Has the Democratic Party placed their hopes to high in Hillary Clinton?

FBI PROBE EXPANDS IN CLINTON SABOTAGING FBI INVESTIGATION with a COVER UP OF NATIONAL SECURITY INTEL in the HABIT of 2 Different Stories.

The lines of Longitude and Latitude intersect in the devils scope of two different stories to tell, of the same event, by the same person. This also describes the detailed Digital Aim burdensomely assigned to the National Security OFFICIAL INVESTIGATION of Hillary Clinton and the responsibility of FBI Officials to decipher for all intensive purposes the Authenticity of Truth as it relates to our being hacked by Beelzebub , Lucifer-Gucifer or Foreigners of our Heavenly State. 

There's no question Hillary was Hacked, and by her Secretary of State position WE THE PEOPLE were too. The question is; did she know she was the highest ranking foreign intelligence Representative of the United States of America and did she treat that responsibility about the same way she would treat a shopping trip to purchase a new outfit, schedule a yoga class, or chat with a friend on IM? 

In Hillary's own words she said it was regrettably .. She made a mistake. So, accessing how BIG a Mistake it was is not only the FBI's job, but one that could have profound consequences on all America as they place Trust in the FBI's findings that could well be the determination of the Choices presented to the American Public for their next U.S. President in the coming 2016 Elections. 

You recall in the #Benghaz Congressional Hearings we learned then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, #Clinton2016 , related two different stories one to her family and a foreign authority and a totally different story to the Media and American People about Benghazi being about a planned terror attack on one hand and about a videotape on the other hand clearly just a month away from the 2012 Election? 

Well apparently the FBI is not an Agency you want to mince words or mix personal and professional work related emails with for your own Political Future or Pleasure. 

In a New Reported Story today, disaster for the leading Democratic Party Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton rest in purposely muddying the waters for FBI Officials in an obvious intention to clear any wrong doing by scuttling personal and professional emails. 

That's what politically is understood to be a deliberate cover-up- an action wholly created to camouflage or sabotage an Official FBI Investigation. H. Clinton has repeatedly down graded her forthrightness in turning over National Intelligence from 100% to 90% to most of them. 

This has caused additional grief for the FBI Officials burdened with the investigation concerning Foreign Hackers into U.S. TOP SECRET INTEL. from the Top Foreign Representative of the U.S in Secretary of State H. Clinton. 

FBI [agents are looking at U.S. Code 18, Section 1001, which pertains to "materially false" statements given either in writing, orally or through a third party. Violations also include pressuring a third party to conspire in a cover-up][ To be a violation, the statements do not need to be given under oath.]

[..expansion of the FBI probe, which is also exploring potential violations of an Espionage Act provision relating to "gross negligence" in the handling of national defense information.]

[When an individual makes misleading or false statements causing federal agents to expend additional resources and time. ] Each action is a felony punishable upwards of 5 years in prison.

 With such an investigation in process, the question is raised, "Is Hillary Clinton to big to Fail or Jail?

Is HILLARY TO BIG TO FAIL OR JAIL?  


 The Democratic Party, much of the MainStream Media, and many Foreign Investors in the Clinton Global Initiative has positioned itself precariously on the visiting list of Hillary Clinton in the Oval Office. The Pay-To-Play list does in fact exist  with both Domestic and Foreign Contributors to such a degree you might say the Office of the President has already been sold out by shares before the Democratic Nomination has happened (wink-wink)? The question remains, how upset would those contributors be if their paid access was to Hillary Clinton's visiting list in jail rather then the Oval Office?

 This has undoubtedly left the FBI with a much heavier responsibility to negate any national security wrong-doing by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State by compromising the criminal code that to the public already seems to be representing one Standard for the General Population and quite another for those occupying elected Positions.

 The rise of Populism in the General Public you can actually trace to the 2008 Birther Movement that even recently Hillary Clinton was tied to. 

 Populism is the political doctrine most tapped into by leading Republican Candidate for President and Business Mogul Donald Trump, Ben Carson, and Carly Fiorina on the the Right and Senator Bernie Sanders on the left. It is the political doctrine that supports the rights and powers of the common people in their struggle with the privileged elite or establishment in political parties. Hillary has embedded herself into the establishment of the party as an elected and an appointed official. To see the comments on Facebook of those who feel she embodies everything evil leaves little hope she will ever appeal to the center of the political arena in a general election.

The anti-Establishment success story in America today is and has been fueled with a level of complacency, exemption, co-opting. and general strangulation-by-triangulation or dearth of Justice by those charged to administer Justice. It is in the easiest sense to understand Political Corruption so rampant that Justice is unattainable in any leg of the Government because they are all infiltrated. It is quite simply the despotic rule of injustice, order, or the fuel of chaos. 

 In the United States our Founders and Framers worked with all of their faculties to divest power of Government into three Branches equally charged with a checks and balance system in the Order of maintaining Justice. The hope was it less likely to infiltrate and dominate all three branches.  There was no other reason under the Sun to give each Branch of Government the very real possibility of punching either of the two Branches in the face in the Order of squaring up Justice.

