The upsetting thing to Establishment Republicans and Democrats is Donald J. Trump was right early on about simply asking that Obama show his Birth Certificate. Americans do have a right to vet their President to qualifications set as a standard in the U.S. Constitution. Court's have a duty to hear Standards usurped by a Presidential Candidate especially via another Presidential Candidate suffering from the harm and damages of the usurpation of standards and rights.  Trump said it was in order to prove Obama was born in the United States. Hillary Clinton admitted Trump got a huge following by voicing the question publicly to the Media.

The bad thing is PEOTUS did nothing as far as I know to help the Cold Case Posse with funds, or to support a Candidate for President with two U.S. Supreme Court Cases (12-5276 & 14-9396) begging them to consider the evidence supporting identification fraud, and thus some form of qualification for the Office of President put out by Obama's own hand being fabricated, as well as the Qualifications of the Office of President being usurped in 2008 or 2012. Not a single add in the NY Times? I certainly didn't get a dime from Mr. Trump and I think the public funded most of the Cold Case Posse from contributions for that cause.

When Trump capitulated- caved in at the precipice of the Election Teeter-Totter stating very emphatically, "Obama was born in the United States period ", during the 2016 Campaign, he was doing what to you? He was doing what to Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse's Report?

 He was selling "Fraud" and calling the Truth a Fraud and this is proven by Forensic Examiners now, and he was doing it for your Votes and the Media's Favor. "Oh..look at him. He's such a good boy now. He said Obama was born in the United States like all the other established politicians"?

How could he have known Obama was born in the United States of America unless Obama's Birth Certificate was not a Fraud? Did I ever say that as a Presidential Candidate? No, because I knew there was no way to know that.

If Obama's Birth Certificate is a Fraud, there is no PROOF Obama was Born in the U.S.. NONE! Republicans voted for a guy no better than Democrats voted for in Obama. You know I feel bad. It's like gosh, I tried so hard but no one would listen to me? The Main Stream Media reminds me of this joke.

 It's like driving as a blonde without a licence, being pulled over and asked for it by a Police Officer who is also blonde. Asking the blonde officer, "What does a licence looks like?" Having the blonde officer say, "It's a rectangle thing that shows a picture of you." Acknowledging the officer, and looking in your purse for that. Pulling a make-up compact mirror out and saying, "Oh! Here it is!". Handing that to the blonde Officer who looks at it and exclaims, "Oh Wow! I didn't know you were an Officer too!", and handing her the compact back satisfied she has a license, accept with the President Elect and a Usurper acting in their places.

The other upsetting thing is the same Elected Officials and Judges will be seeing us after January's Inauguration. Are we hopelessly faced with Liars, Crooks, and Cheats willing to say anything for Power in America? Did Trump win the Election of 2016 by accepting Obama's Fraud? If he did, don't we have another Fraud who is about to take the Oath? How is Trump better if he can't see a fraud in the fabrication of Obama's Birth Certificate that forensic experts have examined in a report by a legal law enforcement agency and states for the Press., 'Obama was born in the U.S. period!"

Was America bamboozled in the Election of 2016? Does it matter who is lying? Are not the results of a Lie the same regardless of who is telling them? Isn't lying a crooked path to Hell? Can anyone say Lying is the path to Heaven? Can anyone say they have confidence in a Liar to lead them straight? Can anyone say with confidence that Fabricated Identification in the Office of President is not a Big Deal of Usurping the entire United States and it's Election System?

Can anyone say with confidence that Trump's Lie about Obama being born in the United States, (that is not backed up with any valid Birth Certificate), is not by representation a Huge Lie to Americans?

It's the BIGGEST FRAUD in American History. I can't understand for the life of me, why Obama's Lie is Bigger than Trump's, or why they are not the same? If President Elect Donald J. Trump thought that in order to win the 2016 Election he had to Lie to the public about Obama's birth place without any legal evidence, isn't that being elected under fraudulent circumstances?

And he will say, "I can be Faithful to my Promises only as You say "Yes" to the way in which I keep them and it's presented to you. If your always saying "No" how can a Promise be kept you'd like?

Indeed,( in-deed) and (word) God is Faithful. He sent his Only Begotten Son. We have been given the opportunity to say Yes and No and we have to use those words so wisely because our own Faithfulness is in the Balance. So, be very thoughtful in deed with what you say Yes and No to. Your own silence can deserve and reap God's Silence. This is why I try very hard to say, "Yes, Lord here am I."

