

Is that truly based in ‘fear’ and ‘covering their butts’ so they won’t get fired, or so they won’t get sued, or lose their license by the threats of some Government Organization in charge of manipulating them like the Federal Communications Commission - FCC? Why is that considered a 'service to the public'?

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been involved with law enforcement some 55 years. Elected 5 times I believe to his Office as Sheriff and was asked in 2012 by constituents to thoroughly investigated something no other law enforcement agency has investigated in Obama's identification credentials that Obama himself handed out and posted on the White House web site for all Americans; he responded with forming a Cold Case Posse. That investigation led to the acertation that the long form birth certificate is a forgery and so is Obama's draft registration.

While that investigation has little to do with Obama not being a 'natural born Citizen' qualified for the Office of the President, the conclusions reached are a mirror image of Obama's culture and the horrific accident happening to the United States of America in and upon probably the most important aspect of our culture - Our Elections.

People are hurt in this accident, some people are stopping by assisting those involved in the accident, some rolled up after the accident happened and are just watching or passing it by because it looks like everything is being handled and they can't help, don't want to help, or are just not of the mind that it is going to effect them.

The bully tactic is one used often by those in authority positions. They are used to telling people what to do without explaining themselves. They get away with it almost all the time. Its where they use their offices to move people where they want them. Of course in some situations and circumstances you really do need to obey without question or you could be the cause of an accident.

If a policeman tells you to move your vehicle there is probably a really good reason to move it. When a policeman tells you to strip on the side of the road and you notice he turns his video camera off, there's probably a pretty good idea in your mind he is abusing or is about to abuse his authority in moving you and if you don't question it, your absolutely living in fear of the police, rather than the comfort of your rights detailed in the United States Constitution as well as the laws in your community.

With the exception of a very few brave souls in the Media exhibiting courage, our Media is living in a fear zone that is unprecedented in our Country. The rewards of this are not serving us, but are really hurting us and that culture is bound to break down. Hitler didn't win, but he did leave a pretty big wake in his path to remember.


If I lose the Civil Rights Complaint I have filed I'm sure the Media will think, 'We were right not to cover that', even though in reading the Complaint you could come up with a few facts acting as a jury member yourself. If I won the law suit, can you imagine the Media's blank stair at not having even read the complaint, or understood the merits of the case?

The elite culture of fear is truly an amazing belief many in the media have in the justice system not being a culture of equal justice under the law for everyone, but one of a perceived justice for those who are elite and have money. Inspiring a culture of character is indeed about setting a precedent of courage for the right; for the truth; for the Constitution that has come to be rewarded with a faith in liberty and freedom so many were willing to die for with only a reward in heaven.

Having courage for the truth actually does apply to the mercy and forgiveness your sowing as seeds of character. Many complain about others living off of them rather than choosing to work, but we are all less inspired by a culture of hypocrisy which denies Obama is qualified to serve in the Office of the President. That root is the biggest problem with the GOP at this time and it is not inspiring a culture of character.

The Psychological job conspiring fear rather than trust is at the root of our problem here in America and identifying "Why?" is also a key to change. That's the 'Why?' of my own action. I love America and am inspired by the actions of those who also were inspired to defend, protect, and preserve our Constitution and declaring the 'Why?' of our Nation in the first place in the Declaration of Independence.