 In simple terms assigning the duties to each Branch retained Justice in a check and balanced system. The Legislative Branch made the laws, the Judicial Branch interpreted the laws, and the Executive Branch enforced the Laws. As personalities infiltrated political  parties the principles are/were set aside, and the law now is perilously close to complete corruption. The quagmire is akin to shaking a bottle of nitro fuel up and predicting what part of the bottle will be the explosive outburst or weakest point.

 While you might say it, "we live in an imperfect world, and no one is perfect", a very real threat to Order, and what I mean by that is the Order in the United States of America established in our Union of States, is and can be traced directly to the the Birther Movement. The obscene of yesterday has become a new norm, but it is very much the pristine of today that are in the most jeopardy. That includes the Press Personalities and Political Establishments.

 It is impossible to say Hillary Clinton was not a very real part of the movement derailing the Establishment in the Populist crush, as one of two Leaders in the Democratic Party in 2008 jockeying for the Democratic Party Nomination.  If she'd won that fight she would have been place on the side of Authentic Truth. She either did not have the strength to fight it, or she would not reach for the weapon that would enable her to maintain it in an Appeal to the Judicial Branch regarding Barack Obama's ineligibility. Thus we see she is part of the establishment problem rather than in on the grass roots of the anti-establishment movement. 

 Looking back in hindsight she had already sold out as a New York Senator agreeable to the terms with Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. John McCain in non-binding U.S. Senate resolution 511. She risked being called a 'Racist' herself if she did not temper down to do Barack Obama's business acquiescing her standing as a Candidate for the Constitution to one against the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5.  

 If a point in our modern history could be scratched out as a focus of when the Democratic Party started its downward spiral, that would be it. 


 One might say the rest is HISTORY.  Democrats were doomed to a future losing streak the likes of which were just as poor as the the highs that catapulted them by the mis-steps the Republicans had taken that had angered the General Public to a point of releasing from Office the entire House, the entire Senate and the White House to Democrats.

 The mistake was in Democrats choosing an ineligible unqualified Candidate for President in Barack Obama. I really think Democrats might have maintained an edge with Hillary Clinton in 2008, but she had sacrificed it. It was her choice and she did not see the trap. Obama was the horse Republicans took a silent oath to ride back to power. 

 Since 2008 Democrats have lost 900 State Legislative Seats, 13 U.S. Senate Seats, 69 U.S. House of Representative Seats, and 12 Governor-ships.

 The leadership of the Democratic Party is suffering with about as close a call to transparency that exist with a meager 3 Candidates on the Debate Stage this Saturday in Iowa, but only because it cannot be hidden. 

 The strangulation triangulation has encompassed the party leadership so drunk on GROUPTHINK that it cannot resolve they are all naked on national Television. The strangulation triangulation exist when the same old leaders choke off any new blood from the establishment machinations in an exerted effort to maintain the status quo. 

 U.S. Representative Nancy Pelosi is 75 years old well passed the life of a shingle on the roof leading the Minority of the U.S. House: U.S. Senator Harry Reid 75 years old leading the Minority U.S. Senate and now seeking to gain more muscle by suing exercise equipment manufactures then gaining muscle because of exercise equipment. Leading the Democratic Party as Candidates for President Hillary Clinton 68 years old undeterred by an FBI Investigation into what she has to admit due to the context of her own emails was a real fumbled in Benghazi and a national security nightmare she continually down plays as 'just normal procedure' and Senator Bernie Sanders 74 years old who in a poorly worded choice excused her for it in an effort to excuse character from a Candidate for the Office of the President. 

 The grievous mistakes of the Democratic Party which I am apart of, but thus far have been excluded from participating in the first Presidential Debate, and seem likely to be excluded from the Second happening this Saturday in Iowa, is one that also is disastrously affecting America. That disaster is one of AUTHENTICITY or AUTHENTIC TRUTH.

 The authenticity of America is not of 'being perfect', it is one of being unique, you might say different. America has found her own way and has'nt been known for being a good follower. We are independent and curiously authentic. We are what the rest of the world called crazy because we did not and would not follow the establishments orders in the first place. We believed in ourselves characteristically like KINGS and Queens of Nobility did of other Nations. We are a strange bunch to the rest of the world. 

 We looked to the Supreme Law of the Land for Order rather then to a particular individual or personality. We were wildly "CODY" to put it in an unique American fashion. 

 The Republican Party has grown, matured, and infused itself with very capable consideration as the last four Republican Debates have captured America's attention in unheard of amounts Political Attentions and jubilees television ratings- 23 Million for the CNN Debate- 24 Million for the Fox Hosted Debate,  and the last Fox News Wall Street Journal Business Debate shattered the records of even the Super Bowl in Live Streaming Viewers for NBC. 

 To state the Democratic Party is missing out by excluding not only the Public, but Candidates in their near prostrated position of nominating Hillary Clinton can only be underscored by the reflection of respect they have for Authenticity and Justice.


As a candidate for President I, just  like the Democratic Party over the last eight years have lost quite a bit. You might even say we have grown accustom to losing. The biggest difference is I am objecting with a standard of Justice that is attractive to conservatism in America that even Republican Candidates do not have claim on in the Supreme Law of the Land - our UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. 

 The Establishment in the Republican Parties represented much earlier this year by former Florida Governor Jeb Bush who has garnered hundred of millions of dollars can't Poll in double digits, and is losing every debate to POPULARISM because he like Romney he would not stand up with the U.S. Constitution against Obama's ineligibility. 