NBC wants Dibs on POLITICAL CORRECTNESS in Comedy on the SNL Show

There is a great illustration here on a subject that is certainly affecting our Communities and particularly our Education Fields when it comes to Political Correctness colliding with Copyright and the ability to interject "fair use" into an already biased Media. While they love to quote and back quote and run quotes on political news nearly controlling or employing a monopoly of communication upon the People, they get really angry when it's done to them or in other words when their words are framed exposing a different angle.

You might not think Comedy is used as a tool to 'Frame' political sensitive subjects, but it is a Primary Tool that has been used and employed by the Left. The [Birther Movement] or Label or Subject, which in fact does account for Political and Legal definition officially represented in our U.S. Constitution in the term exclusively used for the Office of the President and Vice President that controls a whole branch of our Check and Balance three legged stool style Republic in the Executive Branch, has in fact been cruelly castigated with Comedy.

 Indeed we have heard so much rancor regarding "Alt-Media","Censorship", "Restriction", "Fake News" lately from big political players like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. We stand very much on a teeter-totter or precipice of the extinction of Free Press, Free Speech, Free Religion, and Freedom to Assemble, and even to Petition the Government for grievances (See SCOTUS 14-9396 DISMISSED for lack of funds on printing and court filing fees cost) all principle parts to our First Amendment Rights as Americans.

To witt I decided to conduct a little experiment to demonstrate this in shall we say, or what I hoped would be, the very least offensive way that I might, also employing "Comedy" as the tool, but on a Politically Relevant and legal definition of [natural born Citizen] as far as Education, Criticism, Reporting, and Teaching, all principles known for [Fair Use].

As an official Plaintiff/litigant in the United States Supreme Court as a Presidential Candidate in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 & 14-9396 & Judy v. McCain representing both unqualified candidates from Democrats and Republicans I am none to happy when I see a national jury pool spoiled with false presentations to the public that can affect my case. It is therefore Fair Use in my book to inform, educate, and correct when I can in the same manner.

Comedy becomes Comedy when you take what are kernels of truth or what could be very believable and make them or assume them into a reality. The subjects of Comedy often are scaled in the realities of Politics because generally it is a familiar subject to many people. Who doesn't know Obama lives in the White House? So if you take a political script and make it a different political script in a commentary of education through comedy on comedy that has indulged on a Political Platform, why would there be any objection?

In the real Saturday Night Live Skit, Hillary Actually, Hillary Clinton appears at the door and runs the Electoral College Vote into the ground with bribery, which would be considered an assault upon the U.S. Constitution and is also represented as illegal with a $1,000 dollar fine, (something she's willing to cover for the offender), if an Electoral College Voter departs from the vote of his/her State.

Now try to watch my version of commentary on a subject of equal illegality. That of usurping the office of the President by not adhering to the qualifications for President of [natural born Citizen] ie. born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents.

For a little conversation let's look at the Fair Use policies generally governing the commentary of many arm-chair quarter back pundits, reporters, and of course comedians because when you start to threaten political material with copyright you are very close to controlling Public Perception with Media which would also be governed in what is termed Propaganda- information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.

Indeed Writers, Producers, Directors,Entertainers,Comedians, Actors and Singers all want royalties and pay on their work, but when those are indeed paid in an Original, they have been paid,
Commentary, Criticism, Reporting, and Teaching are hopefully fields that all would relent on. If Corporations are allowed to control a subject politically the definition becomes privatized.

The Birther issue is a particular one that had been bastardized by the Far Left Media and it has done a lot of damage to our Country and to me as a Candidate for President with a represented Platform that I have spent a lot of time nurturing and cultivating and representing legally.

I hope NBC would understand that two minutes on cue cards with 5 Million hits on their YouTube Channel on that 2-3 minutes influences a lot of real voters and there must be fire to fight fire. I think my Video that I made and wrote as a little different take on their own has changed at over 20 times what they represented and it does represent a " Fair Use" of Political Criticism, Education, Reporting, and Teaching in actually a much more sound and legal construct tapping into Comedy as a resource.

The other possibility of this is that NBC has not said a dog-gone thing and that YouTube has decided to insert and play it's own Political Bias which indeed I have been subjected to with their terms. If they were to sue me for damages made from the profit of 100,000 views total on my YouTube Station they would be asking for the division of $200 dollars in over 250 Videos and 700 Blog Post in damages reconcilable to the project they objected to. They are welcome to the frivolity.