 Donald Trump on the other hand made a pass at Lady Birther and America swooned over him. Recently Dr. Ben Carson insinuating the lack of interest by the Main Stream Media in Barack Obama's closed college transcripts,( perhaps due to his being a foreign exchange student and listed as such on his Occidental College Transcripts/Columbia Transcripts- Obama was known as the ghost of Columbia University) was a poker-tel of their own bias and scrutiny of what he did 50 years ago.

 This amounted to hundred of millions of dollars in free publicity. Now let's contrast that subjectivity with the Main Stream Media's mute silence when it came to writing a single story about a United States Supreme Court Case involving two Presidential Candidates unparalleled in the Judicial Branch's entire American HISTORY in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 or in covering the story in U.S. Supreme Court 2012 elections as 12-5276! If you think that's easy .. try it.
You know I hate to point the bias as a victim, but it is so glaring, so demonstrable, so in your face, that the sweep of a broom is about all that's left to do. 

 The Main Stream Media won't even acknowledge  the Facebook Jail that has assailed a FEC Registered Democratic Party Presidential Candidate, how could we every expect them to acknowledge the USURPATION of the most powerful Office in the United States Government or  acknowledge what even Senator Rand Paul noted in the last debate as an alarming shift of power to the President? 

 You ridiculously wonder how in the world Mr. Donald Trump could go house to house and export 11 million people who are illegally in the United States? 

 The answer is right in front of your face in the White House right now.

 If there was ever an Office seen as impenetrable and protected by the fourth branch of Government related as the FREE PRESS, just in case the Legislative Branch failed to hold hearings on ineligibility, and the Judicial Branch failed to hold hearings on the merits of Barack Obama not being a [natural born Citizen] ( ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents, clearly  articulated in our U.S. Constitution with the same deductive reasoning employed by first graders) it has been clearly sold out to Billionaires exploiting the Supreme Law of our U.S. Constitution in favor of King-ships or Queen-ships.

 The only problem is about the time the American People see the horror of self-financed Political Campaigns that are actually successful as Mr. Trumps very well could be, their Judicial Branch and Legislative Branch could well be seen as neutered, whilst our Union will have disintegrated into the abyss of anarchy.

 The King Pins of the Dollar who fancied themselves untouchable will not find the U.S. Constitution anywhere in the world either. They will find their "entrepreneurial genius" confiscated by the Government, they will find the overreach of public property as the Landlord of their private property.  They will find Asset Forfeiture to be the new normal and confiscation in eminent domain to be the bully mob rule of their detailed fortunes amassed. The kings of the dollar will be the losing recipients of a class warfare unparalleled in U.S. History. 

 Yes, it is the strangest irony that those whose wealth is contrast in Billions are defended by a penniless pauper whose Motion to proceed in forma pauperis was diabolically and nefariously denied in the U.S. Supreme Court while being granted the same exact year by the Federal District Court (Utah Division) and the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

 On a personal note, I go to bed every night and pray, "Lord, I give up. I am just not Politically fit or attractive for public office with the previous conditions of servitude which haunt my own Record for standing up and taking a stand in a Religious calligraphy 22 years ago for which I did 8 years on prison for an offense of words." I feel sorry for the next President and wouldn't want the job anyway. I'm sick of sweeping the barn out! I don't know why I'm doing this. No one supports me, no one is contributing and I'm last last last in anything and everything. Effectively, I am Charlie Brown! "

 I was talking to my Mom about the last Republican Debate. We were in the mix of voicing our opinions. I was talking about how well I thought Sen. Rand Paul had done in not being snidely, but clearly much more Constitutional. How Mr. Trump had used the opportunity to do less damage to his already winning campaign and how great and articulate Sen. Cruz and Sen. Rubio were in the Senate although they clearly reminded me every opening and closing statement they made they were not eligible for the Office of the President. How desperate Gov. Kasich seemed with his interruptions, and how much Gov. Bush wanted us to just believe he could 'fix it' while he talked in calculations not coherent to the common person. She related it would be interesting to watch the Saturday Debate of the Democratic Candidates and lamented, 'but they only have 3 Candidates now'. 

 I said, " Yes, its kinda hard to watch because I feel like its a football game that I'm suppose to be involved in, but am missing." She knew how I'd felt when ever I was injured from a football game and couldn't play. I said, its a Debate I'd love to be in because I feel I would be a contrast towards the center of the Democratic Party that was more conservative and was not represented at all in the rights and fundamentals of our U.S. Constitution and Civil rights. 

 Out of the blue, she said to me, "After watching 4 Republican debates Cody , I think you would be a good President Cody. I don't want any of them for President." I was flabbergasted feeling like I'd just won the endorsement of some billionaire or key figure in the Government, or some very affluent actress in Hollywood. This was my Mom! Very agreeable to my being her son, but most disagreeable to my running for President in 2008 and 2012 and constantly reminding me you can't run for President and be poor. You have to have money! I finally won her endorsement. I couldn't believe it!

 Final Thoughts for the Establishment of Both Parties-Those abandoning Jeb Bush who actually has what my Mom always said was paramount in a political campaign in 100 Million Dollar War Chest but who can't poll in double digits and whose losing debates; and those blocking real debate from Hillary Clinton whilst they cross their fingers in the hope that the FBI doesn't interfere with their shares invested in her White House inauguration forgetting that hoping for Hillary might not be the best Hope for our Nation.

 How can you count the ways in which to offend the Creator by drinking the kool-aid mixed up by the devil and saying "We drank nothing?", while you raise our hand to use the restroom giving yourself away? Horse meat might not be what's for dinner in America, and you'd have to say that meat is not served as the norm in American Restaurants like beef is. However, in the case of the Presidential Horse Races in consideration of the Establishments of both Parties, and the deprivation of Justice,  it just might be what's Popular for dinner at home in America- politically speaking.

Hillary Clinton doesn't care about providing for OUR little girls the same safety net her own life was spared, yet she wants to be Commander-In-Chief heading all of the U.S. Military might. She dodged being drafted as a female, because she was a girl who wasn't required by the draft to sign up. So she wasn't a Draft-Dodger, but she certainly dodged a draft based on what she terms now "inequality".

As a Democratic Party Candidate for President I could not believe when Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders was asked about his "Conscientious Objection" to the Vietnam War and that Hillary Clinton wast not asked how she felt about sending our little girls to WAR when she was protected from a Draft based on being a little girl.

Under an EQUALITY  Banner of Military ALL of our little girls 18 - 30 years of age, (especially single or divorced) would be subject to a War Draft. You have to admit that was NOT something Hillary Clinton had to worry about as a little girl, but it is one she is all for TODAY.

How will our little girls grow up? They will undoubtedly suffer pains that Hillary was pleasantly exempted from and undoubtedly basked in the glow of protections afforded her. What seems attractive in Equality sounds very nice when it comes to receiving the same pay, being admitted into the Priesthood of some Church or Club previously exempting women. However, as the October 13,2015 article taken from the very liberal Huffington Post points out, the demands of EQUALITY, are heading for a real disaster for Millennials, who do not even realize Hillary Clinton is marching them to War.

"If the U.S. military prioritizes "true and pure equality," women might eventually have to register for the draft.
So said Army Secretary John McHugh at the Association of the United States Army’s annual meeting in Washington on Monday, reports Military.com. McHugh added that the issue -- if and when it arises -- should be determined by Congress, not the Department of Defense."



THE SHRILL OF POWER 
RUNNING UP HILLARY CLINTON'S LEG

Desperate for voters, Hillary Clinton has made no bones about it- she's female- and wants you to vote to put the first women in the Office of the President who also acts as the Commander-In-Chief of the whole U.S. Military.

The right to vote in the U.S. was considered an emancipation for females in the previous considerations of sex or gender in the 19th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

"The right of Citizens of the United States to vote, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State, on account of sex. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. "

The 15th Amendment was ratified in 1870. It defined clearly the right to vote to those regardless of race, color, or previous conditions of servitude, stating:

"The rights of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. This gave men who had been slaves, or incarcerated the right to vote regardless of color, but still did not include women as even U.S. Citizens. It would not be until 1920, 50 years later, that women received this Right under the law of our Constitution through the 19th Amendment ratification.

Many thought this was a grievance of inequality and did not understand the protections it actually was affording. It would have been inconceivable for a father to look at his little girl and think about sending her out to have her legs and arms blown off by mortar shells, her teeth knocked out with the butt of a rifle, or worse her "honor", or "maidenhood" defiled in the brutality of war, but that's where true equality is taking us.

In Jakarta Indonesia women recruited for the military are to be virgins. In a May 2015 Article entitled "Why does Indonesia demand the female recruits are virgins?", A hymen test is described as being used to pass the recruits. It is taken very seriously as a matter of "National Security", said Chief Major General Fuad Basya, referring those who were not virgins more subject to what was termed 'bad habits' and said to be warned against in their military and the defense of the country's security and territory being a very high honor.

Still the hymen test was considered by most recruits and doctors to be 'invasive' in the least, embarrassing, and humiliating, even torture said a female military physician that traumatized recruits, as if in the event of war, that would not be the first thing in jeopardy by the enemy in defiance of the Geneva Convention by rogue partitioners.

Women in the United States are not currently required to register for the Draft, but a mother in New Jersey actually sued on behalf of her high-school graduating daughter to change it. "In 2013 the U.S. Department of Defense announced the end of the direct ground combat exclusion rule  for female service members."

The mother stated her daughter was not so much an activist as she was interested in fairness, stating she sure would never have done it. Her daughter did not voluntarily enroll in the military after her graduation either but went off to college to be a vet. We are left with understanding there is a "pretended" equality sought by the majority of women most thinking about wages, and a very small minority willing to put their life on the line in real Equality eradicating the borders of the sexes.

Ask any male how he felt when he was 18 years old, (maybe except Barack Obama based on the abnormalities of his draft registration reported by a law enforcement investigation and the passport break conducted three times by , let's leave the three letter dirty words out of this, and simply refer to John O. Brennan who was then a CEO of Analysis Corp, big contributor to Barack Obama Candidacy, and now heads the CIA not protecting his former employee very well as a witness of the break-in as he was shot in the head sitting out in his car in front of a church )  when he was filling out his Draft Registration Form, about the seriousness of never knowing after that day what day his Country might call him out and put him on a very serous front line of a barraging assaults?