I was presently logged on during the original presentation of Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse Finale and the overwhelming public outrage that Obama would feed the Public a Fabricated, Fraudulent, Forged Birth Certificate was squalid. The public outrage and ire raised by a Usurper of the Office of the President has already made it's way to the Front Desk of multiple Elected Officials including U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators.

Congress Receives Appeal to Hearings

The lines of morality are definitely being drawn and quartered on this one. Any Elected Official is being asked outright "Are you not condoning CRIME in the Office of the President absent HEARINGS on Obama's Birth Certificate? Do you condone Corruption in our Government?", as a tell of corruption for all Public Officials regardless of Political Party!

The wiggle room here for Politicians has considerably shrunk with the incredible revelations contained in the Video. It's a fair question to not only Congress but the Courts and Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court who have failed twice to shed the light on the Criminal Acts associated with Obama's Fraudulent Forged Fabrication of a long form birth certificate.

People have a right to be upset when the information that's been fed to them suddenly comes to the climax and is found to be a nefarious screeching Lie. People are flabbergasted at Obama's audacity now more than ever! It far supersedes the public anger when Grubber announced Obamacare was passed based on the back of  non-transparency and Public Stupidity.

Do you remember all those JUDGES and JUSTICES that we now must assume were either fooled or associate accessories, co-calibrators? Maybe they are co-conspirators! Traitors to the Justice they have sworn to uphold? Oh! They may have an argument but so do those who are facing the Death Penalty as Traitors to the United States of America before the bullet impacts their head or the Death Penalty Gas hits their lungs.

United States Supreme Court Cases 12-5276 and 14-6396 are testimonies of Record with the information of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse begging the Court's for Justice and Investigation with Court Judicial Powers. Why would they not hear? Now all we can do is assume they are Traitors and Co-Conspirators of Crime?

 There are many ways to look at Obama's Audacity but the criminal audacity is one least looked at, but it is causing a really big problem in our Country which reminds us a good example has twice the value of good advice.

Obama has presided over a great crime wave of corruption that not only extends into Government but is being heaped upon the people from all kinds of different angles even as he strides to hide it.
For example:
When Law Enforcement Agents see and know what Publicly Elected Officials like Obama with is Forged Fabricated Identification have got away with , how much more do you think goes into their thinking about what they can and cannot get away with when it comes to Public Actions?
Was there a Black Lives Matter Movement before 2012? This movement sprang up with the prejudice the public saw in law enforcement which goes directly to Obama as the person in the Executive Branch's Chief Chair. The people murdered in Benghazi 9/11-2012 got Hearings in Congress as did 9/11/2001. In fact Congress held more hearings on Benghazi and then on 9/11, but not one on Obama's Fabricated Forged Birth Certificate. Can we ask ourselves Why? Do you know that Republicans had more Candidates running who are not [natural born Citizens ] (ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents) than Democrats? Could that be the reason?

Sheriff Joe said it very clearly. If Congress can hold hearings on under inflated footballs or call Hearings together within a week which questions the FBI Director in an investigation on Hillary's Private Email Server, why on God's green Earth can they not conduct Hearings on Obama's Fraudulent Fabrication he has told 325M Americans was a copy of an Original Document?

If your apposed to Dirty Cops shouldn't you also be as fervently apposed to Dirty Politicians and Judges? If you stand for Law and Order and want your streets, communities, and tax dollars used responsibly shouldn't your TRUST be awarded to those who have stood up for what you wanted?

I would rather lose Every Election than sacrifice the Sweetness of Winning Correctly rather than in Corruption. I've never been in it just to win it 4 years. I've been in it for the work of winning which Last 1,000 times longer. Our losses are our greatest Teachers on how to succeed. The field must be tried and tested True, then our Best Game can be played!

The worst example can indeed be the best example of Law and Order but not with positive incentives to continue or shuffle off or cover up. Indeed we have a penal system where negative behaviors are punished. The good example that could come from the 'Bad Example' of Obama's Birth Certificate would be for Congress to suspend any pension from the Office of the Presidency to Obama. You certainly don't want to continue to pay the guy for the Crimes represented in handing out a fabricated birth certificate, now do you? Obama should be stripped of any recognition of being the President of the United States and History should record it as the greatest Fraud ever perpetrated upon the American People!]

Mike Zullo lead investigator of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Cold Case Posse, Maricopa County, Arizona, turned up the heat on Obama's Legacy of Fraud and may have just smoked the Secret Clown out of the Carnival Obama hailed when he released his fabricated long form birth certificate to the White House Press Core April 27th, 2011. 