 More importantly ask yourself if your a female between the ages of 18-25, maybe even 30, especially if your single or divorced if you'd respect your Country more for sending you out on the battlefield based on "equality" or if you might feel a little humiliated- traumatized- even tortured by understanding what Hillary Clinton had brought to your world, that she never ever had to face her entire life?

While Hillary Clinton was Senator Clinton, she never cared about equality in sponsoring legislation that would equalize the Draft Registration among sex, but of course she is very enthusiastic amount being Commander-In-Chief and sitting in that luxurious red seat conducting WARS, watching and laughing about it as she did about the unauthorized war toppling Libya's Muammar Gaddafi  which now has become the breeding ground for ISIS. 

The seriousness of Hillary Clinton becoming Commander-In-Chief and almost single highhandedly bringing every little girl in America in a new nightmare and fear of being killed or maimed in war is much more real than the insecurity, and discomfort of a hymen test.

Who can forget the unsavory 12 second reaction caught of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in her contempt of a Nations Leader of over 40 years "We Came, We Saw, He Died" and then laughing ridiculously? Even amongst enemies respect must be shown and that respect is translated to entire populations. This is something especially well known and understood by men perhaps based on the blanket of blood provided in the Defense of this Nation and is never something to be gloated over.



It is a very serious matter and the offense of gloating over a win is an unrestrained emphasis of bad behavior or shrill not to tolerated amongst the bravest warriors or made light of in contempt of courage by troops. I wouldn't tolerate it as President.

THE RISKS OF A DRAFT for WOMEN 18-30

The United States is already on a very real course of collision with Powers that are not fooling around or laughing at the seriousness of stability for great populations and civilizations with the economy and security concerns of Nations that much of the peace in the world may very well be jeopardized with in the near future.

Hillary Clinton even as a Candidate for President has already called for essentially what would be a collision course with Russia calling for a no-fly zone in Syria that would undoubtedly conflict with Russia's Air Force staging effective sortie. Obama even called the misdiagnosis a hiccup by Clinton spurred by "political motivation" much like her narrative to the General Public differed in the Benghazi Terrorism attacks linked with her tenure as Secretary of State on 911 and the information related to other heads of states as nothing to do with a video tape which we all learned from the release of her emails in the latest Benghazi hearings was politically motivated.

What this translates into or means is that Hillary Clinton will do anything and everything to hide, conceal, and distort the very real ramifications of what she has used to propel her politically upward. Once she is there, our Nation could face a real crisis of Reality to the Equality Question. Hillary has demonstrated a sever distortion of judgement in many and repeated instances when it comes to our Nations security.  When will the 19-25 year old women feel "Hillary's equality" and wish to God they had never voted for her? It is much more likely that they will feel it on the Battle Fields of War then in their Purse over a wage equality.

That day might be the day they are called to register for the Draft under Hillary Clinton who decides that WWIII is a casualty she wishes on her Report Card and that she won't be around as President to have to explain anyway, as millions of our little girls are brought home in caskets or are maimed beyond recognition with their face crushed, their arms and legs blown off in the direct FORCE of EQUALITY?

How do you like Hillary Clinton now? How is the equality working out for you in the seriousness of your vote in the coming 2016 Democratic Party Nominating process Iowa, New Hampshire, and even the General Election if Hillary gets the nodd from the Democratic Party?

My own feeling is that I am losing as a Democratic Party Presidential Candidate. Hillary Clinton leads followed by Senator Bernie Sanders and former Maryland Governor Martin O' Malley. The call for a women to be President is not something that I would not applaud under the right circumstances in our future, but it is not Today to someone who has skirted in her legislative applications, and danced away her National Security collateral in so many instances including not supporting the Constitution's demand for a [natural born Citizen] ie born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents in the Office of the President as I have spent the last seven years fighting for.

Democrats since 2008 have been on a downward spiral unparalleled in the political races of our Country. It is not even stretch of anyone's imagination.

The Republicans have ridden Barrack Obama like a horse about as far into the sand as they could possibly ride him while the Democratic Party has kept its head in the sand about anything that pertained to Barack Obama's ineligibility.

It might be that Obama has been protected, but at what cost?

And at what cost will our children pay for the misguided, misidentified, misfortunes, and miscalculations of those who have aligned themselves by pretended circumstances of pity, support, and government dependency?

America is in Crisis. We have got to get her back on track, and while I'm running for President and many think it has just been because Obama was not eligible following my hard work in the some 14 Cases across the Country including 2 United States Supreme Court Cases, my greatest concern, is our children and the future that they will face.

We all are indeed little children inside. I'm still a little boy inside holding the door open for my sister and being considerate for girls. If being a gentlemen has become so foreign in the United States that we all cannot recall why our girls haven't been required to sign up for a Draft in a hot war, then I'm very much afraid the reasons preventing such are also disappearing and we all will learn first hand.

As for my recommendation I do not think things should be equal accept for the opportunity. We should not Draft our little girls. It should be a voluntary enlistment that is held in a very high criteria. That criteria that I would consider would include the willingness of any recruited voluntary female soldier to willingly use sex as a defense for any of her male soldier counterparts in the field of danger or to necessitate their release or capture. That might be a little different then Jakarta's because of the use and dedication of her entire body no different then would be expected from any male counterpart.

That would meet a significant standard of equality in the field in my consideration. Those unwilling to meet that standard I would not consider willing to give all as their male counter parts are.

The call for PRINCIPLE might be the last one a person would expect to be heard as a pinnacle for employment, jobs, and security but that is exactly what Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy has been fighting for in challenging first McCain in 2008 then including Obama and continuing the challenge in the U.S. Supreme Court Ballot Challenges of 2012 - Judy v. Obama 12-5276 and now the Civil Rights Federal Law Suit of Judy v. Obama 14-9396.

"Most people do not connect the dots", Cody said , "But they should. It is an easy line to trace. Principles of Trust, Honor, Respect, Loyalty, Honesty, Integrity, Love, even Courage are associated principles that an Employer would certainly think were important for their Employee in hiring someone for a job. Why would people think that those Principles were somehow not associated with the creation of Jobs, the number of jobs, the quality of jobs, the whole job market?

"When you are seen Taking A Stand for Principle, it is not always popular or successful at first but there are few things about Principle you will ever regret in life."

Taking a piece of clothe from the stand Cody has taken for in the [natural born Citizen] clause of the Constitution found in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 and you will find just how important that Principle is.

When you start adding up the damages of Obamacare, ObamaAmnesty, and all of the Obama Scandals we have endured including Benghazi, Fast & Furious, IRS Profiling, and Citizen Surveillance you start to see a picture that is formed that has cost America's Elections, Trillions of National Debt Dollars, Millions of Jobs, and last but certainly not least the Lives of some very fine people.

Principles are interwoven in Character and are not necessarily reflected in reputation as quite often that is 'Framed' by those in powerful positions, with great monetary- media influence and motivation that is not reflective of Principles. This is the reason quite often that what should be popular is not, and that which is more important is lost in the traffic of a crowded freeway.

That is just one reason that the Main Stream Media has been quick to characterize Birtherism as a Pejorative rather than a Principle. They have been quick to cover its pit-falls rather than its potential. We saw for example a lot of National Coverage when the Same-Sex Marriage Equality of Citizenship cases were being lost at the State Level and appealed all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court. Reporters took notice of the Court Records and wrote stories of every appeal. People took Notice of these stories, of the Issue because the Media was Reporting it: "Oh.. we'll see this Appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court!"

 That same fervor of Principle has not been the call for the qualifications of the Office of the President accept when someone was trying to 'change' the Principle that has lasted through many generations, and in ours has endured 8 attempts in change just since 2003 in Congress. All of these attempts failed. These failures to change the [natural born Citizen] clause from [born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents] have reflected a Legislative Mandate. That is suppose to be what the Judicial Branch upholds as what we would call a Principle of the Constitution.

While the Judicial Branch has been a bullish on the Standing Principle which regulates the challenges of pointing a finger at someone who is not qualified as a [natural born Citizen] for the Office of the President in the interest of our National Security to someone in the Presidential Race as a Candidate against another, they have been a bear when it comes to actually HEARING the claim brought to them by a Presidential Candidate on the merits.

 Its never happened in the U.S. Supreme Court before- One Candidate for President using the Constitution to declare damages and another Candidate ineligible. Never in all of our History! There is no precedent case close to the purposes of the Presidential Qualification Clause of our Constitution. The nearest cases make stretches like Minor v. Happersett and U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark but these at best discussed voting rights and citizenship and did not focus on the [natural born Citizen] clause for the Office of President and Vice President. You would think Judy v. Obama 14-9396 was a Justices' prize case..but thus far they have treated it like a slave unremarkable and inconsequential to the millions of dollars pouring into campaigns as well as the voting public depressed with Justice.

One of the things that is undeniable in politics is when a Principle is established, the Candidates gravitate towards its popularity in order to be elected. There is no doubt that the Media has not given any credibility to Judy v. Obama 14-9396. They have not covered the story of Principle. The U.S. Supreme Court has not heard a Case on the merits either. WE the PEOPLE are left with a chicken or the egg which one come first question.

Does the U.S. Supreme Court direct what is news, or does the news direct the U.S. Supreme Court and what cases they take as a popularity contest? One of the great establishments in our Country was created in the U.S. Supreme Court and the Justices of that Court being given 'LIFE TENURE' predicated of course on 'good behavior'.

The Theory posed that giving the Justices life tenure, would insulate them from drifting away from the Constitution based on the whims of popularity which might encompass even the population or politicians subject to re-election every two, four, or six years.  That is a great big fat BONUS for being in a U.S. Supreme Court Justice seat. You don't have to depend on re-election.

You can afford to act in ways stable towards the Constitution with a long look down the road for Vision. That responsibility is being called into question because the interest of the Presidential Election, its Candidates, and the Constitution are indeed in conflict with the qualification requirement of [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

In reviewing my argument a good look at the Comments highlighted in this Post will help. What this has left us with is kind of what started the whole thing in 2008. Its a Union of Republican and Democratic Party Elected leaders irresponsible to the Constitution and of course leaving out the Independents all together. That was demonstrated in three candidates in the U.S. Senate: Senators' Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and John McCain in U.S. Sen. Res. 511 that established a two parent Citizen ruling although it was non-binding in the Legislature, the "foreign birth place" was left out.  In other words it was not passed in the House or signed by a President.