During the somber 70 Minute Press Conference LIVE STREAMed by FOX 10 NEWS Phoenix Arizona  ,seen in it's entirety below,  was a "9 Points of Forgery" Show Cased Video extrapolating Evidence confirming what multiple forensic examiners from different agencies concluded in findings; that an identification fraud of Obama's long form birth certificate was prominent as announced by lead investigator Mike Zullo. 

There is no way Obama can take his hands off the red-heated plate of his long form birth certificate as they melded together with his handing it out to the White House Press core. The implications have far reaching consequences for Congress to consider with the falsification of identity and the reasons why such a crime would needs take place in the beginning?

Obama himself was well aware of the clamor for authentication of his being Constitutionally Qualified for the office of President during the three years from the time he occupied the White House in 2008 until the time of the release of the long form fabrication April 27th, 2012 assuring there would be Carnival Barkers in what now appears to be his Circus Act who were not convinced. 

The general conclusion was that the Cold Case Posse had indeed figured out and obtained the base document the Obama Fabricated Long Form Birth Certificate had indeed come from! That in itself seems like a needle in the haystack but the evidence concludes the percentage of error on that conclusion is higher than 1000% (percent) confirmed by two very reputable forensic document examinations on two different continents that have excellent resumes of professional work.

That Hawaii Document that served the base for the fabrication of Obama's long form birth certificate belonged to  Johanna Ah’Nee Randolph-Hawaii Resident & Commuter Graphics Artist and sweet dear friend to Miki Booth and Al who is also her employer that owns a printing shop in Hawaii 

listed on a report made June 4th, 2014 on this Blog!

The Blog Post was entitled NATIONAL TREASURE 2 - I AM THE BIRTHER KING - SECRETS OF THE CLOWN. Mike Zullo in the Press Conference today did announce a couple of key things that when or if you read the June 4th Blog Piece you will see a contrast in. Mike Zullo specifically stated that Miki Booth was not a suspect in or of the forgery even though she had a close personal friendship relationship with Johanna Ah'Nee which she also acknowledges in her book Memoirs of a Community Organizer,  and Mr. Zullo specifically defended Miki Booth and stated he had interviewed johanna Ah'Nee twice in the investigation although he did not explain why or how Miki Booth as a friend of Ah'Nee's could be completely ruled out as a suspect.

In my report on the Blog Post I noticed what seemed the odd or same "E", or what was termed a "smiley face" on the Miki Booth's father-in-law Francis Nathanel Booth's Birth Certificate she had published herself, that was [not] apparent on other Hawaii Birth Certificates Jerome Corsi had stated to be looking over in his investigations and collections as is shown below. 

Zullo stated that there was indeed information he elaborated was indeed more classified that he could not release at this time and that would be passed on to 'other investigating organizations and Congress.

I will now also publically state for the record that I have never had a conversation with Mike Zullo.

Now moving on with the implications of the Cold Case Posse's revelations today, I am indeed obliged without any remunerations from this Cold Case Posse or the entire investigations investigative body as a Candidate for President of the United States 2008; 2012; and 2016 to affirm the positive report I delivered with standing to the appropriate Courts I have in not only defending the natural born Citizen requirement, but also informing, educating, and alerting the Justices of the highest Court of these findings. Beginning on Page 10 of the Response to the Motion to Dismiss in Georgia  and ending with SCOTUS 12-5276 & 14-9396

These facts relate to the General Public that a presidential Candidate with Standing was indeed alerting the Judicial Branch of Government NOTICE of crime that was now we know for sure being committed. The facts have simply gained momentum but the conclusions remain the same as they were related and reported March 1st, 2011. This indeed should implicate REVERSALS on the Courts own JUDGEMENTS upon the Court's own admission of TRUTH or TREACHERY? 

Beginning in 2008 as a Candidate for President, (seen as the last entry on this Wiki Page), I filed a Civil Rights Law suit against Sen. John McCain and the RNC , that included Obama. 

The nightmare of Obama begin with the leeway or head start the court granted Obama from the 2008 Cases I was involved with including a Amicus Curiae filed with SCOTUS in Berg v. Obama.

Has Government Crime become a Convenience Folks? Just as stupid in voting for an ineligible person in their Office of President.

Obama was never born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents- the Qualification known as [natural born Citizen] unique for the Office of President, so there had to be some white collar crime indulged in for the Order to pass the Constitution Hounds that the Elected fear getting to close.