We see now as a result a Triangular affect of, "He Did It", as Rubio, Cruz, and Jindal have Presidential Campaigns in the Republican Party Primary using Obama in the Oval Office not being qualified or "born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents" as a justification of their own ineligibility. In essence these Republican Candidates are hiding behind Obama's usurpation and calling it precedent which means they will use Obama as an example of why, if their qualifications are called into question, they should be allowed in the Office of President.  Its like a Bermuda Triangle where the qualifications for President disappear without a trace.

If my Case is not heard by the Court about the only scenario that could take place regaining a qualification foothold would be for instance: if Hillary Clinton got the Democratic Party Nomination, and lets' say one of the three, Rubio, Cruz, or Jindal got the Republican Nomination. Lets say in our scenario of the General Election Hillary Clinton lost to one of them. The question would then be raised, "Would Hillary Clinton care more about Obama's Legacy then her own as President standing up for the Constitution's Eligibility, [natural born Citizen] Requirement?

In other words, would Hillary Clinton be ready to throw Obama under her bus in order to gain a foothold into the White House against an elected Rubio, Cruz, or Jindal,- because she'd have to do just that?

In that circumstance, you'd see Hillary Clinton facing an elected Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, or Bobby Jindal in a much different way then you saw a Mitt Romney losing to a Barack Obama, especially because she lost in 2008. Democrats do not lose as long as the Constitution is there as a Civil Right and available to them. Why don't we ask Hillary Clinton Supporters if they would expect her to take a stand for the Constitution in such a scenario?

Yes,  she'd fire the weapon of the Constitution's [natural born Citizen] clause, and do so with a loaded or protected liberal Court system now too, and defer any previous attempts at defending it such as Cody Robert Judy's as simply not viable and unprofessional. In other words, not rich enough to procure the weight of Justice upon the question.

That flies in the face of "Justice for All", but how often in the world are the poor able to represent themselves adequately and fairly? Was that not one of the biggest reasons it was necessary for the United States of America to form in a Revolution against England's Royalty?

Every time the early American Colonies formed a Representation or Congress, that the King didn't like, he simply disbanded it and demanded new Representatives be chosen. After doing it repeatedly, it became clear, either it was the King's Way or the Highway. The interest of Justice cannot be underestimated in power or determination, but it is interesting how so many Republican Candidates rail against Obama and refuse to check themselves or others of their own Political Party as unqualified.

As so often repeated on this Blog, but serving as a staple, we must vote Principle over Party. This serves as the greatest jobs creator and boost to our economy that can possibly be mustered. If we refuse to do that, our Government will also be Void of Character and the principles associated with a Constitutional Character for We The People under the banner of our Freedom and Liberty in the U.S. Constitution.





HISTORY OF THE CASE


In fact so neglected by the Media has D- 2016 Presidential Candidate Cody Robert Judy been through his 7 years and 14 Cases involving the Constitution's qualification requirement that he, after continually dipping into his own pocket in 2008 to finance Cases, fell below the poverty level and was forced to begin applying in forma pauperis or needing the Court to waive the fees of his Case in order for Justice to have a look at it.

It is not a story of leaching abuse like someone who could get a job but refused to because through that 7 years, Cody has indeed managed to pay his own bills, obligations, and self finance his campaigns for President in '08, '12, and now '16 as well as manage through the Court's sometimes difficult and arduous Appeal process.

 Cody has not been financed in the least degree or burdened the people with taxing contributions he used as his personal employment. Most adamantly to the contrary, this story has been one of silent sacrifice as one man felt the call and responsibility that came with STANDING and the unique obligation that rest upon a Presidential Candidate's shoulders as the only one the Court's could recognize as a legitimately damaged party to the Qualification for the Office of the President.

So the Case came to the United States Supreme Court in Judy v. Obama 14-9396 after the lower Federal District Court 'granted' the procedure without court fees, as did the Appellate Court of the 10th Circuit, at least hearing the Case, that Justice Sotomayor of the U.S. Supreme Court refused to grant the case to proceed in what Cody has called a #waronpoor.

The First Conference was held June 18th, 2015. The U.S. Supreme Court delayed hearing the Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis from the cases entry of March 30,2015 a full 3 months. After Denying the Motion at the Conference, Cody scrambled to update the Court on up-to-the-minute financial declarations of both his personal poverty as well as his Campaigns poverty completely unable to manage what can range up to $4,300.00 in printing and filing fees.

A Second Conference of the U.S. Supreme Court was calendared for September 28th, which would be after a long and grueling Summer Recess. However, Cody submitted as a formality to the September 28th hearing already set up an Application for an extension of time understood as its own Case No. 15A25.

Staggeringly this was also DENIED by Justice Sotomayor during the Summer Recess of the Court July 7th,2015. The only positive thing out of that is it more-or-less placed Cody's case on an Active status as only Active Cases are considered during the Court's Summer Recess. Hope was held up for the September 28th Conference and the Application seen as a formality perhaps deemed unnecessary by the Court?

With no money for printing or filing fees, the Court through Justice Sotomayor who is responsible for all 10th Circuit Court Appeals, demanded if Cody's Case were to be considered by the U.S. Supreme Court, that it be held to the strictest degree of compliance with the highest degree of printing and fees charged in a time period from June 22 to July 13th, 2015- just 22 days- roughly $4300.00.

With not a peep from the Main Stream Media of this arbitrary consideration towards Cody and his Presidential Campaign, not to mention the Principle of the Constitution upheld as a Legislative Mandate in Congress, the fees and printing charges required by  Justice Sotomayor just were not raised at all, and certainly not raised within the 22 day time frame. If the Main Stream Media had covered it there is no doubt that it would have been raised.

October 5th, 2015 Justice Sotomayor again denied the Reconsideration at the September 28th, 2015 Second Conference in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Consumed with the pressures of keeping the Presidential Campaign afloat, Cody had lapsed behind two months on nearly all his own bills including rent, phone, internet, electricity, and even food. He was forced to regroup and dive into bringing up his own personal bills that had compassed facing eviction, and cut-off dates for his personal Internet, phone, electricity, and rent payments as well those of his Campaigns and with no contributions coming in for help. His computer blew out and he was regulated to the Library for his Campaign updates and contacts.

As is Cody's style, he doubled down and pulled everything out of the hole that had been dug during the Summer Recess, the incessant delays by the U.S. Supreme Court and the injustice he felt being dished out. Of course being dismissed due to a lack of funds is a little embarrassing- Kind of like your card being declined after the Checker has rung your food up and there's a line behind you of impatient people waiting to get checked out and your having to pick items that you want deducted to get the total down to what you can afford and your debit card will work for.

To say Cody doesn't understand the hardships America is going through now in much greater and minute detail is like saying the bear doesn't like honey. He understands the hardships and is living them. A man of the people and among the people .. a friend of the people not many understand to any degree that is and has been demonstrated for the seven years Cody has been a Presidential Candidate.

Its interesting so often the Main Stream Media picks on people who are rich, affluent, or wealthy as disconnected from the People. Like for instance Mitt Romney, Donald Trump, Carly Fiorina, Ben Carson, Jeb Bush and their great amass of fortune.. did we mention Hillary Clinton? Of course!

However, truly they are not interested in someone who is REALLY down at the People's level suffering the same as the people -cooking his own food- driving his own car-and even doing his own laundry at the laundry mat while he continually finances his own Campaign, does his own Legal Research, writes his own Court Papers, and manages his own business just enough to stay afloat.

The sacrifices for Principle are still in Cody's mind, things that he will never regret. They are sacrifices born out of Great Love. Love for his Country, Love for his fellow man, love for his family and the world our children will inherit. Love and concern about all of our Freedom's and Liberties that provide good paying jobs and an equality of opportunity.

ONE LAST SHOT

BREAKING NEWS IN JUDY v. OBAMA 14-9396 

"As I thought about the loss and dismissal by Justice Sotomayor, I just couldn't help but consider the very real possibility that she was hiding my Case from the other Justices. Its entirely possible.", said Cody. "I just could not let this go and felt inspired to give it one last shot."

 "Noticing the fact the Court had not DOCKETED my Application for a Stay on Sotomayor's Decision in her denial for extension of time, I wrote out a Motion for her and Justice Kagan's Recusal based on their perhaps feeling more indebted for Obama's nominating them, then for him as a Respondent in my case on his ineligibility, which could possibly put their own nominations and confirmations at risk.

If Obama, the Respondent/Defendant in my case in the U.S. Supreme Court was found ineligible by the U.S. Supreme Court, his signature is made moot which affects a lot of things, including the Iran Deal, Obamacare, his Nominations for the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the Budget for the next two years that included an $85 Billion Dollar increase on top of a $19 Trillion Dollar Deficit - 10 Trillion granted on Obama's watch- more than president's combined from George Washington to George W. Bush. This was the ObamaNation and our Nation is in great peril of desolation!

I also asked for a FULL REVIEW by the entire U.S. Supreme Court because if this was the new normal all the Justices had declared a #WarOnThePoor of our Nation.  If there is a #WarOnThePoor , let them have every opportunity to deny it. To dispel it in front of the whole Nation. That is at least Fair before we call them all politically corrupt and morally bankrupt. By following the rules, let them become the law breakers. By being lawful, they become unlawful. By exhibiting 'good behavior', they become the one exhibiting 'bad behavior'.

We've got to get America Back on Track! Like a Train running full steam off the track, rather then wait for a total derailment, we have got to slide her gently back on track, provide jobs, equalize the unfair trade imbalance and start caring for those inside America before we worry about those outside. Its a balancing act we have got to get a handle on, just like I had to pause on my Campaign and get my own bills caught back up.

America has been a great land of opportunity. She's been a Leader to the world and is seen as a Leader. She has grown in stature as well as status based on the Principles of our Constitution that afforded our population an umbrella of rights and privileges as Citizens under our Supreme Law of the Land. Without the protections of that, we will not be able to provide in our weakness what we have provided in our strength or strongest times. The world will not be a better place because of it.

It follows to make the world better, America must get better. This is my Campaign Theme- CRJ Today, for a Better America Tomorrow. What that means is by the Principles I have taken a Stand for America can and will get better and will provide for our future generations all we have come to be able to enjoy.

I ask you once again, and one more time, in this last ditch effort, to pass it on. Let everyone at least know that we have done all we could do. We have not shirked from our duty, nor has our Love for God and Country diminished. We have taken the baton and run our mile with courage and dignity establishing our Honor rather then demanding it.