Four Known Different Long Forms Produced
with connections to Obama's Hands 

Even President Elect Donald Trump was castigated for simply asking after three years that Obama produce proof of his place of birth and his inherited citizenship from mother and father. If it was all American, of course there would be no problem.

That community was around 250 residence of one of the largest Counties in the United States lead by a Sheriff who had lasted longer than any U.S. President - some 6 terms! Sheriff Joe Arpaio was a no non-sense lawman who cared deeply for Law and Order and took the Trust seriously in his jurisdiction which involved precarious balances of safety for his constituents in heavy drug trafficking and crime common by illegal aliens because of the foreign country border shared near his County.

It took a communities petition to extract a serious look into their concern-the sincerity and integrity of a man whose past was colliding with the Qualifications demanded in the U.S. Constitution. Obama's American Allegiance had not passed the test of time demanded by two generations in [ natural born Citizen] that included soil or Jurisdiction of Law born under as well equally the ability of each Parent to Vote as a U.S. Citizen which Obama's father was never able to do owning to his allegiance to Kenya over the USA. Parents not owing any foreign allegiance - this qualification requirement makes Obama ineligible by itself and the exception was to those born  during or as the Constitution says "at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution" as a new Jurisdiction or Nation. Article II.Section 1, Clause 5.

Alarmed by the Constitutional Hounds getting close, Obama after three years released what was termed his $10 long form birth certificate.  The community of the Surprise Tea Party wanted their Sheriff to confirm it's validity, as three years of denials it even existed was met with wonderment in it's sudden production or what's been termed it's fabrication.

The U.S. Supreme Court was first furnished the preliminary results of the Cold Case Posse in the First National Press Conference of March 31st 2012, through a Presidential Candidate in the Democratic Party coming up through the Georgia State Supreme Court as a Ballot Challenge in the Democratic Party Primary of 2011 in Case No. 12-5276 .

That case evolved into the second U S. Supreme Court Case 14-9396 by once again ,a Democratic Party Candidate Cody Robert Judy pressing as a Candidate in 2016 for damages and alerting the Court through the Congressional Sherman/and /Clayton Acts unique for not requiring an Attorney General for the notification of Crimes of the cartel formed by the Corporations of the DNC and Obama's Election Corporation acting in concert to subvert the Constitution's Qualifications.

The case was not heard by the U.S. Supreme Court's own indulgences of discrimination against the poor for the Court's attention. Though the lower UT. Federal Court and the Denver Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case with a waiver of fees, the U.S. Supreme Court in the same year denied the Facts the lower Courts found conclusive.

The insult by the Highest Court to hear from two Presidential Candidates locked in opposition concerning the Qualifications unique to the Office of the President/VP, which is a Precedent Case in U.S. History , was denied over printing cost and Court fees the Court's below had granted and the U.S. Supreme Court had granted itself in 12-5276.

It's was completely absurd- An anomaly of Injustice. The 2016 Election procured much more expensively what was happening in coronations of the Candidates- Barack Obama in 2008 and Hillary Clinton to follow against Bernie Sanders who also sued the DNC. WikiLeaks served the Cherry on top leading to the DNC's Chair woman's Resignation.

Cody Robert Judy is the only Presidential Candidate in the United States of America with an Equality Record as a Plaintiff in Federal Court from 2008 through 2016 in a bi-Partisan stand against both Republicans and Democrats with law suits against McCain and Obama.

The issue of corruption combining in cronyism the Candidates John McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama in non-binding U.S. Senate Resolution 511 as subject or co-sponsors.

Sheriff Joe held a Second National Press Conference confirming probable cause had been exceeded by confirmation the Documents held in question were forgeries constituting crime.

The Cold Case Posse's Investigation continued with new leads and new information being revealed but held close by the Posse's Investigators and the Sheriff.

Sheriff Joe lost at 80 years old his 7th bid for re-Election in 2016. But true to form, the promises to his constituencies will culminate in a third and Final Posse Finale round up reporting all that is now known with the culmination of the Posse's work since 2012's Second Press conference.

On Thursday, December 15th, 2016 at 4pm the Can-of-Worms which encompasses the Evidence of Obama's Forged Identifications that we know consisted of Birth certificate, Draft Registration, and perhaps Social Security numbers will be opened again in a Conclusion Conference sending shivers down Congress , the U.S. Supreme Court Justices, The Mainstream Media , and perhaps even PEOTUS Donald J. Trump's spines!
